"I mean is a hobby. Everyone got hobbies. That's the thing. A lot of people are kind of associated with the like pandemic You know home home activity while quick sidebar. Last year got into electronics. So it was like my hobby was like modding me trollers switches old game boys and then i kind of fell off of it earlier this year because things started to get a little bit better now that we're starting to turtle up a little bit. I've been getting really interested in doing it again. I wonder what that is. Don't i don't i was like a reflex. Reflect yeah we our friend Cassiano got real tight and gave us some tie-dye socks very early on in the pandemic And it's it was. It was actually something i was planning to get into at the beginning of quarantine and then for various reasons just didn't largely because it is a pretty lengthy process serious reasons. Do you mean you grew started growing child And also it's like it's a very kind of time intensive process. So there's there's the the wrapping the rubber band moshe and then there's the so keen on the die in in various like segments. You know of of depending on what pattern you want. And then there's like washing and then soaking you know there's like a there's like a mighty you can say all these things i don't know i don't i do not remember mar. The birthday party we went to or tithing was involved for the children. Did i do it now. i guess. I don't know i don't know how it works. The the trick is to let the die soak long enough and then Wash it. I believe in cold water So that you don't lose all of the but it's just the way it's cramped than it makes the crazy. Yeah you kinda swirl it and then rubber it so yeah the like the spiral of it can create kind of spiral pattern or if you can fold it. Certain ways different types of patterns. It's kind of like origami in that. Way the chaos. I don't like. I think it's potato tied. I like constructions. you know. Connect point eight point. Be to make see happen but tide is like just twisted up baby. Dip it in that is true. There isn't maybe set for the fact that you do not know what it's i don't mind so you take everything out. I have made quite a few tied items. That just looks blotchy. There's no searchable pattern. Yeah i can't. I just like the i like the multicolor. I think i might actually like the chaos. I always say that. But that right now on the dharma your greg stopping were both greg rachel. I have this conversation a lot when one of us wants to say or do something fun and the other one's not necessarily right head space for it. We will accuse one another of being the greg and where the dharma ultimately. We're both the whenever we talk about it for more than two minutes. We come to the realization. That were both greg. Greg greg and that if one of us was dharma this relationship probably it's true. I always think about this scene. And i don't know if it actually happened. But this leg this Commercial or whatever preview or teaser for an upcoming episode. Where dharma is dancing on a table and greg is standing on the floor looking up at her and i think yeah i wouldn't be on the table and both both you and i would be on the ground looking up at this phantom dharma and our relationship managing like..

"I mean our first experiences a landlord at the four plex. We had a guy living there. We knew his name and birthdate. We didn't know anything else about him on his application. No social or anything he disappears some ladies living there now. Maybe it was his girlfriend no idea he disappears and another guy shows up. I don't know who he is so we'd given them a notice that they need to leave because they haven't paid. We gave them quite a bit of time on two weeks or longer and he comes knocking on the door window. The new guy. I need my car started. I need a jump. We're like okay. We don't know your name. Sure but here we go is always like you know that was like an awkward as a landlord. So we've had a lot of stuff go down and and he needed. His car jumped several times. And it was like i'm over there one days. I'm outside. i'm like so what is your name you know. I didn't know his name so it's being a landlord is not not all bad. It really is just being able to communicate with people in customer. Service is what it is. Yeah you guys loved the story. But i think you guys just do a really good job of not being afraid to take action like whatever it is you guys jump in and you you find a way to make it work kind of as you're going. One of my old bosses used to say that we're finding the plane while we're building it and it kind of seems like approach you has taken. I want to take us into our next segment. Which is the ricky for quest line to those. That are listening few guys. What have your call possibly featured on the real estate rookie. Podcast gives us call eight. Eight eight five ricky. So greg rachel. Are you ready for today's question. Let's do it. This is landon from utah. County in utah. And i am in army going to be moving around a whole bunch of my career. Once every two to three years. I'll be moving to a different state or possibly even out of the country so i either be investing long distance or in different markets. Wherever i move and live my question is what are the main factors of the biggest things you would be looking at in the market ahead of time to consider whether you would like to invest there or not that much of my love the service aspect moving around the access to the. Va loan is huge. If he hasn't looked into that. I mean that's like research number one right. There is the power of that you can use up to four units. So it's great for house. hack. I think beyond that. He's going to be ideally around basis. So my my recommendation is look at the base. The size of the base is every five to ten years. the government looks at shutting down basins. So you can actually look at the list of lois considered for shutdown previously. I can't remember what ellis called you. can you can google it base closures but check to see if your base was that shortlist because that might influence as a small town and most populations military and they almost closed this base last time. Maybe it's not the great splice to invest. But if that's other than that. I mean you got a great base and a. Va loan and moving. Every three years. Man just find whatever's renting the best that area whether it's a duplex even a single family home and buy and bringing roommates and do that everywhere you go.

"Seventy answer kind enough to join us this morning, Mr. McCulloch. Well, an and you with the greatest of respect, you wife man, beautiful beautiful. Thank you. Yeah. Way. She's blind. She's legally blind but not people who you get with Kimberly. What is she doing with him? After a while it's an let's just be real respects real. Man on planet. Earth, L usually kicks, their coverage, you think. Oh, yeah. Because they generally speaking, we're always marrying better people than we are trying vote to sign at my wedding, you happen to find some of the toughest case. But. Take his little his beloved by Greg, Rachel me blind. Partly in some ways. You know what though when I saying, did I tell you, if I tell them around so ride me about this forever. Is that I sang a song, I wrote a song and original song for Kimberly at a my wedding, I and it was cold a what is she doing with me? And it was a great. And I wrote this on more nervous about anything I put her archive somewhere I'd love to hear copy, then you ain't going to see. To collect like, independent recordings that are like one, the Frankie's, the Fred Norris of the show. You know, it held the hill live that, but you know what I wrote it, and if there is a recording of it somewhere and you did offer to sing it at my wedding. So that's the phone. I'm gonna ask you you'll you'll sing whatever. So we want doing with the I'll tell you. It was great. And then I, I walked Kimberly, at the what was the name of this beautiful place. We went to and, and that cost me way too much. So I put it right in the middle of the dance floor issues in this white count and a Saturn, the chair and I sang to her it didn't work. We still got divorced draw trouble from moment. One. Geraldo was there. We knew it was done from day, soon as you started thinking Joe around go the news over, but, you know what's amazing. Joe's have really good friendships as seems like with the most of your actions. When you have seventy eighty kids like it's good to be friends with all the moms because I have to be, then you got to. Otherwise, I'm just to keep working is keep working the hardest working man in reading the way to keep peace. You know, just keep whatever they need you travel over there. Hey, visit Kevin McCullough. Thank twenty eight with Kevin on the radio. So I don't wanna be dramatic. And I know I'm conservative, but Europe, you're conservative, and you're great with Harris on Fox News. Those shots and you're still good. You can't you can't argue with this guy would give them a call because you always as a great point, so. Right. Moreno again, would disagree with. No, no. So now when I feel in my heart, I'm so in love with this country. I'm so proud of the red white and blue. You notice the coupling right George, and I forgot, I'd put these couplings on just to match, the red white and blue tie. Can you see those? Yeah, I got the American flag cufflinks you know, and I just a coach and it's not just a thing it when I salute the flag, it's not just a thing even when we went to this little event down there at the Christian brothers academy on a Sunday stock ninety unweighted church underway to the ball game with Charlie. And then there was an honor gore from the Middletown police department and it was it was a two guys with the right the one with the flag, salute it as we should in this country, and I feel the same way about my faith. I don't care what you are. I don't care what I don't care what your lifestyle is what your religion is, is, is. You are welcome to celebrate that. But when you have people in the United States house of Representative that just tell us constantly were racist were wrong were old were privileged. And they come from another country that we have spent what Kevin trillions? Of dollars on did they walk us through what the, the, the whole rally that you against Ilan almost. Sure. And then what happened and how we got to where we are, sir. Well, the interesting thing about yesterday's event is the only had about five or six days to put it together. But they got about two thousand people by the time tonight to time square there about two hundred protesters street, and I was one of the speakers, but the interesting thing about this, and I said this, in my talk yesterday is that these people Rashida to Leib on Omar. Obviously that executive because phase and Linda are sore. They all hang in a pack, and they always are kind of having the same traits. Come out in their public comments. They almost always site against America. They almost always side with whoever were in opposition to, so, for instance, to leave and Omar have both argued to US judges for leniency on ISIS fighters. They've, they've actually tried to make us go easy on people that were trying to kill us. They've advocated on behalf of the Muslim Brotherhood, there's been ton of things that they've said about our posture with Iran right now. That runs right against what our goals in agenda, should be for that region. So you just you just get tired of hearing all of this stuff, and they take the side of illegal immigrants over American citizens. They take the side of venom wheel any global. Yeah. The Omar spoke openly, you'll see in favor of Madero. Who's who's who's a thug? He's killing his own people. I mean so you've got this kind of general mindset. And I think what kind of pulled this coalition together was, it was started a by mostly people that are very pro Israel. So they, we support our best ally in the world, and it didn't matter. If you're a Christian, or Jewish or whoever if you were willing to come together around that kind of concept we got together yesterday. Big thanks and shot up to Laura Ingraham forgiving. A big piece of her show last night. Nice coverage on everyday great, but it is something that needs to be considered. So our only question was Nancy Pelosi, will you consider removing this anti-american from the foreign affairs committee? The voters have their choice to throw around twenty twenty that's going to be the people of well the recent immigrants from some choice that live in her district. But that's for the voters to decide. But in terms of what Nancy Pelosi does that affects all the country, and it would be a really appropriate to move remove her from the foreign affairs committee. You were talking about. About these district's, by the way for came in. People don't know this. The reason that Omar really became such a powerhouse in Minnesota was because under the Obama administration. He didn't just take some Ali, refugees the he put them specifically allowed them to be specifically real relocated in that congressional district district has been moving in this direction, so that wasn't the governor of Minnesota. That did it was a bomb directive. It was the, the federal government set the directive on where the refugees wind, but they're people I've spoken with people that were involved in this, and they said there was great pressure. Put on to make sure that those seventy thousand got into that seat. That's a seat that shouldn't have gone democrat. Much less extremist and it only did in recent times because of the population was the endgame of President Obama. No idea. Yeah. Just an interesting tidbit. I thought throughout and that's why that's how that's how Omar got elected. It's probably how she'll get reelected. And why don't they would like, for example, with the two Leib? What's happening in Michigan with the water in Flint, Michigan all the problems? And now General Motors moving out. They don't make one thing that's going to help the workers. It's always on the outside. They're doing more. And maybe I'm being maybe this is being pulled over my eyes. I I'm not quite sure seems like non Omar Rashid, it to leave our speaking care benefits more than helping the people in there. There's no doubt about that. But it's like congressman Zeldin said on my show yesterday. He said the problem here is that you have people that are fundamentally out of step with where most of America is. And they are taking down, what has been a great political party. Yeah. I don't want us. I I'm not a democrat. I'm probably never gonna vote for democrat, but the I would be sad if the Democratic Party happens what happens to them. Here's what happened to the labor party in England where they got taken over in different agenda came in and so Pelosi and Hoyer and all those guys are up against a very tough useful idiots. Incoming freshmen crowd that has gotten a big megaphone and is not afraid to use it. Yeah. That's very true. Kevin, thank you very much, eight seven seven nine seven thousand nine hundred ninety five o'clock today, my friend, five o'clock, we're on top of everything that's breaking down today. And we'll see what it is my friend, you keep up.

"They win the rinse Lear regional beating Michele Walker. Marion forty seven twenty nine they are the defending champs and three Kathy Laden joins me on the Saint Vincent's sports performance hotline, Kathy. Thanks for the call and congratulations on the great regional win. Thank you a great day. I lotta fun for sure a lot of fun for sure you beat Gary west side sixty seven thirty four tell me about that game earlier today. I mean, it was it was a great game. Know, we we really had our hands full at times. Dash shaw. She's her junior Dard is she actually started out had the first twelve points of the game for a so once once I think we kinda got a little more comfortable with the flow of the game. And we're able to you know, maybe key on her a little bit more. We started. We started kind of slowly pulling away authentically from us. And in the championship game. Michelle Walker Mary, and you'd be ten forty seven twenty nine looks to me like defensively your kids played like you want him to play. They did. I mean, they really I feel like put on a clinic in this game. You know, we we held them to six points in the first quarter. And and then came out in the third quarter and held them to five. Yeah, we didn't. We didn't have a tremendous scoring going by in this last game. But, but you know, defense really pulled through. All right. Tell me how your daughter Madison does kindle Bostick. Your one two punch has done. Well for you. How did they play today? They did they did really. Well, both of well first game Madison had I think thirty thirty one. And I think KENDALL had twenty two if I think right off the top of my head, you know, this morning. The first game kindle kindle was. I think to rebound that maybe wanna say or vice versa away from a triple double. And then tonight Madison finished with twenty two and seven rebounds, five assists. Kindle finished with sixteen double double, eleven rebounds. Yeah. I mean, they they they played well both both of them have had a tremendous day. All right. So it's Marian and you next week, correct? Yes. Yup. You've been number one all year, you're the defending champs. I I'm amazed at how well your kids have handled this Kathy. To be honest. I mean, they they just they they put so much time into basketball, and they take it really serious may work hard every day. And and you know, as far as the like, you know, press goes and get a ranking things like that. It's it's just not something that we call a lot of focus on it. I mean, I I know that they know what's out there. And there's a lot of talk. But it's not something that we necessarily address as a team hardly ever. Kathy Laden is the basketball coach at northwestern. They are the defending champions in three a and today they win their regional. It's an impressive win at Rennes Lear over Michele Walker Marion forty seven twenty nine Cathy. I appreciate the call. I wish you the best next week. Thank you so much. Thanks for. How did they welcome? Thank you. Carry pre joins me the head coach at Franklin college grizzlies on with very impressive win today at Saint mount Saint Joseph's seventy to fifty four the final Carey is on the same. Vince is sports performance line. Coach congratulations on a good road win. Thank you. Bob. We've got a good stretch. Snow postponement that pushed a game that we played since last Senator played four games in seven days and really set some some ambitious goals and came within two points of of achieving. No, so one three out of four which is four out of five beyond that. I'm really really proud of the guys they've really put a good stretch of play together. Yeah. And you know, what we were joking off air. The reason why you place a four-game in seven days stretches in order pract, they don't want to practice next February. Nobody wants to practice. They just wanna play. There's a lot of truth to that. I told so by this players dream at forty five minute practice, then go play and then forty five minute practice and go play everybody would like to do that. Yeah. There's no question. When you're playing when you're playing, well, there's there's some logic to that. You know, we prepped and we'll get some shots up and try to you know, refined a few blitzes in our own stuff. But guys were really focused would play different different teams different styles. And and I was I was really pleased with how they were able to go from one to the other and really defensively we played we have played really really well through this stretch. And and and through most of the season, and a lot of veterans is concentration, and you know, really paying attention to scouting reports. And and that sort of thing, and I'm couldn't be more pleased with them in that respect Payton mills comes up extremely large for you today. Does he not he does? And he's he's been a real blessing. He's he's undersized. It's it's an unconventional game. And when I saw him play in high school castle, I thought, you know, maybe this translates, maybe it doesn't but. It has. And and he's he's done. Really? Well for us. We lost Kyle Meyer a couple of games ago. Not down. Dental damage and so he's out to the rest of the season. So Payton said pick up a huge share of that role role. He played thirty seven minutes a day and was eight for eleven from the field at seven rebounds. She just really gives us a tremendous day. All right. So you're playing well shot the ball whelming fifty four percent from the field. Good gracious alive. That's strong stuff. And I think the other key factor here. Looking at the stance, you only turn it over seven times. Yeah. You know early when we struggled this season. We had a hot and cold between not handling it very well, and and not shooting up very well. And we we we've got some, but we just developed some discipline to our play. And and I think guys playing more within their skill sets are shooting percentages. That's actually the second game in a row Wednesday night. We went to rose and spotted them eighteen to happen. We came out shot sixty two percent in the second half. And had it tied with two minutes to play and ended up losing bike to we shot sixty two percents in the second half today. So a lot of that is just all these pieces come together and guys kind of figuring out how to stay within their own strengths and not try to stretch too far beyond that. And we've become three hard to guard. Right. Transylvania rolls in on Wednesday in this is hard as it is to say this and believe this. This is the last week of the regular season. It is it doesn't seem to quick, but Transi was one of the games during that stretch in January where we left a one possession game at their place and really felt like we just didn't finish it office strongly as we should him. So I think there's a good motivation there, and then we'll have blocked in coming in on Saturday. We played. Not very well back in December. When we played just think we're a lot better team right now. So I'm really anxious to finish this home. And then hopefully will be on a serious upswing. Get into the conference tournament. Try to do some damage. They're Kerry Fraser's the basketball coach at Franklin college. They beat mount Saint Joseph's seventy to fifty four coach great to talk to you. Congratulations and good luck next week. Thanks, Robert, always a pleasure. Thank you all of our callers tonight. And every night on the Saint Vincent sports performance hotline. Let's look ahead now next Saturday. How about these matchups? In the excuse me in the semi stage. These are these are these are your matchups four a north will be crown point in Hamilton southeastern in the south Lawrence north castle. So good good matchups there. In three northwestern. You heard our conversations Cathy Laden, they'll be taking on Mary in the south central play. Salem, good matchup into a central noble and Oak Hill for the north Winchester and modern day for the south and in single A, Marquette Catholic enorthfield into north university in. Survey down south. So we get we get things going on. We got a lot of basketball to talk to talk about. And so stay were this coming up. We'll take a school have of big coming up. And then we're going to talk a lot of basketball girls. Regionals have concluded. We have boys regular season. Do wanna remind everyone the pairing show for the boys state finals coming up on the seventeenth a week from tomorrow, Greg Rachel, and I will be live at the I chessy headquarters from five until seven.
