"Dick Hafner. What's next for the vaccines? Short Answer. Dickies. I think they will be updated. The ones that we know are already being investigated. To be updated Our Pfizer and Moderna Mrna vaccines. How many shots will we need for our next round of vaccinations? Dr. Paul Kilgore Wayne State University professor of pharmacy and director of research, You know my yesterday that it would be one shot one booster dose when it will probably be about one year. Perhaps 1.5 years. A lot of the unknown depend on the ability of manufacturers you produce new vaccine. Future vaccine might not be a shot. The nasal vaccine approach for Covid 19 looks to be quite feasible. But a nasal vaccine might not be available next year. How about one shot fits all its underdevelopment. Universal vaccine approach basically means That instead of having to make a new vaccine every year for influenza, we have one vaccine that we take one time, perhaps with a booster every several years, But we don't have to repeat every year Drugmakers are working on new vaccines targeting the coronavirus variants. Dr. Paul Kilgore of Wayne State says If you are unvaccinated, the virus likes you. It gives the virus a chance to continue to revolve. Change and to mutate. It means that the virus can actually then changed its structure and better adapt to people and really needed aims and the virus is aiming.

interview With Celeste Johnson

"Hello everyone welcome back to another episode of the run your day podcast as always your hosts dan hafner here. I'm super excited for today's episode. We have another interview lined up for you guys today. Today i will be talking with. Celeste johnson was a mother a wife a runner an inspiration to everyone. I'm super excited. Hafer on the show. We're going to talk specifically running and A lot of you are either through this Episode through the earth on this show through the runway jap or The run your podcast. So i think get a lot of value from her coming on the show. so celeste. how're are you doing today inks. I'm great how are you. i'm good. I'm good so yeah tell us a little bit about yourself and know how you got started with running and and we'll go from there Let's see i live in north carolina. been here a couple of years as you said my wife. I have two kids down almost thirteen nine and started running back in two thousand three. I think i just wanted to lose weight and get in shape and stuff like that. So i bought a treadmill in arena metro. Only like i never even went outside. I just ran like three to five miles a day. Nothing like exciting are tons of running or anything but So i would just run. And then i mean i did that for a really long time like up until two thousand and fifteen and my friend was like. You're not running on a treadmill inside any more. She's like you're running outside and she signed me up in join may join a running group in virginia. We moved here from virginia. And so i started reading outside amid all these amazing women and then i started racing totally fell in love with running all over again in a different way. So so why. Did you wrote a treadmill for so long. Was it just like Embarrassing or or what was. Why did why are you going to travel for so long. I mean i wasn't embarrassing. It was just probably just more convenient. Because i had little children at the time. And you can stop and get a water if you want to or are know. Probably the heat had to do with it too in one. Run outside in the heat like here. The problem is there's nowhere to run. There's no sidewalks to run on so like i either run in my community or run on the treadmill so that does drive me crazy. I'm like give me sidewalks to run on. Because in virginia we lived in ass suburb washington. Dc so there were sidewalks everywhere. I mean i could run thirty miles in any direction and so it was amazing. Do yeah that's where i just moved here. There's it's a kind of background but we also have like a big fifty five mile an hour road like that's kind of part of my block so if i just want to go for a quick ron i'm like well that's kind of a risk like there's no shoulder to run on and that's all the roads are there's no shoulder and occasionally people will run on them but i'm like oh my gosh so dangerous. The two cars are passing at the same time. And then there you are too so yeah for sure so okay so then when you started venturing into the running group world and the in the racing world Look like you've done you've done marathons you've done some further than marathons like tell us a little bit about what you've done. Yeah so i started off. Just doing the five k. And staff. And then i quickly moved to marathon Race the first time in august. Two thousand fifteen. Just five gay than i did. A half in that november and then the following spring. I didn't full marathon so like it was not long at all. I started racing marathon. So i've done four marathon so far in c. n. to fifty cays forty-five maller. So

It's a complete exoneration of the president certainly quite clear, no collusion of any kind, including the entire Trump campaign, which kind of raises the question why did this ever start in the first place? There are people in the Trump circle of aides that have been charged and convicted related to other matters. Bob Costantini, Washington. Democrats will not give up their quest. Against trump. The House Judiciary chairman Jerry Nadler's conclusions raise more questions than the answer. Given.

At least I think he would how many systems are we talking about you talk about each one needs a an integration point on the ground. Like how many systems are in a rocket? Oh, man. If I had to like put a swag on it. You know, just kind of thinking about all the the lead engineers that I have on the ground. There's probably like between. You know, if we were to hash it up, maybe thirty five to forty different subsystems. Okay. But we we group them into to partly four or five major systems. So we got the fluids. And that's that's a huge system. Just because there's so many different types of fluids. There's the electrical command and control and mechanical which is also a pretty big beefy area. But under those four titles IRS a whole bunch ushers Hafner under there, and then you have to think also what we call facilities, which is kinda like the where the water comes from. So Kennedy Space Center will supply the water or where we call, you know, big power comes from a sc- power. So those things fall into what we call facilities out here. So that's a whole nother area of things supply to the launch site. So there's a lot going on out there that most people don't realize any area that you in particular have focused on in your time. No, I've always I mean within the program. I've always played more the integration rule for all that. So I mean, if it comes up in a particular system than you know, we often work it. But from a program perspective, a more, the integrator for everything. So what what is the commercial crew program being for you thinking about its goals and vision and mission..
