You've got good synthetic form seem to take to the sod last time and I think could sit a nice trip just off the pace, Charlie T number 5 is a big, big, long shot. I thought ran well last time, I think we'll be on the lead, but I think miss J McKay is better than this group. And is the most likely winner. I'm not that pumped up to better at 7 to 5, but you're trying to cash tickets. And I think she's likely to get home. Yeah, and she comes from off the pace and they're probably is enough pace in this race to help her chances. Number two stony point is very fast. The four more strength can show speed. Number 5 Charlie T, very fast. You mentioned number 6, one identity. And I'm guessing that miss J McKay is going to have to pass all of them, but if she gets a good trip under Joel Rosario, who has written her in the past, she's likely in the spot 7 to 5 morning line, I'm thinking even money at post time may be more of a watch and enjoy than play on if you like number 7 miss J McKay, maybe too short for our liking. Moving ahead to the 11th race on tomorrow's card at Gulfstream park. This also 5 furlongs on the turf. It's the grade three Gulfstream park turf sprint. These are four year olds and up and they're in for a purse of $125,000. Big field of ten going to post here, Dave. Morning line favorite is number three belgrano coming off a win in a similar race just a couple months ago. Yeah, I mean, belgrano ran well last time out 5 for long stakes race at Gulfstream was in a field of ten broke kind of so, so okay, waited and got there by a head at 1101. It was an impressive effort. I think this is a really good betting race. I think this is a fun, handicapping test. I think you can wind up on a lot of different courses and I think there's an opportunity to find value. They'll grano is reasonable, but I do not think stands out a 9 year old who has won ten times and 45 races last time out was the best of those 45 races. What are the chances that belgrano was going to run that race again? And even if there is just a small slippage, then it totally opens the door for everyone and quite frankly. Number three territory number I'm sorry, number four territory. Number 5, yes, I am free there are several in here that can run just as good a race as belgrano did last time or maybe even better at territories of veteran we've seen the source a whole bunch of times, 29 races, ten wins. The last time out was in the race against bell grano, went off at 5 to two and just didn't run particularly well, but go back to the 2022 form, and it is very, very solid. You have to go back a little bit further on number 5 yes I am free. I thought last time out of a long layoff, one against the lesser at Gulfstream park, but it was a good sign that, yes, I am free. Debuting as a 7 year old ran well and some of the 2021 2022 form for yes I am free is quite good. Was not great in the summer last year, but go back before that and you see some really good efforts and the trainer who is not a high percentage big name has some incredible numbers, second off a long layoff and a turf sprint and combined with the jockey here. So there's some good anecdotal stuff on yes I am free. The critical way number 9 is interesting horse at a big price. Don't like the over two at Gulfstream, but one of the few graded stakes winners in this field and yeah, the last few aren't very good, but go back to 2021, early 2022. There are certainly races that fit in here. You can go a lot of ways here. I went with yes I am free. I think 6 to one is a really, really good price. On a horse that quite frankly with an a effort is just as good as anybody else.

I trust Nadal to come up with game plans these days that I hadn't thought he was going to do. That Australian open opened my eyes to that the way he beat Medvedev and he's going to have a plan. What is it? Only he knows. Yeah, I mean, I've been around in this in my head today. I had the instinctive feeling as well that night session, it massively favors Novak Djokovic, but then in my head I've got an October French Open. That Raphael Nadal won, beating Novak Djokovic in the final crushing Novak Djokovic in the final. And then my mind goes on spin cycle again and I just don't know. I do give the edge to Djokovic, but not by much. Not by much. That was pretty good. That was good. But yeah, Little Mermaid, so a Little Mermaid came out, and that was a game changer. It was a game changer. Look, I see that movie, and I'm watching literally it was one moment I will never forget. And because you guys are animation aficionados. And your audience is, I want to tell you the moment because I know you know it. It was when Ariel singing part of your world, right? And she sings the lyric, what's a fire, and why does it? What's the word? And Glenn Keane's pose on the word burn. Tony's acting it out. He has anyone else. Any other animator, new animator would have done burn, like maybe like a match or something. But he takes her hand. What's underwater? Puts it across her chest. She arches her back, closes her eyes as if there's a fire in her. Yes. There's like a yearning inside of her that captured. I love that. And that's the moment where it's not just about some mermaid that wants to go see people. It's about a human being or a character who wants to understand the world. And that right there is primal. I felt that. I felt like I feel like it is a fire in me burning. And of course, Glenn's animation was like nothing anyone had ever seen. The music from Alan menken Howard ashman lyricist, incredible Jodi Benson's performance, the art direction, all of it. I remember the credits are rolling. I tap my mom at the end of the movie. And I go, mom. That's what I want to do. And she's like, what, you want to fall in love with a fish? I know, right? I feel like there's more to this story. Was there a guy behind me tapped you on the shoulder? He goes, hi, weirdo. He wants to be a mermaid. He's crying. So look, there I was. You're in high school. And I knew that my dream was to become a Disney animator. Well, I just had one major problem. I had no idea how to do that. Today you want to be Disney animator, you go to Google, you type in how do you become a Disney and you'll find out. Back then, get ready every week. No such thing as the Internet, right? As my kids say, that's the olden days, right? So what do I do? There are no books on how to become Disney animators. I didn't know about Preston Blair and all these old books. So what happens? My mom, incredibly supportive mom, takes her, not my older brother, not my sister, takes me to Disney World. Walks me around Disney World, just to ask people, how can she's like, my son wants to be a Disney animator, can you help him? Asking the Disney cast members of noise. Ask him Pluto and people like that. They're like, man, we're not supposed to talk in the costumes. So what happens? We're getting on the it's a small world boat ride. True story. We're getting on the boat. My mom was like, my son wants to work at Disney. Can you help? And the ladies like, ma'am, how many of your party? This is a boat ride. So we go through that boat ride. We get off and the lady says, look, if you want your son to work at Disney, he's got to go to the Disney casting building. It was four minutes away from where we were in Disney World. So we drive to this building and for your listeners who haven't seen this building. Oh yeah. Can you imagine how incredibly imaginative and beautiful the casting building is? Do you guys remember what it looked like in Florida? I remember it. Do you remember the doors? What are the doors look like? Do you remember? Oh, they have the Alice in Wonderland. Yes. Exactly. Tom nailed that. Gold star for Tom. There it is. It has the doorknobs from Alice in Wonderland that talk. They're made out of brass. It was incredible. I opened the doors. And inside this atrium or gold statuettes of Mickey Donald Pluto goofy roger rabbit, even the air in there was like pixie dust in there. I even had a smell. And I walk up this ramp, Tom, you ever been in that building. Yeah. So it's been a long time, but I do remember the ramp. You remember that ramp you walk up this giant ramp and paint it on the ceiling as Peter Pan and Wendy, flying off to Neverland, and I was like, that's where I want to go. I want to go to Neverland. And on the left was a painting of Walt Disney. Oh, it was amazing. So I sit there for the interview and the ladies like, I'm going to help you I'm like, yeah, my dream is to be a Disney animator. Well, we don't hire those here. I said, well, who do you hire? Should we hire people that work in the parks, people that make the dumbo ride go up and down or sell a Coke for a $15, you know? And I'm like, well, that's not my dream. She goes, well, hold on a second. She walks out of the room, comes back in two minutes later, and hands me a piece of paper, the changes the course of my life. It was a list of 8 schools, 8 art schools that Disney recruits their artists from. She says, if you want to be a Disney animator, you need to go to one of these schools. Boom, that was it. Now I had the recipe. You know, so often I meet students and I ask them, what's your goal in life? And some of them who are lucky enough to have clarity, then I ask them another question. How will you achieve that goal? Because if you don't know how, it's not going to happen. You'd go to a great restaurant. You taste a great dessert. You can make it at home if you have the recipe. And that's what I had in my hands. And in my mind, the equation was beginning Saul plus go to one of these schools will equal dream of becoming a Disney animator. So I go from school to school, right? I didn't make it to Cal arts, a little too far from home, guys. I'm sorry. What are you too expensive too? Right? Yeah. And I didn't go to Sarasota to see the blaze brothers. That was a little too south. That's ringling. And I didn't go up to Sheridan to visit Dave Zach. I didn't Canada. That's Canada. So I did go to the Columbus college of art and design. I remember touring the halls of the skull. We're talking Elliott Boer and Brian summer and Tracy Lee and whoever's listening and so many people Nathan grano. All folks. Tony West. Oh, Tony West. Well, hold on to that Tony West story, Tom. You gotta bring that name back, okay? Okay. So I go touring the school and I remember looking at the artwork on the walls and it was a hundred times better than anything I could ever do. The illustration was amazing. It was hands everywhere. I know. I mean, there was like photo realism. Oh, Andy harkness went there also. I'm an incredible people. So watch this. Watch this. I look in the walls and the artwork is so good. It's so good. And I remember telling the guy touring us around, these students are a hundred times better than anything I could ever do. And I felt intimidated. Why would I want to go to a school? I would have been the worst one at the school. And I'm telling you guys, if I chose that school, I would have been one of the worst artists there. But, you know, I have a theory. If you really want to grow in life, you need to surround yourself with people that are going to elevate you. Don't feel intimidated that you don't know something. Have the humility and the hunger to learn and put yourself in that environment. And that's exactly what I did. I chose the school and thank God they chose me. Nice. Now older song. That's awesome. If you check any shoves or something, then you gotta think these are, okay, why would he show with kings when he wants to get value? So he's not going to have that, and then you think I might be splitting it with him. But then he might have ice queen or ace Jack and you're losing. So I think I would check and decide if it's worth the information's worth the education..

Norman, when you play, and I'm sorry Bernard, can I just be? I love it. I've noticed this. If I can play a higher buy in, I feel a little more comfortable because you see more predictable maybe in the quality of players from the buy and higher. Can you know what more to expect from them and can play back at them in certain ways? Always the same thing where you're when you're playing against better players, they are more predictable. When you're playing against people who hardly play the game, you know, or just very loose aggressive players or bad players. It's hard to know where they are in hand. So basically in horse, when we play 1500 horse, you'll have people just float into the 1500 horse whoever I've ever played rad with stud or federator or Omaha. There's no law at home. So and this is living holding, by the way, so I don't even have that big of advantage. They wouldn't know in it. So yeah, you have a lot more mediocre play there. But you don't have no idea what they're doing. When you're playing against the best players in the world, you generally can predict the spots better, but they're always going to be better than you. They always, you know, they just know when to put an extra bat they don't want to do this. They don't know that. You know, there's no way that any consistent basis I'm going to be David baker and Daniel grano and just down the line. But yeah, you know, it's why it's the whole thing and so both things, you can't bluff a guy who never holds a hand. So it's hard to, you know, when you're playing against the best players, you can bluff them off of hands because they know this, they know that. But you can't bad players. So it's easier to know what they're doing. By the way, they don't think they can bluff me because I'm a bad player relative to the good players. So it all comes with it. Yeah. And when you put 12 million in goal and five of it or seven of its going to be sitting on the bench every game because you both can't play. You know you're wasting space there, right? Because you're right. What this does that creates drama. You know, you were like, I don't know This is a mistake, Flurry and And then, if later played poorly, you could say I looked and I was right. It was a mistake. And so we created this drama, and it does affect the team internally and stuff like that. What? I think Pete divorce should have done. Okay was what worked all season. You know, they played a rotation flurry. Lehner flurry later start the playoffs with Fleury Lehner flurry later if one of them falters if one of them fails. Then you say Okay, listen, or if one of them is outstanding. Maybe you hear from that, But that should have been the model because what they created now was later sitting there. Rusty played one game. That was my biggest concern is that he only played one game. In the last like 30 40 days. Will he be sharp enough, and oh, my God. Did this guy show the mental strength and ability to bring it under those circumstances? You know when the team really needed them, you know it. Fleury has not gotten an opportunity to play and you go back to back and if you looked at Lanier's record on back to back Not ideal hasn't been great back to back always in general, you know, do worse in the second half of that, and you got flurry sitting there competent the bit. You're up 3 to 2. You put flurry in Game six. If he falters, you go to Lehner in Game seven. They put Lehner in Game six. Okay. They lost Now What do you do right now?
