"Gun shots and one indiscernible sound right? One media was reporting 15 total shots. Yeah. So you know, I can't tell whether that first sound. You know, when I was listening to that back and forth, that's a lot different than clear. Yeah. Well, how many deputies fired? Well, see, That's it. We don't know. And I was trying to trying to get a complete answer, but I believe that deputies Gun magazine holds 10 rounds on. I'm sure I'm going to get corrected on this pretty quickly, but I I'm going off of memory. Andi, I'm not sure if that's correct or not, because I was trying to piece this together. If there were 14. That means two had to have been shooting because I don't think you've got 14 or 15 rounds in one magazine on a deputy's gun. Trying to figure that one out and But I will tell you that I did have a one on one conversation with Lieutenant Braden Dean from the sheriff's Homicide bureau who's investigating this and he told me, you know, kind of what led up to these events. Deputies from South Los Angeles station Observed our individual in question. Writing a bicycle near 1/10 Street and Bud Long Avenue. They observed him commit vehicle code violations on that bike. And they meant to make a traffic stop of that individual. By the time they were able to safely conducted, you turn in attempt to contact that individual. He had discarded the bike and began to run north bound on Bud Long Avenue. They lost sight of him momentarily and then Saw the individual again on 1 0/9 place around the 1200 block, at which time the deputy's stop their vehicle and one of the deputies on the passenger side got out. One of the deputies exit the passenger side of the car and made contact with him, at which time a fight ensued. He struck the deputy one time in the face and then dropped a jacket that he was holding. In his other hand, Once he dropped that jacket, the deputy clearly see a black semiautomatic handgun fall out of that jacket. At which time the individual made a motion down towards the firearm that was on the ground and a deputy involved. Shooting occurred. That was what was different from last night's press conference because I was listening back to the press conference with, uh, Brandon Dean, and all, he says, is that the jacket had been dropped. But and then said a deputy involved shooting happened and that the critical part that was missing was sort of. Why what happened to you know to get the deputies to fire at which time the individual made a motion down towards the Firearm that was on the ground.

"It's official soon for California. It is the banana splits, and every week we check in with our war correspondents on the front lines off the crazy culture shenanigans that is California. No. Her Jennifer Horn right now, Jennifer. Sometimes it feels like we're living in a very strange dream. Last snow globe like a peculiar slow globe. What did you dream last night Shared? What was your dream about? You had you had a doozy, right? Oh, yeah, it was. It was incredible. So go to sleep. You know, as you do normally, after a pretty mike Lyndall my pillow on my mike Lyndall my pillows my neck fuels. Immaculate. Um, I was going to sleep, and I had a dream where For some reason, everybody here at the station, The staff received an invitation to the funeral of Dr Jill Biden. Famous neuroscientist, famous neuroscientist, and we all went and we were sitting in this pew in what was a rec center. There was maybe 25 people there in a rec center for doctors, all social distancing. Amen. At the start of it. There was an interpretive dance. Well, of course it wasn't You see, it wasn't it wasn't it was it was just it was one of my classmates in high school is a dream. After all, there's this interpretive dance. For some reason, Dr G. This just ticked you off. You were so man is an interpretive, dance, funny nose, and you didn't want to be there in the first place. So you got up and you said, What is this? I That's good. That's not a dream. That's reality. I felt like I was like 5 ft. Tall, I just shrunk down. I was like, Oh, my God, it's full time. So there is something in my dream Last night was I was saying, you know, this is going to say this with Eugen minds. I was. I was hanging out with Sean Connery in his prime in an exclusive kind of Victorian era hotel in Central Europe. That's a great dress. I've got an excuse. I take drugs and Clara Queen, but sad doesn't have an excuse. He doesn't take it and I had another dream Jane, as I was waking up from my reverie. The California won a case about the second Amendment. Was that a game? Not a dream. Whoa. How about this? I mean, this is actually like I said to you in the internal in our last segment together, there are good things happening in the right way is coming around people in California even though there were and they're there. Hippy sandals, and they're holding their Starbucks lots. It's sinking in for people, and this is a great story. So the San Francisco ninth U. S Circuit Court of Appeals, you know about that, but my circus. This was the ninth exactly overturn California's ban on large capacity gun magazines. I feel like it went into effect about a year ago. High capacity Gun magazine. If you don't know is one that holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition. Now this was a tutto Walt decision. The appeals court said that the ban violates the second Amendment. Do you think the author But the opinion was actually an appointee of Donald Trump. This is why this election matters kids because Donald Trump and say what you will about Mitch McConnell. Sometimes you love them. Sometimes you don't. He's no one thing to his credit. He's yes, he's he knows the importance of influencing the court system and by getting Donald Trump to appoint all of those vacancies that Obama just left flying in the wind. Trump's putting judges onto these courts to even things out a bit. So what happened is in this opinion by Judge Kenneth Lee. He said that California law substantially burns the right to amend self defense. Why, well, because this ban makes a criminal for California's toe actually own. Magazines that comes standard in guns like Glocks or Berettas. Yeah, that are just well, we can't own those air. You kidding? Air 15, although that was a year ago to evil looking Yeah, And it's a scope, he says that was so sweeping that half of all magazines in America would now be unlawful toe own in California. That's a problem And so he struck this one down. This is a huge win, and by the way, as soon as this announcement came out, it was, I think last Friday when the decision was made The lines at gun stores. Love people were stocking up on the mic Go. Thanks. That's the Maga effect. Look, and this is one of those issues that even if you may not like what President Trump says, or what he tweets. If you value your second Amendment, then there's a clear choice here. Do you want better or Rourke determining what of guns or what kind of protection you have in your home? Or do you want Donald Trump to Dio is the embodiment. Of why these things happen because you never give up even on California and she holds that torch high. Follow her right now. Jennifer Horn onto the host of the morning ants in the General Don Sean am 5 90 am 8 70 The answer. Also with crn talk dot com Jennifer Last thing I have to talk to you about. When we told what we told every single day. That there's no such thing as vote of fraud in America. Oh, yeah, no Such thing. It's like Antifa. They don't exist in Portland. He didn't get his head beat and by by people on the street No, no, no, that stuff That's just an illusion. Well, we now have bribe a dotcom reporting my body. Joel Pollack. He's great. Oh, Joe's great voter fraud. Colon man arrested in Los Angeles. For voting three times as his dead mother, Cesar Peter Abou Tin, charged with felony counts off fraud in connection with his 67 year old mother who died and then he voted on her behalf. Thrice. Yep, um, how did that happen? You know it is. So this is maybe one of the most frustrating issues that I'm watching unfold and the news media is handling of. It is a disgrace because what they're doing is they're taking really issues the integrity of our vote and they're conflating multiple things together to try to make it look like Donald Trump doesn't want you to go cast your vote in the upcoming election. They're taking problems within the state and problems were building up brand new infrastructure for universal mail in ballots. They're conflating that with pre existing problems with the post office to try to hang it around Round the neck of Donald Trump, which is such a lie. But for those people who say that President Trump was lying that there is no such thing as voter fraud, or that conservatives who care about these issues are lying. Here is a perfect example. And it's one of many in L. A and in Southern California this guy from Norwalk, as you mentioned pretended to be his mother in three different elections between October 2012. And November 2014 In each of these elections, he claimed to be his mother, who died back in 20 in 2006. Now there are hardly ever And there's hardly ever an instance where voter fraud charges were actually filed in L, a county. But this one was so out there because they were able to use the mothers that death record, Teo to prosecute this guy. This is only the latest story a story a couple of weeks ago that came out Was that Democrats and this it gets buried, said it's just swept under the rug. And if not, for a few brave local media reporters that actually tell these stories, you would never hear them. There were a group of a group that was funded by Democrats in California who's going out with cash. They were going out with money to homeless people on Skid Row and offering them money in exchange for their vote in the last election in 28. Now, you couple that with the fact that California has a big motor voter problem where they're they're registering. Anybody who goes into the D. M V can register and get a driver's license and you could get registered to vote. Now they give illegals driver's licenses in the state of California. And every time those people register, there is a large percentage of them. Two thirds. I think of the motor voter registrations were given to illegal immigrants. You have those people floating around on the voter rolls. And then you have Alex buddy, who's our secretary of state who never cleans up the voter rolls and lets all of these dead people sit there. People who have moved out of state and never offers to clean them up. I can tell you I bought my grandparent's house. I lived here and I got a ballot for my grandfather and I did the right thing. After he died, I tore it up and I threw it away. But how often is this happening? T people.

"And gear we are starting to see more and more manufacturers like well like Glock and many others make carbine rifles. They shoot the same caliber as a handgun. So David the marine base. Got my dad and grandfather used to have a little game to determine which one was more cheap. And my dad liked having a handgun and a rifle that shot the same caliber not for convenience. But because he was cheap cheap works. Yeah. Actually, the concept of a rifle chambered for the pan gun round is an old idea. Boy, you could even argue it goes back to the days of the Flint walk in the and whatnot because as a forty five caliber ball. Yeah. But in a more modern times, like, you know, the old west, you know, their rifles often chamber for the same round their handgun not because they're cheap up because it was convenient. You know, you don't have to stock different calibers for different guns. You know, you have one. That you have well that was very convenient. Well, and if you're a hand loader, it it actually comes in handy too because you don't have to load for a different caliber for a different gun. Right. And it just makes it easier all the way around and like say an old concept that is kind of found renewed interest. You know, right now because the three fifty seven forty four how they had love racks is made for those for quite a while. But recently, what is starting to that'd be a boom almost no pun there. But. You know, the pistol caliber carbines, a semi automatic Carpi mostly nine millimeter. Not only did the same round working, either gun magazine will fit either gun and that really can be. Yes, my dad did not see that day passed away before that kind of innovation came along. But if you have a look at our video, we try out some pistol caliber carbines and demonstrate just how handy it is to have one. Well, we had two of the three most popular ones. We have the Celtics. Didn't they accept rifle two thousand it actually folds in half which withholding Holden half? Yes. It does. And it's really cool. The other guys we had was the fairly new Rooker IPC with pistol caliber carby, and that doesn't fold in half. What it takes apart into two pieces. So it's very easy to to store into carry and the one advantage with the being is it's easier to shoot well user shoot accurately, and we kind of tested that out in the video. How how long did it take the hit at twenty five plate with a handgun versus how long does it? Take to hit it with the Carvey. Have a look at the videos O, okay dot com, pistol caliber carbons, and then you might want to ask our good friends over h h shooting sports, if you know if you're interested in getting one or upgrading to one speaking about grades. "And so it's not like, I think the Clintons want this to be swept under the rug. But as long as people are speaking up, they can't ignore. Yeah. And if we're looking for Russian collusion, it seems to be everything keeps pointing back to the Clintons. Right. You know, the whole deal is the rainy and one was the Russians wanted to purchase uranium one. So they could control twenty percent of our uranium interests. We wouldn't control them anymore. And so we were essentially through Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration, you know, transferring over our control Raynham, which is used to build. Somebody's knocking at my door. Sorry in the middle of a radio interview. Maybe a package for Christmas or something. I don't know. Or it could be somebody who doesn't like my investigative rewarding. There could be could be rating your place there. Yeah. Well, I always say, you know, thank goodness. I'm a former gun magazine editor or I would be pretty much afraid to. So so you know, how to handle yourself? Well, let's let's talk with this uranium one thing. And and educate our listeners for what this whole thing was about you had the the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton the secretary of state, we're giving preferential treatment to the Russians to buy up at least twenty percents of our uranium, right? Okay. We'll go further what what what all of this entail. Well, what happened was the Clintons orchestrated donations? One of them was from Iranian ones. A chairman who uses family foundation to make four donations totaling two point three five million to the Clinton foundation and overall a total of one hundred forty five million in donations was given to the Clinton foundation, and then re interpretation for that Hillary approved the sale of this uranium one to a Russian company and at the same time. I believe we had Bill Clinton going. Over there making speeches in Russia for twice what he normally would get for speech. That's right. It all seemed very too coincidental. And and we know that he's not that much demand because they doing this tour with him and his wife, and it's bombing. So I mean, it's hard to justify how we get that much money from the Russians when nobody even in Canada wanted to see him. Yeah. I mean, it's really apparent that. There was a quid pro quo going on but the Clintons, and we'll try to cover up and say, oh, no, we're really popular. Oh, really? And you're only getting six dollars seat for your you know, speaking to that you guys are doing right now. Yeah. Well, the Russians want their money back. I'm sure they think that this is this is this is not the they've got screwed. But if this was a quid pro quo forgiveness uranium deal. Then all of a sudden makes sense. I mean, what I'm trying to say is if if Bill Clinton can't fill a hall in in Toronto, or wherever the heck this was then it wouldn't make much sense that he would be able to pack them in in Moscow or wherever the heck he was talking yet. He got twice as normal rate for a speech. So there's bound to be something deeper as to why he got all the money. Yeah. There is a quid pro quo and it just comes down to Kenya. Technically, you know, convince the jury, you know, if this ever does go to trial, can you convince a jury that it was an or this was you know, it just happened to turn out that way. But the problem is you're never going to get the Clintons in front of a jury. You know, they're too smart or too crafty. And they know if they ever do in front of peer in front of a jury they're going to get nailed. All right. This guy. Justin Cooper, who was the whistle blower or this a second one right now is this guy had his house. Rated Justin Cooper. I don't know about him and his house raided but he's off also been treated suspiciously. Who was the person that had his house rated that is Dennis Nathan Kane. A former FBI contractor, okay? Then how did he know about the Clinton foundation? What what did he have on them? Well, you know, he just came into it when he was doing investigations for the FBI. Okay. So he's a contractor the FBI at hired much like they had hired Christopher Steele until they fired him. But this guy was doing actually investigation into the Clinton foundation. He found out some stuff he turned it over to the FBI and then instead of going after the Clinton foundation, they seem to be going after him. Yeah. It's really shady, and it should terrify any, you know, regular American that if you're not necessarily going to get that protected whistle blower status. You know, where you you are safe from having your home searched and sees you know, it's a violation of his fourth amendment. Yeah. Well, what what's has? He has. He spoken out about this yet. Yes. He actually appeared on Sean Hannity show a few days ago, and I remember correctly. I watch too much TV. I think they darkened space. So you couldn't recognize him. But you could you could hear him talking. But we know his name though, right? Yeah. So I'm not real sure what the whole meaning of that was maybe just doesn't wanna be familiar. So you know, when he goes places, people don't attack. They don't shout them down or run them at a restaurant like Sarah Sanders is something. Well, well, we're is this is the FBI said what they were doing. I mean, do we any insight into what they may be up to? Well, we should be finding out because the outrage has just been huge. You've got Senator Chuck Grassley calling for, you know, answer you've got the attorney for Kane calling for what the, you know, the warrant said in order to get it in attorney thinks that he didn't even say he didn't even tell the court that he wasn't whistle blower. And if if not that's a very serious violation. All right. Well, we appreciate your following. This people can follow you. It's stream dot org and to make it simple for them. We have a link at philvalentine dot com under show prep. She's our expert of the day.
