"haikal" Discussed on Food Issues
"Many of the foods are loaded with excess added sugars and some parents are none the wiser. Even those towery ranges you still can have products that are excessively sugary. That's colin schwartz. Deputy director of federal affairs at the center for science and the public interest. Colin works on nutrition policy and advocacy and has conducted research about school meals in added sugars in schools. We'll talk about what parents can expect this year with school meals. How much sugar. Kids are actually consuming. And what you can do about it haikal and welcome back to the food issues. Podcast back in season when we talked about the changes to school lunch. Drink hoven and all the different waivers that were made available to schools and soon now that we're heading into the new school year are many of those still in place and what would parent c in school lunch delivery or in the cafeteria so all those waivers are still in place so essentially what parents had to deal with to get their kids the meal at school or pick up the meal is essentially the same for now this next school year for Twenty one twenty two so hurt should expect that most importantly school meals will remain completely free for all kids. We had universal school meals so free school meals for all kids route last school year because of the pandemic and that's going to continue through the school year so hurt so have to worry about filling out paperwork. Just make sure. Their child is eligible for the school meals program. They don't have to worry about their kids being fed at school at least through this next school year After that though we're and a half to work to make sure that kids continued to get free meals. Yeah can you tell me a little bit about the work that you're doing to move that forward so it's been great to see some momentum also at the state level we've seen a couple of states passed laws that now provide free meals for all kids. There was one in california. There was another in maine and at the federal level. We are very much pushing congress to make this a reality across the country permanently so in the next package that the democrats are working on. They worked on the infrastructure. Bill that still needs to be passed and then next up is the american families plan. Which is that huge report. Five trillion dollar who've it relief slash stimulus package so the democrats want to pass this year and heart of that package were hoping would include universal school meals. Were healthy meals for all okay. And last time we talked about certain flexibilities that school districts had around sourcing different types of foods and ingredients is. Are those still in places while there are levers that allow schools to way from the nutrition standards that are required as part of the school meal. And that's because there's been ongoing supply chain issues which is unfortunate so there are a lot of schools across the country that are still having issues with finding that vendor to provide that food you know provide that that the brad or the pasta or the rice were the premade sandwiches. The pre made salads the premade entrees things like that. Still continue even though we've been going. This pandemic for for so long. Now and also schools are facing a lot of labor shortages which is has been exacerbated since the beginning of the pandemic because a lot of schools lost a lot of money there had there was a decrease in the number of students that were participating in the school meals program so they lost a lot of money while they're costs actually either stayed the same or increased and so schools actually saw a lot of food service staff cafeteria staff. Leave they had a furlough staff or let go some staff were some staff just left and so now we're seeing is actually. A lot of schools are short staffed for new programs so we're dealing with schools that are still waving from the nutrition standards which is a concern while at the same time needing to address these supply chain issues at labor shortages and at the state level. You mentioned california maine decided to offer free school meals. Do you think of the next cut in the coming months. That other states will follow suit regardless of what federal legislation pans out. Today i really hope so. I hope that more states follow suits the issue of course that the states that are going to have to pay for those free meals. What's the federal government is no longer paying for it because again we have free school meals through this whole school year so through june july of next year california past did to make it permanent so in california. You don't have to a child has to worry about free. School meals going away. No matter what in maine they passed a short term fix that only offers free school meals through july twenty twenty three so even in a state like maine that passed a wonderful universal school meals. Bill we would still dead if the federal government doesn't make this a reality. We'd to go back to maine and pass a law again to make sure that kids continue to get these free meals So we we need. We need congress. Make this a reality across the country leave but if they don't do that or if they don't act as quickly as we'd like them to than i. I am hopeful that more states will pass. Pass these bills and not just pass may pass a like california where it's just permanently funded. Free school meals for all kids. Are you hopeful that universal school meals will will happen at the federal level. Not able to save will happen for sure. But i am hopeful. I think the democrats strongly support this. It's a priority republicans. Don't support this. So that's the challenge is this is a a has unfortunately become a partisan issue for providing free meals for kids And if it were pass it has to be passed through this next coveted stimulus relief package. American families plan because it would need would likely pass with only democrats support it wouldn't pass with republicans or okay. We spoke previously about president. Trump's rollbacks to school meals are those still in place were fortunate in the federal court of maryland striking down those rollbacks from the trump administration so in twenty eighteen my organization the center for science in the public interest. We we sued the trump administration over these rollbacks. The trump administration brought back some of that attrition standards odd salts and whole grains for for for kids in the school meals program and and we won at the federal district court which was terrific. And so but the reality of that now is that those rollbacks have been overturned they have been vacated so we are now back to the original nutrition. Standard start came out. During the obama administration and so the status quo essentially is that schools are supposed to meet standards that reduce sodium provide more whole grains for instance but because of the rollbacks and because of years of delay and then because of cove ed schools haven't been able to get there to meet it so on the books we actually have shrunk attrition standards in place. It's just not being enforced during kobe. Because of these waivers because of supply chain issues so we're hopeful that if we can find a resolution to the supply chain issues that going forward next school year the the bite administration has actually announced that they're gonna come out with a an update that attrition standards and so were were.

"Just trying to trying trying to be haikal every time i wanna i wanna know what i've asked in the box short round in the fourteen point that all i had to do is just catch a nominal win yet. All that doesn't work you can't you can't go at it like that. And you start to figure out the pace of their started listening paying attention watching to the pace of their opens to where i could go off on the third one or the second one or now see the first Knock i one down. And if he was a good steer chata go six long six or seven on him in the first round Wealthy drew on that. Wasn't that good. Just knock him down. And then go through the relevance instead of just trying to muck out everyone in the fourteen point and then you get to the third one in just three to the Because steer wasn't ready to be healed yet and that happened to me multiple times. I just felt like i would leave there and i'm like. What am i doing all ahead to do this in I sit there every time. I don't make short around. I sit there. And i watched the showroom no matter what 'cause i've been Had to do fighters catch. That theorem six high callback within second third and fourth. I call back All i had to do is catching short round. I win second or third. I make money for the day Make myself sit there and pay attention to the shore around too then when i go back to the next one i'll have a better understanding of how roping can fall apart. They can get tough. But what i've learned is if you do not catch you will not win. Rhett will in two. I love that. Because there's there's a lot of ways to make time in the rovan. I mean if you're long onto meeting still kind of good but you feel like you're about ten to fifteen in the average after after to being five is can make up a lot of ground in too fast rounds with the one that hurts the most is. There's the rope in is falling apart in the third and fourth rounds now and you don't know it because usually those opens to me are like two guys drovers the whole way through and there might be six on every steer and i call and second call really fast Everyone else sees that. And they start taking risks and they miss and then all of a sudden third and fourth or wide open in a robot where two catches win third or fourth and these guys have already drawn lovers. So it's like you can't even hardly beat him unless they just got to beat themselves at that point absolutely They've got either catcher missed but it's on them and on. Those are the ones that..

"But and another big break got was Ono Beckham junior didn't play that opening night because he's soft. And and I'm sure a lot of people had him in their lineups to. So they you didn't really have a good option to switch because he was late scratch. So a lot of. A lot of things coming together fella can happen. Just yesterday shown that it did -gratulations speaking of late scratches, though, it's it's big news in the derby, Omaha beach has been scratched Monique. You are the horse racing expert the inside or what was your reaction? And how does that impact your your picks and predictions here? I mean, that's huge that was one of those horses that came in on a three race win streak. And he just looked really good. He was one of those. I mean, it's I keep thinking I was like maybe this isn't the year this going to be another favourite because he's had favorites for seven years in a row at this point. I mean, I'm very happy. He's gone just because I was trying to play against him. But he was obviously someone that really worried me at any of these another one of those horses so four person that well, I mean, I'm kind of liking I'm kind of all over the place to be completely honest haven't really formulated a ticket just yet. But yet he was one that would have definitely been in all positions of super factor. Trifecta end would have to put him on top to win too. So really happy with the scratched in that sense. And there's another horse in there to actually the eleven horse Haikal who they've been monitoring him closely. He's another one that actually might be another late scratch. Not exactly sure what's been going on with him. But it was one of those kind of nagging injuries. So he someone that might be scratch. Maybe I'm little off on that. But there's been a lot of talk where it's gonna come down to connections choosing to run him or not. But he's not a hundred percent, and he's a huge long shot too. But with scratches of horses it obviously affects everyone else in the field to whether it's four positioning or just morning line odds, it's not might be something to consider looking into because he's one that a huge huge long shot that might not be running. Yeah. And I think yeah. Feel bad for the horse. You know, I know he was really looking forward to this race. He was gonna win ten raise a force of he missed it sad. It's one of those things like you might as well just take him out to the yard. And I guess they'll use them to have the mating feature, but, you know, horses dead to me, Sean. Yes, what what's your take? What's your take on the job this year? Well, I know you're a big horse racing guy. No. I, you know, it's like the same thing with golf, although I probably know golf a little bit more. I like I like to check in for the major events. I'm kind of hanging on the peripheral seem what's going on. I do like. Yeah. I mean, the one that I saw that Monique had at a I think thirty two one when she threw it out their country house. I like that guy. I don't know if you call a horse agai, but I kind of your house. Els country house is pretty interesting to me at thirty to one. I like is closing aspect and. Yeah, I don't know. That's that's one that jumped out at me, Kramer, what what I wanted to ask Mooney. This is the same thing every year 'cause I'm sure she has a massive portfolio bets. When she's when all said and done in the in the race is ready to go off. I guess how are you attacking this year's derby field. It's it is the biggest field of the horse racing trifecta. And I it it. Although it has been very chalky. I it does seem like there's always good opportunity with the number of horses. How are you attacking this year's field? I mean, I always try to get that winning super facto wager. Just because the pale. You gotta you gotta try just do it for the two dollars straight. You just have to I feel like I'm not exactly sure on the numbers..

"Is a thirty two one shot and Kentucky Derby, but leave amount of your exotics at your own peril is a deep closer who doesn't always win. But usually making a big run late as first race came from well back to be a close second. And he came from far back to win next three and then made up a lot of ground the finish a good third in a very good performance in the Wood Memorial. His trainer is care McLaughlin. The Lexington Kentucky native just arrive yesterday with a source caught up to Karen last night. At the Kentucky, Derby trainers asked him about a horse was doing just arrived and he gallon today. He'll get out the next few days, but he's shipped in good shape. This field seems to be more full closers unusual to me, I don't know how much speed there is the setup for closers concern you at all. Yes. It does concern us. But you hope the. That go it looks like three or four of them could go and the Kentucky Derby like they always go and mainly the Mouna quarter. Hopefully is test. We like we wanted even though we weren't sure early in his life. But it looks like we want when you see his running style. Does look like the longer the better, but wind is a horse. Let you know. That's what he's comfortable with the it's hard to say because we were concerned because his brother was a great one winter six months to cough Bernardini we tried to stretch him out at didn't work. So we were a little worried, but his stride is mind. Everything is great about him to Coppa was real keen and wanted just to run off. So he ended up being six this horse does everything right? The stride great mind. So hopefully, it all goes, well, you have an through a winning, but you might have had through thinking you might win with closing arguments years ago, you feel a little taste. Yes. For sure we thought we were going to win that year, but it didn't work out as tough to win. But we're happy. To be here. And it's great to have one in starting. That's karmic. Log on over Wayne Lukas assistance, had great success. How spin about ten years into pie, and then came back and is based in New York, but in of Lexington has Haikal going thirty.

"Was really good. I like the fact that Danny Gorgan isn't taking any credit for moving them up. He said the horse has always been good. I'm just the beneficiary of it. You know, he's got a good. He's got a good pace rating. He can he can get the mile in eight. There's a lot of boxes that he takes some of the other horses haven't high-cal in McLaughlin in Rajiv Mirage. Both insists this horse can go to turn both insists he can go mile Nate, Anna Milena quarter. They're both great horseman. They're both great guys. I love him immensely both of them. They're great men and. You know, I gotta believe what they say. But I have a hard time doing. Traditionally this is not the kind of horse that stretches out. But you know, they got the horse, and they know what they're talking about ninety nine percent of the time. So you got you got to trust that Tacitus. I know he won the Tampa Bay derby that race was a little slow. I I don't know. I'm not as big a fan of Tacitus is you are. So I got him third of for me. It's a one four and two. He's been my Darby horse Tacitus since Trump street, and he rewarded me in a big way. Almost nine to one of them. They last time out, and you think about it, though, Motte sent them to a place that is notoriously quirky surface. It was as I thought around two turns first start against aches company. He got the Lasix and he passed a lot of wars. We've is way through some traffic under a brilliant Jose or TS ride. You know, I he's my Darby horse. I think he's going to win tomorrow. I don't think he has to win tomorrow. I think he will. I don't think he has to. I would not be surprised if Haikal stepped up around the two we look at him and you say one run. Splinter one run one turn horse. He doesn't really have that appearance. To me. He listens to Rajiv. He passed some horses on I two wins. He passed orces inside a horse's thought he was a rail runner last time he passed a lot of warriors along the inside until the turn. And then he listened to receive. He altered course, he passed horses towards the middle of the track. I liked his efforts to me. He doesn't look like the fertile typical one run closer in the sprint races. Because he listens to receive more often than not those types. They have one speed. It's fast for five sixteenths of three eighths of a mile this horse kind of listen to 'em last time. And that really impressed me. I don't think the Mylan is going to be. Ideal for him at the end of the day. He may just be a one run closer and a one turn horse more. I should probably say a one turn worse. But he's got enough talent where if he handles the two turns easing do just fine. I think he has a big chance. I don't think he could dismiss outshine, you know, while Tacitus was passing horses, and and save some ground, this horse was wide most of the way, and he was whereas Tacitus made that one big run. The last five sixteenth of a mile outshine was part of this. You know was not fall from a fast pace and in the teeth of the real running for about the final half mile of the mile and a sixteenth derby, Johnny v climbs back aboard is Rosario is out running game winner in California. I won't be surprised if if outshine got a piece of this. I also wouldn't be surprised if final jeopardy got a piece of this. He's by street sense out of an umbrella. There will be as I start around two turns for Jason service who. Already has one for Gary Mary west with maximum security mild upset win over the Florida last week the sources to for two two or three overall one time and got beat and have a great start in the in a restricted stakes race at Gulfstream Park, but the mile.

And I can't imagine they're going to try to try to rate just hit the wire. I maybe they will she came from off the pace in her debut. But I I don't know what do you think? I think she's faster than than here in Philly. Yeah. Let's say do. Yeah. Yeah. I think this is I think Trevor McCarthy whose aboard just hit the wires and a letter go I could be wrong. But I think she's just going to let her go and set up shop right outside of I really just hit the wire tomorrow, she's five to one of them winning. I hope it get something close that goes as race seven the beyond the wire race number eight is the five comes about a mile and a sixteen. So we'll get around to turn it starts right on that clubhouse. Turn we get a feel of just seven in. Here is interesting matchup always mining number three is run ten times. Or he's a five time winner. And in fact is perfect in his force starts on dirt for Kelly rube, Louis the only time Kelly ran the source was on the turf when he lost the other four all wins. He beat win win win. He beat our brain trust. He's beaten some nice horses, and rightfully so as four to five in the morning line romped in the miracle would try to turn for the first time tomorrow as is Joe via Joe via ran is eyeballs out off its ally. Layoff last time Haikal come up the inside and beat them late in the game hill stretch out and just as third career start. I think it's those two Jude. But it's a very interesting matchup between the two favorite. Yeah. No. I totally agree with you. I mean that's the race. Always mining is nominated to the triple crown one of only two in here still dreaming also nominated, but he hasn't had nearly the distinction that always minding his hat. I like always mining. I mean, you look at that that. Litany of horses that you you'll listed off that that he's run against then there's some of those on the derby trail, I've always wondered why the private terms didn't get some points. This should be a points race. I think it would be be a better race for laurel. If they gave him a gave me a few points. Right. And this would be a good weekend to do it. If they keep the schedules the same because there's not a lot going on. They might they might get a few horses in there. But I've always liked the private terms think it's good good race. Yeah. Those are the two I will try Joe via to just take them gate to wire because I have to be a container. Like that. Yeah. I like Jovi is race last time out. Just got a little tired probably stays on realm would've won. But off that layoff. I going seven promos that was that always ran big now if you're a bounce candidate believer, this was from ping pong balls that that would be that would be the biggest concern. If you play late late pick four pick five though, I think you lock favorites. And I'll take the bigger price Jovi for me. In race number the hundred thousand dollar private terms. All right. We will take a break when we come back. We'll head down the Oakland. We just got four races left. We're going to spend some time on those divisions of the rebel. Like we've done in the past. On this Kentucky, Derby trail should be fun day at Oakland. We'll get that action..

"We're back up races twenty minutes to the top of the hour. Camberley? Join us in the bet James Scully Mary up Alenia from hot springs, and Eric Hammel back to close out national H B P A and camera right now. And of course, neck last week was in New York brought his dad to the Gotham they were competing in the Gotham challenge. And. Unfortunately, Nick, the Tammaro names were congregated in the second half of the field. Yes, we were in the lower portion found our way they're somewhat easily. One of my entries did make them. And and I bet Haikal with with a couple of prices that didn't really work out. I tried to to kind of crush it there, and you know, strengthen these tournaments once again evident two hundred and fifty dollar bankroll. The winter finished with a little over ten thousand dollars. So this is getting quite a bit harder. But good work by naira. Dominic. Did a great job running it again. I I know they're going to have all of their contests available on naira beds this year. So would memorials the next day. Then of course, Belmont and Saratoga Aquidneck leader in the year. So yeah, a lot of a lot of opportunities left. These are these are like spring training games for me. I I know there. I shouldn't be flippant about it. But simple can forward to get McKean and playing in the grade one gamble second week of April. And it was interesting because Emily cure Lau, took the Belmont challenge as their prize, and I've seen her name many times and Andy Berg. Gums tres stable. They the Eddie thought he was he was making a big big run. Then he looked up and realized that he was getting crushed by by me. Yeah. It's not a not a great feeling when you hit something. And when you feel like you're going to be vaulting up the leaderboard only to find out that you're you're just a little bit on your way. So it's one of the one of the challenges of it and good thing about these smaller bankroll tournaments is that you. I guess the difficult thing it it's a good thing for those of us that wanna play a lot of races. It's a bad thing because you have a limited amount of money in which to make a big score. Whereas in a you know in a two or three thousand dollar tournament, you've got quite a bit more few more bullets. But if you can hit your I bet that's always been my goal in these in and let it let it build from there. I mean, I thought it was pretty good work when I turn to fifty inches a little over seven thousand at Keeneland in October of twenty seventeen but turning it over to into a little over ten thousand dollars pretty pretty damn impressive. So hats off to Emily. And she did of course, the right thing in taking the the Belmont challenge seat, which is actually worth real money. And so you hope she'll be hopefully a growing field in the the Belmont challenge. I would imagine that will get over one hundred now that that we can play online. I I will say that a hundred new sign ups in ira- beds came in last week in getting that making available to people, right? The play online so on there, and yeah, exactly..

Well, lady Kate ran a terrific race and all the heavy lifting there and acquitted herself fine a point of honour, very very judiciously ridden and made the last then the right move, very patient havi or Castellano all fame type ride well back to you at five to two. You didn't hear some cheers though, because of the mandatory race that was but point of honour seems like the real deal very different trips for the top two though point of on her dead last early on just kind of waiting and her time. But that's how good point of honor was to get the money in that race attempt. Just so sprint debut stevia lady. Kate first time at shipping first time routing like just a second lifetime start. I'm impressed with both the winner and the runner up. I think they're going to be very nice. There was one thing. I haven't mentioned as part of the steak sequence. The fact that Owen hardy who course has got lady Kate. He ended up scratching the other Godolphin out of the say of Davis cave run who was another of a very similar vein was going to be finally getting that chance to go to turns know, he had to get overhauled by win win win in the Pasco. And they're going to wait for something else. Be interesting to see what they do at. Of course, they the Godolphin team is well represented in here with Kentucky wildcat who is sort of the male equivalent of point of honor. While look point of honor. I look at it. Philly by curling out of Bernardini Maher thing. The birther the better she debuted going to turns in one and the further the better, boy, I'll tell you what she she looks like a budding superstar off that win and you don't get any breakage whatsoever. Seven dollars for a five six to one morning, George Weaver does such a good job the greatest underrated. I think I think you're guys are probably right. There's a bright. There's a bright future here and a pedigree. That says the longer the better. Well, of course, there's a pretty good Philly three year old that's going to run in about three minutes at Santa Anita. And she's one to nine as play, isn't it back? I'm all over that. She's hard to it's hard to stand in your way. I think it's one to tell you what there might be some people out there that want me to go to the window and better though, because the weight of my ticket sometimes could stop a train trying to upset. I'll tell you what let me put some money on it. See what happens? Let's get. Let's get over to Akwa duck AC and pick up John Brielle with the call of the Wingfield at the stake there, which has got a nice little group seconds Joe via has come on through now to grab the lead Joe via by a head gates Donna's right there on the outside and second with tcb flew the favourite in third comes direct order in fourth. "And others of us like run the other way. I imagine it has to do with aptitude. I mean, if you're good at something you're going to like it more than if you suck it something. But math in numbers seem to divide people between those. People who like numbers and math and those people who don't. Yeah. I mean, I think everyone has their own personal story. My personal story that I was getting numbers. I enjoyed it. And when school bike when I was a kid if you're good at something masters be getting something right or wrong. And I would get it. Right. And so I was told I was good. So I liked it. Because it made me feel good. It also kids who don't get it. Right. And they don't like it because it told right from the beginning that his role, and it's one of the subjects where there is. Right. And there is a rogue and no one likes being told that that Roe. There's also the whole sort of social cultural attitudes towards math. You know? It's fine to say, oh, I'm terrible at sums can post do that. I'm rubbish math so much a badge of own people say that. Whereas people would never say ho Haikal raid that I'm terrible to reading right. But there does seem to be a shift. It used to be that, you know, math and science those were nerdy subjects that, you know, cool kids than get involved in. But now, I mean, you've got shows like the big bang theory that that celebrate math and science you've got movies about Stephen hawking. And and you know, he was a rock star. I mean, this there is a shift. Absolutely. I don't say who all the icons of the modern day. Steve Jobs like well. Biggest nut Stephen whole king. Another huge nut hero. We have kind of nerd role models in a way that that we didn't before I can that can only be a good thing. One of the things you talk about that. I think is really interesting is this whole concept of zero the fact that we have a symbol that represents nothing. And that that's a fairly recent concept in math, and yet imagine trying to do math of any sort and not having some sort of Representative for nothing for zero zero has not been around since the beginning of numbers. It really hasn't until and five zero. It was invented or invented it kind of emerged in India one in hall fastened years ago before then it wasn't easy. Right. So the first people to realize that you can actually have. Describe some snow that with India, and what I find fascinating about one again in India is the Indian already that time had these spiritual ideas of nothingness, Nevada dude of nothingness, you need to kind of chief Nevada, you need to get rid of all your worldly, desires and cravings, and then just kind of disappear, but having that nothing is something the reason why we need hero. He's because it makes county so much easier and makes arithmetic so much easier. The reason why we can't count calculate is that we have developed a positional way of describing numbers. We have one called two units position. The unions. Call them one position for ten the one for hundreds etcetera, etcetera rid a positional.

"But if you don't have that core strength that toward the Bill to drive off blocks. You're just not gonna be successful in the long term. I think he has that right now at twenty two twenty three years old planning. It's Z guys. You know? Maybe Bengals fans to scars from drafting Margus onto draft eastern. European geyser urged Scandinavian guys, but he's a player. And I think they should definitely take a look at him. And he's got more experienced Margareta is twenty seven so. Yeah. Marcus on had the one year, and I mean, great production. But the when you're wonder type ironically markets on is gone on to have a couple of nice years with the Colt since moving on from the Bengals go figure that one out. But. I like what you said in in one of the things granted this was during the Paul Alexander Marvin Lewis era, but one of the things Bengals have coveted out of their offense of lineman versatility. In the end the ability of guys to be able to play especially the interior guys to be able to play guard to be able to play center, you know, especially those backup guys look at TJ Johnson. You look trae Hopkins look at I mean, the list goes on and on on, you know, even tried to experiment on Smith guard and tackle the there's there's a lot of guys they liked to have positional flexibility therefore to potentially save roster spots in and like you said can be able to have a spot starter. If you're in a pinch to be able to come in and play. Well, I you know, I getting this question. I've kind of wanted to now research this guy a little bit more. I looked up some reports on him in and saw a little bit about him. But I think he's a guy like you said could immediately be a guy. Hi. Who's a backup guy for a team? You know, make the team be a backup guy probably day three pick and and can can help out a team in that capacity early. And then maybe push for a starting job as he gets more time under his belt now in terms of glens question for him going to the Bengals. I mean, obviously, there's there's thirty two teams he'd go thirty two places it it just depends. But the fact that the Bengals seemingly have an open right guard position right now, also, you know, right tackle, even though this kid discipline tackle. But that that should be open as well. Clint bowling is now entering his ninth year. I believe so, you know, that's something to think about as well, there's a lot of of issue still to be resolved in this offense of line. So if there is a spot that any team that needs able offensive lineman interior offensive line. The Bengals are going. So that you know that could be a possibility for him. But good question where where we're worldwide John geyser guys are emailing us from from Germany Denmark. It's pretty cool. We'll get outta here with this last one in this was through text.
