"Yeah, it cuts out all the shopping, cleaning, chopping and doing you just swallow it and me. It's it's true. And there is there's a lot of chewing involved in that much for its vegetables. Absolutely. So I'm not going to tell you don't need to eat fruits and vegetables anymore. You do. But the beauty of this also is once you start taking balance of nature. It's interesting. Your appetite generally starts to increase towards fruits and vegetables, and many people report decreases towards sweets. Oh, that's a wonderful thing. Yeah. Wouldn't it be great if we could all substitute that Dr Howard when somebody does take thes 10 servings a day with balance of nature, What is it that they can expect to feel? I mean, how is it that something so small like that could actually maybe prevent some of thie? Diseases that you were talking about in some of your literature. Well, it's interesting. We'll have anywhere from somebody saying from minutes after I took my first dosage, just like somebody flipped the light switch on and I just feel it all the way to nothing. I mean, it doesn't necessarily mean you're going to feel something in your in your body. By the time you feel something, or by time you feel a symptom. You've lost over 60% of the function of that cell tissue or organ, and that's important to note. So what I really developed. This was not to feel anything but was to prevent Aging diseases was my original purpose to prevent the risk of of cataracts and strokes and heart, heart attack and heart disease and cancer. Macular degeneration and aging diseases is what we really that was the focus of what I was doing. It's not to cure anything. I guess that's what I'm trying to say That purpose wasn't to cure anything. It's to give the body the chemistry and the nutrition that needs to do what it needs. Your body is far more intelligent and knows what it needs to do more than I can can force it to do something. For those that are just tuning in. I'm talking with Dr Douglas Howard. The formulate er of balance of nature's fruits and veggies and fiber and spice, and I'm just amazed at what it is doing not only for me personally and my family But for so many others before we continue, we're going to take a short break. But before we do that, let me make sure I give the phone number so that you can receive a special discount on your very first order.

Freddie Coleman, take a look at that relationship for coach Bell, checking his New quarterback Cam Newton camp is all about showing people that his time in the sun is still going to be there, not just being a quarterback in the NFL but a successful quarterback in the NFL, and if he's able to do that would build Bella check. Bill better does not need to send that guy a message saying you have to compete because I get the sense that this is exactly what Campbell wants to show people that he can't compete. He will compete and win this job. I think it's more than likely. That he's going to be the starting quarterback. But that Jared Stanton guy is not just going to give it to him. And I'm sure that a guy like Cam new knowing that this is potentially his last shot to be a starting quarterback in the NFL. He better realize that and if he does, that's not only going to be good for him. It is going to be really good for his dad calling camp doing the kid Bill Bill, check the coach of the Patriots. You tell me right now where Bill Belichick is a Sfar starting quarterback goes He's not bringing up everybody else's name, you know, especially stadium. Scammers Are Using the Coronavirus to Steal Your Info

"There's been a big uptick. In scam activity during coronavirus, I give you one key example you should be aware of. People are getting. What are called pretexts which are emails? Tax or phone calls. That are bill collection notifications saying that you didn't pay this bill that bill the other bill whatever. And people are a little discombobulated now and you may have had trouble staying current with your bills or just emotionally you're not yourself and so scamsters are taking advantage of that and trying to get money out of you falsely for bills you don't know. And the way a pretext works is many times they impersonate. A big organization and you'll be taken to if you get a taxed or an email, you'll be taken to a website that looks a dental to the organization you do business with. And the criminals are able to do a lot of things they get you to sign into your account which give some access to information you don't want them to have. And if you pay money, you're ending up paying money to the crooks not to the reorganization. The worst part is usually you don't owe money to that would gentlemen organization But you're kind into believing you do

Howard Stern's surprising advice to Ellen DeGeneres amid toxic workplace allegations

"Okay. This is a wild story Howard. Stern has some surprising advice for Ellen. Degeneres. Ellen's been in a tub attorney trouble recently like. It's been going on for years, but it's just been a few months. Her reputation suddenly has been damaged I. think allegations about a toxic work culture and worse now Howard thinks eleanor should actually embrace this new persona and she should not try to be rehabilitator image no no. No she should basically just say everybody this is me and I'm a son of a you know what? Would he just go with it lead into this new image. He also goes on to say for many many years people thought he was horrible and he's actually kind of a nice guy I've got to admit the few times I've met Howard, he sort of like a good guy, and then was not as Nice went on the Ellen was more difficult than Howard. What do you think about this advice should ellen just lean into being a monster? What do you think Mr? The first is to laugh because all Howard wants to do is spend time with his gorgeous wife Bath and their dogs. I understand him giving her that advice but she spent thirteen years building brand of kindness and giving. She's not going to give that up. But let me tell you. She is going to have to act a little differently on her show day one she needs to come on camera and say, look she has to admit this has been happening all summer to ignore it and be like, Hey, we're having a dance party nobody's GonNa buy it. She has to come on and say look I know that people have talked about. The show they talked about me. They've criticize whether I'm kindness or not, and I had to take a look into myself and say have I lived up to my own standards and I am this point going to make a change to be a kinder version of myself and then she can kind of go back to the life that she had. It won't be exactly the same, but she has to own up to on it. She has to take one hundred percent responsibility for her actions and then she can move forward.

Lives they're carrying Hague's from Guru, Guay Dot Com Karen, thanks for joining me and a huge. Welcome. I was so excited to hear what you're going to take out of my via. Those good with those those. Highlights there. Right I. Love that I mean I think you're probably the only person. I've ever introduced that sung sixties covers in the Psychedelic Rock Barn Costa Rica Wall the only one who's intro involved. I'm sure other guests have done it because who has right? Exactly that's kind of par for the course if you're a traveler I want to start out, could you were talking about one of my favorite countries in the world but somewhere, I've never been so little known fact or maybe not that little known if you used to follow way back in the day. Karen I said that my two favourite countries in the world were Slovenia an Erg Urguay but I had never been to either one I've now been to Slovenia but I haven't been to. Uruguay. So I am very excited to chat with you I'm I'm totally shocked what why Uruguay can I ask my? So I think just when I started traveling, I looked at a map and was like, don't like what I'm taking I was kind of like entire nation is going to be taken back. There you go. I looked at a map and I remember thinking. Like where are the hidden gems? Hidden Gems when they travel and so oh, Brazil Argentina and I remember I and I liked soccer slash football and. Howard now I'm understanding more. Colors, the light blue I like Diego Forlan, and so I just remember thinking that would be a coup country to go because everyone goes to Argentina everyone goes to Brazil. I want to go there and Slovenia same kind of thing this tiny country tucked in amongst kind what you would call like tourist powerhouses of Italy and stuff like that and. Yeah I just so for me, it was like those are the two that I just I thought they use are going to be it and have been something. We haven't made it yet. Then that is a good question well. Yet to give you a little bit of background, my wife and I wanted to come to South America for quite a while. So let's say five six years where we've really been like South America let's go. We've still never touch the continent. One of the reasons was we are not and naturally very cautious people but because we were trying to have kids and Zeke was happening and all that kind of stuff especially down in Brazil we kind of thought well, we can put it off like if we don't have to go and I know Uruguay was not Zico hotbed. But of course, if we go there, we wanted to go to Argentina Brazil. So we kinda just kept putting it off, putting it off, putting it off. And now we're recording during covert times if you're listening in the future hopefully, you're out of it by then. But yeah. Now, of course, as an American can't really go there. So. I would have if you had spoken to me five or six years ago than I would have said to you that you have to come anyway for your entire vacations to Uruguay 'cause there's so much to do and enough of people thinking that it says side from Argentina or Brazil. Okay. So I would have said that immediately and I also would have said to you that you know Zeka. Zero cases here and that Uruguay has great public health policies, and in fact, right now we are kind of like one the stock countries in Latin America regarding the virus

Chaotic start to school year

"Well, we have a very odd school year. It's underway in some parts of the country. Other places won't even be underway till after Labor Day, but it is haphazard and. To call it, weird would not encompass it. Producer Joel has to school age kids and what's your kids story as far as their school. So they pushed back the start date for for two weeks of school in the first nine weeks are going to be virtual learning. And your kids are young young. So virtual learning at. Their age five, seven years old. That's right. Yeah. It's GONNA be. It's GonNa be Kinda hard to do the virtual learning thing You know we did my my five year old was in pre k. last year, and you know when they when they stopped going in person, we basically abandoned the online learning pretty quickly because for four year old to try to learn in front of a computer is is darn near impossible. Unless, it was a cartoon video, right exactly and I have a ninth grader, a high schooler who for now is going back into the classroom and they have a color coded system that I talked about a few weeks ago, which is yellow orange and red red is online. Only yellow is in the classroom four days a week in person orange two days a week in person, and they're starting off at yellow four days a week, and they are doing extreme distancing of the kids hundred percent mass compliance. And it is. Everything, they could do to try to deal with the public health side, my daughter, who is a college junior. Her school. Is Online, only all the way at least till January and I. Can tell you, she hated online march, April and May. And It was a terrible way to finish her sophomore year, and now she's got it all fall long as a college junior. They did cut the tuition though four percent. Still a crazy amount of money. But they gave a small tuition reduction. For the fact that is online. and. So this is something all of us are going to experience. It's going to keep changing. A suburb of Atlanta, that was much in the news nationally actually internationally for starting back school with no mass required no distancing required and immediately ended up with an outbreak of corona virus, and now is online only till they figure out what to do next. and. So this is hard for parents. especially, anytime, family lives in a multi generational household with grandparents living under the same rule. Roof is a school age. Grandkids is an intensely dangerous thing. If GRANDKID BRINGS CORONA virus from school and gives it to a grandparent in the house, the fatalities from Corona virus overwhelmingly had been among older Americans, and so the schools will benefit the most and the kids benefit the most from being in the classroom. But the teachers many of which may have a pre existing condition or endanger, and that's why having public health protocol for the kids is so important, but it's also important because. Preventing an outbreak in the school allows the school potentially to stay in person where it cannot otherwise. So. I. Hope that. We're able to keep our kids in school people like me who are fortunate to have at least one kid gets to go back in the classroom, but for this to work going forward. The safety protocols have to come first. So teachers staff. Administrators. Are, as safe as they can be in the school environment and that the kids coming home. Keep their. Family, members safe. That kids are not just like Joel's. Young, child, was not able to. Hang with the online thing, a lot of kids can't, and then other kids don't even have Internet access and can't do so.
