"The worst thing for me. Was and I think this is kind of an overshadowed. You know when he threw on gold and he's got 8 minutes out chasing the balls there, right? He gets there first, right? One of the most basic things you're taught from a very young age is kick the ball directly to the goal. Run across the center back. If you do that, the center back will either foul you, in which case you get sent off, or when you go through to the keeper, you've got both sides to amen. Instead, the Muppet takes it out wide of the goal, giving me little time to recover and put him off his and put him off a shot. And then it becomes a lot more difficult, and then he puts in that weak shot. You're the decker's guy. But why wouldn't you run across him? So one doesn't have to pay. This is not a Sterling, for example, or even a he's in front of him. But I think maybe he I think he thinks I'm clear on goal now. I don't think he thinks that maybe we need to catch him. He's 20 5 years old. He's a professional footballer. He doesn't seem in it. He's not. So because then I like what he did in the sense that he dummy the shot and then the buys him half a second to then have the shot that is not a good shot. He's an encore because I thought maybe it's always going to block this. So at least there's that good thing about it. But yeah, you're right. I don't think he played that well at all. I'm sorry about how people are like, oh, you'll see they can do it next week. Against this remedy. You say never say never, and but I think it's very, very much, very, very much uphill. Final word, Carlos, at the end, you like your attackers. The first touch is especially the world comes straight to him, he's on the touch line, standing up, controls it with the inside of his rifle, and then a couple of hippie keeping herpes and then passes the ball back with the laser. Oh my God. I could not have even more even more nice and only 63 years old and he's wearing a suit and he used to be a defensive midfielder. Yeah, he's got a hand in his pocket. He's wearing rushing. The swag is incredible. Meanwhile, Gaby there as inter bit Benfica tuned it in Lisbon. I don't think many solar coming, certainly not me. So we knew that Benfica were on the slide and they only lost their second game of the season at home to Portland Friday night, but equally, this is an interesting thing that had not won a game in a month. Where there's chaos, blah, blah, blah, we can't score. I looked at the numbers. And I think it was the last four games. Internet XG were like 8. And they only scored two goals. To me, that says, we can all go and roast Lukaku for his bad finishing and blah, blah, blah. But to me, that says, your creating chances, you're playing well. I thought they played this game really masterfully. Took this thing out of Benfica completely in the first half, barrel coming up big and that was the first on target. That first goal. Right, but I think in terms of shots on target at that point, I think we could have won. Yeah, the Gonzalo Ramos. But the bostonian cross is ridiculous. And then he had another one like it later where the goalkeeper had to make an incredible save off of dump fees, I think it was. 6 foot 5. Running from the back, putting in those crosses on the fly. This is not supposed to happen. But no, they're really, really well placed, and I'm happy for some morning zagi, 'cause he's one of the good guys and I'm happy. I have a column coming up on me, I argue that this team with all the veteran free agents and this team is a function of short term thinking. This is a team that if they don't find $400 million, Jiang isn't going to own the club anymore. In 13 months time. However, so they're living in the moment. They're saying, no planning, nothing. Let's just make it work now. Let's enjoy the ride. And the bras was doing Bros things, you know? And by the way, Benfica, roger Schmidt. Okay, your one nail down. It is over two legs. There's no away goals rule. He takes off a defensive midfielder, Florentino Luis. And he puts on a winger, like davines. Now, I know we shouldn't have been there is coming on because this is a team which is very, very little pace. But why would you take off, why would you do that? Well, it was weird. You don't know one off game. Yeah, yeah. Straight. Christoph gochi has been accused of disrespecting Muslim players during his time as manager as nice. George, what's the deal here? I try to be clear and quick. We heard we knew there were tensions last season and niece around the Ramadan. That the Muslim players felt something was going on there. But that was it. We knew also that there had been tensions between Julian fournier with the title of football and his last season and Galilee and got his adoptive son, John valovic, who is an agent without licensed as an agent. So we knew all of that. We knew that people were talking about emails. We knew that we knew that was dead, but nobody talked about emerged, reportedly or anything like that. On Tuesday, those emails came out and Julian fournier wrote to Dave rice for the New York in this email saying that he had a meeting with John valovic and Christoph gault here. We're basically to power a little bit. But he says that galaxy is said to him, there are too many black players in the squad. There are too many Muslims. And basically for the following season in the transfer market, they would have to get to have less trust. Muslim players once some observe Ramadan, some don't some do it in different ways. I was twisted as it is that you might have an issue with somebody practicing their religion. I suppose I can stretch my mind to imagine how we might impact the team, fitness wise, whatever. What's the issue with black players, not all black players are Muslims. We need here. I went to the restaurant last night and people said we have a team full of black players. So that has to change kind of thing. The attitude of those people who say that is the change. That's what it's a change. If this is what goes through. So you say you never said that, so he's word against four years words, PhD, obviously looking at it very, very seriously, because of who owns them. 100%. I think it was proven right. It could be in big trouble. El mundo is paying off new revelations about referee enriquez Negro case. Okay, so this has to do. This doesn't have to do with it involved in weakest degree is a referee who had a consulting company that was consulting for Barcelona and of course there's a criminal inquiry in Spain over the fact that he received 1.4 million over between 2018 and 2021. When he was also vice president of the Spanish revolution association, which is pretty extraordinary in itself. They're investigating that there is known that they won't face any football punishment because of the statute of limitations. However, they could face criminal charges. So el mundo, which is not a political newspaper. It's not a sporting newspaper. Clearly, they've had access to a whole bunch of leaks coming from Barcelona. So they revealed that in the past, and he's been working with Barcelona, I think since 2002, including that period when la porta was president from 2003 to 2010, he was president the first time that he's received a whole bunch of a whole bunch of gifts, such as a watch worth €3000. And four tickets to the Barcelona arsenal Cup final in Paris in 2006. You may remember that. That was the one where was it Lehman or Sol Campbell who got sent off in that final and then Robert pires was taken off. Yeah, that's right. That's right. So I was there. I don't know. I don't remember seeing Enrique Nicaragua. Me neither. But it's just ugly. It's directed at Laporte. It raises things, it is true that, I mean, certainly if a referee asks you for and again, is Enrique nigra has consulting company. So it's not Enrique's nigra personally necessarily. Although we have done with the four VIP tickets to Champions League Final. It's just a really, really bad look. John Porter will address this case. He really other than initially saying, well, every kind of everybody does this. Everybody cozies up the referees. Reading between the lines. He's going to address this on Monday there's a press conference and he's apparently going to take questions on this. I think that's, I think that's really, really important.

"Her, you know, there's a lot of interest boiling up around Europe for this player is this summer than the time for Santiago Jimenez to leave the air to Izzie. Get out. Go. The currency thing is, I love the mentality. Scores 5 goals that goes to school comes into feyenoord and they would have been in a situation where you've not proving yourself, you're getting minutes here and there. Maybe an Europa League, maybe in cup. It was around I want to say match state 18 when he finally cemented himself as a starter since then, he's been a starter at 28 now, so in those ten match days, 7 goals to assist the goals that he scored in cup, the goals that he scored in Europa League. He's really coming into his own proving his worth, but it's the edit of ECA, and I say this with all due respect, not all goals are created equal. It doesn't matter how many goals you score in the edit to be busy. There's been plenty of situations where you go out and that translates into something and sometimes it doesn't translate into anything regardless of the age regardless of how many goals there's a player, by the way, scored 50 one goals, 11, 11 assists in 93 games started. And two seasons. That player goes on, okay? That's Josie alto, by the way, crushed it in the area de vizier. And it has this career where he goes to England, where he goes to MLS, back and forth. It doesn't guarantee you anything. And there's other players like Chucky, where you're like, well, maybe. And then you have players who did their thing in the order of his year. What I'm trying to tell you is, the idea of he's a goal scorer is leak. It doesn't translate to you being an amazing player elsewhere. The only way you will test yourself is if you go elsewhere. So for a player like him as a Mexican player in those intangibles where he's getting combination plate, very fast, right foot, left foot, good in the air and has a skill set as a 9. 21 years of age and what a week will be 22. I think you got to go now. I don't care where it is. But I don't think the Eric deviate is somewhere where you can say I need to do better another year there. I disagree in the urgency. I'll make that point in a second. Let me throw it to you some of the links, Benfica, Frankfurt, Napoli, there's been a few in the Premier League producer beto specifically likes Brighton. Of those four and any of the other premier leaguers that you've heard of. Who do you like for Santiago? Be great. Gonzalo Ramos is probably on his way out. Great situation for a team that everybody's talking about monopoly is a dark horse in the Champions League. Keep your eye up and Vika. I think that's an interesting situation right there. A team is going to play enter who's been struggling in the next round of the Champions League and may

"England play all the time. Meanwhile, Christiana radder could break a record for Portugal if he plays in their qualifier because it would be his 197th international appearance, which means that he would be the most capped player in the history at international level in football. Is there any argument to say Steven that Roberto Martinez should have just cut the umbilical cord, let him go off into the sunset and this can be a fresh start. And you don't have to deal with Ronaldo and all the circus that's around it. Well, we're talking about. And for about a month in those did not pick him for the squad and doesn't play him. He better get a plane ready when the final whistle goes to get out because you can not stop Ronaldo getting this record. If you do that, you will not go back to Portugal. So you give him the record and then what drop him then? That's it, done. Well, you've got to be smart about it. If he gives you something, whether it's off the field rather than on the field, it's going to give you off the field. You may be good around the rest of the players. And we've seen signs that that's complete opposite. We're told that Portugal. We're not talking about a club team down. It's completely different. How big is a bit of his attitude is completely different. If you're not seen it, you want him there, faffing about. After this game, yeah. Different ball game. Okay. This game, you can not not have a mini squad, and you can not not play them. Guaranteed. Well, I'll tell you. If he didn't pick him for the squad, I didn't play him. It was all gone back to Portugal that would, but Gabby, you were there, you were at the World Cup, were they lynching? Would there be this kind of what are you doing to our great Cristiano Ronaldo? How did he react when he was dropped? I think we'll actually from the perspective of Portugal fans during the World Cup. I think they actually said, oh, finally, for this team in this moment, christiano is not right. And I think a lot of them backed the Fernando Santos when he made that move. But equally, after everything he's done for Portugal, to not call him up when he's on the verge of breaking a men's record because let's not forget. I think the women's record is like 322 caps or something international football. You know, that reminds me of years ago when Gary Lineker had a chance to break sir Bobby Charlton's record for England and he gets subsidized substitute and he's like and he's a goal away. That just seems kind of cool. It means spirited. So first game of the qualifiers, call them back, you and you manager, you've never worked with him before, see how it is around the camp. Let him go and break the record. And then if you feel that he's not going to be constructive, well then you don't need to call him again. And take responsibility for it, but to have done this before, and I think that would have just been mean spirited and frankly stupid from Roberto. Frank, would you like to upset the Ronaldo fans by taking a contrary view to this? No, I think it would be only fair to call Ronaldo, especially playing against Lichtenstein, where I guess, you know, Portugal don't risk anything. By losing that game and because Ronaldo will be on the field. I think it's only nice to give a tribute to Ronaldo and maybe see as gab said, you know, after what you're going to do, you know, according to the team that they have to play. But really, there are no risks whatsoever for Roberto Martinez to call for that game Ronaldo and give him all the tribute that he deserves. A couple of things here. How Roberto Martinez gets the job of Portugal after failing with Belgium is beyond me. But that's besides the point. Combo package of games that you have an opportunity to do whatever you want. We can send out another Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. Well, what a chance it might take in here and put in Ronaldo on the field. It's like homophobia. Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. Of course, go ahead. Go break the records. Go call whatever amount of goals you want. But I do think that at some point you have to create the separation. Because you do not want a moment and a place in time in a game that matters Ronaldo is lingering over here because he's no longer good enough to play for you, Gonzalo Ramos is over there. He's not scoring the goals and this guy's saying, I guess, against court. I can go in there. Let me play. I can score. You don't want this. You don't need this. Roberto Martinez, you don't want this. You don't need this. Do it for the first couple of games because you can afford to do this. After that, you've got to make some serious decisions. We'll be looking back. Of course, both of those games in detail on the next edition of the show be sure to join us. I've been sincere. Be sure to do like that. I love the fun. I love the tone.

"FC terms and conditions apply need to hire you need indeed. All right, enough buyer. How about some quick hits instead? Tottenham Hotspur failed to go beyond a Neil Neil draw at home to Milan, which means they are out of the Champions League. Jules, this was dire, even though he wasn't there. Of course. Yeah, of course. I mean, I was so sad I could not sleep, so I watched that game. When I came back to the hotel last night after the table, which we kind of knew because they can't one day have the ball and there was obvious that Milan were going to give them the board because Milan could do defensive job and Neil, they were very happy with. And that spurs were struggled to create anything we struggled to get going, we struggled to get on the board and to have sun looking near even from the year last season, for example, all of that we knew. So in the end, as bad as they were, I don't think that was even a surprise, which is maybe the saddest bit here gab is that all of this we almost predicted. It was a surprise for me. I saw we would see a lot more for Tottenham. That's why I thought that they could go and turn it around against Milan. I saw the stadium at home. Return. I know they lost the wolves. They were not that bad against wolves for like 60 minutes, 70 minutes, they were pretty good against wolves, actually, and should have put the game away in the first half. So I thought, all right, channel that shouting. This is where we finally come together. I was completely wrong. It didn't happen. In fact, you could be watching this game. And if you didn't know the score and aggregate, you would assume it's like a lead game where both teams are playing for nil nail or you would have thought that spurs would only do is so little urgency. Romero gets themselves. That's why he does though. Again, that's not surprise. He's done it twice, which is two times too many. This season. So unnecessary, putting yourself in that position. You know, you had the Harry Kane Heather at the end was really, I thought really the only viable chance that they created and the defects. For mainland's perspective, I'm not a fan of the back three, but it's giving, it's giving results. And I think you have to give credit to those guys, we're talking about chow, who's really, really, and this isn't like, oh, Italian team goes with back three and its bonus killing in bertali. No, we're talking about tomorrow. We're talking about Kalu who's still very young. We're talking about my child who I think has played half a dozen games for me. Yeah, it was not playing two months ago. So I think that is that's a real credit to magic Mike. Makes a big difference. I mean, distribution. Apart from Edison, who I think is still the best goalkeeper with the Buddha's feet. I think magic Mike is the second best. You have magic Mike as a second best goalkeeper in the world. No, I think in terms of distribution. It's the best. Is he the best keeper in the world? Is he best French keeper in the world there? Yeah. He's a watches the show, and he's the first, but the one. So he has to be the best. I mean, it's not just him. It was not coming to everybody's future after the game and he suggested that the tide had been lost in the first leg in Milan way. It was obviously not on the bench. If he was. He was not well. What did you make of this? And what did you make of the Charlie son? Going pretty strong, post match as well. Look, I mean, did you see we lost this in the first leg in Milan? All right, unless you mean like we literally lost it, like you're like a freaking child. Oh look, they scored the goal the first bite. We didn't check that you made correct. No. These are like two 45 minutes halves. You need to do something in the second half. You lost one young the first leg. You were terrible in Milan, put it behind you. Move on instead, you serve up more of the same tribe. And I'm sorry. Your part of the problem with the issue on the night. Because those players take their cue from you, you need to make the adjustments. Richardson, I gotta say my frustrated. You're chasing the game and they send them on with what, like 20 minutes to go. I mean, come on. I mean, seriously, but you didn't saw in all of a sudden he's going to turn back the clock. I'm not sure the Chinese can tend back and change the game either, even for more time. It's fine, but if you don't create any chances, any chances any chances. And at some point, do something different. There's no way contesting, right? We agree on this. It's not clear to me that he wants to stay. And it's not clear to me that the person. No heroics from mister Champions League. Let me say Joel, it's the last time. Hans van aaken, at least not enough to overturn the first leg deficit, has been fika destroyed Bruce 5 one. Jules, Benfica have lost one game. All season long in all competitions. They have Gonzalo Ramos, who's making people in Lisbon say Darwin, who? Are we sleeping? I'm Benfica's potential champion. This is a serious question. Yeah, no, I think we are. I think we underestimating them, because it's doing an amazing job. Really, the other team, they've got the right balance with youth experience, talent, hardworking players, players that can make the difference on their own. You mentioned Gonzalo Ramos. An amazing game as well. John Mario. I mean, I don't know why they feed him with a Mario, but for him to be at this level and his age, considering the last two, three years he had. Well, he has been great since he got back to Portugal but before that, I mean, it's amazing, really amazing. I can't wait to see who they find in the drop, but if they get a drug that is doable for that city strike when a quarter is, for example, then they get to the same anything can happen. And not really a surprise, but Bruges who have said to you all the time all along that they were not very good sites called Parker after the game, two wins in 12 matches in all competitions will do with our gap. Anything has to add from what we saw on Monday that we kind of knew this was going to happen. I want to add this about Scott Parker, right? We've made fun of his cardigan. He's been terrible, blah, blah, blah. But you know what? He went ahead. He went abroad.

"Really over from a silverware perspective, cynics would say that was the case before a ball had been kicked, but truth is. That will hurt all the more this season because of arsenal's ascendancy, spurs, status, is stasis, almost certainly going to be a new manager there over the summer, not a ton of candidates, pochettino, floating around the ecosphere as a feel good return, the journalist Jonathan Liu wrote the pochettino would be welcome back at spurs with the further of a free political prisoner. Yesterday, Chelsea. Brilliant Potter Judgment Day and finally, a win for the beleaguered manager in a big game to know over a frustrated Dortmund who had won ten games on the trot before this one. But an overzealous application of our protocol, it's doubtful the retake should have been ordered. However, after the tortuous agony Graham potters endured this past 8 months, honestly, a bit like what GMB stretched out on a medieval rack and medieval rack ordered from crate and barrel by Todd brawley. He's now a history to win a Lockheed in the Champions League for Chelsea football club, but the telegraph headline really sums up the still tenuous position for Graham Potter ahead of the visit to Leicester this weekend, there were grand Potter, takes a baby step back from the brink. The question is, is it a turning point, Chelsea fans? You tell me, fascinated to hear what you feel, what you think that were postgame celebrations, my little Potter, so emotional throughout the game. "Stunned, you're probably half dead now, one more stunner, huh? Yeah, you may not have made it to this stunner actually with all the stunners that have already occurred starting with that Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia and the group stage they of course have come back strong. They are still alive, but how about this Spain is not alive. They were eliminated by Morocco three zero in penalties this effort scores regulation, Moroccan goalkeeper yasim bonos, who's saving the final two attempts after the first one went off the post that heath saint Germain defender Ashraf akimi with the winning penalty kick, the San Morocco to the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Portugal, they dominate Switzerland 6 to one has Gonzalo Ramos scores a hat trick filling in for Kris Jenner Ronaldo, who was dropped from the starting lineup after a disagreement with coach Fernando Santos. Morocco and Portugal will play for spot in the semis that'll be on Saturday. Forty-niners getting some good news doctors determining that injured quarterback Jimmy grapple did not suffer a list Frank injury to his broken left foot. He could return by the way in 7 to 8 weeks if the niners advanced far enough in the playoffs finally the Yankees have signed reliever Tommy Kenley to two year 11 and a half $1 million contract. I'm Dan Schwartzman that your Bloomberg world sports update, Paul. All right, thanks very much for that Dan. Next guest is Dan ding shuang. He is great at China and at north Asia, chief economist at standard chartered. He had to talk about the China trade numbers that we are still waiting on right now. Showing the expectation as a contraction and exports of 3.9% imports down by 7.1%, so a pretty sharp contraction indeed, but is the reelection going to happen in the next month's sit of data is trying to gradually starts to reopen. Yeah, at least in the near term, I think the economists do so we can think about export and import may contract further this month, reflecting weaker amount. And that kind of also being confirmed by not only the PMI new export order, but also by the data from China's major trading partner, South Korea, for example. It's export plummeted 14% on year in November. And the better weakness, I think the reopening, of course, positive, I think after a few months, but near term, the real economy may not feel the benefit from the reopening. Actually, there could be some confusion setbacks at the early stage of the reopening if we look at this experiencing other countries. So in general, trade data is a reflection or a barometer of the real economic activity. The so when the real activity data to be released later this month for November, including industrial production, fixed asset investment and retail sales. I think confirm a broad based slowdown of the economy. So fourth quarter of this year, we just cut our forecast of growth to 2.9% year on year. So that is likely to be lower than the 3.9% year on year in the third quarter. So that will, I think, on any basis China's growth would be only around 3% this year. Way below the 5.5% target. So that is a nice segue into this next point is that the authorities in Beijing and I'm assuming this is connected with the PBOC that they are saying prudent monetary policy should be forceful. It should be targeted. When you hear those words, I mean, can you imagine a way that they can kind of strategically impact the economy in kind of a surgical type of way of being that precise? Perhaps that is their intention and also they may manage to achieve their structural objective in the first round of liquidity injection, credit injection. But when the liquidity is injected to the economy, it will flow I think or whatever it wants based on the return. So even the structural policy it will have a broad based macro implication. So our expectation is that in terms of the, I think, a means to inject liquid liquidity, they may reduce the use of reserve requiring ratio, for example, increase the use of relenting by the people's bank of China, a supporting, for example, the small businesses supporting the manufacturing sector, high-tech industry decarbonization, cleaner use of coal. So that is, I think, I think that change of, I think, the ways they conduct the monitor policy, but to the policy stance in the near term may still give out from major central banks, for example, the Federal Reserve and ECB. What's your growth outlook for China in 2023? Is it navigates its way out of these COVID zero settings? I think a rebound is very, very likely in 2023, partly because of very low base of 2022, because I think the COVID and the property market traction that I think affected the consumption consumption this year, our estimators on the contribute to a contributed one percentage point to the 3% GDP growth. And the property investment dropped 9% year on year in the first ten months, but I think the double policy pivot on COVID control and the property financing. I think that is going to change. That is a major directional change. And especially for the I think the property policy, the sense of urgency, I think, a lot of follow-up measures following the 16 measures introduced in the middle of November. That gives us a sense that more actions are likely. If the current policies are not enough, I think the purpose is to stabilize the I think the home sales and the property investment. And the breaking news about, I think, the possibility of home quarantine for infections, that is another, I think, a very important step that could reduce the burden on the hospital, I think, capacity. So that the hospital capacity can be more effectively used to

Finally Yankees signing reliever Tommy Kenley took two year 11 and a half $1 million contract. I'm Dan Schwartzman that your Bloomberg world sports update, Kathleen. Thanks, Dan. I'm glad to hear about Jimmy grapple. That's a little bit brighter news than we were hearing in the last 24 hours. Well, speaking of news, let's move on to China. We are waiting for the big trade data supposed to be seeing another decrease actually in China's exports and in their imports. We're happy to be joined now by Victor Gao. He's such a university chair professor and center for China and globalization vice president. Victor, welcome to the show Let's start with. Well, it's a great perfect time because there's so many important questions to ask you about China. And I think we start with almost everybody. So when it comes to the reopening, number one, is this a true turnaround. They're not going to go back. And number two, how long is it going to take for a true reopening to unfold? First of all, I think China is in a very important transition period from the original version of a zero COVID dynamic policy to a new version. And this new transition period will be of great uncertainty and high risks. However, I'm pretty sure that was China is through with this transition period, the Chinese economy will rebound. And this will be very good news not only for China but for global economy. How long this will take. I think the estimate is roughly up to about 6 months. So starting from spring next year, it should be very much on the upside. I think this is a much quicker pivot if I can use that term than the market had been expecting. It seems pretty abrupt. We can debate whether or not the protest had any impact on this, but Victor I'd like to get your take on whether or not there is a real risk that the pendulum swings the other way if there is a spike in cases maybe some deaths maybe the health system on the mainland is overwhelmed, could we see a move a sharp move in the other direction in a dramatic way? Well, I think the concern is a well placed. However, we need to put this in perspective. I think for the past three years, China has been in a race against time in dealing with pandemic. And up to today, China has already enjoyed advantages, not only in terms of minimizing the deaths and infections for the Chinese people, but also we have won the race in terms of the declining toxicity of the virus itself and the better understanding of the virus and all its different kinds of variants and better preparedness in terms of PPE of all kinds of vaccines and also cures. So in this sense, I think now that we are making this transition, the whole country is better prepared. On the other hand, I think during this transition period, it is expected that more people will be infected and there might be unfortunately more deaths. But comparing with other countries, I think China is in a very unique advantage right now in dealing with this transition. That seems to me a very good perspective to have. So what does this mean for the economy? What can we expect in terms of people be getting out, shopping, things picking up again? As of this morning, I learned a baking where I'm based right now has lifted almost all the restrictions. So yeah, I expect you to see people going to restaurants, hotels, and entertainment centers more or less without any other excessive restrictions. Daily lives will be very much normalized. And then economic activities will also be very much a normalized. And I would say paging will be a very important signal for the rest of the country if Beijing can do this. I'm pretty sure the rest of the country will be able to do this. One thing we need to be aware of is that it is expected that more people will be infected but hopefully they will recover very soon. They do not need to go to a hospital to be treated that much. They can stay more or less home bound and then economic activities and daily life would really be normalized as much as we can. Victor, I'm wondering whether there is kind of a legacy or a lasting impact here of the pandemic on the society of the mainland and whether or not things have been frayed and whether we're underestimating the time that it's going to take for people to heal in relation to one another in a societal way, as well as the mental health component. You got to wonder about that. Absolutely. I think there may be long-term impacts of all these very excessive measures in dealing with this pandemic. However, on the other hand, I think one good thing is that if anyone really thinks about this in objectivity and indecency, then the overall goal of the policy for the past three years by the Chinese government is to minimize deaths and infections. And to that extent, I think all of us are beneficiaries of this policy while every one of us has been inconvenienced quite extensively throughout our daily lives for past three years. So I hope the nation will be very philosophical in looking at that. There are ups and downs advantages and disadvantages over the past three years, but then when everything comes down when

"There you go. Next thing. Yeah, Gonzalo Ramos has a good one. Valkyria chronicles is to say IP that could work really well. Yeah, I think Johnny mentioned Valkyrie. No, that's all right. It's all right, yeah, but Johnny had mentioned that earlier. It's just I don't know much about that. Like I haven't tracked that game very much, but I know it's super popular. I wanted to talk about unity. So a couple of weeks ago, maybe a couple of months ago, unity was like, you know, we're doing fine. We're moving forward. Everything's good. And then what was it yesterday or the day before they laid off a topic? Two days ago, two days ago. So people know unity is another engine maker. Not unreal. They're the other one. There's crytek unity, a couple others. Unreal are the big ones. But they laid off hundreds, it just says. So we don't know what hundreds, you know, I don't know what their size was original. The other article I saw was 4% of their staff. Okay. Obviously not talking down to people getting laid off 4% is a small amount. So to be, it's hard to know exactly where these layoffs all came from or what caused it. But they're not the only ones because I want to bring this up in business talk. I don't know if you guys saw it, but meta, there's one of their guys released internal email as well. And they were like, we are looking at, you know, a huge reduction in incoming money, prepare your projects to not have new devs, and that was to everybody. In fact, they said there were only two or three places of growth and they had ideas of what they wanted to do. But they were like, be prepared for seeing no money coming into your projects. So it's like the recessions. Everybody's always thought video games are recession proof, but they're not. They're not. In fact, microtransactions for a lot of companies are going to feel safer and safer as we go forward. For companies to be like, all right, instead of making a whole new thing or taking a risk, let's serve some microtransactions on here. There's some big reason behind that though, because one of the things that despite the Internet and when gamers get together and talk about how bad they are, you then match that to the data and the data says another story. When you look at, oh yeah, I don't like micro transactions. This game just made a $1 billion. Somebody does. So I'm also talking to the group who listens to your podcast or my podcast, which follows us. We're in the bubble bath. We're the bubble on the edge of the blister. And the blister that's filling up is microtransactions. And, you know, there's a different thought process..
