Another Massive Migrant Caravan Heads to the U.S. Border

"Again, a massive caravan making its way toward the US massive migrant caravan said to be making its way towards the US Mexico border is a result of congress not acting and continuing to encourage illegal immigration. That's at least according to Hector Garza. He's the vice president of the national border patrol council. He also talks a Fox News about the difference between the previous caravans and that current migrant caravan the group is about twenty thousand total, and as it comes close to the United States more and more people joined that caravan now, we're seeing people from Africa. We're seeing people from Nicaragua wishing people from Cuba. So now the word is other these people want to join caravans and wanna make an equal ancient United States. Now, keep in mind that just in about over six months, we've ever more people than we did in all of fiscal year twenty eighteen that is very dangerous that is not good for a country and having no security immigration is not good for any of

"Four one, Sean if you want to be a part of the program looks like the president is going to address the nation tomorrow night at nine wouldn't be a good idea with the national championship on tonight. But and it appears he may be going down to the border on Thursday. The president now is been saying over and over again that things are so bad that we might he might declare a national emergency to get the border wall built. Now, what's interesting about that? You got a key democrat now agreeing that the president has that authority to declare national emergency to to build the border wall. And in spite of well, I don't trust your facts are believe you're a fax Nancy Pelosi. Well, the numbers that I went over in the last hour are real and those of the number of crimes, that's the cost per. American citizen. This is the the difficulty in the seriousness of the issue. Anyway, Fox News contributor New York Times bestselling author former congressman from Utah. Jason Chafee's is with us. How are you, sir? Hey, Sean, God be with you. All right to me. It's the president would have the authority to declare this a national emergency just based on the numbers and based on what we're facing drug trafficking, human trafficking, national security issues gang members crossing the border potential terrorists crossing the border to me that that's part of the president's role as commander in chief. No, yeah. No. I do think he has had a thorny you combine on top of that the congress previously, including so many of the Democrats in the Senate the previously approved in authorized, so the the building of a structure on the border is authorized by law by congress. So it's not a big stretch too. Then reallocate some resources. It happens all the time in almost every department at agency and the president clearly has the authority to do this. But you look at the numbers fiscal year twenty seventeen and eighteen ice officers. And I know Democrats want. Eliminate ice. They have arrested approximately two hundred and thirty five thousand aliens on various criminal charges or convictions within the interior of the United States four thousand of those homicides, thirty thousand sex crimes one hundred thousand assaults three hundred Americans, you know, killed every week from heroin most of it ninety percent is flooding in from the southern border. How is that not a national emergency? If you compare those numbers, you know, three hundred per week death toll as it relates to heroin. Will that's more than American troops were killed in the year? Nineteen sixty eight in Vietnam. No, you're absolutely right in in branded Judd who heads up the border patrol union. I heard him say and I visited with him personally today. More than eight hundred thousand times, the border patrol is going to apprehend somebody coming north across our border to eight hundred thousand people are going to be apprehended. And they're guessing they're they're just guessing Sean that thoroughly getting one out of every two. So there's another eight hundred thousand that are successfully coming across the border. That's how bad it is. These guys are asking for an impediment a wall a barrier to help them do their jobs. The president is on the right side of this issue. What is the difference between Obama just deciding on his own to open up the banks and send one point seven billion to the Iranian mullah's without any congressional approval. Or, you know, Obama lifts the freeze on a hundred and ninety two million dollar aid package to the Palestinian Authority. What would be the difference in those cases, if there's any well, I wrote an op Ed for Fox News dot com a week or two ago more than three hundred billion. Dollars three hundred billion dollars in the last year of the Obama administration was appropriated and spent by President Obama for programs that were not authorized by congress, and you can go to the Congressional Budget Office and look at it year by year. It's normally north of two hundred billion, but it happens all the time and the other number the stat I want people to recognize what a sea change it is with Donald Trump versus at Brock Obama under Barack Obama. There were eighty thousand people that were here illegally got caught committed a crime convicted of that crime. And instead of deporting him he just released him to the interior. Well, I mean, it's unbelievable. Do you have for example? Don't you think it's better for everybody on both sides of the wall? We've now seen two instances where we had the migrant caravan and then on New Year's Eve border patrol and ice members being pelted with rocks and bottles by people that are rushing the wall, isn't it in the safety and security of. Everybody is in everyone's best interest to put this up and had a Democrats that were once supporting this now justify saying that it's immoral and racist when they'd themselves supported it. Yeah. You know? And if they're gonna go the way of Nancy Pelosi, then put a Bill on the floor. That says, hey, we're gonna take down the existing wall. I dare to do that. They would never do that. It's ridiculous. It is absolutely irresponsible. And you know, what we're failing the people that are trying to come legally and lawfully they're not trying to break the law. They're not trying to sneak across the border all this time and resources have been spent in you know, what Donald Trump is not getting enough credit for what is in ministration has been able to do to secure this agreement with Mexico to make sure those applying for asylum. Stay on the Mexican side of the border. And the wall helps with that. What did you think this weekend when the president had offered to have his team of three people sit down offered them a dozen seats at the table as many as they wanted. He sends the vice president into lead the discussions for his team. And none of these congressmen or women show up or Senator show up. And then you get congressional aides sitting down with the vice president of the United States. So they want to abolish ice they accused border patrol agents of gassing children. They make comparisons with the clan in the case, Kamala, Harris, and they call. The border wall immoral and thinking dollars enough for the border wall. How do you have a negotiation under those circumstances? I wish every day the president with the cameras rolling would put Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and knows nameplates out there, let Brandon Judd, and and some of the other people the Hector Garza at put real border patrol agents in there and have them sit there and explain to the border patrol federal employees who supposedly Democrats really like and tell them why they're wrong and that they should do it without a border. It's it makes no sense on. Absolutely. What do you see this going politically as time goes on? I guess now tied for the third longest shutdown in history, but government shutdown does not particularly scare me as a it. Does scare other people. I wanna make sure that essential services are provided. And as far as I know they are in our military is running and homeland security is up and running and grandma and grandpa getting the social security checks, and they might be some gaps that we have to fill in here. And I want the furloughed employees to get back pay which always happens. So at what point does this a negative for the president to stand up for securing the borders? I don't think most people have noticed it. I I do feel for those people who work in say homeland security or the department of Justice to not get a check not everybody can survive for a month or six weeks without getting a check. And so, you know, the normal pinch points were it causes a lot of pain the military. The VA all of that. That's all been taken care of those things are already funded so want to get it done sooner rather than later, but other than seeing a lot of garbage piling up at our national parks. Hey, step up. Volunteer an empty those those garbage cans yourself, but let's have this national discussion on national security and the border, and I think the overwhelming majority of Americans are on the side of a more security and locking down that border. It seems like the media though is hell bent on not telling the facts that like look what happened. When Nancy Pelosi was having a discussion. Secretary Nielsen and just shut her down. I don't agree with your so-called facts and cures. The Nilsson said there's not so-called these are the facts and the same facts existed in the Obama years as well. Now, they refuse to listen to it's an embarrassment that Nancy Pelosi instructional went into the White House in the situation room. The secretary was going to give a briefing only to have them, you know, shudder off and not even listen to it. But that's what this national address tomorrow night. I think is is apt to do is for the president to lay out the facts, it just lay it literally just remind people eight hundred thousand people apprehended on the border, and we've got a slow them down. And then tell some of the emotional stories because a lot of these other networks when these two police police officer northern California was gunned down by somebody who is here illegally. Guess what? Many of these other networks. Didn't even carry the story. We heard we're watching this new radical democratic. Party. We saw a Cossio Cortez on sixty minutes last night. We have this another another congresswoman we're going to impeach the M F. Then you've got the full-on canon of subpoenas. And we're getting more and more insight into what they want every day beyond eliminating the electoral college, which I found pretty interesting they want they want to redo the Muller investigation. They want to literally get every tax return only if Donald Trump Nancy Pelosi introduced a Bill to force presidents, but not members of congress to release their tax returns. They they want, you know, literally to go through every foundation every crevice at what point does the American people. Stop and look at this and say, okay, we understand you hate the president. How does this help us in any way? You know? I it really is a sad turn that the Democrats have taken. I'm all about openness and transparency, but you cannot use the tools and levers of government to go on these political witch hunts to just try to destroy people without some underlying evidence that there is something criminal that has gone wrong and the doors that they're opening now they will pay. The political price over the long term. I think the American people get it. You should not be able to use these as bludgeoning tools, any a fishing expedition to try to hope that they can put an couple something together. And I think they're going to overreach. I think they have an insatiable desire to do something that they couldn't win at the ballot box. They want to change those rules the rules package. They just changed. Sean one of the things they got rid of for instance, is no more debt ceiling votes. No more pressure on members of congress to vote whether or not to raise the debt ceiling there now going to deem that they got rid of that in the rules package, very quietly, and nobody reported on it. So there's a number of things that they've already been able to change that are shame. And and I think people eventually over time. We'll we'll start to understand how politically deceiving and motivated. These people are as opposed to truth, Justice, equality and liberty. You know Mitt Romney very well. You also live in Utah. That's your home. Home. We know that in two thousand sixteen he came out harshly against Donald Trump. Okay. But then he when he was running for the Senate. He wanted Donald Trump's endorsement he sought it. He got it. And then he comes out with the op-ed. And I'm thinking what? So what's mitts endgame here that mitt wants to replace Jeff flake, John McCain and wants to be the the Republican that supposedly is liked by the press, by the way, the same press that a visceral him in two thousand twelve for having women's resumes and binders. Yeah. I look I it sorely disappointed in the turn that Senator now Mitt Romney took he readily accepted the president's endorsement, he wrote that Trump trained through the election in October asked three times his feelings about Donald Trump. And he said he essentially had no disagreements with him. And then to blast him for really no reason is is a sad. Turn. I, you know, the Senator he's thinking. About planning a a challenge. Either a primary challenge or third party challenge. I hope not. I mean, he was elected to be the center of Utah to solve problems his op Ed created a problem. It didn't solve a problem. That's not what he wouldn't become the Senator from Utah. If he had you know, taking this stance such a harsh way at the beginning. And he didn't do that. And I think it's disingenuous to take a turn that before he was even sworn in. I now seems calculated for sure yeah. I a bad move. As Senator Mike Lee said, you know, hopefully, the Senator Romney takes a mulligan, and we can move on. But we'll see. All right. The congressman Jason shape. It's now Fox News contributor, thanks for being with us. No. I do think he has that authority you combine on top of that the congress previously, including so many of the Democrats in the Senate the previously approved in authorized, so the the building of a structure on the border is authorized by law by congress. So it's not a big stretch too. Then reallocates resources it happens all the time in almost every department at agency and the president clearly has the authority to do this. But you look at the numbers fiscal year twenty seventeen and eighteen ice officers. And I know Democrats want to eliminate ice. They have. Arrested approximately two hundred and thirty five thousand aliens on various criminal charges or convictions within the interior of the United States four thousand of those homicides, thirty thousand sex crimes one hundred thousand assaults three hundred Americans, you know, killed every week from heroin most of it ninety percent is flooding in from the southern border. How is that not a national emergency? If you compare those numbers, you know, three hundred per week death toll as relates her heroin. Well, that's more than American troops were killed in the year. Nineteen sixty eight in Vietnam. No, you're absolutely right in and Brandon Judd who heads up the border patrol union. I heard him say and I visited with him personally today. More than eight hundred thousand times, the border patrol is going to apprehend somebody coming north across our border that somebody to eight hundred thousand people are gonna be apprehended. And they're guessing they're just guessing Sean that they're only getting one out of every two. So there's another eight hundred thousand that are successfully coming across. The border. That's how bad it is. These guys are asking for an impediment wall. A barrier to help them do their jobs. The president is on the right side of this issue. What is the difference between Obama just deciding on his own to open up the banks and send one point seven billion to the Iranian mollahs without any congressional approval. Or, you know, Obama lifts the freeze on a hundred and ninety two million dollar aid package to the Palestinian Authority. What would be the difference in those cases, if there's any well, I wrote an op-ed for Fox News dot com a week or two ago more than three hundred billion dollars three hundred billion dollars in the last year of the Obama administration was appropriated and spent by President Obama for programs that were not authorized by congress, and you can go to the Congressional Budget Office and look at it year by year. It's normally north of two hundred billion, but it happens all the time and the other number two stat I want people to recognize what a sea change it is with Donald Trump versus Brock Obama. I wonder Brock Obama. There were eighty thousand people that were here illegally got caught committed a crime convicted of that crime. And instead of deporting him, he just released them to the interior. Well, I mean, it's unbelievable. Do you have for example? Don't you think it's better for everybody on both sides of the wall? We've now seen two instances where we had the migraine caravan and then on New Year's Eve border patrol and ice members being pelted with rocks and bottles by people that are rushing the wall, isn't it in the safety and security of everybody's in everyone's best interest to put this up and had a Democrats that were once supporting this now justify saying that it's immoral and racist when they'd themselves supported it. You know? And if they're gonna go the way of Nancy Pelosi, then put a Bill on the floor. That says, hey, we're gonna take down the existing wall. I dare to do that. Try try to do. They would never do that. It's ridiculous. It is absolutely irresponsible. And you know, what we're failing the people that are trying to come legally and lawfully they're not trying to break the law. They're not trying to sneak across the border all this time and resources have been spent in you know, what Donald Trump is not getting enough credit for what is administration has been able to do to secure this agreement with Mexico to make sure those applying for asylum. They make comparisons. With the clan in the case, Kamala Harris, and they call the border wall immoral and thinking dollars enough for the border wall. How do you have a negotiation under those circumstances? I wish every day the president with the cameras rolling would put Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, and those nameplates out there, let Brandon Judd, and and some of the other people the Hector Garza at put real border patrol agents in there and have them sit there and explain to the border patrol federal employees who supposedly Democrats really like and tell them why they're wrong and that they should do it without a border. It's it makes no sense on. Absolutely. What do you see this going politically as time goes on? I guess now tied for the third longest shutdown in history, but government shutdown does not particularly scare me as a no it does scare other people. I wanna make sure that essential services are provided and as far as I know they are in our military running and homeland security is up and running and grandma and grandpa, getting the social security checks. And there might be some gaps that we have. To fill in here. That's all been taken care of those things are already funded so want to get it done sooner rather than later, but other than sing a lot of garbage piling up at our national parks. Hey, step up, volunteer volunteering empty, those those garbage cans yourself, but let's have this national discussion on national security and the border, and I think the overwhelming majority of Americans are on the side of a more security and locking down that border. It seems like the media those hell bent on not telling the facts. Is that like look what happened? When Nancy Pelosi was having a discussion with secretary Nielsen and just shut her down. I don't agree with your so-called facts and cures. The Nilsson said there's not so-called these are the facts and the same facts existed in the Obama years as well. No, they refused to listen to it's an embarrassment that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer went into the White House in the situation room. The sector was going to give a briefing only to have them, you know, shutter off and not even listen to it. But that's what this national address tomorrow night. I think is is apt to do is for the president to lay out the facts, it just literally just remind people eight hundred thousand people apprehended on the border, and we've got a slow them down. And then tell some of the emotional stories because a lot of these other networks when these two police police officer in northern California was gunned down by somebody who gets here illegally. Guess what? Many of these other networks didn't even carry the story we heard and we're watching this new radical Democratic Party. We saw a Cossio Cortez on sixty minutes last night. We have this nother another congresswoman we're going to impeach the M F. Then you've got the full on canon of subpoenas. And we're getting more and more insight into what they want every day beyond the limiting the electoral college, which I found pretty interesting they want they want to redo the Muller investigation. They want to literally get every tax return only. Donald Trump Nancy Pelosi introduced a Bill to force presidents, but not members of congress to release their tax returns. They they want, you know, literally to go through every foundation every crevice at what point does the American people. Stop and look at this and say, okay, we understand you hate the president. How does this help us in any way? You know? I it really is a sad turn that the Democrats have taken. I'm all about openness transparency, but you cannot use the tools and levers of government to go on these political witch hunts to just try to destroy people without some underlying evidence that there is something criminal that has gone wrong and the doors that they're opening now they will pay. The political price over the long term. I think people get it. You should not be able to use these bludgeoning tools, any a fishing expedition to try to hope that they can put an couple something together. And I think they're going to overreach. I think they have an insatiable desire to do something that they couldn't win at the ballot box. They want to change those rules the rules package that they just changed. We'll we'll start to understand how politically deceiving. And and motivated these people are as opposed to truth, Justice, equality and liberty. You know Mitt Romney very well. But you also live in Utah. That's your home. We know that in two thousand sixteen he came out harshly against Donald Trump. Okay. But then he when he was running for the Senate. He wanted Donald Trump's endorsement he sought it. He got it. And then he comes out with the bed. And I'm thinking what what's mitts endgame here. The mid wants to replace Jeff flake, John McCain and wants to be the the Republican that supposedly is liked by the press, by the way, the same press that a visceral him in two thousand and twelve for having women's resumes and binders. Yeah. I look I it was sorely disappointed in the turn that Senator now Mitt Romney took he readily accepted the president's endorsement, he wrote that Trump trained through the election in October. Ask three times his feelings about Donald Trump. And he said he essentially had no disagreements with him. And then to blast him for really no reason is a is a sad. Turn. I, you know, the Senator think he's thinking about planning a challenge. Either a primary challenge or third party challenge. I hope not. I mean, he was elected to be the center of Utah to solve problems his op Ed created a problem. It didn't solve a problem. That's not what the he wouldn't become the Senator from Utah. If he had you know, taking this stance such a harsh way at the beginning. And he didn't do that. And I think it's disingenuous to take a turn that before he was even sworn in. I now seems calculated short birdie. Yeah, I bad move. As Senator Mike Lee said, you know, hopefully, the the Senator Romney takes a mulligan, and we can move on. But we'll see. All right. The congressman Jason shape. It's now, Fox News contributor. Thanks. For being with us. "One Sean if you want to be a part of the program looks like the president is going to address the nation tomorrow night at nine wouldn't be a good idea with the national championship on tonight. But and it appears he may be going down to the border on Thursday. The president now is been saying over and over again that things are so bad that we might he might declare a national emergency to get the border wall built. Now, what's interesting about that? You got a key democrat now agreeing that the president has that a thirty two declared national emergency to to build the border wall. And in spite of all, I don't trust your facts are believe you're a fax Nancy Pelosi. Well, the numbers that I went over in the last hour are real and those of the number of crimes, that's the cost per American citizen. This is the the difficulty in the seriousness of the issue. "Expensive than got great. But it looks beautiful, and it's very strong crisis at the border of drugs of human beings being traffic all over the world. They're coming through. And we have a absolute crisis. And we have an absolute crisis. Now. I mean, the the hundreds that die crossing the thousands of unaccompanied children. Well, what's the problem caravan forming in Guatemala with sixteen thousand people that our way, no problem? Literally children dying. That's a small price to pay. Again. Why doesn't officers sings name become a part of the daily dialogue. He was shot to death by an illegal alien in California. And corporal sing is not a part of the Democrats talking about, Freddie, gray heroin dealer. He's big important his loss of his life. Very important. Michael Brown attacked a police officer after robbing a little immigrant and his store, but I don't care about the little immigrant. They care about hands up don't shoot, which is a lot. So live those lives are important. But corporal, sing his life is not important. I assume it's because they're racist. Really? It's because they're anti police. Sarah Huckabee Sanders yesterday. You know, the president called corporal sings family over the weekend. The funeral was over the weekend for corporal sing gunned down by an illegal alien who was given protection by the Democrats, sanctuary cities sakes, raise take Sarah Huckabee Sanders, he never wants to make a phone call like the one he made earlier this week where he spoke to officer saying of California's widow because an illegal immigrant came across our border and killed him in cold blood that shouldn't happen in this country. Particularly we have things that we know can help prevent it every life. That's what sets America apart from every other country, we value life. It's what makes us unique and the day that we stopped doing that. Even if it's one ten or one hundred thousand that's when we stop being the greatest country on the face of this earth. Yeah. Well, you know, lives are fungible the value of life depends on the political efficacy of the the the deceased. Nancy Pelosi is out of her mind and. Trump wants to do away with congress meeting at the White House was to open up government impression. You get from the president that he would like to close government builds a wall, but also abolish congress. Yeah. That's what's going on. And and see the meeting at the White House wants to open up the government. Meaning we're not even negotiating about funding for border security because they've taken polls, and they're winning with their base on the pulse. So the longer it stays closed. They don't care. They don't care. It's all about them mistake. Jason Johnson is a a person that goes on MSNBC. He's with the root. He's a journalists. Now, he's a left-wing racist journalists, and so he's got a home at MSNBC and the president talking about the wall smacks of only one thing to MSNBC's Jason Johnson this wall that the president wants is a monument to white Nash. Hector Garza is the vice president of the national border patrol council isn't that correct border patrol council and Hector graduate was on the Fox News channel this morning. And I tell you he's he's a house afire this guy, these Hispanic call says name is Hector Garcia might have been able to come to that conclusion on your own talking about the border patrol, and and how everybody's getting called racist. And all that virtually are the ones that are asking for physical barrier that border wall over fifty one percent of our border patrol agent, workforce are Hispanics. And we support the wall was President Trump, and that's just absolutely falls that this monument for white nationalism. It's just what the left does. And then they kill everybody. And then in the end everybody gets killed. They still all your stuff. And then they kill. They kill one hundred million people. Now, it's utopia, and they sell it with a smile like Alexandria Casio tests. Oh, no. I'm not advocating the bad kind of socialism. I'm in favor of the good kind Hector Garza Feroze. It doesn't bother is what they want to call it. They can call it a wall. They can call that can call it. A steel barriers that doesn't matter to Pelagia says we need a physical barrier out there. So that we can protect their country. So that we can keep American people save is. So that we can keep our border patrol agents as well. Heckscher Gaza also pointed what keep our border patrol, it's law enforcement. The Democrats are not on your side. They really don't care if you're being hit in the face with baseball sized rocks on a daily basis. They don't care if you go home to your your babies, and your wife, they they don't care. Trust me. If you have a badge. The Democrats are not there for you. That's for sure Hecker Gaza pointed out also that the border patrol people are among the federal employees who are not being paid. And they said, but you know, what that's that's okay. Because this is more important than by the way. If you want to point the finger at someone we believe that our congress should form the border wall for some reason, these people don't want to fund the border wall. They don't wanna provide funding for five point seven billion for something that is needed. And because of that our congressional leaders need to make sure that they pass this this funding because a lot of people are going to be hurting the day. It is gonna to follow the Democrats are.

"Can take the time to understand what's going on. All by this dot. Have skin in the game. However, it comes down to border security, and we're extremely grateful to President Trump, and we fully support what he is doing to take care of our nation's borders to take care of the future of the United States. It has nothing to do with political parties. You all got to ask yourself this question. If I come to your home. Do you want me to knock on the front door or do you want me to climb through that window? We fully support the president and all his efforts to secure our nation's borders. I mean, it's right there. And by the way, that was dealt quick though, the president brings out these guys because you know, it's racist walls racist yet. Another guy talk will play this coming back Hector Garza. So two of three people that spoke to out of the three big wigs for the national border patrol council. Hector Garza and art del Cueto. I thought the president's racist. I thought the walls racist. I thought they want to keep guys like those out is that, and that's what the media likes to tell you. Right. The Democrats to where's that mantra? I have more coming up yet here at Hector Garza said because he talked about the actual people that are coming across the criminals. Is it bad? I want to invite art over so he can sneak into my house for the winnow the window. Yeah. Come in back windows, open only he's going to vacuum or vacuum. My chips. Baby oil out. So I get I get that. And then there's an article. Here's here's the headline for the San Francisco Chronicle you ready for this. This is other media covers this this thing. This is disgusting. You're ready for this. Twitter can't get over the people standing behind Trump in question free press conference. It's nothing to do with. What actually was said with what's needed to secure the border. The headline the San Francisco Chronicle Twitter can't get over the people standing behind Trump in question free press conference. This is what the media is doing. Which is why he needs to do the same thing in the Oval Office. Wait till you hear all of this is coming up. Stay.
