"We are of one mind on that. One matt in acton massachusetts hey fellas. I was pleasantly surprised with what i got from. Jalen wallin week one although he was on my bench. Should i roll with him over. Marvin jones this weekend. So just to talk about the matchups here. Real quick Jalen wattle is at home against the buffalo bills. Marvin jones is at home. Also but he is against the denver broncos fair where the value is there. Where would you go. would you go. Waddell nj i. I'm probably going to look to marvin jones. Just because i love everything he did. We watched that ball. Corinne when derek carr through it to willie snead and fly up in the air down around the go on. Trevor lawrence had another missile in short area and marvin jones Brought it in. Marvin jones was was not the leading receiver for this team but he was the most successful receiver. He got openly. Gave rookie quarterback i a lot of options at the other receivers gidon. I think I think marvin jones is. The is the com- veteran influence for lawrence. And you know look. They threw the ball in the fifties. They're gonna throw the ball a great deal jacksonville. We know he's gonna sling. I think marvin jones's have been officially of that. Miami has a lot of ways they can win in what should be a slugfest with the buffalo bills. I'm gonna go with marvin jones. Yes close for me as well. Although i think i will side with you and jones over wall and and you know again i maybe i shouldn't be talking about jalen waddell because i did not like him in the free draft process. I did not like him during camping season. And quite frankly it's still not. I'm sold on it but i did like marvin jones as far as the value goes. I'm gonna go with jones over waddell as well moving on travis in swansboro north carolina. How daring is on my part. If i stick. Kyle pitch this week in favor of rob gronkowski guy so this is interesting. So pits kinda quiet Opening week picks and gronkowski play each other this week. That game is in tampa. Farrell is going to be picked. Where's it going to be gronk for you. Everything fell apart for kids in week. One because of the wasted team played around him but he's still called for balls and he's going to continue to be a force in that offense they've got to have this deliver. There's so many delivers down in Tampa the football world now. Talking about The excellent receivers that. The buccaneers have antonio brown may be the best that seems to be. The narratives is coming from all football. People's let's take a look how Playing a game that Going up against a stellar defense. Let's see if ryan can get him. The ball and i think your play here gronkowski Because of nothing but the fact that there's only one football on the tampa side of the field can you sometimes. Not every week is going to be thirty point weeks but you know what if you've got this problem you've got these players. You got a pretty good situation so maybe you should find someone else to put on the bench and the f. Fcc you need to play both these guys make yeah. Yeah and that would be my advice as well with the premium for sure. If you can't find a way to do it. I still think you play pits over gronk for a lot of the reasons i remember you know. Atlanta should be throwing a ton this game. This could be a big piss game. Not sure if it'll be a big gronkowski game two weeks in a row. Final email tonight. Eddie and southfield michigan. I believe a familiar emailer to this show he writes dear bulky and of loving jameis..

If you're an art collector with a spare seventy million lying around a rembrandt says on may be out of your reach. But you just might be able to score yourself. A lesser van gogh picasso or like someone last week. You own your own people digital montage. Oh you've never heard of people that's okay. He's not one of those guys. They teach art history class. Which makes it all the more remarkable one of his electronic art pieces just sold at auction at christie's for nearly seventy million dollars even though it only exists in pixels is the third highest price ever commanded by a living artist. According to the new york times people is a digital artist from south carolina. Whose given name. Is mike thirteen years. He's created a drawing every day. This was also the first time christie's sold a piece of digital only artwork. It was purchased with the cryptocurrency ether. Another first for christie's something tells me you won't be the last either. So you're probably wondering why in the world someone would pay seventy million dollars for a pack a reproducible. Virtual file right. Something you can't touch or even hang on your wall. yeah. I know. That's what i was wondering. Turns out every day is is in just another pretty j. peg. "Since i've been gone we had jack sell his first tweet. We've had taco bell get into the nfc game gronkowski get into the nfc game. Jack's i tweet going up for sale via sent was particularly divisive. You some people asking why jack. Why especially those who feel that. Nfc's are just the second coming of icao's and then on the other hand you had people like justin son who were bidding it into the millions of dollars now. In terms of that specific. I tweet ever. Jack said that he's going to donate all the proceeds through give directly. But it's really brought up a lot of questions. There are certainly the questions of why anyone would want to own tweets but there are also questions of intellectual property and who has the ability to minton. Nf t melting d'humieres tweeted. Here's a question. People keep token izing my tweets. Nfc's how does someone else monetize in my twitter feed helped me in any way as a creator genuinely perplexed adding to this is the title acquisition by square so basically square announced that it was acquiring title. Which is the musicians. First streaming network started by jay z among others as part of the deal jay z. Was going to join the square board many speculated that in fact an f. ts were a part of it. like sullivan. Wrote a piece on coin desk arguing. That and i want to read a quick excerpt. Why does a mobile wallet want to own this property. In part the customer acquisition strategy for cash app has been through influencers in the hip hop community including by giving out bitcoin to followers. This is a massive leveraged growth. Hack square is buying a unique go to market strategy. Also getting a lot of artists has customers who are in essence running small businesses being a small business banking alternative square. Well positioned to one bank. In monetize the creators and to then use the voice of the creators to grow adoption of square itself putting the royalty at six on chain and turning those into a liquid market connected into decentralized finance is a pretty large paradigm shift. You could own the royalty stream you could collateral. Is it to take out a loan. You could stake it as an object that allows you some governance rights you could create a portfolio or basket of various creative objects and turn them into an index that generates dividends you could love her index and downside protection and so on so there continues to be a lot of interesting exploration. I've got a slew of pr announcements about famous people. Doing nfc's in my inbox right. Now and fascinating lead the boil. The ocean fudd crowd has now taken firm site at and t's saying that they are basically evil in that anyone who does crypto. Art should be bullied on twitter. "Three grand or more on tempurpedic sealy's or stearns and foster mattress box spring and or adjustable base. They get their money back. This is tantamount one which is pretty incredible. The actual bet that he placed on the game. the biggest bet he put. It was the biggest place this year on the super bowl. He he plays three point. Four six million dollars on the bucks plus three and a half points that three and a half. that's nice friendly side of the key number there that's excellent Lying if he's if he put three point four six town how much how much ever get back or is that between him and the casino. It'd be right around there because that's just that's not. That's not like odds right. Yeah he didn't take tampa straight up. If he'd done that he would have collected even more but plus points just hit. You're going to get the casinos gonna take it. And he's going to basically doubles as many more or less damnak again living living the life that other people wish they could mattress mack. What did you do. Established a an empire based on sleep and sex. Right comfortable sleep sex. That's really what mattress. Mack established his entire career on and now he just gets to gamble on sports in public to sounds great. This is an amazing life. Yeah the on how football gambling was different this year. Like yeah it was all like it was very difficult to predict what the really really funny thing is. That like statistical models actually held up really. Well which is bizarre. Like i think vegas had a harder time with then most like computer power. Rankings did and human gamblers. I assumed just got wiped out but it was it was weird like computer rankings. Just cut through all the weird garbage. Which makes you wonder how much the weird garbage matters like lookout weird. The season was and all the bizarre factors would never had before. Look who wanted alabama and tom brady and lebron james. Only that computers are in charge so like all the stuff we spent like. Oh man this is different. This is going to change that notes. Not nothing changes anything. We control the horizontal changes. Anything we controlled. Vertical that tom brady hitting passes in the flat. It's probably a good idea to throw it a rock. It's just just throwing that out. Bobby bob yeah. Can i tell you he did a promo with lift. Whereas driving around with a this shitty wig on which i have to say rob gronkowski with the shitty wig. On some oakley's totally looks like somebody would live in tampa and he was driving around tampa picking people up and saying things like. Yeah man i just wanna make. I just wanna meet rob gronkowski and you know he would take them off ago. Oh you just did. And the best part of this ad is that every time every time that rob gronkowski takes the wig off and says oh you just met rob gronkowski. He sounds surprised. Like like rob gronkowski behind the camera. So that it is rob gronkowski. It seems due to him every time. Either he's one of the most convincing actors alive or he forgot the bit every single time. Which one do you think it is. I have by suspicious. you've seen the anecdote about The gronkowski household when he was a child right or that was that was christian which one christian story which anecdote. There's several well. The one that stuck with me was that they have. I think they said they put. It was either five beds or five matt was five king beds in three aircraft like two or three bedrooms. Yeah and they just sort of like. Nobody had a room. It was just sort of like big big bronx. Just pass out wherever they do. Yeah and that's just how they lived. Perpetually yeah there was also They go through. They went through. What was it twenty gallons of milk. It was as soon as all the boys moved out. The dad was like replace replacing. The hot tub. As soon as i can rubbing a like a college dining hall include spent like six hundred dollars a week just on groceries. I asked him what it was like. He looked at me and said total hell. Yeah this horrible. From chris jones. The story was that Esquire there was a story I today about cross mom who also went through total like it was her job to handle the logistics of five boys who played like nine sports and one of them is like weren't even cellphones. I literally don't know how. I tied wires to all of them and they just like line across long long long rings poll on the gold one and be like. That's rob. just pull on them. Come home at burmese. Airports announce your flight. What they do is they put a sticker on your chest like slap a sticker on your chest and they come around and if you're wearing that color they just pull you onto the plane. The gostkowski hausky household had to be color your head to be color coordinated stickers where she was just like yeah go grab per you mean rob purple whatever holly why not both oh icy wind up both mind Imagine running a golden corral the gronkowski's come down the hatches. Is Tom Brady now the greatest team sport athlete ever?

"Who is the greatest athlete of all time to debate. That i saw again and again on social media today after tom brady won another super bowl. Mvp super bowl ring. He does again at the age of forty three and this might be as most impressive super bowl victory yet. And i don't even know how you have. That discussion in the big picture to be honest is like where. What are you basing it on is the number of championships is it. The number of mvp's is it. How levick you are It could be you know you can dismiss some guys because they're part of a team sport versus individual where it's one hundred percent of that person that drives a success like that's probably a i mean. It's an apples and oranges thing as well different sports. I don't even know how ya how you could ever come up with that. certainly james. Tom brady is very much in that discussion. Now here's the. Here's the issue. Stevie with tom brady being you know the certainly certainly the greatest quarterback of all time okay. Let's go with that all right. Let's go hands down greatest guy to play that position seven championships multiple. Mvp's multiple wins games. All that stuff. So i think he's the greatest quarterback but but if you if you were on that same team with tom say prior to the tampa and you're on the six superbowls and you know another player on that team another quarterback of course but so so. Where does that leave you. You know if you're if you're a middle linebacker going or gronkowski on. Hey i want six. There is that what is that. What the qualifiers. To be the greatest of all times. I was there. I wouldn't six so the the football kind of funny for me to pick to pick a player that has a completely different position in hockey. For example everyone you know you got a bunch of forwards bunch of skaters know and they award them bill norris trophy for defense and all that stuff and so hockey. I think you can figure out who. Who's greatest of all time because you're comparing apples to apples there. So that that's a bit of an issue for me to single dot saying you're the greatest of all time again again because there'd be other guys who played on that team who won super bowl championships you know it's just an interesting position to because everything goes to the quarterback it's such a unique position your guiding the ship. You're the leader of the team on and off the field. It's such a unique position that in team sports is not really another comparison in my opinion the other sport that i could compare that to where where i think. You're singling out a position player. So i don't think you can call them the greatest football player of all time. It's quarterback baseball right. You can get an you. Get an ace pitcher. Okay on a on team of course and if you said okay well he's he's the greatest baseball player of all time. And you're going to wait. Wait a minute wait a minute. I'm i'm sammy sosa over here. Okay right what do you mean. I'm where i'm pete rose there. I'm i guess pizza name wouldn't be in there anymore. You know what i mean. So bad is gonna wait. Wait a minute here. Game Show Hosts (MM #3587)

"The with kevin mason because of the covid nineteen pandemic more and more. Tv networks are turning to game shows to kind of fill in the spaces that regularly scheduled programs that fit in. Because let's be honest. It's easier to do a game show. You don't need as many people and it's a whole lot cheaper to produce. Sometimes i've noticed lately that game show hosts are people whose names we may know. Name that tune has jane gronkowski joel. Mchale was doing one of the game shows on abc as elizabeth banks.

And we've got leslie. Jones doing a version a supermarket. Sweep i have no problem with actors doing game shows but it's so different having them. They don't seem comfortable. What Is the Patriots' Plan at Tight End?

What Is the Patriots' Plan at Tight End?

"Second question i had foil is regarded. These tight ends that they drafted in the third round as a fan of them. Going after two tight ends. Because i just. I was hoping that it was going to go back to the kind of offense like nam doesn't gronk were your and it. Obviously that isn't happening but it's almost it's almost like a redshirt of the two of them. This year. I think they have one. Catch combines the between the two of them was going into the season with them. So limited on getting offensive snaps. Was that planned or was it more based on their health or was it more based on that this belgian just wasn't seeing what he thought he was gonna see leading up to the draft. Stop yeah i well i think number one you earn and sort of what you see on the practice field. You know ossie was okay to start camp I would see either of them. Blue anybody away. And i know there have been some injury issues but i don't really think that's been much of a factor i mean you know you look at back in two thousand and ten when they had gronkowski and hernandez people kind of forget that hernandez was the one who hit i him he was he was a decent part of the offense from the gecko that year. We're gronk was really more a blocking tight. End do a little bit. By the end of the season he was catching touchdown passes and becoming more of a force and so guys have their own path. And it's all brian what they show how they get the offense how they execute stuff like that from people that i've talked to around the team. It just with devon. Aw siasi good for about two weeks and then tom for every nfl rookie. There comes a point in time when they realized the. Nfl is hard that these guys are good. That the coaches are tough that being a pro and having to wake up every day and do a day after day and sore body and all this stuff like it sets in like it's a profession and some guys look at it like You know. I'm not having a whole lot of fun anymore. This was like when you know when. I went to rutgers and i was playing on the baseball team. You know my second. I could come back from his hand surgery. I had but i really wasn't having that much fun anymore in kind of wanted to be more of a college kid so alice sort of left the game but these guys they realize it's it's a profession in some of them rise. Some of them love it some of them rise in say okay. I like this i can. I can meet the challenge and push through and some guy sort of shrink in from people i've talked to. That's been siasi. Here has not been a lot of mental toughness behind the scenes. I think you can see some of it in his play on the field in terms of just as body language when he's on the field donkey i think he has more of a chance. I think the consensus. And i know. Albert brewers working on something about ballot. Check in his drafting. And i think he's gonna talk about these titans because we've been chit chat and back and forth The past couple of days but about how like everybody says like dalton kimes overdrafted Qian's been almost like a big puppy where he's kind of all over the place and you think he wants to be there. I think he loves football. So i don't really worry about him. It's when he's going to get it. And i think once he gets it and he gets his role and they create more of like a crash jensen type of role for him. I think he's gonna flourish. And i think he's going to be a weapon for this team. Aussie i don't know what kind of future i don't know if he has any future here to tell you the truth and i think the patriots Fell into a trap. And i don't know if this was by design or just bella check being bell check. But what tom we're not idiots they certainly are idiots. We all knew the deal at receiver in tight end and so for belgium to come out of this draft trade out of the first round. Give up like a kenneth murray or whatever you wanted to do there and then take three defensive guys would your first three picks like when there were tight ends. Probably that you had rated higher there that you just passed on and all of a sudden you're scrambling it looked like to get off siasi and dalton keen like. That's problematic and to me. It illustrates sort of the personnel problems that they've had last four five

"Right and that's hard right. That's been hard for me. As what can i let go of. We awful lot of things that maybe are old business model things that you know trail behind us. Physicists hard to say goodbye so we have to think about that too. Have you had to let go of anything. I guess letting go of having to do you know. Thinking the mindset of in person podcasts. One thing you let go of absolutely dad. And there's it's been another thing ethic. It's kind of funny because i've actually wearing headsets. Might might video games like ten years ago but we. We started to get into new markets with our product in enriched demographics. One of them actually is the video game. it's a sport after all. It's kind of hard for a rapper. head around they. It's a sport but we also realize that most people are sitting at home right now gaming and we actually make a bottle that it doesn't sweat so your hands are gonna stay dry while you're gaming. They're not going to get cold. It's actually ob- super easy to open and it's not going to spill and it also blends he's powders at all. These gamers are using now for energy focus. So it's a perfect perfect bottle for gaming another thing that we kind of stumbled upon because we had this extra time and we said hey what is everybody doing right now. And what they were doing was the other gaming and they're watching. Tv different movies. So we try to figure out a way to reset demographic and it's so far we've been pretty successful with it. "gronkowski" Discussed on The Unbeatable Mind Podcast with Mark Divine

"You've probably heard that gronkowski name is part of a kind of a famous football family. Five brothers who all went in the nfl. It right chris off brothers afire brothers were in the besides the oldest brother gordie. He actually a little too scared to play. Football ended up playing baseball instead. Did he play professional baseball. Yeah he went to college that he ended up getting drafted late but he was the minor leagues for a while and was drafted. Credible athletic team. I can't wait to learn more about it. And so chris you're also a so you played in the nfl. I see for the cowboys. The bronx and the colts in then. Then you transition into entrepreneurship and have developed a product and a business around that you're on shark tank so you've met one of my heroes mark. Cuban mark cuban cuban a trip and he's been in the news a little bit lately of yeah. Ding in the small business ministrations payroll protection plan. Rightfully so i look forward to talking about all that. But i tell you what i had a number of. Nfl players on the show and and also had a few nfl players in the past as coaches for myself at program and the reason they work so well is because the mindset of the nfl player has similarities to the mindset of an elite warrior. There are some differences obvious the risk levels but by the best of the nfl players are really like the best of the seals right and they they just just different. And it's interesting to talk about that because in one of my principles and i don't know if you share this is that everybody can do that. Everybody can be enough if you're giving the raw material and anybody could be a navy seal again given the raw material. It's just what you do with your time and your put. Where do you put your focus. And how do you develop yourself and you know how do you essentially create those conditions. So that you're worthy of even being looked at and to be given the shot you know what i mean. So it's it's cool for people to recognize that all of us started somewhere right. I even a navy seal started with his first set of push ups. I'm sure that you had a similar thing. You didn't have to go in and nfl you could. You could have been lazy shit and had nothing. I had no chance at the nfl. But you weren't right and there's a reason that you weren't anyways so let me get off my little soapbox there tell us about the early years. What was it like growing up with four brothers and this was your father football. Nfl guy to or you hockey playing you played in college. He didn't make it to the nfl level. Use actually us. When he was young oldest brother he had when he was twenty three years old and up in the middle of five boys and are five big boys and die l. super competitive out appearance on us to get outside. They just wanted us to get all that energy out because it was a lot it was it was a four bedroom house. Five boys bunk beds. The whole deal. If you're also that house on the block bet. All of our friends came to so it wasn't very and this is buffalo. Margaret glass was supposed to Three friends as well so we owe everyday day. Be ten to fifteen kids over and it was all about your plan. Sports in the backyard in the basement and every day ended up in a fight is well. That's awesome buffalo. New york tough kids get through one of those winners. Or you have to go through those winners. Every year man out for us it was awesome. It was forty degrees out osborne shorts. A warm out and we just Our our parents taught us hard. Work is really what it came down to a lot of people ask how to afford you. Make it to the nfl. In the fifth one go onto also play. Professional it really. It was earned every single thing that you had north. America's number handed us anything. We got scholarships. A lot of kids will get a free car a car and all that even at that point. It was still if you want a car. You're buying a car if you want to go to college. You're paying for college so you better get that scholarship a mess you wanna pay so we're always kind of Raise that we were gonna get what we deserved in that was it. We weren't gonna ever have handouts no matter what even when my parents didn't My dad he's he's he's an entrepreneur as well to job when you're younger but once it got to the point where they could give us whatever we wanted it was still you guys have to earn it. Were not just handed you anything and still to this day. It's the same way. Did you have any like milestone moments or that you think helped solidify that kind of attitude or your drive as a kid. I mean i had a few moments that you know. I've shared in some of my books. Were i had a run in with cancer and it wasn't cancer. It was a mistake like misdiagnosed. And told i had six months to that was a defining moment for me and i almost killed myself one by tripping over a garbage can and driving a wooden stick like through the roof of my mouth. You know all these things made me really strong. A navy seal influence my childhood. So did you have any defining moments like that that could be. I think my defining moment really was actually when when my brothers went on and got scholarships older brother gordie i in baseball. They're brother dan and at that point it was almost like a young. This is kind of a trend throughout my whole life but at that point was know these guys did it. Why can't i do it I was also the smallest the shortest in the family. But i knew there still a chance in the end. They gave me hope so that that was huge latte transfer later on in life as well because they all got drafted up into the point that i was my turned out. It was actually my my younger brother. Rob who attracted before me in the same draft you. I went undrafted so at that point it was okay. You'll same thing where in my life. It was the determination. If you want it in the back of your mind you wanna have a chip on your shoulder. All three of your brothers including one of a beer younger brother get drafted out before you. Then you go undrafted to that f. l. interesting see how that'd be motivating v. The only album didn't here for the rest of my life. Was you know what happened to you. Why did the rest of your whole family make it. in know right. Didn't get what what was wrong. And that was the one question. I didn't wanna hear over and over and over. It definitely drove me to a whole 'nother level. That's pretty cool. What was some of the internal dialogue that you.

"When foles when the super bowl the quarterback coaches I yeah I just talked to Nick foles got all the plsy really light and all the plays he really hated I throughout all the plays he hated as I guarantee your radio runs up and you like every time but I can guarantee. You'll never run something you hate. They won the Super Bowl. It's like is it that fucking hard they make it so much. I like football to me and it's because I watched the Patriots has always seemed like the easiest sport like in terms of playing because it's like it. There's there's not a lot of room to to to free ball it like you. You have to run your route and play breaks down down after your routes done yeah then you can Blake Brady's point one way or if the quarterback spot like yeah I get that part of it but for the most part it's like eleven guys on both sides of the ball all have their one job and most teams can't get to that point. They can't get past that point where everyone's on that page. Patriots are two books away from that page. They they get the people to two gay okay. He can do this really well. Let's have him do some other shit. Let's or like he like Cordeiro Patterson. It's like bill checks not afraid to try stuff at the rear of badly nick nurse. He'll just he'll try like he doesn't care here. It'll worker doesn't laugh at him. He just doesn't care onto the mix I was listening to shake and he had many times on and she was like bell. Check doesn't it always went all of his trades like he gets all this credit for being a great transactions like that. It's not about always because she brought up the Channel Jones. One ads has like one that he lost. He didn't lose that trade channel Jones's in all pro one of the best pass rushers in the league. He just couldn't get paid in New England. Could he have gotten better trade form. Maybe be dispelled Jesse to spend all day on the fucking phone trying to find one. No he got an offensive lineman usually offensive line at work here John Cooper didn't it didn't pan out of the lake. I can't remember the other part of that deal but we're never gonNA paycheck. Are you kidding me. He's an Oakland Raider. He's out of the League right is on the League but my bigger point is like everything he does. It's not that it always works. It's just that they're necessary to be done. Is that in was like he got see that in the new see there's a page of you saying I think it's surrender index okay and it's basically calling out coaches like basically this is when you surrendered the game and it's like it's not even win probability ability because there's a I think a surrender index like a punt like yet you point four two and midfield. You should not have did that. That was your surrender index and I'm very much looking forward because they are calling out name trying to find it last night this death like he's he's doing the decided to punt to Pittsburgh from the any seventeen four entered thirteen with two thirteen remaining in the fourth while winning thirty three three with the surrender index of point to this point ranks at the zero th percentile cowardly of the twenty ninth season in the zero three punts since two thousand nine so that was a tweet before that yeah before that Pittsburgh decided to punt a New England from the New England forty seven on fourth and fifteen with five twenty seven remaining while losing twenty seven to three with the surrendering of three point two. This is the eighty four th percentile cowardly plan to twenty nineteen season. I'm like I'm really gonNA enjoy this accounts. It's a good that sounds like a strong account underscore indexes. They have the one that Thomas I think it was four th and one in the second quarter and it was like potted. I better be one hundred percent. Let's see absolute for high numbers in the percentiles. There are load a they've got him for like all the Games. They've got a hell of a team here have won the eighty four th percentile thirty six in town. The fifty eight percents now a Lotta options. I like how it was just like. I have to punt. They're going forth and seventeen eighteen games. Oh yeah that's fine. We're we're okay with that over here surrendered we will we have to put in the data. I want it to be more than punch though like field goals like cowardly field goals because I feel goal the Pittsburgh kicked was was a big time white flag like that was them surrendering now see. That's what I'm because this like the Count Star July twenty nineteen. It's a product by at Shek overflow flow based on an idea from John Boyce was a lot of really good ideas does yeah and so the whole thing is called the search for the same as putting in the world and I can't wait till they find it. They will I will say that because surrendering comes on a lot of different ways like not not not being aggressive on a a third third down four down in that field goal. I'd argue the most cowardly thing I'd seen in some time boy oh boy the only reason like how the NFL looks now took so long as up college never work. You can't run spread every single time why why can't you walk in you not marketing you're not why does Patrick Mahomes ever need to take a ball from under center. You can't do that. That's that's absurd. Why because you can't I mean this is not even pick on Footba like Charles? Barkley was on national television so we want about Charles Barkley. He was on national television Sangha jump shooting team would never win a championship like this this kind of thinking isn't stuck in the NFL. It's everywhere everybody's quiz. Everybody's conservative okay. That's that's what it comes down like. They realize what it takes. Oh man if you're going to be in we're trying to find the next McVeigh innovation but no no no. You should run it on first down. Even everything suggests running on first down his damn near putting down the day as we always do I mean I still can't believe the Patriots were able to beat the the the rams just by waiting for the rams headsets sets to shut off and then calling their defense. That's all took rams at no no county. They mentioned that with killer more yesterday. They like. He's getting the plays in so early Abi today I guess so he can hear and then have time to readjust like I wonder if they're learning from the rams mistake we should we should give them a plan B. They didn't think of that. One sure didn't McVeigh's. That's what do I do I do. HP HP death that is interesting like yeah. It's not like you get the play and then it shuts off like no you can still talk. This is how on the ball surrender indexes. They've got a separate account for surrender index a ninety. If you WANNA follow it but you only only want the ninetieth percentile and above cowardly they got you covered strong. I like that idea zero. I know zero punt. When I see like putting you need the punt like it's just part of the game? You can't get putting out of there. There are certain times ponding as cowardly as a candidate like kings were Arizona decided to point to Detroit from Detroit forty six on fourth and seven with one ten left when it was tied in overtime with the surrender index of fifty eight point seventy three this at this point is that the one hundred percent tariff cowardly pointed the twenty nine thousand nine season and ninety nine point six percent of all punt since two thousand nine that that feels. I don't know that's bear point four thousand seven. I get overtime but amid flake fourth orthon three. I'd be like yeah that's one hundred percent. You can't do that but rookie quarterback first game. I don't know if that's like most cowardly punt of all time. No it's not about time just just since two thousand nine feel strong again I would and again I live with the loss. I'm I'm if he knows he has job security which maybe he does Steve wilks didn't so maybe he is thinking like that so I get it but also feel like that's okay. I can't lose but you didn't win and lose right yeah. I've been getting out of there that the way the game went ties hi cowardly I just don't know about the most cowardly one like the again the steelers out of more cowardly on last night now they did read a chance to win that game though that's why I think could rank so high but I think it was like thirteen nothing when they did it or fourteen. Nothing can remember how it was ten so yeah. I think it was thirteen. Maybe it was ten nothing when they potted from midfield on fourth and one that was of course they were Never GonNa win that game but that was them being like yeah. We know we'RE NOT GONNA win that game. I think it's if you're if I'm past the forty five anything under maybe fourth and three I feel like it it over over the course of the season. It'll it'll be process over like we trust ourselves. We're not going to get every time of course we're GONNA get booed whatever but and if we just know your four three were cooking. That's why we know it's third and eight and we know overplaying for but we're going to down so don't worry about it Yeah I. I think it was a six camera when this game was Patriots Colts Fourth and to Patriots I think they're on their all Mike Thirty go. There wasn't great position but they couldn't like if they wanted it was when our defense wasn't wasn't great so we knew we weren't Payton was just GonNa kill the game he was going to sit on it and they through to Kevin Faulk and I still think he got that first down. Referendum short game happening Lucas Oil. I'm over it. argue marketer he got tackled at the line and the New England media area at three rings. The New England media killed bill ballot check going for it and they'll say you idiots like what was he too right right like that yeah. That's exactly why nobody goes for it. Even the best gets killed for some stupid decision and now it's like Oh fourth I would have went because again. The risk literally is winning the game by twenty. It's twenty seven all with a minute left the now against the downside they miss it. They get they need a couple throws a field goal. I just roll those dice my very first game. My rookie quarterback crowd was in there because at like the offense was heating up up. Let me trustmark quarterback offense to carry the momentum. That's why would have went for it and just live with it. That's the biggest thing too. It's like at seven still a lot like less than five. I five. I would be all over this cowardly seven so a lot but I think there is something to be said to especially long term for just showing some faith in your guys. That's what I'm saying like. I feel like football really. Is that an especially like you can't you can't replicate Kylie's first game at home him starting the way he did come back like that and it was like all right. Thanks thanks my guy. We'll take it from here leaving the defense his hand it let's like Stafford carbon them up our staffer had a great games of it's like he's GonNa regardless we need. The only chance we're going to have to win is to play aggressively and I thought that's why they hired Kingsbury. I think that's wound released abreast of that was his thing innovation. Gretna expanded out whatever and now he's. He's just like the rhys. Maybe he'll learn like Ron Rivera. I remember Ron Rivera. It'd be like four inches and Cam. Newton just hiked the bond fall all down in like I don't know about that yeah. I don't out of this. It's also a certain thing to where it's like especially fourth in one fourth into you like you. You can't get to yards fellows. You can't like they're that much better. Can you like it feels like such an easy thing just to and I know they're saying on the other side like you cannot let them these two yards you go kill the man across from you before they get to yards like I get. It's happening on both sidelines but I mean offense when the boss get and snap. They've they've got the push. You should always be able to get to yards if you're even mediocre again. That's why I feel like if he went for and they didn't get it gets killed regard but again. They'RE GONNA kill Bill Belichick doing fuck you just just let's go forward by Hook his his job wasn't saved by putting their like boy. I wish we got to set a good in person with the boss. It's like you can set the tone for your season like that like football. If is like a bad team gets moment Texan Stock Lejos Owen three or four. We're just like now. We're GONNA. We're GONNA win nine street now. Those are just like that won the Division Two thousand one patriots stuck stunk their one one one rebel. Everything else happened after that but I mean Harrick stock somewhere I just feel like like this is your time to be like Oh yeah Blah oak cliff trust his team cliffs ready to go for he's he trusts guys like actually not so much to a point six. I trust my partner before we get out of here. There were a couple couple of things I wanted to hit on one Atlanta Don. Maybe the best women's player of all time.

"They've had worse things happen this decade and they didn't sell it. There's an absurd thing into how come on man this is. This is the wild season by far. That's why you gotta catch up is so much going on. They're not even trying anymore. No no they share they share right but you need to catch up. Luckily the Patriots don't play on national TV for well. I believe yeah we play the dolphins this week to watch that on a system where one in six against the dolphins and Miami the last seven years I was GonNa say where's it because that if it's at Miami Yeah just go on tank on now I don't I've. I've got to Brady delman. I'll just meet US week three medicine Seattle wherever it's going to be an infuriatingly close game the Line Sixteen I. I don't think we cover now now. I believe that yeah I do think it'll be a twenty seventeen something but it'll be a win right. I Yeah I do think we're going to win but it's going to be infuriating I if I would I would not touch they gained bidding ron if you do dolphins plus sixteen all day minus sixty and for the patriots like them covering. Would it surprise me no of course not I don't anticipate really like with the way by the way back to the steelers. I made the point on twitter but I can't stop thinking about it. Because of how bad it makes them. Look the Patriots offer them a first round pick. They were like we don't want him to go to the Patriots. I don't know why that matters that are not beating with or without Antonio Brown involved but had they traded Antonio Brown directly to us a they take our first round pick which means they can do whatever with it we've gotten to kill Harry might not even play this year. He might not turn into anything however even if that's true they went to a team with the most first round picks in this draft got none of those and traded him there so they right now the way it works thousand third to fifth third and fifth which will get a fifth when it Antonio Brown leave so so they got a third we got fifth and our first so far. We've gotten more for Antonio Brown than they did. The had they traded him to to us. Not only would they have gotten our first round. Pick it would have completely fucked us cap wise for this offseason just wouldn't be able to sign anyone because we would have been taking on his deal eh early right right and it would have just the whole off-season would've been different for the Patriots. I don't know if we get Michael Bennett. I don't know what we do. I don't know what happens with just players on not. I don't remember who don't know who like I can't remember who needed restructuring at this point in time and and all that I don't know what it looks like instead we get to just go about our business sign. Whoever we want do whatever moves we want and then we get them for one million dollars base salary when it's all said and done that's as bad of a look can be for the steelers? Is it all their fault. No they couldn't predict that the raiders were selling confident. They wouldn't be able to keep Antonio Brown. I think their fault for not like I've never been you can't trade him within the conference division at like get the if nobody else is offering anything close like if it was a first patriots are often the first the rangers offering to second and third okay. Maybe I'll consider that but if it's overwhelmingly the best offer like like we're not even in the division playing you two times automatic right. We'll probably play every regular season regardless so it's that but if it's a first come on if I'm another. GM The only thing I want to do with the patriots as giving them a huge huge contracts because they usually don't have any just don't we we give money to every like everyone gets like. I said this on here a million times the whole league doc has rookies and guys that are getting twenty five million dollars plus and then no one in the middle the Patriots only have guys in the middle. It continues to blow everyone's mind that we're the best asked him league every year. I don't know what the it's crazy on a fifty three man roster. You want to be paying more than four people. Now I read a article on the plane was the ringer but I can't remember who wrote. It was like why can't people imitate belching success. I there's one village and then it went like it talked to people that left there a and we're actually successful and it's like they were just saying stuff. That feels like I'll tell you two things they look for. They look for guys that are intelligent. He could play a lot of positions and like destined debt six range like that's the whole different and the hell don't forget about that hell there and now I'm starting to what man Bella check might be like a scene plus. Just a League of just Z's he costly trades is like he understands. He's bad at the draft. Everyone's bad at the draft. There's no science to the draft. You just want as many shots in the dark as possible is that he never trades like unless he the needs it needs it teams just like I think he's bluffing. I'm GONNA treat all the way up on the end of. We're not running that he this was as a few years ago so I don't know what the stat looks like but there was a point in time where Bella check technically traded up in the draft more or the need traded Downer out and that's probably a push by this point but yet he understands. It's like I'm sure there have been someone like a Mayo or like a high tower just like somebody who's like none of this guy because high tariff I believe he took channel Jones first and then took hightower few picks slater. Thank you traded up technically for both of those guys like small moves. We had two picks but I like very rarely do as he just like. Hi Ed how this guy usually takes like lacrosse players shit like he doesn't know what to say like draft why it's not even that but the second biggest they were like he's like Chandler Chandler Jones like he's he didn't have much need for cop picks rather just trade you like a year early get to pick now and figure it out so he trades people that before they get paid paid so they have the money and everyone else is just like Haha now. I'm GonNa Spend Money Day One. Do you listen the Belch. ex-chief doesn't pay guys like he gets his guys paid. Which I is a difference like he people know if they go play for the Patriots they will get paid just by the Patriots right or it was like it was like trey flowers? They knew he was gonna get something absurd. It's like okay. We'll take that compaq next year but right now we'll pick swap or whatever from Michael Bidden he'll give us seventy percent of that right until we get those pigs next year right and flowers is like I think with Chandler he was like I don't know if we're GONNA win the Super Bowl and I'd rather have the offensive Lineman who didn't work out but he wanted that depth and I think we gotta pick along with that and he was just like well. We'll make it work with with these. He's and we'll try and replicate what Chandler would have given us in terms of getting after the quarterback and whatnot trey flowers we could trade him. He doesn't have nearly as much value. It was chandler ever did especially on the open market but he's two pivotal to US winning this super bowl. We can't find I'm sure if he could have replaced. We can't put the of course he would he would he would have been traded last year and we would have got like a third form and then some second-string linemen who made a pro bowl but yeah it's just one of those things where he looks at. Everyone individually do fit. We're doing yes you can stay no. That's that's why I keep going back to set like if he could have been replaced. He wouldn't have been here now three years ago by Kevin Clark and I'm trying to remember it all makes sense but there I was just looking for like one would would is this tidbits. It's like now. He drives like smart guys that like like legitimately like Footba the ball yup so they wanna get better or that. He likes versatility or prefers versatility and they're like outside that is just Kinda. Just he just adapts his skill is he can adapt because it's like whatever it is. It's like Oh y'all not doing this. Okay I'll go to Shaklee are doing this now. Okay y'all just throw the running bags checked complains about this a lot. it's like when you think of the steelers I dynasties steel curtain written like what you're going to get from them. When you think about like the Vikings they had the purple people eaters like the the cowboys at the triplets and it's just like every every dynasty has had a calling card? The Patriots calling card is they don't give a fuck about calling cards. They're just GONNA however they can win that game. They don't care if they win that game four two three three three two two don't fifty eight to fifty five like however they have to win that game. It's how they're going to win that game and I can't imagine complaining about that. It's like that and they will like the James White things like they will. They'll pick it to death like if you leave the guy out there. He's Audubon throat the James White every single tonight until you adjust. We're GONNA make you. I don't understand why that's why I'm like if they do that with McCaffrey like he might have twenty five five touches every game for one hundred seventy five total your and nobody's going to be able to do it. Camara saquon like any of these guys cooking ahead like twelve touches in the fourth quarter right right. We're we're we're saving for week to Belgium as much as he likes versatile guys. He also loves the guy who can only do exactly one thing but if you do that one thing you're going to be here a long time with US 'cause he will only ask you to do that. One thing Oh man Philip door set didn't work out man. He just couldn't understand the route tree or whatever reason it didn't work out well. They'll check found the one he was good at.

"They didn't score a single points in the fourth but it was it was a I was trying to even find it to post. It and I couldn't find a good enough quality. I've never seen a play like it met Ryan just like play action like three different times. He liked pump fake faked the camera a couple of times and still like overthrew somebody and then now we're just like not not the Falcons Day like just one of those. They don't even just analyze the players just like an it'll be third down. We had nothing to say if you're just like if you occurred this about a person you'd be like must've had a decent day like thirty three forty six seventy one seventy two percent completion percentage three hundred and four yards two who touchdowns like that's not bad but they scored twelve point. I'd say yeah every single thing he did of note was in that they scored all their points in in the fourth quarter like it was all garbage time that was one of the worst games ever seen for Matt riot from this level of at Ryan like I they just looked at a sink and that's what I didn't expect you. Can you lose week one and a half is they just completely at a Saint Clair communication like guys going different ways. It's like a lot of those guys like none of these Ito. Smith DEVANTE has been there Hooper Ridley most new Julio. These guys have been there been there. That's why I was like. Why did they look at the high on them because of that continuity couldn't be remake? No I'm out I. I've never been faster out on a team like I get ear. It's still good the Vikings at home Dalvin Cook healthy they they establish what's their game early and just stuck with it and it worked to perfection I get their defenses was a year ago Dalvin of course being in the it's still kirk cousins man. You can't be losing kirk cousins and thinking. I'M GONNA THINK YOU'RE GONNA make the playoffs eight ten passes man they can keep kirk cousins throwing passes. I think you'll be good an eight for ten ninety eight yards a touchdown the end the ball of thirty eight times and scored a rushing touchdown himself and then how how's how's bankhead failing today who they was cousins view off the map is part of Florida now. Just maybe the most interesting thing I've ever seen and I can't do a single thing about it because I don't think anyone running offenses knows each other's name the guy's name Dan Quinn. What's his name Cook? I strangled big at when I came in today. Because of course we've got a fancy football factory team the whole time with the eighth pick. I knew who was behind us. I was like all right. We're GONNA take Julio early still content and he's good and I knew you wouldn't Julio's long rivalry. It'd be funny we'd still it's not punting a pack. It's still a good pick and I was like in the second round on that swing. We're GONNA take dalvand. We're going to be set a very high on Alvin and I knew Smitty wouldn't take there are so many on the board. I didn't think jeff low or why he was gonNA take them and they didn't and then fucking Spencer Hawes the is like Hey. Maybe we should just take down cook. I'm high on him. Big Cats like share Friday. I don't care and Spencer Hawes Steals Dalvin Cook from us two picks Ed House absolutely and for a little bit low on Delvin now bootstraps cook well the the so seeing him run for what was it one eleven to two scores didn't care forget exactly Eric China see who else looked like copying and say I was real high on the seahawks real on the bengals and I it was two points away and confer real bad and he carved them. Oh good Lord shared fifty one passes four four hundred eighteen yards to two scores. It's so I still follow bengals fan so it's still like so when something good happens in Joe good bear who's been banging like let John Ross play people. He drops passes. He catches touchdown. Touchdown is a hundred times more or more than a drop yesterday John Rouse got twelve targets seven catches one fifty eight touchdowns halves so it could only be five it could count it could cancel out yeah. He dropped every other make F at a good game the baby metcalf I gotta say somebody couldn't comments pre K. metcalf down. That's good. That's really good Yeah Charlotte. Whoever said that I had a tie Lamari Learn Murray? I thought that was pretty good. Yeah pre-k metcalf. I was trying to think of some of to focus on baby an infant. I wasn't even thinking school. Pre K. metcalf would have been good the Russ in fourteen twenty. It's weird seeing teams like not throw throw more than twenty times like Lamar didn't need to throw more than Twenty Times Russell right there on that. They only ran four times. that's shocking into me. They weren't offense very long. they only through twenty times and they rushed the ball twenty five times that seems low. Listen Dalton was milking the clock was should've built it a little more argue think-i tribe cults Kim Jax is skipjack kids are still not in on. What's IT GONNA take he? He came up to me the other day. It was like if mixed eight says one more positive worried about Ostanak. I don't know what I'm GONNA do. What what did he ever do every time he's on the field you produces every time that he said today is like he's still not a good Russia because I knew he caught the two touchdowns? I didn't know what he did. Russia just looked twelve carries for fifty eight yards and a touchdown feels these. I don't know what the Austin escalators it eighteen eighteen touches suggestive for one hundred fifty four yards and three touchdowns conducts like we need Melvin. Gordon Melvin goines not going to get paid. I gotta say did you watch last night. The Patriots were on a damn what was ice Melvin. Gordon was on their supposed to watch Melvin Craig Melvin Boras on he's a good actor which I think is Great Ob surprisingly good like one of those like when Eddie George is on the site can Eddie George Eh. He made it through like a House party that was a td in Rikki Jarrett went through. He was just like yeah. I got a whole another house but bitches use something along those lines wow good for him find his second career because I don't think he ever touches the football again. See what's it's killing him and he is. He's been very adamant that he is in fact gonNA come back in the middle of the season so that takes all of the rest of the it's like. Why would the chargers ever budge if they know they're still going to get you this year? Okay a fresh Melvin Gordon Okay but even as a team yesterday twenty one carries for one hundred twenty five yard six yards and a touchdown an actor six for ninety six two touchdowns receiving so he's a good actor. I'm glad hope we took some acting classes. Doc Holdout time what's tough to not only did like the chargers running backs Cook Cook but then they look across the field at I wanted to see what round he was drafted fourth round pick Marlin Mac just dominating pay him but he was look good yesterday and that's what I mean like if your if your whole argument committed to not pay a running back and you have your guy right here being like no you need me mayor replaceable and then your own team replaces you and then someone on the other side of the field is also getting a lot of production out of a running back that hasn't made any money. Why would the chargers ever payment? That's why I don't know what Dallas Buddha Dallas at least like their whole thing is like we've got money. The chargers historically have not really paid really anyone.

"But I think the second biggest story of the day. Speaking of one name. Gronk not rob gronkowski. Gronk another star in America. One of the ten biggest sports slash character stars ever. He retired. There's two things about rob gronkowski, rob gronkowski. Number one is college football. There's a lot of spread offense. So like tight ends in college don't block anymore. So the NFL is struggling to find college tight ends who they think they can turn into blockers. There's a kid at Iowa TJ Hawkins Sohn who's probably the most underrated player in the entire draft. He's the next version of gronk though. I don't think he's nearly as talented, but he blocked in college guys don't block. So gronk. There's not a lot of gronk out there. We'll see talented tight ends. But he became an unbelievable force on the offensive line. Tony Gonzales last year talked about what makes gronk special with gronk what he's better than me. At is is the blocking he's he can block. He's a big old guy blocking is about desire. First of all do you want to do? It's not about can you do it. It's will you do it. You know? And a lot of those big tight ends two hundred and fifty pound Jimmy grant two hundred two hundred fifty pound Travis Kelsey, not a knock against them. But they don't want about because it's hard. It hurts. It's not fun. It really is not fun. It's not fun. I love that by. But I gotta tell you something about gronk when grant came into this league you saw an ice Amish just a big dumb football player goofy. But over the course of time gronk became one of the smartest. NFL players hit did the opposite of sometimes what misguided athletes do gronk was incredibly coach -able. As he physically wore down wasn't as fast. He accelerated his blocking skills gronk left multiple times more money. Lot of stars do that. But he knew that Tom Brady was the perfect fed. And Bella check was the perfect coach a lot of athletes spend, their money unwisely gronk has never spent a dime of his he's legendary gronk came into this league is a big dopey goofball talented. I'm not denying that. He was talented, but he actually became really wise in really smart, and that he could have chased a lot of things, and he didn't any became incredibly coach -able any accelerated his blocking skills, and he became an incredible allied to Tom Brady, and he took care of his body. So by the end of the year last year, the two biggest games he was arguably the best guy on the field. Gronk admitted that he came into this league. And he wanna have he wanted to have a lot of fun, and I'm not anti-fun, but gronk instead of pushing back at his coach and pushing back at the system and pushing back at a very complex New England system gronk said, you know, what it's better for me. It's better for the team if I'm more focused. Remember this moment by gronk at the podium. We got y'all that we're not allowed to talk about celebrations. That's what we got told by kinda wanna talk about it. But I kind of don't because they'll get in trouble. So I don't know what to do. So I just happened on the spy wasn't planned. We'll just keep it there. Gronk so big personality. But gronk understood. This place is good for me this quarterbacks could from this coach is good for me learning to block his good for me working really hard is good for me. It's okay. To be a big personality and also fit within a system. All sorts of people in my business have big personalities, but they can appreciate having good Bach. Good bosses at FOX like I have a personality. It rub. Some people the wrong way. But I try to never take advantage or never underestimate the value of a really good boss and really good management in a really good system. I know I know I know at such a sell out. Yes..

"On Wednesday. Finally, we get out of the twenties and thirties. We milder and increasing clouds, some rain, but forty five degrees. So. There is speculation. It was mentioned last night during the telecast. Of the patriots game that. Rob gronkowski, rob gronkowski and his world. Tom Brady, Tom Brady, depending on. Writing off into the sense that with a win in the Super Bowl. Each may may consider retirement. Have you feel about that? It's just talk. There's nothing official. But how do you feel about that that? The end of the road is near. And you remember Tom Brady said after they beat the charges last week. People's made fun of as you think we're over you think. We can't play with the big boys anymore. How do you feel about that? If you weren't give me a call six one seven two five four ten thirty toll-free easy to remember eight eight eight nine two nine which is WBZ ten thirty. And I just want your reaction to that Nebraska has said. He wants to play until he's forty five years old. He's forty one now. So tell me. We know the end is coming. It could be after the Super Bowl. It could be not for another one season or two seasons. She was me. How do you feel about that? And gronkowski's already said he's looking towards Hollywood for the next level of his career. Mark in Middleborough. Good morning. Mark. Good morning, sir. How you doing this morning? I'm doing very well. And you great what a great game last night. I thought that was fantastic. Just want to make a comment about the rats. I have a conspiracy theory that, you know, the the rest, you control, the games, and that they do have a some outcome possible that they have decided pre I feel like there there could be a holding call a pass interference call or any any almost any call that the rest could make on a every play basis. Mark that old adage that holding could be called on every play. Every single play. It's not we all know that. You're not too far wrong. When you say the refs can't control the game. And wasn't there. A basketball ref a few years ago. Who was accused of doing that very thing. I don't know. But I sometimes it's clear, you know, there was a there was one particular game particular play that it was crew small, but. It was it was a pass from rob gronkowski intercepted. And then all of a sudden got called back because the player was one of the defensive players lined up in the neutral zone and. That happened in tonight's game. Right. And isn't that? And you're looking and I didn't see the replay. They never really showed the replay of him being lined up on. I had to rewind it, and you know, was he in the neutral zone. Yeah. Yeah. I think we probably was. Yes. He he was like that. He was probably wind up like that three plays before. Then too. That was his mobile lineup that he did the majority of the game. And then all of a sudden they called it was one inch or half an inch to more of that particular play. Right. But. But yeah, I think I think they did great. I did have a question. I I think I I missed it. Maybe Rex Burkhead was doing the bulk of the running towards the end of the game, the James, white and Sony. Michelle get hurt. 'cause I was wide bulk. It was I do not think I do not think either one of them was hurt. And I think between the two of them they had like one hundred eighty one hundred ninety yards. So maybe it was just play calling that they went with birkhead rather than Sony. Michelle James way. Yeah. I don't know why putting your third string running back over, you know, James white teachers at the very beginning size. Michelle and James white and not the same size as Rex Burkhead. And if I were in charge that would be a consideration. I would add into my decision making possibly. Yeah. I mean, not asleep. Bill bell checks, the master. But it's hard to disagree with. But yeah, I was just I I couldn't understand why he was in there doing the bulk of the running when you know, the game was on the line number one and number two running back or sitting on the sidelines. And I couldn't I think maybe I missed it. I don't know. But well, obviously, I haven't read today's or this morning's paper. But if they were. Injured incapacitated. Or in any other way, not at their best at the end of the game. It would be mentioned so many reporters who cover for both the herald the globe the metro. Patriots. If that were the case, we will find out. Yeah. I think so I just wanted to leave it like you were just talking about Brady. And rob retiring, I really if they if they win this next Super Bowl. I really hope they both retire on top and their legacies. Will just be mortified I think you come. It would grill. I would love to see them go out on top. It's hard to see great athletes. Go out when they are mediocre, and they're still sticking around. I would just I would love to see that. That was a great storyline. Even though I would hate to see both of leaves the patriots. I mean that would just, you know, it really talk to recover losing those players example of that. Are you old enough to remember nineteen seventy-two? No, I I was born in seventy eight. All right. Well, you know, the name Willie Mays. Correct was looked upon as one of the best baseball players of his era. But he hung around too long. I'll give you a better example. You're familiar with the boxing history of Mohammed Ali. Yes, he. Hung around a bit too long. And when it's time to go, you you've got accept you. Can't do what you want did. And I think that's eventually going to be the case with Brady and gronkowski. All right. I think Brett Farr as well. You know, he was a great player. He didn't leave when you stuck around long in. Albright to do at the end of his career was throwing deceptions. Right. Right. And even Joe Montana. You know, going to Kansas his career. Yes. Right. You know, you you just got to know when to to leave on top. And I think it would. I think it would be great just like David Ortiz. You know, he left on top left on great terms. And you know, now, he's a legend, you know. And it's it's great. You got it. All right. Mercury. Gotta take a break. All right. Thank you for either. Because Mark because you want to do it. Mark did come on over six one seven two five four ten thirty. But I will also say we don't have a lot of time left. I'm going to take my break aren't cones gonna come in. And talk about news. I'm sure the patriots are going to be somewhere in the morning newscast is five. So without further ado, the time and the temperature here at BC four forty six seven degrees..

"That before he makes his Amazon purchases, which is awesome almost as awesome as the gronkowski brothers, Glen, and Chris to hilarious, dude, you guys are going to love this. I guarantee it. You. Are. So the only thing better than one gronkowski is too drunk Cousy. Or just fine. Gronkowski's. Yeah, you're better joined today by Chris gronkowski and one of his younger brothers Glenn. All right. So to take me through the whole gronkowski the boys got like an hour. So we got a Gordie the number one party or in the nation still aged thirty-five, killing the game, this lives in New England. He still thinks he's in college. It's unbelievable. Seriously? Yeah. Like I watch him and I'm like, man, how can you still party like that every single day? Does he still live with rob? He doesn't live with Robert. You know he, he's in Boston, so they see him. They know he's Rob's brother, right? Everywhere he goes, it's going to be amazing, right? Everyone loves them. So yeah, he, he lives dream, man, kind of jealous. Then we got Dan, the number one, family man. Complete opposite right after you're like, this is crazy. Sedan. Three kids now just had the first girl ever in the gronkowski family and like, I don't know fifty years or something like that. So you gotta give the Mike to Glenn to describe the third guy. That guy is the best one or swollen stuff like Chris number one entrepreneur to businesses going right now. To start. It was on shock, shark tank tilled. It absolutely killed it, Mark Cuban era. So it's them three. Now he's doing that. Did this killing it? And then we got Roberto number four. I don't even need explain him. Everyone sees him on TMZ every day. So, and then you know. Since he is your brother, what is that? What? What's that part of it? Like forget the football stuff, but what is like the celebrity part of it? Like for him? Yeah. I mean, it's awesome. I mean, we grew up and we used to fight every day really me Robin Christians. We were the closest, but now we're all best friends will do anything for each other. So it's awesome now, but back then you'd be big bras used to be bloody faces all over the place, jumping on each other as much as we can so. But now it's all good. I mean, obviously that's what you do when your brothers when you're younger. So nothing. Nothing too crazy, but it was fun and fill as. Yep. So I got transfer the Mike back over to Chris for this one. Baby grog crazy because he's bigger than me. I'm actually the smallest one, but. This was the only kid that could give rob treatment and treatment. He gives these like he takes knuckles and dig into the side of Rob's neck and it would like hurt what would like tickle at the same time paralyze them. So it was like it was this incredible move that no one else could do that he'd pull off and everyone was like, wow, you just took out rob. That's incredible. So did your bear keep having kids because your mom wanted a girl? Yeah, I think they is. Yes. She doesn't. I don't know. She won't admit that. I guess everyone guessing your four boys and you have one more kid. Let's beyond the stew after you have your try to have a phys- boy after you have to. You're just you're basically just saying, I don't care about anything anymore because three is insane. Four. What are you even thinking and five? I don't even think you even know what's going on any more in the world. So so so glad mentioned the two businesses. What are they? Yeah. So we're actually here rep and one of them I shake or so insulated stainless steel, shake your body. It's going to hold ice for over thirty hours, doesn't sweat.
