Use Your Voice to Captivate the Room With Tracy Goodwin

"Tracy you use the term psychology of the voice. Can you share with us. What you mean by this yes. Psychology of the voice is the title that i gave the methodology around voice that i created over thirty years of research and study and listening to voice what i discovered and i i actually started this discovery through dialects so the concept of psychology of the voice is that internally the subconscious is actually calling the shots on how we use our voice. Yes we have vocal cords. Yes air hits them. All of that is real but what my research showed me. Starting all the way back to dialects is that the sub-conscious is trying to protect the heart sense of belonging fitting in the subconscious. Trying to protect the heart. The voice is the orchestra the heart. The subconscious is taking in dialogue experiences and filtering it and telling the muscle memory the muscles how we use our voice what to do. So let's say let me give you an example and and the and the drivers and their stories around this and we can talk about that but the first thing that happens is before we're five years old. Somebody says something. Like hey peter you're too loud and your subconscious says or could be anything. It could be your too quiet. You talk too much. My generation was children are to be seen and not heard right. So just sit there and be pretty tracy right or whatever it was my subconscious took that in and said okay. We've got to keep her safe. That means we need to get her talking in a quiet voice.

"I don't think he's a very good judge of talent. I don't think he's hired very good people. I don't think he is giving them good directions I don't think he's involved I'm reminded Rudy Giuliani. After nine eleven the way he sort of brought the city together the way he was leader I remember talking to rudy about that sort of thing. And he said something that hearkens back to sports that essentially you play the way you practice and so. Rudy was a very hard worker. Every day he thought boldly he acted boldly, and so when the great aftermath tragedy of nine eleven oldness was not new to him, he was in character and I think what the Blasio never really worked very hard, never cared very much. He's never recruited good people. He's never rolled up his own sleeves, and so now in a time of crisis he. He doesn't know what to do. He's lost. He keeps pulling these word games well. It's not acceptable when a one year old is killed. Really thank you very much. It's not acceptable. Is that how a leader speaks? A one year? Old Child is shot in the stomach and dies in the street. It's not acceptable I mean it just his heart is not in it. It never was and so expecting him to do better. Now I think is frankly asking the impossible. How can you possibly ask the president of the United States, but help for New York when he allows those terrorists go and pink in front of building. He wants slipped. Slipped it. I mean it doesn't make any sense at all. No and Lousy I'm of course himself with Al Sharpton and others. They did it to taunt the president. There's no other way to look at. It was taunting maneuver and you ask you know how. How does this then lead the president to say well? I'M GONNA bail out new. York well obviously doesn't but I think what the Democrats are doing here and elsewhere is. They are not cutting their budgets, really the mayor, the governor. They're not really taking seriously. The budget hit I. Think what they're hoping. What they're planning and it. It becomes something of a strategy as well. well as an excuse it, they're gonNA. Put all their chips on a Democratic president and a Democratic Congress giving them what they want. Next year so I think that they're not gonNA. Make any effort now to seriously deal with the budget deficits, but they're just gonNa play politics and do everything they can to get a democratic congress and president. Sort of course in New York, doesn't matter that New York is going to vote for any even a dead Democrat New Yorkers would vote for for president, but a lot of the congressional seats are in play, and I don't know that that's going to be a great strategy in Rio contested districts. Question Michael Goodwin you worked to the New York Times a all the time they go. What happened to New York Times? Want to be so. Easy, you know John. I tell people that I did my undergraduate work there that I I graduated and moved onto higher education, and my my shorthand answer. Is that this happened in? Slowly and then suddenly slow part was at the standards were allowed to erode over time. The great standards of fairness impartiality of just decency that we don't have an agenda. We're here to report the news that was eroding over time in two thousand sixteen deemed back. The executive editor essentially took away. The guardrails told them essentially that we all hate donald trump go. Go get him and that's what happened. Every story became an editorial became the reporters opinion instead of the news. You Got Opinion, opinion, opinion opinion, and that has continued now, and it is expanded beyond Donald Trump. It's now aimed at America and I think with their sixteen nineteen project, and their assault on every institution shows me that what happened to deem case. "K. Michael Goodwin is the finest best columnist in America. Every Sunday every Wednesday in the New York Post Great Column Today But Jeff Sessions and It's always great. Adam with is Michael Goodwin. How you doing good morning my thank you. Hey by the way we just found out Governor. Cuomo the Cuomo administration has pulled down off their website that March twenty fifth nemo sending ordering the Corona patients into the nursing homes. You where the one that led the charge on that. Where do you think this law end? Well I it's hard for me to think mark that there won't at some point be a an investigation Of what happened now. I think that the the thing that would work against that is that it's pretty obvious what happened We already know that. The governor ordered the nursing homes to take cove positive patients even as they banned visitors for the same reason. So it was the most idiotic thing done. It's it's so blatantly apparent what it was and and the effect of it on the nursing homes on the residents and and Patients of these other facilities and nursing homes rehabilitation centers. This whole sort of out of hospital culture that has grown up around some of it just being insurance companies WANNA discharge patients from hospitals as quickly as possible. Say How they? They can't go home so they have to go somewhere else. Well that was true of covert patients as well they needed to. They needed the hospital beds. They thought they did for incoming covert patients and so they sent people who are still contagious to nursing homes and the deaths. I believe are going to be far north of where they are. Now which is about fifty five hundred. I think we could easily see them. Eight nine even ten thousand deaths in nursing homes and when you think about that mark That is such a huge proportion. And and it's it's true across. The country is such a huge proportion of the overall deaths that it it begins to color everything. We did During the shutdown you could say well maybe if we had just drawn a circle built a law around the elderly and those with various Serious health complications we could. We didn't need to shut down the whole country. We could could've just shut down portions of it where the elderly and those who are sick live and and And get their treatment. If we just protected them it would be a very different profile as to what happened with Kobe. Because we know that for most people younger people who are healthy They get colder and it really is like the flu but for those elderly and otherwise sick. It's a death sentence so that distinction when we didn't deal with it in that way you know it reminds me a lot of what the what we do at the airports right. Everybody gets checked equally right. That's not how you find the people carrying bombs. I mean there are smarter ways to do that as someone from Israel once said to me. You know the problem with America's you worry what people are carrying. We worry who the people are. And I think it's the same thing with the way we treated code. It was just stupid to do this. I hope that governor Cuomo Is Forced to acknowledges forced to admit it was an error and. I hope that there is some accountability. I'm not sure what form that will take. ultimately is a matter for voters but for him to remove the document. Blame the FEDS. None of this is true. None of this is defense. Did Not order this. They did not recommend this. This was his thing and it was the doing of the governor. New Jersey Murphy. Did the same thing virtually so I when we when we I think eventually pull back the curtain on the entire scene of the Cova Epidemic in America. We will see that. This was the great failure the failure to protect the elderly. And then it warped everything else because we just counted. All data is oh. Everybody was equally liable to die from. This wasn't true and it was it was it was a man made disaster to that extent. Fake News cover up. Amazing even look at Florida governor was brilliant. Everything every move in fact with the nursing homes. He took one nursing home and just made that just corona virus patients and nothing else and that saved the other nursing homes and A. I'm sure you've asked everybody. Why didn't you use the comfort? Why didn't use a javid sunny at four thousand beds there with all that? Yeah I mean. Remember that famous case now because of the post that of the Cobble Hill Nursing Nursing Home The owner there showed the post emails of him writing to the Department of Health. I can't handle these. People can't pay him go to the to the The company can we take Chavitz and and they said no they can only go there from hospitals so again there was always this kind of you know uman error involved. Why is that necessarily? Why is that rule necessary? Why why say that? Nursing homes have to take them from hospitals. I mean all of these things that were decided by the State Department of Health. Andrew Cuomo's State Department of Health. These were all preventable. This was not cove it this human stupidity. Yeah Hey Michael Goodwin great com today Jeff Sessions. He was the biggest disaster ever in the attorney. General's office how does even have the nerve to run for anything right now. Well that's why I wrote the piece. Because reading his twitter back and forth with President Trump. It struck me. He still doesn't get it. He still does not understand that he was targeted by the deep state. In the same way Michael Flynn was and in the same time period. And you know mark in researching this column. I learned a lot myself about that. Timing issue I had forgotten that if I ever put the pieces together that it was in Ja- It was in January of twenty seventeen during his first confirmation hearings the first hearing where he was asked a question by Al. Franken the senator from Minnesota about a breaking news story on CNN that turned out to be the CNN leak regarding the James Colmer briefing of president trump about the P. tape allegations that turned out to be the steele dossier now. We didn't know any of that at the time. We didn't know where that was coming from Later that day buzzfeed Reprinted the entire still dose CA President trump wasn't told about the steele dossier with the exception of those two pages in it. So all of this was happening. There was this underground movement to disrupt and defeat and destroy. Mike Flynn Attorney General Sessions And eventually they got what they wanted in Rod Rosenstein. He was there man. Now whether he was consciously their man or whether he was working Just out of ignorance and didn't know what they were up to. We don't know yet because Rosenstein has never really been truly ammend but for sessions at this late date still not to recognize what happened to him why he was subjected to those leaks to. The Washington. Post why he was why this was dropped on his head at his confirmation hearings and not to understand that and for in for the move to pressure on him to recuse himself for him not to understand that this was to get him out of the way so they could get trump for him. Still not understand that. It's just unforgivable. Yeah you know listen I you're giving Rosenstein the benefit of the doubt but you take McCabe and struck and roses. The same crew cut the same nineteen fifties classes the same suit. There obviously all on the same team there. That's pretty clear and I think look you're right about Rosenstein. There's so many questions of him that after a while it is hard to give him the benefit of the doubt because don't forget McCain has said this and I I make as is in my mind a convicted liar but I do believe in this case. Mccabe was being honest when he said that In that period between Rosenstein taking office which is April twenty fifth and the appointment of Muller on May seventeenth all in twenty seventeen. Of course that in that interim MC Rosenstein goes to the FBI meets with McCabe. Who's then running it And Mitch with McCabe and talks about trying to wear a wire into the Oval Office to record president trump and try to remove him under the twenty Fifth Amendment. Now Rosenstein has said he was joking. But I don't believe it. I mean I think that Rosenstein eventually came to have a good relationship with trump but I think in those early days he was he was I think. Making his bed with the confederates making his bed with the conspirators who are aiming to overthrow the president and so I think wasn don't forget. He signed a false FEIS application. He has a lot of explaining to do. And he's the one who foisted muller on the country. Well I hate that. "But Jeff sessions and It's always great Adam with is Michael. Goodwin how you doing? Good morning my thank you. Hey by the way we just found out governor Cuomo. The Cuomo administration has pulled down off their website that March Twenty Fifth Nemo, sending ordering the corona patients into the nursing homes. You were the one that led the charge on that. Where do you think this law end? Well I. It's hard for me to think mark that there won't at some point be a an investigation. of what happened now I think that the the thing that would work against that is that it's pretty obvious what happened We already know that. The governor ordered the nursing homes to take cove positive patients, even as they banned visitors for the same reason, so it was the most idiotic thing done it's it's so blatantly apparent what it was, and and the effect of it on the nursing homes on the residents and and patients of these other facilities and nursing homes rehabilitation centers. This whole sort of out of hospital culture that has grown up around some of it. Just being insurance companies WANNA discharge patients from hospitals as quickly as possible. Say how they. They can't go home, so they have to go somewhere else well. That was true of covert patients as well they needed to. They needed the hospital beds. They thought they did for incoming covert patients, and so they sent. People who are still contagious to nursing homes and the deaths I believe are going to be far north of where they are now, which is about fifty five hundred I think we could easily. See them eight nine, even ten thousand deaths in nursing homes, and when you think about that Mark that is such a huge proportion, and and it's it's true across the country is such a huge proportion of the overall deaths that it it begins to color everything. We did during the. Shutdown, you could say well. Maybe if we had just drawn. A circle built a law around the elderly and those with various serious health complications we could. We didn't need to shut down the whole country. We could have just shut down portions of it where the elderly and those who are sick, live and and and get their treatment. If we just protected them, it would be a very different profile as to what happened with Kobe, because we know that for most people younger people who are healthy they get cold. Cold and it really is like the flu, but for those elderly and otherwise sick. It's a death sentence so that distinction when we didn't deal with it in that way, you know it reminds me a lot of what the what we do at the airports, right? Everybody gets checked equally right. That's not how you find the people carrying bombs. I mean there are smarter ways to do that as someone from Israel. Once to me, you know the problem with America's. You worry what people are carrying. We worry who the people are. And I think it's the same thing with the way we treated Cova It was just stupid to do this. I hope that governor Cuomo is forced to acknowledges forced to admit it was an error and I hope that there is some accountability I'm not sure what form that will take. ultimately is a matter for voters, but for him to remove the document. Blame the FEDS. None of this is true. True none of this is defense did not order this. They did not recommend this. This was his doing, and it was the doing of the Governor New Jersey Murphy. Did the same thing virtually so I when we when we I think eventually, pull back the curtain on the entire scene of the Cova epidemic in America. We will see that this was the great failure, the failure to protect the elderly and then. It warped everything else because we just counted. All data is oh. was equally liable to die from. This wasn't true and it was it was. It was a man made disaster to that extent. Fake News cover up amazing. Even look at Florida governor was brilliant everything every move in fact with the nursing homes. He took one nursing home, and just made that just corona virus, patients and nothing else, and that saved the other nursing homes and a I'm sure you've asked everybody. Why didn't you use the comfort? Why didn't use a javid sunny at four thousand beds there with all that? Yeah I mean remember that famous case now because of the Post that in. Kabul nursing nursing. Home the owner. There showed the post emails of him. Writing to the Department of Health I can't handle. These people can't pay him. Go to the to the the company. Can we take Chavitz and and they said No. They can only go there from hospitals so again. There was always this kind of you know uman error involved. Why is that necessarily? Why is that rule necessary? Why? Why say that nursing homes have to take them from hospitals? I mean all of these things that were decided by the State Department of Health Andrew Cuomo's state, Department of Health. These were all preventable. This was not cove it this human stupidity. Yeah Hey Michael Goodwin. Great Com today Jeff Sessions. He was the biggest disaster ever in the Attorney General's office. How does even have the nerve to run for anything right now? Well that's why I wrote the piece because reading his twitter back and forth with President, trump it struck me. He still doesn't get it. He still does not understand that he was targeted by the deep state in the same way, Michael? Flynn was and in the same time period, and you know mark in researching this column. "It's Amy Cooper Rapper Yeah. Now for those weren't the up on all of this stuff. This is for people who have nothing to do all day except play on twitter. And they came up with this named Karen because the first woman that got caught on a viral video doing this I believe her name was Karen. That's why this is called Karen. When you hear. This Karen Karen means a very entitled upper middle class woman. You know like an annoying woman who always wants to see the manager always wants to complain about the littlest nothing thing. That's wrong so they see the that's called a Karen. Karen if you're on twitter, you're a Karen. If you're doing this so now, most of the descriptions will say a middle aged white woman now doesn't that make that a little racial? Why is it always a white woman? Against a black person? It could be a white person. Complaining about a white person could be a black person comparing complaining about a black person, but it. It's got US racial overtone to it so a Karen, is this annoying woman who starts a fight over nothing and wants to call the manager wants to so this is like the most extreme Karen ever. the other guy and they're both. How what are the odds of this? They're both named Cooper. Cooper. Yeah, so the other, the Guy Cooper seems to be quite an outstanding guy. He went to Harvard I. Forgot, What does he do? He was impressive resume cooper. he's in the park there in the ramble, which is kind of a little area where you can walk your dog, but there signs everywhere. The dog must be on a leash. And the Karen! What's her name amy? Titled White Privilege Women's of course, she doesn't need the leash her dog. So. She, she'd takes the leash off and I guess the guy now. Here's the other thing. The guy is She's wrong. because she keeps yelling at the Guy that I'm gonNA call the police and Telemann. african-american is coming here. Well as she said that sounds racist sounds stupid. She's been fired from her job or life has been ruined. And after watching this video, who the hell would want this woman in their office, Anyway Forget. All of this looks like the most annoying woman, so the guy is just yelling at a put that leash and you see. The sign got to have a leash on your dog, so she starts yelling. Please come close to me. I'm asking. You please don't. Please don't come close. Please please call the cops. Please call the. African American man threatening my life. Please tell them whatever you like. This is pretty funny stupid, but it's funny. Now He was photographing her video because she didn't have the leash on the dog. And if you said Hey, stop at video, but did you hear of? Like fifty guys with machine guns pointed at her, so she is a bit of a panicky nut..

"Well it's What the hell days. You can't remember it's Wednesday today. It's week ten of the lockdown. Were coming to the end. We got a couple more weeks in New York City. If in Long Island you open phase one today Westchester phase. One opens today. Even if you're in New York City it'll be coming out of this in a week or two or three so You got through it. Everything's okay. I noticed the week nine lot of people. We ate a lot. Do second very depressed. It's starting to get to them now that we approach week ten. I notice everybody's just going nuts. Everybody acting insane except Joe Bartlett. He moves to South Carolina where they've been open for what four weeks and everything is fine down there. Everything is fine. I hope it stays. That way gives a lot of people from up. There have come down here. I hope they haven't brought the covert down here. Good take it down there. Get outta hair take actually Numbers have not risen anywhere. You'll see fake news reports. They have but they haven't in Texas the been Open Free. Four weeks numbers are dropping. Georgia been opened four weeks. Numbers are dropping. You'll see fake news reports At a number of cases up. But they won't tell you because the number of tests are up like six thousand percent and the percentage of those testing positive is dropping. Everything is dropping new. York state is dropping its I don't think people realize in the United States eight thousand people die every day in normal times. Eight thousand deaths today so these death numbers are very low in New York City. It's Probably be around five or seventy today in Manhattan. It'll probably be one or two you know there's very little this in Manhattan. The numbers are so low Brooklyn Queens. Bronx got hit hard. Staten Island is is very low connecticut. It's been open one week today in. The numbers have been dropping for that week. it's Average incubation time is five days. Incubation is anywhere from to an extreme cases fourteen days but averages five days so we're at five days in Connecticut. We've seen no increase yet and this is what people eating out to a restaurant going into stores. So we'll keep an eye on Connecticut if everything continues to drop their no reason not to open here But when I say people are going nuts we'll get to the crazy woman in the park. We'll get to Kaley Mac and she is brilliant now she could just change your name to something could say Kaley. What is it mcenaney? N- used to work with her. I used to do a few shows with her but he still couldn't say name But she's great. He's brilliant. We'll get to Well president trump the mask. Controversy is unbelievable. This is the new. Pc Go crazy nonsense wearing a mask. Who isn't wearing a mess? You did that story but fake news. Msnbc Oh yes fake news NBC. News goes out to mask. Shame go to find people out of mask and yell at them and to do the story what they do is they approached the person without the mask on you. You don't have to wear masks when you're outside as long as you say. Stay ten feet away from everybody. You must wear masks when you go into a store if you're going to get close to people but if you're outside walking away from if nobody's near you there is no reason on earth to wear a mask fact if you're walking outside with nobody close take off the mask. This is why you're outside. Fresh air. Get the sunlight all of your face. It's good for you so the MSNBC crew approaches the Guy White wearing a mask in the reporter has a big masks whole comforter set around his face immunised. Guys got a mask on And he how dare you not wear masks but the guy pulls out his phone and video tapes the the MSNBC crew you cruise not wearing a mask. You're just wearing a mask for show cameraman's sharing a mask. It is pretty ridiculous isn't it? That is pretty ridiculous. I mean it's hypocrisy to man. Yeah now the White House press corps. You'll see some of the briefings where they're all wearing masks. Everybody at the briefing. This is for show. They're all wearing the masks. Even when they asked the president question they say to them all and he goes what I can take full mass down. I can't hear you so. They're all wearing masks. Everybody the White House has said that as soon as the camera goes up. Every one of these reports takes their mask off in fact starting to secretly photographed from doing that. They all ripped the mask off as soon as the cameras off. It's all for show. So you know vice president Former Vice President Biden showed up at that ceremony. The look was Halloween. He was wearing all black. He was like Dr Death on this black suit black. I black glasses black mask. He's carrying lillies Dr Death. He just looked weird so everybody was making fun of me strikes back at the president. He did a whole interview about terrible. It was that the president wasn't wearing a mask is a full an absolute fool to talk that way. I mean every leading dock in the world saying we should wear a mask. When you're in a crowd let me point out the Biden outside doing this interview. Not Wearing a mask there's no mascot and he's talking to a reporter who's right across from him. He's looking at her talking to her without a mask on. How come nobody points that out? You can hear the birds. He's that's actually vultures circling doesn't look well. He's not wisely wearing a mask if he's outside talking to a report CNN reporter so the whole thing is ridiculous Here's trump with reports. Can you take it up because I cannot hear all? I'll just speak louder services. You WANNA be politically correct. Had NO SIR. They all rip them as soon as the cameras off. They take the mask off. It's all for show us and I always have a mask with me. If I'm walking out I mean even in the middle of Manhattan right now. You can walk ten feet away from anybody. Nobody comes near you once in a while you get into a little bit of a crowd you put the mask on or you're going to go into a store you put the mask on. You're not supposed to wear it outside all the time And you just don't need to do it now The other controversy is The woman in the park. What is your actual name? It's Amy Cooper Rapper. Yeah for those weren't up on all of this stuff. This is for people who have nothing to do all day except play on twitter and they came up with this named Karen because the first woman that got caught on a viral video doing this. It's got US racial overtone to it. So a Karen is This annoying woman who starts a fight over nothing And wants to call the manager wants to so this is like the most extreme Karen ever The other guy. And they're both how. What are the odds of this? They're both named Cooper Cooper. Yeah so the other. The Guy Cooper seems to be quite an outstanding guy. He went to Harvard. I forgot what does he do. He was impressive. "Powerful columns have the governors are responsible for the nursing homes disaster So many seniors have died from I if they republicans this would be the story that would be picked up everywhere. Wouldn't it absolutely? This would be the in. The overall picture of the virus would change and I believe it should change because I think when we look across the country mark We're finding that disproportionately The deaths are occurring nursing homes. I mean it's it's anywhere from forty fifty sixty seventy eighty percent in some states in New York and New Jersey. It somewhat lower because there are more desks although the actual nursing home death totals astronomical between the two states New York and New Jersey. Roughly eleven thousand people so far that we know have died in nursing homes eleven thousand people and they both governor Cuomo New York Murphy in New Jersey. They both issued these executive orders in March own using almost identical language. So they clearly I think. We're coordinating Forcing nursing homes to take cova positive patients who were being discharged from hospitals to take them into the nursing homes. And you know I think we always have to remind ourselves mark that the absurdity of this is borne out by the fact the nursing homes and barred families and visitors from coming to see their loved ones less. They bring the virus into the nursing home so on one hand. We're keeping the families out because they're dangerous at the same time we're sending in people. We know are infected with that same virus and saying to the nursing homes. You must take them. You cannot deny them and if you do we'll take your license So I don't know how explain this other than the dumbest thing? Ever the most destructive the lethal the fatalities that flowed from. This is just remarkable. And so if if we if they had not done this and they did some version of this and other states as well If they had not done this. And let's say The New York Times says twenty at least twenty eight thousand people overall have died in nursing homes. Basically at that time they did this. Study one three of all deaths. Think just think for a second if the death totals and the country were reduced by thirty or forty percent. We would be looking at this entirely different way so this was not. This was not a predestined to happen. The way human error played an enormous role in these death. Totals and that does when you look at the when we finally examined. All of this will have to say that. The governor's in these states treated these nursing homes and the people in them as disposable. They sacrifice them to open up hospital space for other infected patients. And if someone wrote to me some one family member wrote to me. It was actually quite quite a powerful argument. They basically said the younger matter more than the older. So we're kicking you into the nursing home so we can free up a hospital for somebody who's more valuable than you are. Then the people in the nursing homes. I mean it's an extraordinary. I think description of what has happened and and there has got to be a national investigation of this. You cannot say we are a civilized society if it's okay to doom tens of thousands of older people you just can't say where humane And so it's it's got to be examined and you can't do within the states because everybody's afraid of the governors the governors hold their licenses overheads and and they can put these nursing home owners out of business so it's got to be somebody who has nothing to fear from the governor's which can only be Washington and when the column. I suggest that designated. Us Attorney could use grand juries in different states to examine whether this was criminal or or just a massive mistake but it it's got to be answered the people who did this have to be required to explain it and defend it because right now cuomo can say things like what we did everything we could when that's just ridiculous that's ridiculous and it worked the policy worked and as I said in the column if five thousand dead is success what would failure look like. I mean it's nonsense to defend this. It's got to be examined by somebody who doesn't fear. The governor's have you ever tried to ask any questions of trying to contact him. You know the press never asked him a tough question never says the Jetson was empty. Why didn't you use it? Have you attempted to question? No no we don't speak. He wouldn't return my calls. I didn't think so. Yeah mean he's put up press releases attacking me and things like that. So there's no relationship there. There's no you know he. He looked he doesn't respect Any media who disagrees or criticizes him despite all the talk he wants it his way and I think that's part of what happened here that he is a very small circle of people who trust fundamentally he trusts nobody He always makes the decision himself. Even he attacks you at a press release. He puts somebody else's name on it but it's rights themselves. He dictates but so. I think when you look at the small circle of people around him There was. There's never anybody who disagrees with him They don't work for him people who disagree with him don't end up working for him So you have a bunch of younger people who are all kind of you know devoted to the cult of Cuomo and he makes this decision and nobody says you know serve. That could kill people. Nobody says that kind of stuff. Damn he doesn't hear any bad news. He doesn't hear any objections because they're not allowed. So that's what you get when you have this kind of power. The legislature rolled over gave him all this power said go ahead. You take care of it. We're just GONNA go home and sleep through this So they've done nothing but give him near absolute power. They suspended essentially the legislative process for anything to do with Colin including on the budget. So what he did all of this himself. Legislature is not a group of geniuses. Either they're all pretty so at least you would hope to some of them being in touch with people in their neighborhoods would say you know sir. A lot of my constituents mothers and fathers are dying in nursing homes. What the heck's going on but he doesn't get that he doesn't hear that because people are afraid of him. "That's why Hey. Nobody ever explained why. They had more full dress uniform, which is generally for a ceremony at Arlington. Why was he wearing that to go to a Congressional hearing? Normally wear a suit and tie, but he looked like newman too much. They met him put on the uniform But At least guys, you know why the whistle blower. was you know he was whistleblowing on? Your read this case right which one bright. No the whistle blower fired. Friday was claiming that somebody in Pompeo's Department of Somebody on the staff that he had hired an appointee was doing personal tasks or errands for you. Hunt Pail And I would assume in every department that goes on, and I would assume that's perfectly normal. "They'll be a guy with one of those said thermometer. Guns don't need to buy phenomena right and We'll see everything is going to be opening up at some point. You know. I've been nut checking with people in their twenties and people in their early thirties. Let's say up to thirty five years old. You know they're all crazy and they don't listen to anything so a lot of these people asking what's now. Apparently they're all all dating Going People's apartments Doing whatever they've been doing this for weeks or even having a dinner parties a little gatherings in ten people in an apartment doing this for a few weeks so keep checking with race if they know of anybody. That's gotten sick. Nobody has so. That's encouraging now. The other thing is when they say reopen ever say everything just reopened now. That doesn't mean you're mandatory that you go out if you are older you've got underlying conditions or your immune system is great. Then you continue to stay in but if you're really healthy and nothing to worry about you'll go out Now one of the most important underlying conditions is obesity. And I've heard that from a lot of doctors when they read about a twenty seven year old that died or the thirty five year old. They go look up the picture and sure enough. It's somebody's very heavy. Obesity is a huge underlying condition for this high blood. Pressure is to assuming you don't have it under control you know if you're taking your blood pressure medicine. You're okay but a lot of people have high blood pressure. Don't treat it don't know about it so when reason That Italy got hit so hard. They got a lot of problems. A lot of underlying conditions there and certain places in the US. There's a lot of obesity. GotTa be careful there you know. The graceland reopens today speaking of Obesity. Elvis Graceland is open for tours again. so everything is starting to reopen. Connecticut will be reopened. You'll see New Jersey stuck to reopen that pressures Cuomo to reopen now. He does not want if it were up to de Blasios and Cuomo. You would never leave again. This lockdown. It'd be made permanent that way. You're totally dependent on them. They'll tell you where you're allowed to go Don't have any money can work. They'll government send you a check. It'll be full socialism. And you'll be forced to stay at home and watch those briefings. That was pretty stupid that getting a test. He got a test where they stick to swab up your nose on TV. Even though he's been tested over and over again a by the way He saw even Friday. The press conference are all screaming at the president wage wearing a mask. How come you don't wear a mask wanted to is anybody? S to Governor Cuomo wise. Not Wearing a mask over here that no it doesn't come up now. Never comes up. comes up Doesn't doesn't wear a mask. Even when he's getting the test from the healthcare worker the health care worker comes right up to him is about eight inches away from. He's still not wearing a mask breathing. All of the healthcare worker. So did anybody say anything. Anyway it's a total double standard. I want you to check out the web page and watch this video. Nobody has said anything about this. This is Nancy Pelosi speaking in Congress over the late last week. She's got a mask but she's not wearing it. It's down around her neck. And as she speaking she wipes her nose with her finger. Obviously her nose is running so she wipes it with her finger and then watch your white per finger across the podium. This isn't Congress. This is the podium. Every congressman is about to use what you're totally infect this podium now. I got it on the web page. I saw it. Nobody has asked her about this. Why did you wipe your nose? All over the poche said a word about this Now Watch this other video. This is Joe. Biden has a creepy history of touching fondling sniffing women. This is a a really hard this is him. It's an eight year old girl. Watch Joe Biden. Touch her breast standing behind her. What's your pull away as his hand hits her chest. This is creepy guy. This is an eight year old girl. Take a look at the video. It's all up on the web page. Go to seven ten W. O. R. Dot Com Slash Mark Seven Ten W. O. R. Dot com slash mark. Hey let's take some calls Check around the country. Everybody's doing let's go to Orlando in Charlotte Charlotte in Orlando. I'M NOT SURE CHARLOTTE ORLANDO IN. Charlotte Oh okay Charlotte in Orlando but now with what's going on Orlando Good Morning Mark. I got down here in Charlotte and I noticed. Nobody's wearing a mask. People are out in the street people congregating and that's fine. They're opening up these counties. Little by little and it's happening very quickly down here but My Gosh even the Uber drivers know masks. But my question is the Blasios with the You know cracking down on all these People congregating and gathering who constitutes water gathering is. Is that me and you talking that me. You and Joe. Talking Constitutes Gathering. Well they usually put a number on that guideline no more than ten. But even the cops aren't going to bother enforcing this much anymore and after Thanks call in Orlando After the horrible incident with his Health Commissioner just disgusting woman who made that awful remark about the cops? A job art. Did you say that he is officially announce he will not fire her? Yes she's GonNa stay that's it. That's the final word. Yes we and she is supposed to say something publicly. She hasn't done it yet. So now is this is the woman who said I don't care about cops and If you were given out those masks and the protection equipment was the first person you give it to. I mean obviously healthcare workers all of that police and firemen. Obviously I. I responded she said Couldn't give them what they wanted and she's an I don't give a rat's ass about your cops that woman should have been fired within the hour and there's no problem ricky. You can fire the health. Commissioner Ned Lamont in Connecticut. Last week in the middle of this crisis fired his health. Commissioner he didn't want to say publicly what the reason was but obviously they done something wrong and they got fired. Very easy to do should have been fired G so I guess. It's not a coincidence. Every police commissioner quits the Blasi or they all seem to leave. Obviously he didn't have a problem with what she said. Yeah so yeah you know. The to blocks doesn't like the cops. He's not a big Katsina. I mean we know that he doesn't watch these law and order marathon. Now I'm sure. And if he does he thinks Jerry Beck is the bad guy wisely yelling at the poor murderer. So let's go to Alison New Jersey. Alice how you doing. I'm angry and I'm not gonNA take anymore About being locked up. It is oh. Yeah but I mean it's not me I'm an old gal I stay home anyway. I don't care about going out. But what about these young people? The percentages of the young people. And they have this this secure for them. If they they say happened again is they could go to work. You know they're not stupid they're pollen sense there yeah. So that's crazy is crazy. Clawing bath this new czar. Apparently I don't know whether it's fake news or what. But they're saying that he has. He has what ten million dollars in the vaccine. The vaccine Retargeting about this news ardent trump just put on. He had all the Guy Friday. Yeah no that was a pretty impressive guys that he may have money in the vaccine company but these are Real guys And thanks for calling analysis problem with a guy like a politician. He's not a doctor. Never worked as a doctor's never treated a patient as life been a clinical laboratory researcher all his life but A guy like fouts. She is a politician. You know you should be very suspect of fouts. Forget the fact that he's got everything wrong since January every prediction is wrong but the guy's got to PR firms working for him. I mean that makes you suspicious right there if you go to the National Institute of Health Website. You know there's a part where who the director is and always have a little biography. Joe Bartlett you go the biography and a few paragraphs those cheese. It's got hundreds of videos of him. Here's me on face the nation. Here's on Seth Rogan. Here's me on Howard. Stern puts up all these videos. He's he's promoter is a politician. He's got everything wrong since January He's the guy all through February thing. No reason to change anything. Don't worry everything's fine. Eight sent a couple of times in February. Just a bad flu. Don't worry about it bad guy so if you're watching Friday when trump introduced these new guys that are running Operation Warp speed. One guy is in the vaccine and he's like the top vaccine maker in the country. These are real frontline vaccine. Work is very very practical guys. If you wanted to build a new phone if you wanted to come up with a phone who would you get? A clinical researcher from the government has been government for thirty years or a couple of top guys. At who would you want building the phone for you guys? That really know what they're doing and how to do it. So it was ferry encouraging Friday. See these guys brought in the real top vaccine guys of the world and they'll run the vaccine effort without PR firms. They don't need it. Let's go to Hiram in Queens Hiram how you doing I'm doing great I wish these Republicans would have learned from their democratic Guys because Trump expired on Friday and on Saturday. They have an investigation. I mean that's true fired a every time. Fires a whistle blower they show the guy and you looks like the Schmucky guy like you can't believe it makes you really concerned that a guy like that was even working there. Same thing right you watch that sixty minutes rick. You really don't feel secure knowing this was the guy that was running things. He looks like an idiot. Or it didn't look real more onto you. Would you hire Vin men if he showed up for a job interview he looks like he's pretty principal? Dan Uniform that's why they made him wear the uniform. And you see them without the uniform. His work clothes he just looked. Like Newman That's why Hey nobody ever explained why they had more full dress uniform. Which is generally for a ceremony at Arlington. Why was he wearing that to go to a congressional hearing normally wear a suit and tie but he looked like newman too much. They met him put on the uniform. But At least guys you know. Why the whistle blower was you know? He was whistle-blowing on your read this case right which one bright no the whistle blower fired. Friday was claiming that somebody in Pompeo's Department of Somebody on the staff that he had hired an appointee was doing personal tasks or errands for you. "She answered I called her office and she I was connected to her which is important to the story and I said I am so sorry I really messed up. I know that we worked really hard for this. For months and I molested bill. Paxton in the audition Ivan five and made everyone wait for me and sit this whole time that I'm telling the story agents going Jenny. Wait Jenny Wait Jenny. Wait no no and I'm like I'm so sorry I'm so sorry like we were all in this together. And she she goes. Can you just wait a moment and I said yes and all of a sudden I hear the four hundred people. I'm in the four hundred. People on speakerphone speakerphone from the conference room from the screen test. They just all said UNISOM. Welcome to big long. It was the greatest getting a job. Ever it's so cool estimated decision like this. Well yeah as I left the building which calls never happened again but I I also got a call that night from Bill Paxton and he's still have the a message because it was back in a different form voicemail days and he was welcoming to the show and he's going. I wasn't expecting you to laugh. Ah That's cool. I think men have to like and now certainly glad that they're making a point to do this to have somebody helped with doing this. But you have to set boundaries for my Gosh. I remember seeing a Meg Ryan. I disagree I'm supposed to Molester. In the movies was to attack I. News really surreal strange. That's Ryan but also like as she's a woman I don't know so so I said to very gingerly and it's also a weird I didn't know how to broach it. You the independent low budget movies so we'd have time to really talk it through and I can. I put my hands here. Oh yeah let me know. And and she does she was touch me anywhere anywhere. Yeah and she was like Oh yeah feel free to you know and it it. It was really good to hear because it made me. It allowed me to kind of be Rian. The scene and I wasn't so such a fine line. The only issues after correctly can't even answer about times you said something we're If you could have one superpower we talked about this what would it be not time travel gatsby Harry Potter choice for sure. Time travel in that kind of what we're doing is actors all the time by the way I only wanted to be like a British period theater actress and when I started out my agent used to have me go into auditions like with an English accent because because I was also always up against it was like the inflate it was there. There was that year when all the Brits came over. Oh Yeah what you're was when we were starting I I would bill ended. I pretend to be English. I thought that that's what I would do. And so what's what's funny to me. I'm not sure if this is accurate. But it seems like most of what I have done John is what would be considered period work in America like I mostly appeared things on where that are set in the forties fifties and sixties. Well that's why this week at obviously obviously in your performances. You're not this but I think of you as being so southern as being you still have retained your. Yeah I guess it's not as thick because it was when I first met you beaten out of me if you got to be one age for the for the rest of your life if you'd pick an age physically that is what would you say physically. It can be picked the children. But you'll have my children a lot of people qualified. That were yes I still want everything else is the same had before kids number reasons. By how many people do say the rolling stones. I thought I feel the same way. You do I would say that dismissively judged the question the question. Yeah Yeah If you could only have meatloaf the food or listen to MEATLOAF's music for the rest of your life what would you choose okay. We talking about legacy is the last thing. But what would you want to give the world. What would you want your legacy to be? Oh my gosh your energy I think for instance when I think about my kids this thing that I want to have the most is resilience and I feel like there is like a there is also a version of America that. I'm hoping I'm hoping for that. We are resilient I'm like. I hope that like the future generation. This next generation can bounce back home there's some good signs positive indicators yes yes Like does that count not. It's an open ended question and it's a compliment. I don't mean question in terms of how you want to leave this world and what you hope if anything I mean I guess I guess in a different way it'd be about. We're all in this together. I think we think that way way. I would like us to think more that way. Yeah and that's an inspiration. Maybe from Bill Paxton and people like that and a sense of community. And maybe it's because of the Eh because of that mindset for instance. Josh and I went to an Oscar party last year and in pastures I've I've walked around and sort of like wave people on actors that I've even worked with me and I got him this high..

"A number of years ago Christian and I went with another friend a couple of friends to Sciolino to Mexico one night. There's a beautiful full moon and there was all this incredible phosphorescent wipe out spirit just struck us and we took off our clothes. Listen we all ran out to go skinny dipping. We're all swimming naked in the water in the moonlight he was my memory of it was just magical. Water was lapping against my body. And my memory was looking over at you guys and seeing how much you're enjoying so happy. Meanwhile I was scared that the current was gonna take me away. It was strong current current so I was digging my feet so deeply into this very rocky pebble sand and I think I was also a little embarrassed that I was skinny dipping in my brother and my friend and I looked over. You guys were having the time of your life frolicking and I remember coming back and you're like Oh my God. That was invigorating reading and you were sort of limping up. And you're like he had his feet hurt. You know why does like my feet and listening to light on my feet and they were like profusely leading rubbing a Brillo pad on them a fun time to be a dream life. Good being You're listening to the life is short. I'm your host Justin. It's running scared in general. I know well not to blame it all on her parents but it's not their fault. It is their fault but it's not their fault. I'm old enough that I should have gone over fears like that. Because you're also afraid of other things in the ocean right like you're afraid to go surfing Can Be can be moments. Not Afraid of sharks really. I'm not I'm afraid of like not being able to do it and and Getting in surfing. There's all this it's getting to know all that. Yeah Yeah all these rules you cut off. There's some of the first time I went my friend John Conway. He took me out to Malibu where it's competitive it's competitive and the waves are really good. And he's now you gotta decide. Yes I go into it like trial by fire as a great impression of John. I hope he's not listen if he is John. I know that's an impression you But yeah clip to surf surfers. When I I went out and a surfer's they were so nice until this incident and then I thought they were GonNa beat me up in the water I got genuinely nervous? They got really aggressive of. Ns Rome afraid of. I know but the Nice thing about that. I don't have enough confidence in myself to like I've just I'd somehow did it but the nice thing about cellulite. Is that the waves. "goodwin" Discussed on From The Perspective Of Justin

"Away from high winds. Solar or lunar eclipse, which one is solar Leonard So. Lunar? I wonder when the Sun when the Earth's shadow cast upon the moon you see. The round yet you see the round, Shadow K., and I. The whole picture things bullshit because that's like denying climate change because allwood snowing de not convincing the anything so. Here there's there's two things you can lose first of all. First of all the Horizon Ocean. First of all. There's the horizon you know you look a certain. You know there's a certain distance where eventually he just stopped seeing the ground because the earth terse downward second. There's this thing called. Gravity works I know. Doesn't believe in gravity I'm sorry, sorry. I guess anything denies. A shitty theory is going to be rejected. His so triggered. Like Oh my God. Isn't. That's how strongly I shall soon. Gravity works by giant objects spinning around. Like Earth. Does it spins I? Think the last thing I heard was a hundred miles an hour, massive objects spinning one hundred miles an hour. That's that pools things into it. That's what Uber's gravity is ridiculous. Saturn's gravity ridiculous, too, but not as ridiculous Jupiter smaller. But they're both links fifties hundred whatever way they're. Exactly in in the gravity correlates with that because they're way more intense that you will be crushed. Jupiter. On viruses also different like it's slightly smaller and the grabby slightly lower. and the Moon, and like same thing, it's way small grabby. It's temperature ranges like negative two hundred. More houses without in the death you. Still have to. It'll be a wage don't. On them. Being different visited sucks..
