"Hey, everybody on today's episode. I have dr. Andrea Greiner. She is a naturopath an acupuncture and the creator of an energy healing modality ray of light Meridian therapy her patients clients and all of the people that are following her know her as Dr. G. And I just have to share with you that she shared and walk through this the whole process of going through the light or the ray of light and radiant therapy and I had just like crazy itchy scratchy throat that I'm like coughing and like there's nothing wrong with me with like no congestion. No nothing just as itchy crazy cough and we did this process and then I'm going to say an hour and half it was gone. And so powerful I can hardly wait. Thank you so much for being here, but I can hardly wait to hear how you came up with this whole process and really dive into not only your birth. Xsplit how this is transforming lives of other people. So dr. G. Welcome to the tribal leaders podcast. Thank you and thank you for sharing that. I know it's It's always important to share a healing experience and it does really help other people to hear that how it benefits. I really appreciate that. I love like these types of things because they do, you know, they sound young for those people who aren't totally on board with alternative healing therapies, but when you have such a radical shift and I'd had this cough for like a week and nothing was helping and like I went to the doctor and the doctor's like yeah, you know, I got a call exactly like thank you. I do have a God. Yes. Thank you. So, I'll share a little bit about what ray of light Meridian therapy is. Yes, so it's an energy healing form. So m e is where she is and I'm in Oregon and we did this through Zoom. So it's a dispatch. Healing and as a naturopath an acupuncturist really, I believe in our innate ability to heal and as covid-19 through in March all the clinics all the small acupuncture public places, we're closed now. It's closed full time. Cuz I've transitioned online and I just heard this question of why can't we support people anywhere even through distance healing with acupuncture but more of a chance of energy acupuncture and through some mentoring. I was really guided that I'm supposed to create this healing form that allows us to access our energy meridians. And so I just jumped because I really knew that I was supposed to be impacting people in a different way than what I was doing in a clinic and I love acupuncture. I love the physical stuff. I love naturopathic medicine, but often that's enough to shift people. And so this form really came through by just jumping in and saying, okay. I'm going to hold these groups of healing sessions and the Forum literally I kind of feel like it's the it was dead. Finally given to me after my own work of my own meditation practice. I had secretly been doing energy acupuncture on people and I would never have said it out loud until all this all this came through cuz I was just like, well, I wonder you know, it was before covid-19. Well, I wonder and why not try and really the form came through so it's a combination of visualization light therapy and then the ability to access your energy meridians from anywhere. So I mean was in her her space and I was here and I inserted needles for her in the specific areas and actually watched her kind of I was well this cock interesting and I was supporting the energy of whatever needed to either sometimes a coffee needs to come out or sometimes it needs to kind of dissipate in different ways. And so it was really made for groups as well. So I mean I did it one on one. It's coming through to support groups of people so they can really create more cohesion in the workspace or yoga studios or you know other places that are really good. Getting into their Spiritual Development and healing what I talked about. This is just so that everybody knows to like you're in Oregon. I'm in Philly. So we're talking three thousand miles of across the country to have this whole energy experience and I could physically feel it like not in anything it was uncomfortable or painful, but I could feel that energy you moving through my body and I was super cool. Yeah and then what I love so my other part is always I've always been in in power of people like I want people to always feel empowered whether it's with a natural treatment plan or other plan and the ray of light Meridian therapy you get these four or five different tools. From that moment on so now that we've done it and we can you know use the we use honey, you know the visualization of Honey to kind of clear your energy and different colors to create more expansion or healing and she can use that now every you can use that, you know all the time every day. I just had someone messaged me she dislocated her thumb and she showed it to me it was painful to happen and it bruised awfully but it really wasn't painful after and she had said you will let you allowed me to tap into this different energy healing than I ever knew was possible and to me that was like, you know, it was that's the impact. Let's go to just a little bit because I know meridians existed if I remember correctly. I'm not making anything up but meridians exist in acupuncture and part of when you're doing acupuncture. It's like removing the energy blocks, right? Exactly. So what are the meridians for people who don't know so in fact His medicine there's 12 meridians and they're all connected into a specific organ. And so this forum really Blends in clear and each organ in Chinese medicine stores a specific emotion. So like our lungs hold grief our heart is obviously love and joy and liver and you know, they're each kind of storing these different emotions that we personally take on with our life, but then we can also take on from other people by growing up. So each Meridian kind of stems from those organs and they run through all parts of the body. So if you have elbow pain, I could be specifically putting needles in different channels to support them elbow pain and then there's other energy tools to use but if it was physical energy or in the physical acupuncture session, you can do access Disney Channel's to really move your moving stagnation, but you can do that from anywhere as well. Oh, wow, cool share with everybody a little bit just about your background like how you got to be a naturopathic doctor acupuncture to me. It's not like your average path. Yeah exactly. I mean I had some funny cuz I'm being a naturopath feel like everyone knows what it is, but they don't really so naturopathic doctor is very similar medical schooling as a medical doctor, but we just don't do the surgeries and we don't do we do minor surgery but we don't do really the surgery is the big difference. So we have very similar schooling through the knowing the body knowing the pharmacology knowing how young lady fails or you know starts to kind of unwind but then we have this really distinguishing feature that we believe that finding the root cause of disease will shift.

All the other screening questions and there's all these great areas. Doctors just don't know what to do so. You know it's great to have a resource where you can ask someone that's been there and done the research because you're gonNA. Come up with questions, but you not run the answer to yet exactly it pulls from a lot of very reliable sources from our national organizations from the CDC, but instead of you having to read through pages and pages to find that one tidbit you need. It's in little sound bites in little snippets there through the website that are easy to digest. Noticed that earlier when I was reviewing overdose like this This is my my style here. I consume so much information that sometimes. I just don't have time to read an entire article so I need all the main points that we can move on in to the to the next big thing, you know we keep hearing how you're such an expert, a good expertise in a part of this advisory board. Let's talk about this board. Who else is on the board and How how are you guys selected for this board? I mean was it was that you just said? I need you you. You basically put together to dream. Team, and now we're about to take over the world and make sure everyone can reopen up their practice perfectly. Is that the do? I I'd like to say that. Yes, that was the the goal, but really it came down to knowing that the site is geared towards all three of our. Our opticians are off the Malla Jan an optometrist. As well I wanted to make sure that we represented the the the each profession I wanted to make sure that we had individuals who frankly could look at the signing dull. Yeah, that's not working for me or In theory. That's great article, but again that doesn't help me where I'm at right now. What we is a profession. What I need is a practice what my colleagues need. Is. X. Y. and Z, and that's really where we started where I started. This team. So we have dodger Greiner, who represents Really can represent all facets, but in leadership in ophthalmology in an ophthalmology practice as a practicing optometrists with an MBA so. "Greiner of glorious wave church in Houston and we were talking about the impact of of the county and the city shutting down our communities rodeo and put this into perspective it's the biggest event in Houston by far every year is a three week long extravaganza half the cities involved in this all volunteer not so I don't I don't want you to minimize recess the rodeo is designed to prison rodeo every third Friday night is a big deal I saw all the compliance of the citizenry nobody was angry nobody wanted to protest nobody wanted to argue the decision they just accepted it people are fearful Jesus is the answer let's not miss the day of our visit patients he is able to dispel this this horrible corona virus we don't have to have it we don't have to die from it we don't even have to be go to I see you with it we don't have to have it I mean Jesus is the final answer for it thank god for what doctors and nurses can do and what any kind of drugs can do we not against that we're on the same side I believe all healing comes from god but we must put god at the top of the list we must trust in him when US trust in his son Jesus that's the message we must not miss our visitation we must not allow secularism to steal our traditions are precious a Christian Judeo Christian traditions that we have in this country pastor it it should be noted that while the county determined that churches could not open as a result of your lawsuit the governor re opened the churches by executive order well that was the same day I believe last week is that right that was correct okay so as it stands now you are able I get the sense you're gonna open the church no matter what but you as it stands now you are able to open the church and not be in violation of Texas law is that correct that's correct there is a there is a difference between Lana have boggles order and governor Abbott and we're leaving the students in place for several reasons but the main reason we got to get this reconcile displaying about ten people is not this does make any sense for one bank is an equal treatment under the law because as an essential service now they're telling me ten people but they don't tell the others ten people if not consistent there's no basis for we've got to get it straight we've got establish a better president so that they can't just randomly take our freedoms from us and so that's while we're going to leave it in place until there's clarification but it was important to me not to be a law breaker I didn't want to go to jail I didn't want to be a martyr like if I had I wanted to make a point and it was important for me not to ask my people to break a law and I don't want to do that I don't want to ask them okay glorious wave church you guys break the law I don't want to do that I will be in that position so in my it's my position in my attorney's position that we are not and that was important to me and you will be open this Sunday for Easter so we will be open this Sunday for Easter Sunday and we are prepared because we expect a bigger crowd than we had before that we will kill to our capacity which is probably gonna be about a hundred and twenty even though we have a a sanctuary that seats about a thousand we don't we do not have a but the ability to have overflow in and the rest of the building because we just don't have close circuit television so we couldn't have overflow rents but but we can see people safely with the district of the social distancing and we can have about a hundred and twenty maximum so we were close to maximum last Sunday but I believe will be and so if we have people show up that can't tell me and we'll ask him to stay over and we'll have to services on Sunday and you're not Askin you're not making him come back we're encouraging them if they're if they have symptoms or if they're not comfortable you know some people are or elderly people they have some of the the the complications of of the disease you know that that be this and so forth and so on all the ones that they've listed over and over and we said if you're not comfortable coming to church feel free to watch online I don't feel like your second class member we in fact we encourage you to watch online but for all those of either that or healthy that you're feeling good you have no symptoms we want you to come if you want to come up with the Baathists Lee that's the best the best crowd as the ones that are eager to be there yeah indeed all right pastor John Greiner glorious wave church thank you for being our guest thank you for having me Michel presage you so much so I can hear you typing the email before I even read it maybe even before you started typing it Michael is a dangerous for people to gather don't you know it's no more dangerous to gather for church then it is for the mayor the county judge or any of the other politicians to gather in front of the camera with all of their heads of their department around it's no more dangerous for instance we talked to city councilman this morning in Houston they're still gathering for the city council meetings so wait a second you tell me you can gather for city council meetings but we can't gather for church so what you're saying is sometimes it's okay to risk it but not other times that's not in doubt we we've made that determined that the government officials have decided sometimes we can gather and sometimes we can't but he but you see the virus knows no hierarchy no titles it's either contagious or it's not but the moment we say this group can gather in this group can't seems to me we should have a better answer for that then well I'm the government and you're not and we allow so many different types of so many different enterprises to engage in their business but not the church there's a reason the first amendment is first and it's it's not just actually it's not just a freedom of religion as the pastor said it's freedom of assembly and we are too quick to give it up Michael everybody's going to get sick and this is going to be your fault no I didn't go to the church service I chose not to and you can choose not to but you see we don't have to fight to make sure that you have a right not to go to church we have to fight to make sure that you have a right to go to church and that's how it'll always be separation of church and state is not intended go back read the letter to Danbury it's not intended to keep the government to I'm sorry to keep the church out of government it was always ended in Jefferson laid this out very clearly to keep government out of church or in this case to keep the government from preventing worshippers from worship god bless America we were all going about doing things these days has changed but one thing that.

Burger Kings Bold Advertising Goes Even Riskier with Moldy Whopper

"You seen the picture yet? The ultra gross. Close up photo of a Burger King Walker sprouting white fur and vivid blue. Green Mold If you haven't seen it yet you probably should. The ad campaign breaks all the rules of advertising the high resolution video and photos so shocking that ad weeks David Greiner wrote quote. There are only two eras in advertising ads. That came out before Burger King's Moldy Walker and adds that came after Burger King's moly robber at the heart of the campaign is a forty five. Second time lapse video that shows a freshwater growing mold over about a month. You know like an old national geographic film of say a butterfly growing in a cocoon. Or maybe the life cycle of a cockroach set to a nineteen fifty-nine recording of Dinah Washington's singing that old classic what a difference a day makes and yes that sparked a chuckle maybe an outright guffaw. The campaign is also sparking a lot of controversy in some circles. It's considered so bold that it's brilliant in others. It's considered a total flop. Nowhere is it. Forgivable in it's endless war with McDonald's Burger King has made a name and won awards as an advertising risk taker but this particular campaign takes the cake. But why why do this to call attention to its plans to roll out a whopper free of artificial preservatives throughout the US. By Year's end the whole point of the ad as evidenced by a Burger King Tweet. The beauty of real food is that it gets ugly given enough time. What Burger King Chief Marketing Officer? Fernando Machado is counting on here. Is that by implication will remember and savor only the good part of that equation. How great fresh food looks and tastes. When it's new you might say. This is a gamble. Burger King says it's already removed all artificial ingredients from walkers in many European countries including France Sweden and Spain according to Market Watch. And it's taken them out of whoppers in four hundred American locations. That's out of about seventy five hundred burger kings in the US going further. The company said all menu items will be free of artificial colors flavors and preservatives at stores in the US and in many European locations. Mcdonald's made a similar announcement three years ago saying it would remove artificial ingredients from seven of its ten burgers market. Watch reported at a wonder what the three are didn't have it removed. Burger King Machado told Fortune magazine that he was inspired by social media photos. People have taken a food so laden with preservatives. They didn't ever look old like six year. Old French fries without a speck of mold or as some have noted it could be an intentional day at the so-called last McDonald's cheeseburger in Iceland which has been on display since two thousand nine when the last McDonald's disappeared from the country. It looks conspicuously unaffected by the ravages of time. According to Ad Week according to the Iceland Review you can watch a livestream although well you know. Nothing happens so far. The Moldy Hopper Campaign has received twenty one million social media impressions that according to Ad Week but sixty percent of those called it disgusting. Still Ad Week writes. That doesn't mean the campaign failed. However since Burger King itself pointed out that fresh food gets ugly. But the nauseated reaction does elevate a criticism that often dogs burger kings out of the box advertising.

"Personality wise, you've got the dill Scorpio's like Alana Smith. Sophie Cunningham, even Brienne January like some of these younger players that those are the chose then you have your veterans your fear knows Terachi, Bonner Greiner that there's so much hot sauce on that floor at it just it, it works the other side of it, and I think I discussed this in the right up. That's important to me is low, and you and I've talked about this, like this, this ties to the Phoenix fan base, which when we got to know the Phoenix mercury their families is phenomenal. Have you ever met someone who likes dill taco? Yeah. They don't they don't just like Bill taco. Yeah. They're like you haven't been it's their life like you gotta go. They have a Pinterest board about Bill taco like it. They're loyal to they'll talk, oh, even bring up Taco Bell to adult taco fan like they'll never speak to you again, for some reason, people like heavily loyal to that place. If you haven't noticed this people listening, if you haven't noticed this, and you live near del taco start to integrate that chatter to some people, you know, you'll be shocked to find people that are just died in the wool del taco people. It surely gives you a good understanding of society to me. That's the X factor in Phoenix like die hard. They've got a fan base that they should be proud of. And I think it's awesome stilts go Jason, that's not the taco. That's, that's the Phoenix. Mercury Jason gave that to Phoenix Carl's junior. And logan. He got Phoenix. Mercury is Papa John's because it's going to be here like super soon. It's almost here of winter Ozzy comes back, everyone's just gonna agree around a plate of pizza like we all agree. This is the best, right? Like this is like we've been talking about a lot of burgers, and fries, but he show is she the garlic. That comes in every box. Yes. Guys, have you have you dipped it, she berkey or Papa John's because they're like they're ten fifteen minutes away, and then they're going to beat the snot out of somebody's other restaurants? We've been talking about. Yeah. And there's always value in that team like you always find value in the in the Phoenix roster. There's always value somewhere with pop. No one's paid for Papa John's pizza full price ever doesn't exist because they always find a way to status. Value elect take quite a bit. Let's head out to the store. This is where I gave the Chick-fil-A treatment to the storm. And it's for the two things that make Chick-fil-A great to make the storm great, first of all, food's good. And they have the assets to make the food good. And I think that's what you find even in the current storm is there. They found ways to turn these ingredients into solid pieces of food. It's actually Howard being the main thing right now to mean the tasha Howard is the frozen lemonade of, of the Seattle storm. They're just like, yeah, we're missing Heike piece, but this is this is you're building up. You just wait. And it's working out for him. Second of all, one thing I was Chick-fil-A is the service and people might think this is controversial. The Seattle storm three you're one of those likable rosters of any team in any sport. "Would mix it with squash and different things Greiner Nathan that provides their whole garden in their whole food process. So what what you would do is instead of growing Cornyn rose, you'll grow and cut and clusters, and and my friend Gary luxury I forget how he says it, but there's here plant in one for you one for the crow one for the raccoon. I mean, you got to put like five seeds in the same hill. You know? So he grill these little clusters of corn instead of growing Rosa corn. And then in between your clusters of corn. You could grow here in the valley, an easy thing to do would be baby watermelons cantaloupe, or if you like squashed squashed and let those vines trail all underneath the corn. And it'll do really well together. Go I plan on at the same time. You definitely plant them at the same time. And you know, really you can plant them. We kind of fun. I had a friend. Joe an older Italian fellow that grew wonderful watermelons out and Chandler. And you know, Joe always said you plant the watermelon seed, and when it's warm enough, they'll come up. So if you get your garden all prepped right now, and you get the seeds end sometime between now and about the middle of February. They'll come up what it's time. And when the soil gets warm enough, they'll come up, and they'll grow pretty fast, and they go right up together. Okay. Currently we have. Does and we have peppers in there. Do we just let them grow and get choked out or should we pull them out? No depends on how much rookie. Have you space them out and co mingling dogs and cats can live together. So can you know peppers and tomatoes and? Okay. Great. Thank you very much. Thank you Bye-bye. Oh, that's music starting and that means it's time for the news here. And we'll find out what's going on. What's happening? What's new and what's exciting? In the meantime, we have some open minds, folks..

"Can you elaborate on why that Greiner gears so much man? Carson is coming back and I get it. Man. I sit back and reassess like everybody like that. He knows. As a fan now that sitting there looking at cars that little bit, everybody just turned around and went over to the sideline. Like, man, let me go get something to drink, you know. So you know, you got a guy that's coming back from the injury, leaning on the line for you. You know, you know, he would just think that someone would be like, man, let me let me help you up. You know, when you have Jay giant out there, that's, you know, playing with a fractured bone in his back, you know, help him out, you know. But like Westbrook even called me, he was like, man, I don't even think I remember you ever picking me. I'm like, you know what? You're probably right. Yeah, but I would like to think it was because you were twenty hours feeling. He was just too far away, you know. But I, I gotta go look at the games and see if Ryan has a point there that the. Pretty solid because I don't ever remember ever picking anybody. There is another interesting tweet that I that I saw you followed up on it. It was referring to see hawks, offense of Lyman Germania Feddie and what this person found was a direct correlation to his stance, whether he had parallel or staggered feet, and he was able to key in on it whether it was a run or a pass. I'm sure there are more guys than we would imagine that have this tell or this tip off, but it's something that you said you look for when you were working on the defensive side of the ball. Can you explain why that's an important scouting tip, man, because I mean, right now, you know, all right. Am I gonna pass rash or do I need to kind of be a little bit more patient and be ready to shut down to run now? Sometimes it can't trick you where the guy might be in that pass set and it's twelve block or something like that. But that's like one of the first tales I would look for in office of linemen like, okay, does he show run and pass because you have to pay a lot of times have linebackers down there. They can tell because they get an different types of. Things and they're yelling here comes to power. Here comes the pool. This guy is doing this. 'cause everybody's reading stances. So you know, I would definitely. That's that's huge. That's the first thing I look for when I was on the conservative, all it's like, all right, is he passed versus run there from there. We kinda work from there. Then I started looking for they do. They have which one has the hitch, you know, because a lot of guys when they get ready for that little snap town, they have like a little habit that they had with either foot Trump's or something right before the ball goes. So I kinda wanted to hitching key on looking at the ball. 'cause I always what I looked at was like white them across the board will always the fastest off the ball, and I was like, there's absolutely no way they're looking at the ball. There's no way you can be looking at the ball and getting the ball that quick. They found somebody that had a hitch and they were going, and that's a big part of it too men fi, finding those keys and then finding them throughout the game too. So. Okay, I've got. I've got one more question for you. Try. I actually, I got two more one is, did you have a tell in your stance and if you, if you didn't, did you ever try to play games with people to give them a false? Tell tell my stands. 'cause I struggle at, you know. So anytime we way you know, we're task so much matter. You know. You know, we just going to game and out man, big red in mind. You know, for me, I was, you know. So you know, 'cause we got down to run. Everybody knew. All right here comes to run. I really didn't have to worry about it. So Trey, I am six foot one hundred eighty pounds. What advice would you give me if I was sent on a blitz and had you right in front of me, man. Get low, get low get..

"The number of non challenge initiated review instead of using the game so the way you do it is you review things that are just black and white did he stepped on the line right right and then anything else you want to challenge it you wanna risk you still review flagrant just because that comes into like player safety what about what about what we review timeouts that they were they were trying to call but they didn't get like the lebron greiner would that be review able no no idea of cutting down the mandated reviews at the end of the game and then leaving it in the hands of the coaches okay you know i want to challenge maybe give them more than one good you don't need i i have to post being backed up i thought you said one but maybe two it's too but you know it's it's but then that was interesting so you know it's funny this block charge call we're looking at again then if it's the moment and review either go see receive only one challenge per game to be used at any point i would say to personally but anyway we'll see how it works i mean this zukerman obviously one for half or some right but it's interesting on that black charge called because the cavs felt so strongly that it was reviewed unfairly whatever came from that it was unfair circumstance if that had come from a coach's challenge instead of from the rats the cazar all right that's just part of the game and then maybe it actually would have helped both teams i think because it would help the warriors because they would've won the challenge and it would help the cavs frankly just move on hold onto it yeah until so hard done by.
