"Am Ken. Bruce. Great to have you with us. After the news at the top of the hour. Chick Ludwig is in. He'll take you straight up to Reds baseball this afternoon as the red legs look Well, the sweep It's race week in Indianapolis Wellit's race month in Indianapolis. Because this week practice begins for the Indianapolis 500. That's kind of weird because that usually happens in May 1st 2 May everybody around Indianapolis and open wheel racing fans. Hey, it's It's race Month at Indianapolis. Raceman. But of course, we know what has happened to the Indianapolis 500. It will not be. It was not held in May because of Kobe it it was bumped to August the 23rd. And that will be on my goodness. It's two weeks from today. So race month compressed into two weeks begins this week at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It's weird, it really is. There have been obviously IndyCar races in between the time that things were shut down with Cove. It Things kicked up. About a month ago in Ireland Racing. But for the drivers, the celebration off all of what they do is is like most things kind of tone down this year. We'll see how the field ferrets out. Practice begins at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Wednesday. Veterans practice on Wednesday in the morning and then the rookie orientation. Oh, our program begins in the afternoon and full fledged practice begins at three o'clock in the afternoon. On Wednesday, August the 12th this coming Wednesday, and as I said, the race now is is two weeks away. It's hard to believe how young this sport is getting, but it is really young ing up. And one of the leaders in that force is sage carom. Now. Sage carom raced at the Indianapolis 500 at the tender age of 18. Seven years ago in 2013 He won the Indy lights. Siri's And like most IndyCar drivers, he's been banging around trying to find the right ride. How we can get with the right team and and right now is with dry arrival. And he seems to think he's got a shot here to win this thing, And why not? I mean, who knows in this kind of year, he's standing by the talk Who's now on 700? W. Well, w and and sage carom howare you on this glorious Sunday? Good morning. Thanks for having me It is a little strange, isn't it? Saying Race week in August this this whole II rose season is completely upside down, Is it not? Yeah, it is strange, You know, I think, ultimately like we're still just happy that we can say it's great week for the 500. Um you know, we want to be able to do what we love. Go out and raise 500 miles around, then enough of motor Speedway. Um yeah, It definitely is weird thing That's in August, and it's going to be weird with no fans. But you know, we're still going to try and put on the best show possible and, you know, hopefully think moving. You're a race car driver you need see time. There were some races that were cancel that you were going to drive in. And there were some where you just didn't get a ride. Have you stayed sharpen this time? Yeah, it's been difficult. You know, we've had some You know races on the schedule that we would have been in the car beforehand going into Indy, and then you know, those ended up getting postponed or cancelled. So you know, we're fortunate enough to get a a race together at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the road courtside. Um, that out quite a bit. You know, we've also done simulator work. Um, you know, down at the product, Miller, Cinnamon and Charlotte. So, um, all that stuff really helped out. But then other than that, it's really just, you know, saying physically fit being ready. And, you know, staying close to the team. And you know what? What Advancements they have going on. Get ready for the months and yeah, I mean, it's it's a lot of unknowns. I think because of the new arrow screens and stuff like that, and No. We're doing our homework. The best we can, But, you know, we're really not going to know. And so you know, we turn the first few up. And for a while there you were The king of eye racing, weren't you? You're on fun with that when that first popped up Yeah. The Irish stuff is fun. I've been doing my racing for a while now. And, um, you know, obviously, I was excited. You know that we were all getting on there and being able to do that, because I knew I racing fairly. Really Well, um and you know, it is cool to get all the sponsors out there like it was really cool to still get you know the which shelter sponsored car out there with Dr Reingold right thing and be able to show the fans that and give the fans something to watch. I would really like to see if we could do it again as far as maybe in the off season or something like through the winter. I think if you really cool to see it like that, you know the drivers could come together and make some sort of like many virtual Championship or something. So hopefully down the road. We could get some more of that, cause I think the fans like that, and it was a lot of fun for the driver. You were if I'm not mistaking. Ah, high school wrestler my correct on that. Yeah, making it my whole life through high school. And now do you feel that it's interesting? Because I have talked to Ryan Newman a number of times he He played football at Penn State. I'm just what? I'm sorry it at Purdue. I'm just wondering, Do you feel like the you know the what you had to do in high school wrestling and the muscle structure you had to develop. Do you feel like that gives you a little bit of an advantage when you're when you're in in the cockpit. You're driving. Yeah, I think for sure. You know, I think obviously is a pretty big physical sport and I've done it my whole life and I still do it like my dad just got the head coach and governor tonight, so I'll be still and I love it, You know, but I think also it's ah, big mental for as well and it taught me a lot mentally, and I think you know In certain situations and right thing it can really translate over and you know, especially when we're training for up when you know your training and in the extreme heat conditions you know in the room dad usually has lasted The high temperatures and stuff and the part in the race. It gets quite hot, especially with the new arrows. Green. Definitely. Yeah. No, I I don't. I don't discount that at all. I'm sure it is. I can't. I'm thinking here. It's been six years. Since your 1st 500 my right on that 20 Fortin was your 1st 500 you were just a kid, But I mean, you're a kid now, but you're just a really what? We're 19 back then. Yeah, I believe I was a high school senior. Yeah. So 2014 was my 1st 1 And it is my best years old, actually out of all of them, so hopefully we can bring some of that back. So you're a high school senior yet? Great. What maybe had graduated was in May back then, as it normally is, But I mean, that had to be a big deal. I would say I mean, You have to be a big deal when you went back to Nazareth High School teenager and you've raced in the Indianapolis 500. What was that? Like? Yeah, There's definitely cool..

"Just told me I'm number one Dimitrios. Right. You are Josh, of course, in Dimitrius Stanley in the studio. And how are you, my friend? I am wonderful, sir. I I've been been behind bars the last four days. Yeah. So, well, we we, what do we want to open with this, or do how do we want to proceed producer mine? I think I think we schedule a segment a little bit later. We hit some day and some local stuff. All right. So, but. Dimitrius the long time bars. We'll just start with that. We'll just say that he was behind bars. Should we be? Oh, okay. We'll let people go God. He was really jail. Yeah. He was four zero host, Dr Richard Strauss. You know, we've been talking about this last Friday, when I don't know it was, what is this? This is Perkins. Koi is the actual Seattle based law firm drop. This report two hundred thirty two pages last Friday, one hundred seventy seven people are hundred seventy seven victims, according to this, and who knows how many more now today. There is an investigative report that is citing that Dr Richard Strauss may have abused students at a local Catholic high school now. Well, if he was doing it at Ohio State two older kids, imagine, well, that's the thing if he actually moving to high school, boy, the hits, just keep coming for this guy, not that it was okay when people were of age. But now you start talking about high school kids now there's even more of a problem. And again, he you know, he killed himself back in two thousand five. So he's not around to face the music here for any of this. But I wonder. If he knew or something was coming up, or I don't know that, that caused this that caused them to take his own life. He didn't wanna face the music because maybe the birds started Turpin or something back then. And we're just now getting the gist of it. Well, I think people who do something like this know that their time's coming. I mean, you would he have been delusional enough to think I'm never going to get? Well, I guess would probably be the fact that he did it at all had to be kind of delusional. And then the fact that it was happening over and over and over and over his, he was thinking, oh, I think I'm good to go. I think I'm not going to get caught and just kept going because they said the majority of it happened over like a ten year period or whatever. So now they're saying this is the latest in this. So we like to obviously just advance this as we're moving forward. We wouldn't even be bringing it up if there wasn't another facet to this, or a different angle. But this investigative report is citing that he may have abused. At a local Catholic high school they don't really name which Catholic high-skill school. But what they're saying is that he was he tried to conduct a body fat study on young male athletes. And this again, is an independent investigative report that cited that this possibly could have happened. He's, he he there's, they're calling this kid while the one student N like Nancy. They're not naming him as of yet, but he told a vest Gators he was fourteen and a wrestling coach told him that Strauss then described as a medical researcher from Ohio State, who was focused on wrestling wanted to do body fat exams on high school wrestlers. I look at the look on your face. I was reading this. I'm like, what a dirt bag. Well, unbelievable. Well the thing. Is when we were talking about it last week, we talked about there were people that were rumblings that Ohio State. Right. There was people that talked about it while it was happening, but nothing when any further just stopped there. Yeah. How does he now get to go to the high school, no one says anything and then it happened that the high school, and nobody does anything when he comes up with this research program about body fat on young boys and then wrestling again? People you there, people know, and for the fact that people have to know then they let it continue. That's, that's the biggest crime. That's the crime to me. It's and to let it get to the point where it gets to a high school kid. Yeah, there's, there's some people that other people that need to go under well, and that's what they'll do. They'll begin the investigation therapy people during that time. And they can corroborate that they had evidence or knew of something going on. That's when you would think that the chips begin to fall that mean that means that at Ohio State. They didn't even put it in a report. They didn't put it or write it down, or you know so, because to get another job somewhere else like you would have to go back and, you know, see the person's history. So does that mean that no one even wrote it down to say that this was an issue for the guy exams where legend legendary done to see how wrestlers wait changed during the season? That's what he wants. I that what it's just. Anything you, you, you tell end think about it as now look, I wrestled in eighth grade seventh grade ninth grade. And when you're that age of somebody that your trust your coach people around are going, hey, they're doing this study. Would you. You go state. Okay. I mean but to say none that you don't think about it, but to say the study is to see how your weight changes throughout a season. It goes down. You lose muscle mass. I mean that's not hard to really that. Yeah. That was that was the scam this dude and N as they're calling him. He was telling investigators he was examined several different times by Strauss in nineteen eighty two and eighty three inappropriately touched his genitals during the exams. He reportedly also did nude body testing a machine that it measures body composition. Yes, that is a real thing and you don't wear any clothes. When you get into that we have one up at the gym at baseline up and Worthington in, it's the Bod pod. And you step in usually, we have people that keep garments on, you know, like underwear or some shorts, which is okay. Right. Is it not accurate, if you do that? I mean when you want to do your body fat, it's best to have just your body, but, you know, most people are uncomfortable with that. So that is a thing. But, you know, I don't think that should have been what he should have been done doing at that moment. But do we have any conclusive hard evidence that this actually because well student in is saying that it did? And you're right. I mean it's like, is there any footage or why are we being so cryptic about, like not naming anything? Like, what are they? I don't understand what they're trying to protect in that aspect. Because if they if he did, I think we should know what were what school was at. So we can find out if there are other victims like to me that was just make sense. If it's still an investigation. I don't think they could really let a lot of the information out at this point, because no one do you really know if it's true at this point? That's right. Yeah. So I would just say they haven't really investigated enough, they have to cross check the validity of claims because you just you, you don't wanna make make it so that somebody saw dollar signs when they see the settlement Senator be coming out of OSU. You wanna make sure that the and by all accounts, it, sounds very credible. I mean just if fits his IMO to a T, correct. Was it just one? Well, there's a couple, they don't cite anybody else as far as what they're saying the student end. If you will like Nancy is the only one that to mention in this article, and it was in the dispatch. Okay. They're also saying this former student said the doctor showered with the students and stared at quote unquote them while showering at the high school and at Ohio State, again, they're not naming which Catholic high school, either at this point representatives from the diocese are saying that some students reported being weighed nude. For the body, fat testing coaches were present during these exams testing in wayans. So there are some sort of some of the representatives from the diocese are saying that actually parts of this story. It's almost like they're corroborating that they're, they're saying that parts of this did happen, but they were coaches present. So they're also saying they didn't get any reports of misconduct by Strauss at the time. So again, we're going back to that there where nobody reported it right then. But are you going are the only one that this is happening to my going to look like a liars? To be the guy did it for ten year period, at a major university, and noth-. No, no record. No, nothing that could get down to a high school, especially going to a high school when I mean college. At least you have the opportunity of being eighteen nineteen twenty you know of, of legal aid. Once you go down the high school, it becomes a different story because a lot of these kids, you know, they're seventeen sixteen fifteen years old and nothing nothing went from the college that it happened for a ten year period to the upper echelon of the high school that he went to. That's where see that's where what, what was missing in that get that he could accomplish that again at a high school, what he did at a major university, and they're also for this during this article, they're talking about he they cited the age of fourteen. Yeah. That's what we'll see. That's what I'm saying versus eighteen nineteen twenty years old. Now, you're making it even worse by going to this point. But nothing transferred. No information. No, nothing. No history. He was able to get a job at this school and continue the same thing. So right now, they're saying lack of additional information from the Columbus diocese, because they're saying that they, they looked into this, and they didn't find anything is kind of what they've concluded. You don't know whether I don't know how much I don't know how much more forward, it's going to go probably will still get investigated. I would imagine we'll go back to the last university that the guy was at and say, hey, did this happen? And then you have probably fifty percent of your answer at that point. But you made like for Strauss. Yeah. Anyway, they were also saying, you know, they're unable to reach any final conclusions about the reports from this. Unidentified student as they're calling once. And then when you start with the anonymous thing that's I hold off, at that point, because that's kind of the new day thing that every, oh, this anonymous source and then everybody runs off and believes at one hundred percent. Once the anonymous word is said, I, I hold my judgment. Here's the other thing, too right along this lines. The Ohio State board of trustees chairman resigns did you this actually just dropped a little bit ago? Michael gasser. He's the chairman he submitted his resignation in an Email, and but, you know, it's right on the tail of tail end of this, the whole Richard Strauss thing. But there's no connection. I don't think right. Because he actually started in two thousand twelve he's been on the board. I should say since two thousand twelve and he had a couple more years left in his term. They're citing actually the that there's. There. They had differences with with president Drake. So this guy. So I he's he disagrees with the way that, you know, that things were going with regard under under Drake's regime. I guess so. Oh. This is connected. I don't think it may not be. But if you draw some parallels to what just happened because right after the urban Meyer DO happened, one of the board members, sir. Trustees said they were stepping down because they didn't agree with how everything went and it was. They didn't agree with Drake. So now this guys have. So I'm wondering where that's all going to connect to. They cited him the one you're talking about in this article saying, he's the second one of the first one was because they disagreed didn't think urban should've actually done anytime. Right. Shouldn't have been suspended shouldn't have done any of that. So that'll be so that'll be interesting to see where that goes, right?.

So then I took over, you know, they went to dick Gallagher. Dick says, you know, you got to get Tony Kelly jury does play by play for Lancaster on another radio station, you'd be good fit. So plus I was coaching football at the time stolen now. So okay. Yeah. We'll put Tony in there. I started doing the program we started out on Wednesday nights. And wasn't a very good time slot, but then we moved to Saturday afternoons Roger started out as a regular caller. And I invited you to come in. And be a part of the show. Of course, we had mutual friend. Enrich Kozak who was doing Harvard Cup games with you at the time and another station. I remember my first gig with you was that was about sports, but you had me come in. I was president against John alumni at the time. And that's when Kensington was about the clothes and all that. That's right. I remember life for a friend of mine he was west Seneca administrator at the time he called, and he was a Kensington grant as well. I remember that vividly well for those who are just catching up and Roger volunteers to do this. This is a hobby for us. And basically as you bring in guys in and it's been we've had so many people that have been involved in the show who sat in Tom and Francis seat and just because we love high school sports. We love talking about it. And the way I based the show was there was a program. I saw on TV one time, and it was about small town small time small towns high school sports with the people of the town sit around maybe a barber shop or diner, and they're just shooting the breeze about their high school team will kind of season. Are we gonna have a who's ready to step up and fill in it for that? Senior quarterback who graduated things like that. And I thought it was interesting. So when I was given the opportunity to do this program. That's what I had in mind a round table of people sitting around talking. Of course, this table isn't quite round around the. I suppose you're gonna get. And all that means stop. So. Yeah. This is the way the the vision that I had is that we would sit around every Saturday morning and talk about high school sports because you know, as I said earlier, we're fans of it. We love following it. Each of us has different sports that we that we follow a little bit more than others. And that's what this is all about. So the show's really about all those involved in telling a story, given a chance to talk, you know, the papers they can sit there and print the scores and results, and you know, who's done what. But we get the chance to sit around and talk about it to have a discussion. Maybe there's something controversial going on. No, I know. Very rare mixed up with somebody else. So I this it gives western New York a chance to talk about it. And that's the important thing. And in some cases, if some of the participants calling and be a part of the discussion, that's what I like about so many grain, all yeah. Athlete. It's like. You know, other than the fact. Yeah, he made it to the NBA, but how many people in western New York or even aware of Lozari were junior. That's right. Well, we have obviously fond memories of him. That have been in on the program. And we also have our Facebook page, which is a continuous part of the show that goes on during the week. So if you go to inside high school sports, Facebook, I add you and your free to post results of a game. Maybe you watched coach baker's team play. You wanna chat about a bam. It's right there for you. So we have all that. And we also posted a link for life fit dot com. That's where you go to nominate your gene g coach of the week. So that link is up there for you rate now. Plus, there's information camps and clinics. If you have a camper clinic coming up, that's a great place to go to post it to advertise it Brian every year, you do that we have your formation up there for the camp that you guys are clinic. You guys do at Wilson was in the summertime usually do at the end of June. But this year is going to have to be the way schools. Let out. The last week of June this year, it's gonna be just the first three days of July. We're going to go July first second third because of the holiday, obviously. But we don't want to miss a year. So we'll come back with four days the following year. But we want to keep it going. So it'll be for July first second and third this year. So that's a brisk basically, a rundown of who we are what we're about. And and that's that. All right. Just an example or so people can relate. You know? Everybody knows Mr. gronkowski is. I saw Mr. gronkowski play baseball and basketball will north well to give you idea when I did play by play for Lancaster. Whenever is north played at Lancaster and the way it was set up the visitor's locker was right behind the broadcast table and one year Williamsville north is there to play and they come outta the locker room. So they're standing right behind me. And there's this big kid freshman, and he was curious as to what I do. And what the equipment does. So he started it has to be questions and a great time chatting with him same with the following year and the year after that that young gentleman is rob gronkowski had no idea who's going on to be you know, what he turned out to be. And I'm hoping someday that we can get him in on the program and talk to him about it. But you know, his parents who owned g g fitness thanks to them for sponsoring our coach of the week. All right, guys. I got an issue right now. I got an issue. You haven't started really the program yet. No. We have it right? Here has gone mollering, y'all. You know, I did not forgetting Derek was about to shout years. Come on, man. I gotta get that morning, y'all fix. All right, guys. Let's get into news and notes. Who wants to start it off? So the first one I have is from sweet home Gina fool Morelli with her thousand point. She scored also last night at the west Seneca west timing game. Boy, what a game that was to one point finish came down to the last shot time and had a shot at a three just missing off the back of the rim west Seneca, west Windsor thriller. And as well as MAURICE Robertson another great game there for him was a phenomenal game. There really was court pick him or what part of the center court. Classic maria. I was gonna bring that up. That's so right. The rundown for the I know Niagara Falls plays. Kinesiology, what seven thirty other the final game of the day. I can get you the whole run down right here. If you give me out. Can't make the very first game. I should be able to get there at least no later than halftime of the second game. But I have a few girls games earlier in the day. But yeah. Villa Maria college. "App, Sirius XM channel eighty we've been talking a lot this show by read about this story that went viral out of New Jersey. In which a reporter caught a African American high school wrestler having his haircut prior to a match, and this wrestler is basically given an ultimatum you have to cut your hair dreadlocks to assert lakes or forfeit the match. And look we've heard from a lot of different people wrestlers and wrestling referees weird for random guy, Alaska, and there's a lot of elements to the story thought just as simple as African American high school student is gladly told to cut his hair in order to be eligible to participate to participate. This wrestling match. There's elements of a when this happened that it didn't happen during the way that it was it was he was asked to cut his hair prior to the batch on the mat, which you know, the people we've spoken to seems bit out of place. But then there's the other the bigger piece. Piece which is the history of the official which made the decision to have him cut his hair. Yeah. Official who's used a racial slur against a fellow referee two years ago got suspended him and the other every spinning because the other free body slammed him, but then he was reinstated. And so for me, we've talked about this throughout the show Ari and we've had good callers to on this hair is a concern in wrestling. There are rules in place that govern what has to be done with hair. And I've talked to black wrestles about that. I talked to white recipes about that. We've had callers say, hey, this happened to me the problem with this is I'll never trust the guy who enforce the rule in this particular case, and I'll never agree with how they did. It was humiliated this young man as much as we're all looking at this and commenting this young man is at the center this video where he's forced to cut his hair. He's probably grown out for years and years, and he's probably very proud of it. And that's the concern when it comes to African Americans and their hair and the culture. Attached to it. Because that's a very serious thing in in this man who has this history of using racially charged language. He's the one that tells us to do that in this setting in that manner. I'll never trust it. He should have never been able to even officiate a match like this. We gotta get rid of guys like that. But instead New Jersey said, hey, come on back. So to me, whatever they have to deal with whatever backlash or deal with data serve it because they had a chance to get rid of this guy years ago. Yeah. Andrew johnson. The high school wrestler who was a filmed by a reporter with over eight million views right now on Twitter having his haircut before the batch. Again, he was asked either have your dreads cut or four fit. And obviously, this is sparked a national conversation around this exact topic. Whether it was the right thing to do whether there's racial components in other tones to it again based on also the history of the official that asked him to have his haircut. Eight eight seven to nine three seven seven six. What do you think about the story? Eight eight seventy three seven seven six Stephen is in Nashville. Go ahead. Steven you are on ESPN. Hey, thank you for taking my call tonight. Yeah. On the way it on the whole world being I wholeheartedly that you know, the individual referee that would allow the referee in this match probably should not be allowed to referee. Probably only reason he was simply because the other referee had a plan. That's why why they're gonna fire the guy, but he should still be fired up. They might happen happened to my son actually on the mat either white male and about two years ago, right before the match the long flowing hair and referee made him cut his hair like right away. Mid match during that same year. He actually had a forfeit a match. He had a little bit of peach fuzz on his chin. Holy save at all. It ever been in a wrestling match. But it's kinda crazy because what happens is when they're going through their way and all those process. It's organized chaos. There might be fifteen or twenty schools that of be saying there's five or six referees that our main concern is their weight. And if they're looking at your nails, and your hair and all that stuff that they missed it. The other thing I wanted to weigh in as I looked in really heavy into disorganized kinda hit home for me because it happened to my son, obviously, and NBC is reporting that young man did question did not have his hair piece that he normally did for this match. He didn't have the hairpiece. And that was kinda were with that being said this referees still to not be allowed to referee ever again, in my opinion, interest- interesting point of view, especially from the standpoint of you know, why was why wasn't this taken care of during the way in and what he's saying is, well, there's just a lot of chaos, and they're not it's different officials. It's not the same official met. That's the one. That's also. Making the decisions behind the scenes at the way. Yeah. And we can get into all the procedural issues. You know, this is a high school tournament. Know, they're not staffed by a thousand people. This isn't a college tournament. I get all that. But I think we have we've had people from both sides. But everyone has said the same thing on this in this regard, this official bath for the sport. The reason why we're here is because had official right? We're talking about this. Because of what that official did. And that is the problem. This could have been avoided instead of this guy was reinstated. And now, we're dealing with this. And this young man had to deal with being at the center of this controversy. That to me is my biggest issue care is obviously a problem here is a concern if you're a wrestler, but this is a really bad. Look, we look at the guy who started this whole mess. Eight eight eight seven to nine ESPN edited eight seven three seven seven six Lorenzo Georgia. Go ahead. Lorenzo you already SPN radio. Yeah. I wrestled in high school in college and the officiated high school wrestling and the thing about the official while I was able to referee again, it's kinda like Georgia. I mean, the guy that enjoyed the association for the referees here in Georgia. Officiated me in high school. I came along we were friends, and I mean, I know guys have all kinds of stuff happened. And because their friends are still allowed to just take the test the certification continue to referee. And I mean, some of them had behavior that was equally as bad as what this guy did and the hair cover here. Dave, it's no big deal. Dolphin continues to come off then that because the issue, but you never make kid cut the hair. So you years of wrestling and officiating and never were exposed to a situation. Like this. Interesting inundate, seventy nine three seven seven six Bryant in Las Vegas. Go ahead. Brian SPN radio. Komo point. I think these referees. If any sport does have too much power immediately got to that. He shouldn't even hit the penalty the to cut it. They should have been able to go to someone else. His boss superseding, everything to say this guy's trying to say this. He's like give us any oxygen. You know, it shouldn't even recently hit that much power in my opinion, you know, to even get to that point. So they should have had his boss supervisor whoever's in charge of like, my man just said all the referees or whoever charge to them. Avenue album, they could go to and and my second thing can I say something about this, Michael Jordan. Thank you guys saying, there was a gap after he retired. Yes. You do realize Kobe win the young cook Kobe where had been in the league seven years after Jordan retired in one a few championships, Jordan retired or no three. Kobe drafted in ninety six. Kobe was a big superstar with Jordan retired. If you don't like Kobe being in the face, take, you could take shake who was bigger check. Check. Check change the game movies commercials rep he was the face. Also, one of the big faces big, man. So if you don't like Kobe the face, you gotta take Serik I'll say that's a good point. Oh shack been called the opposite. Was there too? I'm talking about post nineteen ninety eight the other thing that we got to remember is Kobe Colorado and NAT change a lot of people in terms of how they felt about him. But in terms of you know, calls about the referee having too much power. I mean at a high school level event. Are you going to have that situation where a referee gets to make decisions right about how to enforce certain rules? It's about the background of this guy. And whether or not everyone's playing by the same rules. That's why people are upset about this video that we all watched and check. I mean, he changed the game with movies. What else? I mean. So yeah, I mean, she is movies says AM chase take Space Jam over. I mean Michelson have a rap album. But I mean, I got skills bet on. Yeah. Shades, music and movies. Bobby bid. I mean, come on. Now. I remember that year to George Miroslav, isn't my giant. Yeah. Everybody got a movie in the late nineties early two thousand come home. Dear son was at a damn movie seventy three seventy seven six eight eight eight seven three seven seven six will in Miami. Go ahead. Well, you're on ESPN radio. Yeah. I if you follow the rules of rules of Greco Roman wrestling in high school. This was just another case. But just like the. Singer you. I'm gonna make this analogous to the little polar bear on ice that they lost global warming polar bear was in summer on ice or the woman who took the picture ended up suing because they were using the pitcher the rollaway the point is this kid wasn't humiliated. This is part of wrestling it happens. Frankly, a lot more than people realize you've heard the callers, but what's so ESPN about this was that this whole the whole topic started out as this referee singled out this kid because of potentially because of race and he didn't catch this kid when he was doing that. But he caught him after it more from that into once we start finding out more facts and kill his onion of fact back that oh the kid the the the the referee there's multiple referees and multiple schools there. So chances are they had very little interaction was based on. More. So based on weight if you're gonna round highschool wrestling, you know, that and then after that they find out that he didn't have abnormal headpiece. So what the end the person who started this in one year wanted to host here is completely wrong and race baiting. When he says, the person started the person who started this was a wrestler who will bring the proper stuff in high school football to give you an idea. Hold on a second high school football. I was a kicker steal. But I also played soccer. I brought the wrong shoes in and I couldn't play for our soccer team because I had the wrong cleats. That didn't make the German radcow will call eight eight eight seven two nine three seven seven six. Martin metcalfe..
