He gets arrested. We don't really that will happen before without, but. Everyone knows is the video we see all of a policeman, a white policeman with his knee on the neck of George Floyd for about eight and a half minutes while he pleads Reeve. Actually being respectful the officer, which is also harmful. Begging Fridge Life essentially. This is something that. It. is difficult because in one sense, it's shocking. His top breaking is. Absolutely abhorrent. What's happened? But at the same time. I wasn't surprised. Not is the most horrible thing about this is that we've become desensitized to it and that's why. The black lives matter movement is so important because we need to stop being so desensitized to this. We need to stop. Allowing racism to seep into our systems, because I think this is really. I think more than any other time that this conversations come up. This feels like it's a time when he actually. Saying enough is enough we need undiminished changed the way that we structure our society. Is Discount I'll go on is. Utterly ridiculous. I agree on the reason I think people feel so desperate to do. Something now is we've just come out of. Out of it was still in the midst of one of the West this happen to everyone is a whole yet some of these older problems that was still happening decisive of come back and come back. That's probably the most brutal murder I've ever seen above all of these ones I've head ones that. I've never seen one my very eyes, and so you clear as daylight of what happen there. Is No. Was this man fighting back in what led up to this? All we see is woman white man, pinning blonde down on killing him and taking his life over the course of. While, there's free of officers who do nothing. Watch. It's just. I. Don't know whether this podcast is is going to end up being rudy show episode just because I've. I've no idea what to say. As difficult things process and he kind of just one barrier head in the sand, but that's not. Helping anyone that's not. What we should be doing in this. We need to be active. We need to take action, but So hard to know what to do. How service them, something is always bad than. And shoes is not good enough just to say that it's wrong. What how do we change it out of change? Of course, the system is always to blame, but we're still a bit of a pause of it, or will they? We don't have immediate control. Do influence the people around us. We do interact with people and I'm sure you experienced racist. People in your lot Gordon Jackson Gun. Using this very normal pass suddenly this crazy outlandish views come out mouth, and you must look them in look in their eyes. And where did that come from? Because what what even I am sure lot people deal with these kind of things is confusion. Why do they think that way? Where does it come from? Is it a parent that influences death in kingman younger. Is it a political leader that leans that way? Because the end of the day it's just a roll of the dice kalisz skin. You'RE GONNA have. Quite the opposite because this is so important and I wanNA. Make sure the. thusly what I'm saying is is right. There's so much. Here I think anytime this this kind of thing blows up. It reveals to me how little I know and how much work I need to do personally. In regards to my own privilege and understanding not. I know that I've you know I'm doing a lot more than other people that I know, but they still say much more that I should be doing, but it's. Something in. "The pretrial hearings for Larry's murder trial began and he pleads guilty he doesn't fight at all he just says I'm done send me the jail. I don't want to talk about anything anymore. It was a huge shock to everyone. Judge the prosecutor banners own lawyer. Roxanne has a hunch that Larry Banner is hiding something that he had this little girl that he said was his daughter and he gave her away. What the what was this charge of abandoning child about. I think he believed if he pled guilty. I would stop investigating that aspect of this past. He goes to jail thinking it's done. But the case Hans Roxanne and she keeps digging and keeps digging is really centered on the little girl on Lisa. There were like little fingerprinted cards like with these little tiny little hands and little they were dead there fool footprints on the back of them and little tiny fingerprints and it just made me angry and curious lake. Was this really his daughter if it's not his daughter. Where did he get her? Houdini get her from. I put in a request to do a definitive paternity test. The blood sample from banner. Who's now in prison? And she tested against the sample. They took from five hundred Lisa. He was not biologically related to Lisa. Mary van is not pieces. Father Curtis Kimball was at least as far Gordon Jackson. Gerald monuments wasn't her father. Maybe Lisa's Lisa's. What's Roxanne saw the results of the paternity test? She called the San Bernardino Sheriff's office. They had handled. Lisa's case seventeen years ago. She was about to drop shocking news on them. Here I am years and years later showed up and going. Hey you have found Jane Doe. I believe initially they were like we'll have a case like that and I'm like yeah you do. Roxanne basically tells them you have a missing person on identify victim who is alive who so has a family out there to me. It just made me determined to do everything that I could possibly do to try to find out who she was in two thousand three. When the San Bernardino Sheriff's department opened a new investigation aimed at finding her true identity..

"Arrived Thursday night it's all happening in of course all the games Mondays Thursdays Sundays college football who's the man for route on the band's dot com that's who I'm lethal hitting games about baseball over the last week I'm just literally terrorized MLB with winners everybody knows that every player every game every day everything on the board for row on the bench that time all the pics are ranked in any email you get it every day you get a lot of good see but today for round up and stacked on sign up today so Jimmy drives up for monies up forty fifteen on serve and he's going to win this match that's all there is to it he's not losing that he's gonna win this game it'll be five one and then federal serve in here hold server it'll be over because he's in agony that's a right there five one to me Dr he's gonna be Roger Federer tonight at the US open and that's the first time I've ever really seen him look old. Hey let's all tonight and beat up like you just injured his back and he just looks shot he's toast. N. as young guys there's a red thing shots all over the court on him. so that's that Alex and Callie Iran's CBS sports radio. therefore are we gonna hate it. am first time caller I've been here for about a year now right I love your show thanks. as one of the touch up on these panels I don't know how I don't talk about this guy being the worst owner in the league. it doesn't pay as players he doesn't do anything to try to help with our lunch and **** your brother that their language financially the good move but what you can do after that you don't want to pay Melvin Gordon Jackson and you can pay their scrolls Michael during a penny of anybody and you don't want to pay Melvin Gordon. I'm almost done with this demand there this value is so he's paid and what is he paid rivers and he's paid Bosa right that's about it. I'm not looks as though he's still under looking closely at all hide so and so where do you where do you live so you you rooting for the Chargers always you live in San Diego. yeah mental rest all right now in order for the Chargers were you making it real hard you know I eight one gains and I can appreciate that I respected because it is happening you're right about everything U. sad but as a fan I'm living there and everything you know because they screwed San Diego as far as I'm concerned and a and a one dollar eight are going to be filled the rage because that stadium's gonna open up in there all I they plan and that thing this year is that were the rams and and judges a plan this year right like it's open here next year all right so here's the deal at bay when that happens they're gonna be held a ridge in the Enron what they are is there still really good okay so I think you know the Chargers is still a really good football team so for some way you have to find out a way to I believe still you know Paul forum as a fan because there are you know they are really good these days and they're playing great football so he's always been that way Spanos and seize on he's been cheap and play this game with fans and players and the media and everybody else he's always been this way there's he's never changed but they have they just keep winning in spite of them so I think you just root for the Chargers and just don't like him on the side like as a side hustle you know what I'm saying. and everybody down here. I'm Coolidge's reverted teams really honor like there's a million teams in sports where the fans don't like the owner that you know I could name ten of them right now at the pirates they hate their owner but they still like the dean you know I mean and these cheap owners in sports that that cause problems and all the players leave that's what you have to deal with the beard charger fan and I I respect that I appreciate it I need more angry about that leave in San Diego that I would be about him not paying players because they should have never left Sandiego as far as I'm concerned highlight the owner through the four teams that I root for so you ate your honor's eidolon who's next the Rangers and I hate the light will bond for the month Alex how much did it bother you in a lab San Diego for ally that's got as I get a kick in the teeth. yeah mandate they did it yes at the house but allow how do you want to send you I'll be like ten years old I thought the crowd I don't know no no yeah I know what it is yeah carver high said to me and say it again he likes money that's what he likes the like these there's more money to be made in Los Angeles at that angle would stadium than ever and qual com which is just finished so and and there's I don't know some guy told me last night in here a you know he lived there and he was like yeah I I I lived out there this is what he said and I but I'm from here so I moved home and I was like why you don't like San Diego is like not really and I'm like you must be trip ended I mean you have got to be trapped and to not like San Diego I have never in my life met anyone. now one bars that AVR they didn't like San Diego and and I read it is getting on because I don't like San Diego I hated live and I'm like I'll take your house although this anti a go I love it there I go there every year Sir Ben and I just think it's fantastic so I think leaving there was the worst thing ever and I hate him for that I could care less if he's frugal they still go out there every Sunday in place to put the team out there so he's just one of those painful owners but the fact remains that I think San Diego is a great city and I stay instead of you know in my view they should have never let it happen I would have done everything come hell or high water to not lose that team I don't know how the hell they ever slipped out of there but it's really bad medicine if you ask me that they left their Alex greater Remi keep checking out the show I'm glad you dig it. do you know what I mean however I like I did don't you think that it was bad do you think it's a bad day led the league has those two teams sharing a stadium in Los Angeles as opposed to just frankly leading the rams have a new stadium in Los angels in keeping the Chargers and San Diego well I mean wasn't the thing that they tried to you know to be fair to him I guess whatever did you try for a long time to get a stadium in San Diego and just never yeah never happened right I mean eventually it just sounds nothing more you could do right now yeah you know. it is what it is I they what they wanted two teams back in LA for a long time. you know they have I mean it's weird because they went from the league wanted to James in Los Angeles absolutely league wanted at least one had they wanted at least one they got to say they wanted to I know that they went from two to zero and it was weird because they were twenty years of no teams and then they would go right back to two so that was the strange part of it but they wanted to teams in there is talk of it being the raiders instead of the Chargers in that right they want to do and the situation in San Diego got to the point where. they can play in that place anymore just couldn't you know it's amazing to me it really is Federer walking off after losing in five sets to Demeter off and he's just out he's like get me out of here I gotta go as I I'll be shot he's not going to sign anything is in agony is gonna walk right past all of them and go in there and get another massage but he's in agony he looks terrible walking onto it really looks old I hate to say it but it's true so yeah I don't know eat here's what I want to say am I wrong in saying this. let that stadium had they not been building a thing for like two three years how long does it take him to build a stadium like they built the wanted Vegas and like literally eleven months I mean at at it listen I saw it I mean it started a year ago I was there and it was nothing there but a hole in the ground I went there the other day and the things done I mean it's not done but it's up the stadium is top mafia sought I mean I got a lot of work to do so not to worry not going there till next year right but that stadium's gonna be done and up and running without any problem they're gonna be done on time boom. but the one in Los Angeles Jesus I mean when did they start building that day before Christ honestly what is going on what are they building the church. it's very easily. I can't even at like I thought they were starting in that stadium this year they're not doing it for another year my. when did they start building any seventeen is when they finally got got a building. it's twenty twenty in January three years ago are you kidding me like the one in Vegas honestly it went up so fast you blow your nose you miss that I mean every sip it they got Hey you know no there's no excuse for what is why is it's a it's only got one guy building. some guidelines. they got an architect I lose my job Staley remain Vegas gets built faster. chicks dig me legacy I get it done quick in Vegas because there's a party to go to you know what I mean. so there you go. one takes forever to build the other ones out before you can spend it they're playing there next year it's getting close to being done. next year that dot the raiders will be playing in the new one next year they built it in a year and a half thing is just massive I mean. well it's one angle again it's got everything shops theaters hotel incident Norma's site I mean there's there's so much around looking like an over and over there so much around it that they're building as well right not just the stadium. LA stadium in entertainment district at Hollywood park is what it's an entertainment district and all the celebrities will be there Merial pass. one the do demi do a show every day for like some shopping area in hot in Hollywood as we does it are universal or something like this that's why they do it. show that the celebrities job whatever access Hollywood over though and even though we did a celebrity does show anyway is everywhere is always at the shopping center. standing there with all of famous people talking about their millions hi Diane and actually the Padres to zip in the bottom of the seventh the ETS are up five or any angels top six rod usually the Dodgers do nothing time six in lipstick city the Orioles won game one of the double header for two of the rays Yankees ten one over the Rangers Philly six two of the Reds raise when the night cap to zip.

"Get one of the top three guys is maybe griffey's if he's slipping to a to a good value but if i don't get one of those guys i just i go okay. I'll get my interest with my last. Let's pick. I am totally fine with that because he he has something that other titans. They don't even have the option to do. He could be the number one target for his team like that's a very realistic outlook. Here's what you have to stay. Stay out loud for him to be the number. One miles boykin won't be the number for one. He's brown won't be the number one option right. Willie snead won't be the number one option honestly willie sneeze biggest competition. Well i <music>. I it's fair but to your point yeah listen to what we just said willie snead his biggest competition and the fact that he's still the number two tight end on the team because nick embroil is is still around even if he has his usurped hayden hearst. I'm just <hes> i'm with you guys. I like mark andrews a sleeper but you can't pate paint the picture just as all roses here for mark andrews. The there is a there is an outcome or mark. Andrews continues to play forty percents of the snaps but and that's one hundred percent fair and that he's a thirteenth round pick. He's an undrafted guy in a lot of leagues so my mental change has been to go gopher mark mark andrews over trey burton or jordan reed or greg olsen <hes> delaney. I'll draft ahead of mark andrews but the other guys. It's like what do i. I want out of week one or two at that tight position because i'm afraid of i dri- draft trey burton instead of mark andrews then i get two catches for twenty two yards week one okay do why hang onto trey burton for that all the breakout game three for three for forty five in week two whereas andrews it's like is he on the auto not happening. Is it or is this is lamar jackson better passer now more consistent. Does he throw the ball more is he rushing six seven times eight times a game instead instead of a lot of variables excite me about in right cells. There go rosier not thirteen round picks. Don't burn you if you get them wrong. Sure all all right mike. You're up all right the guy wanna talk about running back for the los angeles chargers justin jackson. We just talked about earlier on the show. They expect melvin gordon jackson. Ooh yes action justin jackson yeah they expect melvin gordon to be holding out he could hold out for eight games and we have seen that we have seen that shift in austin equi equi rightly so his a._d._p. Has been on absolute rocketship. He's up. Ah fifth round six round. Justin jackson has seen a rise in his a._d._p. But he's still chewing at the back of the ten th round we already know who louis ins when he had the opportunity or when we're melvin born got hurt and then he was getting some snaps because it was the guy ecker also got hurt. They went full workhorse role with justin jackson sixteen for fifty eight with a touchdown three for twenty seven through the air may not outrageously great numbers but he played seventy five percents of the snaps against kansas city. They already trust him in that role. Should it arise e._s._p._n. Report aired williams is talking about in practice this. It's a fifty fifty timeshare now. It hasn't been that in the preseason the snazzy it'll be close to that in the in the regular. She's completely mambo right. That's in that's that's what aaron williams is fully convinced that will be close to that..

"Make an effort to <hes> really a we saw the hog father tonight inaction kate. I liked that that yeah what'd what'd you think of jack's offer of four weeks of safety. I mean queue but like i am going to guarantee safety unless you literally are in control control of everyone else right brand did cliff actually consider this in the diary room. That's a real good gotta think about that. This was go play in the big brother game with the producers and giving them a little material later lead as lilly what is literally what it said our ass saying around. I don't really believe it so that was an offer he could refuse unfortunately father that was that was all right so did this thing too right right yeah. He did at least for one second finger tap at least at least for one once i can. He did that so we let's. Let's let's talk about tommy and his h h and this is really a very tricky week that we're going to go into because of we're going to have the field trip which means that. We're going to have a third nominee in play which also means that we are going to only have six people voting the next week so depending on who's up on the block. That's going to really end up tilting the scales sales will one way or another and with tommy only having a couple of allies in the house between cysts and christie and potentially nick at this point that the those that voting block of three if they are not in the on the block <hes> then they're going to have a lot of power especially if tommy is going to potentially break a tie one way or another and there's a lot of different different ways this can go sideways so since tommy is immune from the yes. I believe he's not going to so just to reset how the field trip is going to work so the america has been voting since last sunday somehow if they could find where the votes the kaelin did you vote not yeah yeah well. That's what he would vote for christie's and hall holly. Okay you gordon jackson. Did you know there's journalists. Though this journalist emma journalist est- your journalists still okay brian. Have you been voting no on a journal. That's what i haven't been voting and absolutely not anybody will tell you. Bryant is completely impartial. He's not gonna fractional. That'd be yes. That's exactly what i am. You know i it's too hard to find the page. Bread can find it i don. I am obsessed with this show. I still can't find the page. No i really don't the vote for i mean vote for jackson christie and says oh okay jack whispering now. Here's where it's save. Jack was probably somebody who was in the top three. He's gone. He's out of the mix out. Dummy is probably somebody who is in the top and now he's taken out of the mixture mr definitely s._t..

"Calvo basketball voice, the boss. Mark Johnson back here in Los Angeles. The buffaloes with three forty one in the first half and got a three point lead over USC twenty six to twenty three Colorado, plus two rebounding Boston still got six turnovers to live kind of corral does little bit all six of them combined between Siewert invade us to big yard not turn over at. This point. In time was three puffs or shooting night of twenty forty five percent rebate from downtown five of seven for the foul on the Trojans night at twenty four that's thirty eight percent three of nine from downtown. I like the buffs defense Margaret they're playing defense. The offense hasn't been great. No is. Schwartz has four correct myself. He's got two killers. Got eight Schwartz has got to. He's got the basketball on top by three. Hands off the Schwartz. Pants departure. He's got him. Give back to the kids. Squares. Holding a lot now go to work for the dribble. Defense by Schwartz at times, but killer gift with of shorts in the corner. Parque for three fires and misses mccamley got number eight or nine. Ballgame get past cross-court Siewert left side for three fires and MRs Calloway style. Rebound partee up top to McKinley. Boy, he thought about the three ball how he drives against proposed. But tell the pickup to jumped up kick it back out Schwartz right side park down low rider. Blaine Evan got a big man on his back spins for the baseline under the bucket. Head fake goes up. Strong. Goes Weaver is back gifts to actually bay comes in your city bigger out there because gravity suits down. And we were goes in seal, the Trojans get a little bit smaller, Sarah. Fires knocks down Dan that retired at twenty six. My bigger town goes on for a little bit. The buffs do. Bridal British tabloid for white left. Toddler base. Kowtow is fixed. Right takes them. Defensively. Looks inside gives on a cut to handle outside foul. There was a quick whistle inside. I think it when it gets better. Right. And that was a heck of a pass by McKinley right on the right wing, and he found Siebert cutting in on the block on the left side. Got USC defense was totally overloaded strong side, and he'd read that through to the weak side where there was one on to basically gloves backup on top by two twenty eight twenty six one fifty one to play in the first half. Siewert now has got nine points. Caddies had the foul enough to our left. Traffic. To see who the fouls on for. Sure. They said belly boat, right? So let's see it on him or not. Three of five shooting four downtown. So bull right out the foul. Is foul. Number seven hell, the Trojans. Topped by two with a buck fifty one. A boy I have lupus could give himself ten points. Three point lead. He did. Two to three for the foul line. Buffalo's token pressure north across the top quarter, Hou. The right side Schwartz Chuck's play back out to Thorndale transfer centers. The basketball work in the left hand dribble. He sidesteps Parsi between the circles high post to Arabism, right elbow. Parque? Got a piece of that one side rebound thrown away with shovels inside because of away. All the way up. It's a jump ball quarter battling along with a whistle on the baseline and a foul Paul Tyler. Don't have ball twice pages picked up his second foul. Greg Nixon the as he went for it. Oliver cozy which is hands and probably what twenty feet in the air. Up three guys went leaping four. They said on big went up. He had an elbow to the side of the head of the quarter. Picked up his second foul. Yeah. That is T eight on cola bottlers hilltop. The first rebound. And he let the point guard come in and take it from important, Gordon. She'll Porter's you the foul enough up to a right. He's a forty eight percent foul shooters. Why? Look for a good it. You are numbers say your forecourt left called give the right here with one thirteen to twenty nine to twenty six. With seventy three seconds dramatic the first hand look at a sweep the road series here in Los Angeles after the win on Wednesday night over UCLA eighty four to seventy three. What do you think? So far for the buffs defense has been really solid for the most part and. Not playing great offensively. But Lucassie seven hundred solid game. So far shooting the ball relatively well. He's leading the way with the nine points cap. Eight Lucas has got ten. A little basketball is brought to us by Hazel. Still to get the, blah blah, Hazel beverage world. This talk about wine, beer, and spirits. Conveniently. Located the twenty eighth at Berlin bore Hazel, proud sponsor of the buffaloes with one thirteen left here. Probably would like to use the clock a little bit and get two possessions for one for USC rebounding numbers right now, Colorado plus four they should be able to get to the offense to blast the Trojans. The number twelve defensive rebounding percentage team in the league. Alabama. Court left topic leader killers. Short shot clock is at six minute drives. Other oxide gives it behind him. See fake step quarter Schwartzberg three fighters and MRs weeks have rebound quarters got push to white wash the dribble drive. Pay scoop it off the window shot Joe and park as got to worry about why was the nice job defensively by Alex Brady catapulted share on him? Can't he was expecting contact. Tap lights. There's twelve second differential between the game clock into Shacklock. Achilles laptop give it up with a high post right elbow to seaward squares back to the up Saudi arc in the right wing. Lucas goes down the posting inside working against the big body. Brooks inside McKinley crossing over to pay up to a jumps. Spins fires, shot won't go rebound. He loved second. He'll push Gord strike. Topped by three. We're going to have the lead Puerto in the Bank goes up. Fires. Foul. Potential three point. Looks like there was any contractor on Parque. That is his first the nice fellow Colorado quarter is a big Body Guard. Now, he took the contract contacted was able to go through it. Can't take it up bulletin one twenty nine twenty eight with four point three seconds ruined left-hander player but twice their last two times. He did it. He tried to finish with his right hand forty eight percent pal sugar and he lets flyer. The first one I got that one. Title twenty nine four seconds. We're going to get the ball into the mechanical does pushes up court data to the one. Away shot won't go in the first half. So after twenty minutes of action, the which the FOX led a good percentage. Tied at twenty nine crowd. A couple of ways one good. But the first half was solid defense. I think that's a really got the bus me for most of the hat. Jill Jill, Colorado. Rose choice after the victory on Wednesday. They're halfway home and tied halfway Peter's ballgame here at the game of better twenty twenty minutes. We'll take a timeout. Probably is like a top eight unit in the NFL, which if you said that at the start of the season, I feel like you if you told me that they were going to be a top d. Offense at the start of the season. I would have told you that they would made the plastic. That's what they needed. I thought they only needed to be like in the upper twelve top ten to twelve just kind of keep them at bay just like we've seen all your make timely plays. But. They they've been better than I thought they've been a lot better than I thought they've got a really good contribution from the guys inside. Whether it's me ban. I thought bands played very very well the last month or two when he has been out there. And then Filon you get like. These contributions from guys that are basically not going to play a lot of snaps. But that's what you need. It. Can't just be Joey Bosa in actually don't think Melvin Ingram played too. Well today, and that's just going based off memory. But you can't just be those to all the time. So to to be able to get spot plays from these these de Lyon. That's really good to see speaking to the chargers plan verse Cleveland game plan similar to Cleveland with jet. Sweeps in power running game to keep the ball. Yeah. The thing is man you have to convert at doing those and the the Browns off of line is a lot better than the chargers. Offense of line something that we a lot of people don't talk about with Baker success is he he usually has like a lot of time to throw. And like, they're running lanes are really really nice. I would take the Browns office of line over the chargers every day of the week. But. You still have to run the ball south to be able to run the ball. They're gonna have their gonna have matchups where it's one on one the running back to this going to have to make something happen, man. They had some they had some space underneath in the passing game last last week against the ravens. So I remember tyrel had a couple of crosses. That's it's just gonna have to be like that. They're gonna have to find that second window to where if you remember the Mike Williams play that got called back because Keenan wasn't set. Like, those seem rows are going to be really big Keenan had another one where he got opened down the same or just like on a quick in route about ten twelve yards like bat swear, the charges are gonna have to beat the ravens at a can't be one-two-three. Throw it down the field because I mean, that's just not a Baltimore Baltimore's way too. Good for that so underneath and over the middle of field. And then when they do go underneath. Whether it's accurate Gordon Jackson, whoever it may be if they are able to make somebody miss that's where that's what they have to somebody has to step up because the the Rams are good defensemen. They're good tackling defense. They get in Frong lanes lot too. That's another thing. Why? I'm I guess that's probably why they didn't. They weren't able to go underneath or if you saw last week guys are getting their hands in throwing lanes on Baltimore's defense, like they're just well training shoot. The the interception today by Baker Mayfield at the very end of the game. That was somebody reading his is getting in the throng lane. Other do a lot of good stuff. They are really running team. If you have to stop the runner early. Get make Lamar throw the ball. Excuse me. Make mar throw the ball over thirty times. Get them into these third long distances where like any QB run is out of the picture. But if it's starting five there they have in the playbook wide open. That's that's when it's tough, man. That's when they are pretty tough to be. But at the same time you have to make plays on offense. But we'll see man. So I I think guys I think I might get out of here for now. I think I might be back on Thursday or Friday. We might talk a mytalk more matchups has more injury updates for now..

"And if you've never donated blood, it's it's really not a big deal. I am a I'm a semi regular donor. I'm I'm herbal about. Remembering when my eight weeks is up and I can go back. But I I do donate on the regular. And I gotta tell you. My my advice is first of all just be hydrated drink a lot of water go in there. Well hydrated. Maybe skip the coffee that morning, and you know, reward yourself with a Starbucks when you get done. Have an iron rich dinner. Have some oatmeal have another bottle of water get down there? You'll be in the chair about ten minutes. You're gonna feel great. And you're doing a good thing for your community and think about if you've ever had a loved one in a tough spot. If you've ever had a loved one get hurt. How grateful you were that somebody had made that donation you get to be that person this time, go to donate blood dot ORG. Find the location or make an appointment. And by the way, they do love it when you make appointments because they're able to kind of stagger blood types. They're able to stagger timing. So that they can meet the need the most effective way possible. My guest today. Jim VERA, she's political analyst for Casey twenty four. He's also the principal at Fresno cast dot com and he's an expectant daddy. And the wife's doing well. We talked offense doing great. And I'm I'm I'm obviously very pleased to hear that. And I know you guys are getting. I know I and we haven't even talked about it. But I know that you guys are getting all of the advice that could possibly be dispensed. And I'm good with that. I'm good with that. It's well intentioned. I think so most of the time once in a while you get somebody who comes up with with a crazy idea. But earlier we'd mentioned what do you do with the wife for Christmas because right now this year? Right now, you got a lot going on right Lorna. Gordon jackson. She's currently enjoying Christmas in Hawaii. But she says Jim get your wife, a massage pedicure manicure, a pamper basket with bubble bath music, candles teas, and then clear the house out so that she can relax by herself with no distractions, and after that, come home and make dinner I make most of the time. But that's the new age that we're in which is fine. I don't wanna get called in tweets calling me names. Well, I usually get called names anyways. But yeah, like, I said, she's. We're in the homestretch right now is they would say, and it's not not the turn of local politics into pregnancy talk here. But I will tell you this. And I'll say this to the women guys do not know what you go through at the doctor's office, not only during pregnancy. But all the time all the time. Yeah. And I think someone told you along the way that we do I'm just letting you know that when you go for your annual stuff, and they pop the hood and the whole bit this lending. You know, we don't know that happens. Yeah. We don't put up with that stuff. So when you bring your husband boyfriend, whatever into that room, yet gotta prep coach him up a little a little bit of. Hey, you know, do me a favor. Don't throw Mike Tyson. Right hook across my OB. Because like, he listen. That's okay. Speculative and it's necessary. Eight didn't know this was a thing. Yeah. So I've learned a lot not only just by the the miracle of of of of pregnancy and all this stuff. And and obviously, she's doing great. But I don't know how to say any more bar Barrick enough by saying gals guys. Don't know what you go through. And I don't know when the teach boys. What girls go through? I don't want to open this up to a whole thing. I'm just letting you know, we don't know we are ignorant when it comes to this stuff. That's all I Myers, some bubble bath, whatever. That'll that'll make up for the stirrups. At least the non-social ones. Oh my God. No, I'm a I'm a father of two. I was I was mystified and horrified, but fortunately, mostly handled by the by the doctors, and the nurses the first time around it was like just stay up there and hold her hand. So I knew there was a lot going on. But I never was really exposed to everything when my daughter was born, and this was my daughter and son have a pretty pretty wide age gap. My daughter's nine years younger than my boy. I was I was more engaged. I was more present because I wasn't working graveyards anymore and. I was not. I wasn't ready. I wasn't ready. And this is one of those things that in you, just use the the expression the the miracle of pregnancy. And they called the miracle childbirth. And I I want to make it perfectly clear that I consider every child to be miraculous and to be a full of all of the potential that human life brings. Babies are awesome. They're in the moment. You're you're gonna think back and go. No, they're not you lied to me. This is terrible. But, but truly babies are this incredible thing because you you you you have manifest physically the the the entire spectrum of human potential, and that's incredible. Childbirth is horrible and terrifying and disgusting and should never be described as a miracle. It is a biological process and a medical procedure, and it will haunt you. Dude. Listen, I know we need to get to more pressing matters which is cannabis in district six, but. I will tell you this. You know, obviously, I'm more later in life father. I'm blessed that I have grandparents that are still alive. My I have two grandparents that are ninety nine and eighty eight my grandfather's the older one, and I will tell you this. I love talking to the greatest generation about what is demanded of the father in the delivery room and in the checkups. Yeah, it is hilarious because that was not with the way home whole my gosh. I love listen. My grandmother still can send emails and she can text message and she lives in in the midwest. And so every time we would go to a to an appointment, and there was an ultrasound. And because you know, I'm I'm forty and whatnot. There was more alter sounds more checkups more things like that. Yes. I would take I would take the ultrasound. And I would scan it and send it to my grandmother. And after a while she she finally called me and she says, James. Why are you keep X-raying your child? She thought the thought you were exposing the child radiation, and I go I go me, you know, checkup, and they go she goes. Okay. So they see something. What are you gonna do about it? She said when I when when.

"So I put my computer there started working on my photos, and then to detectives from the Camden County police department came by and talk to the lawyer in that the report that somebody was trespassing an island, and everything, and and you know, on on the island over there was checking something that's when Chris knew something was up that the sheriff's office was planning something that day while driving home. He was followed by Camden County patrol cars and a few days later, deputies came by to question him. Agreement troop leader on Wor. For a warrant hearing because being accused of having trespass on the loan of the guy that owned a house on Cumberland island the times union lawyers for its reporters, and Chris Violette and Gordon Jackson appeared at the hearing deceitful warrant would be issued for their arrest. I a lot of stuff over there. The main witness to this thing was the person that owned a house and under oath, essentially said that he knew that they were inmates paid for them and Bill Smith at known, you know. You know, talked about doing this and everything because of the cannon county sheriff's office pursuit of criminal charges against them. The times union reporters had inadvertently broken the story wide open, the Cumberland island homeowner had to testify against them under oath and in doing so confirmed everything they'd been on the island to investigate in the first place set it under on the passing. You actually get the details. You need. Because you had to say and everything and so. Anybody actually see them? Ause outside. No one really saw school into the property, and you never did the case against Chris fail. And Gordon Jackson was dismissed. There's no reason to give you a warrant trespassed the sentence. So on that one. So that was and this guy was not going to lie under oath for Belgium. Apparently that was the kind of thing that we thought of going to lie, right? So he's under oath, and it was kind of one of those things. Like. He's up there, essentially seeing everything, you know, we would've probably if we have asked them. Today. Chris viola can laugh about house journalists someone who tried to arrest him for his reporting something badge of honor. But this hadn't been the toothless threat from the Camden County sheriff's office, it might actually happen. Or like I wanted. Always capable things off parts for sui in the end. The Camden County sheriff's office stayed away from the time union reporters nothing happens, but Chris viola had that worry in the back of his head. But something might after all more than one. Camden County sheriff's office has been credibly accused of planning evidence on suspects. These are some of the scandals Bill Smith was facing going into the two thousand eight election, but to understand Camden County politics and the politics of sheriff's race in particular, we need to step back a bit and take a broader look at racial issues and Camden County more generally like I've mentioned before on the show when I first started looking the swing case one of the things that's apprised me. Everyone just assume that this wasn't some racially motivated crime a young white man going into an African-American church and killing an older couple with no apparent motive in the modern context. It just sounds like a hate crime in one thousand eight five and Camden County most people involved in the case didn't think that, but it's worth noting. Not everyone ruled out that possibility so quickly Mike Ellison who was fifteen ninety-nine five and by chance have been Waverly the night Swain's were killed. Well, he had a different reaction than investigators did. And I'm sitting there listening skier. 'cause. You know, I think he exa question will Ngozi. No, he's go. So I'm scared thinking news ago ride round given black people. Still Mike Allison's view was very much in the minority and going by newspaper coverage of the case back at the time throughout all the articles. There's this underlying message of well. Of course, it wasn't a hate crime. Camden County doesn't have racial problems black and white people alike respected, the Swain's share Smith was quoted trusting in interviews. Meaning this couldn't be a hate crime. And GI Joe Gregory has a similar recollection. It seems like no one really thought it might be a bit crime that cross remind at all or was just not part of no, ma'am..

"As far as scandals go involving the use of inmate labor perform chores at private residences. The Ponderosa probably wasn't the biggest one for Bill Smith. The biggest scandal are the one that got most press coverage would probably be what happened over in Cumberland island. Cumberland island is Georgia's largest barrier island and Camden counties biggest tourist attraction, it's primarily known for its wild horses and the ruins of sprawling mansions once owned by the Carnegie, family Cumberland is only acceptable by boat and has no paved roads pats today, much of the island is federally owned. Having been turned into the Cumberland island, national seashore. So that island could be quote permanently preserved, and it's primitive state. There are small handful of privately leased buildings still in Cumberland today. Grandfathered. In on limited leases that will one day revert back to the government. But there is no new construction permitted on the island, which is why it was extra strange when people begin to notice that there were a bunch of inmates from the Camden County jail where spending their days on Cumberland island, building an extension to a private residence in two thousand seven reports from Jacksonville Florida times union got wind that something was up on Cumberland island, and they went to. Estimate. Gordon who is the writer for the paper was writing a story about possible. Use of innately lever at a house on somebody's house in Cumberland island. Invited by a lawyer in county. Cool I found out about this in. So we went with them to the island to see if this was going on. That's Chris viola he was Taga for with the times union, and based out of Brunswick he and reported. Gordon Jackson went out to the island with the attorney to check it out. On the. Men working on this house side in these look like they were in. From from the area and everything I think. From one of the take it was like some of them were in fine clothes and then somewhere. Yeah. They were like mix of they're wearing pants from Jill shirts and stuff not all fully clothed outweighs. And I took some photos from the water pretty far out. And then we thought the nearby talk and walked up to the front of the house Gita the front of the house the two reporters scattered around for a better vantage point, while the attorney went up to the door to see if he recognized any of the inmates to talk to them trespassing. Wanna go in the property? Of course, I kind of went around, you know, where it was still essentially wooded area, which was property. I went around trying to see if I could get better angle. And it was when I could hear that the somebody like share was talking to the reporter. So, hey, Gordon, our you because they knew who you were. So I just kind of stayed in the woods and everything eventually Christmas backup with the others. And they headed back to the mainland after that. We went over the office of the lawyers. Computers and put stuff up and everything..

"Our painting decide Benjamin Moore's largest paint dealer in Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties. Good morning. Scotty. How you doing? I'm doing great. How you guys doing do? Well, and it's an intriguing time for fantasy players. How do you how do you the for the for the guy or gal that's worked their way through the regular season here? And it is playoff time. Not to over think it. You know, I it's it's not over thinking. It would. I hate hearing. Sometimes is conversation where it's like, oh, why did you start that guy say he's the guy that got me here. And it's like there's no emotion in fancy football here. It's all about the match ups at this time. And I think you just have to look at it as a separate slate. Kind of like what everyone's talking about when you know, you're talking about handicapping football games. I it's same thing with fantasy where you can't look at who's dot you there who's I mean definitely playing into who's hot plays into who to start in fantasy. But I think you have to look at each week. You looked at the match ups, and especially this time of year when you going back to October late September every team is still playing for something. There's teams down there so banged up. And they're just playing out the string you have to consider all that stuff. All right. Let's start out of Washington giants and Redskins. No Oto Beckham junior today for big blue. Where is the who ends up being the favourite target for? Rely against the skins. I think it's gotta be sterling Shepard. I'm a little hesitant to start him. He and he just hasn't been producing that much in recent weeks. I mean when you really look at it against Washington when they host washing four catches thirty four yards. And since then it has reached five catches. He hasn't reached forty yards. But somebody's gotta be getting these passes. I think he's going to be a big saquon day. But you know, I think shepherd is worthy of consideration with Odell being out. Whereas in the past he really hadn't been and you look at the Redskins are giving up a significant amount of fancy points. You opposing wide receivers they've been much better covering tight ends. So I'm really not that high on Ingram in this spot. Either. I think it's a huge risk when you look at. You know, how limited Ingram has really been through injuries. He will play this week. But I don't think he should be anywhere near many fantasy lineups. If any the New York Jets are heading down to buffalo and now. Now Sam darnold coming back off in the injury facing one of the best passing defenses in the NFL and the bills would what do you think about Sam darnold than his fantasy imprecations today? You know, David I think you've got to stay away from this game across the board except for fantasy defenses. I think if you have the jets or the bills the bills is the better fantasy defense this week. But the jets is not a bad fantasy defense because of the match up here, but both offensive side of the ball both sides. I don't think you can roll with anybody here. There's there's a reason that over under total is below forty points and going up there in buffalo. I just don't see a lot of points being put on the board either way to me, it's a complete stay away game at receiver certainly at running back as well. You know, maybe a dart throw is the tight end Chris Herndon for the jets. But I think it's a major Dr throw you'd have to be in serious trouble. At the tight end position. I think to consider that. All right, Scott. Let's head out the Los Angeles chargers and Bengals if you've got a lot of charges players in your yearly fantasy your smile in this morning because I mean, that's the matchup you one especially if you're playing in a quarterfinal playoff game today. What about the running back scenario? David I discussed it earlier. Justin Jackson was great last week against the Steelers. No, Gordon Jackson are equa who ends up being the star tailback today for Los Angeles to me. It's gotta be Jackson and all the damage he did against the Steelers was in the second half. And that's when they were successful. I mean, we talked about it last week the issue we had with actor was the fact that we made the James white comparison. You know, maybe them not wanting to us in that way. They were using them between the tackles, and it was a business. It was such an abysmal failure. That was the key in that game. And even Colin George was saying that when you see a teams get dominated on the line of scrimmage is badly. As the chargers were in the first half, you wehrley, see those teams come back and Jackson was a big part. The reason they came back in that game. They were able to run the ball effectively. I mean, this does have all the makings with AJ. Green out with Driscoll quarterback doesn't feel like twenty seven to three at the half. Where I know they're all NFL players are all professionals here. But the Bengals are so overmatched you could see a second half. We're Jackson's get the ball running up the middle. Maybe getting twelve thirteen carries in the second half alone. I think he's a great play here. The other thing to keep in mind with Philip rivers. He's kind of make it a late surge for end EP honors. So I'm not sure that this is going to be a case where they may be take the foot off the pedal if they do get up by three touchdowns in this game. And you know, you could see them moving the ball getting the ball inside the red zone and Jackson scoring a couple touchdowns here. So I'm loading up on a lot of the chargers offense of players because of the combination of the match up that they can score an awful lot on that horrible defense. I don't see the offense. The Bengals being able to control the ball control the clock in this one really all signs point. And then you have the added incentive of an MVP caliber MVP candidate certainly not leading candidate. But in the conversation now lot very bullish on the chargers this week. You know, the Pittsburgh Steelers are heading out to play the Oakland Raiders. And we know looking at this raiders defense. They're giving up one hundred fifty three yards per game on the ground. You know, the Steelers are going to try to attack that, but they're not going to be doing it with James Connor. How do you see that? This is going to be distributed in the backfield for the Steelers. Yeah, it seems like it's going to be a Jalen Samuels type a day. It's Jalen Samuels, and it Steven Ridley. And here's something to keep them about Samuel's. This is kind of insane in yahu leagues in certain Yahoo leads he qualifies as a tight end from his days of playing that h. Right. Yeah. So can you imagine if you've rolled to say a twelve and one record in fantasy and you've got the top seed, and you're facing somebody who's got Jalen Samuels slotted as a tight end. Whereas the otherwise would have had some chump there that's going to be lucky to get three catches for twenty eight yards. Now, you've got a running back that could be touching the ball seventeen eighteen times today but even leagues where he qualifies only as a running back. I think Samuels is a very solid start. Because of what he's able to do with versatility in the passing game. That's something that Ridley does not offer. If the Steelers get a big in this game, we could see a lot of Ridley in the fourth quarter. But I think the play here is going with Samuel's. Ridley to me is just too much of a risk to roll out here. All right. How about the forty Niners backfield map out? Jeff Wilson the DEA could have any fantasy consideration for Jeff Wilson here. I think you do have to consider him. He ended up rushing fifteen times for sixty one yards. And he was a main target out of the backfield is targeted nine times. He caught eight passes seventy three yards. And that's when the forty Niners. Blown out against the Seahawks last week. Really never in that game. But that's the kind of fantasy production. You can get from a bad offense. That's just dumping the ball off when a defense is playing prevent against them. I don't think this is going to be a blow out to that kind of proportion. But let's be honest. The Broncos have been playing very solid football has of late got a couple of wins against the Steelers against the chargers. They want easily last week on the road against the Bengals. I don't think that this forty Niners team is that much better than the Bengals. But against somebody's going to get those those yards late in the game. And to me even the Wilson. Not a household name. I think he's worthy of consideration here this week because it's just not that many other options. I don't Mark. He's Goodwin is back. But you combine I think the pass rush that the Broncos have and the forty Niners just with Nick Mullins. He's he's got happy feet. He I don't know. What happened? Well, I do kind of. Raiders game. The raiders have ten sacks all season. So he was just sitting back there and pick and defenses apart. He hasn't faced a pass rush. Statistically, that's as good as this Broncos defense. So I think it's going to be a lot of running and a lot of dump off passes for Mullins. And as shocking as it is to say, I think somebody like Jeff Wilson is worthy of consideration in the fantasy playoffs. Are you sitting here looking at the Carolina Panthers? Heading off to Cleveland after that terrible loss in Tampa. One of the things that would scare you as if you have Cam Newton coming off of a sore shoulder, which he barely practices. Them was limited this week going into near frigid temperatures in Cleveland. Howdy play this one. This is this is really a tough one because the hardest decisions to make are trying to guess at the extent of somebody's injury. I'm leaning toward thinking that this isn't as bad as it might be. Now, I could end up being wrong here. But to me Newton is somebody because he can get you some fantasy points with his legs. You look at it in recent weeks, right? The Panthers defense has been playing so poorly that Newton's been forced to put the ball up. I mean, he's throwing the ball last three weeks actually last four weeks with their four straight losses. Twenty nine attempts thirty seven times thirty attempts forty one attempts against Tampa last week. Now, he through those four interceptions. That's the biggest reason for concern for my stamp against that horrific. Secondary. He's kind of throwing the ball all around the yard. But I think the really tough to sit him in this match up again because you just don't know the extent of how injured he really is. And there aren't a lot of great other options. I think you would have as your fantasy backup this week. So to me, I think he keep your fingers crossing your role with Newton going against that Brown's defense. And how about the ravens on the road in Kansas City today? How about Lamar Jackson? Going up against the chiefs defense that we know has been pretty bad this year. Yeah. It's very enticing. But I would stay away from Jackson today. I think when you look at the fact that Joe flacco is looking like, he's going to be active. You can see a scenario where if the ravens are down seventeen points, midway through the third quarter that flacco ends up common in and taken over for Jackson when they have to put the ball on the air. I think the game plan is going to be to try and control. The line of scrimmage and control the clock with running ball may have had success doing that in recent weeks. But this Kansas City defense has been significantly better home than they've been on the road. And statistically this defense. They gave up a lot of points earlier in the season. And since then when they've been given up a lot of points, it's been on the road, and it's been against quality competition. I think that fifty four points that they gave up to the Rams skews it a bit. They gave up forty three to the patriots. Both of those were road games in the last few home games. They gave a fourteen to the Jaguars ten to the Bengals four. Eighteen I'm sorry Twenty-three to the Broncos fourteen to the cardinals. I know those aren't great offenses. But quite frankly, Baltimore, I don't think he's great offense. Either though that they've been winning in recent weeks, it's been against weak competition. So to me, I think Lamar Jackson is a huge risk mainly because flacco is in option. If this game starts to skew the way of Kansas City, and it certainly could you know, if the chiefs have been hammering a lot of opponents at home. So I would look elsewhere from Jackson owner or one of the things that go along with this now since we're in week fourteen we're in December. You gotta take into effect the weather. We just talked about possible. Freezing in Cleveland. Are there any other games that you think are going to be affected by the weather know, Evan was talking about before the top of the hour. This Tampa win New Orleans gave the wind right? So you don't think of a game in Tampa as having some weather ramifications, this one might and it might to a degree where look you still gonna start. Breeze, and you're still gonna start Michael Thomas, but beyond that, you you might start shying away from the trae Kwan Smith's and players like that in this game. I do like Godwin a bit for Tampa. Now that distraught. Jackson is going to be out. I don't think you can sit my Gavin's. But Jameis Winston becomes an interesting one. Because I know there's a lot of people high on him this week because what the matchup looks like. But I think when you taking consideration the wind and how Sean Payton might approach this game. They got into a shootout with the buccaneers week one. I know it's a long time ago. But that was a game where they let the buccaneers staying in that game. I know what's Fitzpatrick and not Winston I kind of agree with what Ed was saying before the top of the hour. The trends of Peyton later in the season has been the used running game more. And I feel like this is that kind of an opportunity because you can pass against the box, but you can also run against the box. And I I could see the wind playing factor and all that kind of factoring into a relatively low score. Game where you might shy away from players on these teams that in weeks, you might end up starting. I'm also looking at the Sunday night or I'm looking at the bears Rams game and data. I was hearing earlier I'm with you on the bears. I really think bears could end up. Let's good news for Chicago..

"Is a football Sunday edition of JJ after dark. John jastremski with you right here on the fed and he's back by popular demand. I mean now, I'm getting tweets all the time. Asking what time he's coming on? Will he be on? I guess they don't truly understand that this gentleman. Now is a weekly part of our football Sunday show. Jason cats. Fantasy grew from fantasy pros dot com. He's back with us once again J Cima, boy, how you're handling the new fanfare, you know, you'd be mobbed when you go get your morning bagel and whatnot. I'm just getting recognized everywhere is going to say, it's like the Beatles. It's like Taylor swift. And it's like Jason cats. Exactly. We'll put them in that criteria. Okay. Jason. Let's get right to it. So the trade deadline was earlier in the week fantasy wise what was your greatest takeaway from any of the moves or any of the trades that were made. It has to be palmistry because this opens the door for the receiver that I believe was the best receiver in this draft class courtroom sodden who I to be or expected to be wide receiver one. I'm talking on the level of in my twenty twenty drafts we're taking this second or third round. He's exactly what he's back talented. And now we're getting a preview of that for the second half of this season as he stepped into a starting role for the Broncos fascinating. So you're telling me Jason a guy like Cortlandt Sutton is more like have an impact fantasy wise as opposed to to marry his Thomas now playing alongside the Andrea Hopkins. The marriage talents has been in decline for about five years. Now, he's numbers have decreased every year since Manny became washed in twenty fifteen. Hutton is either rookie he's only going to get better. And the fact that he can get started now is going to be great for his career. And I think even this year he would be a fantasy asset. Jason what about golden Tate taken his talents? Philadelphia eagles. We know the eagles have a bunch of different guys. They could work in a make Sacher. It's Sean Jeffrey they've lost JJ. They really haven't gotten much at a running game. So far this year. What do you expect that at golden Tate? And would you citizens a positive or a negative for his fantasy value being traded? This is a far better real-life moved and move. The lions are just a better spot from a reporter with mass Africa going back for years. Now, he's jumping into a new offense. He's getting created learning the playbook to learn Carson Wentz when he has his guys in urge alshon. It's going to take some time to get going. I think and I do think it's valuable we spent a couple of minutes would our pal Jason cats. Fantasy grew check him out on fantasy pros dot com. maJ sin couple injuries to monitor here, obviously, Robbie Anderson and Quincy all Kuwait for the New York. Jets are going to be gametime decisions. Is there any way you throw either one of those guys in your lineup? If you find out there playing on Sunday. In a week where we have a bleak sixteen by I understand people are scrambling to find guy so plug and play, but I have no interest in starting either of them. I can understand that now with digs not playing for Minnesota. Is there somebody you can claim it the west minute who's going to get those reps? Or is that just sort of situation? Soleil is going to try and guard. Adam feeling good luck with that. But could there be opportunities? Elsewhere for somebody on Minnesota. I don't think that any of the Vikings are worth replacing when you need to figure out what to do with digs. I think the popular consensus will be to jump on the quantified well because he's kind of a name. But if you're going to throw a real Dr at anybody, he's wide receiver. I believe Audrey Robinson that you want. Okay. Jason. Let's get to week dot as whole. And it is a great week Don across the board. I mean, you've got the Packers patriots. You got the saints in rabs still is in a ravens just to name a few quarterback position. A start a sit take it away. The magic is back. Ryan Fitzpatrick down in Tampa taking over for Janus. Winston who I believe that for the season was one of the three four starting quarterback in the NFL. Now, not even a starter. Patrick is everything you wanted to fancy QB. They've got a dreadful defense. He always throwing leads the league in air yards per attempt to beat the league's equal completion percentage. Elites all QB's fantasy points per dropback in the middle of the road pass defense. And there was gonna force the bucks to throw the ball. And if a fun one Patrick Mahomes is the number one fantasy TV right now. Number two fancy is the buck starting Huby. How 'bout that Jason? And it's funny. You mentioned Fitzpatrick, you think he starts the rest of the way it helps all the other weapons on that Tampa Bay area will attack like will. They put up the suit numbers. I don't want to say what they did in the first four games. The 'cause that's kind of outrageous. But can we expect more out of Godwin? Can we expect more after this Sean Jackson? Yes. I so for short disarmed Jackson actually has pretty insane with this year averse with Patrick Winston with the Patrick. He's averaging eighteen point seven two points per game. With Winston eleven point eight five Patrick makes this offense better. I don't know for sure he will start the rest of the year can start cutters dreadful head coach. And I would not be surprised if it's some bad game down the line. You know, he will eat a gunslinger. It's going to happen. He's going to have a three interception game. And maybe they'll forget, but James Winstons terrible. And turn back him by Patrick starting. You can start fantasy. Okay. Jason see wrong with Ryan Fitzpatrick, which I love to hear. I'm all in on the fits magic train the bearded wonder of the world as far as the quarterback. You're not going to touch that. You would avoid who would that be? And this is one of those really what bench if I had a good alternative and Shawn Watson. He's coming off a monstrous touchdown game. It really wasn't as big as you think through complete sixteen passes last week and five and then went for touchdowns that is completely unsustainable. It's just a random occurrence where all the time happened to be through the air one. I think punched in the Rogaine in Denver. Yeah. Be added to marry there's no will fuller and the interesting part of that walkers played eleven games in his career with fuller and four without I know, it's a small sample size eleven games. He averaged thirty fantasy points per game with fuller in the Forbes without fuller just seventeen points per game again mall sample size, those are John split. That's unbelievable right there. That's a guy who's putting in a time. That's the guy's got the research in front of them. That's why we put them on this show every week Jason cats from fantasy pros dot com. Now, Jason got a couple of tweets commending you and I know this is like a love fest. Now, it's kind of sickening. I know I'm sick of it too. But you nailed Adrian Peterson. Now, you bash them in the preseason you were all over star Adrian Peterson. And that's the giants last week. And what he broke that long touchdown run that put the game on ice. I was absolutely thinking of you. So Jason let's keep that good juju going hallways. The running back that you are starting in every week that you have who is the guy. Nick shop in Cleveland, Hugh Jackson's gone Todd. Haley has gone the new coordinator is from Bruce Arians coaching free. So we could see somebody Antic play called. I can't imagine that could be worse for allowing a league worst five point four yards per carry two opposing rushers allowed handwriting stores already. And this is a team that typically has a lot of positive game script there leading all the time. And they're still giving up running numbers should be a lot of points. Scored shove be one this week. Nick Chubb is in or be one taken us back to the days at Georgia BULLDOGS and listen good weekend for Georgia. So maybe they'll keep it going and had a big win over Kentucky. They'll be playing in the SEC title game. I don't know if they want any part of Alabama. But that's besides the point. Now Jason on the flip side the running back that we should be looking to avoid. Might seem counterintuitive when you think about it. It's really not Mark Ingram. You remember back when Ingram debuted to deceive? And he scored two touchdowns. That's the thing with anger. He needs those touchdowns to produce two games. Thirty to sixty three rushing yards game with ramps for the shootout. I think that means a lot more Alvin Kamara Ingram will once again have to fall into the end zone to be useful. It could happen. But I don't like gambling Shirley on touchdowns. Now at the wide receiver position Jason, and I'm sure for many in his the scramble of going through by weeks. I'm sure it's the madness of losing a guy somebody going somewhere via trade, but the most started wide receiver for week dot. Devon punches. He's being treated as a weekly wide receiver threes type guy this week. We theme of targeting the bucks defense allow twenty on the year three hundred eighteen pass per game. And more importantly they allowed ninety six point three receiving yards per game two opposing wide receiver one. Devin funchess is Cam nudes wide receiver one and Cam typically does not really throw much to his wide receiver too. Because it goes Greg Olsen wide receiver one, which is funchess Christian, McCaffrey. Or you just take off? I think can see ten targets can throw a lot of passes walks this week as a top twelve option. So you're all over Devin funchess of the Carolina Panthers. Wide receiver not stealing this week. We're going to derail some more high trains and. Josh, gordon. Be close and we're all expecting. I don't know if it's ever, Tom. You had that one hundred yard game against the bears in every other game this season. No more than fifty yards, including the ones on the Browns. If we keep going to face off, which I year Zander who sat down Brandin cooks last week. He's an excellent excellent cornerback. You're not like Josh Gordon this week. Okay. Jason before we say goodbye couple of Twitter questions the first being and this should be one that is near and dear to your heart. Jason what can you expect in Amari Cooper is Dallas cowboy debut? What can you expect out of Amaury Cooper second half of this year? This is something I've been battling internally with obviously the cowboy fan. I wanna Mark you participate feed as somebody was watching football the past two years. It it pains me that they sent a first round pick on Mark Hooper when golden Tate and various Thomas webmail for threes and fours, it's just typical Jerry Jones trying to make a splash with a name trying to get a I if he wanted a personal receiver strategy coincide getting off topic here Amari Cooper, I think he plays a lot in his debut. But well the Cowboys forcing the ball to try and prove a point that's possible at the same time they play with one of the slowest paces in the league. They don't want to throw the ball. This could be a game where they with deficiency. Jack attempts maybe twenty packages. What Mark Cuban really do. Have you been with the team less than two weeks with limited targets, Kevin this one? Is kind of right up. Your alley Jason because it's been a team of the interview so far. Who you playing out of these four? Josh Gordon Jackson, Amari Cooper on Michael Krejci fire way. It's a bunch of names. We've already mentioned it after Craxi I'm gonna limited to between Crabtree. And Jackie, and I'm not gonna give it the Senate of answer. But I'm gonna give you the tools to make the right decision here. It also matters. What happened on Thursday, are you traveling leading these kind of things play into it? If you want a safe floor, Michael Crabtree has that. Father likely to fail, but he's stealing have been pretty cap this year. I don't think he scored above twenty points this season. If even that many, Sean Jack, obviously could blow up only needs is one or two plays and with the Patrick and throwing a lot of passes could see a huge game from him. If you need that upside goldfish. Sean Jackson, if you need to save guy go with Michael track. Michael.

"This Saturday night in New York City getting dark already as the because we had a couple of weeks before daylight savings gets here beautiful sunset out there. So trying to enjoy your weekends going. Well, let's get back to the phones our friend Omar's in Brooklyn and on the fan, Omar. Good ones. I'm a big box book. One thing. Do you like? Milwaukee Los Angeles. And like I like Milwaukee at home. I I. I am preferring Milwaukee. But you know, sometimes I'm defend you to that level that the talker last night. I think the momentum was there for that night. And they cannot carry on. That's something to watch for sure. And Secondly the basketball. Game. And I am expecting this season. NBA one of the greatest yesterday to for a Nixon. And then. Doug game was exciting. I wanted to ask you I like everything that he has done up to now. Right one mall instant that if you want to agree with me on this that when Tim Hardaway junior came in last night on the last defensive position, he teamed Ron Baker. On the plane got position he changes attentive for independent possession. Don't you think that lender? Tired is a better defensively. And and then I already have seen forty is of the Virginia. And Gordon Jackson when he tweeted when we we gave them a defensive assignment. Get lost. Somebody when you got a time out and somebody knows what about CLYDE already knew that older. Let him goes towards the right side. And he still letting go to device ending finish adult. What do we do the thing? That was a small mistake that he would have covered it up, and he will come to know and realize that the different demands. But you need it depends. Yeah. I I agree with you on that, Omar. But I also think that it's gonna take time for Fidel to come to those conclusions on his own and players trying to prove themselves right now. And there's nowhere to do that in the preseason. It's one of the games count that you find out one players made of and he will react to that. Yeah. I think things are. I mean and relative terms now and our bar is set very low. I think things are better for the Knicks than they have been in a while. And we'll see how long that good feeling hangs around. They're not going to contend for anything. So it's hard to take them overly seriously. I don't think their opponents take them overly seriously. So. Unless you're competing on the NBA problem is that when you're not competing on the elite level you're everybody else and the Knicks fall into the category of being everybody else. So it's hard to to really evaluate them in. That regard. Richard New Haven is next on the fan. I Richard thanks for taking the call. I'm just driving back to Connecticut where I live from the Rutgers northwestern game. I gotta tell you. I feel for Rutger hard for them to get wins in the big ten and I'm wearing purple and went to north western and they got job by the rest today at a crucial juncture when the game was in doubt. And northwestern was on the ropes. Got a very dubious past. Roughing the passer call and then when the Rutgers coach went berserk, they added another fifteen on the bench, and that just changed all momentum from there on nothing. Good happen for Rutgers and northwestern able to make play, but it was a total momentum shift planning into the wind. Yeah. All by the. Yeah. Yeah. And Richard as you know, I mean. Bad things tend to happen too, bad teams and. I didn't see the play. Rutgers. Northwestern was not on. On my slate of game that I wanted to pay attention to today, but I get it. And I think all the fans get it. When things go wrong, they go wrong. The frustration of the Rutgers sideline. I'm sure it was great and. They had it to do over again. They would probably not react as violently as they did. But. You know when things are going bad. They're going bad and. It's Har it's hard to know how they climb out. It's hard to know how they recruit it's hard to know how they become legitimate. I think it's going to be a change at the at the president's office in terms of admissions. And how they go about it because it's really hard to come off the mat like that Dave Hawthorne, New Jersey next on the fan. Hi, dave. Speaking of things going wrong. The last time I spoke to you is I think the preseason the right before it began. And of course, you hit the nail on the head with the giants and everything going on a couple pronged question for you here. Obviously, we know realize this team has done a terrible job over the last few years about being honest with themselves about the future and the present for that matter. Now, assuming that they're probably going to get lost number six or even within a couple of weeks seven or eight, and we know that they're out of it. When do you think is the right time to go to let it not to say that the future at all? But in a sense at least look to the future and a hate to say it punt the seed in a guarantee yourself, a topic guarantee yourself one two or three and then not to mention I think the other part of it. Now, let's to get your take on. This would be if you let it in there. But at least the talk is about him, and yeah, I'm not expecting to be anything. It's not about that. But it's more. At least it changes the narrative where instead of his going on if Eli can't do this. All right. We know he's done at least letter here. You're with that. That's a narrative, and you say, hey, we're finally thinking about the future, which I think they've done such a terrible job of doing the last couple of years. You know, Dave, I agree with almost everything he said in terms of their Missa valuation of where they were headed how far away they were how selfish perhaps some of their players were and just bungling the. Look a very tough player. I mean, that's why the arguments are there because he's had to unbelievable playoff runs and nothing else in terms of playoffs. And yes they've had other weaknesses on the team. But my cross argument is sixteen get in the NFC at six in the AFC. So to be a non playoff team six years out of seven and a year, you make it to lose by twenty five points is damning it's it's it is a reflection. I mean, not very many good quarterbacks, regardless of what's around them. Missed a quarter miss the playoffs. Seven years in a row or six out of seven and don't wanna a playoff game for seven years. Not many not many. So they have done a very poor job of admitting where they are. They've also done a very poor job of taking their medicine. You're going to have to say goodbye to. It's not going to be the most pleasant thing. You cannot avoid it. Don't pretend you can. We'll plan to the end of the season and then we'll change in the off season. And no one will care much that doesn't help you. You're worried about the giants. The next game. You're worried about Atlanta. And then the game after that and the game after that, you're not worried about ally. Manning you've paid him twenty million dollars a year. It's not a concern. You'll have your Eli manning day. You'll put them up in the in the stadium. It'll all be good. The cheers will be deafening. It'll be great. You're getting all that. That's guaranteed. That's not something you have to worry about do. What you think is best for the football team. And do what you're told? You're not some God if Luleta comes in and his lousy than Eli is going to have to come back in and playing not like a whiny child. Like a man you had a great run. You're not as good as you used to be get over it. You had a great career you want to Super Bowls. No one can take them away. But he like can't like they they made such a huge mistake last year in proposing the whole thing, but then when he I told them, hey, you're gonna start Gino in the second half. Then I don't wanna start at all. The answer should have been. Hey, you play for us. You don't wanna play in. All you tell the media that because we want you to start this game. And we're gonna put Gino in in the second half. And you don't like it. You could stick it. You're a member of our football team. Instead, they know how could you do this the Eli? Oh, this is awful. Oh, you know, we respect you enough to keep your starting streak in motion. But we want to look at the other quarterback. But of course, they didn't want to look at Davis Webb. They want to look, Gino. Well, that's an insult. We've already seen Gino. The player plays especially in the NFL. It will always be that way. If you don't respect your coach you can't win. And if your best players don't buy into your system, you cannot win. If your best players don't buy into the leadership. You can't win. So if you John Mero believe in your leadership get rid of those players, and if you don't get management in there that the players will believe in. So to answer your question. I give him this game. I guess and then I move on. But with the understanding that I'm not if lettuce terrible and really struggles. Or obviously if he gets hurt. Has to come in and play like a player like a man of. Of. Responsibility. He has a responsibility to fulfill his contract and play the best. He can whenever he's called on just like everybody else. Not twenty signed up for treating Eli with kid gloves is just ridiculous and sends an awful precedent. You worked for us. You're getting paid very handsomely to do it. You do what you're told? And last year, they set a precedent. Oh, my God allies unhappy, what are we going to do? That's fine. If you're winning team, then you gotta take some things back because you are delivering on what you want winning. It's not fine. When you're one in ten and you're afraid of your quarterback the giants last year were one nine and they were afraid of their quarterback. Take a few more calls before nets basketball coming up on the fan. That's the sound football fans live for the stadium. The bar even on the.
