AJ Takes on Trump on Howard Stern in 2001
"Sit back and enjoy AJ versus Trump on Howard Stern may 11th, 2001. Donald Trump's on the phone. He can't call in tomorrow because of a flight scheduling problem. So he wanted to quickly get on the air. He is not coming in live. No, no, he was always calling him. I did not know that. Donald. How are you? Oh, by the way, arch enemy AJ Benz is here. AJ is a nice guy. I like him even though he said negative things about me in his book. This one shaft is worth. That's all. I can't believe it. Did you know you went after his girlfriend? Yes. I stole his girlfriend, but I didn't know I was stealing his girlfriend, Robin. He's so nervous. Nobody told me I was stealing your girlfriend. Nobody told me that was your girlfriend. I know. Well, you brought Donald guy, so I have to believe you. Wait a second. Isn't it one of the greatest things in the world to be able to steal AJ's girlfriend? You know what? I've always liked AJ. AJ rightfully can't stand me now, and I can understand that. But wait a minute. At the time, at the time, I did something that I didn't know I was doing. I had no idea what was AJ's girlfriend, and it's one of those little things. Okay, I moved to LA as a main car breakup. So she was a free agent. You know, even though he's still up. So I don't know. We broke up. But then I got back to town, and I approached all of the party at Charles Evans house. And I said, hey, this is not so long piece of me. I love this girl. Now, stay away. I had naked pictures of your wife a long time ago when I was a cool guy and gave me the shots. And he said, you're right, I'm sorry. Chuck Jones was sent in the Xerox. All right, go ahead, yeah. And I gained it on his AJ, he was stand up guy. Then he forgets what I did from now. If he was cool, he would have walked away. I realized you can't make any girls sleep. Of course. I understand that. But as a man's management said, it is plenty of girls out there.

"You want us to watch a dog on a sled in the winter for a drug that you should be on. Right. So this notion of empathy and community and trust through radio just doesn't exist and that's the idea of ending isolation by hearing someone that sounds like you instead of a poster someone thinks is someone that looks like you. Right. It's a better way to help even the nonprofits to help them find the people with a level of trust and empathy to make them aware that when you're ready, we're here. We got you. Right. That connection, then the authenticity, right? I mean, and I think we're seeing that so much more post this weirdness that we've been through over the last two and a half, three years, is people are and I'll count myself in there. People are sick of kind of trying to being sold something or the BS or the gloss or the actually tell me what it actually is. And what it actually does. And I want to actually know versus I mean, you see that and it's creating a hell of a lot of divisiveness also post everything we've been through, but I personally think that's a good thing because it allows everybody to start to get real with where they're at and what they believe. It's hard to know what you believe until you see somebody that believes the opposite up in your face. And then all of a sudden you start to understand what you actually believe. There's a catalyst. I always go back to what was it, the third Indiana Jones, where he chose poorly and he melts, right? The one with Sean Connery, the third one. Looking at the cup of Christ and the guy picking up. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. You want to observe the people that did the maybe chose poorly. I know that you've kind of chosen the right thing. So I'm always curious because just like you have fascinating guests on this show. And I'm always interested in what the underlying motivation is. So you have built a not for profit and a for profit that are all about communication, all about support, all about compassion, all about empathy, all about connection. Why on earth did you do that? Because I'm pissed. Okay. Eternally. Okay. I think being upset that things should be better. I don't mean like changing the world and peace on earth. Esoterically existential. There were so many things that are so simple to fix. And I literally mean really simple to fix. That just boggle my mind that this and apathy and sloth and complacency that no one even wants to try to fix them. I'll give you one great example. Huge success story. So for years, mammograms were 50 years old. You had to be 50 to get a reimbursable mammogram. That's great. That's fantastic. Breast cancer happens over 50. We started to see in the 2000s that breast cancer was happening more in 40 somethings. And it was worse in 40 somethings. So for years, stupid cancer, our partners representative Debbie wasserman Schultz, led this massive push to get screen links down to 40. And reimbursed by employers or just by whatever it is. It's reimbursed. Go to everyone. And finally, once the Affordable Care Act passed, we were able to slot in this sub bill called the early act. Into ACA, and it mandated coverage for women getting mammograms at 40, and it also mandated that the companies making them mammography machines had to update their tech for women's breast tissues that were 40 years old, which are usually denser than women that are menopausal. And they did all that. And as a result, women are getting their first mammograms at 40, and the ones you're finding cancer, and there are many of them, couple hundred a year. Would have died. If we didn't get that bill passed, but the idea of having to spend 8 years to get mammogram screening is down to 40 from 50, which just seems so obvious. One of my best Friends had her mammogram or 40th birthday at state Shu breast cancer. She's alive today because we got that bill passed in 2012. That's one of it shouldn't be this ridiculously stupid. Right. To do a small thing like that. Right. This isn't climate change and saving. It's the smallest things. So that's what drives me because I know it's possible to plug small holes in the dam. It shouldn't be a slow burn. Right. But that's what keeps driving me to fix little things. Well, and when you say fixed little things, from my perspective, where I set today, you're fixing things that are not so little, actually, that are the most important, which is the human emotional psyche if you want to call it that, or the mental health, or whatever name you want to put on it. But that's actually a really big deal. Because that is what that's what truly changes is when the collective starts to shift consciousness. That's when things happen, right? And you were able to drive it. You will, that's what you ultimately did to get bills introduced and get things done as you're changing the way people think about things. And then they go, oh yeah, it took 8 years. Well, again, the young adult cancer movement, which was like livestrong. Right. In the early days, again, a group called critical mass. The national coalition for cancer. There's a litany. If you visit off script dot com,

"Are inspired to live bright, live bold and share bright vibes. Alone it can be hard to change, but together we can change the world. Welcome to the bright vibe podcast. So Matthew Zachary healthcare advocate. That's what I'm going to call you today. Healthcare, extreme healthcare active advocate. How about that? Matthews, welcome to the show today. I will allow it. Thank you. You know, sarcasm to me is just like a warm blanket. So I think I'm going to feel good at the end of this podcast today. I think so. I love my mom. I'd like to meet. You're the founder of an award winning. It says not profit. I'm reading your bio. Stupid, it called stupid cancer, which I do want to talk about, and then you're also the CEO and cofounder of off script health. And I want to talk about both of those today. But I obviously want to talk about anything you want to talk about as well. Because I am certainly in alignment with we have to be our own best advocates when it comes to healthcare. Nobody's going to look out for your health like yourself. Or nobody has a vested interest. Like you do. Is that fair enough to say? That is the case where I don't know if you're already here, but you're typically screwed in general by default in life. And you have to hope that chemistry physics and chaos are in your favor. Yes, yes, yes. And so too often, so as I was telling you, I'm pretty sure I have a healthcare background. I'm not a physician, I thank goodness for anybody that I would be my patient. But I do have healthcare facilities, senior care specifically. And you can really tell people have better outcomes when they're engaged in their health. There's no other way to say it. It doesn't matter if they're taking meds. No matter what, if you're engaged in your health or in your care, you're typically always going to have better outcomes. If nothing else, it just reduces anxiety and stress of what's to come. Just understanding what's happening. Yeah, I mean, everything's always in theory. I'm always on the underdog side of things in the sense that raises a Jew. You typically have what I call congenital chutzpah. You're just born with this spunky take no prisoners. You know, go fuck yourself perspective. Right. But not everyone has that. And is it fair to conflate that just be your own advocate is fair to a population of people that come from various different cultures and perspectives and attitudes and zip codes, they don't even know what's possible to be their own advocates. So who is their surrogate? That could hopefully be there for that. No one's going to deny that being your standing up for yourself, knowing what's right for you, it's so it's cloudy, but it's also very individualized and it's specific to what's wrong with you as well. Of course. And so your organizations typically, it sounds like support people in that process. If I just found out I had cancer, there's information there's community. There's access to resources so that I can start at least understanding how to be my own advocate. Is that fair to say? Yeah, I think by 20 22 parlance I ran crisis nonprofits. But 19 years ago, they would just go with trying to help you not be alone and make your experience suck a lot less. Right. That was 2022. Cancer loneliness and cancer back when we were victims and all these other sort of stoic and to deliver ways of thinking about quality of life. Got it. Okay. And so is that what stupid cancers? So tell me about stupid cancer and what exactly that is. So I was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in 1996, spoiler alert. They were wrong. Best misdiagnosis ever. And so literally you were misdiagnosed, you diagnosed you with cancer, but you didn't have cancer. No, no, I actually had actual brain cancer, but I thought I'd be dead in 6 months. Got it, got it. Okay. No, there was some bad crap in my head. Believe me, you know, that was definitely there. It definitely did surgery. Definitely the radiation. Got it. And I was 21. College grad school and I was a concert pianist. It was going to study with Hans Zimmer, and I have this whole future for myself. I might have been really happy back then, because I didn't know what was wrong with me. And then you know, life turns on a dime, all this crap happened. I couldn't go to grad school. I wound up rehabbing myself playing piano for 5 years, but I fell into advertising as a plan B and I worked in advertising for ten years, but along the way, I finally met someone who had cancer in the 20s. You know, bonus was he also had cancer brain cancer. And he was bald and Jewish and went to my college. Do you guys were twins? Right. But he's the one that kind of woke me up and asked me how'd you like to be a cancer advocate? And I said, what the hell is a cancer advocate? No one put those words together back then. Advocate was like the gay advocate magazine was the 9. All we knew, the HIV crisis. The advocate was the magazine and there was no cancer advocate. Aids advocates. Right. And it was a whole different way to think about, you know, what could make my life what could have made my life, my decisions, my empowerment, my experience better or less crappy. So that was kind of like, you know, man behind the curtain moment where

Howard Stern Is All Doom and Gloom About MCU Debut
"Busy. Howard Stern is, well, look, he's let it slip recently that he could be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a doctor doom movie. I don't care about these movies. I don't watch marvel stuff. So I don't really know who doctor doom is in the context of the comics. But during the commercials on his show the other day, how it left his microphone on so they say, while he talked to his producer, Gary Della bate, about possible guests to book for the show. And it's kind of difficulty here because the ads are playing over the conversation. But Howard tells Gary Della boate that he won't be able to talk much in the next few months and then his co host Robin Quivers wants to inquire about, well, what's going on with you over the summer? Why can't you talk much? And he says, well, I'm going to do doctor doom. Then he said, but believe me, I'm F and miserable about it. How is miss Mitchell about anything? And then he continued to share that he reached out to the marvel comic universe people. He reached out to the marvel vet, Iron Man himself, Robert Downey, junior for acting tips. And he asked Gary if he could get the number to the director, John favreau and get his contact information. Now maybe hours less than enthused about the mystery project because he's more focused on what he also said he's going to do. And that is to run for president in 2024. Because after the Supreme Court overturned roe V wade, Howard said on Monday last week that he wants to run for president to overturn all this bullshit. I know Howard. I've been in that studio over a hundred times when the show is off and running commercials. That's when Howard is really Howard. The guy you hear on the radio during the show and the old days, especially, really wasn't Howard. That was a character.

"Check back tomorrow. To hear your results, Donnie love, what are you working on? Well, Howard Stern, he's weighed in on the slap scene around the world. And Howard started saying that Will Smith's is Chris Rock slap is a sign of great mental illness. He actually argues that Will Smith must be suffering from sort of mental illness, the fact that he would get up there and he wasn't able to control his impulses. And he goes, not only that, it was hardly an insulting joke, it was not even a good joke. Stern said, and even argued what fans saw on TV was a guy who's got real issues. He didn't think twice about what he was about to do. Now that's crazy. When you can't contain yourself like that. It's just hard and then he goes on to actually kind of defend Chris Rock saying that he described him as a gentle soul and not a fighter. He was just trying to do his job and he called Smith. Clearly insane. Oh, I mean, a lot of people have been saying to me, is this a cry for help? Is this a cry for help? What will did was out rage us, Chris Rock is a gentle soul, even though he makes fun of people comedy is his way of communicating. He's a really nice guy. I know people who know him and they say he's a really, really nice guy. Gosh, if Will Smith slapped me in the face. I don't know if I would just stand there. I'd cry. I'd run. That's what I would do. Absolutely. I saw him walking towards me. I'd run away. And a Jimmy Kimmel made me laugh. The loudest when he said it was disgraceful. Look, that everybody in Hollywood just sat there and watched including catwoman and Spider-Man who were in the audience. I know some of the biggest superheroes. Superhero was they should have like jumped up with the capes on and saved the day. This is more interesting though because Howard outright said it. Other people have been hinting at this is we'll have an a breakdown. It's worth going through something here that we just can't explain or are we using that as an excuse and he's not having a breakdown, but he thinks that anything he does. He can get away with. I mean, talk about thinking you are above the law above the rules, people do stupid stuff all the time. I don't know anybody who does it literally with the cameras rolling. What sort of ego must you have that you think you are so special? You are so above the rules that I can assault you in front of millions of people and get away with it. Get up. Not just get away with it. Be cheered for it. So if you give somebody a shava push a slap, you'd probably then run off, go higher, will sat back down in his seat and then 40 minutes later, he got an academy. Award. I think Howard could be onto something. I don't like to diagnose people that I don't know. It's not my profession, but a lot of people have been saying that he's something going on with will. Is there a breakdown? I would not be surprised if over the next couple of weeks. We see more come out..

It's got to be a wig. Of course, there is some implants or plugs or rugs. Let me know how uncle Louis hair looked at 63. Come on. At 59. I had an uncle Nikki. Very handsome uncle, my mother's youngest brother. Didn't have anything here. It was thick, black, not bully done here. Neapolitan head, but I remember standing over his casket and looking at the intricate work of how it was styled and piled and swooped this way in that to hide the boss spot that all men get. It's the saint Anthony bull spot. We all get it. I mean, very few of us don't get it. And you can tell when actors leading men want to hide it. Artie Lange Steps Away From Podcasting Again
"I'm a little distressed to hear about Artie Lang my man who's a terrific podcaster, a great comedian and overall wonderful warm giving generous person. We all know Audie Lang has had his problems with drugs. But I think I just heard that he's stepping away from his podcast yet again. And I think it's about him not being able to cope with the pressure of it, I don't know. I don't know. I don't think he's high again because if he was with all find out and he'd be in prison. I just think it's hard for order to do this show because much of his life much of his comedy routine and much of his podcast were always a guy we're always about a guy who, you know, had drug issues and took drugs and like it or not, that was a big part of his act. It was a big part of why he was so wonderful on the Howard Stern show. And now apparently he's stepped away. I told you guys many weeks ago when I already got back into podcasting that something's off, something's different. He doesn't seem happy doing the show. And here it is. He's not happy doing the show. Even though he loves the friends he speaks to the fellow comics. He interviews. It's not the way all he wants to do things.

Drug using sexual anarchist, how do they go from that to if you dare have a doctor on your podcast that is published and has 9 patents and says something I don't like? I'm gonna remove my music. It does kind of play into that theme though, isn't it? That the last chapter in the book of liberalism is totalitarianism. It really is. Is that it all starts in Woodstock with mudslides and orgies and drug use and everyone's having a great time. Beast love and happiness. Yeah, sure. And then it ends in Neil Young in the last chapter of his book of liberalism, says if you dare disagree with me, if you have a doctor I don't like, I'm gonna pull my music.

How Joe Rogan Thwarted the Gatekeepers to Reveal the Truth
"Joe Rogan signed a record contract with Spotify. Joe Rogan used to post his content everywhere. Used to post it on YouTube used to post it on Apple podcast in particular, he was consistently one of the top podcasts on Apple podcast. Spotify came to him though with a record breaking contract. I think it was a $100 million signing bonus basically, not to mention some of the ad revenue in some of the other inside of saying, hey, your exclusively can come to Spotify. Now the time this seemed like a great deal for Spotify. Mike tirico, thank you from football night in America. He actually does a really good job. Mike tariko. And so Joe Rogan at the time when he signed this deal, it seemed like a winner for Spotify across the board. They're going to compete in a podcast space against Apple 85% of all podcasts, by the way, are on Apple podcasts. Thank you for subscribing to the Charlie Kirk show. We're in Spotify as well. And Spotify is mostly and mainly a music streaming service. Used by a lot of different people, very popular and has grown throughout the years. Acquiring the exclusive rights of Joe Rogan seemed to make all the sense in the world. Until Joe Rogan started to say things that the employees and the stakeholders of Spotify did not like. And so there's this dilemma that is kind of, let's say, hit the shores of Spotify's island, which is how do we deal with a problem like Joe Rogan? Kind of like how do you deal with a problem like Maria? But the difference is that there really shouldn't be a problem. They signed Joe Rogan under the belief that this was going to be the free speech kind of rough round the edges swearing, talking about things that you might not want your 9 or ten year old to talk about. And let me be very clear. I'm not endorsing every episode of the Joe Rogan experience. There are some incredibly graphic, quasi Howard Stern episodes of the Joe Rogan experience of people that have lived very colorful lives. But there are other episodes of the Joe Rogan experience that if you edit it out for swear words are incredibly interesting and intellectually pure. That's just you don't know what you're going to get. You don't know what move the guests are going to end. It's going to be and you don't know where the topics are going to go. The kind of unexpected, unscripted element of Joe Rogan makes it real and authentic, which is why it's been so successful. The Joe Rogan having doctor Peter McCullough and doctor Robert Malone on his program, all of a sudden has completely disrupted the matrix because he circumvented the Facebook fact checkers, the YouTube Gestapo. All the people that were previously able to censor Ivermectin hydroxychloroquine azithromycin and skepticism around the vaccine, no, no, no. And of it. If we're picking size on the football field, I'm definitely going team Rogan. Team on it. If we're talking current Howard Stern, well, yeah, he sucks. Oh, yeah, curb back in the day. Howard Stern was way better than Joe Rogan is now. I take 9 to the early 2000s stern over Rogan. Can you do that? 100%. But 2021, though, he's got to go. In 2021, he's got to go. We're trying to fix here and we're gonna we're gonna get that fixed breitbart news writer. John nolte argued monday. That howard stern and the left are using reverse psychology to trick. Republicans dying of covert. Here's the argument that the breitbart john nolte apparently advanced. He said if i were to use reverse psychology to try to convince people not to get a life saving vaccination. I would do exactly what howard stern and the left are doing. I would bully. I would taunt mock and ridicule you for not getting vaccinated knowing that the human response would be well blank you. I'm never going to get vaccinated now. John nolte writes. No one ever wants to feel like. They're being boyd ridiculed or mocked or pushed into doing anything. Now here's media analysis of this. They say that truism sounds compelling absent any additional context but the over-simplification of a complex psychological phenomenon isn't exactly evidence of conspiracy. Nolte goes on to make the absurd case rights media that unvaccinated. Americans are in danger of dying. Because of the media's manipulation. You think there's no truth to that. Do you honestly think there's no merit to to the fact that people are are quite possibly dying because of the politicisation of covert.

"Say you have a small business and you you make your successfully five six seven hundred thousand dollars a year and you're paying forty forty five percent in taxes biden says. That's not your fair share. I know this will disappoint angeline. But i make a pretty good living to i. Don't make sean hannity money. I don't make howard stern money. But i also don't make money a like a waiter waiting tables. I looked at my tax returns last night. I was curious. The last full year that i lived in new york as a fulltime new york resident city state federal taxes forty eight point five percent. I gave almost half of my income back to the government. Is that not my fair share. Since i moved to florida. It's better last year. And i remember last year. I was in florida almost the whole year. Because of the pandemic almost forty percent taxes came to thirty eight percent. Is that my fair share. How much is my fair share. How much is the fair share of a somebody who owns a farm and makes four five six eight hundred thousand dollars a year. Somebody who owns a restaurant. Somebody has an insurance agency. Somebody has a small business. Somebody who's a lawyer doctor. A pilot into whatever you do for a living. What is the fair. Share biden keeps repeating it like rainman waiting for judge. Wapner at five o'clock. Pay your fair share. Pay your fair share. But i guarantee you somebody knows what the fair share is. What is it should. I give back. We are talking about you know things related to the current the current crackdown on freedom. That's happening mostly across the globe. There are few pockets of sanity here and there. But for the most part Government goons from across the planet seem to agree on the playbook and some people would say that this playbook has been in production for many many years with the People like george. H w bush talking about the new world order back in the nineteen eighties to today when you have bureaucrats in new south wales admitting it and more than one using the terminology new world order and one guy corrected himself after he said it as acting as though it was a misstatement but he himself had already set it in another press conference as did another one of their health minister types so and of course these are just the most recent iterations of this been a myriad of different politicians and bigwigs who've been talking about this so you've got those people just basically throwing it right in your face and then they have their spokespeople their unofficial spokespeople like howard stern. Getting on the air and talking trash. The supposed libertarian. Who at one time ran. I believe for some sort of political office in new york. State as a libertarian. Dan at oh that yeah. This was years and years ago. Might have been for like new york senator. Something like that but he did. He did throw his hat in the ring as a quote unquote libertarian. Because it suited his little play. It suited his acting job. You know he's all about howard stern howard stern's about howard stern and that's about it and so if it if it suits him it's for him and obviously liberty isn't for him because here's what he had to say most recently this apparently was on if it was today or yesterday very very recently. The story was printed yesterday over at the hill dot com radio host howard stern blasted opponents of the cove in nineteen vaccine on tuesday stating that quote nut. Jobs are trampling on his quote freedom to live so his freedom is under attack by people like us somehow the fact that we don't want to put some sort of foreign substance into our veins is restricting howard stern's freedom he said to his listeners on his sirius. Xm program quote. When are we going to stop putting up with idiots in this country and just say it's mandatory to get vaccinated. That's so libertarian. of him. Right this is not an uncommon viewpoint by the way there have been. It's not just stern. It's other people in like newspaper editorial sections who've been calling for mandatory vaccination all the propaganda he says. I remember when i went to school. You had to get a measles vaccine. You had to get a mumps vaccine. He said and there are indeed requirements for kids to get vaccines to go to government school. That is true and that's part of what they're building all of this off like. Oh well we already had these vaccine requirements was just another one. This is not those vaccines though. This is a different kind of thing and it's not made the same way. Those vaccines are not to mention this entire crisis and we're talking about cryptocurrency earlier. What it's doing our raid is a good example of what that turns into they are. The state is going down in flames. There's nothing they can do to prevent and crypto currency is a death-knell to them. And just just it's very existence as a death-knell to every government on earth. And i think the government this point realize that I think they're very. They're getting desperate. And i gotta tell you. I think this whole kobe. Nineteen crisis feels kinda rush to market. If you ask me got tons of holes in it you know if the governor just throws more money at cryptocurrency they might be able to control it by a bunch of it. Go ahead not too. It's not too late. Go ahead by in f them said stern their freedom. I want my freedom to live. I want to get out of the house. I wanna go next door and play chess. I wanna take some pictures. this is bs. Here's an idea howard go outside. Go next door. Some chess takes some take some pictures. Stop being such a little bitch and doing what the government tells you to write your the problem people like that that just do what. They're told they're the problem. There the reason why we don't have freedom you wanna complain about not having freedom. Go look in the mirror. Absolutely goes on. He goes on the other thing. I hate is all these people with kobe who won't get vaccinated or at the hospitals clogging it up. He said dubbing vaccine opponents as individuals exclaiming further so like if you have a heart attack or any kind of problem you can't even get into the er and i'm really of mind to say look if you didn't get vaccinated and you got covert you don't get into a hospital. Go f yourself. stern continued. You had the cure and you wouldn't take it. He also rallied against texas's controversial law that bans abortions and then goes off on donald trump. So somehow they're gonna connect donald trump to everything you you basically know who they're working for. If at the end of the diatribe they blurt out donald trump's name that that whole the whole donald trump thing is so overweight but they keep like dragging them out riding it into does like makes them look really bad in my opinion. I think they've looked bad the beginning for well i mean they look bad as a rule but i mean just bringing donald trump into over and over and over and over and over again. It's just oh old. I'm not a trump supporter. But my god please stop. Please stop talking about donald trump at this point. I can't listen to it anymore. So you got howard stern saying go f yourself. He says f their freedom meaning our freedom. You got arnold schwarzenegger saying f your freedoms. So there's definitely like a trend here. People with fairly large name recognition talking trash about those people who dare to refuse to obey this. A lot of gyms were down arnold's posters that. Yeah he he lost big endorsements and yeah. Yeah when this when it all happened. The covert thing with his him saying if you're frito that okay. Yeah wow we're gonna end up with that. No yeah what a shame. And it's It's just these people they are desperate like you're saying that they They definitely want to get people like us being made to look like we're crazy. Oh my god. You're not doing what you're told. Could you imagine all the meat heads at the gym saying. Oh yeah we're gonna. We're going to go along with this. No there's actually body each other and they're getting real close that they're not going to where the mass six feet and they're going to do any of that. The gyms of the real like us. They're the holdouts those guys in nipping. Great jersey yeah but it's not just the guys in jersey. they're just the most visible once. They're the ones that made the biggest headlines for refusing to shut down during the the covert shutdowns. They're actually facing. I believe it's like fifteen thousand dollar a day fines now and they The the one of the most recent updates. I follow the guy on social. Media's names ian smith and he posted two weeks ago maybe he posted that they had just gotten notice that the government the government gang there in new jersey has now gotten permission by the courts to pierce the corporate veil. What go after. The owners of the gym individually so normally llc's or corporations are protection for the owners from liability for what a business does right so if the business racks up some fines or if the you know there's a judgment against the business by somebody suing the business. Usually that just means that the person who got the judgment or the government can clear out the bank account of the business. But that's as far as it can go like you can close.

Drew Barrymore Said Her Mother Placed Her In A Psychiatric Ward At 13 And Spoke About How It Affected Their Relationship
"Barrymore opening up about being placed in a psychiatric ward at age of thirteen by her mom. She told howard stern in an interview this week that she was going to clubs not going to school stealing. Her mom's car was just out of control. Thirteen years old. Your father mother. We're just not there for you. And i thought about britney spears documentary. I have so much empathy towards so many people. Paris hilton came on the show and she had been institutionalized by her mom. And you know you think. Like britney and paris. And i've thought it for myself. I'm sure that people look on and think these party girls. These privileges says how dare they have feelings about any of this. They've put themselves up out there. They've asked for this. It's fair game. And i just go there. Humans they're just humid. Stayed in that psychiatric ward for about eighteen months. And she said after thirty years of therapy and soul-searching she finally learned to forgive her mom for doing that or my mom. Put me in a place that was like a full psychiatric word. I used to laugh at those like malibu thirty day places. They talk about things that pissed me off. I was just like a a little spa vacation for thirty days. Like in malibu was sort of the opposite of the experience. I had i was in a place for a year and a half called. Van is psychiatric. And you couldn't mess around in there and if you did you would get thrown either in thought padded room or get stretcher strains and tied up. Why were you so bad that you had in padded room. I grab you know with like the go. Go's and wendy williams and blondie and all these like bad ass chicks and i just would like you know channel my inner riot girl and i you know some days. It was really funny. I would rile up all the girls. And i'd be like listen to these people. Don't care about you.

Britney Spears fans call out Diane Sawyer over 2003 interview featured in new documentary: 'I want an apology'
"The fallout from the britney. Spears documentary keeps getting uglier. Justin timberlake was under fire but he is not the only one. Diane sawyer is feeling the heat as well documentary framing brittany featured. Some of diane's exclusive interview with the star from two thousand. Three and fans are outraged. They're saying. Dan owes an apology for grilling her about justin. And whether she's a bad role model for young girls. Here's a clip. He's going on television. Pretty much said you broke his heart. You did something that caused him so much pain so much suffering. What did you do. Britney spears has upset a lot of mothers in this country starting with the wife of the governor of maryland. Really if i had an opportunity to to shoot britney spears. I think i would. Oh that's that's really trying to test a lot of people was pretty wide goodness all right. So there's so much to this interview in fact like after that whole terrible quote from the governor that said i could shoot britney spears diane sawyer to that was something along the lines of well. You've really you know. Made it very hard for a lot of mothers. Wasn't that bad is governor's wife. That's who needs apologize her up unless she's not here or anything like that. But that's what needs to apologize. Get up off. Diane's she's a reporter. She was at a man's world back there. She had to be tough and nobody asked him barbara. Walters apologize but nothing. I'm just i'm done. She had to be tough. 'cause he was week we wouldn't even know her name. Right now feels different. So say you're part because i like when this talk all that i looked up the interview and listen. I'm going to say it's a reflection of the times. It's how we attacked women at that time. It just the things that diane was allowed to say to britney without even a second glance is absolutely appalling. It would never happen in two thousand twenty one. I don't believe she pulled out. Magazine articles Showing brittany and about how she was sexy. And all these things brittany said jaylo does it. Christina aguilera does it. Is it a big deal. Because will you have the connection with the. It's all making her feel guilty on top of that. This is another question. She asked this twenty one year old. She said but you said. I've only slept with one person in my whole life two years into my relationship with justin and yet he's left the impression that you weren't faithful that you betrayed the relationship she's enquiring. How many people britney has slept with questioning her on her virginity on on her sexual relations. That is insanely inappropriate. What she was grown twenty one twenty two. She was grown. She gets grown questions asked at the time she was sixteen. That i would say okay. You a little rough. But she's twenty one years old. You just talked to my nieces. That's what you've been doing your. Sat results long doesn't matter ranger national television. You're asking this young girl to to tell you. All of our sexual secrets and intimate affairs of a relationship overly scrutinized at that time anyways everything she did. This is cobbled reporter year to get the information. It is up to you to answer. Not her publicist should advisor this. You get out of the hard question ooh brennan. Actually i will say handles herself really well. But i think diane sawyer i promise you i truly believe diane sawyer looks back at that interview and cringes bring something. Go through saying if i could do this over again. I would have. Maybe still grilled her but in a much more appropriate way. I think for diane sawyer. Look we have to remember. This was diane's thing. John was known as if you're a celebrity. And you're in hot water. You go sit with diane. Do the tough interview and if you get through it your career is back. Don't forget this is in two thousand. And three a year. After diana whitney houston in she spent two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year on crack. So you gregory speier's just gonna walk into diane sawyer interview and not be hit with the hard questions. It's a little bit much. It's like somebody saying. Oh i didn't know that howard stern was going to ask me about my sex life. I didn't know my family businesses. We're going to be out of mari povich. It's the town though. It's the town that diane takes with britney. Is it just brittany or does he take it with everyone that i can say. We have an we you. She asked whitney straights her face. Do you spend two hundred thousand dollars. We also cracked that one. I want you to feel guilty for your sex life. I want you to feel guilty for your sexual the way you dress. I want you to feel guilty for your responsibility to be this perfect positive as we received it. I don't think she meant that. I think she was just doing a job. That no one else would do. Because i don't know if i would ask brittany that. I don't think i'm that type of person that i can really ask the hard questions if somebody wants to be an open book. They can't be listening wearing the world now of reality. Television people talked about sex they. They'll they'll open the the open it up. They tell it on their own but back then especially a young girl like that to put the pressure on her to try to be the. We still put the pressure on people stars to be the perfect examples especially when they started like disney princess. And then try to move on to something older but she was twenty one at this point at this point when miley cyrus still got like a big backlash whenever she tried to become more sexualize. However we have let it

"I don't care what you look like. I really don't just make great food. It also that's a celebration of another culture. I mean, all these have all these situations where someone's reaching out. I mean, maybe there are some rare cases where it's insulting. But generally speaking, if you're a chef in you're making another culture's food. It's because you love that you want to bring it to the masses. You wanna honor it and celebrated. There's nothing more wonderful than that. I want to backtrack real quickly. Listen to Howard Stern. Almost all my life. I just I was born in New York. I grew up with him and I always thought Oh, my gosh, His back the catalog of shows would get him canceled. It was Yeah, At one point, I guess. Over the summer, some of the some of the material resurfaced and he gave a very half hearted apology. Non apology said he's different now, and I thought That doesn't work. You can't No, You don't get to go back and apologize for something. 30 years ago. You have to be canceled now, But you know what happened. Though he went on the anti Trump train, hard core, he became a massive voice against President Trump at the time. That game, all the immunity he needed. He's fine. You will not be canceled. He is now the voice that they want out there and again. Cancel culture is not about making the world a better place. It is about power, how our number one and we cannot forget that we have to keep mentioning that because the examples of hypocrisy here are too massive to ignore. Christian. I just had this conversation with a friend of mine who's very liberal. And I pointed out that the hashtag me to movement was massive until it started getting all of these left wing men. In trouble. And it did not snag all of these Republican politicians which my friends were like. Oh, I can't wait to see these politicians. You know, they're all gonna know what ended up happening is Matt Lauer gets pegged, You know, we got all of these left wing. People got caught up in me, too. And then all of a sudden, it was a full pivot to black lives matter. Because and I said to her is, don't you think that's weird that we can't focus on women at the same time? Because a few minutes ago was believe all women and now it's unless they accused Andrew Cuomo. What did she say? She didn't have a response for that, Necessarily. She she just kind of Went Okay, There was no real. We have actually a really nice flow of communication. So you know, she kind of I think she's thinking about it, but it's true. It's like, Wait a minute. This all goes in one direction all the time. It always goes in one direction. It never goes in the other direction. And you think you create this giant movement on behalf of women, But you discard it Justus quickly when it's on Lee people on the left getting nailed. That's the reality and President Biden has quite the back history of being inappropriate with women. Of course, terror. Reed was the most amazing example. She had very specific allegations she had people who heard about a contemporaneously, and yet she was almost ignored by the press for a month. And then when she finally was covered, it was situational. Yeah, Listen, Bolanos of the world we're heading and Hying. Oh, it's you know, when we said, believe all women What we really met was probably what we really met was believe Christine Blazy Ford. But don't believe anybody who accuses our guy of something untoward. That never say I've It's been really hard for me to cover Hollywood the way I have for 20 years. I mean, I threw it all. Okay, I'm right of center. Great, but I still love the product. I still admire the actors I still appreciate them is still kind of gives me goose bumps when I get to speak to certain celebrities. I mean, that was me right now, after hearing what they've had to say for the last I don't know how many years how many months I'm exhausted, and I'm disgusted by them. They're not good people, and that's a broad brush. And there are plenty of good people in the industry. Ah, gosh, A lot of them just sounds terrible, mean and vicious and spiteful and just completely un of unable to reach out to other people to consider other news sources to be empathy. Actors are all about empathy. That's how they get into the minds of the characters. Whether it's a saint or a sinner. They have to understand and appreciate who they are as people and once they do, that they can really dig in and give a great performance. And yet they're completely incapable at times of doing that, for people who don't vote the way they vote. It's it really a stunning well, The first for anything for me is that there's nobody writing roles for anybody who was conservative unless you're the villain. In the movie Unless you're the bad guy, or you're the fat bum kissed guy from from Texas that everybody's gonna make fun of. So I don't think there's any challenge for any of these actors to try and develop empathy for a character. You know, we were talking about hillbilly elegy off. The air because we're gonna watch that to review on Friday. I read the book and it is outstanding. But you said they stripped all of the kind of conservative message out of the movie. They did. They did it on purpose. I heard Ron Howard the director. Talk about that, and I have to say, I think I think it's a smart move because I think you can't tell that book precisely on the big screen. ER are your screen television. It's just It's a It's a book that doesn't really translate. Beautifully. You have to kind of approach it differently. But I will say this Ron Howard has been famous forever since he was little boy on the Andy Griffith Show. He is no thin skin soul. He has been reviewed. Well, he's been reviewed badly for decades. He's an industry survivor, and you know what, he said. Way they're not being very fair to my new movie Hillbilly Elegy because they're getting very political with the reviews and their attack me from a political perspective, not is it good? Is it bad? Is it in between? He's exactly right. And the reason why he didn't hold his tongue because it was so obvious that the creeks and again I'm a critical part of this community. I I'm ashamed of my critic community. They have really transformed themselves and lost sight of what they do. They're supposed to recommend movies, whether they're good or bad and put their politics aside, at least, was Certain degree, right? And I think too often, even the ones we're running from mainstream publications. They don't do that. And Ron Howard had to call them out. I think he was absolutely right. Well, I mean, when you're Ron Howard, this is kind of like Ron Howard J. K Rolling is another great example. We need people that have already done. It already made their money. And it doesn't matter if they never make another movie or write another book again, too. To be the voice and stand up and say You can't do this, You know, call these people out because up and coming directors can't do that up and coming. Authors can't do that. J K Rolling is sitting on a billion plus dollar fortune she has, you know she can maintain her position. And and I admire her for maintaining her position in the light of the fire that she has come under people like me. We're used to it. That's what I do. You know, It's like if I can't handle that I shouldn't be in this industry. When you write books that air for teenagers, you don't necessarily think about that stuff. Christian Toto is our guest. "Who's your D bag today? Colleen? His name is Jorge Clooney or E George, including Jorge Clooney. His name is George Clooney. Ah, horny. Why is Mr Clooney your d bag to day because he has inserted himself into the Tom cruise yelling at his staff. Story. Which, by the way, I don't know why I call it his staff because it's not technically his staff. It is the production crew on the movie upon which he is Working and is the star of But they're not employed by him. I understand that. That's a complicated thing to say. But it doesn't matter. Here's the deal. Okay. Bring everybody up to speed. Bradley. What happened on the set of mission impossible with Homos cruise. So Tom Cruise? Um Yelled and berated. Uh, Crew members from the set of Mission. Impossible Mission. Impossible. 300. I don't know what number do I think it's like Thunder 27. That rant was recorded. Um, And in the rant, he not only berates the employees individually and uses strong language. He's verbally abusive essentially to these people that apparently happened more than once. But the Recording of that went viral. Which led to everybody doing the thing that they do, which is have opinions about it. And it's Tom Cruise, and he is a complicated individual, controversial for one very specific reason Church of Scientology and that has created sort of a firestorm of a new story for the last 48 hours. So, um George Clooney was a guest on Howard Stern on Wednesday and he was asked about this episode. Um And George Clooney. I don't know. I feel like there would have been well, doesn't matter. Here's what he said. I'm not going to judge what he should have done. I would have done something different doesn't matter. Here's what George Clooney DiDio. Quote. He didn't overreact because it was a problem. I have a friend who's an A D on another TV show who had just this almost the exact same thing happened with not quite as far out a response. I wouldn't have done it that big. This is George Clooney talking I wouldn't have, you know, pulled people out. You're in a position of power. It's tricky, right? You do ever responsibility for everyone else, and he's absolutely right about that. And you know if the production goes down, a lot of people lose their jobs, people have to understand that and have to be responsible. It's just not my style to, you know, take everyone to task that way. So

Paul McCartney Reveals The Label He 'Hated' From His Beatles Days
"Paul McCartney was sitting down with Howard Stern yesterday Big interview. One of the things that he brought up is a word that Paul McCartney hates to be called specifically back in the day. That word is cute. He did not like being called cute. He thought cute inferred that he was not a serious musician, Paul said. I would say No, I'm not that Don't call me that. I hate that. So don't call partner. Come calling card and cute, Cute man. Knock it
