"Where we create the talking points call in now 877-381-3811 Make Americans date again what the hell is that Anyway now we swing over may I say swing I think I will We swing over to Colorado Once a fantastically run state now it's run by while a clown a fool if you will he's all for the children ladies and gentlemen he calls to scientists in Florida a socialist run state because they're interfering you see With Disney I explain this yesterday so even a thug with a low IQ could understand this Meaning a Democrat governor The free market is not a free market when the state advantages one corporation over another As Disney has been advantaged for over half a century The goal was to bring in business to promote a family friendly environment And to create a tax base and in exchange for that Disney would be able to manage its own affairs But they corporatists that run Disney are not the corporatists of the past In fact in the past they were actually entrepreneurs These are basically overpaid moronic bureaucrats Who fight their way claw their way chew their way to the top The currency yodan create anything He didn't create Disney movies he didn't found Disney TV He didn't found the Disney parks He's busy expanding and communist China You may have heard of that polis governor of Colorado Whether slaughtering people left and right Muslims gay people LGBTQI people or just people they disagree with You may have heard of communist China paulus maybe not In fact your abortion policies polis are more extreme than communist China which really doesn't want abortions anymore They put their people to work and they figured out actually they have less people than they thought About a 100 million and they need to catch up to India This is true So now they don't promote abortion But Colorado does boy and the Democrat party but mister polis is looking out for the kids and the parents you see abortion on demand right up to the moment of birth because mister pole is follows the science And according to mister polis it's not a human being Until they're actually born Otherwise I guess it's a hamster I don't know what it is Doesn't matter the sonograms had nothing matters no matter all the new technology It's a choice It's a choice Wearing a mask follow the science abortion is a choice Don't follow the signs Have you noticed they never say follow the science when it comes to abortion ever never ever follow the science No that's a choice Wear a mask That's a choice Now follow the science It's historic So governor polis if that is is an in polis palace whatever The little bald guy that looks like Brian stelter That jerk He thinks he's righteous Abortion on demand right up to birth He's applauded but he's not applauded by the babies who have no saying it whatsoever none And they'll never vote So he's not worried about that It's a choice The choice trumps the science Then what Then because the guy truly is an idiot He is certifiable moronic He says of the free state of Florida and the greatest governor in the country Desantis that he's a socialist You see the CEOs and Burbank California decided they were going to impose their will on the children of parents in Florida Based on what a small minority of employees at their base in Disney World were saying And the CEO of Disney is a real puke He's got spaghetti for a backbone And the CEO before him spoke out Iger who made hundreds of millions of dollars off at Disney Another fool But a lefty from LA And they're doing so beautifully in LA Crime is down homelessness is down Drug use is down illegal immigration Oh I'm sorry I confused that with Florida Nonetheless so they say they are going to work to reverse Florida's law right out of Burbank California Newsom land And finally we have somebody a politician who said you know we're pushing back You guys can no longer push us around use the culture against us We talked about this Now we're going to come after you And so you're a multi-billion dollar company Even though if you're an investor you're a fool to be investing in Disney because their profits are way down But nonetheless we're taking away your special privileges Now according to polis if that is his name the low IQ governor of the once great state of Colorado according to polis that's interfering with capitalism So taking a special privilege away from a company that is based in California that's trying to change a law that the people of Florida want that you see is anti American Now I say this mister polis is the governor of a state where we have norad And we have a huge air force academy and an Air Force Base I was just there I was in Colorado Springs I'm very concerned that the chief executive of Colorado is unhinged with his war on children That he embraces a more radical abortion position than the communist Chinese government And that he opposes protecting children in Florida which isn't even his business So my view is maybe we need to move norad Out of Colorado Maybe we need to move the air force academy out of Colorado Maybe we need to move all those F-16s in those bright brand new F what is a 35 whatever they are Move them all out And put them in a state that supports the military What do you think of that.

"Now broadcasting from the underground command post Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker somewhere under the brick and steel of a nondescript building We have once again made contact with our leader mind Love men Hello America Mark Levin here are number 877-381-3811 877-381-3811 Piers Morgan I never liked this guy It's always struck me as a strange dude And he has been purportedly a friend of president Trump's 15 years He's enjoyed the president's company and so forth He has to interview the president for his what is he on mister I don't even know what his show What is this thing An Internet thing Nobody knows So he needs to spark his career His career is dead on two continents And you know he's a fighter for truth justice and the American and British way apparently And he's been woke up you know He's been banned from this side and the other so he must be a good guy Now he must not be a good guy not necessarily So it turns out he does an interview of president Trump president Trump puts aside some of his time president Trump gets a lot of requests for interviews I try not to bother president Trump to be quite Frank with you Because I know everybody's pulling out his shirt Oh I don't want to be involved in doing that Let the man live But pierce pierce wants to exploit the moment besides he needs eyeballs Watching whatever it is he's on sonogram I don't know what it is And so there I am and Colorado where they have a completely disastrous governor Polis palace whatever And the reading is something Big controversy President Trump got angry he was being grilled By the fierce Piers Morgan bring up with his accent and so forth And about the election Do you have proof He was sort of doing the British imitation of Chris Wallace Or on him in a moment too It's amazing how the market works And brooms out the the dust Anyway what happened Well apparently Morgan and the Morgan heights with whom he surrounds himself have absolutely destroyed the editing process of that interview with president Trump at least that's the allegation Breitbart's got a great write up on it All of us do blaze media does others do Apparently pierce if that is his name that were my name I would change it but nonetheless that's his name They edited to make it look like at the end it was extremely controversial The president didn't want to talk to him anymore He got up in a huff told the cameras to shut off and walk down That's not what happened Because president Trump was very sharp about this They taped it too And they released that tape And that shows how the interview editing process was manipulated to create controversy to try and help Piers Morgan And by the way is it peers or pierce I don't even remember the guys thing Peers excuse me you know like a pier And it's going to air on the Piers Morgan uncensored program available April 25 Every weeknight on networks across the globe including Fox nation talk TV in the UK and Sky News Australia Well my question is are they going to have a little statement at the bottom that this has been falsely edited Are they Because apparently that's what happened Hey look We can all be suckered from time to time Obviously these platforms I think I'm on one of them has been suckered I would rather than promote this kind of miscreant behavior I would make it clear that it won't be tolerated Speaking of miscreants there is Chris Wallace Chris Wallace born of Mike Wallace Chris Wallace has been affected by what we call the market system You know I go on Fox or I go on radio or I do a podcast or I go to blaze I love all my platforms You folks are so magnificent You follow me You'll follow me on the Fox You'll follow me on the radio you'll follow me here there I am deeply blessed as you not We have a special relationship no matter where I am or where I'm going to be we will be together No bureaucrat or anybody else is going to get between you and me Not now not ever We know this And the more communication outlets there are in platforms there are the better competition is a good thing Great thing actually But not for Chris Wallace He has no followers There's no audience So the argument goes he was lured over to CNN given this fantastic hosting position and editing position and production position at CNN CNN plus one right mister producer Just plus excuse me CNN plus being a plus plus what What are they talking about Nobody knew and nobody cared It's a subscription based programming Apparently you can't get enough of CNN So you're willing to pay to get more Of D lemon of wolf blitz a fake tapper and the unsung The unsung professional journalist by the name of Chris Wallace Chris Wallace has been running and just my opinion a journalistic scam for years He pretends he's above it all He hated conservatives on Fox really did Because you're going to know Brett I'm a real I'm a real journalist over here Britt I'm sorry I don't have a job but nonetheless that's something we require in the media Tom broke jaw never had a joy either you know and here we are.

You have so many doctors through all my doctors. Would you like a sheet to get on my doctor? Dr. Bush? Doctor, We need a program. Yes, Doctor hurt. Dr Judd, right, Okay, Yeah. All right. I feel like you want a cliff notes. I feel like a carpet in water that just had a huge hook pulled out of its mouth saved his life. But he'd already bit, you know. Completely took the bait. Uh, all right. We're talking about the, uh The court case being vacated. We got that news yesterday late afternoon. With respect to the ownership of the Denver Broncos. And now the speculation is everywhere. As to whether or not there's some sort of settlement That has been agreed upon and if, in fact that is true. What exactly does that settlement Mean? In terms of The Broncos ownership moving forward. And as we said, when we started the show today at nine o'clock, um just talking to a handful of people that normally have really Good intel with respect to the Broncos, and and even people within the organization, nobody and I mean nobody is commenting at least as of right now, so we are left. To speculate. As to what happened. How did this take place? Why was the court case vacated yesterday and My guess is there is some sort of Agreement in place. That the team is going to be sold. The other. I think Thing that pops into my mind is that the kids have with her legal representation, gotten together and just said, You know what? We're not. We've got to figure this out. Maybe the kids have had some sort of agreement. I think there were things that again. Talking to a couple of people, um, that have worked this story very closely. There were things that were going to come out in that trial that would have been and this would be an understatement. Very unflattering to The bowling family and Path in particular. And so I, You know, I have. I don't know that this is the case that the kids said we can't let that happen. But it would stand reason if they knew that there was More than just potential of certain things coming out. It was going to get I feel very safe in saying this. It was going to get very nasty, very sorted. And you know what people don't need to be brought into Your family's business like that. I totally get that. You know, that makes a lot of sense. Hope they tell us what's going on. Yeah, because right now there's a lot of speculation. Well, what we know now is that the lawsuit? Um, that was being brought by Beth and Annie. And the lawsuit was against the trustees. And that is, um Joe Ellis, and that's Rich Slivka and Mary Kelly. Is No longer there. The lawsuit is off. So if you if you were going, you know you can speculate and that's what we're doing. If you were going to Vacate. The court case. You'd have to have some sort of reason as to why to do it right. And they're therein lies the Conjecture by many, including me as to what those reasons are. Wanted to get your take on on. Governor Polis in Colorado banning Native American mascots. That, uh Schools. In Colorado and They have to change their name. It looks like by October And public universities. By June 2022. I saw the public universities what high schools Whatever high schools use the Native American mascot, they say, As of June 8th about 1900 schools across the country still use American Indian themed mascots. I don't know how many in Colorado so this this has been mandated by the federal government by governor Poloz by governor governor Polish, Colorado, they will no longer be allowed it. And in some cases, we know that The the Indian tribes like Having their name used. Look at Florida State Seminoles. The Seminoles. Yeah, and so I wonder if they will force them. And we'll take care of things getting a little bit nessie but we're for peace this morning by Alex Bernez out of the Denver Post. A PRESIDENT TRUMP PRAISES. Colorado's corona virus response in a meat meeting with Governor. Jared police it was funny. I was texting back and forth With my brother who lives in Ohio and my brother's like hey is your governor Republican. Because he sure seems to be cozying up with President trump and I said no. He's he's certainly Democrats and could be that perhaps he's making nice with president trump because well he's asking for a whole lot of money makes sense to me president. Donald trump praising Colorado's response to the corona virus and also governor. Jared Polis in a meeting at the White House yesterday and to Governor. Jared Polis and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum a Republican trump said. You're both doing an excellent job and it's an honor to have you at the White House. Yeah they were playing ice yesterday. White House of course as you're aware is grappling with a corona virus break of its own. Paulus said in a facebook video ahead of his meeting with President trump that he was tested at the White House and that the test results came back. The governor police has been in regular touch with the trump administration through the corona virus. Pandemic said the president invited him to meet in person and that well he couldn't turn down that in that invitation among the other. Attendees at Wednesday's meeting where Senator Cory Gardner Jill Ryan the Director of Colorado's health department a Debbie burks the White House the White House's Corona Virus Response Coordinator and Interior Secretary David Byrne hearts who by the way is a Colorado Native Colorado's sufficient officials were mass at the meaning while the president burks and officials from North Dakota did not police conveyed optimism about Colorado's a gradual reopening which kicked off Late last month well before many other states and ahead of any other state led by Democrat. You know it's a sad statement on the state of politics these days but it really comes as no surprise that once again the reopening of the states has this partisan tinge to it and I remember coming across a piece where you had the Georgia governor reopening his State Georgia governor a Republican and coming under considerable. Fire in the mainstream media. But when you looked at the actions taken as Governor Jared Polis eased up on a lot of the restrictions. Now we're still waiting until the end of. May I believe it is before? He makes a formal official decision on reopening dine in in restaurants across the State Solo. You've got some restaurants including a couple in northern Colorado. Indeed that are open and functioning but once again if you compared what was going on in Georgia as far as they're reopening and the fact that it was a Republican governor the headline asked. Why is governor? Jared Polis acting like of all things Republican in allowing the state of Colorado. Too slowly reopen. Once again what does politics have to do with it? Unfortunately in today's overheated political environment everything. But if you looked at the guidelines issued out of the state of Georgia compare and contrast but it was more a matter of comparison to what Governor Jared Police did in the state of Colorado. Guess what they were almost exactly the same governor Jerry. Police Democrat not coming under fire in the mainstream media. Meanwhile you have a Republican governor of Georgia taken all kinds of heat for doing the exact same thing. People are back in a safe way. Governor Police told the president trump yesterday. It's not the way it was. Yes he does qualify. There is the king of understatement. As evidence of the return of some commerce in the state police shared that he'd recently gotten a haircut. Trump responded looks good. Trump then asked how Colorado's ski industry is doing police. Oh he actually told police I go there as you know and the ski slopes are fantastic governor said. He is hopeful hopeful. That late season skiing can resume. Soom police praised Gardner's work and helping Colorado acquire sorely needed testing supplies and Gardner returned the compliment. Everybody was just so nice and civil yesterday. Saying the governor's done a good job and I appreciate that. Police didn't share anything at the White House. Said he hasn't already shared with media in Colorado..

"And private equity in in and other financial markets that are tied in around such a the space and making sure there were connecting a good ideas with capitol in good ideas and products with with buyers of services on are will feel service so that targeting aspect in fact 'em at the end of the day where china mary those up and we we used is that these other three components to do that i analytics we take a very analytical approach a one of the reasons why were were doing this podcast is is were taking a look at market and identifying what's going on in this space a help better craft these messages and so we gotta have a whole analytics team here we have petroleum engineers on staff who are driving some of those slots elba's better connect those ideas a we have a media component and so were looking to raise visibility out there in the public space in the pr space whether that'd be on tv or national media trader local 'em media is there an important component in the tying it all together is really the graphics and we have a full service graphic design team they cannot take these ideas and help us make it look pretty anche conveyed pictures to a tell a story and so that's at at at very high levels while working on with a lot of our clients yeah they say the the conferences actually a really just an extension of that 'em consulting practice round 'em getting investors a marketing companies in front of the right investors just on a very big scale of high profile and high visibility scale and i would say on on the face to face level and it's really important to have those face to face meetings as well as you know in the digital era were pushing pushing out all this information end of the day we we still wanna make those face to face connections or 'em art at target markets as well our clients and then they they last leg of that story is certainly publishing a and again from that oil and gas three sixty is the industry publication and really that came about through through you're management consulting services 'em people ask us or were asking i guess at the time you know what we're hearing or seeing industry asking her opinions and to really funny it's kinda started out the same way as as were starting this podcast and it was hey what do you guys cnn thinking any industry miserable better shirt talent be an you know is this podcast or are gaining traction and people are getting their news differently 'em you know it's it's another way for us a firm and insulting in an analytics perspective get are now this really grown though since he got his first start i mean be found before then at that time it was more of a blog a just purely if you guys didn't write ups is that right now that's right a you know when we started we were doing water to three pieces a week a news fairly indepth analysis but it was hey we saw this one thing that's kind of flush that out an hour into a daily news cycle right 'em yeah it's it's really expanded a again squeak i'm almost more of a news aggregated as well as but we also sponsored content on there 'em it also has expanded to a daily email which is closing bell a which grown is now up to thirty thousand subscribers a and goes out daily also has are are monthly reports which you were mentioning a little bit earlier about some of the analytical fought up on ups analytical write ups in thoughts the the guys have a but also hosts a are valuation benchmarking in financial data dashboards which just over and extension of a weekly product but we used to produce yeah i'm pretty excited they have those in a digital format where we could get him out more people i was that was something that we in produce internally and excel spreadsheets and in are consulting team used it 'em tell kind of a dance the question ultimately wire companies trading the way they're trading i think there's a lot more uses for now 'em and i think it's pretty exciting just as we have more conversations with folks see how they want to use it but we knew how what using and our own business but we didn't have a way to get it out there is now that's out there a you know i'm pretty excited to see that yeah they the upside on that is it's it's really more from this spreadsheet and wall of numbers that they can't do much where wherever you can but but you have to bring you ruler and i might have had a but now it's it's a little more dynamic i guess and and extensible meaning the there's not just on a pdf or a spreadsheet on your computer peter but you can also access it for what it's worth you you're mobile devices so to me it's just sort of a natural extension as it goes from there so that's a you know the the three elements a pillar is at are gone and is aaron mentioned you know this podcast is seemingly a an extension of that original spirit 'em or people asking thoughts and opinions and just sharing it really just trying to just share it and see how things go along 'em i think you know between the two of us here my big my role here at least initially is the sort of leave this conversation along 'em hopefully trae ask the right questions extract information from smarter people and myself like you estimate other folks in industry and you know i think as we kind of put this together where there is no shortage of ideas that we talk about so as we kind of get get through and get rolling on to are are more topics it's gotta be pretty pretty funny thing yeah you know and and and hopefully this will be just one big commercial for everyone out there listening a four entercom you know the goal is to kind of be in front of what we're hearing and seeing and so a conceptual you think we're you know the structure of this podcast would have a section around things sitter timely topic all sort of news of the week we do see there's there's a weekly podcast 'em vp the the section on thailand topical i certainly think the one of the items that i think we should talk about i don't know i'm prepared today and that is at least what's very important coming around very rapidly in colorado which is a senate bill one eighty one which is really a a i wanna say attack on me all and gas industry in colorado but it's certainly a first or second volley in an effort to a kerber restrain oil and gas industry here on the second because last november if you didn't know you were in colorado a colorado undefeated proposition one twelve which sought increase at max and operations and it's a free oil and gas companies from five hundred feet twentyfive hunter and that measure really would have put an end to drilling on about ninety five percent of non federal land in this day and just on the heels of that election you know that that sam election a in which a governor polis was elected 'em now we've got senate bill one everyone's calling very rapidly in pretty fast 'em and that's where i'm not i don't i'm not things are happening so fast on that though i if i were to say something now it would be out of date by a by next week no and i but i do think it's an important topic and you know as we as we kinda learn a little bit more about what's going on a as things are progressing wrestling obviously as you said very quickly a wanna take a deeper dive because i think it does have implications certainly for for colorado operators but other states they're living in colorado to to potentially find something that they they could implement somewhere else a it it's something that will have a ripple effect across the industry not just here in colorado so i think a certainly will will dive into that a little bit deeper yeah there is the we wanna explore 'em are again those things will be thinker timely topic but they're certainly think that there are aspects around you know we're involved with a lot with oilfield tacking innovation and those are items we could discuss hopefully will at interviews with interesting guests from the industry district nick and provide their views insights as well so let's see a a the the the nature of at least our seeing this pan out and one of those things we we talking about might be a view of conferences and this event i was thinking we just kind of wrap up dallas so i mentioned earlier we did are intercom dallas event a much smaller than are a large denver event but nonetheless coming out of it you know what were those teams away those things we heard what were you know where where people really talking about and whether companies really planning for going into twenty nineteen so i thought my god maybe hit on some highlights on that so from your perspective what and losing some of those items it come out to you yeah so i think the the certainly there were some highly presentations and will will get into you know chris wray liberty i'm sure a bit from like a a general theme perspective you certainly got a perspective on where oil prices are going i think people are thinking were gonna be more rangebound hearing this high fifties low sixties and so that is something that that are playing into the capitol budgeting process in the the need for free cash lower cashflow a generation to fund those budgets on the capital markets from the equity side hasn't been a whole lot of new equity what he raised a so companies are having a look at their own operations defined future growth you're in the near term in rangebound market and so there's a lot of discussion there around all right where we going from capitol standing in growth perspective and they're still still growth out there 'em by no means did anyone really say hey were were taken her foot off the pedal and put on the brakes were just kind of lifting up a little bit on the gas pedal and i think that's probably okay so you know what did you what about from the investor side of things you know these certainly emphasis last year and free cash flow it's still there and you know near seemingly rewarding those capitalized like you mentioned and the moderate growth is generating free cash and also decreasing spending but a did you hear anything different from any of those guys or no i think one of the interesting things that i would add to that is is and we saw got a we flavor of this at at are conference a wasn't increasing or renewed interest in looking at some of the international side of the business and so you know we see when we hear those stories a lot of bang for the buck and there's there's big massive reserves out there there's some of these international companies are making great progress on an investors are seemingly willing to put some capital towards those types of ideas a outside of you're traditional you know you asked moderate growth free cash flow generation decrease spending there's opportunities for some of these a i i would say needle movers i certainly for the company's been you know movers and these portfolios of names like a geo park or or after tell yeah you know as you mentioned that and i was thinking about the international panel we held at denver just in august and that you know lee ability these companies recognizing the barriers that they have to overcome so and really and having those conversations with investors around 'em where they've got some of those berries maybe things like regulatory like they're afraid to invest in certain areas just because of the country or the region if they're in a but if they have their doctrine really no ida responded and answer that and get over that then investors were seeing the real value opportunity you know that that's exactly right and we we spend a little bit of time trying to break down some of those perceptions because perception ultimately is reality but when you think about some of these political risks a we certainly have it in her backyard we were just talking about one eighty one here in colorado there's there's a real political risk here domestically and and so you know california's had that same type stigma in the past but they operators that know how to deal worked within these structures and it is part of their dna can really move forward in and i think you know investors are starting to see that as as companies message in help investors bring them across the wall and that some of these other things we've heard a lot about and i at least i feel like we saw in more presentations a was this dialogue around specifically the permian and pick away and real operational issues what i did to that point i think it's it were were at a point where in the transition from this kind of ramp up a growth mode to really a development drilling style 'em operations and so some of these other plays like the bach and then you go first kinda gone through this transition a little bit but now as a as kind of a whole usa this operation were much more focused on this development styled really which also means that infrastructure needs skip built out and and certainly.
