Tyler Bowyer Shares the Latest Updates on the RNC Race
"Boyer here, who's going to be one of the voters on Friday, he is not a swing voter. Tyler, what is the latest in the RNC race? Man, that was quite the letter that you read. From Mike ryden. And we've been hearing that from all over the place, not just from donors, but from the grassroots more importantly. And nothing has really changed since the beginning of this thing. Since the beginning we saw the grassroots has been solidly in the camp for change. And really the only people that I think are standing in the way or supportive of that is the one 68. So as we brought up just as a refresh for everybody, this three votes from every state and territory is a National Committee man, a National Committee woman and a state party chair. Those are the three votes that determine who becomes the RNC chair. And the race is down to this Friday. It's down to Rana versus harmeet, Dylan versus Mike lindell. It looks like right now, Mike lindell. Probably has probably about a handful of votes, I think, on the RNC right now, from everything that we've seen. We've had a few people come out and vocal support, not many. Harm me, I think, is doing a little bit better than that. I think she is going to sail through what would become the first vote because you have to win a 50% plus majority. What's that number then? So when it's 85 votes. So that's the magic number. That's

"Friday is a major day. Friday. The Republican National Committee will be meeting in person in Dana point California to decide who should be, chairman, or chairwoman. Mike lindell is running. Her meat Dylan is running and Ron and Romney is running. The question is what does the future of the Republican Party hold? Now, some of you might say Charlie, I don't quite understand the significance of this. It seems a little wonky and abstract. If the RNC does not change leadership, I am deathly afraid that we will almost certainly lose in 2024. I can not raise the stakes higher than that. If you keep on doing what you are doing, then who's to say something will change. Joining us now is harmeet Dylan, who is running for chair of the RNC, and she's doing very well. She's within a couple of votes. In fact, I don't know where I had a member call me. The other day and they say, I'm going for her meet. Hermit, welcome to the program. Thanks for having me, Charlie. Hermit, how do you believe things are going? Give us the update. Well, things are going well. We have a momentum on our side. A lot of members are now just beginning to focus on this. We've been campaigning since December 5th when I announced, but suddenly I think I had several hours worth of phone calls over the weekend with members who had yet to make up their minds and I gave them my closing argument as to why I think we are at a crossroads in the party. And if we don't make these significant changes right now, like you said, we are at risk of losing. And that's not just about the party, Charlie. That's about the country. This country relies on a robust two party system and our country is suffering under the hands of one of those parties right now. And so this is really why I'm prepared to leave the comfort of my home. My law firm, my nonprofit, chair of the Republican lawyers, all of that behind to focus exclusively on turning the RNC around. And it can and it must be done. Yeah, and so let's build this out and just to remind the audience two things. The RNC because the way the federal election code is written can do things that only the RNC can do. Now that might sound self evident, but no, a super PAC, a 5 O one is not able to coordinate with state committees, campaigns, share data, messaging, strategy, if we are serious about beating the Democrats in 2024, we need an RNC that is functional that is raising money and deploying it correctly, harmeet talk about that because some people say, oh, forget the RNC. I'm just going to do this on the outside. That might be a good alternative. There might be some way we can move the dial there, but you're going to be running up against the inevitable, but only the RNC can do X right. So the RNC is necessary, but not sufficient. To be strong for candidates at the federal level to win. RNC gathers resources in large chunks. So large donors who want to support the party can give, you know, hundreds of thousands of dollars, whereas for campaigns, they're limited to fraction of that a tiny fraction of that. And so with that money, what we're supposed to be doing with it is making sure that the data is there to support our campaigns because we can support. We can share that data with state parties and with campaigns. We want to make sure that people have a fundraising platform. So when red was created for that reason, there's some tweaks maybe there, but that's a good idea. It's centralized like Democrats act blue. We should be running air cover for our candidates by making sure that we are giving them resources, messaging needs to be there to constantly be persuading voters. And then finally, we have to be doing year round election integrity and election operational efforts. That's been completely missing from the RNC for four of the last 6 years. And of the last two years, our focus on some lawsuits to get into lawsuits where the other side sued us has been an improvement. I will give credit for that, but I would say it's a drop in the bucket compared to what's needed and more importantly, we did zero to prepare our states and our candidates and our field workers for how to cope with the new election laws, universal vote by mail in some states, ballot harvesting. What we call ballot chasing ballot curing, we may not like a lot of these things, and I don't, but while that's the law, if Democrats are voting for as much as 45 days in some states and we're voting for one, we lose before we even get to election day. And we can't have.

"Or lose. You see list rental prices for somebody's consultants. They're like selling their list for 13 million, $15 million at a pop. These are people who are taking the party's resources for that. Instead of the basic building blocks of how do you get the ballots into the ballot box, it's pretty simple. So these are things that I would change. And as you can imagine, the entire political consulting establishment has jumped into this race on the other side and is spreading all kinds of propaganda because I'm threatening their livelihoods and rightfully so it should have been threatened before today. Well, let us here on the Levin show help you out a little bit. I want to strongly endorse you over the air here. I just think it's time for some new blood and enthusiasm and ideas. And anything to defeat the opposition because the opposition is trying to destroy the country. It's had simple. I just don't see the energy out of the RNC. I don't see the presence, and this isn't a put down of the current chairwoman. I don't even know her. We need people who can actually speak and make the case for the American people. We don't have a lot of leaders on the side that can do that. So harmeet Dylan, I want to endorse you strongly, go to Dylan for RNC dot com for RNC dot com and the voters win. The vote is January 27th, so it's a week Friday. And I want to just say, I am very honored by your endorsement market. It means a lot to me and to my followers, I really appreciate that very much. I hope it doesn't hurt you. These days. Well, anyway, God bless, and we wish you all the best. We'll keep an eye on those. We'll monitor this. Go get them. I appreciate it so much. Thank you so much for your time today. All right, take care. She sounds like a real go getter to me. Doesn't she to you, mister producer? And has some great ideas and she's hit the nail on the head with a lawyer situation. Are we going to prepare for these Marcellus types? How many times have I talked about this? How many years have I talked about this? That they're bringing hundreds of lawsuits and so forth and so on. So let's hope she can she can win this. Our meat Dylan, that for RNC dot com. Dylan for RNC dot com. And I think she'd be great. Get a few new voices in there. You know, all about how woke activists seized control of America's schools. I want to tell you about a group consumer research. They are brand new sponsor, and the funny thing is, in its a coincidence, I mention these folks, I believe in American Marxism. Harmeet Dhillon Joins Charlie to Make Her Case for Taking Over the RNC
"Joining us now is harmeet Dylan, who is running for chair of the RNC, this should not be difficult. But here we are. Welcome to the program. Thanks for having me, Charlie. Harmeet, I first want to compliment you for your courage and your willingness because the people that are coming after you, they are so nasty, they are so terrible. In fact, I pounded the table last week of a Politico article where they were attacking your Sikh heritage. And I grew up with Sikhs and some of the most beautiful, amazing people that I were honored to call Friends growing up were seek. And obviously it's leaked from people that want to attack you. So the nastiness being thrown at you is incomprehensible. And it's kudos to you for your courage for stepping up and you're willingness. Walk us through the state of the race, 11 days, we have a failure as chair of the RNC. We got to get rid of her. What's the latest? Well, thank you. So the latest is, I jumped into this race just a little over a month ago after our chair ronna mcdaniel basically is refusing to leave. Normally after you lose a presidential race, you actually do leave. So that was two years ago, but she promised us a final and third term. And so now that I see all these members lining up behind her, we jumped in and I have now over a dozen members of the RNC actively making phone calls with me to help whip the votes. There are only a 160 voters in this election. I'm one of them and I will be voting for change and voting for myself. And so the job is to convince people who are supporting Rana, as well as people who are undecided to support me. And I'm happy to say that her numbers are going down and our numbers are going up. And now that it's a competitive horse race, some folks who are willing to support her because there was no choice, have kept an open mind, and they want to see which way the wind blows. That is, you know, it's not exactly profiles and courage in some way. And so we're trying to encourage people to actually get off the fence

Guest Host Jim Hanson Welcomes Harmeet Dhillon
"I am delighted to welcome the next chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, harmeet Dylan to the show. Thanks for coming. Thanks for having me. Well, look, there's a lot of reasons why many of us believe you are the right person to go ahead and take control of the GOP party apparatus and turn it into a winning fighting organization. But I have to tell a quick story in November of 2019, we had evidence coming out of Orange County, California, that the Democrats had used ballot harvesting in the 2018 election, and they knocked off a couple of Republican incumbents in Orange County, the only really deep red part of that state. And we had also some evidence that pointed to the possibility they were registering people with addresses in dog parks and Starbucks and government buildings. And we took it to the RNC, they told us to call you and then they told us we should raise money to get you to be able to work on it instead of the RNC whose job all of the rest of us assumed would be to invest this to follow through on it, and as we all know, ballot harvesting was a huge problem in 2020 election and going forward. So I'm assuming now you're set and ready to find us a solution to those kind of things if you're elected. Well, so ballot harvesting is a complex issue because in California it's actually legal at this point. Obviously registering voters in places where people don't live is not legal. And at the RNC as a role that they should be playing with respect to, for example, helping us clean up voter rolls of people who are registered in more than one jurisdiction. And that has not been a top priority unfortunately. The Democratic Party and democratic donors have been investing in Democrat election litigation for, you know, I would say almost 20 years now and maybe even beyond that. And we have not been doing that at the party. Now I will say that over the last couple of years, the party has begun to invest in election litigation, but nowhere near enough. I still do a lot of my election litigation through donors outside the party and they help us state parties that need to be strong as well and I'm proud to say Eric California GOP is strong compared

"Charlie, tell your viewers this every day about giving to the RNC every month. I got scammed for this. Yes, I say scammed when I gave one time. I'm not a dumb person, but I did not realize this happened to me. The RNC kept taking money out of my account, I immediately canceled it when I realized it. Please, please, please say this every day to your viewers, I will never give to the RNC again. Now, I will say, though, if harmeet Dylan or Mike lindell become RNC chairman, I would encourage you guys to give money to them. So look, they're coming after turning point. They're coming after this show. I know you guys have our back and we appreciate that. And this is it. I'm not waging war against the RNC. Just so we're clear. I'm trying to make the RNC accountable again to the grassroots. Let's play cut 55 David pakman who is a lefty who compliments the power of turning point. Play cut 55. I told you earlier in the show that America fest held an event over the weekend and it was horrible and dystopian and we are going to look at a few clips and really it reminds me these people are dangerous, but they also are way better than the left at organizing these sort of pump up events. I'm with you that it is hard not to laugh because it's so absurd, but I've spoken so many times before. The right knows how to throw these events, coalesce people, turning point USA does events. They've got America fest is one of them. They've got the turning point summit. All these different things. This stuff actually does get people engaged. And part of the reason that the youngest voting group, 18 to whatever isn't even more left skewed is that the right does a way better job of activating and getting people together and the pyrotechnics and the music and the entire thing. The left doesn't have it. The closest thing we had at one point was net roots nation, which I used to go to, but no longer do. It's very milquetoast. It's very mediocre. A lot of infighting, a lot of like, you know, all the people that actually have success that should be leading sessions. We have political disagreements with them. So we're going to have like, it's a mess. It's a mess. The right is actually better this. The right is better. I agree. It's funny. David pakman, a left wing commentator, understands the power of turning point more than the chairperson of the Republican Party. And so look, we're going to continue this forward. It's called the Mount Vernon project at turning point action. And it's very simple. It's not about going to war against the RNC. It's very simple. We actually acknowledge the necessity of an accountable robust, strong technologically innovative Republican National Committee. We know that it's necessary. And so when members of the RNC are not going to listen to their voters, then we're going to use some of our resources, albeit limited versus the 400 million of the RNC to remove some of those members. We have members in all 50 states. We have a strong following, including many of you. So for example, if the guy from Connecticut or some person from Washington is critical and says, I don't care about my voters and I think everything at the RNC is doing well. Then we're going to rally the precinct committee men at the state conventions and we're going to try to remove you. We might not be successful. We might win, we might not, but no one else is even thinking of doing this. And so turning point actions Mount Vernon project is already making a lot of people at the RNC nervous. But look, what if I told you you could save a baby's life for just $28, $28? Well, it's true. Pre born is an amazing ministry doing just that with the help of people like you. I'm 100% pro life. I encourage you to view the world the same. And I know many of you are. You're amazing pro life warriors. My challenge, though, is can we also support causes that are not just in the politics of pro life. But also in ultrasound in helping pregnant girls and women see their babies and persuade them to choose.

98% of AmericaFest Attendees Want Regime Change at the RNC
"Turning point USA hosted America fest. And turning point action are 5 O one C four political arm. Conducted a poll. And the poll results showed that 98% of our attendees 98% were in support of regime change at the RNC. They said we don't like what's happening there. We want somebody different. We might Mike lindell, harmeet Dylan, or somebody else. We want to change it. We want to, we want to mix it up. Okay. So we publicize that poll. And we said this is what our members want. This is what the grassroots are saying. They're angry. I happen to agree with them, but if 98% of our membership said they're really happy with the RNC, I would have took a pause like, wow, maybe I'm out of touch with it actually turns out that I'm in touch with the audience, one of the reasons why I ask for your emails, one of the reasons why I ask you guys to communicate is so I can learn, what is the combined wisdom of our audience feeling? It's how I build a connection to you. It's how I listen. It's how I learn. Sometimes I am in connection with you. Sometimes I'm in disagreement and I feel as if I'm right, but that's the way that a functioning dialog with the masses is supposed to work. Okay. So we did a poll and 98% of you said, yeah, we don't want. We don't want rono. Okay. So we publicized the poll. So then Rana, who I have no personal issue with, she's always been very sweet and kind to me. I need to keep on reemphasizing that. Because it's true. Goes on Brian kilmeade show who I love Brian kilmeade, he's terrific. He has some good questions. And she said that basically attack turning point and said, how many younger voters did we get out? How many people did you register and the answer is quite a lot, actually.

"For RNC dot com. I love what I'm hearing. I think you're hitting all the right notes. And my thought is here. It's kind of like Donald Trump. He hit all the right notes too. Then he ends up in the swamp and even the people that are with him are against him, because he threatens their gravy train. And I'm wondering, what's your contingency to deal with that, that when you get there, you know, those that are perceived allies might not be so allied. Well, I've worked most closely with the legal team and I think those are all great people, frankly. I think everyone's on the same team, particularly after 2000. And so one of the challenges though is, like I said, I want to do an Elon Musk and come in there and say, do you love getting Republicans elected? Tell me about that. What have you done lately? And if they can't answer that well, bye. Goodbye. Secondly, by decentralizing, I think we're going to eliminate a lot of the really corrupt. I'm sorry to use that strong word, but really corrupt culture around the consultants and the you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours. I'd like a percentage of this LLC please on the side. Nobody needs to know, there's a lot of that going on in D.C., not just at the RNC, and I'm not saying I talk about a particular person, but the whole culture. It's the same people double and triple dipping on every alphabet committee, the same law firms or taking money from the RNC, but secretly working against Republican interests direct to his voting or other things like that in different states. All of culture would change if we're able to go into, let's say, some swing states have an opposite Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona, even Florida, which is an important state, Texas. And higher the best and brightest talent would energy who don't wish to live in the swamp, they wish to go home to their husband or their wife or their dog or their whatever and have a normal life. And you automatically cut yourself out of most of the talent in America by putting in a D.C., and I don't want to live in D.C.. And I'm applying for this job. I think that I think that's, I think that's an important issue. All right, folks. Harmeet Dylan. She's a founder of the Dylan law firm and the center for American liberty. Before you go, tell us a little bit about the work you're doing at the center for American liberty. Well, thanks for asking. I've been a civil rights lawyer in wanting to do this for most of my life and when I started my own firm 17 years ago, I just began doing a lot of work for causes that I cared about religious liberty free speech. I did it for free. And then my firm grew, and it became such a huge demand for this work that I finally decided to start a vehicle to fund it. So about three to four years ago, right before COVID, we started the center for America's liberty, really just a couple of people, me and my executive director at general counsel. Today we're a few $1 million of revenue and several staff and we've helped dozens of plaintiffs help in free speech issues. We're helping to enduring COVID. We filed, I think, 17 lawsuits against governors for violating our civil rights. We want three of those cases on religious liberties in the United States Supreme Court. We are among the leading law firms in America helping children who are the target of predatory transgender grooming in the schools and or physicians who mutilate children before they even have the mental ability and maturity to make decisions. And then we continue to do all this work, so it's really exciting that liberty center dot org for those of you who are interested in that work. It's incredibly rewarding. But this RNC thing is so important, we will not win in court if we don't win elections because we won't have judges and laws that help us protect liberty. That is why I'm willing to give all that up for a couple of years to help turn the ship around at the RNC. All right. Well, it's a great message. I love what I'm hearing. I wish you the best of luck in this race because the Republican Party, I think, needs solid leadership and it's my opinion that while some gains were made, not enough were made and I think had it not been for Trump and being the fundraising machine that he is, who knows where the Republican Party would be because I don't know that we were ready to take on what's happening on the other side. So godspeed to you harmeet Dylan Dylan for RNC dot com for RNC dot com and I want to wish you a Merry Christmas happy new year. Thank you so much, rich. Same to you. Thank you. "Now here's my question. What was the criminal investigation there? What was the counterintelligence investigation there? You need if you're working and I remember this from when I was behind the desk in the military in the IC, you need justification to legally take those actions as the government. They had none. They had none whatsoever. Okay, we found it. When the government breaks the law, who holds them accountable? Well, it's we the people. It's we the people, and it's going to be the new Congress. And that kind of gets into the speaker situation that I don't know if you saw you and I were going viral yesterday for were we for that clip with Lauren and with Matt yesterday that my eyebrows became a sort of meme on the Internet. Yeah, the whole thing. And that being said, I was thinking of my pillows in the rejuvenating sleep the entire time, nothing else. But that's why it's so important that we get the right people in charge of the new Congress, the right people in charge of the committees, and also Charlie to go back to your theory of the red states. We need to see red states taking Mark. Look what Missouri was able to do with one lawsuit, all the information that we have, and then more importantly, actionable information that we're getting from these investigations. Yeah, I mean, it is now a fact that these social media companies were owned and operated subsidiaries of the Intel agencies. And it's amazing because you and I could say that, we probably could have said that for two years and I wouldn't have surprised us. But now we've got documents that you can walk into a courtroom like Kerry Lake is going to walk into a courtroom tomorrow with harmeet Dylan and I don't know if I'm breaking news here by saying this Richard barris who's also going to be involved in he did testify at the opening hearing. The preliminaries that they are going to walk in because they have to prove and this is a high bar. They have to prove actual malice in terms of those printers and the ink. So they have to prove malice not just malfeasance. They have to fruit malice. That was the count that went forward. Well, that's going to how are they going to do that? You're going to need to smoke and gun. You either going to need smoking gun, you're going to need emails, you're going to need notes, memos, or potentially draw it out through testimony. And they are going to have Katie Hobbs testify. They are going to have Steven richer testify, Bill Gates. You remember old Bill with this true coat. He's going to be testifying. So they are going to have to go to the wall against these people in order to be able to draw that out. And so what do we know for the timetable? So the trial, the Kerry Lake trial begins tomorrow. Tomorrow. Tomorrow, super quick. Yeah, this is normally something that if you're walking into a courtroom, there's 6 months prep, 8 months, prep. There's none of that. They've had 6, 8 hours to be able to prep on this because the ruling just came out last night. It's extraordinary. And so the legal team for Kerry Lake need to be meeting right now, getting their arguments precise and Katie Hobbs and the defenders Maricopa County are kind of scrambling to figure out how to, let's just say, cover it up..

And just for the sake of full disclosure, harmed a few days ago, I came out on Twitter and announced my endorsement and support as a as a Republican, a member of the Republican Party and as a donor of the Republican Party, so you've got my support here and I want to make sure everybody knows that. Well, thank you so much for that. It's been actually such an interesting race Todd because I would say outside the building of the 168 the RNC. Support for change is overwhelming. It's like 99.5 to .5. And then inside the building where I'm asking for an audit of all the multi-million dollar fat cat vendors who continue having us lose election. And frankly, our failed leadership, it's the opposite, you know? There's a lot of resistance to change and some people are fighting very, very hard to maintain the status quo, which is not succeeded in electing Republicans. So it's a very interesting dynamic. It's almost like the inside of the building, half of them don't really care very much about what the rest of the world thinks. And that's a problem. It's a huge problem, and I've seen that just in my recent involvement within the Republican Party, and there's a clear divide there. And if you're not a part of the club, it is hard to get your foot in the door. They're happy to take your donations and abuse you, you don't give them, but in terms of breaking through to the rarefied air, which one of my colleagues derisively called a like a papal enclave, how they select their future chair like a paper enclave and smoke filled back room..

"One of the things I just wanted to say was I think a lot of students are just trying to be a professor pleaser. I've heard a lot of students that want to be part of the coveted alphabet community. And they say that they constantly lie to the professors to get better grades. Oh, is that right? So someone who might be, I don't know. I heterosexual. It's a professor's gay or the professor is a leftist. They would actually pretend to be a member of the community to get in good graces. Yes. And I've heard of a lot of stuff like that happening specifically by papers and thesis. Another thing I wanted to ask you about is if you have noticed the gaze against rumors community that's forming on Twitter. You know, I have, we've got to get we need to get those guys on. It's a fascinating, it's a fascinating group because again, my thesis all along has been an overwhelming majority of gay Americans just want to be left alone and they want to live their lives. However they want to live their lives under the constitution. And a lot of them are very upset at this grooming that's going on out there. A 100% agree. I would say I know more gay couples who are upset with things like that than are there for it. No, well, I wouldn't go that far, but the gay couples I do know are against it. And I say, you know what? We need more people speaking out. But that's a good thing. But again, that's why we say small but vocal group of these activists because that certainly not everybody. All right Andrew, appreciate the call. Now that is an interesting thing is that maybe they're all maybe they're all straight, but they're pretending to be gay. Just they'll get good grades and they won't get attacked. I guess, I don't know. All right, coming up. We've got some trivia. Oh, it's gonna be a fun trivia day. And of course, it is, what is it orville and Wilbur Wright day? So with the, so we're gonna have some airplane related trivia coming your way. Also, congressman Jim banks is going to be here. Harmeet Dylan running for RNC chair is going to drop by and congressman chip Roy. He's got some things to say about the omnibus spending bill and the border crisis and Jeff Katz. "See you there. December 17 18 19 and 20 a.m. fast dot com. Check it out right now. Joining us now is rich barris from big data polls. People's pundit does a great job. Rich, how you feeling? I'm living the dream, Charlie. You know, I'm feeling pretty good, actually. What are you seeing with turnout across the country? Are people turning out? Yeah, let's go around the map a little bit. I hate to say I had to retweet Dave washerman, but I did, because he's right. I was just looking at it actually. When he tweeted it. First off, if you look at some of these precincts, I'm looking at Virginia ten. Two, 7, of course, but Virginia ten because I'm wondering are Republicans going to turn out? That's a Biden plus 20 that got competitive. And it really Republicans needed to turn out advantage to make a go out of it. Charlie, Democrats are their turnout on election day is in deep trouble. And Republicans are crushing them in Virginia. In Florida, I'm looking at some of these more liberal precincts to see, you know, is there any significant boost because they just don't have the pool of the registration edge in Florida that they used to have. So they always had a pool of voters they could try to tap that aren't four out of fours to get out on election day. They're getting creeped in Miami dade and pinellas county. They're getting creeped. And this is going to be ugly in Florida. In washoe county, Republicans are romping it. And in Clark county, they are slightly better. What happens is Democrats will vote in Clark county on election day. And we'll see Republicans start off with a very strong edge early in the morning, and then later in the day, Democrats get out and the trend starts to converge. Right now, Republicans are outperforming their expected trend. It's close. But they are outperforming their expected trend. And there are a lot of Indies voting in Nevada. Why does that matter? Because if you look at polls that add black salt up in lombardo up, it's always one of those states that I'm always very cautious about. We have black salt and lombardo winning each independence by about 20 points that's the last time a Republican won it was dean Hilary. Did it 53 33 that's basically right in the area of where we had it. And then some of these insider advantage and Emerson, they actually had them winning independence by more. So, you know, look, they didn't get the Clark county firewall of 47,000 that we heard about for two bloody weeks. You know, they got to 39, so they were already down with Republicans. We don't have much from rural. So, you know, they're going to come out in mass in rural. That leaves Maricopa, the anomaly here. All right? This is very, very frustrating because I'm being sent videos all over Phoenix in Maricopa, the turnout is significantly heavy. And it just doesn't, the numbers themselves that are being reported. Suggesting that because of the issues that are happening in Maricopa, there is a reporting lag. And that the turnout numbers aren't really reflecting the true turnout numbers. And I have an update on that. Harmeet Dylan says that if they have an agreement and there will be trained people who will observe the transportation of the ballots that go into the phone number three..

The Enemies List of the Secret Sensors
"I'm continuing my discussion of investigative reporter John Solomon's bombshell report on the outsourcing of censorship by the Biden, well, Biden regime. I'm not gonna hesitate to say it. They're acting like totalitarians. They don't really deserve to be called anything other than a regime. So they have an enemy's list. And who's on that enemies list? This is what is kind of revealing because the enemies list is now been disclosed. It's been uncovered. And here's who's on the list. I'm just going to read some of the names. Real James Woods. Gateway pundit, Donald Trump Jr., Tom fitton, Jack bishop. Eric Trump, Charlie Kirk, Mark Levin, James O'Keefe, Richard grenell. Harmeet Dylan, a Breitbart News. Robbie starbuck. So you have this list. These are the bad guys from the point of view of these of the Biden administration. They're also the bad guys from the point of view of these left wing nonprofits. So the working together to shut down the opposition and let's remember some of these guys, Robbie starbuck was running for Congress. So you're talking about election interference. You're also talking about silencing important influencers in the days and weeks leading up to a presidential election. Think about this. And they don't hesitate to do this. So to look at some concrete examples, well, Marjorie Taylor Greene is also on the list. I'm a little disappointed. I'm not on the list. He goes, no, no, no, no, no. But hey, I'm a little surprised I'm not on it, but nevertheless, to look at a couple of examples. They're going off, they want to restrict Paul gosar. Why? Because he's sharing project veritas videos about the about the Minnesota cash for ballot harvesting scheme.

"Amanda, you must this must be on some level terrifying. I think we get, I think we get numb to these stories. This is so personal for you. Tell us what it's like personally for you. What is this whole experience been like? It really is. I think throughout this process, I have started to become numb and immune to some of it, but one of the most terrifying parts of this is that when I reached out to the superintendent and said that I was scared and felt afraid going to school board meetings because of this and Mark has a long history in this in this community of bullying and harassment. There's plenty of media articles and news articles demonstrating that. I was afraid of him. I asked for help from our superintendent. And our school board, our public government taxpayer, public school, handed that email over directly to someone and it ended up in this dossier with my email address and my phone number in full display. It was never redacted. There's some type of collusion going on within the district. And that immediately made me feel afraid that they were getting access to my children's emergency contacts. And medical history, their grades. I know that Mark was able to obtain emails that I sent to my child's teachers. And I immediately had this fear. I can protect myself. But as a parent, you as a parent, you know, you would do anything to protect your children. I stopped letting my children ride the school bus. I'd pick them up after school now. Because I'm concerned that he's going to know who that emergency contact is and have somebody show up in the office with that name. I didn't know who was handing over information to the Greenberg's outside. When that information should be held private. And I knew that that trust had been breached. And I was terrified for the safety of my children. I think anybody, any reasonable book parent would be upset about that. And I had no protection and no sense that anybody cared because it was happening within the administration. Well, this is exactly why people like Charlie Kirk and harmeet Dylan Dylan law group are standing with you and standing with other moms that were affected by this creepy dossier and the school board president who should not be allowed to hold public office again. "Right, hello everybody. Happy Friday to you. You know, I was just reading a Twitter message. This is very interesting. So a lot of our friends out there and the conservative world harmeet Dylan Donald Trump Jr., a lot of these folks have declared war on our great state of Tennessee, and there's a lot of people very upset about what's happening here in a congressional race that has now gone national has been nationalized. So I just, you know, all right, here we go. We're gonna get into this, I want to share this with you. So there are about 15 or 16 Republicans who want to run for Congress in the Nashville area, the suburban national area. And again, about 15 or 16, three of those were disqualified from the ballot. One of them happened to be the make America great again candidate. A guy by the name of Robbie starbuck. The other happened to be the candidate endorsed by Donald Trump, a woman who hates Donald Trump, a woman who has said horrible things about Donald Trump, a woman who was married by Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Now, I don't know if you're a conservative, but let me ask you this grace baker, you're just, you're still somewhat a newlywed. How long have you been married now? Oh, coming up on a year and a half. A year and a half. So when you were getting married to mister call screener. Yes. Mister producer, were you, did you consider, you know what? Wouldn't it be cool if we got like Ruth Bader Ginsburg to do our wedding? Didn't even cross my mind. Not at all. Not at all. So how did you go about picking the person that was going to betroth you? Well, mister call screener has a relative who is a pastor. So we hired him to do it. Exactly. So you would hire someone that you know, someone that has a connection to the family. Correct. Someone who is in fact maybe someone who shares your values. Correct. So if you're, let's just say, let's say you're a Lutheran and I'm not saying you're a Lutheran, but if you're a Lutheran, more than likely, you would not want a and a mom, a Muslim, a mom to marry you. Exactly. Right, then there's nothing wrong with that. It's just that you're a Lutheran. You wouldn't want to Lutheran or a Protestant pastor to exactly. So I'm trying to figure out why Ruth Bader Ginsburg was invited to perform the wedding of Morgan Ortega. That is super sharp. It's just weird. It is very weird. And I don't know, maybe and she actually worked in the in the Trump administration. And she's a never trumper, and I'm sure it's all these people that the president is endorsing, and it's hard because we're out there defending the president. And this is, this is where I'm at on all of this. We're out there every single day. Fighting tooth and nail defending the president. Against the very people that he's endorsing. Yeah, old Todd, they've been magically converted. Yeah. Some of them probably, but some of them know. And with the way things are going, you don't know who to trust and to me, I support president Trump, but I have been really questioning his judgment on who he's trusting to help him make these picks. And that's one of my biggest issues from his last presidency. It's like, if you haven't learned to pick better advisers, he's going to be in trouble. I just don't get it. And then when you talk to these people, you call them out on their previous positions on Donald Trump, they start squirming and sweating and getting short. It's almost like a, I don't know. A sidewalk whore at a Friday night revival church meeting. You get nervous. You had to talk about or a vegan and a meat market..

"Now, she also, and we had harmeet Dylan on the program earlier this week. There's also a lot of concern because judge Jackson was actually representing these Muslim terrorists that were actually being held in gitmo. Harmony Dylan said, don't have a problem with that. Dylan is a conservative. She said I don't have a problem with this because every person in America, no matter how heinous the crime, under our law, our system of government under our judicial system, they demand and deserve the best possible representation they can get. Okay, I get that. But we're talking about Muslim terrorists. And we're also talking about something else. This is not something she was forced to do. It's not like she was told by the judge, you have to represent this Muslim terrorist, she wanted to do it, and she did it in the private sector. She volunteered to represent Muslim terrorist free of charge, pro Bono, free of charge, not a single penny. And I appreciate senator Tom cotton from across the river in Arkansas because senator cotton asked this question of the judge. He said, well, okay, let me ask you a question here. Have you have you ever represented 5 we get it? You've represented the Muslim terrorist and you've defended them, have you ever have you ever actually gone and represented the victim? Of a terrorist attack. Do we have the audio? Let's take a listen. Okay, so you've done pro Bono work for on behalf of detainees at Guantanamo Bay. Have you ever done pro Bono work for the victims of terrorism? Senator, I'm not aware of any such cases in my law firm. I was in a group of lawyers that was often approached to ask, would you file a brief for some group? And I'm not aware that any victims of terrorism asked our firm to participate. In other words, no. She has not. So judge Jackson is on the record, saying that yes, she has defended free of charge, Muslim terrorist. But she is, she is not she is not represented. The victims of the terrorists. What does that tell you about judge Jackson? What does it tell you about judge Jackson? That she is soft on child sex predators. What does it tell you about a woman who can not even tell you what a woman is? What does it tell you about a woman who is soft on drug convicted drug criminals? What does that tell you? About judge Jackson. Well, it tells me she soft on crime. It tells me that she has taken a side against the rule of law in America. That's what that tells me..

Your not pokes having worked inside the government as eighteen eleven federal agent myself. I can tell you. My biggest fear is big government. No i'm not kidding. Big expansive uncontrollable non civil liberties respecting government or is my biggest fear. Hands down there's not even a silver medallist tucker. Carlson isn't being spied. On by the nsa. Then how is someone at the. Nsa reading his emails or a whistle blower reading his emails. How i'm going to explain to you. Why and what i think is going on here. It's something i've addressed. Joe may remember this because we've been on it for a long time. It's something i've addressed now for probably close to five years. Because i know exactly what they're doing this is happening. And how they're doing in fairness to the nsa. Let's put up their statement on the screen. If you wouldn't mind if you're watching on rumble you can read along at home. Rumble dot com slash bongino. I'll read it for you. The nsa issued this statement on june twenty eighth tucker. Carlson alleged at the nsa had been monitoring your electron of communications and planning to leak them in an attempt to take the show off the air. They say this allegation is untrue. Tucker carlson has never been an intelligence target of the agency and the nsa has never had any plans to try and take his program off the air and essay. Pay attention to this part. Nsa has a foreign intelligence mission. We target foreign powers to generate insights on foreign activities. That could harm the united states with limited exceptions. Eg in emergency. Nasa excuse me nsa may not target a us citizen without a court order. That explicitly authorizes targeting. You may be reading this if you're a liberal. Probably our media person. Who's fundamentally on curious and you may say to yourself well dan. That sounds like a denial to me. Notice this line though tucker. Carlson has never been intelligence target of the agency and it says. Nsa has a foreign intelligence mission. Well harmeet dylan. Who is a very talented lawyer. And a friend army dylan was on with tucker carlson afterwards. She's a brilliant lawyer. And harmeet dylan explained the couple of things that again. I've been talking about in the show for a long time when i ran for office. Ladies and gentlemen you can look it up it's virtue signaling or hey look at me stuff. I hate that crap. When i ran for office as a republican. I ran against the patriot. Act despite the fact that george w bush a republican was the one who signed the patriot act. I felt strongly at the time. And i feel today that it has expanded government surveillance powers and dangerous way. Do the things like business wreckage provisions. That could be used to spy on anyone for pretty much any reason. I never liked the patriot act. Patriot act gave the government powers. It doesn't need you want to spy on someone get a warrant. It's called the fourth amendment. It's not hard well. Harmeet dylan talks about a couple of things here. She mentioned the to hop rule or the hop rule. Where when you're spying on someone. In the nsa. Not only you get their stuff overseas but you can get people that they talked to when people those people talk to. What's been called the to hop roll the hopper all so if i'm talking to ghee and i'm a target. They can target g. Whoever talks to was well listen to me. Talk about that and second again something. We've mentioned for years now. I want you to listen to what she talks about this. Reverse targeting how yeah the. Nsa said statement. We have a foreign intelligence mission. I'll tell you this up for you in a minute. You're gonna wanna miss this. Well what if you wanted to target tucker and tucker talked to someone in a foreign government and then you claim with air quotes well. We're targeting foreign intelligence. The person tucker talked to. But then you rope tucker into it too. That's called reverse targeting. Listen to harm me dylan. Eloquently explained this on tucker show last night. Check this out if you're able to find out more information about this. I think what you're going to find is that you are being described as incidental so the gathering of your information is going to be because they're really focusing on somebody else but i wanna really break that down. When you look at the carter page violations for example the lies to the pfizer court. Does anybody think that the national security apparatus was trying to find out carter pages activities and communications. No the trick is if they can get surveillance order on an individual. What they're able to do is scoop up. All of the communications of all of the people who reach out to that person text them even even without any predicate and so. That's really what it where it's at did you hear it. She just described what. I've been warning you about for years. When you give these entities the ability to scoop up domestic data they will use it they will use it this reverse targeting is a very big deal yes the. Nsa has a foreign intelligence mission and an important one but when in that in the realm of that foreign intelligence mission they are scooping up data when you give people that kind of data access to it will be abused at if this example isn't strong enough gi enjoy. You gotta stop me. Because it's important the nsa. Let's say you wanted to target tucker carlson. I'm not saying that happened here. I'm just giving you an example because it has happened in the spy gate case and we know that if you want to target tucker forget everything else just that's.
