"Ourselves is probably the way to differentiate bear for sure all. Well thanks. This has been absolutely fabulous. Now where can people find out more back you the work you do and maybe can reach out and say thanks for shade today. Sure she sore wissant is media science. I'm dot com and the quote. We talked to us about our next product. Which is our qualitative research for nestles. Anybody america's often use is at heart nets have hr connects dot com. So those are two key. West says will those links in the show notes. Said you have some potting advice today for this now. I think whatever it is that this this was advice. My dad gave me When when i was going to college. Stigma undergrad degree. I did my undergrad. Rian ria is. It was fun. And i was going to go to law school in the us vouchers degree before you can do that. So i thought well. I met loaded media media and when i was graduating desolate i was miserable. And he's like miserable. And i might while you're going to law school and not really that excited about it but i'm to do is waiting to do it because dad i don't want to be poor. And he said why. Do you think to be chorus. Love gotta media degree like immediate agree. I'm going to be forum. It'd be like an artist and he said son if your best at what you do you'll never before the advice gave was the advice that led me to continue my career in in the area And i think it's actually right with averitt is you do you do it with viewed equality with a festival capacity and ultimately when you see that ultimately you'll win new prevail You know we can't settle and we can't just kind of live our lives. You know trying to be hours from china. Just do things to get by. I think we really need to reach the within. Had push ourselves to deliver the highest ever and also doing what you're passionate about. It's it's a lot easier to become the best at that and also to persevere through the times when you you might be challenged he know you're gonna might add something to that as well because i think some people don't know what their capacity is. Most people don't know what their capacity is. We have been brought up which with systems the train us into thinking that you have greater capacity you know the whole idea of a normal distribution her for your grade for example. That's horrible evil that we wish the we should encourage people to rise to a sander. Get a fantastic. We should be society descrambler pushing people to their passing knobs when about winner place in trying to get them to accept this normal. This is somewhere within the chain. So there was this great city har that i love where these researchers from harbor kingston school and they would tell teachers. We've developed tests of intelligence and what we've learned is that just as as his through growth spurts also go through intelligence and we have the task in measures and his off. Fictions who number was true and they the task they would randomly select the student and the teacher admit this rammed was say. Oh my god. This student of yours is what we call a bloomer. They will be your top student by the end of the year. they're genius level. Incredible what would happen is the end of the year would administer standardized tests and sure enough those have highest results so with that speaks to Humor capacity and how all of lesser potential processed by the society. We live in and so really Discover our choose. Cells should capacity. Has the limit what we can achieve. And that's that's that's a large part of our media. Science part of our philosophy is support our team supporters which she essential. That's what we see. Our role management has nurturing essential. Let's have wonderful neck to finish up on an i. Our sense that they might be a whole another episode. Just talking about that and about how we can realize. Full potential perhaps not Not assume that way. Not as good as the next person but tom strive to his basic. The thanks for that twine. Finally who else should get on the show and why however I have a colleague. I think would make fantastic guests Her name is elissa moses. She we we recruited her she runs. Our heart connects division. Now elissa has an amazing had agree. She's amazing history. I'm she used to work in advertising. In fact the gillette motto. The you know the best indeed She was instrumental in that. So that was when he was working. One day i'm she went on to lead the neuro division at this is one of the main marketing market research firms and she was heading up I'm so she's an amazing now. In addition to the worship of are neck shells teaches at columbia. University teaches a i in the morning. Well thank you so much duane. This has been fun of rent. A lot about The work you do in terms of of measuring instantaneously pickles response to emotional response to stimuli to could've in general terms but have hacker. "Head to. it's a wonderful combination. So this is the paradox right. I spent the first probably three years after my business went. Tr- doing the things that i saw. A marketing consultant would do a marketing. I wasn't really. I didn't consider myself a coach at the time. It was more of like a marketing consultant. Right and i did all of the things that i thought would be expected of a marketing consultant. I wore a nice suits. And look very smart. And all of these things and and said the things i thought people wanted to hear about an more money and doubling your business and doing all of these things right and then an actually. It was when i was brave enough. I didn't i wouldn't even say about the fact that my business went bust. Because i was ashamed and embarrassed i felt like a complete failure. Yeah right but when i was able to own who i am my journey walks and all that was when things changed because i was no longer hiding behind those layers that we talked about when i was i was expressing me and the vulnerable vulnerable little boy inside of me. That's going clin. Who do you think you are. You know that little voice that we've all yes. But when when when i'm able to kind of still still show anyway because i know i really feel i feel compelled. It's not a rehearsal. I've got this chance to help to serve to be of service to make a difference in people's lives with what i do so so i have to show up and do that when i was able to do it without that mask or a say without the mask. We're always peeling it back out. And we were always like chipping away at that thing. But the more i was able to be the expression of what i thought it was that was when things changed. So it's finding what that voices for you. That's the critical part. Okay then it changes. It's okay that that voice today is different to the voice that was yesterday. You know 'cause we change and evolve it's part of life is now. Yeah yeah absolutely back. Because i'm definitely not doing the same things in the same way that i've done in the past and and i think it's great that you're able to let your vulnerabilities show about the problems you have because i think that also does help other people than to say. Oh well if he was able to get past that then you know maybe there's some hope for me and so it's it's good to be able to let people know that we're not all perfect. We all have our own things that happen and And that's what makes us who we are today and hopefully we we learn and we grow from that and that's and that's what life is all about is just continuing to do that because we're always going to have stuff come up and we just have to learn to deal with it. Keep on going absolutely well said well. I have really enjoyed our conversation. And i'm sure that there are some folks out there who also enjoyed it and would love to learn more about you. But when the Fort Lauderdale resident posted yards yard signs expressing his opinion, they were smeared with dog feces. So all I wanted to know was what the sign said. Yeah, exactly. He explained it to the police, he said. The first one was a tolerance sign. They said that we believe all lives matter that love is love that feminism is everything and that you should essentially be accepting of everybody's opinions and beliefs. The second two were just reflecting the fact that Donald Trump doesn't reflect our values. Not very many details in that one. Ready to go. What? What shot? What Park? Back in behind the heart net. Both questions hit there by Rasmussen, but put the puck around to keep their corner put it up the left wing Kuba League. Both question over the red Line. Blue line Atone Dragon, a shot from the right circle in the glove save made by Bernie and he'll hold another great example of the confidence that vocalist has in this game jumped up under the play their lead the Russian Good shot on goal was labeled for the top corner. Phil blow against Rome on the face off. Drop of the puck, the wings will get it. Used behind his net. Centered around the left wing for heros e standing at the wing blue line. He deflected to center ice. He quickly gave it a Kubelik redwing line left wing side, You'll spend it down in behind the net. And strong battling back there with Danny Dekeyser. The Kaiser took the puck but a dangerously between the circles for heros E That morosely quickly moves it over to Christian juice, and you lifted through the air down in the Hawk's own. Keith grabs the puck. Spends it behind the net around and up the left wing Dasher and down it goes and they're gonna wait the icing Blackhawks cutting a line change here. I think they all thought that was gonna be icing and the guy is going off for a little bit slow. Harow see gains. The Hawk's own right point spends it over diagonally Left wing corner. Ian Mitchell scouted there, he'll pass up by strange carpenter to David Camp in over the red wing line, firing from the right circle that missed the net. Harems around left point, the Han. He'll fire from there that's blocked at the defense and here come the wings, and then they give it back at center ice. Brandon Hagel of the heart. What a great play by Hagel tracking through the middle of the ice exactly what he's supposed to do. They're cut off that play, and now they're in the offensive zone. Carpenter's got it spends it up the slanted door off with a wrist shot in a mess. Nick off, went down and block it, and then carpenter pokes it free to camp beside the net. He couldn't put it in the short side. Loose Puck taken back by the wings. Glendenning shot it toe. The line kept in by she adore off Left point for a moment. Then stature clears to center ice. Murphy. Take it back for the Hawks, since cane away over the wing line into the right circle stall, reaching him with a stick. Flex it away. Rasmussen will carry to center ice Left wing side front of the bench is dumps it down into the left wing corner and hawks l'm and tried to finish up you suitor who ducked under the check box will get it back Cane with a requite past of break it in over the red wing line. It No In behind the hawk met Keith took the puck away. Here's Keith back, handing it up the right side. Boards off of cane sticking down on no icing is called happy with linesman there. As we kind of got in his way. He touched it to negate the icing. But at the same time King had an opportunity there to go one on one with the defenseman with some speed. Keep passing the Yan Market Center ice to Carl Soderberg and over the red Wing blue line down the right wing to the corner. Sheds a check behind the net and fed it into the crease. Knocked out of there to the near boards by Bernier Bertuzzi. But it across the rig to pro May in front of the bench. Is hell scared off the glass down into the Hawks? Don't Calvin to Hans got it? And he'll carry the center. What it had for young market. The Red Wing blue line, He deflects the puck into the left wing corner juice, grabs it their head to Nielsen, then Damantha. Actually the Kaiser left wing at center ice and back across the juice. Go in front of the penalty box is he'll drive it down the boards in behind the Hawk net. Giovanni Smith caught it in the left wing corner winds it back behind the net over to stature. Right point he'll fire that's blocked in front by the Han and the puck trickles out to center ice. And back into the Hawk's own down the right wing backhands it across for Smith. It's office stick. That would have been a good chance right there and in Kubelik will now knock the puck down ice into the Red Wings own parish of finishing his check there on one of the wings. Dangled him off the park put it across along the left wing boards too strong. Well, now put it, the current chefs left corner, tried a little give and go past there. This is picked off by Smith, who flings it out to the line. It's off of Jude or a stick and back down into the Hawk's own. The teams will go for line changes as the Hawks get the puck back, boy. Very impressive right now, with the Blackhawks on their structure. They've been really good there. Puck management has been excellent. 10 30 left in period number three hawks of a 41 league along the far boards in the wings own camp takes the puck now right point since it left points, Adora put it in front Carpenter to flex it in on goal in a kick save made by Bernier. Carpenter nearly at his first goal of the campaign, and carpenter works until the left wing corner gave it to camp. He'll spend it behind the Net around. It goes to Murphy Murphy from the right half towards chips it back to the point that it bleeds over the blue line to center. Ice hawks Get it back. Injured or awful dump it down between the circles and the Red Wings own Here to get it is Patrick Nimet. Over to fill up her own extended to center ice, picked up by Suter Racing back into the wings own drop pass came back the Suderman front of the net with a backhand and it's turned out of there by burning a suitor was bidding for number three. You could see Patrick Kane didn't he could have made a play on that towards the net. He wanted to try and set up suitor. Hurry. I'll see the center ice will move the puck into the right wing corner. Hawk's own catches. Ah, hi sick and that will be the call. The wings were going to get another power play. We'll have it after we return. 9 35 left in the third, the Hawks for in the Wings one..
