"On the outside, grateful bread is down to the inside. They are followed up by motto with a furlong left to go. And here's comedy town. Comedy town at curator in a real tussle for the final for long. Comedy town territory digging and mata lead on the scene moves into third and trying to gain very late. It's comedy town just there. Curatorial the inside photo can separate them. Territory comedy town. Matter was third and grateful Brad finished fourth. That was doctor Dave Dave Rodman on the call of the 2022 Laurel dash one by Carrie very impressively and kattari than a tried to get that job done once again tomorrow out at Gulfstream park. Welcome back to the weekend stakes preview here on HR and Bobby Newman Dave Freeman will go over to Gulfstream park now. They've got two turf sprints on the card tomorrow Dave, starting with race number 7. It's the ladies turf sprint, $100,000 on the line for the Phillies and mayors sprinting 5 8s on the grass. We've got a field of 9 going to post should have a solid favorite in number 7 miss J McKay, who's, well, when she runs her good races, she may be just better than these. Yeah, I mean, I wrote down in my form 8 to 5 in the morning line came out 7 to 5. And that's probably right. This is the only horse that has beaten stakes company of the open variety a couple others or at least spun glass has beaten, steak spread, state company, beat a bunch of these did miss J McKay last time and really honestly didn't have the easiest to trip that day. Second awful layoff has the top figs. I mean, miss J McKay is the most unlikely winner at what price and what percentage. I don't know, but miss J McKay is the most likely winner. I'm a little interested in one identity. Number 6, I certainly like the 8 to one price. And I thought the turf debut last time was pretty good. You've got good synthetic form seem to take to the sod last time and I think could sit a nice trip just off the pace, Charlie T number 5 is a big, big, long shot. I thought ran well last time, I think we'll be on the lead, but I think miss J McKay is better than this group. And is the most likely winner. I'm not that pumped up to better at 7 to 5, but you're trying to cash tickets. And I think she's likely to get home. Yeah, and she comes from off the pace and they're probably is enough pace in this race to help her chances. Number two stony point is very fast. The four more strength can show speed. Number 5 Charlie T, very fast. You mentioned number 6, one identity. And I'm guessing that miss J McKay is going to have to pass all of them, but if she gets a good trip under Joel Rosario, who has written her in the past, she's likely in the spot 7 to 5 morning line, I'm thinking even money at post time may be more of a watch and enjoy than play on if you like number 7 miss J McKay, maybe too short for our liking. Moving ahead to the 11th race on tomorrow's card at Gulfstream park. This also 5 furlongs on the turf. It's the grade three Gulfstream park turf sprint. These are four year olds and up and they're in for a purse of $125,000. Big field of ten going to post here, Dave. Morning line favorite is number three belgrano coming off a win in a similar race just a couple months ago. Yeah, I mean, belgrano ran well last time out 5 for long stakes race at Gulfstream was in a field of ten broke kind of so, so okay, waited and got there by a head at 1101. It was an impressive effort. I think this is a really good betting race. I think this is a fun, handicapping test. I think you can wind up on a lot of different courses and I think there's an opportunity to find value. They'll grano is reasonable, but I do not think stands out a 9 year old who has won ten times and 45 races last time out was the best of those 45 races. What are the chances that belgrano was going to run that race again? And even if there is just a small slippage, then it totally opens the door for everyone and quite frankly. Number three territory number I'm sorry, number four territory. Number 5, yes, I am free there are several in here that can run just as good a race as belgrano did last time or maybe even better at territories of veteran we've seen the source a whole bunch of times, 29 races, ten wins. The last time out was in the race against bell grano, went off at 5 to two and just didn't run particularly well, but go back to the 2022 form, and it is very, very solid. You have to go back a little bit further on number 5 yes I am free. I thought last time out of a long layoff, one against the lesser at Gulfstream park, but it was a good sign that, yes, I am free. Debuting as a 7 year old ran well and some of the 2021 2022 form for yes I am free is quite good. Was not great in the summer last year, but go back before that and you see some really good efforts and the trainer who is not a high percentage big name has some incredible numbers, second off a long layoff and a turf sprint and combined with the jockey here. So there's some good anecdotal stuff on yes I am free. The critical way number 9 is interesting horse at a big price. Don't like the over two at Gulfstream, but one of the few graded stakes winners in this field and yeah, the last few aren't very good, but go back to 2021, early 2022. There are certainly races that fit in here. You can go a lot of ways here. I went with yes I am free. I think 6 to one is a really, really good price. On a horse that quite frankly with an a effort is just as good as anybody else.

"To fold. Also, if you do happen to blast it and Brennan does have a hand like 7 6 or maybe he has a flush. If you bet two times pot, he's just going to call. But if you do go for something like 25,000, he may opt to put an array at some portion of the time. So when he does have a hand like an ace, he may even fold it to humongous bat. And when he does have a good but not super duper nut hand, if you do about 25 ks off so going to still put in a raise with those hands, like with a straight or flush. So Nebraska does go 25 K I like this a lot. Let's see how brand responds. You know, let's see. Indeed, it does appear to be the end for sensei county, but let us just observe what a run out this is Ali as you said, 9 90 to one some odd. Are there worlds in which given how deep they are and granted it's a touch premature. We know the raises in bathroom, Kenny. They're not that deep though. It's only a 110 BV's to start listen. You mentioned the straight flush as well. After the ensuing re jam, I don't think brynn is going to love it. So there are possibly worlds where you rise up and just say is he really doing this with a hand worse than I just feel, but only 97,000 back though. I think this one is just a wrap for brynn. My goodness. Start the bus. All in. And you see brynn, he has the aces full. And isn't snap calling because he recognizes it's the third nuts. Bren, very reasonably, very logically puts in a pretty chunky raise. And I like this because if Negroni doesn't have a full house or straight or flush, he's at least going to feel somewhat inclined to call in the scenario and given the way into grand who's played the sandy, probably either has one of those hands or nothing. So I definitely like a big raise from Bren. Over to the grano, he loads it in, as expected. Let's see what Bren does. Can he find the hero fold with a third nuts? I guess I have not. Well, there you go, Ollie. This is disgusting. Jeez. GG sir. Pierce that he's covered. I mean. So I got one hundred Bryn Kenney by two hundred. Not a huge margin. Covered buying the granule. Two 62. As soon as you said that, I'm like, oh no, I think he has the ace of still manages to find the sportsmanship. As he hands a fist bump over, but tough spot for brandy does actually think it through. You have to realize whenever it goes big bat or at least medium sized bet, big rays all in negron who's not doing a whole lot of bluffing here. So which hands would he want to load as money in? With four value? What do you really load in with a hand like pocket 5s or pocket fours in the spot? I don't know. In a poker tournament you may actually not supposed to load your money in whatever you can not reenter. So look, I wouldn't fold in Brent shoes, but I certainly do not fall from this was not a slow roll or anything like that. He actually was sitting here thinking, man. There's two hands I lose to. The 5 to a stage, which Negroni could have, and the three and the three, which the ground would have. And he sure has played it like he has it. And turns

"It, and you win the battle, a new window games in the middle of the park. On top of it, it's not there yet. You had a very good goal against first, but that defensively is not there yet on the second goal they considered with Thiago siwa, they don't talk to each other, so they boss follow Adams, but I'm strong is free. So so many things to adjust in order to get something, but where are the where are you there? Four games, 8 in the table, maybe fossil and other swings that can be so far away already. It's not too late because we are only the 5th day or the fourth day, so I remember I don't remember, but it's not enough. Really not enough. What's going wrong, gab? I think a number of things. I mean, we've talked about before about how two holes have been under a tremendous amount of pressure. He's got a large amount of baggage, some of it he's doing some of it, the whole transition. Losing all the people at the top of the club from Marina grano sky to Peter check to essentially having to be sporting director and coach all summer long. But then there's things that I think are in his control. I generally don't understand this insistence on the Harvard's Sterling partnership, maybe braja is in fully fit. Maybe they could have moved earlier for a striker if that's what you think they needed. You chuck Zia ching after basically ignoring him and nearly selling him all summer long. I don't know. I guess to reach James, perhaps unavailable, but I still equate to a right back. I left back, tells you that I'm basically gonna have four static defenders and where's my witch gonna come from. So all these things together, it just leaves a team that feels very, very flat. And sure, they can go up to spend money on full finale, spend more money on another striker between non game and the window, but this is so far away from the methodical and kind of the planning Chelsea that we've been used to in previous years. This way I had set off the game, I don't know if concern is the right word. I absolutely disliked to lose. It's the second time this season and I don't think it takes a lot to beat us and this I don't like. It's not enough to play 2025 minutes on the level. We won, it is too easy to put us off balance to beat us to confuse us. It's too easy. Well, it says problem. There doesn't it? I mean, it says problem says players. Says team, I get it. I get Gabby's point. There's no granite sky. There's no check. There's no roost box, but is he not taking training? Right. I mean, if he's not taking training and he's not at the training ground and he's off making phone calls, left right and center. Maybe I'll maybe I'll give him a bet. Well, just because he's got a bit of extra baggage for two or three months. What's that got to do with the team? Are they all just feeling sorry for themselves all of a sudden? Don't they know what they're doing? There's the fact that there's no bridge between him and the ownership in terms of the transfer structure. Does that mini camp play a bike free or different players are definitely running backs or different front three? Does it? No, I don't think so. So I don't know why we're looking for an excuse. But Southampton. So I'm going to selling club just before the season started. There was almost a mutiny in this club. Wow, Ralph asino, but after day one, I don't know. Rafael and how to the players. You look at the squad. This is Chelsea. And it's not an anomaly. Look at the performance it leads. The scrap flew against Evan. A goodness in there on her hopeless at the moment. So yeah, they had a period against Tottenham that was pretty good. But I'm sorry, you know, it's we're all trying to find the excuses here. Yeah, there's no striker and yeah, they need players to hurt doesn't need players. Apart from mindset and Liverpool, tell me who doesn't need players. You look at Kai Havertz, for example, Craig, he had that kind of situation. And he's through and no one thought he was going to school. Actually, I've told you on this show oak season. Last season, there's not be there. We'll get even Sterling. I mean, Horton calls go and I think it was three and two or whatever, I can't remember. But it's inconsistent. And at what last over the course of a season, I've told you about half hours, it's everywhere great in the Champions League Final. That's great. Fantastic moment for them. There are 50 games a year. Timo Werner has gone back and scored a heart trick in Germany. Was I tell you all you need to know? Well, we're back home where we can solve software and his own country. He couldn't cut it. Concussion. High versus the same. Mount's not playing well. They'll all be crying here in America where Christian Pulisic. The usual cronies. It's up to these players to do it. How can zaic? What is lightweight when Lampard when he came in under Lampard, there were all worried about coming from Holland and how he looked engineer prawn and weak and they had to strengthen them up. These are million millions and millions of dollar sailors. But it's up to the manager to put it right. He had a chance with Lukaku last year. It didn't work out, partly the player partly everything else. We understand that. It's his stick. He needs to sort it out. Frank? Yeah, I have to agree with Craig. You know, I think even his body language, I'm talking about two kill at the end of the game and over the last 5 minutes. He was nodding, no agreeing with what he was seeing, but not reacting to what he was saying. And for the players, I think the too comfortable. I mean, the lifestyle is nice in London. They have lots of money, so it's a beautiful city. Maybe player is good when it's really at the edge. When it feels that somehow you can lose its part, you know, you have to be, it needs to be that was sitting, not really stable because it needs to react. It needs to be put in the edge to make sure to make sure that it's going to give Android person. It doesn't seem that way a Chelsea all players seem to be okay, you know, you lose you lose you when you win. That's fine. You finish 30 it's okay. You have to be more. You need to have more ambition. You need to feel in danger. They don't feel in danger. They seem to be okay. And I hate that. When I see that, I get upset, you know? I see all the clubs. You can say everything you want, you know, but let's say leads. You know, when I see the player, I see the game today, they feel in danger. They go for it. They fall away from the same level as Chelsea, but they go for it. When I see Newcastle the same thing, Chelsea, comfortable, that's okay. Until when, for what? Needs a reaction for sure. When we see a reaction in the transfer window, gab obviously it shouts on Thursday, heavily linked to Aubameyang over the last couple of weeks, any chance they could bring in someone like that. I think there's plenty chance because Barcelona needs to raise money and if they're not going to shift the pie, they'll shift Obama young. But the question is, what problems does Aubameyang solve for you when you consider what he did in his last 12 months at arsenal, especially those last 6 months?

"And if you know what, Craig, if that doesn't happen, I rest until the World Cup and then win the World Cup with Portugal. And I go back and say, hey, Eric, I did one of the things. That sounds very easy to see. But also it's very nice. It must have been less than two. Talking about when the World Cup. Do you think you'd rather go to Chelsea or Real Madrid? Well, this should be our point. I mean, look, I've I don't know Todd bully. I know Tom lick was coming to see these are the football people, right? I don't see any kind of fit at Chelsea with Thomas Tuchel. Like zero. And Thomas Tuchel is a system manager. That's Greg just assuming you need it. Well, come on, but you're not cutting me. It doesn't fair. The big difference, Thomas. Thomas Tuchel won a champion Zeke, Thomas Tuchel has, I think, more gravitas because the people around him have all gone. Right now, they're all gone. There's no director of football. There's no Marina grano sky around. So if Thomas Tuchel says, yeah, I want this. I think he's got more leverage. But going back to the point, I don't know. It's hypothetical at the clubs, but they're impossible come at the end of the transfer window. You know Carlo Ancelotti is managed that ship that difficult situation very, very I mean, amazingly well last year. He's got one or two headaches in the squad to deal with possessions. It doesn't need that headache. Does he have because Ronaldo coming in? Benzema, the bottom left would be on the floor. I don't think so either, but you know what? It's football. Never say never. And what I tell you though is that I mean, no one called you for many, many years. He's not the one who's going to call the shot on this. It's going to be Florentino. Yes. If Florentino decides that it's good for the club, Kyle angelotti is going to do his best to make it work. He's not going to throw his toys out of the prime. He personally genuinely likes christiano as a person. And he would say, all right, fine. I'm not going to say no to this. I'll make it work. So there's not a fit there. Where? What does he call? Well, I think the trouble is difficult to as good as S player has been. Amazing. Excuse me, when you're 37, and you've completely rebuilt your game and change the way you play to be able to keep playing at that level from this selkie fashionable energetic winger with all the tricks of the trade and the goals and the free kick to your guy who effectively became an out and out striker in the end, remodeling reshaped his game, but now it's 37 and unless he takes another monstrous wage cut as expensive. Well, a lot of these clubs want to play a more modern dynamic game at a fast paced sport that is only getting quicker and quicker every year. That age, difficult to have a pragmatic manager he's been linked with we're in fantasy land here. He's been linked with welcome to the shore. And that's why there's not he's been linked with Atlético. There's no fair. Well, he's been linked with Atlético, right? Atlético had a great striker who was older, great goal scorer. And for one season, I'm thinking Luis Suárez here. Was extremely productive in that not very mobile. But not super Cristiano is a lot more mobile than Luis Suárez, right? And he's a better goal scorer. Still getting rid of them because he's not mobile. But maybe with Diego Simeone, there's a way of playing. Kind of Real Madrid legend go to Atleti. He can do what he wanted. We can go anywhere we want. It doesn't affect the eye, though. Listen, Ronaldo is not going to go to a team that whose foster thing in the head is to not lose the ball. And not go forward. He said he's been on. The best of the best and they're all about going forward. They're all about playing attacking football. And so in BAPE says, hey, guess what, PSG fans? I was just kidding. I'm off to Real Madrid and he teams up with Messi and Neymar at Paris Saint-Germain. Happy now. We still doesn't flip. All right. We're going to be here all night. Go through scenarios if we don't move on. If you'd like to see

I like to have polite he was to you when he was talking to you and just genuinely loving the experience. And I hope that there's more to come from here, is an interesting player. Doubles title won by Nikola mektic and mate pavic who beat the British player Lloyd glasspool and a chap whose name is betraying me Catherine. What is it? Harry helly avara of Finland. That's the one. Who again, much like Ryan penniston, I thought, oh, up and comer. Are these 33, I think? In doubles. I mean, that is up and coming, isn't it? That's young. In hala, we had as Matt was saying Hubert her catch beating quite a roll of honor here, Dan and mevin 6 one 6 four, Felix Australia seam, Nick curios, that's a who's who of the ones just below the mix guys, really. Obviously, Medvedev can't play at Wimbledon, but Australia Simon curiosity regarded as two of the more comfortable players on that surface. So yeah, her catch very interesting and he did amuse us with his comments about how to return the server Phoenix Asia seem, which is to look at the shot clock and if it shows and odd number go one way and if it shows an even number, go the other way. And that's one way of doing it. It's a bit like how I once did my exams, where I sort of, in the multiple choice, would just think, have I had an a for a while. No, I haven't. I'll put a I didn't do so well. But anyway. Those are the lost lawyers. When I saw that Hubert her catch interview video was trending, I did think, oh my goodness. What could it possibly be? Has he done a David now bandage? Yes. Unfortunately. It was a lovely little sound bite, wasn't it from her catch? It was. Doubles one by Marcel granos and horatio zappas in Berlin, I knew that on Stuart won the title because out of nowhere, Catherine messaged us how much she wanted at a win win with him. I just think it would be incredible. Don't you, I mean, just one of the most popular popular Grand Slam victories in history. Popular and important actually really, really game changingly important. Yeah, I mean, it would be amazing. But is she in the mix then? Oh yeah. 100%. Really? Absolutely. And I know that I think in some weird way, that means your life is over or something, David, because she's never in the mix in your lifetime. Well, I've been put her in it. It's not in your mix for Wimbledon. I haven't decided yet. And given that my last comment on the subject was that she wouldn't be in my lifetime, then I've got some severe rowing back to do, if I'm going to place her in it. David, then who is for you? It's definitely not a mix of one. I don't think it can be on grass. No. It was at the French Open because to be on tech is a known, brilliant, brilliant quantity on clay, and she was so far ahead of the rest of the field. She's not even lost in the first round. Look, I mean, that's the thing here. We're entering in very similar territory to what we entered the French Open with, where jabber has won one of the leading tournaments. Everyone's expecting her to do well, how will she cope with all of that? I just think her game suits grass really, really well. I think, you know, she has reached the final four for the last 6 events. This is a sustained, brilliant bit of form and should be capable of goth wonderfully in the semi. It makes her more dangerous that she lost first round of the French. Why? Hungrier? Experience. You know, if she finds herself in a similar position again, she's had that experience of going into a Grand Slam being in some people's mix for the title. And even this week in Berlin, that was the first time she'd been number one seed, at a 500. I think it was the biggest tournament she'd ever been number one seed and she won it. There was pressure on her to deliver and she did. I just can't imagine what happened at the French Open happening again. It's in the back of my mind. I just think she's so good now. She won't let it. I very much hope you're right because I would love to see her. "Look, it's a 59th time. They're facing off against each other. There are no secrets left. And honestly, I can't wait. You know, day and night, I don't really mind where it is. You're going to have to wait because it's not going to start till 9 p.m.. I just love seeing them go up against each other. It is a tree. I know, I know there is grumpiness attached, but overall. We're pumped. Oh, very glad they're playing each other. It's hugely exciting. How many of these are we going to get to watch? Who knows? This may be the last one for all we know. But the one thing I would query when you say there's no secrets now they know exactly what they're going to get. I trust Nadal to come up with game plans these days that I hadn't thought he was going to do. That Australian open opened my eyes to that the way he beat Medvedev and he's going to have a plan. What is it? Only he knows. Yeah, I mean, I've been around in this in my head today. I had the instinctive feeling as well that night session, it massively favors Novak Djokovic, but then in my head I've got an October French Open. That Raphael Nadal won, beating Novak Djokovic in the final crushing Novak Djokovic in the final. And then my mind goes on spin cycle again and I just don't know. I do give the edge to Djokovic, but not by much. Not by much. Just going to with you very, very quickly through the long nan schedule tomorrow, because I'm very conscious that we've overlooked the doubles rather and we will pay it some attention when we can retrieve ram J Salisbury the top seeds there in men's doubles quarterfinals tomorrow against Ivan doddy and Austin kreische. There's a lot of generations happening there, Grosjean and peer lean against bahrami and beneteau, but rami embedded. Father and son. And chanda Rubin and sandrine test dude against daniela hantuchova and Martina Navratilova. Yeah, more men's doubles quarter finals on Simon macho grano is a bios against basically kulf Neal scrub ski. "Went off the rails. Was that at first? Was that a first for you guys? Yes. Yes. I've signing it a couple times, but Tony sings all the time. But that was a trio. Come on, that was a trio. That was pretty good. That was good. But yeah, Little Mermaid, so a Little Mermaid came out, and that was a game changer. It was a game changer. Look, I see that movie, and I'm watching literally it was one moment I will never forget. And because you guys are animation aficionados. And your audience is, I want to tell you the moment because I know you know it. It was when Ariel singing part of your world, right? And she sings the lyric, what's a fire, and why does it? What's the word? And Glenn Keane's pose on the word burn. Tony's acting it out. He has anyone else. Any other animator, new animator would have done burn, like maybe like a match or something. But he takes her hand. What's underwater? Puts it across her chest. She arches her back, closes her eyes as if there's a fire in her. Yes. There's like a yearning inside of her that captured. I love that. And that's the moment where it's not just about some mermaid that wants to go see people. It's about a human being or a character who wants to understand the world. And that right there is primal. I felt that. I felt like I feel like it is a fire in me burning. And of course, Glenn's animation was like nothing anyone had ever seen. The music from Alan menken Howard ashman lyricist, incredible Jodi Benson's performance, the art direction, all of it. I remember the credits are rolling. I tap my mom at the end of the movie. And I go, mom. That's what I want to do. And she's like, what, you want to fall in love with a fish? I know, right? I feel like there's more to this story. Was there a guy behind me tapped you on the shoulder? He goes, hi, weirdo. He wants to be a mermaid. He's crying. So look, there I was. You're in high school. And I knew that my dream was to become a Disney animator. Well, I just had one major problem. I had no idea how to do that. Today you want to be Disney animator, you go to Google, you type in how do you become a Disney and you'll find out. Back then, get ready every week. No such thing as the Internet, right? As my kids say, that's the olden days, right? So what do I do? There are no books on how to become Disney animators. I didn't know about Preston Blair and all these old books. So what happens? My mom, incredibly supportive mom, takes her, not my older brother, not my sister, takes me to Disney World. Walks me around Disney World, just to ask people, how can she's like, my son wants to be a Disney animator, can you help him? Asking the Disney cast members of noise. Ask him Pluto and people like that. They're like, man, we're not supposed to talk in the costumes. So what happens? We're getting on the it's a small world boat ride. True story. We're getting on the boat. My mom was like, my son wants to work at Disney. Can you help? And the ladies like, ma'am, how many of your party? This is a boat ride. So we go through that boat ride. We get off and the lady says, look, if you want your son to work at Disney, he's got to go to the Disney casting building. It was four minutes away from where we were in Disney World. So we drive to this building and for your listeners who haven't seen this building. Oh yeah. Can you imagine how incredibly imaginative and beautiful the casting building is? Do you guys remember what it looked like in Florida? I remember it. Do you remember the doors? What are the doors look like? Do you remember? Oh, they have the Alice in Wonderland. Yes. Exactly. Tom nailed that. Gold star for Tom. There it is. It has the doorknobs from Alice in Wonderland that talk. They're made out of brass. It was incredible. I opened the doors. And inside this atrium or gold statuettes of Mickey Donald Pluto goofy roger rabbit, even the air in there was like pixie dust in there. I even had a smell. And I walk up this ramp, Tom, you ever been in that building. Yeah. So it's been a long time, but I do remember the ramp. You remember that ramp you walk up this giant ramp and paint it on the ceiling as Peter Pan and Wendy, flying off to Neverland, and I was like, that's where I want to go. I want to go to Neverland. And on the left was a painting of Walt Disney. Oh, it was amazing. So I sit there for the interview and the ladies like, I'm going to help you I'm like, yeah, my dream is to be a Disney animator. Well, we don't hire those here. I said, well, who do you hire? Should we hire people that work in the parks, people that make the dumbo ride go up and down or sell a Coke for a $15, you know? And I'm like, well, that's not my dream. She goes, well, hold on a second. She walks out of the room, comes back in two minutes later, and hands me a piece of paper, the changes the course of my life. It was a list of 8 schools, 8 art schools that Disney recruits their artists from. She says, if you want to be a Disney animator, you need to go to one of these schools. Boom, that was it. Now I had the recipe. You know, so often I meet students and I ask them, what's your goal in life? And some of them who are lucky enough to have clarity, then I ask them another question. How will you achieve that goal? Because if you don't know how, it's not going to happen. You'd go to a great restaurant. You taste a great dessert. You can make it at home if you have the recipe. And that's what I had in my hands. And in my mind, the equation was beginning Saul plus go to one of these schools will equal dream of becoming a Disney animator. So I go from school to school, right? I didn't make it to Cal arts, a little too far from home, guys. I'm sorry. What are you too expensive too? Right? Yeah. And I didn't go to Sarasota to see the blaze brothers. That was a little too south. That's ringling. And I didn't go up to Sheridan to visit Dave Zach. I didn't Canada. That's Canada. So I did go to the Columbus college of art and design. I remember touring the halls of the skull. We're talking Elliott Boer and Brian summer and Tracy Lee and whoever's listening and so many people Nathan grano. All folks. Tony West. Oh, Tony West. Well, hold on to that Tony West story, Tom. You gotta bring that name back, okay? Okay. So I go touring the school and I remember looking at the artwork on the walls and it was a hundred times better than anything I could ever do. The illustration was amazing. It was hands everywhere. I know. I mean, there was like photo realism. Oh, Andy harkness went there also. I'm an incredible people. So watch this. Watch this. I look in the walls and the artwork is so good. It's so good. And I remember telling the guy touring us around, these students are a hundred times better than anything I could ever do. And I felt intimidated. Why would I want to go to a school? I would have been the worst one at the school. And I'm telling you guys, if I chose that school, I would have been one of the worst artists there. But, you know, I have a theory. If you really want to grow in life, you need to surround yourself with people that are going to elevate you. Don't feel intimidated that you don't know something. Have the humility and the hunger to learn and put yourself in that environment. And that's exactly what I did. I chose the school and thank God they chose me. Nice. Now older song. That's awesome. So you learn that. Oh, sorry. I had a joke, and you just stepped on it again. Sorry. Tom learned that too, so he was born into the same womb that I was in so that he could grow as an artist too..

"So I'd rather get to the river and show down my ace, I think if I can't for a cheaper price than just and again, we don't play a vix level, but for the normal generic one two level, when you come alive on that river after all this, I don't think too many people put you on the king at that point. I think what most people put you on is, hey, I need to win this part by betting. But I don't think necessarily people are going to go straight. Oh, there is the king coming alive now. No, I wouldn't think that. I would have thought the king would have came alive earlier. So my instinct is to say this person just missed everything. The only way they're going to win the hand is by betting now because I've been betting the entire way and they want to put them down in my mind. And that doesn't work for me, I don't think. So. All right. I thought now $130 the river is the 9 of spades. So our final board is ahart, king of spades, king of clubs, 8 clubs, 9 of spades, again, action is on us. Yeah, that night changes absolutely nothing. It doesn't improve your hand at all. The misdirection that I mentioned either in the club might have been serious. There's really nothing here to like. I don't think yeah. And I think it's an order. Or anything like that, incomplete any of his hands. So we're back to whatever he had to begin with. So when you watch, you watch Daniel grano play. And he kisses the chips and throws him in because he wants to at least use this as education. He's going to learn a lot about this player because now he can just totally replay the hand and his mind and say, this is what he does is it was tendencies. This is what I'm thinking. I mean, you may run into this guy again or maybe play with him for the rest of the night. And so you want to try to get some info on them. You've got a decent stack in front of you. If you check, and he bets a hundred, you've got aces up with a 9 kicker, which is improving your hand. And maybe this guy has jacks or queens and you'll figure out a lot of stuff by calling if it's like an 80 to a $100 bet. If you check any shoves or something, then you gotta think these are, okay, why would he show with kings when he wants to get value? So he's not going to have that, and then you think I might be splitting it with him. But then he might have ice queen or ace Jack and you're losing. So I think I would check and decide if it's worth the information's worth the education..

You know, I always start off this day by rewatching clips of the plane strains and automobiles and that's my favorite one is the rental car. Scene where? The Ferris Bueller secretary. Never saw it. Spoiler alert, please. You've never seen plain streets in that movie? I've seen excerpts of it, you know, like you have you're talking about what you do. Like what you do every Thanksgiving is what I do. You know, what I've seen over my lifetime, I've never actually watched the movie. Comprehend this information. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I saw your little Facebook post about it today, and I thought, yep. I can't really don't know what he's talking about. Trump is me, you're gonna do this, 'cause you come to all this stuff, wait, wait, like making a murderer? Yeah, yeah. That's probably been framed for step in other murders by the time the rest of us have watched. You need to make some time today. I promise you you're going to love it. All right. I'll figure out, you know, I just finished watching the staircase, which is very similar to the making a murderer and another brutal corrupt system that screwed people. But yeah, all right, I'll try to give it a shot. But only three promise to watch. You promise to watch Star Wars. Yeah, okay. The baby owner one I haven't seen that. I actually watched less TV now because it's so frustrated, Googling, where can I watch a man? Exactly. Exactly. Forget it. I'm just gonna like, you know, read the newspaper. Exactly. All right, let's do poker now. All right, this year's World Series of poker has come to an end and here are our final updates, spinning glazer one event 78 to ten K rats championship for a sports career bracelet. Previously in the series, he had a second third and 9th place finishes. They'll help you made a 6th final table the series, and I can't believe you didn't notice I did. You did it everywhere and I just said screw it. He's doing it to piss me off or he's really stupid. So either way, you know, I don't know, but you're really itchy L button on my laptop is what it is. Constantly putting extra L's where they don't belong. It's like Easter egg hunt for you. Anyway, I feel help me with one out. Actually. One L and Phil, too and help me. You made a 6 final table of the series. Adrian Mateo is one of an 82, the 250 K high roller for his fourth career bracelet in the highest buy in event of the series. Leo Omar gets when event 83 to $1500 closer to become the only woman to win an open event this series. Jeremy Osman is one of N 84 to 50 K PO high roller defeating Phil Helmut one L and NFL. Heads up, helping me set the record for the most final tables in a series with 7 Daniel mcgrady who finished third. Josh aria was 7th, the grand I would go on to finish third in the very next event while aria had a tenth place finish two events later. And Josh Ari is this year's player of the year at 11 cache is two bracelets in two other final tables with 4194.59 points helping me to finish second with 3720.01 points and ten cash is one bracelet. 6 other final tables, while doing your grano, who hasn't won a bracelet since 2013, boy, I would have lost that, but rallied to finish third with 3531.03 points with 18 cashes and three final tables. The World Series of poker started a new series of NFT options, which we don't care about at all. Nope. But if you do, it features famous clips from the series over the years. And finally, well known when Las Vegas tax expert Russ Fox had published his estimates of the tax burden for this year's main event final table. New world champion Cory, elder, a German who lives in Austria, very smartly for tax purposes and two British final table participants won't owe a single penny in taxes based on U.S. tax treaties with those two nations and the fact that neither of those countries not companies. Countries, tax gambling, winnings, the other players who have in the United States Turkey and Argentina will see a good chunk of their winnings going to various governments with high park lives in New Jersey's likely to pay the highest percentage of his winnings. Okay, where to start? The only NFT I'd be interested in is he called me with Jack high. I think that's the one I would get a little bit more for that. Yeah, that's the one I might buy. And maybe the Chris moneymaker, not knowing it's his turn to act and the whole world's looking at him and they all thought that he had a serious decision to make and he's getting ready to fold. Those two, I might consider, you know, put some Cheddar down on, but other than that, yeah, I have no interest in NFTs right now. I tell you Rea. What a remarkable year. I mean, he comes out of nowhere again. Obviously, he's been a player the whole time and all that, but I mean, just to have this massive year. And every time helmets tried to one up, I'm gonna get it back or whatever our AB right there with him finishing right near him or whatever. It was a pretty remarkable year for him. Congratulations, really phenomenal. Yeah, he was definitely a fly in his soup this whole series, right? Thought he was going to catch up and then you follow that over there. Hey, hey, he's had another final table. Well, guess what? Josh Ari just missed the final labels. I don't do much. So yeah, somebody called him an unlikely player of the year. I don't know if that seems like a stretch to me. Obviously, I think some of these other names, people probably would have thought a bit more. But I don't necessarily think it's an unlikely, but one of these great pros gets a good streak and the initial we had three of them. I mean, three of the most fantastic players will oversee finished one two and three and they all had great series. Solidifying our player of the year, you know, professional player going to do well in this World Series stuff. I mean, they really did just rise to the occasion. The other stuff on top of LEGO markets, that's fantastic. You know, a woman winning, it's always always great when that can happen because then it just opens up the field to more women saying, hey, I think I can do this too and getting them out there to play and that's a great thing. Some of these other names I didn't really recognize, but they had multiple bracelets. Again, this week, everybody who want to bracelet seem to have wondered fourth bracelet. It's crazy. And I haven't heard telling you squawking about the player of the year. Here at the end, I'm sure he probably was somewhere. But it's interesting because he talked about when he had his first meltdown over here and it should reward final tables over anything else. So we've got to look at now we kind of know some of the stats, right? So aria made four final tables, he made 7, but aria had two bracelets he only had one, so I don't know. I mean, 11 cashes and ten companies had ten. So, you know, I think between those two, I think we're really splitting hairs now. Would have been interesting if Negro would have cast a couple more times 18 cashes had more than almost as much of those two guys combined. Had he had a couple more cashes and actually been the player of the year and I'm not looking for a appointment to the college football playoff selection committee here by saying it, but I would have a hard time stop eating a player of the year that didn't win a bracelet. Yeah. Yeah, that's true. I mean, still 18 cash is pretty phenomenal. But that's remarkable. Remarkable. I think you meant new granular..

"And they search for your name and then just look for my name and you put it in there and while I'm a Karen, for instance, is one of the people staking me. He's got a lot of loose change lately. So he says, a 150 bucks, that's nothing, you know. I'll pick that up at stones or Thunder Valley next week. But yeah, I have a question for Norman. Norman, when you play, and I'm sorry Bernard, can I just be? I love it. I've noticed this. If I can play a higher buy in, I feel a little more comfortable because you see more predictable maybe in the quality of players from the buy and higher. Can you know what more to expect from them and can play back at them in certain ways? Always the same thing where you're when you're playing against better players, they are more predictable. When you're playing against people who hardly play the game, you know, or just very loose aggressive players or bad players. It's hard to know where they are in hand. So basically in horse, when we play 1500 horse, you'll have people just float into the 1500 horse whoever I've ever played rad with stud or federator or Omaha. There's no law at home. So and this is living holding, by the way, so I don't even have that big of advantage. They wouldn't know in it. So yeah, you have a lot more mediocre play there. But you don't have no idea what they're doing. When you're playing against the best players in the world, you generally can predict the spots better, but they're always going to be better than you. They always, you know, they just know when to put an extra bat they don't want to do this. They don't know that. You know, there's no way that any consistent basis I'm going to be David baker and Daniel grano and just down the line. But yeah, you know, it's why it's the whole thing and so both things, you can't bluff a guy who never holds a hand. So it's hard to, you know, when you're playing against the best players, you can bluff them off of hands because they know this, they know that. But you can't bad players. So it's easier to know what they're doing. By the way, they don't think they can bluff me because I'm a bad player relative to the good players. So it all comes with it. Yeah. Well, definitely go to state kings, dot com and search Norman. I will do that right afterward. I will make sure that I will definitely contribute to your cause. I love the cause and I think that it'd be great to see you cash. Not only just for the charity, but for us too, meanwhile, need some dinner money. That would be a favorite cash ever if I could cash in this. It's a long shot, but having a hundred, 200 packers, it would be so much fun to cash. That's awesome. That's awesome. Well, when we come back, we're going to talk with these two gentlemen about the past two decades really from 2003 all the way up until now. I won't lie to you, but you know he did you were you were the Twitter troll. I was. I'm not a troll. I admit to it. And when it was done, I said, thank God I said I actually I actually wrote Hallelujah! I was wrong. Okay? I did say it, but I guess I guess The point is, though it's a For I think you know you've you've watched hockey all your life. I've been a big hockey fan. I'm more from the Philadelphia area. You know, I grew up when the Flyers one as an expansion team and had all the you know the broad street bully days and I watch that, but Usually if you win a cup, you're riding one guy that's usually how it works, and it just seems so odd and out of the norm to pull the guy It's getting it done for you. That's got you into this position to be a couple of wins away from a cup. Uh, appearance. Oh, I totally hear what you're saying. And you're right that this more This model has never been done. Never in the history of hockey. Have we ever had a team? It has two. Not one to top 10 goalies in the entire league, So it's a unique situation that frankly, I I blame management for even putting them in this position, okay? Because you have a certain amount of money to spend on a cap, right? And when you put 12 million in goal and five of it or seven of its going to be sitting on the bench every game because you both can't play. You know you're wasting space there, right? Because you're right. What this does that creates drama. You know, you were like, I don't know This is a mistake, Flurry and And then, if later played poorly, you could say I looked and I was right. It was a mistake. And so we created this drama, and it does affect the team internally and stuff like that. What? I think Pete divorce should have done. Okay was what worked all season. You know, they played a rotation flurry. Lehner flurry later start the playoffs with Fleury Lehner flurry later if one of them falters if one of them fails. Then you say Okay, listen, or if one of them is outstanding. Maybe you hear from that, But that should have been the model because what they created now was later sitting there. Rusty played one game. That was my biggest concern is that he only played one game. In the last like 30 40 days. Will he be sharp enough, and oh, my God. Did this guy show the mental strength and ability to bring it under those circumstances? You know when the team really needed them, you know it. Doesn't that bring up to with Pete's decisions with the board's decisions? He did that. And he did that last year as well in the bubble. He went with Leonard, right. You went with later, most of it and gave flurry very little time, right? I mean, and I thought that was a massive mistake, right? But that's my point. He does it in the regular season, And then all of a sudden he wants he wants. He changes it. And this is Mike. Criticism with him. It's part of it, he he has this tendency. You know, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I get that. That's kind of what you're saying with the goalie situation, But he has it. He did it. He did it last year. He's doing it again now and and the the rationale when he did it last year was play the hot hand, play the hot hand and Now It's like, well, no, I think that was a mess up. I'm going to bring the other guy in and it's just You don't know what you've got with me. That's my opinion that's for sure. Like ultimately, coach has to make decisions. He made a decision last year that was Just add in every way. Horrible, horrifying he took. We had a game six and Game seven and back to back nights because of the content schedule, right? We're up 32 in the series right later has not been playing. Right. I'm sorry. Fleury has not gotten an opportunity to play and you go back to back and if you looked at Lanier's record on back to back Not ideal hasn't been great back to back always in general, you know, do worse in the second half of that, and you got flurry sitting there competent the bit. You're up 3 to 2. You put flurry in Game six. If he falters, you go to Lehner in Game seven. They put Lehner in Game six. Okay. They lost Now What do you do right now? It's tough to put the flurry in this spot because he hasn't played the play with obvious you put Fleur in Game six. You got a fresh leader for Game seven. If you know if we can get the job done, So, yeah. That's the thing though. Like when you have two goals are interchangeable. This isn't a case where you got Fleurian Subin. Okay, Right Slurry. You don't you're not putting suban in at any point. If you look at, you know, Tampa Bay or Montreal. They got one guy and the backup doesn't play unless there's an injury. Right? Vegas. Now you have this extra added headache. Every single game. We're all we're going to talk about is who starts. And based on the performance that the one thing I liked about about Lehner yesterday, he's a lot more conservative in the net than flurries. He doesn't leave his post. Very often. I like how he's a big body. I just I liked how he doesn't take a lot of chance. I think I think flurry takes more chances with the puck the land basins performance yesterday. Would you be comfortable with him starting again, either of the next two games or three games of this series or in the Stanley Cup finals if we get there? Well, yeah, you bring up a good point, right? And I think the description is always sort of been this If you need a goalie to win you a theories. That might be flurry. Right? If you're an underdog against the Colorado who's high powered or whatever. If you need a goalie, not to lose the series, you know, then you think, Okay, well, liners that guy right? And I think that's probably more apps for this Montreal theory since we're supposedly these big, heavy favorite, right, right? Yeah. So, having said that I would find it. Really difficult if I was the board to watch what Leonard did in Game four, and then how do you go after that performance to Fleury in Game five? I don't. I don't see personally I don't see how you make that switch. Now..
