You coming off on the last series with an injury, but proving why he's a two time pro bowler with his coverage on Slaten right there, and he's not even help he could see his arms hanging. Yeah, that And you know what I mean. He was step for step in perfect position on Slate. You want to be on the up field shoulder. He's on the up field shoulder played the balmy air perfectly. "Oklahoma 10 Baylor. Nothing. We're early in quarter number 3 11 42 to go in that we had an injury and actually, the entry player was William. Bradley King number 99 defensive end for Baylor. He made his way way without assistance to the far sideline. So as play resumes, Oklahoma has a 34. At the Baylor 21 yard line. They're moving left to right. The ball on the new right. Has he called the action Spencer rather 11 16 98 yards in Oklahoma, just two of seven on third down today, and that actually completed their 1st 3rd down the ball game on the opening drive and ended up in a few of them. Just one sense rather were thrown. Look set up field. That ball is caught in the arms of Jaden Hazelwood, who makes the catch, and he takes it inside the 10 to the nine yard line, and it's gonna be first down and goal Hazelwood last year at 19 catches for 272 yards is a freshman. Guess what? He's got a second catch. And that was a nice read by Radler took him a while to get back there would It definitely was the right place to go with the football, his wood, nice and patient finding a hole in the zone. Defense of Baylor, so first Adam goal. Sooners move left to right on the far left hash Stevenson off to the left of Rattlers shotgun clap of the hands. Now he's got the ball pump fakes slides to his right throws over the middle. That ball is Condit's Hazelwood again and tackled down around the two yard line. No, I take that back summer 10 feel we's who made the catch way. Have a flag. Back around the 18 yard line holding offense number 56 10 yard penalty its first off, Let's create Humphrey, the All American Center and the Voice of Brandon Cruz, our referee there so that the gates of play that got him down to the two You know the ball back in the 19 year mind Humphrey Humphrey Still trying to figure out what he did wrong? I didn't really see much there myself looking at it again right now out there. Yeah, definitely talked the neck. TJ Franklin kind of clothes line control. E don't know what he's complaining about. Stevenson is the flea flicker back to the quarterback. Rattler rattler fires over the middle, and it's high and incomplete, but there are flags down. There's two of them in the end zone pass intended for Charleston, Rambo. So the handoff, Stevenson pitched it back to rap with the quarterback and he rifles one over the middle on two penalty flags in the end zone. Tried in the past holding defense number 34 half the distance to the goal Automatic. First down, Ashton Logan got called on the whole Um, really hard to see what where he would have been on that play. Why they would call it was Rollie Takada that was the closest player to the receiver in the end zone. First, tell the ball back at the nines. We've had consecutive holding calls, one on the offense, one on the defense or back the first down and goal. Sooners. Moving left to right. The Baylor now actually faked. The Stevenson rapper rolls right feeling some heat scrambles back to his lab. Still trying to make a play now floating in the back of the end zone, And it's a touchdown to feel ways and credit. Spencer Radler for keeping that play alive, Scrambled, right, cut back to his left and on the run a beautiful tossed Aweys nine yard strike. Touchdown. Oklahoma Really, really nice job by Radler showed his mobility is athleticism there. There were three or four failure. Defenders had a shot at him, not even not even got a hand on him. Been rattler kept his cool kept his poise. His eyes down the field is you really want your quarterback to do in that situation, and we came open in the back of the end zone? Very nice. That means Burkett's for the extra point into it with the right leg. And it is good on Oklahoma now, pulling away here with 10 away to go in the third quarter sooner. 17 Baylor. Nothing more action from the field up next to the compass media that works your home, Rexy, a football In today's market..

How much we owed the store and then put it up on the wall behind them so that everyone can see and there were multiple seats with our names on them by Humphrey Humphrey Humphrey Humphrey all this morning we owed as. Experiences like That's were light. The engine Nestle keeps me going in the space. Wow so you do a phenomenal amount of work. You've got so many different projects on the Gar and. If anyone wants to find out more because we're not going to be able to cover them all today. I recommend having look at Shawn's websites and that will be in the Sharon arts, but you will go down a rabbit Warren of really interesting websites and projects and ideas and the way they all come together in fit together. It's really fascinating to me, but I want to talk about one of them in particular this side. Side Keith manifest start. Can you tell us what it is? I guess the best way to think about is like. It's a numerous of all the mistakes that I made in my work. Super Junior's my students in Iran a microphone institution at Honduras I so am the board. Directors of organization works a former students at university. He launched it while I was there and so he and I. I've been with the entire time. But in that time of ten years of my students that I work in Honduras, just in terms of like all the mistakes we made in these things I felt like just needs to be articulated in terms like what exactly is. Our role is sort of the idea of like this is how complex process of is. It's a long term process US. What's the process? A process that is really a process of collective action were people from various backgrounds of different groups come together to put four to policy or support a policy to move their own committee Ford. It's historically anchored process in the sense that the policies that our society or committee decides before with the help them new develop throwing community. Really that policy as a function of what has been happening in the past as well and so we're talking about genie's long. You Know Hundred Years of history that anchor Sandra particular pass on the path defendant process I was trained as comic development of Communists and so my my mentor Doug North is his work, but I take his work, and then think about our role when I looked at myself and my students Mike, had anyone ever ended are in poverty? No, so why would we assume we even know how to end another communities poverty in this thing about numerous all. All different things that we don't have we don't vote Russians. We don't pay their taxes. We don't speak their language. We don't know the culture were there for short duration of time you take all that really pay any combat to the actual process, which is a long term process, a process that is anchored in a culture and a community in a history which we don't share. Why would we ever imagine that? We could end another communities poverty? The economic development process should be locally driven process process led by local communities, not outsiders like ourselves, so it has been set up is. You know from our perspective is I gates a top down process where a bunch of usually Whiteman. In consoles in Western countries, dictate or tell us what the process should be in the second manifestos goes through the process, saying okay, these promises that we should make if we want to take this role as a psychic instead of being a hero in the process one thing. "I agree with him. Day Steve Act check. Woo In this glass. One here in Stephen King's epic horror. It includes shifting ancient evil which becomes all of the five following things one killer clown named pennywise to a giant Eagle Bird. Three a silver age. Where Wolf four a sickly vagabond five. A swarm of giant mosquitos false. That seems a little over the top. It is one hundred percent. There were several things that left off the list including a mummy and also like the Hansel and Gretel witch house owes us like a Bognar. Yes it is very specifically bodyguard interesting so we use things with Harry Potter analogies. I know 'cause as we said my horror is Harry Potter. But you were there. You got it so J. K. rally never would have done something so ridiculous so far. Our tally is our tally. Is that our first game? Unfortunately you guessed wrong on the raft. That was the true story. A true or false. I WanNa see you got eight out of ten. Sounds right. Eighty eight or nine. Yeah pretty pretty solid on that. This last one is going to be a little more difficult. This is your free form section. So I'M GONNA pull up three different images and you gotTa tell me what the characters name is what book they're from and what they do makes them. Availa all right so this. First One's a Gimme. I'll be very surprised if you don't get this one clearly very qualified to play the scale to describe this case. This is penny wise. He's from it. What else much Tell me GimMe your general impression. And like what did they do? Okay so my favorite thing about penny wise. Is that in the movie? The the actor. Who Does pennywise can actually do? The thing with. His eyes amended that they were. This is offset freaked. Everyone out yes. That's my only trivial. He lives in a gutter. Apparently he does not live in a gutter. No totally like sewers. Is I think the word but I like I like you. Shit fuck man. He lives in a gutter. Trash asked. Monster scares middle schoolers. Apparently he turns in a bar. It's a bug is a kind of a big scary blogger. Yeah Cool Yeah. That is what it is so I gotta work at these next. You're going to be more difficult. I'm really curious to see if you catch this one. That's the guy from the shining. Yes okay so you got the book right okay because they just did a really dumb superbowl ad Democracy evidence it's true that's act. What is this character's name? I have absolutely no amy something try Humphrey Humphrey. Just humphry one name. Now I am. One name Humphries Medal needs. He needs no introduction his name is Humphrey so he's from shining. And what does he do makes him a monster he kills? Tracy Ellis Ross. So he gets kind of possessed maybe by an evil hotel and then tries to kill his family. Oh Yeah it's pretty bad. He does not live in a gutter unlike penny. I've got one more villain for him. Who is this and what book they from in? What do they do to describe the pictures in all right? So there's like angry looking woman who's this woman is definitely been in like every movie there's ever been The actress Kathy Bates got like a sledgehammer Insurance Pretty Mad. Yeah so so. Based on that information guessing it's not Bates Motel now is that he even came. No Bates Motel is from the movie. Psycho which is an Alfred Hitchcock. Yeah Yeah it is. It's in the right ballpark. I'll give you that. So she looks like the tribal from Matilda. Yeah except he's not because I've read that book in the movie so.

I mean a sliver in the grand scheme of electoral national presidential elections Minnesota President Trump wins Minnesota during the next election and could pull off the states. He won before Michigan Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The Path for Democrats is almost nonexistent. I'm Kinda done with this ladies and gentlemen when you get the article you come to this conclusion. If you're trying to look at it collectively like not just isolated single subject cases here when you talk to these unions and you kind of pull their responses. It's clear as day the left's infatuation with this climate religion. Oh here we go. We're all GONNA die no more we don't. We can't have any more fossil fuels. No more mining knows. Union workers are finally waking up. And they're saying hey when these Democrats crap all over the fuel industry the petroleum industry and the mining industry. That's me that's me now. This is new. I mean we've been talking about on this show. How good Republicans there are awful. Republicans to police we. We don't even go down that road yet. We know that how good conservative Republicans who believe in the free market. I've said forever. They're your best friends. You could get all the union rules. You want still by Democrats if there's no work out there because the economy states all of this stuff is for naught. It means nothing but now people in Minnesota in this town in Minnesota they talk about. Here's a little quote at the end are starting to realize that free market is your of the free market. Your friend and trump has been the guy to blast through the door quote from from the political piece from a voter. I just feel like trump came along and just basically opened the door for people. She said. Mining is their history. They want with trump because he was opening the door for it. I don't want to beat this up a lot. Ladies and gentlemen I just want to put that story out there for you to read. Because if they lose Minnesota to and trump holds what he did in the last election Wisconsin Michigan Pennsylvania Florida the swing states North Carolina. There's almost no path for them for victory. Not and I want to salute people in unions work hard for a living to a finally starting to realize that. Yeah Pro Business Economy Economy first principles matter the new green deal the green new deal with SEAN. Hannity calls it the the green new deal. Whatever what it is the green new deal. This is a quick path for you to find yourself without a job. You're talking about benefits. You wanted to benefits are relevant. If you're not working and people are finally starting to come around to that we have to do this. I'm sorry but back to the Wuhan virus we have to do. The fake news rundown the fake news rundown has become a very popular daily portion of our show. Where we debunk like whack. A mole liberal miss that creep up every day because remember the media's goals are this. I've been tweeting this all weekend. Number one promote Chinese communist propaganda at all costs number to divide the nation using identity politics number three play. Gotcha trump as you try to dunk on them. Every day and number four maybe once in a while put out some helpful information about the Wuhan virus to the public. Maybe maybe they'll get to number four so we unfortunately have to dedicate a segment every day. The bunking the latest media nonsense because they're nothing more than a problem like Alfred now apparently for the Chinese government and liberals looking to dunk on trump so a story surfaced weekend if you took a break from the news this week and I don't blame you but you may have heard this if you didn't watch the IMPOST JOE breaking trump new in January. This could be a pandemic. Oh Headline Shane. Harris Greg Miller just dossier and Ellen Nakashima. Us intelligence reports from January and February warned the battle likely pandemic of course Joe in a normal media environment where the media is out there. The whole government to account no doubt but to get you facts. You would say to yourself what's useful about this piece. We answer is nothing but the gist of the piece of what they're trying to make you believe is useful is trump sat around and did nothing by the way completely ignoring the fact. Show which I'll get to it a moment that in January when trump instituted the travel ban from China that probably saved tens of thousands of lives here. The same outlets told them he was overreacting. All don't go anywhere. I've got the headlines. Okay they say balance but the headline this is from a leak Joe. air quotes in the Intel community. Trump knew this could be a pandemic now buried in the peace later on. You find this. Little Gem intelligence agencies have been warning on this January. Us official on the intelligence report and it was disseminated to wait. Wait hold on my readings right so you don't on trump saying he knew in January but the piece says that the same official said that it was disseminated to members of Congress and their staff about. I thought the just the apiece was at trump was the single guy who knew and disregard at all of your advice. Keep in mind. Trump is the one in January. Who's getting this information and it may Ab- wait the NSA story will make so. Don't go anywhere. I'm not trying to tease you to death. I just want the show to flow in a certain order so the member. The media's not here to tell you this story here to tell you a story the story they're here to tell you not. This story is trump new in January. Did nothing despite the fact that he did institute to travel ban and the same instant. Medial trying to gaslight. You were the ones who criticize him for it. And the same members of Congress who had the same briefing where the one thing trump is reacting again. The media is garbage. They are exacerbating and making worse crisis. I love our free press period. There are no disclaimers there. They should have the right to be free to report as they wish that freedom includes the right to be morons and they take us up on the opportunity every day. I'm simply suggesting to you. Tune them out. They are useless. Crisis useless their priorities are only dunk on you and dunk on trump and promote propaganda. Now in case you say Gosh. It can't be possible at the Washington Post is now insinuating. Trump didn't do anything when he actually instituted the travel ban and in the same Washington Post accusing him of not. Doing anything was actually accusing him of overreacting being racist. Yeah that really happened. But it wasn't just the Washington Post the same people now accusing trump of not doing enough in January. We're calling him a racist in January when he stopped travel for move on China where the virus was coming from. This is listen. This is a cut. It's it's about a minute and fifty. It's a long one but this is a compilation at tip by the way. Tom Elliott on twitter. Always has the best compilations from gravy and otherwise. This is a compilation of media people. The same ones accusing him of under reacting in January back then accused of being a racist for overreacting January. You Buy. That can't possibly be true. Don't listen to me. Listen to the media in their own words. You know since the beginning of the Kobe. Nine thousand nine outbreak. We have seen not only the spreading of the virus but also a rapid spreading of racism and xenophobia. This is no time. Donald trump's record of hysteria xenophobia her sterkel xenophobia. In simply being you know Chinese in a crowded space is something that causes people to Park like the Red Sea daring cough or sneeze causes people to shy away from you. There's a lot of restaurants that are feeling. The pain of racism were of people are literally not patronizing Chinese restaurants. The Chinese Foreign Ministry came out today and they are furious with the US. They feel like these travel. Restrictions were unnecessary. They call them. An overreaction know historically travel bans tend not to work very well. They tend to be counterproductive closing bullet as doesn't stop cases coming to your country. These actions do is cause a culture of fear. They don't work. You touched on people blaming Chinese for their eating habits and their culture. What will quell the racism that you are seeing? They're not patriots Asian restaurants because of just straight up racism around the corona virus. This painful rhetoric has consequences restaurants across Boston's Chinatown of seeing up to an eighty percent. Drop in business and I believe this has everything to do with the rapid spread of misinformation paranoia. We're seeing lots of people talking about the dietary habits or the hygiene of Chinese people as being the root cause of corona virus and other pandemics in the past like SARS bird flu and a lot of it is simply a beyond extreme and not held up by scientific data that was various media outlets talking head commentators the hapless AOC and the equally hapless ianna Presley and other congresswoman squad again obsessed in January over what they're always obsessed with that is calling anyone who disagrees with them racist about anything yes ladies and gentlemen. This actually happened. The Washington Post today president trump under-reacted in January liberals the Washington Post media outlets back in January. He is definitely overreacting. He's causing a lot of racism. I'll get to more of that. I've got some headlines for. Oh chew worry. Don't you worry I got some more? But let's go to the equally hapless. Rachel Maddow Rachel Maddow. Who now is calling for president? Trump to be pulled off. Television can't have him on TV. Joe Actually get in front of the people in answering questions I thought they were liberals interested in line. Liberal things like free speech and stuff. Shame on you if you believe that kind of stupidity nother story in the show notes to must read from the Great Bill. Jacobson fantastic blog. I can't encourage you strongly enough to read website illegal insurrection. Rachel maddow and others now calling on the networks not to broadcast trump corona virus. Press conferences. Little moments like Dumbledore win. When Gilderoy says, I know the exact counter curse. I wish I had been here. Dumbledore literally just lowers his glasses and looks at him and just stares like fucking you so much. Budget? Another little detail. I'm gonna just like rapid-fire mine is Davi when he comes out of Harry Potter's closet for the for the second time after he's there. His a soccer the perfect foreshadowing for later in the movie when he's given a sock to three. I I can't say enough about this part of everyone's like four times when we were watching it together ways this free winding. Yes. When when he's growing his bones back, the nurses name Humphrey Humphrey when she walks in Drako is going. Stop making such a fuss. You can go. Just like one of my favorite things. He sounds like I did the first time I saw pretty girl when I was like six. Yeah. But my favorite part of tire film favor. The entire film will retroactively know why? When we talk about characters and stuff how sorta gone is at the end with haggard not the end mines in the middle. Okay. The end with Hagrid when everyone's cheering for him. And he's like welcomed back, and you find out how much everyone loves him was really important to me because you also find out in this find out more about it in the book, but in this movie as well that he was basically hated because he's intimidating like he's a half giant, and everyone thinks is like stupid and violent and he gets blamed for crimes murder for a big crime and one has his magic taken away, and he's exiled and like he's such an outcast and no one believes in except like Dumbledore mcgonagall. And it's the reason he loves creatures so much is because like they're outcasts to and he knows what it's like to have this moment where he's accepted by everyone in the school was like really touching one person. It's what I hope happens to Stephen. Theory. Nobody no reference making a murder. I got you. That's my my there's a lot of little things. But that's my favorite anyone else..

"Instagram, Email the live video feed? Is there? Also, the plays radio which is the weekend with joepags web. Have you hear it's not often that those who are politically on the other side of the aisle from where I tend to be we'll come on the program. In fact, they regularly turned down the opportunity because another they're gonna lose idea with truth. Fact, logic and reason and many times those on the left in this country. Don't do that. Well, here's a guy Gordon Humphrey. He's a former US Senator great state of New Hampshire. He was a Republican. What he was a Senator there who's people contacted because he wants to impeach the president. And I figured let's do that conversation. Gordon? Appreciate you. How are you? I'm doing well, Joe, how are you? I'm doing very well. And I know that you caught a part of show yesterday. And I talked about this out loud because -prised to get the pitch. Couple of things you probably heard me say this your guy needs to know. Your name is Humphrey Humphreys. He wrote it two different ways in the Email, which was odd. But. It's just one singular. Exactly, right. I guess that. If there were more Humphries, we could say Humphries and add the ES. All right. So my wife says enough. Well, we'll find out by the end of the ten minutes if I agree with her or not. All right. So you're you're a Senator from New Hampshire start here. You ran as a Republican. You were a Republican. Are you still a Republican? No, I registered as an independent the day after your man wanting election in November of two thousand sixteen did you've offering Clinton. I did reluctantly let me ask you this as a Republican. I know what that means. I'm not a Republican. I'm a conservative. So that's different. The Republican party, exactly. And it's a value system versus a party system. And I'm gonna a party guy values guy. So having said that how could you possibly even holding your nose vote for Hillary Clinton who we know wanted open borders, and this global sort of outlook, and that would kind of circumvent the constitution that you went and swore on why did you vote for her? And I want to add one more thing to my bio. So you're sure listeners really yet. I am sure. Two terms in the US Senate when I first ran it pledge that would not serve more than two because I think it's a mistake for members of congress to make a career of serving we I think the ill serve the nation and their sell themselves and their families when they stay too long, which is the case in most cases went home after twelve years went to back to New Hampshire. I didn't become lobbyists in Washington. I didn't hang out and went home earn an honest living and live happily ever after. So in two thousand sixteen I was so upset about this, man. Donald Trump that. Volunteered. Full-time for several months for the campaign of John casick. And that didn't end to terribly wells. You may recall did not I I do remember that he didn't even go to the convention in his own state, which is silly. But go ahead. Well, you know, I was a delegate out there, and I Trump nomination, but didn't work out too. Well, either side anyway, I think Donald Trump is is seriously flawed, man. I don't think there's much question about that. But since since the election, I think his conduct has has. Caused a great deal of worry justified worrying concerned about whether he is true to the oath of office to face will faithfully descends. Preserve and protect the constitution. I want to go there. And we're going to go there. You bet. But I ask you the question that I asked with very simple, why would you ever vote for Hillary Clinton? I couldn't on my worst day vote for Hillary Clinton. I I would write my mother's name in before. I would vote for her knowing what it is that she wants this country to look like, well, I held both nostrils. Clenched teeth. Did what I thought was. Right. Just as you did what you thought was right, right? And I feel honestly comfortable with that. After two years of the trials. The national trials of Donald Trump in the White House. I think he's violated the oath of office, and it's time for hearings judiciary committee, not the intelligence to that. But the committee charged under house rules to determine whether evidence against the president is sufficiently strong to warrant articles of impeachment. And that's what jesting that they should have here and the running up that I read and it was very well written. I think it's almost ninety percent wrong. But we can break that down. And having a Senator Gordon Humphrey. He's from New Hampshire. I love the term limits thing. Ted Cruz is pushing for an actual Bill that would become a law that would actually make for term limits for senators and for representatives. That's a smart thing you and I are aligned on that again. I really I'm having a hard time getting past how a Republican generally speaking, I can speak for myself, a conservative want smaller government, lower taxes, more jobs, more freedom more. Liberty government the heck out of our business. That's what Donald Trump has done. You might dislike the guy, but that's what he's done as compared to what we know. Hillary Clinton would have done larger government, higher taxes, more control more regulation. So just on a political forget that you don't like the guy. And maybe you think there are some things that he's done that's impeachable. Take those away which you might have a hard time doing has hasn't. He done what you would have done as president. He's done. What I would have done getting good judges on this court, it's terribly terribly important to the extent of abiding a president who repeatedly violates the constitution and the oath of. Can we get onto those matters? I think I think we should because I think Gordon what I'm finding out as you're not going to answer very logical simple questions that I'm asking. And I love you like a brother, but you don't wanna go there. You don't wanna talk about Republican versus democrat, which I think is a good starting place. I could never have voted for Hillary Clinton knowing how she doesn't align with how you feel how I feel. I'm surprised that you did having. In Joe, I voted for the rule of law and for the constitution. I felt that Donald Trump would not be respectful towards the rule of law and the constitution, which after all are all we have the tweet us and the worst kinds of government. And you thought Hillary Clinton would be knowing about the Email scandal in the server, they only lies about the videotape and and Benghazi. I mean, she was a horrible candidate. That's why she lost a very poor choice joke or these do better this time. I could I could agree that the Democrats need to do better. I think that we've got a pretty good guy on the Republican side. We can debate that next time. What is the the first thing that you would do if you were on that committee in the house of representatives to bring articles of impeachment against this president? Remember, it's got to be high crimes and misdemeanors. It's gotta be it's gotta be something really really major league. And by the way, those watching and listening impeachment doesn't mean you get removed. That means that it's a hearing to see if there are charges you can make against him than the Senate. We decide whether he's guilty or innocent or not guilty. The Senate, of course, in the in the current form, and fashion would never say that he's guilty. It's a Republican Senate. Where do you start? If you if you're on the committee. What's the first thing that he did? Well, you got it. Right. They need to hold hearings and way the I didn't say that. I said that's how it works. I don't want them to hold hearings. You do but what are the hearings? What are they going to be based on you got the process? Well, okay. For starters has has the committee needs to weigh the evidence to decide whether the president obstructed Justice in the firing of James Comey FBI director because call me wouldn't play ball and backing off on the general Flynn investigation. Right. Does the allegations? There's apprentice say facing that she case that is the case. But the judiciary committee has the evidence to subpoena. Witnesses and records short to the bottom of it that you, and I don't we don't have that power. I understand. So the first thing is the firing of call me was that obstruction of Justice. You're smart enough. To know that is of course, not the president is the is the boss of you. Gordon, Gordon stop. I love you cut yourself. Have you have you cut yourself off in the in the shot, it's going to be caught on television too? So you can be mad at me if you want just don't lean forward that much scared me. All right. Have having said that let me just make the case very quickly because I know I'm right? The president is the guy who is the boss of the department of Justice, the president can fire James me or anybody in the FBI any day of the week that he wants to the president did not walk up and say, hey, you stop that Flynn investigation or else you're fired that had he done that. Maybe you have a case he still is allowed to do. It. Don't take my word for it. I mean, every leftist democrat lawyer, you can find is gonna agree with me, the president has the right to fire and hire in the department of Justice he controls but alleged the allegation is and Donald Trump has admitted this is that he said to me. Hey, can you see yourself clear to let this Flint? Now, you think that's obstruction of Justice. I'll listen to a guy ahead. Well, I think the committee needs to use subpoena power to get to the bottom get find out whether that's true or not into way that evidence. The next day. It is let's say let's say he said it how is that of trucks and address. It's called power. He said can you see your way clear and call me didn't drop it. Well, and he's still in trouble. Gordon? Control. It didn't go away. Am I going to allow the allow absolutely I'm just wondering if we're to stay on the on the same page here? His career is over. It. Didn't go away. It didn't work. He didn't make him. Stop the investigation respond to that guy. Thank you. You and I are having a disagreement about whether that car allowed evidence of abuse of power. I say it does you say it doesn't. Well, the committee Niessen needs to weigh it. It's the committee's decision, not mine or yours committee. Likewise needs to weigh. The evidence said that the president over the period of two years harassed his attorney general and ultimately fired because sessions would not intervene and special counsel's investigation. He had recused himself. Well, that's your assumption. I mean the jury assumption he could have fired him the day. He recused themselves. He didn't he kept them on for two years. He recused himself before. Okay, ultimate ultimately, he's fired him in the evidence seems to be also hired him knowing I would assume knowing that he was going to recuse himself feeling the Senator that he had heard Joe, Gordon. I think there's a delay. There is there isn't a delay. But I think that you think you're going to speak over being you're not not want to speak over you. I wanna really have a conversation. You completely blew it on the obstruction of Justice thing. That's one win for pags. Gordon? You lost that one? They shouldn't be investigating it. Because already Flynn is facing charges his craters over they didn't drop the case. Even had the president made him drop the case against Flaine. It's still not of obstruction the president has that purview..

Country and a fire crews here in San Francisco have been battling a PG d natural gas line explosion fire. It looks. As if private contractors installing fiber optic cables. Cut into the line PG any stock dropped about six percent right after I reports of the fire, but it is not at all clear who is at fault all of the workers on site. Have been accounted for global news twenty four hours a day on Aaron talk on Twitter power by more than twenty seven hundred journalists and analysts in more than one hundred twenty countries in San Francisco, I'm Ed Baxter. This is Bloomberg Grammy. Ed, thank you very much. We're rejoining our guests in Melbourne now. That's Kris western head of research at pepper stone financial, Chris I'm taking a look at this Bloomberg terminal chart here. I want to just walk you through it. It's called the low effect. Basically, we're looking at our Asai for Australian equities in overbought territory. Now, thanks in part say what happened with the banking commission and. Now with lows comments here four days up. Do you think we're headed for a pullback now? Anthony selection at the strengths in the market. Returns down and that will just be you'd be across action. All catching to a point where the marketing China was all Stoxx to get a little bit interesting. I'm mean, stick with the number of companies about twenty and sixty day moving rich. They get to levels where. You sort of get euphoric kind of conditions companies full we call as an. What's the number companies with us an hour, solid. Doesn't suggest that there's still going forward. CBS and some sort of I that's our twenty eight fifteen twenty metal. I'm not marketing it's quite saw coming through there. Yeah. I mean, I I still think there's probably little bit. Jason they'll strike in pops in up to five percents. And then you'd be listening to fight some of those needs and takes off the title high level talks next week between the US and China on trade. The Treasury Secretary was saying earlier today at this point at this point, no plans for Trump, and she to meet in the hope of finalizing a deal. I mean, this just maybe positioning and kind of psychological warfare at this point. Who knows what to believe? But when we get something meaningful is there a pop in Ozzy stocks that we do what five percent to the upside on some favorable trade news. I think there's so many topics quite still cited us around on around this Mateen's. And and the deadline that you know, it's very difficult. Just to take an explicit number. I mean, grandma sort of time as well. We now know that Tehran pow comes out so Humphrey Humphrey. The testimony as well. And that's gonna be quite interesting. So there's still a lot of event risk around that sort of time. But I think my advice catches the Miami news his that they're still far enough of Paul even like we've seen such positive rhetoric about combatants between the two sides around intellectual property, albeit around the actual trade sort of things that I think we'll probably get enough narrative to support risk assets into the instinct appropriate up saying the truce being light for a little bit longer. And then that will probably be designed to Tecate market volatility from from rising too much. But I still think at the end of the die obviously worked to get something tangible than risk is probably benefit from that. But it does it solve the real issue at hand, which is synchronized global slowdown that we're saying China Europe schools, the Utah you saying west ice house strang-. Yeah. We've been talking about some of the US stabilized a little bit in I and that's making the US still attractive is. Economic divergence story again, let me start in two thousand eighteen but the real story here is about a synchronized global slide down and affected will a truce opponent, right? Trace actually change those dynamics I'm not so sure they will Chris real quickly. Let's talk about commodities and iron ore because we're seeing that price skyrocket right now off of what's happening with volley of what's the next steps. That's investors should be watching for. Well, I mean, I think he's really sort of a real consensus around the level of deficit in the markets. Nine hundred thousand twenty we're hearing so ten million tons and ten that continue going on. And what happens when when the markets reopen side, you know, obviously, they straight here is just going gangbusters recently 'cause the mulcahy's lifting is pretty listen pretty shelves. "If you're the chargers, you just went to Baltimore you head back home. And now you gotta go across country to face the patriots in New England. So great team well rounded team and. You survive. Lamar Jackson, and it's not a good day to be Lamar Jackson in Baltimore. The Baltimore sun's Mike Preston as a column he asked if Lamar Jackson is the next Kyle bowler. That's mean-spirited by the way, eight weeks ago. Eight weeks ago we had questions about Lamar Jackson was he going to be able to improve his accuracy. Could he pass from the pocket? Cody win games. Could. He lied comebacks. And it feels like they're still asking those questions in Baltimore because he didn't look good yesterday at all. Now give the chargers lot of credit because they came up with the defense put a lot more defensive backs in there, and you're spying on the Mark Jackson, and you're gonna have him. I mean, this is no secret you want. No more Jackson in the pocket. Okay. You came up with the defense that was able to do that until the final what five six minutes of the fourth quarter. Is he Kyle Kyle bowler was turned out to be a bust. But he was a pocket quarterback. Lamar jackson. If you're committed to him as the ravens appear to be then you structure your offense you build your offense around him. And you try to take advantage of his talents. You try to cover up his faults. Can you stay healthy is he going to be able to improve his accuracy there? Those are things that he's got to work on. But I still look at him as a work in progress. Okay. He's he's acting more like a rookie quarterback. And that is you have faults. They find your fault. It doesn't take long for defensive coordinator to go. You know, what if we do this, and this we can take away that in that? I mean, Bella checks been doing this for his entire career. Okay. He does it as a high level and he's able to adjust quarter to quarter with his defenses. Yep. San Diego the LA chargers where you go. Okay. We have a new defense here. We're going to do something different with Lamar Jackson, and he shut him down. What about the other teams and the other games because those defenses weren't able to do that you have to have a certain defense to be able to do it. The chargers were able to do that with Lamar Jackson. I wouldn't am I committed to him they committed to him sooner because of flack injury. And then they started winning. And then you're not going to change. I wouldn't have changed. I'm curious. If Anthony Lynn thought that Joe flacco was coming in that game. The chargers. Head coach joins us the continental tire coaches corner. Coach, congratulations. Let me start with that question. Were you expecting Joe flacco? You know, we were prepared for Joe, and we did talking by the sidelines at one point that they might put JoAnne. So came in the game. We'd have been ready. The defense that you came up with how long was that in the works to to being able to go against Lamar Jackson a couple of weeks prior how much of advantage was that to that defense. Definitely gave us more looks. And. And we had a chance to come up with more Tennessee's that they were showing. I think when I came on the scene. It just wasn't a lot of tape on him. But the more games we played you start looking at the tape, and you to see some some Tennessee that they had and and it worked in our favor because it was right on money. Staff did a heck of a job of DASA team and coming out with answering players what happened in the fourth quarter there on the final five minutes. Six minutes. Well, you know, this was only a lot, but they went to the no huddle, and they actually move the ball pretty good and no huddle and Lamar went around. And he he made some plays with his army made some plays with his legs. But at the same time we could have done better galvastan on top and not giving up big plays. Have you checked the weather forecast in New England? Not really. Okay. All right. I'm just curious. Like are you getting the last? Every time we've gone east. We've got an outstanding weather. I mean, you go to Pittsburgh in December to Kansas City December. Well, it was just fine. You go to Denver. And assuming the weather was so we've we've been blessed that way, why are you guys go down the road? Great on the road. Football team. And I always we started thing that we wanted to be was tough. And and the guys they've responded have been through some adversity and complain, you know, make excuses they they stuck together and they've really resilient and gritty and. I just think those type of teams. The road. I was I was on one of those teams in Denver ninety seven we play well in the world. And and it's the same thing throughout the playoffs. But this team is built that way. Man, they care about one another. And and I think they they kind of like going into these hostile environments where it's kind of like you go in back to back with no having each other's back. They kind of like that. Can you name all the Philip rivers kids? Met them. But no. So blessed to have a big family, and and the resources what big fan boy moment. I can tell you that. Can you beat him in a forty yard dash? I hope so. Former running back at all. But yesterday, you know, we had a kid break avenues that they called back but the fumble recovery call back. I mean, Philip buckle is gonna catch emus Humphrey, Humphrey, son and. Iran now. So it was pretty good for a little while. How is that plane ride back for you guys? It was fun was fun. You know, as long plane ride back, you know, guys hydrated. But it was definitely fun continental tire coaches corner. Brings us Anthony land the chargers head coach I saw where you call. Todd. Haley brothers from life. Can you can you give us this late? The cliff notes version of you know, why you feel like Todd Haley is brother for life. We'll tell you. He was for me one of my worst moments. You know? I was out having pizza pops. And I ended up getting hit by a drunk driver and Maulmein diet that Niagara hit by a car going sixty miles an hour. He was three times the legal limit drugs. But also by the top was with me the whole time. I mean, we were friends before that. But after that night, it was it was it was. Now that ball was high because Johnson is six six, and he couldn't get his hands on it Stokes with the cover. Now. This was pressure. That created the high throw. It just forces Allender to launch the ball a little bit higher than he wanted to Brenton Cox true. Freshman coming off the right edge got into the arm Bellinger missed a little bit high for calling Johnson who Bill as you say he's got a very extended catch radius. I think they're gonna take penalty or delay game to be fifty five yard field unless Melissa call timeout were down zero. Did they call timeout in their field goal kicker is capable of getting from fifty five. Five yard penalty. That's an interesting decision here. Bill you're in a bowl game. And I like it Tom Herman's defense is playing. Well, he's got a double digit lead early bucks. Sixteen to go here in the first quarter. I liked the decision here to punted away and continue to trust your defense. And they're playing a heck of a game here. Early took the delay ball back to forty three. So Texas will punt from left to right and try to pin Georgia deep one sixteen to go here in the first quarter, Terry Godwin's back. Deep words number five. Hardman does most of the damage with a kick returns, Nicole hardman, led the SEC with twenty point one average. Here's the snap. And putting away from left to right end over end. So catch called four and made by Terry Godwin around the nine yard line. Traveled thirty three yards. And here comes the Georgia offense, I down in ten with a minute five to go in the first quarter. David I went back. We had the Texas bowl year ago against Missouri. And I looked so my notes and Tom urban one of the things he talked about last Theresa, you know, we need we need to know how to finish for their last six losses. They had the lead the fourth quarter. Yep. That's changed this year. They've they've had nine one possession games. They've won six of them. So obviously part of the culture change with Texas that that was a big win for them was a catalyst against Missouri. Remember the Tigers game into that game of their six-game win streak and one of the hottest quarterbacks in the front country. And drew lock. I out of ten Georgia at their ten Frahm froze up field. It's incomplete Riley. Ridley was open. Baldwin right through his hands the second down. And remember that game David the MVP was the partner Michael Dixon for taxes. He had an incredible game. And he partly that into a draft pick by the Seattle Seahawks and he left early. How many times if you leave early and going the draft fifth round to Seattle? He was booming on that night down in Houston. Second ten Georgia moving right to left one minute to go first quarter. They trailed Texas to nothing to receivers farside, right? Play clock to eight down the seven draw up the middle swept little bit of a hall. Fifteen eighteen yard line ballgame out. I think Texas has it. Yes, sir. Came up for that took one gram force the phone fumble swift Kevin away and for the third consecutive time. Texas is gonna start inside midfield deep now in Georgia territory at the twelve and they get it blocked up front. This is a nice run place at number third and short. And indeed looked like. That was take one ground that got the strip swift puts the ball on the turf. Wow, Bill now, this is not the same Georgia team that we saw line up against Alabama and the SEC championship game. Look like they've got a lack of focus tonight. Understate push down and ten they run a reverse coming around nearside Jordan now I quarterback fix a man. Miss. And he's finally tackled inside the five yard line plan was going left and Humphry came back the other way left to right, and he stopped throughout the etlinger tackle at the four yard line. And the hand off to trae Watson grad transfer from cow. He gives it to L J. And then the Phillies special back to throw your play action fake looking left. Nobody opened sat back at the eleven. He got berry behind the line of scrimmage. Yeah. That's gonna be second out be third-down coming out that was the second in about Rwanda. Now, it's going to be third down back to the ten yard line with trying desperately to find an open receiver. Check two or three in his progression. But finally things caved in me. Keri got their take Crowder inside linebacker converted running back was able to arrive as well. And the clock has run out and the Texas fans boy today like what they saw the first fifteen minutes there on their feet Perrineau Orleans end of the first quarter, Texas, ten Georgia. Nothing.
