Horrific that had just occurred there. Donald williams was calling nine one one of the emergency designing killing In front of chicago He is pretty noisy. Guy wasn't the rest. Yeah neck the whole time. I'll do ninety man win. Went by breathing was arrested. Nothing you've already made green light these stupid. If not responsible when the ambulance you're area cattle. Fuel pumps run dry in British cities, sowing supply chain chaos
"Ninety percent of petrol stations in the uk have run dry d to chronic delivery problems causing an enormous knock-on effect across all factors. The healthcare system appears to be crumbling. A combination of price rises tax increases and benefit cuts will leave the poorest british families. A thousand pounds out of pocket and there seems to be no viable opposition. As the labor party descends into kaethe the. Uk is a mess. Does boris johnson's government have plan. When i'm joined by vincent mcilvanney monocle. Twenty fools political correspondent to investigate that vinnie. Let's start with fuel you've been in yorkshire talking to a haulage company. The root of this problem is the shortage of drivers. Tell us mole. Yeah that's right. Spent yesterday morning with a haulage company. Just outside of said they do haulage right around the uk they have forty two big eighteen wheelers and they deliver all kinds of things and i spoke to a couple of drivers guys who've done this for decades and they said you just cannot get young people into this profession that they don't want that lifestyle anymore. When you climb into one of these trucks that i was in yesterday it has a fridge stocked with food for the week so they can at least try and eat healthily. It has a microwave has a bed and they will drive up and down the country. They will sleep in that cab but the problem is as well on top of that They don't have access to proper facilities because there are currently around fifteen thousand spaces short for them to park at service stations in the uk. Hey so they end up often sleeping slipways on the sides of roads and then they're only facilities for them so it is a very strange lifestyle that some of these guys live and something that younger men More used to being home more used to having a work life balance wanting to see wives in kids. They don't want to do that
Eric and Actress Victoria Jackson Discuss the Arizona Recount
"Where were we. We were talking about paul anka. We're talking about death. We bound the arizona recount. Yes the recount. Do you think. I mean are you following this more closely than i am probably up on a prayer group out rebate praised for america. And i'm hearing lots of rumors about it coming out if if we could get the truth. And the recount of arizona and prove that From one there it can open the door to other states showing that trump won there and maybe we can kick out this senile imposter and replace them with the guy really one according to my friend. Jim ellis who was one of the president's lawyers whose concentrated scholar was at your stomach. What was that noise. Oh you have a dog. Thank goodness i was gonna say because he needed to change your diet. wow so we were talking about the fact that jenna. Ls i was just saying ellis has said that even if it's proved that that biden didn't win. There's she says. I'm not sure that i agree. But she says there's no constitutional path by which the person who didn't get elected or who was actually elected but it wasn't installed could be made president so it'd be the way i see. It would have to be something that god does because i don't see constitutionally cording what she was saying but it does strike me that there may be a way if if look if the american people really are shown that the election was stolen. Which i believe is going to happen. It's going to be a really. It's a conundrum for americans to think okay. Wow we feel pretty stupid. Now what do we do. It's going to be an interesting
Should the Climate Movement Embrace Sabotage?
"So Gerald byer who's a right leaning guy I'm not particularly friendly I don't really know him that well But he noticed that there was this article up in The New Yorker Should the climate movement embrace sabotage Apparently this was an actual article up at The New Yorker Should the climate movement embrace sabotage The core of the article the court tenant was that left this should consider environmental sabotage of pipelines bombing pipelines and whatever as a reasonable means to stop energy production in the United States ladies and gentlemen this is The New Yorker So buyer put out on his Twitter feed He put this gas commentator literally calls for blowing up pipelines not a metaphor The New Yorker again he says literally platforming a terrorist Now this is nothing unusual I mean of course the left is in love with violence They have been in love with violence for a very long time But what I found unusual about this is I went down and started scrolling through the comments Folks I could not find one left this comment on this thing from a leftist That was condemning this thing outright I couldn't maybe it's there I didn't scroll through the whole thing to be fair There were quite a few comments on Gerald's tweet But the ones I scored here's just a screenshot It's taken from my phone I got it right here Of just like the top ten I saw These are leftist responses to bombings and environmental actual and not figurative not metaphoric Actual environmental terrorism that could get people killed and disrupt the entire energy industry in the United States One person commented what oil companies do to get their pipelines is terrorism Sabotaging them is self defense
National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan Pushed Alfa Bank Claim at Center of Durham Indictment
"Jake Sullivan Obama's national security adviser Ladies and gentlemen this guy is knee deep in the peepee hoax The collusion tape the collusion nonsense stuff He is knee deep in it and he is connected to a number of different people And he's got a real problem Now I am not under any illusions that the Republicans are going to grow a pair up in the hill and actually do anything about it But this guy's in real trouble right now And I'm wondering if John dorm the special prosecutor who indicted one of the Hillary Clinton lawyers involved in this case I'm wondering if he's looking at Jake Sullivan This guy is the national security adviser now to Joe Biden This guy is in on the highest of high level meetings folks and there's two things about this guy He either has the worst judgment in the history of a human being who sat in that NSA position or he is a liar potentially involved in a big conspiracy to frame Donald Trump There is no option C okay It's either one of those two things Why Well we unearthed some old video audio of Jake Sullivan on CNN which I'm going to get to in the remainder of the hour And some old comments by Jake Sullivan on CNN and Jake Sullivan who was Hillary Clinton's at the time foreign policy adviser seemed to be one of the biggest promoters out there of the whole peepy hoax collusion hoax I mean he's got these statements on record I'm going to play the audio and then I'm going to show you how he must have known the entire time Jake Sullivan that what he was saying was a fabricated lie He told everyone that tech experts were telling Hillary and I oh my gosh there's this big connection between Trump and the Russians Trump Tower in this alphabet server It's real but that's not what the tech experts were telling them How do we know because we have an indictment now in the case And we got our hands on those records ourselves

Should Donald Trump Keep Banging the 'Election Fraud' Drum?
"I have a lot of conversations with a ton of people about twenty twenty to about twenty twenty four about twenty twenty and a lot of friends and associates. We'll say to me privately. Gosh i wish trump would just leave this alone. I wish he would focus on everything else. Focus on all of the the disasters of the by administration. If he'll just let somebody else carry the torch over election integrity that would be better. We'll nobody's going to have a bigger platform than him if we're serious about reversing the election shenanigans. The democrats came up with in november. Twenty twenty under the guise of covert. Why wouldn't you want him to be the guy to do it. Or as the argument goes it would be better for him to deflect the heat that is going to be created by continuing to bang that drum. Have somebody else do it. Have him have him focused on all the issues besides election integrity not sure that flies not sure how that
We Can't Give Joe Biden the Benefit of Good Intentions
"On the right. I've heard a lot of people with our talking points talking about how this was a bungled withdrawal from afghanistan. Charlie was this a bundling or was this intentional. No it was totally intentional. And one of the mistakes that we engage in far too often as we give the benefit of good intentions to our enemy and i would expand just on joe biden. It is the left. It is half the country that i to say. It's half the country. It's it's the people that purport to control half the country that control the major institutions of the new york times harvard the tech companies and the major corporations that have this belief that regardless of what we say to them or regardless of how we approach them they think as dennis would has been saying for last has ten years. Haven't listening to him that they think we're bad. We think they're wrong. We have to stop getting them the benefit of good intentions. These people want to destroy the country stop negotiating infrastructure packages with a party that wants to imprison you and your liberties and freedoms look we intentionally arm. The taliban we gave eighty five billion dollars of weapons. This was probably done some sort of triangular deal with the chinese. We may never know the people i talk to. In the department of defense people talk to in the intelligence agency say that you should not blame. Any of this on incompetency. Yeah maybe randomly drums striking some guy that works for the local gas station in rural afghanistan. That was joe biden and trying to improve his poll numbers with just like that guy with a drone strike. That might have been competency but make no mistake. It's not it's not all of a sudden the lack of intelligence where you say you know what. Let's not destroyed a weapons before we pull out of the country mean a fourteen year old. Who plays call of duty on. Saturdays and sundays knows that. At least you destroy the weapons or you withdraw from a country. Now this was malevolence and the democrats joe biden and this regime. They know exactly what they are
Michael West as "Tree" A Comedy Interview Show #84 - burst 01
"But he's a big guy that has seen a block out the sun. He wore a black leather jacket. Like kind of like you'd picture from the biker movies and black leather chaps and and was kind of an intimidating figure. Well okay you were scary looking guy you would come on stage in everybody in the room would kind of lean back a little bit and what was so interesting was that you had this kind of scary big persona on stage but off stage. A lot of the staff commented on you being one of nicest guys they ever worked with and by the way. Thank you for that When i told several the old staff people that i was going to be interviewing you. They were not only a very excited. That we connected but wanted to share that you're one of their favourite people to work with because you were such a nice guy off state so there's that but then when i would go through the rules at the beginning of my set rule number one was always tip your server would. Yeah we reinforce. The course of the evening because i came from a background of like over thirty years in food and beverage the bartender by cook in my mom's restaurant when i was thirteen. So so food beverages my blood. We'll show you imagine this. Big intimidating guy Laid out in black leather coming out and pointing at the audience. And saying you will tip the waitresses. I learned. I learned to why you say the word server servers. Well there you go but still. It was a great way to start off your set. So let's let's back up a little bit. Because i know what Working with you how. That was it laughs but Share with the audience. How did you kind of fall into. Stand up comedy. It's something that i had. Since i was a kid and i'm probably dating myself but growing up watching the old ed sullivan show and shows variety shows I always loved the when the comedian came again. You like checking green myron cohen You know the old borscht belt comics the first ones and then Involved into you know cosby carlin's Which she prior. Before he turned into richard pryor notice when people were watching. You know family watching it. Everybody was laughing and so everybody was in a good mood. And i always liked
Chris "Mr. Reagan" Kohls on the Video That Catapulted Him to Youtube Stardom
"Video that catapulted you to youtube star. Let's talk about that a little bit. So explain your infamous. Ao see video. Yeah that was an interesting time was it. I the gillette raises a was. It was the gillette razors. Yeah the first video. That i did that. I got my channel attention. Was this gillette parody right you. You remember the gillette. They were essentially saying like. Don't be a manner horrible. Don't be so toxic. Be a better person and they had some racial stuff in there. Like all the bad guys and the video were white and then they're like black friends would stop them from hitting on a girl or something like that if they were the hero guy you know it was just such a leftist dream commercial and but the dialogue in the in the video and the ad. The voice over narration was was very left wing. It was the way that they talk about things. They don't want to expose their real intentions. They want to try to convince you to be better because they know that you're not good enough as a man you know and so i just took that you know that voice over took the ad mostly as it is. There was a couple of cuts in their. But and i did my own voice over which moore obviously in clearly stated what their intention was which was to say like men are terrible. You shouldn't be you shouldn't be a man. Every man should transition. I didn't say that. I made it clear what they were saying. In simple terms and that just by itself was funny and people really resonated with you know well over a million views and the only issue with that was i wasn't in the video is just my voice and nobody knew who i was note knew what i looked like so mike channel had gotten some exposure. But i hadn't
How Chris 'Mr. Reagan' Kohls Got His Start on YouTube
"Millions of listeners and views who you are where you came from and what you're doing right now. I'm just an average guy. Let me tell you been thinking about lately about white men. It's kind of a weird thing. But on me chris just going to enjoy the sexual. Well i've just been thinking about this because you don't have the left likes to divide us up into our demographic groups and say this groups better the macaroni whatever. Well i've noticed that some of us kind of fall for it a little bit. And i noticed that there is a for real like i feel like in regular life. Conservative women tend to be outspoken bold conservative black black conservatives. Black-americans are conservative. Very bold white men. We have become a bit more demure over the years. We have stopped speaking boldly in articulately and clearly and aggressively because the feminists call us aggressive. They say were the problem. And so white. Men tend to just say all right. I'll just be quiet. I'll sit back. You know if you're gonna call me aggressive. I'll be the opposite of aggressive. Just chill and now's not the time for that. I think that conservative white men need to speak up more. I'm not. I'm not saying that. There are no conservative white. Men that speak up you speak up but you're an immigrant see so you have some kind of something of immigrant. Yeah no but that's how the left looks at they judge us and then i think we're afraid to speak out and speak up and yeah and at one point. I decided that it was something that somebody else needed to do. Other than the few people who were on youtube at the time a couple years ago. And i said some. Some idiot's gotta grab a microphone and a camera and do another show and i thought oh. I have a microphone on camera. I'm the idiot.
Machiavelli Demystified With Dr. Khalil Habib
"Habib. Welcome back to the charlie kirk show. Charlie's fit to be with you so we kind of stumbled into machiavelli. Last conversation and i promised our listeners. We will get back to it commonly you'll hear on cable television with almost no explanation. Someone say well. That's very machiavelli by this politician. Or that's very maquiavelian. And i think people at best have a very surface knowledge of machiavelli Who was this man. And why was he so important. So machiavelli was born in florence italy and you lived during the middle of fifteenth century. And he lives at a time during the renaissance where there was growing frustration with politics with the church Time for corrupt and it was a movement known as the renaissance that wanted to revive classical virtue stress. The emphasis of moral education on restoring civic harmony and restoring as states crap essentially machiavelli comes in and crashes in on this party and says that's a no go. You can't restore politics on classical moral virtue. And so what. He wants to spread in books like the prince which bookies most famous for today although does this is many years ago was one that people mostly focused on. He presses that of politics requires a cunning. You have to be manipulative. You have to be willing to use force there when you're gonna have to break with traditional moral virtue To essentially affect transition in politics for example One of his many critiques of the renaissance and the attempted to bring christianity in classical moral virtue. Together in a modern republic machiavellian. The prince talks about a situation in which a group of christians in a small town wanted to deal with criminals unchristian grounds and he says well this guy treasury borja who was a brutal dictator essentially showed mercy to the innocent by crushing. These people not turning the other cheek so in other words you measure your your use of force in relation to your end goal and if it's to bring about law and order you don't do it by a holding some kind of classical moral virtue forces necessary and so that forced burns the reputation of some kind of gangster Sort of a low philosophy a politics but It's incredibly influential and foundational in many
Jen Psaki Gets Snappy on Fair Question About Pregnant Women at the Border
"Long Here's peppermint P getting a little snappy here with Peter doocy daring to ask that question Check this out There certainly is not an open border We are continuing to employ our immigration proceedings and process and restrictions at the border and that includes the implementation of enforcing title 42 which is an authority of public health authority It includes moving people into either a process for expedited removal or removal proceedings That is our immigration process that we are proceeding underneath You say the border is not open but we're told by our teams on the ground You guys are releasing pretty much all family units couples where the woman says that she is pregnant or single women who say that they are pregnant And that nobody actually has to take a pregnancy test unless they want to So how suggesting you don't believe when women say they're pregnant Is that a big issue We think at the border I am not in charge of keeping the border secure You guys are Pregnant women are posing a big threat to the border To the border communities is that a big issue You tell me I'm not aware of pregnant women being a big issue of concern to people at the border He just said it She just admitted it right there She just said they don't care It's not a big concern Those are her words I know not a big concern to the border She just said it they don't care
Chiefs vs. Chargers: Kansas City Defense Looking Weak Ahead of Sunday's Game
"All right folks will this next game that we've got Is going to be against our division rivals. The kansas talk Yeah so let's take a look at a couple of games for them. Their first game of the season was against the cleveland browns. That's who they played in the playoffs last year Let's see patrick. Mahomes put up over three hundred and thirty yards three touchdowns in that game Tyreek hill almost got two hundred yards. Goodness gracious On that game with a touchdown. And travis kelsey seventy six yards with two touchdowns so clearly we know who favor targets are guys from that game tyreek hill and travis kelsey They were pretty comparable as far as their stats go. Cleveland was able to put up a four hundred fifty seven yards. That's a big difference I think the big thing here is the rushing yards in this game in the next game. They they've put up very few rushing yards and they put up seventy two their week. One game against the browns. They put up sixty two week. Two against the ravens. So i'll and then the ravens put up to fifty and the browns put up one hundred fifty three so just looking at this and how close these games are this. Kansas city chiefs team is defense. Isn't what he was no. You can clearly see that. And i'm looking at these stance here. It looks like against baltimore. Game tyreek hill only got fourteen yards leagues. What happened here. So they've they've shut them down. While i think that's you know we put this in here to just show the fact that if we can lockdown kelsey and hill and just moderately. Stop the run. I think we're going to have a good chance and we just need to score touchdowns like you're gonna have to score thirty to beat these

They don't vaccinate anyone that they haven't custody until they're released to either is or health and human services at that point they may or may not get tested or if they're in one of the in Ngo so there are literally hundreds of thousands of people coming across the border monthly that are not being tested and vaccinated and released into the

"Down here in texas recipe. I don't know but with the invasion the criminal immigrants invasion. It's coming in the criminal. Immigrants break in and as has been reported here. But you're not hearing much about it until this week the illegals criminal immigrants. They're not forced to take vaccines. They're not getting the experimental shot in her arm. They're sent off We saw a lot of video footage of the illegal immigrants from haiti under the bridge. And del rio de hard pressed to find a mask on anybody and then we find out that the criminal immigrants invasion and especially this particular haitians this week. That's focusing on. We're being put on buses and planes and shipped off and not being tested for the wound. And you're out there on your burning shirt and feel the burn. Iheart the fake indian elizabeth. They are free to leave if they want to go back to mexico and border patrol as it's been doing throughout the pandemic is not techs testing migrants for kobe at this facility people break in not forced to get the william shot people break in. "guys" Discussed on Connecticut Sports Guys
"A- yeah, he I mean he was doing he was averaging over thirty four points a game You know they didn't make it into that last spot but man was he really tearing it up and I? I'm really excited about the NBA look at what Jason Tatum doing for the Celtics I mean they they got rid of Kyri They said get Outta here because they knew they had their next superstar already on the roster. He had thirty four points tonight in the one or two, ninety, nine victory of the Celtics over the raptors and I, think he was the. Tonight you know he's just such a great player I mean he can shoot he can bring the ball up if he has to he can defend. He's got good. You know he's got good athleticism I mean Jason Tatum the full package and like you said Lillard Donncha it's Mitchell Murray I mean there's a lot of great players. I mean. The the guys from no-one's really missing the warriors. That's what everybody was kind of worried about there's no golden state warriors and all. The HOOPLA of the dynasty. Isn't here? Well, you know yeah, they're not here but there's a new order taken over in the NBA and I've I've loved seeing it I, mean watching Luca play the other night especially in that game where he hit that game winning shot I mean that was just one of the best performances I've seen in in the playoffs in a long time and the other guys you mentioned Lillard until he got injured was one of the best players in the bubble and and you know Donovan Mitchell he's doing everything he's. Got To do to to get his team to the finish line and then Jamal Murray's taken off like you said, the last last three or four games I mean he's just just tearing it up. So I really like a lot of these young players and I you know I'm I'm Kinda over the James Harden and the Lebron thing I like these new guys and I love watching them play they got a lot of energy I think that once once Lebron does hang it up I? Think the League's in good hands don't you? Oh. Yeah we got you know. I. I mentioned his and a little bit but. To I mean there is a Group of young players that are coming along that can pick up the mantle of the NBA and you know maybe we need I, we need a new greed of of the NBA guys need. Maybe, they'll abroad has gotten stale a little bit I mean, maybe his story has gotten still nothing against Bron spent a great ambassador for the game overall I mean the guy. Love him or hate him you can't put down first of all him as a player I mean overall one of the great players of all time he's a lot of good things in his community as well. Easy outspoken when people don't want him to be outspoken. Yeah. But he's he has he's an American citizen and has every right to the voice opinion much and anybody else that's why I get. So upset with my friends that are real staunch conservatives and Republicans say, why are these actress? Talking about what athletes talking about what are you talking about?.

"He's got a Spoelstra flag on his birthday. Because he's losing LeBron's guys, you know, he had to come in and help LeBron win with the Cavaliers. He one of those guys who always comes in the conversation. I guess he does have as ourselves used to we used to say he's got a pelt on his wall. So I mean that's something going for him in the right direction. There's not a lot of coaches out there that have a championship that they can walk in on a resume when you're doing the interview with them. It wouldn't be a bad situation for Tyronn Lue because he does have power it's not like I think you'll lose suffers when he has substandard talent or is in the rebuilding mode. I think he's the kind of guy that maybe would do well here because he knows how to get out of the way of his Stars so to speak so and he was a player so at an NBA player so I mean wouldn't be a bad choice. I liked him better off. Like J. Right? Actually, I agree with you. I agree with you a hundred percent. I know that I know we should probably go back and forth on this but I gotta be honest. I agree with you. I he he is a player's coach and I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I mean in the NBA sometimes that's a really good thing. I think he would get along with embiid and I think that being a former NBA point guard like he was and playing on those. You know, you gotta remember he played on those Lakers teams back in the day with some of championship teams with the Lakers. So the guy knows knows what it takes to win the net to win an NBA championship. I mean, you can say whatever you want to about Tyronn Lue but he's been a part of championship teams. He want to title in Cleveland when you know other coaches had LeBron there and failed. He was there when LeBron was there and one so right, you know, they got to they got to several Finals game. Us but they also got to 1 then they beat the Golden State Warriors. So I don't think you can just discount Tyronn Lue and say that he's not a good coach and that he just you know was riding LeBrons coattails. I don't believe that I think he he's proven that he can get it done and I think he kind of got the Raw Deal getting kicked out of Cleveland like he did. I don't think he would be a bad fire here. I think he could help Ben Simmons and helped him develop and I think he would get along with Joel embiid. And I think if you got him some players to work with that core and money to build on what they have already. I think he could manage those guys and and do a pretty good job. What about Tobias Harris? I mean, you're Tennessee guy there he's he's not in New York. He's got a great rep out of New York City. Is it is Tobias Harris a month..

"I I know none of us watched watch golf a lot the I pay any attention to the golf this past weekend. I Yeah I. Did I watch I watch off pretty religiously because I can pass out while it's going on and then wake up in the guy only played like three or four holes and I'm like, wait what he did he par par par boat birdie-bogey. Okay. Okay. I'm back so you can like not off. Yeah. It's going on because it's so peaceful with the little birds Chirpin and you know the people holding their signs up for the nonexistent crowds to be quiet. It's it's a good time. Now I gotta be honest I was not predicting Colin to win it and I don't think many people were but he did play well earlier in the season that Murphy. And he's a really twenty three years old. He's he he's a really good Golfer I just. That drive on sixteen the two, hundred, ninety, four, yard, par four where he drove the green and was within about six to eight feet for his Double Eagle Putt that was pretty pretty amazing. So he earned it but you know I was I couldn't believe I'll Dustin Johnson was right there ready to win another major championship and then he choked on Sunday again I mean that's that's kind of become par for the course excuse the Pun I mean, the guy is a great golfer. He's got all the tools, but it's just like he's kind of a tool and on on Sundays. He just he just can't. He can't finish and it's it's been hard to watch considering he is one of the best golfers out there but he just can't seem to win when he's in perfect position to do so with a couple of shot lead going into Sunday's. Sixty others and I'm yeah. Fair. Got Another Dan Brodie driver. It's GONNA be suiting up in that over time. The close I the coach is GonNa suit up the players are passing out I. Mean You Imagine Playing Playoff hockey? Hockey any level is so tiring play up and they tell hockey with all the nerves, the adrenaline for what four and a half hours I mean those guys legs are going to be shot for a week. That's amazing. That's amazing. Mainly number the only mammal one game. Oh. Yes yeah. Well that you're you're definitely are our hockey guru. Have you? Can you ever remember a playoff game going that long? Yeah Islanders beat the capital his way back when it was about twenty years ago, capital the things the longest one I think that was five overtimes. So that was a playoff. Way Back in the eighties Guy. Pat Lafontaine was on the on the island is back. Then I remember when that was either five or six overtime..

"On the table is a great I is a great plan and and do anything that they can to help make the season success and make it happen because obviously we've seen what's happened with baseball and some of the rescheduling I think that would be really hard to do for football I mean you're not just going to be able to have You know a team not play on a Sunday I mean I I don't know if they're going to have to come up with extra buys and do all that make the season longer I have no idea but they're going to have to have some contingency plans in place to get through an entire sixteen game schedule. How about realigning a little bit. When you guys would be for a little realignment maybe Go as far as the jets and giants and division for this team this year. Do. Limited travel maybe with the Patriots. Yeah really one, hundred percent and. I love you I love the I. Love the idea of. You know the Thursday Friday Saturday. Sunday I. I'm I don't like the like the overtime ideas. I'm not much of a progressive I wanNA keep things. Kinda. The same. But like that I love I love more games on more days I'm a huge football fan I'm a massive fantasy fan. So you know I, got players all over the map so it keeps me intrigued weekly. Every day of the week but yeah, the realignment would be awesome. It would be a lot easier for the players. It would make it a lot more reasonable to get the season underway. So yeah, why not I mean they you like the idea of a realignment. Well I mean, we've seen this with baseball I. Mean There's all these baseball purists out there that you know hate the idea of the inertly games and the AL teams playing the NFL teams. Well, they're having to get used to it right now and you know obviously, we've seen them plug in the D. H. Across the board and you know it's working people are still watching baseball. They've had decent ratings and the I don't think that the product has been hurt too badly by that..

"Yeah. Well. I know you if the hardest thing to do because, you don't WanNa you don't WanNa you know waste Jacob degrom. Career I mean, it's bad enough. You've wasted won two CY youngs in spite of the team behind him I mean it's a miracle. He's Cy Young Award winning wins go. Go Down with someone who was surprising wins in. Major League history I mean, yeah. You know the guy we look at his record outside of his era and all the stats is when lost look like he deserved to win a a CY young but he was the best pitcher in baseball and thank God the other the writers acknowledged that but you also don't want to you know. Put Him in prison here where he's not going to have a team behind him for ten years. But you gotTa Start Looking, I would look this year. I would definitely get rid of the veterans are stop using a lot of the veterans get look at look at these young guys. Put McNeil Second put Jd Davis Third. See what those guys can do See if they can. You know get become better defensive players if those positions and see what we can develop over the next you know what twenty or thirty or forty games. At least it gets them. Hope for the future of this season. Because right now it looks like they've taken a gigantic step back and it's not a good look for the mets fan. I mean that's getting. We're GONNA have a very short sampling but not much to build on and hope for for next year. So I think as a method that right right now it's been a failure to see them so far Got About Twenty minutes left and win the big things that came out today a suggestion. I don't know if you heard nate or Alex they're saying. Excuse me because of No College Cook intially. That we can see NFL football Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday. Monday. That about that and other these guys that are in favorite thinking that. They could set it up where you could have six bubbles or six or seven bubbles to put these guys. These guys in Kinda use the NBA NHL Model. What do you guys think?.

"He's completely up and down like bats so I would. I would just unload. I wake up and cut canno- I. Know I know when money's involved it's not gonNA happen but you know he's wasting space. Yeah. Like they've said, just pull the plug start over and Joe you're spot on get guys in natural position and just kind of get get used to complain their original positions. So we'll be better next year. I mean. It's baseball just putting sport I mean you'd think about it. You gotta get the right combination of players. You know how to win or I said I mean look at the Yankees across down and they come back a little bit the reality I mean but I, mean they're still in first place and they got you got like Brett Gardner starting isn't hitting two hundred Gary Stage isn't hitting one hundred levered Labor tour just in one fifty I mean you know Those are three your major cogs and you're not hitting. They're not playing at all and still finding ways to win I. Don't know if it's about the mets. In their a veteran presence you know I remember when the Yankees made their big turn around the nineties. And I give a lot of credit to problem neo came in and talk those guys how to be professional how to go about their business how to win. He'd come from the reds and seeing the red winning world series. So we Jimmy key within with came over from Toronto and he had helped the Blue Jays win the world series and those two guys. Coming into a young team when jeeter was in its infancy, Bernie Williams was still young those guys they taught him how to be professional. They taught him the things they were going to have to do day in and day out to be winners in Major League Baseball and I think you've got young players like Alonzo. If you've got a young player, you know I It you gotta get guys in their veterans that really have been injured wars know how to win and know how to teach them how to be winners and I. think that's what the mets never do. Casinos never can win the guys. He was a follower new. York he was not a leader in new. York you gotta go out and find somebody out there i. Know, they're hard to find but you gotta by somebody who can teach US team at a win it can't be you can't just depend on a manager coming in and putting it in the right lineup every day and having it worked for him. I don't know about you guys. I really think that means a lot in baseball games. It's such a team such a sport. Built on failure you know the best hitters fail seven out of ten times. You know it's a it's a, it's a sport. You have to overcome adversity a lot and you have to work on a bad night. If over three, you gotta find a way to be one for four. So I think having a professional guy who knows how to win who fended wars is something that the mets could use that could turn around Keith Hernandez, did it for him in the eighties when he came over so I'd love to get that kind of a presence. What did you guys?.

"Don't think that anybody else's played better since this competition began nobody gave this the sons a chance nobody was talking about Devon Booker they're talking about him now. Okay. Get some of that I'm GonNa, fire away on the under underdog I. Know I never talked about that guy look but here we go. I'll try for one. Yeah I. Think I. Think me lower could make a case for the MVP Joe. Nate odd not only don't make it sound strange but I'm a big I'm a big believer in like you know how you speak to the Media how you speak your teammates. You know how you lead on and off the court he remember he went in there like really pissed off like hey. We are a playoff team. We're going in there to make the playoffs and we can win a championship. So I just see when you're that popular in that perspective of an athlete and your point guard, you know maybe that Collins or the. Obviously Carmelo his teammates are are feeding off of his passion I. Also, you know no top liberal up there. He's he's advocated about three five. Started thirty points about five boards about eight assists. So He's Much, bring of all right now he's moving the ball. Sometimes he gets up a ridiculous three I. Know they've brought that up he had a couple stickers the the last week, but they're they're back on a mission So yeah, I mean in in summary I think he could definitely be in that MVP. Hey when I hey I did I have to admit that when I was giving him a hard time it was before Sunday and I watched him score fifty one and delivered down the stretch. So I. GotTa Give Him Credit he he's been playing well too and he has been getting done. His goal was to get his team into the into the playoffs and he's done everything he can possibly do to do so I don't think he can go wrong with either. One of those guys are they're now losing those Dallas Mavericks. Like, ended to run and now gets guys I forgot about them Joe not not overdoing NBA tops tonight. But the Mavericks are definitely another team. Now they're up by one third. So yeah. When you have Tom Kitsch and porzingas you, you have to like just the best. Versatile athletes on the planet mark. Mark Cuban just totally robbed the Knicks but you know who doesn't who doesn't rob the Knicks. The Mavericks could be viable Regio. Yeah definitely but I mean I I still have problems with Porzingis I..

"So a lot of these far reaching faraway teams are now just they don't have to have that that travel problem. So that's another reason to help those things. May. Yeah. I both brought up about Toronto in There's there's always a the The the myth or About. Once you learn how to win it sticks with you you really you guys brought up golden state now they were loaded with talented and stuff but remember when they first one nobody knew who they were who they work. It was steph curry and everybody knew some of the names but they weren't all started when he first started winning became all stars and then they added on durant that. Stuff. Yeah. But for when they I win their first title, they were a young team union upcoming team and Toronto team even without Leonard They learned how to win last year I mean in other sports we've seen it you once you experience once you know the things you have to go through the sacrifices you have to make the kind of professionalism you have to show in day in and day out. It becomes easier to stay a winner and they end to become ended win championships. You think that's what we're seeing with Toronto the fact that they know how to get it done. So they know what they're doing out there and they're they're what you know the bucks doing they wanna be I mean they've won a championship, the bucks number one they think they know how to win a championship but never proven out and then those guys have the Rings Toronto. The rings is that what we're seeing Toronto the fact that they know their winters. I think that helps I mean I, think that you know reaching the Pinnacle Basketball last year obviously, they were playing into the late summer and they had to win big games. They had to beat the best teams in the east. They had to get to the finals and win those finals and they proved they could do it, and I definitely think that helps I mean they got confidence They've got a chip on their shoulder with you know collide Leonard being gone and wanting to prove they can win without him and then it wasn't just a one man show and everyone that knows basketball knows it wasn't but you've got the idiot sports writers that just put. Leonard had thirty points and that's you know the only highlight they they treat but you know that's not true. They team They were a team last year and losing one guy hurts but they've had other guys step up like Alex said Pascal crm. He's become a star and He's a twenty ten machine this year, and that's because he's getting more touches You know you don't have Leonard taking twenty five shots this year and there was times last year where Leonard was either hurt or held out and the raptors still kept on winning. So I think that you know what happened last year not only prepared them for this, but they're just their general mindset..

"So that's like their small market ninety got mellow on kind of his left leg. So he's like going all out and play defense. He was a ring and the West is kind of wide open for the first and what happened decade. So they're Kinda. I was so sick of watching the warriors get to the finals every year, and it's so I think intriguing to have a group of teams from both conferences that have a shot at not only making the finals but winning the championship and I think it's so cool to finally have some real competition instead of having the West Coast, all stars out there and golden state I mean, don't get me wrong. They were a good team but it was just like you know they've six all stars on the team and it's kind of. Like. Okay. Well, they're going to win. So you know who who are they going to beat from the east and it's not like that this year I mean I can I could do I mean I don't WanNa go on on record saying this but I guess I'm going to since we're on air I could easily see the blazers upsetting the Lakers or the clippers in an eight one match I could easily see that happening especially way the way those you know those three teams are playing right now the players have chances anybody. Yeah. Oh. No not let me ask you guys A. Question and. Being that we're all happy with how the bubble is as brought about some competitive basketball and we're looking for it. Is it is it something that if the Kobe had come along would we still have this kind of competition with the diaper teams that we're GonNa be in the playoffs? That we were seeing coming into the playoffs and it was just that of course, the NBA media machine that likes to promote certain teams. Certain players had as overlooking that. TORONTO, like everybody said, Toronto was having a great season but you had to go far and wide to find anybody to notice it. Everybody's talking about Clippers Lakers. Celtics Bucks. It was like nobody else in the league existed. Now in his bubble, we're seeing a lot more competition where we're going to see this. anyways even if the cove it hadn't happened or did Kobe. Make this actual actually available to us. What do you guys think I think it's really interesting joe it's almost like. The like the hardest working guys that don't have the biggest egos they're just inside that little bubble playing ball and I almost seems like some of the divas in the League you know they're out getting chicken wings, Kinda coast in like Anthony Davis. So you're seeing a lot more like the quieter blue-collar teams they're just in their working hard..

"You know you got a d. with you know three or fourteen shooting or like last night she had twenty seven points Lebron had twenty nine coups, my head twenty five and they just played a lot better basketball i. mean they still struggled at times but you could see things. Starting to come together a little bit for that team and The last thing I will say is in defeat the the nuggets they had their leading score was PJ dosier which I don't know if you guys know a lot about him but I've seen him play for. Several. Years he was on that South Carolina basketball team that made the final four scenarios. Thornwell PJ dosier was a softy at the time. Dude he legit basketball player. I. Could not believe he didn't get drafted but he's Kinda bounced to a couple of teams and kind of found a home with the nuggets and had eighteen points and twenty seven minutes last night and I was really impressed with PJ dozer and I think I. Think he's going to get some more playing time as you see, the the. Games. On full down the down the stretch. What do you think our? Yeah. Great. Great stuff as always nate Yeah of just look at East to West where between. So starting on the east coast I gotTa Echo. The sentiments raptors are awesome I'm a massive hoops fan just you guys and I loved. It I mean the himself I. Think the cost thing is they've built a team of winners. So they get hungry guys. They've got a lot of international flavor like, St Tom obviously. So Search Baca he's now six men but he he you know these guys he was an all star like seventy years ago and that was content with being a six man he comes in and Bangs vanfleet. Ten feet tall. He's a great facilitator Kyle lowry Villanova's another great points. So again, Anti Knicks, they actually have four generals which is shocking and they're they don't have the team power forwards. Yet it and then. They get an elite round, Yam make one of the best power forwards on the outs I'm from Africa and the Knicks. You know kick like a French. Shrek Nichelino the knicks have no clue how to go overseas and get gems. So they are totally anti next in the West. yes. The double down on that funds, the red hot, Joe they were they were supposed to be so damned good. They so much talent what we talked about funding little bit..

"Yeah I think yeah, I just was thinking that you've got to start. You know I know we talked about it a little bit on Sunday but since then the undefeated sons have won two more games yesterday, they'd beat the thunder one, twenty, eight to one. Oh, one Devon Booker had thirty five points again Cameron Johnson first year player out of north, Carolina. He had eighteen points and soda and Mikhail Bridges, and they just ran all over the thunder and embarrassed them and then they played the sixers today and Booker had thirty five points again. So I I think you've just gotTa give. Credit. To the sons to their attitude to their work ethic that they've come into this bubble thing with kind of like the the nets in the sons, the two teams that both in both conferences that people just start shouldn't be there and I think that they kind of read those articles and and took that took the criticism and and took the talk of the chatter that was going around and just have channeled that into plane good basketball, and I don't think that you know at seven to know we can just call the the sons a joke. I mean they finally got de'andre eight. To go out there and play like the number one pick that he was He's playing great basketball and they've you know they've they've beaten everybody they put in front of them. So I think we can ignore them anymore and then like we talked about on Sunday the raptors keep playing and keep winning. They beat the bucks last night one, fourteen, one of six Your honest did not play but you know so that you know that's not a full buck squad but. Lowery Sergiy Baca and Vanfleet both sat out for the raptors. So that's what we talked about Sunday is the.

"So back to the Knicks I mean. How? Far Away using the Knicks are actually you know you gotta you don't really get. I don't see them. I. Think they're a good. Way, what do you think makes even in the best case scenario? Let's see fifty now. So if I lived, it'd be a hundred. Years. Hopefully, before I die, it's supposed to be that way. That's the conservative me Louis. I mean we're going in charge. You know well, at least they brought it. They run and Kenny pain we used to coach the lustrous Kevin Knox. So. doozy the Knicks another bombshell that the they dropped on draft day. Yeah. They're runaways ship I hopefully county and get step in and get some good things. Done I. Do Love Chebet Nickname. What do you feel about? The Knicks overall or at least headed in the right direction slowly. I don't know man I. Mean I'm very interested to hear about this higher and making Kenny pain. The. Associated head coach I mean that too. But does idea I mean I doubt it maybe he's never he he doesn't have a big. history with that guy. So that kind of confuses me I mean, obviously, there's like eight Kentucky players on the roster. So maybe they thought. you know having Kenny pain there to help Julius randle be the point guard that he is that that will help. But I just think it's another horrible decision and I don't know how this helps I mean what shouldn't a guy be able to hire his own staff isn't that why you hired him because you trust him and believe that he can bring his own staff. I mean it just kind of sounded like The team announced this and it just sounded like something that was you know cooked up by by rose or by you know somebody else it didn't really seem like I didn't see typical out there announcing bringing on his boy you know it just it kind of seems weird.

"Yeah I mean perhaps I'm on board with with the guys for sure wraps it can. Prove to be sort of a civil arden were something positive comes out of all the madness I respect the heck out of college. Football Marcus. I'm not as big for quite yet. I'm a massive MLB NBA NFL guy I respect the out of it. I. Loved I loved what you said though and trust me I was so eager now that I'm not I'm on board on this show these guys I was so pumped up and really gonNA dive into this fall so so I'm. Kind of pisses you gotTa surprisingly maybe it's a civil I. respect the heck out of these guys I don't need to turn on a game on Saturday like you know rutgers is one of our local teams and they'll have like you know one for down the half just getting their their their doors kicked in or like you said a Chattanooga Birmingham, you get some of these games where it's like it's fifty seven zero like you know two minutes left in the first the first half though if we can get like more of a murderer's row, where like need set in. Seventeen can wildcard their way to the Super Bowl. Maybe I'd like to see a a a a match up between two college teams that he's have three losses playing for the jets. So I liked that none of you know top-flight every darn game they play batch up I really liked that idea. I just I you guys brought out which just create a great The the the NCAA WE DON'T WANNA team winning national championship that has three losses but we can put team with five losses in a bowl game on New Year's Day. No. Probably. Got Five allstate sugar bowl don't worry about it. They travel. Trade routes. Yeah let's. Listen to. With five losses. That's good. But if you have no, he's three. Georgia three losses. To Alabama. Auburn. And Lsu, you can't play for the National Championship Okay I get it. It's happened to the early right. The last four years they've been left out of the College Football playoff because they've had one loss and it's like you know who cares we're twelve or you know ten eleven in one that's not a bad season and they should still shot to to participate but no one loss it's over. It's so dangerous just schedule like one or two heavyweights right away but it's like you're a boxer you WANNA fight against. Mike. Tyson, right to prove yourself. Well. So why should you be rewarded like six and a the dating? QUARTO lightweight. I Dunno I wanted NEOM tighten it up and I want to see them go toe to toe with the best every single game. All right. Hey, markets we gotta thank you for. Timber join us as weak and we welcome back hopefully in the near future. "Crystal ball they hold up in and whenever they win and have the power five conferences get together and say, no, we're going to do it our way we're going to reconstruct around our teams and we're GONNA together legitimate schedule within the five conferences you think is the chance for that to happen. I hope. So because I I I agree with Nathan regards to what he was saying about Alabama getting rid of Louisiana Lafayette's on schedule. Put the feet to the fire. You know these guys ambitions is to make to into professional ranks professional ranks. You've got a big time game every week there is no let up and so if they have an opportunity to all band together all the major power five and and set something up where you can have big time match up after big time match or at least. Every week is going to be a good game. You know I, it's not going to be Gimme. Think that'd be just the Cherry on the Sunday for the fans because there are times when I'm looking at the Tennessee scheduling, we're playing this donating I. Don't there's no reason for me to watch this. But if you know, Tennessee gets in a situation where they're playing you know the a USC or a Michigan or not you know on on a regular schedule and not in a bowl game. That's that's just an amazing situation for Fan to watch it becomes to fruition. So dance your question I hope if if the money is right, they'll do it. I think this is the time I mean If ever this was gonNA happen why not us the chaos that is ensued from this pandemic in the world of college football where we've got conferences dropping out other conferences, not knowing what they're doing I mean it just shows that there is no unified front and why not use this opportunity to make something good use this opportunity to make a positive and get rid of. The NCAA as a governing body. They're not a governing body obviously if they were, they would've had some sort of plan in place to kind of guide conferences into making these decisions but they they've done nothing per usual and it's time to get rid of them. This is this is when we can form these power conferences any teams that you know maybe maybe there's a way where you know teams show success like central Florida Had A couple of undefeated seasons maybe they can work their way up and join a big time conference and we can make these conferences. You know a little bit larger if we have to and and then just have a real big time football schedule where there's big time match ups every week I think the fans would love it. You know Y- this there's always been this kind of vision of team having to go. undefeated to win a national championship and I always think that's ridiculous because if you play a really good team at the beginning of the season, like all the Buckeyes did in twenty fourteen where they lost a Game Virginia Tech and that just You know made the team rally around their focus of winning the national championship and then they went on and ended up doing that by beating Alabama and then Oregon and the College Football playoff. That you know. NFL teams, they go into the playoffs and you know they're and seven, ten and six, twelve and four. They've got some losses who cares once you get into you know the play offs or if we can actually get like a tournament format like everyone's wanted eighteen sixteen team, whatever it may be. Just improves the product of college football and just makes it that much more of a valuable commodity and can maybe make a positive out of this if we can actually get these conferences and teams to break apart from the joke, that is the NCAA..

But this all comes back to the NCAA the sham of the NCAA organization who instead of really taking this bull by the horns and trying to have a unified front and have a unified decision that comes down from the top to kind of govern the rest of the guide, the rest of the conferences and their decisions. You know it's just kind of been here. Bam Bam Bam shooting from the HIP. You know one conference cancels another conference is trying to still play and it's just a disaster which we kinda foresaw. Anyway Right now with the ACC, the SEC in the big twelve but the only ones that have been canceled correct. We haven't heard from them yet correct I haven't heard anything about them. So I mean that's the other flipside of the coin Sadie Street conferences say, no, we're GONNA WE'RE GONNA. Push it out. We're GONNA do it. You know you're talking about the guys in Texas you're talking about the guys in the south you're talking about, Clemson, you talking about people who really love football football done how does that tarnish this? Really already I mean that's the one thing I would say if on the side of the people who wanna cancel or just give it up and get is a it would it be legitimate? National Championship even if the Big Ten and PAC twelve hadn't canceled given the factor only clean ten games be given the fact that a lot of the marquee matchups that we were looking for like USC Alabama and stuff weren't gonNA happen. Would there have been Asterik next is anyway saying. This was not a real season and your opinion you guys opinion we've started with markets and then Natan Alex would this have been? A real legitimate season even if they carried through on it. I mean it's it's up to the beholder. Anybody can put an astronaut on on craft don't like but if everybody. On the power five right that had legitimate shot of one national championship right in everybody decided. All right. I'm no the NC Double A.'s not going seven. We'll step in and this is what we're. GonNa do regards to the Games everybody's GONNA shake and we'll go hit it and everybody had it legitimate everybody in those power converse played then I I would say I'm not GonNa you. Know. Put an acid for food for somebody who wins if and when you know you have equal shot of all the major players involved. The problem is when you have to the five leave now it's kind of everybody's well, you didn't get the chance to to plan these. These guys didn't get a chance to play these guys. So that that's what tarnished. If for me f these in the ACC SEC, the big twelve still plays that they won't get all the the pertinent contenders that would. Stand. Up In in play for legitimate national championship. Yeah no I agree with Marcus tenfold I think that if they did get all of the power five to play a conference schedule I, think it would have been exciting I. Think we would have enjoyed You know having those every single weekend having a conference matchup I. Think it would have been Kinda cool and as we talked about on this show. A couple of weeks ago you know getting rid of the Louisiana Lafayette Versus Alabama game, I think was kind of enticing to me and You know instead of turn the TV on and having to be seventy, two seven and the fourth string quarterback out there. It was GONNA be some pretty tough competition and I think if you find your way through the SEC. Conference and you won the Sec Championship and earned your right to get to be You know the final four I think it would have been recognized as legitimate title I mean..

"Marcus, what do you think about the proposition of playing in the in the springtime? Considering football happened or write this off and let's come back in the fall of twenty twenty one if it looks like it's going to be that. I think. In my opinion, you'll see more opt-outs than anything I. Mean sure it can they do it? Yeah but. The major player knowing that if he's eligible for the draft and he knows that he can be you know first round second round third round pick. They might think twice in. So you have a lot of bona fide players that are the lifeblood of your team who's going to opt out in. So that's that's GONNA be. Granted, that's why the coaches go out and recruit. So you can have A. Up for such injuries and stuff like that. But you know you're waiting to see your favorite player and he's like I don't know about this this cova stuff there's too many uncertainties and I know that I can. Stay. In. Shape I can. Get a pretty good drastic stock. It's going to be hard for these kids to say no, so I do I think they have a spring season if they put the right heads in there and they actually use logic Yak do yeah. I think you can do it but will they have all the bona fide players that we wanna say I don't think so I don't think so at all. Think think it'd be a waste of time realizing you just gotTa write it off at that point in. And move on because it's just. Like you said too many moving parts to meet people opting out right. The thing with the team we were talking about this on Sunday because you know we were we were saying know, People Mike Disagree with us and I'm the first one they raised my hand and say I'm looking at this from a selfish point I was looking forward to you the college football season I. enjoyed every year we had some special stuff that was be going on. So the show alone we were a little upset about it but you know these are not. Fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen year olds eighteen to twenty three, twenty, four year old guys. If they weren't college, they'd be on their own as adults making a living for themselves. You know and as Peter Burns said on Sunday he said only forty five kids at that point had opted out of ten thousand kids that play college football.

"Players Jj Redick you might say is that a good Caribbean nowhere near his college career? So I mean we'll see what he will say i. just think that he's somebody that has to be developed We'll see what the coach down there can do with them to give him an all around game. You've gotta be able to do something from the outside a little bit more go. Batty pass the ball. He can rebound leap out of the gym but I still hold on his game especially when it comes to you know his conditioning and like I said, he's only only played thirty Games in college and only twenty games in in the pro so far and why they be coddling and now I I just don't I if if you really mystifies me. I don't I have no idea why he's I'm telling you man he he can only do what they let him do and I just sky's the limit for this kid man he can hit threes. He's got an outside jump shot. He's definitely better in the paint, but that's just because of the freakish ability he has we haven't seen somebody like this central Bronx came about I mean. Somebody who started at eight, hundred, seventy pounds, two hundred and eighty pounds maybe and has a forty one inch vertical leap I mean the guys just a freak athlete and I hope they. They put the pieces around him and as far as do players in the NBA. Yeah, you know Michael Jordan may have gone North Carolina but do pumps guys into the pros every year Brandon Ingram pretty solid. you know they've got my They've got guys that are that are playing ball I mean let chain fatty wasn't the greatest player in NBA history but God play for fourteen years. They've got tons of dudes in the league they just haven't had that breakout player and. It's GonNa be him and RJ.
