"There's Texas, you said there are two other states. Yes, the other one that's the most concerning is going on right now in Georgia, where a law passed since the 2020 election makes it dramatically easier for people to come in and basically say, I think that this person is not a registered voter or who is a registered voter is not valid and should be kicked off the voter rolls. And so a group of affiliated with some allies of Donald Trump has gone into various counties. They went into gwinnett county, which is formerly Republican part of the state that's now trending democratic. And they challenged the voter registrations of 37,000 people. What was the basis for saying they had identified those particular people? Yeah, so under the 1993 motor voter law, it's actually kind of hard to remove someone from the voter rolls. It has to be done under certain circumstances. So there's a lot of times where someone has moved to a new state, they'll remain on the old state's voter rolls until either the state gets some kind of notification that they've moved or they don't vote, and they show up as inactive. And then they get sent a postcard. And if they don't respond to the postcard, then they're finally canceled, but it can take years for that process to play out. So there's always some dead weight on the voter rolls. So the risk is that along with people who maybe shouldn't be on the voter rolls in Georgia anymore. A lot of people who do live in Georgia should be able to vote in Georgia, but are now being disqualified. Right. There's a reason why they typically wait to clean the voter rolls until the January following a major federal election. And that's because it's bad to take someone off you should be allowed to vote. Like this one who's legally valid and just hasn't voted in a while because they just weren't inspired by the candidates or they got busy, or they forgot. And then they decide, no, this is a time I'm going to vote and they show up to vote and they can't. And George doesn't have same day voter registration. So they're out of luck. And the last state is Florida, never assured of drama there. I will say Florida after the 2000 election where everything kind of came down to Florida and all eyes were on Florida. Really cleaned up its laws and overall it's voting laws are pretty good. And they really didn't want to tinker with them too much. The main change that they made that was problematic since the 2020 election was that the governor Ron DeSantis asked for a special election crimes, police task force, kind of agency, that reports directly to him. And what is it that police force is going to do? Well, what they're supposed to do is look for people who voted fraudulently. People who voted twice, you know, voter registrations that people who've broken some kind of voting law. And yeah, the particular reason why it was flagged as problematic was just that they report directly to the governor. And so sure enough, a couple of days before the primary, Florida governor Ron DeSantis held a press conference in which he said, well, you know, I'm announcing that we're charging a bunch of people around the state with crime of voting even though they are felons and aren't allowed to vote. And normally I've been to a lot of these kinds of press conferences in the past, usually they're done by an attorney general, and usually if it was something as sensitive as voter fraud, they wouldn't do it three days before a primary. And this was very much not, did not follow that rule. He did not name who the people were. He didn't say where they were from. He just sort of insinuated that they were from more democratic areas of the county. He went to a democratic county to make the announcement. People in the state voting right advocates in the states said that doing this just before an election is kind of an effort to intimidate people who may be unsure if they can vote. And it's particularly fraught in Florida because voters actually passed a referendum to restore voting rights to felons, which the state legislature and desantis then undermined by sort of complicating the process for doing that. So there may be a lot of people who are really uncertain of whether they can vote. And by holding this announcement by doing this, you know, these sort of made some of those people more fearful of voting. The other reason why it was problematic is that as it came out, who these people were, a lot of their cases were, you know, they were told by elections officials that they could vote. You know, in one case they were sort of directly handed a forum and said here sign up to register, it's fine. And so those cases really weren't as strong as he made them sound. Whatever we hear about polling, all of the information that we receive on the news on a regular basis says that the Dems are not engaged, they're not excited about getting out to vote. And I think when I look around and see the number of people that are out here and energized, yes, it could be the same individuals that turned out in 2018 and 2020, but how do we get new individuals engaged to come out and

"Left is really getting desperate on 2000 mules. They started out by unleashing their fact checkers. And these are 20 and 30 somethings, and they thought, okay, yeah, we'll shut this down, you know, but of course these are people who know nothing about geo tracking. Geo tracking is not very reliable. And they don't know much about election law. And so they had these clumsy first salvos that were easily repelled. In fact, even people who had nothing to do with politics would say things like, wait a minute I lost my cell phone in some tall grass and I was able to pinpoint its exact location within inches. So this idea that you can't, all this technology doesn't work, it's like laughably absurd. And so suddenly the left realized, oh my gosh, you know, we've obviously deployed our B team and that's not gonna be enough. We need to unleash the a team. So the a team is now coming out. The a team is The New York Times, which is evidently trying to do some sort of a hip job. They haven't published it yet. Whoop Dee do. I mentioned The Washington Post, which I'll be discussing in depth tomorrow, a Philip bump in The Washington Post. There's an article in NPR, which I'll be dealing with. Tomorrow probably. But I want to talk about an article in the Atlanta journal constitution, which is focusing on Georgia. And I want to use it as a case study of just classic deception at all levels. Title of the article. Georgia investigation dispels allegations highlighted in 2000 mules. Let's just take in the title for a minute. You think you're going to get some kind of refutation of the allegation in 2000 meals that 242 mules. Have been identified through cell phone geo tracking, visiting ten or more drop boxes each and a bunch of these people are seen on video. Not all of them, but a bunch of them where the video is available. Now, the subtitle of the article ballots were legally delivered for family members. Okay? And then I started reading the article. The article it turns out is about one guy. And I'm going to read surveillance video showed a man pull up in a white SUV and insert 5 absentee ballots into a gwinnett county Dropbox. An investigation revealed he was delivering ballots for his family, which has allowed under Georgia

"And we can watch this together. And Greg, which one would you like us to play? Is that gwinnett county Georgia? Let's play gwinnett Kim. So actually, before we play the video, let's get into actually how you got the video because I'm actually cutting in line here. So in addition to all of the analysis that was happening, we were doing a wide sweep of all kinds of election integrity records or open records. Video was part of that. The federal government had come out and given guidance for all of these new drop boxes saying that their recommendation is that in addition to a number of checkpoints, video surveillance should be among them. And so we began to submit open records to get the video. And these videos are a product of ultimately what came back all what's interesting about what you're going to watch now is that we didn't get this until last month? Yeah, I mean, since the first open records requests went out and probably January, and we've been fighting. So by law and Georgia, they had to have a camera over the Dropbox. Is that correct? But by rule. By rule. I remember they made up they made up the emergency rules that allowed the drop boxes to be there at all. So they had to have rules to go with them. So when raffensperger came in and signed a consent decree with Marc Elias to allow these things to happen, they had to codify some rules internally. So the rules said you have to have these cameras surveillance cameras on the drop boxes. And we almost immediately started as soon as we started asking, they started, well, we don't have it. We can't give you an example or a reason why we don't have it. We just don't have to take 6 months to get it. It'll be including the video you're about to see. I took a year to produce this video and the only reason they produced it at all is because Catherine in true the vote made a complaint to the Secretary of State, which would have been put in place a mechanism for them to get in a lot of trouble. Lo and behold, the next day, I think, all of a sudden the video. Now this is gwinnett county. So before we play the video though, you also suspected that that time place on the video would show you something because you had pings that showed that this individual was doing a route. Is that correct? And in addition to our open records efforts, we had evaluated all of the chain of custody documents. And so you could tell, at this particular location, what a typical day look like, how many ballots they were typically getting. And then a spike. And ballot trafficking by and large. Money laundering works a 100%. When you see the cafe that has the $9000 breakfast, you're like, wait a second. Yeah. Any auditor worked like, why did you have a big, you know, there was no one in the restaurant. There's also no one looking though, Charlie. There's no one looking. They

I know a lot of you are saying how on earth is this possibly legal, while the attorney general of Georgia didn't think to do anything about this? The Secretary of State Brad raffensperger was perfectly fine with this. Governor Brian Kemp signed a consent degree of Stacey Abrams that allowed the downfall of Georgia to occur. The federalists continues by saying the center for technology and civic life demanded the promotion of universal mail in voting through suspending election laws, extending deadlines that favored mail in over in person voting. I just want to reemphasize this. You have a private company or corporation or nonprofit funded with $420 million that comes in and demands the suspension of the law. Where the state legislatures this was in my opinion, one of the sneakiest, Treacher at most treacherous and deceitful actions but honestly, the state legislatures in Georgia, they did not meet in the summer of 2020 best of my knowledge about election integrity at all. The summer leading up to the election they should had a special session in July, they should have said hold on a second, we need to have a pregame meeting here. We gotta have a huddle. And this goes to show how weak incompetent and spineless the Republican Party is.

"Following the shooting at Pine Tree Country Club in Kennesaw. Over the weekend Golf pro Director Paul Sylar was shot to death when he went to check on a car that had gotten stuck on the golf course on the 10th told family and friends. Numbers of this club are remembering 41 year old Jean Sylar, the husband and father of two, was a graduate of Purdue University who had been working as the club's director of golf since 2019 now prior to that, he worked in the same capacity at Summit Chase Country Club that's in Gwinnett County. Now we have learned from Channel two is Michael Sidon that investigators have also found a white ran 3500 pickup truck parked on the green to other bodies were found in the bed of that truck. Both had been shot. One of the two bodies in the truck was identified as Paul Pearson, the registered owner of the truck. The third victim has not yet been identified.
