"Are livestream. Just now starting if you're watching on youtube if you're watching on facebook come on in gath- around the campfire we're gonna have a talk about this. The dallas cowboys. I think we're really impressive in this particular game. Certainly a lot to look it and there are a lot of fingers to point. We're gonna get into that this. Is you know this is tough. So if you're just joining us welcome. We're going to do this after every single dallas cowboys game. We're gonna be here to talk. Commiserate celebrate whatever. The case may be obviously a little tonight. We're doing a little bit of all three but christopher lopez so cal here. What's going on And javier says same old defense. Computers make an annoyance. I don't know what that is but either way this was this was tough. This is tough to talk about here to talk tough to process. Aaron jumping right aheads. Is greg the loser for tonight. Sure we are gonna talk winners talk a losers we are gonna talk honorable mentions And i i don't think there's any way of getting around at the tonight. A loser for the dallas cowboys. Is greg zero line. Let's let's your thoughts your thoughts on greg's Let's see here one second. This is a hectic night. Obviously greg line just amber says. I'm so mad right now on facebook. i'm with you. I get this. You know an anthony says not the same defense Tony says push off definitely a push off there at the end cowboys losing. Because the buccaneers drive. If somehow missed the game drive at the very kick a game winning field goal which just about no time remaining cowboys. defense can't stop them in the cowboys. Defense i will say kind of was a little bit of the same old defense. We didn't get you know a defense that was just allowing the bucks going on and on and on and on but this defense did get four turnovers tonight. But if we examine those turnovers. I think the only real authentic one was the demarcus lawrence forced fumble demarcus. Lawrence is definitely a winner tonight. I think demarcus lawrence was awesome. But the first interception the cowboys had the trayvon digs on was a tipped ball. Off of leonard fournette. Yes that counts. Yes that's true. Yes that count statistically but you know that's not necessarily your defense making a play on the ball cowboys also got an interception on. Tom brady at the end of the first half throwing a hail. Mary trying something before the half. That isn't really count. Although jordan lewis certainly had valiant effort trying to run that back and get some points You know the last turnover. The one that kind of turned the game around a little bit. That gave the cowboys. an opportunity. There at the very end Was just kinda. Chris godwin you know running into devante. Casey's helmet those things aren't necessarily You know something. You can replicate on a week by week basis and so for that reason. It's hard to give the cowboys credit. For all of those turnovers it was a different type of performance at the exact same defense we. I think we definitely saw some improvements. I think that mike parsons played moderately. Well i think that demarcus lawrence has mentioned played while randy gregory was on things But this was. I mean man. What a rough game for anthony brown and i'm double checking here Just off hand because this is our live reaction show and it felt this way but in case you are wondering the dallas cowboys did not sack. Tom brady once at a single time. And you know a sack would've ended the game. Obviously at any point on that final driving cowboys just could not get home. And so. I think if you're putting the blame if you're trying to assign the blame say where does this blame ultimately fall for the cowboys. Who do i blame. Who do i point my finger attic cetera blah blah blah. I think that it's on the pass rush. It's on greg. And it's on mike mccarthy. I don't know that i'm necessarily ready to come out. And and roast mike mccarthy and say that this. This was a joke i mean. Let's be very clear here depending on where you look this week. The dallas cowboys were seven and a half eight and a half today. Certain sports books had the cowboys as ten point underdogs. The fact that the cowboys lost by two points is a testament to the fact that they can go toe to toe with even the reigning world champion. Now i get where you're coming from because you're gonna say screw that i don't wanna hear that i'm sick of of you know these. You know consolation victories. I'm sick of this moral victory. I'm sick of being able to go toe to toe. I wanna be able to win. I want to be able to beat these topics ought to be able to dominate these top teams and for the most part offensively. The cowboys did dominate. The buccaneers. And i think that that was something that really kind of shine through without it totally shining through. If that makes sense we do have some highlights. here. I thought there's no question. Dak prescott was marvelous. There are a lot of things us to be upset about. Talked about them already but there are a lot of pros takeaway from this game. Despite the fact that the cowboys. Now oh one on the season dak prescott. All these people thought. His arm had fallen off his ankle. Had fallen up house. He ever going to play again how he ever going to throw again. You didn't take any snaps. The preseason dak prescott returned and really from the gecko. You could just tell that it was gonna be a big night for deck playfully.

"I guess that's about to hang out with us. They're here, thanks to the Goodyear hardline. So if you're the National Football League, I keep telling people They just keep winning and winning and winning. Let's be honest. The NFL is too big to fail. They keep trying at times they were there too big to fail. Tonight, You had the Tampa Bay Buccaneers getting their rings, the Dallas Cowboys on the other side, I'll raise my hand. I didn't think this game was going to be closely. I thought the town Bay Buccaneers win by at least 10 points in the Cowboys might have gotten a late touchdown to do that. And that was clearly clearly not the case. Tampa Bay wins on a field goal With two seconds to play. They beat the Dallas Cowboys 31 to 29 right sucker making that field goal from 36 yards away at the Greg Zuerlein. Maybe 40 yard field goal with 1 29 left. To get the Cowboys a 29 to 28 late. So where do we start? Well, of course we started that Prescott in my opinion. And Chris Mitchell producer made a great point. Here's a man that did fantastic coming back from that serious ankle injury that lower leg injury that he had in that game versus the New York Giants. He has a LAT strain that Hampered his progress, set back his progress and training camp. But he said, I'm going to be full and ready to go when week one rolls around and then report comes out today that he's going to have an M R I every two weeks on his shoulder, just to make sure everything is going to be. I And he went out there tonight, and he was 42 or 58 43 yards, three touchdowns and one interception that he threw. That really wasn't his fault because he put the ball in the hands. Of CD, lamb and CD land, who had dropped issues early, but rectified that late could not hold on to it. Tampa Bay gets the pick. They turned into seven points after that. Give this Cowboys team a lot of credit running into an offense like Tampa Bay, and they were able to match the bullet for bullet and the defense didn't play that badly, either. They forced four turnovers. Then it's at the time Brady twice and forced to for turnovers that led to nine points. Welcome in the Dallas defense, there couldn't be any worse than they were last year, And that improvement seems to be there this year against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers starting in week one. Tom Brady for him. This is pedestrian. Oh 32 of 50. 379 yards, four touchdowns. Mm. Captain America indeed. But it's a fun game. Tremendous game. You couldn't pick a better way to open up your NFL season. They're going to be terrific games. I think all weekend long you got the Saints versus the Packers. You got that ball game is gonna be terrific. You got the Dolphins versus the Patriots. I think that game is going to be really, really good. You got money that football first game in Las Vegas, with fans involving the Raiders taking on the Baltimore Ravens. You got the Steelers taken on the Buffalo Bills. You got the Seahawks vs the calls the charges versus Washington football team what? Everything will call himself next year. You got the Browns versus the Chiefs. There are a lot of really good football games. You could not have picked a better way. Four year season to start If you are the National Football League and yes, there will be plenty of conversation. About a play that happened late in the game. In which have a base driving toppy. Those Tom Brady, those are passed down the left sideline finds Chris Godwin a little bit of a push off. No call happened. Mike McCarthy, the Cowboys coach was apple plastic from that standpoint? And I get it. It was a push off should have been called the penalty. No doubt about it. But there are times when you suffer from you stop and want to just settle for field goals. You get what you deserve. You have a chance with that guy on the other side of Tom Brady. You have to make Tom Brady Beach with a touchdown, not put you in position to kick a game winning field goal. And we give him one time out and 1 29 left on the clock. They're going to be players that are going to be made. That guy very rarely fails in that situation and the Cowboys the points on the board. Greg Zuerlein, their field goal kicker missed two field goals, Not one from 60 yards away at the end of the first half. I don't know what Mike McCarthy was thinking. Put the ball play some defense. At that point, it was less than 25 seconds left. Tampa Bay would have taken a knee got in the halftime. Instead, you missed a field goal at the midfield strike, and you allowed Tom Brady have about 22 seconds to get in position or potential vehicle. Now they did innocent the football because the defense able to have the six of Greg zero line and not allow the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to have a pass in the middle, spike the ball having make a ball field goal. Brazil line also missed an easy 30 when your order He also missed an extra point. That's four points left on the board by the Dallas Cowboys. When you leave points on the board that way, and you have a chance to get close to a touchdown, or have a better play, calling situational scenario that put your position to get a touchdown. You set up for a field goal and you leave that old dude who keeps getting younger and younger. He's becoming the Benjamin Button of the National Football League and Tom Brady. When you leave that guy alone, with one time out, and plenty of time on the clock. You're going to get what you deserve. From that standpoint, there's.

"So i feel like we all have been seeing. Kristen cavalieri austin craig page all these people out and about and we're like what's going on. Why is kristen cavalieri with them. I think that all know by now. That craig and page seem like they're they're they're they're together but they're they're they're talking pictures. I don't know if it's like. I'm sure into feel like maybe showman's vibes you know. Yeah they're together filming some. I've he's been with all the summer house guys filming like i feel like they're just i don't know if it's we'll make your house but aren't they filming somewhere house right now. Yeah yes maybe coming over for a summer house who who knows. Show mance showman's but maybe they also are vibe in very possible very possible that they also just like one as well. I know i just feel like we don't we haven't seen too much about them when they haven't been like filming these shows and i feel like we've seen them out in new york city People on people that yeah. Yeah posted photos of them right. The last few weeks is they're filming somewhere else right. Well i mean. I think that they were spotted before. So i think something. i think. Something's wrong with them. Obviously but kristen had to clear up because she said that she is not in a love triangle. With austin and craig because those rumors as well. So i think now there's been some confusion. And i literally just saw this on dumas being like no the love-triangle they were talking about was kristen. Page and cregg and when like you news and page six picked up christine cavalry's instagram stories. They said craig austin but dumas said no we were actually talking about crag and pigeon of course so makes me think kristen was alluding to cregg because carson like directly says like that instagram gossip account. Right very confusing. Because they're all involved in some way. I would have thought that. Kristen austin were the two or christiaan was a christian and shep christian austin. I thought it was christened in austin so for it to be kristen craig and page changed now. Greg zero sense to me yeah. So do you think that kristen. Maybe that is why kristen clearing up. Because she's like guys know. Greg not craig page. I'm with ulsan. Kristen and austin craig all hang out together a lot like you. Don't see chris. With just austin or kristen would just crag i feel like most of the time. It's the three of them. They're like friends. It's friends thing and i'm i know that there have been times that they've been spotted Individually but now it seems like it's switched to crist in and craig because there was another pose about seeing chris. Seeing craig in in charleston and the asked about page and then they asked about kristen and she's got another store and uncommon james store opening up close to craig's pelos shop. I think you know what i think is funny that while. This is all going on there. Also airing episodes of the hills with kristen cavalieri that nobody's talking about everything is just so behind like it's just it's too behind now. I don't know how we get. These reality shows to move it up a little bit. You just lose interest like now. We're already all focused on what's happening. While they're filming summer house. What happened on winter house. I now live what happened on winter house. We don't like when's winter air. Yeah we've actually seen no promos for winter house there. They're guarding winter house. Your house like it just gives us winter house. They're doing it. I can't believe the way that they have been guarding the show. They're doing it so when they right now like if what rouse was on right now it would make so much sense more sense in would hype ups people so much more for what's happening on summer house. They're doing it all wrong. yeah bravo. you're doing it all wrong It's taken too long. You need a faster turnaround like we need. We need winter house. I guess because of real housewives programming. They haven't been able to do it like it's just every night is a housewives is on so it doesn't work for this. Yeah it's very time because they're replaying christly does best not on bravo but sometimes it plays on bravo because of the nbc's van. Well you know what. Shut that shit off and put on winter house. Yeah like just give us our way too far behind. We wanna know what's going on. There's just too many rumors with chris. In crag austin page austin sierra like what's going on there's too many moving pieces and i can't wait for winter house now. Looks like there's some drama between la la kent and megan fox they do have a history Megan fox and machine gun. Kelly are in the movie midnight in the switch grass believe it is called right midnight in the switch grass. This movie just premiered. this movie. was produced by randall. Emmett lalas fiance this movie. Stars bruce willis and emile hirsch and megan fox machine gun. Kelly is in this movie meghan. Fox's in this movie the movie you know. This is like the set that they met that the they connected and la. La and randall had mg k. Megan fox on their podcast last summer. I think it was like they definitely had went on like a little trip. Yeah like there was definitely a relationship there now. Lala seem to totally shane making parks on instagram in on i will say of a very petty way which made me giggle because lawless coming on the show next week so maybe we can ask her about it but she posts a picture of herself at the movie premiere she standing in front of the poster. She's standing directly in front of megan fox on the movie poster canc- or one bit and it's just like it looks like the movie stars. La ken bruce willis and and the top left of the movie. Poster is where meghan fox's name is and she used that spot right like so excited for this like and put it over my kim. Fox's name so you couldn't see her name and then she also posted like all these. Thank yous and you were so amazing. And all these things to like so many of the actors that were in the movie except for meghan fox now. Megan fox claimed she could not be that premier. Because of cova case going up. Oh yes and it just seems like well. That's a bullshit aunts and it just seems like you know megan fox and machine gun. Kelly have been all over all over the place. Yeah that's why it's a bullshit answer. I think are cameras running around. And i think they're bear in every single state and then say kobe. Cases are going up. And i can't come to the. Yeah yeah lala should tj masterclass in petty because my lord that wonder like what celebrities are vaccinated or not like i wanted in fox's vaccinated do you like i don't know i would guess she's not i would guess now. I would guess all some sort of health reasoning either. That or i don't know they're either no and but she didn't really trade him. But but megan fox is on the movie. Poggioli like this is like. She's a main character area. Like i don't think michigan. Kelly is much main character. Megan fox's movie. Yeah like her name is on the poster. Michingan kelly's name is. They had another trip to the woods to do. I couldn't make it well. There wasn't an attornal hillock. There was a clip from an instagram. Live i think is your story story from machine gun kelly where they had alluded to like. Oh i think it was that he he was asked about like movies shit. I'm going to watch this but it was juicy. Maybe a lunatic movies that he didn't like a regretted making something like that and he was like. Well there's that he didn't say anything but like megan fox. It was like a giggle or something like it was like. Oh like maybe. They're talking about this movie..

"It's over, but it's not over because the state's still have to certify the vote counts, right? What's the process next? Yes. So the state certification prophecies kind of vary by the jurisdiction. You know that. I think Trump has asked for a recount in Wisconsin, where the leaders about 20,000 votes, and you can ask for recounts of the march and it depends on the margin in the state on under state law, But Thomas Gini mentioned recounts rarely refers to the outcomes of elections. Maybe if the vote was the margin was 200 votes, or 2000. You'd look at a recount process closely. But we're talking about 20,000 votes, or by half a percentage point of percentage point recounts. Do not reverse that. So you know, the certification process will basically Basically confirmed what we know now about the told people will finalize the totals. It will increase the vote numbers. And once we get a complete account of votes will definitely confirmed that this was the largest turnout. We're all turn out in the history of presidential elections and with the kind of turn out that we've seen Jeannie Zeno of Iona College. What kind of mandate does that give? To President elect bite and to pursue the agenda that he ran on have a mandate and we we expect that then, actually, his his vote totals may increase a bit from what we're seeing now, but again, I can't forget that you know, President Trump also had historically large support as well. So The president elect Biden goes into this the highest vote getter of any presidential candidate in history and President Trump get number two on that, So that is something to keep in mind in terms of how divided we are, and as much as Biden is going to claim a mandate, it is something he's going to have to negotiate, then also, you have a divided American public, so His number. One task is going to be to make good on this campaign promise to bring the American public together to try to pursue so many important policies. He hasn't his agenda number one being Cove it dealing with that in terms of getting a stimulus package through which is very important to him. Re establishing the economy and figuring out what he can do to negotiate with Republicans in the Senate on things he promised, whether we're talking about tax restructuring, which he talked a lot about a awful lot about health care reform or things like infrastructure, which I suspect we'll have more luck getting an agreement on out of Congress, and the last question just wanted to ask about what happens next is Faras. President Trump is concerned he would be the outgoing president. Presumably with Joe Biden as the new president elect. But what if the president does decides he does not want to concede, which is what it sounds like right now. Yes, certainly What we're hearing and again, you know, unprecedented In the modern era. We've never had a presidential candidate and the moderate your refused to concede confessions or something. You know, we've had a peaceful transfer of power since 1800 a bitterly contested election in this country. The first in history, where you had a transition from one party to another. And it was, of course, peaceful confessions, then later became part of sort of the way that we do things in the United States and we've never had somebody lose and not concede. We need to keep in mind Confession isn't required. President Trump does not need to make that phone call. He does not need to congratulate Joe Biden in order for Joe Biden to be president. But it would be unprecedented if he didn't And I would just say in history. We have had candidates who are not. You know what we would call gracious losers. You know people like Charles Evans Hughes. People like Thomas Dewey Barry Goldwater. They have not been as sort of graceful in their concessions. And in their acceptance of the reality. Thank you for this genie Zeyno. "Has characterized. And what does he mean from your estimation by illegal votes? I think he needs votes that were fraudulent. In some way, however. Every boat that's cast is a legal vote until it's proven that it's an illegal votes. So what happens is if there's a vote, and there are observers from both campaigns, and if there's a vote that one campaign says Let's say the Trump campaign says this vote. It doesn't look like the signature matches or this vote didn't matter the requirements in some way, Then they go before a judge who looks at the vote and says, well, Let me see what I think about this boat, so this would have to be done almost on a vote by vote basis Ballot by ballot. And in all the cases that we've seen so far. The judges have found that there has been no evidence at all brought by the Trump campaign to show that these votes that any votes are illegal. Not one vote has been declared illegal in these in these big cases. And another thing is that most of these lawsuits, the challenge has been to the Observation by the Trump campaign. In other words, how far away they're able to observe the ballots. In fact, when Rudy Giuliani, president Trump's personal lawyer, was was talking about more lawsuits in Pennsylvania on Saturday, he talked about not having access to the ballot. All those claims sort of die away once the ballot has been cast, because court is not going to set everything in reverse and re count those votes because The president's lawyer says. We were only allowed to be 10 FT away instead of 6 ft away. That was the big quote victory that President Trump tweeted about that the campaign had achieved in Pennsylvania and that was that they got to Observe the vote a little bit closer. June. I'm just wondering, and I'm not sure that you'd be able to answer this. But let's just two on this produce a second, You mentioned Rudy Giuliani, who has been advising the president who seems really determined to move forward with any court challenges. Whereas the president also has other legal advisors who have said publicly that this is over. Let's wrap it up and call it a day. Who would have the president's ear at this point Who was the president? More likely? So listen to or or take the advice from how is this going to play out? That is a very difficult question to answer because I have to be inside the president's ma'am, But what I will say is that It seems as if the president right now is listening to the people who are saying, Let's pursue legal action because from the Trump campaign, that's really all we've heard and from the president's tweets, That's what we've heard and from the president's. A son, Eric, as well as his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, that they're going forward. And just on Friday, the Republican National Committee was sending legal teams to Michigan, Georgia, Nevada in Pennsylvania. So it looks like it will go on. Even though I think that any lawyer who was looking at the scenario would tell the president that it's time to stop the lawsuits. We'll see how long it goes. Bloomberg Law host June grass, So thank you for this good having you on with us on this special report for Bloomberg daybreak just ahead. Maybe if the vote was the margin was 200 votes or 2000. You'd look at a recount process closely. But we're talking about 20,000 votes, or by half a percentage point of percentage point recounts. Do not reverse that. So you know, the certification process will basically Basically confirmed. What we know now about the tolls of people will finalize the totals. It will increase the vote numbers. And once we get a complete account of votes will definitely confirmed that this was the largest turnout. We're all turn out in the history of presidential elections and with the kind of turn out that we've seen Jeannie Zeno of Iona College. What kind of mandate does that give? To President elect bite and to pursue the agenda that he ran on have a mandate and we expect that then actually, his his vote totals may increase a bit from what we're seeing now, but again, I can't forget that you know, President Trump also had historically large support as well. One task is going to be to make good on this campaign promise to bring the American public together to try to pursue so many important policies he has in his agenda number one being Cove it dealing with that in terms of getting a stimulus package through which is very important to him, re establishing the economy. And figuring out what he conducive ago she ate with Republicans in the Senate on things he promised, whether we're talking about tax restructuring, which he talked a little about of awful lot about health care reform or things like infrastructure, which I suspect we'll have more luck getting an agreement on out of Congress. And the last question just wanted to ask about what happens. Next is Faras. President Trump is concerned he would be the outgoing president. Presumably with Joe Biden as the new president elect. But what if the president does decides he does not want to concede, which is what it sounds like right now. Yeah, certainly What we're hearing and again, you know, unprecedented In the modern era. We've never had a presidential candidate and the moderate your refused to concede. Concessions or something. You know, we've had a peaceful transfer of power since 1800 bitterly contested election in this country, the first in history, where you had a transition from one party to another, and it was, of course, peaceful. Confession, then later became part of sort of the way that we do things in the United States, and we've never had somebody lose and not concede, but we need to keep in mind confession isn't required. President Trump does not need to make that phone call. He does not need to congratulate Joe Biden in order for Joe Biden to be president. But it would be unprecedented if he didn't and I would just say in history. We have had candidates who are not. You know what we would call gracious losers. You know, people like Charles Evans views people like Thomas Dewey and Barry Goldwater. They have not been as sort of graceful in their concessions. And in their acceptance of the reality. Thank you for this genie Zeyno. Bloomberg News contributor. And Iona College political science professor. "To politics, policy and power on Bloomberg radio. I'm Bob moon with Russia, meet the next new member of congress. His name is Fred Keller a Republican who's been elected in a special election in central Pennsylvania to Filton congressional seat. Former GOP Representative Tom Marino resigned in January, creating the vacancy. Let's more about him from great zero. Bloomberg government congressional reporter Greg. What does Mr. Keller bring to congress will his interesting back on that? He didn't go to college. He grew up poor and he started working at a cabinet supply company. Right out of school stood on the factory floor worked, his way up to manage the property. They owned his own small business, and then was elected the state legislature in twenty ten in congress. You might find a smattering of people who didn't complete college, but it's very unusual to find someone in congress who just didn't go to college at all right? After high school sets that's kind of an interesting unique background for him. He takes over a very overwhelmingly Republic. District that as you noted was vacated in January by another Republican congressman at district so Republican fact that President Trump came into campaign for Fred Keller the day before the election does Keller align with President Trump on the issues, he does on matters of policy. The rhetoric may be somewhat different. I think Keller's more soft-spoken he's acknowledged that the that President Trump has a quote unconventional way of doing things. He does see item on major policy supports the 2017 tax cut law that Republicans than in the majority, pushed through congress. Then President Trump signed into law on immigration policy and on healthcare policy. They are pretty much in alignment on, on major policy. Keller said he wanted the one hundred sixteenth congress to address infrastructure. Right. And both sides really haven't come to agreement on that we hear about is this week infrastructure week here. That whole lot one hundred sixteenth congress of the question is how to fund it and. Keller would like to see more infrastructure, and he emphasized that heavily during the campaign, but he also made a note of saying that it's not just about repairing and building roads and bridges. He's taking over a district. That is about ten thousand square miles vast swath of northern in central Pennsylvania. And he says that rural broadband internet access to be a part of the strategy of boosting infrastructure, and that tissue very important for businesses. But also for healthcare, and in other companies, it's being that healthcare has a personal story having to do with health care, right? He ran very heavily against Medicare for all in any really government. Run health care plan that has been promoted by some progressive Democrats in the in the congress right now. Any says he always brought up, the example of his son who had a severe head injury when he was three years old. He said he was on life, support for twenty six days and wasn't expected to live, but Keller said because they had control over the healthcare decisions. The opted to keep them on life support. And he his son recovered, and I said, now is working in the same hospital system that saved his life. So he used that as a personal example, to kind of underscore how, how his personal experiences of colored his more free market, personal choice. Fuse on the delivery of healthcare, Pennsylvania is certainly going to be the focus for presidential candidates. Joe Biden started his campaign there. And President Trump has been there even since then what did you see Pennsylvania, turning toward Democrats, or Republicans? It's certainly going to be one of the few states that we're going to be closely watching the presidential election in when Trump came to campaign for Fred Keller on Monday, the day before the election, he had not only Keller's interests in mind, but his own political interests, because as our listeners know, Pennsylvania, was very very close. The two thousand sixteen election voted narrowly for Trump impart because. Trump did quite well in the areas and a lot of rural areas outside of the metropolitan Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions. This Pennsylvania district is the largest graphically district in Pennsylvania, and a triple squeezed at a lot of votes that area and he's looking to ramp up as base and his Republican vote there, because the Democrats will be looking to do the same in their top areas including Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Well, it helps to have a Republican congressman serving there, then, yes. Better to have a congressman of your own party. The not and Keller. I don't know how much you'll help Trump how much that will help him in the twenty twenty lection. But, you know, that's just another spokesperson for, for Trump will have an ally, political Alan, you always want more allies in the congress, you do adversaries, that's for sure. So you don't expect Taylor to be changing the policy that, that Representative before him. You know, had in, in the congress. Right. There won't be that much change in voting behavior, or, or anything like that Keller is replacing Tom Marino, Republican, who served in that area for a few terms, resigned, January Marino, had a very you know, kind of dependably Republican conservative voting record didn't break from the party line. All that much didn't break from Trump out. Unexpect- Keller to break with Trump or from Republican leaders. Okay, our thanks to Greg zero boomberg government. "Cut the vacation short to come here on our anniversary. So she's she's a huge part of this. And she's a team player. And I appreciate that. So happy anniversary. You're the definition of being a good teammate and cutting our vacation short so thanks to everybody. Appreciate it. Thank you, take care. I love Matt Nagy saying his four sons in his post-game questioning wanna to get into the car the ride home. Could you imagine? After the Philadelphia game, dad. Why don't you guys that cut parkey earlier? Well, he answered that in that question. Remember, this award is a we thing. Yeah. Thing come to the year. So there you go. Well, you know, we've got a lot of predictions to be handed out a lot of predictions. You can take what you want from each one as you form. Your prediction for what's going to happen today for the first one we go to obviously the starts are day, nine o'clock cap and company, David Caplan, joining us right here on ESPN one thousand cap what's up? Are you guys doing good morning happy Super Bowl Sunday? Everybody you too. And we wanted to get your pick. And obviously you've talked to all week long about it. You've talked for the last couple of weeks as everybody else has about the Super Bowl any couple of keys the UC going into this game before you give your prediction. Yeah. I really think it's a huge key for the Rams worn under Jared Goff. Doesn't turn the football over with you know, stupid decisions trying to take shots down the pile up points early. That's one too. I think it's really important that Donald conch soup plays an amazing game. I look at this whole thing. And I think that they're obviously double team Aaron Donald has the bears. Did that cold night, Chicago great their defense was okay? Mitch was terrible. So it all play together. Here you're going up against Tom Brady goat. So I I really think Donald talk soup can have a big game a few play exceptionally. Well, and if he does and doesn't turn it over. I actually think the Rams win this game by double digits now if the Rams win this game. How do you see this playing out? Do you see because I'm with you? I think the Rams win today. But I think the way they have to win is by getting a lead early in putting points on the board in the first quarter and jumping on the patriots. How do you see it playing out? Yeah. I'm right with you. Chris we talked about it on the show this week together. If you look up, and they are seventeen three in the whole big trouble. Because New England doesn't self-destruct to let you back in games here and a half to try and score early. Get a couple gets on Brady was not been this post-season. So if they can do that come down the field. Get it touch Darrow come down to get a field goal pile up points. And if you get a look for Greg the leg can make a field goal that you're not some stupid sixty yarder. But you're a fourth to take the points. You've got gotta pile up points against this patriots team. So I actually think it's a fairly high scoring game. I'm not that impressed with the patriots defense. Obviously, Tom is great elements. Awesome. But I think that fun seven for LA is gonna come to play today. And if they could control don't even show and James white baking get the Brady and vacant win this game. You know, I'm gonna call it thirty. Eight twenty four my final cap your guy that likes to gamble a little bit. I think you you've mentioned at a time or two on the show. Not me. Where are you? Putting your money today? What's some prop bats? Where are you? Sprinkling? Your cash today. All right through a little bit on. Will there be a successful two point conversion? So I have a little bit on that. I have MVP Greg zero line and down mccown, sue, Aaron, Donald and Robert woods one of those four. I get pretty good payouts on all of them. I really think sue has a chance if the deed as I keep hearing are going to double Brandin cooks and double Aaron Donald that opened things up for me to have a shot at Robert woods. They run the jet sweep if he was the break one Robert woods going deep into maybe forcing bumbler to getting a sack or two all of a sudden you go. Wow. A random football. Well enough to get the end getting the end zone. Jared Goff threw a touchdown or two. But the star of the game was in at eighty one cap is we let you go any surprise to you that did not only the Matt Nagy was named coach of the year in the otters night. But the assistant coach of the year Vic Fangio. Yeah. That didn't surprise me when you coordinated group that is the number one defense in the league you've been around thirty some years that helped lead he's up a one that honor before. Yeah. I thought it was well deserved for Vic Fangio, obviously. Well deserved for Matt Nagy only guy thought that we got. And they didn't give it out yesterday. They gave it out a few weeks ago. I know Ryan pace was clearly the executive year because Chris valor did a great job in Indy. But let's not forget he was taking over a team that people predicted to have a pretty solid season with Andrew lucked back. He did a good job in the draft. But right taste took over a team by his own making was fourteen and thirty four for three years hired to right coach get a home run every single citing free agency, except as kicker, so I would have given it to him. But you know, Chris Ballard also very deserving candidate. I love the except the kicker. Join the game. We'll talk to you soon. You got it. You guys have a great day. Seacat David with his prediction now, he's got thirty eight twenty four Rams the one thing that he mentioned in even if the Rams get out to an early lead, which obviously people say while you're the patriots. You don't wanna fall behind? But we we've seen what the patriots do. It's Super Bowls when they are behind as soon as you guys mentioned, I think it was Adam talking about it. I'm I'm looking at you know, in my head Matt Ryan was holding his hand up. I can tell you what happens when you have a big lead at all you got to protect that lead. You gotta go out and score. And we know a lot about what happened there in that game with twenty eight to three and half. And all of a sudden bad things happened in the second half for Atlanta. So this patriots team they can win some of the numbers route with Tom Brady can do. It's crazy. It's like he needs to tastes his own blood first. And then he starts to get go. I know what you're gonna read. I've seen them like he needs to get punched in the face. I and he's like, okay. These are other ones based on the Super Bowl. Okay. He could tie. I'll bet I'll bet you almost nobody else would know this. If you're a diehard fan are you in the stats, but Brady would break a tie with you guys know the player who's got the most Super Bowl. Titles along with Brady two guys. Charles haley. Yeah. Charles Haley and Charles aliens great stories about Charles Haley, several why don't we want to tell him to Sunday morning because some of the things he did when he was with the forty Niners. Something about someone's shoulder know, something about somebody's convertible. Okay. And yeah, he was happy to win the Wendover down in the top was down. And he didn't have to worry about rolling anything down to do what he was going to do. But the patriots. Remember the phrase? It was always one for the thumb. Okay. Has got. Okay. We'll Brady's already get five. What do we what do we call on this one now because we went to six what is it? The secondhand see what you're going. Yeah. I thought I was going with something. Fifteen more digits on your hands and feet. I thought you were trying to make. Comparing to Charles Haley. Tom Brady and Belichick. The oldest quarterback coach do all Super Bowl history. One hundred seven years combined Goff and McVeigh the youngest quarterback and coach duel. How old are you guys? Thirty four thirty three. Yeah. I my life is compared to me. I'm older than McVay by thirty three years old. He just turned thirty three two. It's absolutely ridiculous sitting here. You look at the rest of the league go at this has come up with you know, some of the Rudy rule and a lot of the other things, but you see some of the other coaches that are getting brought in cliff Kingsbury thirty eight you got thirty seven year old guys. You got a bunch of young offensive minded guys being brought in Denver brings Vic Fangio. So I mean, a lot of teams have been hiring guys who are just on McVeigh's tax chain. Right. Yeah. They're buddies with him. So it's higher. That's not how it's gonna work because what you'll see Zona will probably hire new coach in three years or less, right? Like after Kingsbury burns out there. All these guys that got the gigs this way, it's not gonna work. Man going into the Packers. Well, and then you can see someone like Vic Fangio maybe sticking around or or even isn't Miami going to hire a defensive minded coach from the patriots. Yeah. Florida. So those are the guys that will work out in the fad coaches that are hip for owners hire because they want the next McVeigh, you know, that that's not gonna work out in in five years. We're going to look back, and look how silly these teams were the Rams quarterback coach it would this is over goes to the Bengals right, exactly. Oh, so cap mentioned some odds to win MVP in what he's putting his money on. So I wanna ask you guys a couple of questions about that. What is your strategy when you do this? Because I like what cap was saying cap has a couple of shots. I think that's why Super Bowl Sunday is all about put some money on some long shots and hope you hit a lottery ticket, right? Because I kept telling us when he's putting money down on the kicker, right? Like, nobody is going to win MVP and less less only score points by field goal. And he wins the game winning kick. Even then he won't get it. Kicker will never win a Super Bowl MVP show. So you look at the odds, here's how I think of it. I wanna I wanna get your opinion on this. It is most likely that one of the two quarterbacks will win right. So Brady or Goff. Okay. Listen hear me out. So if you're playing all the long shots, do you also put a chunk of change on each quarterback? Then try make up the money that you're going to lose on all the long shots. I think if I I look at it, basically. Examples someone I'm going to put money on today. We'll be Robert woods. I think Robert woods at plus five thousand is interesting because he might be not only a wide receiver will get a lot of catches. You'll say, oh, what about Jared Goff who get them BP? If he gets the catches Robert woods can also throw the ball..

"But he's kind of getting through this as best. He can. I mean, there's a lot of attention on the quarterback. Obviously with Brady on the other side was so successful, you know, four time SuperBowl MVP five times SuperBowl winner. This is his ninth Super Bowl appearance. He knows what to expect he's been through it, and he can manage it for Jared Goff. This is his first time. His demeanor has been the same as it's kind of been throughout the season. Very calm. Even with questions that you know, might otherwise caused him to not be in such a great mood. I think he's handled it all if not colorfully than at least in stride. And he strikes me as one of those guys that was really looking forward to kind of just getting back onto the field and getting into his routine. Putting at least the media responsibilities behind realistically. How do they win this game? While I think they have a good chance of winning the Super Bowl. I mean, they have a very talented team on both sides. I think their performance against the saints in those conditions was a huge steppingstone because frankly, they're not gonna face that kind of environment in the Super Bowl in Mercedes Benz stadium. It's not gonna be as hostile as it was in New Orleans. There will be a large contingent. I'm sure of loud patriots fans, but it's not gonna be the same. And in a sense. I I don't want to say it's going to be easy because it certainly isn't against the patriots in Super Bowl, but from a dealing with annoys noise dealing with those conditions. It is gonna be easier for them. And I think they have enough playmakers that they can beat the patriots. The question is if the patriots come out and play that typical game that we've seen them play where their mistake free. And they take advantage of every mistake. Then it's going to be really interesting. I think it's a game that comes down to the fourth quarter. I don't know if it's another Greg zero. Line field goal that they're gonna need to win it. But this is a team that you just can't make mistakes against historically. If you do the patriots are gonna make the Rams pay. But if they can play mistake free, or at least limit those than I think they have a good chance to win Gary Klein covering the Super Bowl covering the Rams in Super Bowl. Fifty three have you ever covered Super Bowl before I have covered several of them. Actually when the Seattle Seahawks beat the Denver Broncos in New York, New jersey that was the first one I covered the next one. There was something having to do with our staff where I needed to be pulled in. And so now I've done I want to say this is my fifth. But this is the first time, obviously that I'm doing it with team I cover in it, and that is different than when you're part of a great team with Bill, plash key and Sam farmer. I was kind of the guy that would do the nuts and bolts and do some features. And they would do what they do. So well in this situation, I'm down here is the beat writer covering the team with Sam and Bill, but we have a great team of people here with Mike DJ von vonda. Jeff Miller arosh Markazi, l z Granderson and. All the great people that we have on the video side and the social media side, and where you are. So we've really gone all in terms of how are covering this. And it's been really interesting because it's not just the three of us down here. It's now a whole team, and everyone seems to be getting along well pitching in and doing what they can. I should also mention in their Schalken Spratling who's been here with us in his doing a great job helping get some quotes and doing some other things..

"And easy. Feel the easiest field goal that Greg's zero line would kick in his life. You know yard do is and he chooses to go for it. And I understand he made it, and it, and it all looks great. Now, you're up thirty two fifteen game over all that stuff. Well, I mean game. Basically is over when it's twenty six to fifteen to. And I just I it's one of those plays where I thought even though it worked, you know. And and you know, and and McVay afterwards talking about, hey, we're gonna we're gonna take risks. We're going to be bold. That's the kind of team. We are. What would you have thought if you were bowled you get stoned right there and the Cowboys on a drive, which is obviously unlikely that they're going to drive it ninety nine yards. But if they do, and they get two point conversion is a minute thirty to go and you're tide instead of being up eleven with seven minutes ago. I and obviously, so you know, how I feel and I don't mean to to prejudice you toward whatever it is. You're gonna say, but did you when you saw him go for that? Were you surprised or not really surprised I think it's fair to say I kick in that situation. But here's why I think they would have gone for if reading what they were saying after that game. When it came from the rash effective everything they were saying talking about how they're a powerful team and how they felt like over the last two weeks of the regular season. They got their offense back on track by going with a run heavy approach and trust in their offense line to be physical force against any offensive line. They were going to face, and I think for them independent of the numbers right saying, I'm a big numbers guy. So I'm always looking at the numbers. I think to them in that moment they felt like they almost had to prove it to themselves. I think that they do even though they've been running the football. Well, all game. Even though I think they were the better football team at the two infants this inquiry really good all year except for the bears game where they're gonna make a lot of cheese with that off. I don't think that's the Rams fault necessarily. I think they had to prove it to themselves. I think it was released felt like you know, if they got that fourth-down was they didn't settle for the field goal. They were going to much better about themselves going into only the end of that game. But also next week against the winner of the saints game. I hate to do this to you. Now. But I'm gonna ask you about a minute. Each to go over these games will start in New Orleans Rams at saints eighty point scored the first time they met, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a a high scoring affair again. What do you see? And who do you like? Yeah. I think it's going to be a little bit different sort of game could still be high scoring. But I think it's gonna come down to basically how it keeps leap factors which this game. 'cause he didn't play the first time and the incident have Ted Ginn. So it's going to be a little different. But I think it's going to be teach leave against Michael Thomas in this game. Michael Thomas, of course, empathic football player. But he keeps a very good cornerback in very good fit for Michael Thomas lakes to the intermediate range of the field. So I think it's going to be about your Brees. Throwing those secondary receivers maybe making a play downfield and he really struggled in deep passes in that game last week. He hasn't looked great on throws up for out of my podcast since the Cowboys game. So to me. I might lean lately ports the Rams on a neutral field. But I think in the Superdome. I think the saints are a team that can win so many different ways. I just think they're going to be more likely the first year Goth into turnover. So I'm gonna lean very sightly towards the themes. I think if there was unless Angeles I took the Rams, but in the world's picking things I think keep to lead by the way is the Michael Irvin of NFL corners when I covered the Cowboys in the nineties Michael Irvin rarely was caught. But if you looked at the replays, very closely, you could always see him do stuff to corners..
