"Thanks to our stay at Betty's bed and breakfast. Yeah. We I was going through reviews over the weekend. We have ducks landing in our pool a lot just like the sopranos. Yeah. Except what the sopranos didn't show is that ducks can crap twenty times in five minutes. You left a yelp review for ducks? Very beautiful. But warning these these animals defecate a great deal to stars the quacking his cute at first. But let me tell you signed angry poopie Joe. So we're we're looking for various remedies, and we have purchased a an alligator had that floats around the pool. Does that work? It has shiny scary is well, that's the thing about two thirds of people say unbelievable it work now. No birds menace, my pool anymore. Thank you floating alligator head product. And about a third of them say. Yeah. The freaking birds land on the thing. They have their babies sit on the thing. It's worthless. I wasted money. So we just we thought. Well, all right. Let's gamble. Need a real out? There you go. That's a great idea. That's the answer. So we ordered the floating alligator had with the shiny is. I'll let you know how it works fantastic band deduction. Poop a lot. Hope I don't find out. So I came across this article, I wrote a negative yelp review, and it made my life a nightmare. This woman gave a one star review to a gynecologist Hobo. I didn't know you did the yelp reviews for a guy, I guess, and and her complaints are kind of typical complaints. She thought it costs more than it should. And she thought they were rude at the front desk. You know, I it's the sort of review. I would look at and think well, you know, other people seem to like it and one person's rude is another person's professional, and who knows what? Yeah. Yeah. Or the whole bad day thing, you were just mentioning anyway, the company she got a letter from the company saying they were suing your from million dollars because it affected their she's had to hire a lawyer. She spent over twenty thousand dollars in legal bills, so far trying to defend herself. And I hit her for defamation intent that sort of thing. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know if it's because because she actually said she used let me I don't know if I can find the everything about my one and only visit here is caused me emotional stress and panic. They were rude to me, blah, blah, blah, very poor and crooked business practice. Maybe can't say crooked business practice. My point would be do any of us know what the rules are legally speaking of a yelp review. What you can say in. What you can't say. What you what what will get you sued? If you say it, right? No, no. I don't have any idea. I don't have any idea either. I mean, if I say if I say that was the worst steak I've ever had in my life. Can I say yes, clearly who could argue with that. Yeah. Yeah. But the crooked thing intrigues me. Because remember when I got my my SUV that I drive now a week and having it some scumbag like took a screwdriver to the finish. I don't know why what am I many enemies? They're they're they're they're angers probably legitimate. But. So I took it to a body shop affiliated with car dealers the center, and they told me, oh, yeah, we're going to have to do x. And y because the where it is baba. It's gonna cost you, you know, such and such and it was a huge number. And so I took it to another place that had an excellent reputation. They said, oh, no, no, no, not at all. It's going to be a fraction of that. You don't need to do that. Because it's a new car, it'd be this, and it was very reasonable. Now. If I had posted a yelp review of the first place and claimed that they were crooked or it's a ripoff or rip off. I think most of the population would say, yeah, that's pretty good description of somebody who do that like super aggressive up seller who lies about up selling that's crooked. Isn't it? Let's not crooked. What is? The mob. I dunno. I suppose you could make the argument of I charge way more than other people and I count on people not shopping around. That's not illegal. No, no charge. Whatever you. Nobody grabbed me by the hair and slam my head and signed a former I can get this done for twenty percents of that somewhere else. Yeah. You can. Crazy expensive. Congratulations. Yeah. Good for you. Get out. I think that's true for a lot of businesses based on you're not gonna shop around. Wow. So this this case has enormous significance. That's what I thought. And makes it a little scary for yell and again, how they treat her her tender parts was there anything with that. Just just being charged too much. She thought they were rude. Okay. Okay. We got a couple of texts. I was I bribed them threatened by I won't mention the business because I don't know what's going on after a bad yelp review. My son went in for an oil change. And they tried to sell them tires and brakes. Well, this kind of places I always do that again that kind of gets back to what we were just saying that is that is that makes you crooked. Trying to sell me something that I don't need your trying to upsell me. I know you're doing that. Say no to that stuff. Right. Does that make you crooked or do? I just need to know the rules of the game. Or how does that? I don't know. Well, I certainly think there's a free speech defense unless your intent is specifically to damage them. And it's not true. I mean 'cause truth is an absolute defense against libel. And slander. But crook crooked. That's interesting. We got to rule on this. We need to every country to weigh in and give a yelp review of the suit. And then you know, it gets more than three stars. We could take a look at our yelp reviews, which are always funny. Yelp reviews for the Armstrong and Getty show. And they're usually pretty funny. Yeah. The negative ones particularly. Yeah. We had a former employee who we fired leave a negative yelp review for a company. I've tried to have it removed several times by yelp. And they will do nothing about it was certainly designed to defame our character. So that's from the business standpoint regatta employee fired probably because you know, if you fired them they weren't good now, they're giving negative reviews. Just to damage you. That's not cool. I had a buddy who owned an RV park. The most hilarious complaints regarding the awful weather. One star it rained the whole time. We were there. I have seen those for vacation spots where you're criticizing the bed and breakfast because it rained the whole time you were there. Don't kay. Nice. Here's a one star review Carol g possibly the worst talk radio show except for Hannity who definitely is number one. Does. She mean station. She must. A one star review. Joe who thinks he is a genius. And no one can tell him anything. Meaning he has a completely closed mind, especially regarding facts Joe's, IQ is low. He has no understanding nor any comprehension of the real world. His view leaving yelp reviews for radio shows their jokes are horrible.

"Had it. I mean, there's so many good players out there hungry. They wanna win all forever. Competences flying. You know when those guys hit the ball good. I just don't think there's anyone hold them back. The other really isn't. It doesn't matter. If it's the the twentysomethings or the thirty something somebody is a great win last weekend for Keegan Bradley, not even the whole weekend went over into Labor Day Monday. But that's where that's tournament set up to to play out. But a lot of bad weather through your neck of the woods Newton square. Not that far from where you are Marian. But great great great fabulous win for Keegan Bradley in a playoff that was stacked and obviously going to be stacked. 'cause you're talking about the FedEx playoffs were just the top guys. Get in any way. It was it was it was so good to have an event back in Philadelphia. Seventy great golf courses. And there was a buzz going around that Iran inequity, the great golf course. The head product great professional. I tell you what I was very very curious. The scores were going to be because I've played a make a bunch of the fairways are little, you know, a little wide. But I thought there's no I'm thinking 20-under-par going to win one the player. A couple of players that made a comment about sixty five I'm losing ground. So I really really soft because of the rain we had the pervious little why. But. How good those players are to go to a golf course. Like that has some really Cup green that has some good length through it. But they do out there. Twenty you know, the winter shooting 2000 parts, it's just incredible. It really is in the playoff aside. I mean, a lot of scores were low of there are a lot of guys really within winning distance. If the guys in in the lead couldn't close the door. And there were some guys falling down the leaderboard. We we see that consistently every weekend, especially as the intensity increases in the number of guys decreases. Absolutely. You get that paper pressure. Thirty to thirty. Said it's different ballgame so much riding, you know, trying to get that last thirty spot financially under the season. And it's a big deal in a lot of the guys that, you know. I'm sure there's deals or if you make the top third. There's probably bonuses with our sponsors, though, ever know, what goes through the guys what goes.

"Bad ass car to drive at speed. Crazy grills, coffin, the coffin, nose, and the weird select shift. Yup, exactly. Like this, they don't all have that, but most of them do. That's super cool. And the ones that are supercharge have the pipes out the side. Oh, man, Lonzo really great. Full a full picture of it because here it is looking at that sexy girl. You are. It's all in that front bumper, the knows. Yeah, that's hot law Ferrari. Yeah, three to four million. Yeah. In this one, the proceeds are going to the college of creative studies graduates. A lot of automotive designers and people in that industry. So charity cart. Do they all say one of four? Nine. Nine. Okay. Number four. Nine number one. Trading privately in LA for around four is number. Yes, so that'll be good for the charity. Yeah. Db five left-hand-drive rare conditioning. This is fantastic. I love db five. How do you not? Yeah. You know what I love is this wood framed. Wheel, then we, you know, it's hard to build what steering wheels with air bags, but if he could, it would be great to go back to this, isn't it? Emory's car Emory takes care of this out. Yup, I saw him. I saw him driving it for the photos. Yeah, fucking second styled in. Needs me to tell him that he did a great job with this, but this is a again. Another example of a real turn key, historic, racer, and one of just a few short tail cars made fifty eight spa one thousand kilometers. Yeah. Wow. Who's this signed by Hans met skirt Willie Kaufmann. I don't know if I know any one. Is that Vic Elford that that looks like that's Dr Hans Metzger, Vic Elford are the two that I recognize that will work. That's fucking cool. Oh, look at the woods shift knob. And that's when it really you needed it. You know, to keep the heat out of the shift knob. I'm driving that Hyundai you saw, oh, shit, I got. I got drop into this conversation real quick because last show we were talking about this holiday and I we were mean to it. Okay, we're talking. Yeah, we're talking about this thing. There's a wire that blocks by foot from going from the clutch the dead pedal. And we were pretty mean about it, but Monday got back to me a bracket that supposed to hold that wire out of the way broke. He wasn't supposed to be like done. I made a joke that because I asked the press guy and he said he would run it up the flagpole and he didn't get back to me very quickly. And I figured he had any learned it was supposed to be, and that was not true in the least in actuality, he ran the flagpole and the the head product planner and like the head media got like a budget. People were crawling under velocities for two days trying to figure it out like the nicest people really and they were so like embarrassed that my car was wrong. And so I changed it in the video. But if you listen to last week show with Tony Kuroda and we were mean about the velocity and this thing it was an error in assembly and non an error in design. And that's a big difference, Horton one. So to come, that's my mea culpa for the velocity and the pedal box. But thank you for leading to Rabat reminded me also. It also has a mental shift knob. Where am I. Here. It is the DP two one five s. eighteen to twenty two million me. Whoa, one tenth less than a tenth of that house. Shit. Tell me what is the story in this? Yeah, this is this is a pretty special car and it's really the last, you know, proper race car of the David Brown. The early era of Aston Martin, the DP cars were prototype, racers that him aren't built. You have two and two, two and four in two and five is one of one. Everything about this is leading edge of technology for the time mostly out. I am ex that was most important feature. This car is the way the body was designed. Ted cutting. This is absurd cut in this pre what what road car was being produced this time before GT which is what this was loosely based on technically had is a Gado come out yet..
