"Right we do raise every four years and people still consume a lot of data through that print publication right but certainly transition and the idea of the mobile side of this. You can do a podcast. I listened to him in my car right. Even our own webinars will listen to in a car just as an audio driving with this. But you know so the big challenge for us big challenge for us right now is trying to satisfy. Yeah you know that audience that wants their median of variety. Different ways right and and sticking up hanging in with that. Evolution is certainly a challenge for all pumps. We hear the phrase. Genie got adapt to change all the time bizarre. Okay this just. It's just something. That sailing glen haege actually look like well from both sides here this an example of what. It looks like it. Is you gotta try something. Get the same idea the same message the same value which you do but you gotta find a new way to get it out there. I mean you don't talk about talk to folks about that in the the trainings. We put on pretty frequently. As i'm like look the same message you have depending on how it's delivered. Who has delivered and who you delivers it. it's going to resonate completely differently with folks and you've got to be willing to change and do things differently Who went into Want this great example but went into silly recently and thumbing through their safety manual and so it said that if you had some sort of a safety violation you're required to wear pink shirt. The next day and like does stuff just shouldn't happen anymore mass. I don't don't get me wrong. There's shade the shame. We gotta change as you got a little differently but Yeah there's there's just so much room for for the audio video steph lay said listen to it in the car like my gosh. That's that's where. "Glenn. Low dave and fellow peers glen haege here from the horse radio network at the end of week. Three of the hr in roadshow visiting listers fourteen states over thirty two hundred miles in our rv. Last week i joined you dave studio this week. We are back in the travel trailer. After having the largest listener meet up yesterday here at jalan hills equestrian center in damascus maryland. This week we recorded our daily show from a campground in ohio from listeners. Home in the mountains of pennsylvania and from the cab of the truck in the parking lot of a liquor store in butler pennsylvania. The tech has been working pretty well for recording the biggest challenge we still have is funding. Good internet for recording uploading files. My co host is in oklahoma so we still need to connect to her through skype internet connection for that. I've already maxed out or verizon wireless unlimited plan which really isn't unlimited and. i wish i had got an. At and t. hotspot as well. That would've helped along the trip but some takeaways from this week. I think That you'll find interesting during this trip. We have met one hundred to two hundred listeners. So far and really been able to ask them what they like. And don't like about the shows and the segments we do. It's been interesting to hear all the opinions. I tend to discount the one off opinions but really pay attention to something. I hear three or more times. Dave always says ask your audience. We just took that kind of an extreme during the five weeks on the road for our daily show horses in the morning. We are only doing interviews with listeners. We meet on the road. The feedback has been so positive listeners. Like hearing about other listeners because they can relate to other listeners. You don't always have to have a big name gassed. i you know. I believe that every horse person has a story when we started this twelve years ago. I said you every horse person has a story. it's our job is to host to help them. Tell that story in an entertaining or educational way. That's your job. That's your job as a host is to help your guest tell that story. Finally this roadshow is fully sponsored. And we'll make a little bit of money on the trip. But you know what it's so satisfying to go into listener barnes and to see our sponsors products and then the hear them tell you about it and say that they heard it on the show. They tried it and they love it at that point. I always get out my phone and record a quick testimonial and tell them to say exactly that why they like it. They heard about it on the show and then we take those testimonials and we use them as the next commercial. That's coming up. That is the most effective advertising that we can provide for our sponsors is actual testimonials of people that heard about it on the show and then tried it so i just heard from one of our sponsors this morning in an email. He said we have been getting responses in sales. While you're out and about they usually say they are h. r. n. listeners. And we thank them for that bottom line of this whole thing is don't be afraid to try new things. Some work some dealt when they work. It's amazing talk to you next week. From pennsylvania see glenn have fun in. Pa and i love this clip so much. Because it's so. Glenn think about this number one. It's gotta be thrilling to see a product in the hands of your listener who is happy with the product. Because then you did the right thing. You are against serving your audience but also think about how easy it is to going to have that sponsor ry up their contract when they go look advertising on. My show works. Listen it actually worked. That was such glenn thing. I loved it. There's only one way to know if an idea is going to work and that's to throw a saddle on it and take it for a ride. My thanks to my buddy glen the geeky for sharing his insight from the road. Fine glenn over at horse radio network dot com and of course if you want more ideas based on believe i interviewed seventy different podcasters on how. They monetize their podcast. Check out my book profit from your podcast available at you guessed it profit from your podcast dot com. I am doing something new. I'm going to be closing after figure out. One of my podcasts has to go. There's only twenty four hours a day. When i am launching a podcast. That probably will last. Maybe three to six months. It's called leading the bleeding. It's about leading the bleeding edge of combining podcasting and crypto currency. And what's fun about. It is i. Don't care here's what i mean by that. What's the why of the podcast. Why am i doing this. Because i don't understand it so you don't have to be an expert and were getting like a round table of people rely k. Can somebody explain this wallet stuff to me. Hey can somebody explain nodes dumi. Can somebody explain this. Click hub something. Whatever you don't have to be an expert to start the podcast in this case. I really don't care about monetization. I don't care about charts. I just wanna understand this so that i can come back to you instead of saying. Hey come join the bleeding edge. Say hey we put a band aid on it. It's much easier to now participate. I've been playing with an app called fountain. That makes it easy to basically stream crypto to your favorite podcasts. And i gotta say it's kind of fun. It's a different experience when you're listening to a podcast and you know that you are giving them money back the longer you listen the more money they earn granted. This is often a very very very small amount of money. But if you get a bunch of people doing that so if you wanted to check it out leading the bleeding dot com and again. We're having our first meeting on september second at nine. Pm eastern check it out leading the bleeding dot com meeting also. Don't forget the question of the month go to school. Podcasting dot com slash question. I need that by the twenty seventh of september. Two thousand twenty one because the next monday is one that will come out. And lastly i do appreciate you listening to the show if you want to start a podcast or if you already have a podcast in need help growing it i can help with any of that over at school of podcasting dot com. Use the coupon code listener. That's l. i. S. t. e. n. e. r. When you sign up for either a monthly or yearly subscription until next week take care. God bless class is dismissed..

"You rippin six guys. Just talking shooting the Listen the best part about bill belichick is. He's the same guy you see on television in the like. I almost started laughing on our monday morning. Rip session. I mean pat. Nee jay know what that is you come in there. The coach phil. What the hell are we do. Tom starts yelling. We talked about this all week and we sucked it off right here in front of everybody. It's it's amazing. Like i'm almost dying so it was comical. Because it's so satirical that you couldn't be real But i enjoyed up there. He's a little bit different. He goes about things a different way. My dad played up with the giants when he was up there. So i kind of knew what i was getting into. I think bill told me that you're not going to be smart ass like you'd like just know what a bunch of guys that's kind of how it goes with bill He's one of the best. I'm telling you this. If you're a pats fan they'll be better this year. They're going to be a team or more. No challenge buffalo bill. Belichick is too smart pointing poorly again. Speaking of another famous bill you played for bill ourselves. You were drafted by bill parcells. What was he like is he. Your dad played for him as well. So you knew going into it. But it wasn't what you expected. Yeah you know. It's amazing is bill. Belichick schematic guy. He's not great on the personal relationships. As you can imagine. Not like the most touchy feely. Warm guy in the world But when you think about parcells everybody looks at him like this evil guy tough tarred to handle. He is one of the greatest guys dealing with relationships and being able to motivate players that you're ever going to find and two quick stories on the late great cherry glen haege a highest state. Belinda cough winter. He's like in his twelfth year in dallas on down there and we're planning in the playoffs and he comes in and terri would get there you you guys all know we're supposed to be there. You know ninety minutes before the game or two hours. Whatever it is terry would show up like forty five minutes before the game. I'm not kidding you like in street. Clothes get taped up. Throw a stuff on. Just walk out there. And so in his locker bill had gotten thing buckeye leaves and puts it on. There's aj's lost interest already on there and he's like hey and on digital blocker says ernie's tonight so terry is being terry doesn't care about getting fine tells us bucket. Leaves off like slaps on the back of the great game. You know and it's like that that's the kind of stuff he does. And i think that was like the last game and then my rookie. Year of playoffs seattle infamous romo snap game and were sending there in the tunnel and i'm right beside him getting ready to run out and this is carl. Bill knew everybody find out. What exactly makes you tick and you looks over at me. Ready to go ready to go play. Offs right is overby and stares back at me. Your dad used to play games like this. And i kind of look away. Look back and he'd just walked off like okay. Thanks for giving me that. The chew on here for the next sixty minutes but he knew like he knew that i'd get ju- stop and get me going like inside. So that's that's the type of stuff that he would find ways for every guy to like just needle. You're just enough to bring your where you can really play your best. What an incredible motivator when redrafted. Where were you drafted at. What was the number. Two thousand six i think pick eighteen. I wanna to say that was so. Aj one five overall. You want eighteen now. Slagelse being tasked with building the jacksonville. Jaguars down there. Are you guys. The most legendary linebacker core history college both famous maybe infamous cover the usa today sports section. So i got that like my mom's guide frames hanging in her house. But we we had a good crewman. Aj and i are probably the two famous to mean.

"Dressing corpse. Yeah well you know the fact that you knew it I was thinking was immerse. He had a white shirt on red white and blue tie brown round trousers socks and shoes. A Brown knitted pullover a grey and Brown double breasted jacket. That looked American. Made all the labels of his clothes were removed so to me. That's weird but as it turned out it's maybe not that weird isn't he didn't have a hat which was uncommon back then. Most men men were a hat had no wallet. He was clean shaven he had no identification whatsoever on his body and no dental records could be found to match him anywhere. which is Kinda cool because later we learn about how that plays a big part in at all to Junie autopsy? Talk She's well. It was discovered that his heart was normal. He had small vessels in the brain which normally are not easy to see. That could be seen in this case because of congestion there it was also congestion of the firings and Gullit with a lot of white mucus and also ration- stomach was congested. There was congestion in the second. Half of the do deanamh or as you say. The blood was mixed with food in his stomach. Both kidneys were congested. The liver had a lot of blood vessels. The spleen was three times. Its normal offsides. There were also significant damage to the liver lobule 's acute gastritis and hemorrhage extensive congestion to the liver and Spleen and the brain and the pathologist was able to determine the time of death at arrange two am of December. The first the last thing is e eight was passed about three to four hours before he died. Now in case you don't know what a past is in the UK here. It's quite a common thing and in fact if you go to call so you can get Cornish pasties there. And they are essentially a meat and vegetable wrapped in a puff pastry among mice. Warren I think Nevada Eh puff pastry case which is crimped around the edges. So it's like a half moon shaped like zone but not pizza inside us is I heard. It mentioned the Cows zone before his nothing like because the house is covered in bread. Unnecessary yes shape. It's usually beef skirt with with carrots potatoes and call you looking at me but the smoking face beef skirt thinking about a cow in a to. I'll tell you it'd be moved because I've heard them called beef curtains before I'm just saying okay. Move on So so anyway as well as that in the crushed years ago especially in the minds in coma in the old tin mine before the Oldham old health and safety food exact and Blah Blah Blah. They used to put fruit in the crust that went around the edge so the miners would eat the main body of the past st which would be their meat and vegetables and then the outside of it will become the desert anyway. I would love to have one night that once just to see McEwen okay. Although the tests didn't show any foreign substances in the body the pathologist concluded the death was not natural and thought that it may be a Bob pitcher overdose or an overdose of a soluble hypnotic. The past did not show any kind of poison conscious. husk soluble hypnotic Geno. Anything about hypnotic drugs folks. We're not personally. No one would assume like say Bella Donna that S- in liquid form. You know something. That's so. What is the hypnotic drug? Something something that would put you almost in a state where you become suggestively to make you tired. Basically like a Would make feel high like I want to add something here here. They now know will they don't know because obviously he's not here anymore and they can't test eh but is widely now believed that what was used. You was digitalis. which is a medicine that they give to people now? It can cause all these same sort of things if you have too much. They believe senator men digitize really yeah. Didn't we thank you very much for that important. I pictured a hypnotic drug being something like you'd get injected with it and then someone said purple. You'd become a chicken is not okay. Okay they also embalm the body on on December the Tenth Nineteen Forty Eight on January fourteenth nineteen forty nine. A suitcase was found at the Adelaide railway station. It was Brown on with the label removed and had been checked in at eleven. AM on November thirtieth nineteen forty eight. which was the day before he this? Samaritan man was found on the beach within the suitcase they found a red checked dressing gown a size seven pair of red red slippers. I yeah the pathologist Cathalan just looked at the body again after the German and said that the man's shoes were remarkably clean and appeared to have been polished recently and this supported a theory that the man might have been killed somewhere else and then brought to Somerton beach and another reason that they thought that this might be the case because there was no signs of any vomiting or convulsions. Or anything at the scene and that they're saying would have been consistent if he had been poisoned. So after the inquest was over they made a plaster. "The Mike Gallagher show Democrats are gonna absolutely sabotage any chance. They've got in next year. Now, we can't let down our guard. And we gotta keep fighting. That means we've got to point out every crazy thing they're doing and make no mistake. They're doing crazy things casting live from CPAC. Twenty nineteen national harbor Maryland. Here's mike. Does she could be the theme here at CPAC? Craziness the craziness of the left. It is exceeded. I wanna ask you directly. We've got some breathing room here. Lots of guests that we always want to bring you at CPAC. But I've got some some time now to to take some calls and talk to you, which frankly is my preference. I'd always rather be talking to you than than anybody. Because you're the expert. You're the voice of reason, you are you are your why we do this. And so I just wanna I want to ask you directly. Do you think Americans are absorbing how far left and how radical the Democratic Party is becoming because that's what people here are talking about from senators to members of congress to TV personalities to pundits. Everybody's Shane my gosh. We're we're at a stage where we're seeing a party commit to ninety six trillion dollars to get rid of cows and cars and buildings and all that nonsense of the green new deal. We're dealing with the political party that wants to come into office wants to take over the White House and the Senate, and they're okay with killing babies that have been born alive after an abortion. It's not an abortion debate anymore. That's not abortion hasn't have a thing to do with abortion has to do with the baby that's been born alive at a woman being able to say, you know, what with my doctor. I gotta make this decision. I gotta make this decision. I mean, this is the kind of crazy crazy stuff. Now every country faces craziness. Lot of weird things are happening. I've been talking about our trip to Israel coming up December. There's some news right now involving Benjamin Netanyahu the Israeli Prime Minister breaking now on the Mike Gallagher show. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be indicted on corruption charges pending a final hearing. Israel's attorney general announced moments ago Netanyahu has been seeking a fifth term in office. This is described as a major blow to Netanyahu the attorney general's intention to indict the prime minister show, close to APRIL's general election marks a dramatic moment in Israel politics. So this is going to be an interesting development in Israel for those of us who follow Israel and the politics of Netanyahu. I've talked to a lot of Israelis who say this is nothing new. There's always this kind of effort to vilify Netanyahu and his wife, and you know, has to do with deals that are struck with business contractors and personal stuff. So anyway, that that breaking out of Israel, the Israeli Prime Minister will be indicted on corruption. Charges. We'll keep you updated on that twenty three minutes before the hour. Portions of our show brought to you by food for the poor. Let's go right to your phone calls. And again, I'm just trying to see if you you believe that people who may not be as politically connected or tune as you, and I are people who are just kind of watching the news going about their daily lives hearing about infanticide. Hearing about the green new deal hearing about the the open borders. No immigration, re do you can Americans are getting this. And is it going to lead to Republican success, politically if the Democrats go forward with their impeachment plans, and I believe with all my heart. They will will the Democrats. I mean, we'll ordinary Americans say what your patient him because you don't like him. Your impeaching him. Because he asked about Trump Tower during the campaign, he spent his whole life with reading the Trump organization, you think he might not have a conversation with his lawyer about Trump Tower, you think people care about that. Let's get your take on all of it. And what about Michael Cohen yesterday, and this extrordinary high-drama the media breathlessly taking it all in. Let's take some calls eight hundred six five five, Mike. Here's Glen Haege. Glenn, welcome to CPAC, you're on the Mike Gallagher show. How are you? Thanks. Real quick. I'm a union firefighter. My watch the teacher, I've got a child for disability. Hearing yesterday. I've always thought it's nothing new. I was not a Trump supporter, and I'm all in now. We all made a contract with Cohen. Congressman that taxpayer fund pill. Came out of it. He confirmed. Those of us who pay attention. This is nothing new. I mean, but we're all waiting and we've been expecting with all these promises from the media, which should teach you something about relying on a corrupt media. Where's the collusion? Where's the Trump organization? And again, we're past that we're beyond that, they don't the Democrats don't care about collusion. There. Muller Muller doesn't have anything. So now, Adam Schiff and his his cohorts in congress since the Democrats have controlled the house are going to try to try to make the case the southern district of New York. The southern district of New York apparently is investigating if that was your takeaway from yesterday. Okay. They're going to try every trick they've got in the playbook. And I just wonder if the American people she I wonder if people who aren't listening to talk.

"Is part of your free work on your resume. We've we'll pay you. What's in our budget unfortunate? I respect. Well, you you live it. All right. We do have concerns about frozen pipes and problems inside the house, and no one better to ask than you the inside guy. Chuck, you know, we really do, you know, one of the easiest simplest things that most people can do particularly with the housing stock in the metropolitan Detroit area and outlying missionaries being. So all is to set your thermostat down, the steel degrees. And I don't mean I don't mean tan or anything like that. But if you normally run at sixty eight. That's of at sixty five for a couple of days because when things work harder they break, and that'll make it less likely to break your blower, motor your fans, those kinds of saints. Good idea, I know too. You can put on a lot of these systems at least ours, and I'm sure many others either auto fan or fan on. I've always heard it suggested that you go with auto don't ever put it just on on. It'll run all the time. Well, that's an interesting statement. And I'm sorry because it's your show. But if you put it on on. So it does went all the time. What's going to happen is it's going to keep moving air. And if you keep moving air the furnaces south. Ah? Suffice heat will run last 'cause there's more thoroughly blend temperature and humidity in your home. You know, man, you didn't help me at all on that one. I don't care about here on the show. I'm just repeating what an expert told me, but my wife is going to kill me with this. Because we've had this argument. Yeah. It's interesting because the newer units are going to run at lower voltages solely newer units. They recommend that all the time. And what happens is you'll be circulating lower volumes at lower velocities of air. So you won't even know what's happening is just a far more efficient way to do it. So one of our chips are people actually is to run it on and instead of auto and all the wear and tear comes when that thing. Chess. Awesome starts back up shuts off starts back up. So if you can just keep it running it actually is better thing for the motor furnace motor deplorable. You're blown away my old dear departed friend, Glen Haege. I wanna told me don't put it on. I put it on automatic. Okay. New information thermostat to sixty five. What else do we have Chuck? The pros and pipes. You mentioned that's such a big concern again in the older homes. A lot of pipes went up outside walls and crawlspaces or near you know, outside basement walls. So if you can find the furthest faucet at your house from water comes in. So maybe it's the uppermost bathroom or the one that far into the house in drip that faucet. It's a mixer faucet were hot and cold both at the same time put it right in the middle. And allow it just a fast drip, in this weather, keeping water moving through the lines is likely to prevent them from freezing up. If you have an investment home with cottage anything like that, you're gonna waste a few gallons of water for a couple of days, but you're not likely to have any frozen pipes. I find it fascinating. That the drip is enough to keep it called moving water as opposed to just being very little water in the lines that you would think would freeze, but you're the expert, and I've heard that a million times about the drip and the furthest faucet away. People open the cabinet doors under there, sinks. No, he tends to circulate, you know, in those P traps where that water is sitting in all those dreams. So you should open those cabinet doors. I got you. Yeah. So if you can allow air to move through those and and keep it circulating as well. That makes a difference. If people can shove a rug maybe up under their exterior doors where that door meets the threshold some air for moving through there. You got really old windows in the house dab. Makes a product called. Seal caught literally caulk year old window shut. And then peel the cock off in the Spurs. Wow. Could actually gain a literally sufficiency with some of those older windows, you know, for a modest investment of a few dollars. You know, what else I've heard to? And you've you've I'm sure said it before Chuck putting that you can buy these items to put down at the bottom of a door. But in a time like this people can't rush out and buy, but a towel even at the bottom of the door. If a lot of cold air is coming in you are so right, sir. If people would just do that, they may prevent that aluminum threshold from icing up, and they'll certainly shut off the air movement, you know, coming and going freely. So that. Yeah. Check any last minute tips here that can help us one. That's a safety issue. If you have over the last twenty to thirty years had a higher efficiency furnace installed check and make sure that drifting snow has blocked those exhaust vents because those hugely exit the house near the ground. Paul. We're also seeing a lot of situations where people's what they call the stink pipe or the drain waste and system that goes up to the roof is freezing over in older homes. So if you're having problems flushing the toilet water running out of your sink in this bitter, cold weather, do not go up on your roof, all a plumber. It's probably something as simple as that pipe being ice over. I never knew I had a stink pipe. I really on the happy note check noticed he's talking about..

"Can trust at inside outside guys dot com. Now once again here, our Ken Calverley, and Chuck Breitenstein. Lapin and learning with the inside outside guy Sunday morning edition of housing lifestyle information you can trust. We appreciate you being with us. All right for went to break. We said we'd take a minute. And just tell you things you may be able to do yourself to help mitigate potential radon is that a fair way to put it. Yeah. Okay. Every basement out there where it's attached to the wall where the floor meets the wa. Many times you'll just have a very very minor seem where that floor meets the wall. You want clean that area out? Good which just a broom and hit that with a good. Cock good silicone caulk to make sure that it's sealed that nothing get between the wall and the floor also any cracks in your floor at all if you have carpeting down there, you may want to pull the carpeting up to see if you have any cracks into that carpeting, but same thing doesn't have to be pretty just has to be effective anytime, you can seal those cracks you can stop that rate on for migrating through and the last thing, of course, cracks down your walls as well. If you have any cracks basement walls, but if you could seal your floor with a good water base sealer. That was one of the things that will help the rebound from that migrate enough builder. Just small things you can have a reading of three point nine and just do those little things and dropped it by two or three points because that is not a very large reading just some small thing could make a big difference fair. Yes, sir. In at eight six five four guys. We're gonna talk to Vic in port Huron. Good morning. Victor out with the inside outside guys. Hey, Chuck, I belong tag listener listening to Glen Haege when he was here before, but you had mentioned something with an earlier caller. There was complaining about moss on his roof. And you referenced the strips. My question pertains to my wealth is were in the same area where my gutter is for my rough. And do I have to worry about the poison from the Saint contaminating deep. Well. Now when you say deep, well, how deep you talking. It's a hundred and four hundred twenty eight hundred thirty eight. My my guts telling me, no, I mean for a couple of reasons if you had all sand backfill for one hundred and twenty feet, you'd be filtering that water that ran down there with zinc in it for one hundred twenty feet, if if you got Klay like most of us have than the chances of anything getting from the surface down to that hundred twenty feet from your house are probably slim, and none. I've got here. Oh, yeah. So in either case, I would not have a concern about that. Boy sand in my jealous about that. Well, I used to live in cable township. And there was a lot Khalid but out here Doug down eight or ten feet, and there's nothing but sand. There's a there's a mining debt. A mile from my house, and they're they're excavating sand and making the lakes right there. So your golf course probably. Get us over there to golf with you. You've probably got some nice pants and golf courses to I wouldn't say that I would buy yard. I have cultivated weeds here. But. Go to your question Vic sand is one of the best natural filters. You know, that we have on earth, you know, other than carbon and. That would be a moot point for me. And of course, you've got your your your, well, you know, the the pipe the pipe itself, you know, runs down that hundred and twenty feet don't know where the head is on the well at the heads actually at one hundred twenty feet, but for me my bigger concern for any water pollution would be water coming from somewhere else. Not from my roof. Okay. Very good. Okay. I appreciate you. Appreciate your thoughts and in your advice. Okay. God bless you. Stay in touch with us. Thank you. Thank you, sir. All right. Who do you have next endless, buddy? Let's talk to Lois from Warren, Lois. You're on the inside outside guys. How can we help you? Hi, guys. My husband, and I are older, and we only have one main bathroom which has a child with a shower in it. I'm wondering if it would be legal, do you know, if we would rip all that out? And then just make it like one of these big insert showers. Oh my God. If you do that they'll throw in legal. Code absolutely do that Hammond. Yeah. Very common thing to do today. A lot of people are doing that. And putting a roll in shower zero step entry, you know, in case down the road. There's a wheelchair or a Walker in the house. No, you can certainly do that. Now, the only issue only issued have there's when you go to sell the house. So that might not be you that maybe your children, you know, some of them may not want that. But I'd have Dave from waterwork plumbing or someone like that, you know, replant. So that you know, it's going to work, right? And oh, absolutely. Okay. Okay. Now, I just wondered because I heard somewhere here quite quite a while back a year or two back that if you only have one main bathroom that has a tub in that that you can't turn it into just a shower because you have to have another bathroom that would have a tub in it. And and I kinda wondered at the time when I heard that like really why would that be? I mean, I I understand some people do like to take till bands. Are they have small children, but we don't have that anymore. And I think it would be safer for us. If we had a, you know, just one big name shower that you're only stepping up a few inches rather than whatever it is the height to the site of the Tel you can do it Lois houses are not required to have bathtubs. Okay. Okay. Thank you very much guys. We thank you Lois. Got stay. Well, thank you, Lois. Eight eight six five four guys. We're going to talk to Joe in Shelby township. Good morning. Joe? You're on with the guys. Morning. Thanks for taking my call. Can you hear me? Okay. Yes. Sir. Before we start. Can you say hide 'em? Angelo gianluca? My sons are big fans of yours. I want to turn the radio off. So it doesn't have any background. Hello to Angelo, Gianluca, very high guys. I guys thanks for listening. You there? Joe? Okay. Yes. I'm your thank you very much. I appreciate it. No, no problem. So Joe you're worried about some specis what kind what kind of a specified. Are you worried about, sir? I haven't eight year old house concrete basement walls that were poured. And then stand for the brick imprint from day one about six inches around the base of the basement on the wall. The white foamy five I've had it looked at before can diagnose says forescent essence dry lock yet. Know my question is I'm getting ready to sell the home. So I want to properly take care of this. And I bought I scraped the whole wall off resonance with a brush steel brush. And then I took a formula and mix it with water sprayed the walls, and then I rinse along with with regular water. And now I wanna page over it am I doing the best the best approach to take. Yeah. Yeah. I sounds like the best approach to take. But there's not a lot here. It says specis adversary talked about forescent to apologize for that. Yeah. There's nothing dangerous efflorescence. It will continue to come back over time and eventually stopped coming back. But what you did. Yeah. That's the best thing. I liked what you said that you just use regular water. Could you don't want to introduce anymore chemicals or minerals to the solution? So I think it'd be just took away a brush I did use the drive. I did use the dry lack solution. I okay. Okay. Bite at Home Depot. I missed it. In the water twelve ounces per gallon. I sprayed the wall down and edit sitting half an hour to an hour. And then I went over with a spray of regular regular water. Okay. So you rinsed it well direction. If it was mine our not twice, I wouldn't think twice about Peyton that wall at this time. Yeah. I mean, all that is like cancer that's salts coming coming from the concrete and eventually they'll disappear. Yes. So it sounds like you're doing it. Right. Joe to answer your question. Joe? Thank you very much. We appreciate your call. Boy, that's a show that went by way. Too fast. Don't forget next few weeks next week will be back in studio.
