"Thank you very much for having me on your program. so again so we have seen is now in the federal custody and you've seen this play out once before and then we have heard that the there are a lot of prominent their clients of of Jeffrey of stained and is Lolita expression an orgy island what can you tell us about the these prominent clients. well first of all I I want to say that you know everything that has it has been reported since November let's say two thousand and eighteen which led to the labor secretary's resignation I haven't been already published years before when I broke the case in two thousand and ten and the daily beast the name of the quote little black book many of the names included in that little black book more published were published in the in the daily beast six part report ties between two thousand and ten and two thousand fifteen for some mysterious reason none of that the media was not interested the media wasn't interested for years during the Obama administration everything that is known to pay that have come to light and included in the current indictments was known then so to me it's it's quite a surprise that did it Hey can this is my question did it take a trumpet ministrations to bring to light the heinous crimes committed by Jeffrey at fifteen and bring to light the heads of state and the politicians that have been associated and implicated in the extreme case for example our healer and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton as we all know accepted a twenty five thousand donation after Jeffrey asking why not only arrested but after he was registered on the left as a level three sex offender so former president Clinton he accepted multiple donations over the years in fact he and one of the things that turns your left court wrote in a letter which has been made public that Jeffrey I've seen was one of the original founders. of the Clinton global initiative I was told by a very reliable source who structured the World Economic Forum that and Steen fact donated four million dollars to start the Clinton global initiative so we know that the governor bill Richardson from New Mexico also has been associated with that sting and many politicians have accepted donations all of this is on the internet it's online so anyone can look it up so the question we should ask ourselves is why did at fifteen. associate himself primarily with politicians and heads of state I think the answer to that is quite evident that they need his money and why did the politicians knowing esteemed reputation Greek to acceptance donations I mean I think that is a really big question that we need to ask ourselves because it goes right down to the. more important question of justice and truth and transparency and Furthermore it does to the question of who in fact is. calling the shots when it comes to prosecuting high profile predatory cases such as the Jeffrey at in case. no that is an excellent question and you look at his first of battery of attorneys Dershowitz Ken Starr Roy black and you mention love court these are all heavy hitters at now is it because of his incredible wealth you think he could afford this or was it was something more at stake here and from what I've read in you in your book and then others this was an international ring that was operating in then you really need to buy off a lot of people to protect yourself is running this kind of Kamal. absolutely well yes as I mentioned in my book trafficking published in two thousand sixteen it was the first book ever published about the interesting case I font ID I researched and I I mean I investigated and I wrote that you know the the lawyers and politicians who surrounded themselves who knows the lawyers who protected at sting wanted one thing and that was clear lawyers want to make money that's their job they want to win the case and they want to make money so that's very clear all and that's why they protected him and and Dershowitz professor Alan Dershowitz who has come out you know recently on on several channels and and networks he has said exactly that that had he been given the case again he would again defend Mr at so and you know his goal is to win the case he's an appellate lawyer he came in after even though he's been a friend of Mr esteem for many many years and I know that he has mentioned that he no longer represents in which is true and he also mentioned that he no longer talks to him so why did these lawyers come forward and give him and and negotiate the kind of deal that they did in that non prosecution agreement well the first thing we must look at is the very Kerr sure the state attorney wanted the state attorney not indict Eckstine and in fact only charged with a misdemeanor when the case came to him because the first line of defense here once the state attorney's office cells for the Palm Beach police investigation the case went straight to market to the state attorney at the time very Kerr sure was a day to turn on our newsletter online is investigative reporter could. she disarmed all football because trafficking we're talking about the upstream case of Katrina in in your opinion and and you've been following this story is there any doubt that you believe this entire thing was rigged. I am so there is no doubt in my mind that the investigation not from the get go meaning not beginning with the Palm Beach police investigation I think that was an absolutely transparent thorough investigation in fact when I I've spoken to Michael Ritter throughout the years and I he is an outstanding honorable man and I can say that that investigation was or where it went south once when it reached the state attorney's office and the question we must ask ourselves and this is for the future of the victims of human trafficking why did the state attorney's office. basically order or charged with a misdemeanor that is truly the question we need to ask ourselves why would he do that what was it in it for him I mean I'm assuming there were no payments exchanged why their personal favors were injured potential job opportunities where the potential investment opportunities for the state attorney I cannot answer that because I do not have the answer however there must have been something that the state attorney given the charges given the number of victims in the charging documents agreed to charge him only with a misdemeanor and it wasn't until the chief of police the former chief of police reader. realize that that was an absolute absolute outrage that he took it to the feds nowhere in began the federal investigation were Acosta had to leave a lot were across the lead that investigation and of course what is it ring there are well to answer that question I believe the negotiations work how awful I believe that a cost as he wrote to me in a letter published in two thousand eleven in the daily beast Acosta was very clear and he said in that letter and I quote we meaning the prosecution were also told to assaulted by the defense those are very unusual words coming from a prosecutor when he resigned and he held a press conference he said the same thing he pointed fingers at this stage turning and very cursor so what we need to investigate now is why cool at the top of the food chain cool made sure that accosted investigation ended up as a non prosecution agreement and to why did the state attorney not prosecute at fifteen could you the a good morning this is Frank liver join in the conversation I know we don't have a whole lot of time left here so I first of all let's name some names here who allegedly a company job for yep steam to the the orgy island let's name some names yes well according to the pilot log because of course I never went to the island to his United States Virgin Islands little thing James self because I was not there I can't identify but according to pilot logs and court files that I have read certainly former president Bill Clinton was there many other you know are actors Kevin Spacey was there as well I understand that former prime minister Ehud Barak all. so visited the island there are there is now an open investigation I understand by the Israeli prime minister into the former prime ministers relationship with Jeffrey asking all prince Andrew as well and that was another another high profile personalities who not only frequented asking but according to one victim Virginia Louise Roberts she claims that she was a little or least let's say for fifteen thousand dollars to prince Andrew and that according to this victim she she's service and sexually of time so he was also on the island and there were many others on the island I know Larry summer it was also on the highland log he was the former president of Harvard University and and well and and the rest were you know just a lot of actors and a lot of celebrities and businessmen and but those are basically governor bill Richardson was also on the on the pilot log as well and and many others very good thanks for spending some time with you this morning could she was thrown off dot com the book is trafficking and I'm sure we'll be talking again their futures case is far from over thanks which you to thank you so much for having me on your it is our pleasure to Perry hall heating and air conditioning has so many reasons to.

"Pfeiffer financier Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell this morning that's according to the New York City medical examiner's office the billionaire financier was facing sex trafficking and conspiracy charges in New York his case is especially noteworthy because for years he's been linked to other prominent men we're joined now by Michael gold of the New York times Michael thanks for being with us on this morning sure have you been able to confirm so far any details about how obscene died so what we know right now for two lines working in officials is that apple straps being hanged himself and his body was found at around seven thirty AM this morning inside the federal jail in Manhattan where he had been since his arrest we don't know any other details right now and obviously we're still recording trying to learn more information last month at steam had been found semi conscious in his cell with marks on his neck what do you know about the conditions in this prison yes so Mr obscene words to be in part on protection Michael we last year we lost to a little bit can you just repeat the last one you said sorry about that semester of steam then asked federal he was in a section of the jail with the heightened security in part for his own protection I think sometimes when you have high profile inmates they they want to separate them from the general population we don't have a ton of details in this particular and stand law enforcement officials told us at the time that they were investigating on his injury of a possible suicide attempt although they haven't ruled out the possibility that he had he had been assaulted and we have heard from them that Mister asking have been put at some point on suicide watch but we don't know whether that was still the case this week or this morning when he was found and this is a federal facility he was being held in yeah he was held in a federal facility here and now so this comes after just yesterday court filings were unsealed that suggests there may be an even wider circle of well known people who knew about extenze let's crimes what can you tell us about any of those unseal documents if you be able to look at them yes I look at them yesterday at this this bigger documents from a court case filed by women in Virginia ray who had accused admits to asking and one of his associates going Maxwell of sexually abusing her starting when she was sixteen and the documents were sealed Intel lawsuit I'm sorry petition by the Miami Herald and these these documents about two thousand pages that provide more details about what might have been going on inside Mr asking homes the name people who he is believed to have associated with and in some cases they implicate some of these people live in and that sex trafficking charges that Mister asking faces though it's important to note that many of the claims made new documents haven't been corroborated and that this lawsuit never went to trial right and we should emphasize that none of the people named were charged students several court one person who was named as former New Mexico governor bill Richardson and pure reached out to him and a spokesperson said that the quote charges are completely false Michael is there is it correct that these are not the final documents to be released it actually may only be a first batch and if so what more might be coming that is correct they're expected to be more documents in this case to be released we don't totally know what's going to be and then part of the issue with this case is that so much with the we don't know what definitions were taken we're not totally sure what allegations have been made and it's not even clear really how long it's gonna take to get the rest of the documents that were expecting you know thousands of more pages to come out from point maybe this week next week maybe this month it's really unclear he has that will provide more information about some of the allegations that are made against the staff in is a known how Epstein's death could affect the case against him you were still trying to to report that out I think everyone is still reacting to this news this morning we did hear from one of the people who is accused must abstain who said that she you know it disappointed that he won't fully be brought to justice but weight when I entirely sure where the case will go from here that's Michael Gould of The New York Times Michael thank you thank

"I just think overall people have to look at their life now versus two or three years ago. And are they doing better do they feel like they're family has better opportunities? Do they have a full-time instead of a part-time job? Now, I think people vote with their wallets in their pocket books. Even though they're not gonna tell anybody, Shannon. They're gonna go voting booth and they're going to vote for Donald Trump. And and they're gonna come and not tell the pollster exit pollster on the way out they may not tell their friends and family, but I think the president is doing an incredible job. Now. I don't know that he needs to sell anything to anybody. I think he just needs to keep doing what he's doing. I do think as Republicans and as a campaign, it isn't coming upon us to make sure we showcase what the Democrats are offering which is socialism. And what that would mean for our country. It will be incredibly detrimental you see Venezuela. They are. And that is a great example of a socialist run country. So I think that that's work that we have to. I think the president just keeps doing what he's doing pretty much. I would agree with Larry Trump there that while everybody brings their hands and bangs their heads against the proverbial wall. The president continues to move forward. And it kills them. It really does. It just it's amazing to me. I did not talk about the fact that Paul Manafort got hit with state charges yesterday, which is basically sour grapes. It's the way the Democrats have. And you certainly see Democrats in the New York attorney general's office. It's the way they have of assuring that a pardon will not free Paul Manafort because if he were to and I think they're they're wrong. I think first and foremost if a pardon came down quickly, this would be my advice to the president. If a pardon came down quickly, Paul Manafort would be released before he had to stand trial and put them on the Air Force One and get him the hell out of here would be what I do know. Of course. That's that's not a really good idea. But it works for me. So it was fascinating to me that watching these Republicans some of whom I like very much, you know, trying to tie themselves in knots about why they're going to vote against the president using a constitutional authority that he has which is determining what constitutes an emergency. And then using a piece of legislation that congress gave him called the national emergency act to declare such an emergency and act on it. Every single president. Since it got put in place in nineteen seventy six has invoked the NEA it's been invoked more than fifty times, they used emergency declarations on a lot of different things. Most of which had much less of an impact on the safety and security of the average American including the sale of blood diamonds. All right, Bill Clinton, call that a national emergency. And then of course, you had President Obama decided that government like Barundi should be sanctioned. And I think both Clinton and Obama sanctioned the south Sudan, President Obama sanctioned Venezuela Bush sanction North Korea. I mean, these are things that have happened over and over again and many of those declarations get renewed every year for decades the emergency declaration in response to the Iranian hostage crisis. That's been renewed every year since it was declared in one thousand nine hundred seventy nine by the way, the hostages were released in nineteen eighty one. That's that's what government does as it gets so unwieldy that it can't even manage itself. Everyone knows there's a massive problem with illegal immigration. There's a massive problem with organized crime international organized crime operating on our southern borders. Congress has known there's a crisis on the southern border for decades. Bill Clinton spoke about it in the state of the union address. Joe Biden has spoken about it. Governor Bill Richardson, New Mexico. He served in Bill Clinton's cabinet. And he declared a state of emergency at his state's border New Mexico declared a state of emergency at their border when he was governor. He said that there was no action by the by the federal courts. And therefore he had to do it. He criticized the federal government for the lack of resources to help him. He criticized congress for not doing anything, but being inactive he who had been a member of congress. He said New Mexico has been devastated by the ravages and terror of human smuggling, drug smuggling kidnapping murder destruction of property and the death of livestock, how come Bill Richardson is singing a different tune right now because they're all political animals. And what they saw as a problem twenty years ago isn't such a big problem when you looking for voters. I think that if ever there was a president who should have been called and challenged over abusing executive power. It was the last president. Okay. This president wants to address a significant crisis at the southern border. President Obama used his executive power to create law to rewrite law laws that congress had an acted this president's trying to use the law. It's very different. And when they'd give me that stupid. Oh that slippery slope oil. Well, you know, the next president he can just chat he could just with a stroke of a pen could consider gun violence, a national emergency. Well, he might consider it a national emergency. And he get beef up security, but he can't take away the second amendment. No, president can do that. And if they were to try. There would be a major revolution to go on in this country. And the problem for the lunatic who would attempt to do that. Is that the opposition the people who stand for the second amendment, our armed, which is why I tell you over and over again do not tolerate this crap that they're doing just literally, you know, little by slowly weaning you from from standing firm on the second amendment. Now, we got this Jamie law for Jamie Gutenberg who I'm sorry. I mean, nobody wanted to see those kids and Marjory stoneman Douglas to, you know, slaughtered in the manner that they were and there's plenty of blame to go around. But the blame does it reside in the amunition or in the purchase of ammunition, which is the law that's being named for her. Now, you're gonna have to have a background check to purchase ammunition. Somebody explained to me how that would have stopped the murderer. He had already packed pass the background check and could purchase guns. So I assure you would have been able to purchase ammunition as well. It's just they just do this stuff to kind of make you feel comfortable with regulations around your right to to bear arms. They just try to wheedle away at your understanding of how important a right that is. So we have all these state attorneys general who have backed up the president and said, you know, he has every right to do this. And these are the same guys who would challenge an executive, you know, a president's exhibit exceeding his lawful authority. This is to address a true crisis. And unlike President Obama he presents not trying to write law. It's not trying to rewrite law. He's using the law. And you know, it's crazy that that all of these people including members of his own party. This is the first time ever a president has faced in the history of the national emergency accidents nineteen seventy six the first time ever that a president has faced a court challenge. Fifty emergency declarations. Four decades that this has been on the books and only now is anybody decided they're going to challenge it. Why can you spell Trump? The facts support this president congress should support this president. And the funding sources a proper to. That's what kills me out of the eight billion dollars that he needs to to fix part of this crisis at the southern border. Nobody believes it's a total. You know, that that that just putting up a wall is going to be enough. That's part of it. But he doesn't even need to declare national emergency four and a half billion dollars. Does not depend on any declaration of a national emergency. You got over a billion three a ready appropriated by congress. You have six hundred million coming from the asset forfeiture fund. You have two and a half billion coming from the Pentagon's drug interdiction program fund, which specifically talks about building a barrier that prevents drugs from crossing a border. It's only the three and a half billion from the military construction project budget of the Pentagon that requires the national emergency declaration, and even then the only funds that can be used our funds that have been appropriated. But not otherwise obligated any argument that any particular state would otherwise have gotten some of these funds for military construction profit projects is speculation at best. Facts matter, my friends, and these facts show that the president has acted lawfully and within the scope of discretion, the congress and the people gave him congress should support him period. Thanks to Ken Paxton, chairman of Republican attorneys General Association for the PC wrote that appeared in USA today since sane to me that the other two guys are Jeff Landry and Curtis L that wrote this piece, you know, enough already enough of the of what really grieves my spirit are all of the talk personalities and TV pundits. Who don't know? What the hell they're talking about. This is not rocket science. Look it up you bozos. Do they not know how to use Google? I'm not a lawyer. You don't have to be a lawyer to understand what the NEA is. You don't have to be a lawyer to understand that the president is perfectly within his rights matter of fact, congress authorized this end of story. So Paul Ryan. And all these other clowns who have limited the, you know, the the work that the president was able to do in the first two years now, they're all sitting on their behinds trying to, you know, snipe at him from Wisconsin and wherever they are. Nobody cares. What you think Paul Ryan? I didn't care what you thought when you were there. I certainly don't care now..
