"Ago. Nick aiden her name aidan harte tragically in similar in this regard completely unexpectedly on yeah. Aidan heart was the victim of a drunk driver in a crash and skaggs woke up in his hotel room and they found him dead and you know there's no way to prepare for these things there's no way to we know what it's gonna do to your team. I think under those circumstances the angels actually performed well for a while and now they're just swoon. Fasttrack is coming up for you in ten minutes. It's mason in ireland e._s._p._n. E._s._p._n. l._a. Mason and ireland we are live from the o._c. Today with our o._c. House where everybody he is <hes> been staying all week. I've been here bourbon never set foot in this place until today. George has been here georgia's upstairs in his room and he said man. I actually slept here. A couple of nights slept your two nights now superior tonight to and what time what time did they get you. Mason is an elitist and went and got the hotel they know the what time did they get you up around here in the morning well normally i get up whenever i want but this morning keyshawn walked in at five thirty in the morning extreme wake up that sounds like wake up that that night that got me right so yesterday finally saw once upon a time. What did you think okay so. I don't want to give anything 'cause i know there's people that that haven't seen it yet but i will say this when i was walking out of el torito one one of our listeners came up to me and said i go to the movies every week. Once upon a time in hollywood is terrible. It's awful and i thought commission said it was pretty good so i went in there not knowing anything to what expect and i can see that the it's tarantino which means it's not for everybody right. The story may not be the greatest but i really liked it because as somebody who grew up in l. a. i thought it did a very very good job of visually taking you back yes to nineteen sixty nine and that's what i said member. I said this is going to be go down as one of the quintessential l. a. movies he did a yeah. I mean everything from the music to the radio stations to the cars <hes> robert w morgan radio good morgan yeah i i met robert w oh you realize yeah but i mean they drive all through downtown l._a. In the valley doesn't make you wish could visit at the playboy mansion in the seventies yeah boy yeah those days of the playboy and and and margot robbie may i mean she was in wolf wall street. She was beautiful but in this movie this this is like a time capsule movie have you for her. She looks as good as as an actress can look in a movie in this thing and it's really really good so my recommendation would be if you like tarantino. You should go and if you grew up in l. a. You should go if not it's long. It's two hours and forty minutes. I won't tell you anything about the plot but it's the the stories stories like the greatest story retold. I liked yeah. I would say i would encourage people to go. I love that movie that movie. It'll be nominated for best picture. Oh yeah no question about it. Any individual i think think <hes> brad pitt and leo both have a chance to get nominated for that <hes> that movie and production design stuff like that because they've got all the old movie posters and the billboards and the old theaters you know some of those theaters on hollywood boulevard <hes> like the vogue or no longer open <hes> they're driving by old modesty is somebody there's there's a scene in which margot robbie goes in. I can tell you if she plays. She plays sharon tate. Yeah sure i think people are so sharon. Tape goes to the movies in westwood and if you're like me and you went to u._c._l._a..

"Something really simple to raise. But really good to read as well. There's a lot of benefits to is the book, but. Darren Harte's cool the compound effect. That's a really good book by simple to raise nuggets in there as well, which is above and a great book for site input in ten percent away. And I would add to that maybe a stud book from from a mental toughness standpoint is a great book. I love it's one hundred and seventy seven successful secrets by a guy named St. seaboat. And then I'll add one more for that would be a very small, but very short, and it would be a book cold you square by price. Purchase very hard to find. You can get online very thin book. And then maybe certainly James Allen not chapter and we got to stay calm. This the mine is one of the Bruce beautiful Jews of wisdom. So detector from as thing kissed the lost Thais on serenity is a really good thing to read every single day to keep your mind com. Yeah. Also, my I am thirsty for knowledge. So I appreciate the recommendations there, and I will be reading the books you mentioned. So thank you for that. Now, I understand to be successful in the bodybuilding game. It requires a lot of discipline. But how were you as a father when it came to handing out the discipline? Great question, by the way, you know. My father was extremely hard on me growing up. And I think that he's a Jamaican and to make comparative extremely disciplined people, and yeah, I mean, so with my father, he did, you know, he used the belt sometimes, and that's what you know, West Indian families do so that was his way of discipline. I made the decision out never hit my son. You know, never yell at him. Always give him advice and always encourage him and give him the encouragement eh needs to push onto these goals and dreams. And so I was never one for, you know, dishing out, you know, heart this yelling or anything like that. I would honestly say this. My son was an absolute joy. I mean, he was a great. He was a great kid when he was young. Honestly, we have the mother, and I we had no issues with my son, ROY. Ori-? So he really was a blessing 'cause we had no issues when he was growing up. So I really didn't. Honestly, I never really had to use any strong discipline of ground him because he was such a great awesome. All right, Troy, what were some of the challenges you face pursuing professional bodybuilding career while being a father. Question. I think being a buddy this is the most selfish sport in the world. And it is very very ego driven by have so many positives. This is just coming to realize I should Elliott about teaches people discipline and commitment, and you have to be super the system on patient because muscle takes years and years and years, but in regards to family, and and being a professional athlete. It was pasta juggle them together. And I met that as you get bigger as a man as you even get at Scheidt as a man as I was getting big, I was my my I found my energy was getting lower. So what would happen wouldn't be as active with my son? So I wanna be able to take him to the park, you know, wouldn't take into soccer games and his mom ended up doing a lot of that. Because I was just so big in the Aussies muscular. No, no, actually buddy muscle. So I had just enough energy to work to pay the bills unto get my luck housing because of pro athlete, but you know, if I could time the clock I would would. Have definitely easy to say now, but I would definitely country so much mall. But I think the saying now, so definitely.

"That's okay. I, I like to go through fights again and again, especially if it's if it's hard for the sake of Ian Harte not about it, but if I know I can win, I just have to get good. That's fun to me. The problem is, is that the ideas that you're a vampire and you can't really be killed, obviously like stick to the heart. So every time you die in the battle, you just kind of spot again in midst of black mist in bat, sort of the fuck it is still so happens is the game like all right. Well, since you actually technically didn't die and we're not restarting. Scenario you still, you've lost all of your items. You don't have your ammo that you use in the fight before you. You don't have any resources that you used in that fight. You have to start from zero now I haven q.. Yeah. And so I think that's such a design flaw because the problem is is that in order to crashed health in order to have health on hand, you have to craft it, which means you have to go to your room, which granted were this fight took place wasn't too far away, but you have to go to room and craft it. Now craft it, you need materials in order to get materials. You have to go around the city, killing things in grinding for those materials guest Emerson, you not reload a save. No, you can't manually save this game. Oh, it auto saves. That's my understanding. No, there's no manual. It's not like in most games where it's like, okay, you walk into ruby see like a save icon. You're like, there's a fight that it's about to go down. It auditors saves. So the problem I faced was I was I knew turn the concl- quick and try and like, have you done that? We shoot it. You're like turn it off into rough. It's so okay. And so also like to succeed in this boss, fi and eat it a lot of ammo. Now, the problem is is that you can buy ammo for merchants, but you have to run around the district all the district's buy 'em from different merchants. It doesn't take a long time to do that. Maybe like four or five minutes from one end of the dish from one end of the map to the other, there's no fast travel in this game, but then what you have to do in order to replenish those Amazon applies. You have to sleep at night at which point everytime you sleep and you wake up, people are sick again, and then you have to craft serums in order to save those people. Anyway, it got to a point where I was exhausting. I love empire. I played this game all day and happily did soaks. I was so into it from the story and the characters and the setting. I was all about it, but the peace. Was so good. I'm like, okay, if something's gonna happen this. Awesome fight. I know I'm getting toward the. I'm really excited to see what happens. And then it's like, okay, hard stop or put on the brakes. You have to craft more medicine. You have.

"200 one we would love to have your comments are happier questions sheila thank you so much for joining us today you're welcome and so you know this woman was a a was it no to have mental health issues even to the point earlier on this the same taping that we were listening to um they were talking about her as they were walking up i saw video i heard the efsa up uh i heard the audio of them where their calmly walking up there you've been kind of discussing yeah our at africom you're one of them said i came here before and what type she had scissors and discounted we're talking about the fact that she had some some challenges and um even though they knew that even though she had been the one who called the police for help even though she was a victim of alleged burglary even though the police officers were trained in crisis intervention she still died that day she still died that day and a part of the video of the audio rather you can hear what of the offices say taize harte's her an the officer reply i don't have my taser so because he didn't adequately prepare for his job that day she added di so sheila what is the the general tone out in seattle right now have there been a lot of protests and things like that yes there have been on last night they had one in their can continue to approach at eight we have as in a city have decided at this was not right but i think the other thing that i would like to make sure that we point out that she was pregnant yes ma'am told not only will one like cake in july retake guess and that is a a key point to bring up that she was pregnant and that is absolutely absolutely true an absolutely heartbreaking in you know one of the questions i have is at i understand that seattle police this by i think federal mandate because of their history of um their history of violence or over use of violence against particularly communities of color that there is a mandate for them to take crisis intervention training and so this is basically what the benefits of this training is supposed to offer is supposed.
