"I i was a kid when we went into afghanistan. You you're in the cabinet. I was and just now. I wasn't in the cabinet for afghanistan. You only you aspiring to an. We told the reason we were going into was stop the terrorism of the taliban and al-qaeda which we successfully did and then was then we lost ten years saying that they were building the afghan army and police. They could look after their own country and it seems that we've got to a position. Where we've we're doing that it's it's we've built a structure. They've got the afghan place. They've got the afghan army and we've just pulled the rug from under their feet. It's a real portrayal and you see these afghan interpreters who worked with the british army for twenty years. Who are potentially going to be killed. Because of i think this the action of the american government and the british government by pulling out out of afghanistan so swiftly so swiftly. I think this is biden's first really big error. I couldn't agree with you more. Actually grant or agreeing tim again. I just feel. I mean just only interpreters point. This is really interesting. Because i can remember when we were in government Having the issue the interpreters who'd worked with the british forces in iraq and thought became quite big issue and david milliband. Who's then foreign secretary in me as home secretary did have to think. That defense secretary probably was bob ainsworth. Perhaps at the time we actually have to get together to sort out a way to get them into the country. Because you're right if somebody has worked with your forces and then you putting them in danger. You got a moral duty to to support them. So i think the government is responding to the pressure that's been brought onto them with respect to the interpreters in afghanistan but i mean the dreadful thing about the current situation is it will be far more than the interpreters who will end up losing their lives. I wouldn't if an appears that the taliban are quite close to a position where they will you if even if not for the whole country certainly for parts of the country to last night the second biggest exactly then and you know you have. I was. I was watching the news last night and it was actually really interesting. You've got taliban negotiators in qatar. Trying to negotiate peace and they interviewed one of the Negotiators there who were saying who of course we made some mistakes. In the palmerston's it will be different. This time and goals would definitely be able to get an education and we wouldn't be you know having some of the more brutal elements of sharia law that we had previously. Then they go to interview a one of the taliban commanders actually fighting in afghanistan. he says i will. Girls can educated but only up until the age of eleven. And if you adultery you should be stoned and if you steal something out of your hand chopped up. These people have not changed. They will be brutal in afghanistan and so it will be dreadful for the afghan people and then of course the whole reason why we went into afghanistan in the first place. As you say post nine eleven was in order to tackle the basically the breeding ground for terrorism thought came onto our streets so we are putting ourselves potentially in danger by allowing that to happen again. And you're absolutely right. It feels i mean what a waste with everything that we had done to withdraw so quickly when actually they could have been a slow withdrawal. I could've been continued support through 'support through support for the for the forces. The police and others but the whole thing has just been for up nearby biden's precipitator action and i think that britain would probably stay I if it was up to them but it's not of course is the is the.

Grown of how you have never been an elected politician. One of the things that used to schlaug me as a constituency in pay walls the discrepancy between the numbers of people. That would right to you about an animal rights issue compared to the numbers of people who would write to you about child poverty or international development or something and in this country. We have this weird approach to animals. I think which is essentially we. You know people get up in arms. People were sort of protesting about geronimo. Went nine. And that's why. I think it's i mean i. Actually there are say agree with you. I cannot see the logical way through which geronimo should not be Euthanized as we as we say given the situation that he's in given all of the cows and the other animals of had similar thing happening to them but it is a nightmare for any elected politicians. So why did you get involved. Because he did that. Ten Years On: Inside the Bin Laden Raid

"It was, in fact, 10 years ago this very weekend when Joe Biden was vice president that U. S Navy seals killed Osama bin Laden in a secret and daring raid on a compound in Pakistan. That raid coming after one of the most intense manhunts in history. There is one report. As of yet, unconfirmed that a plane Has hit the World Trade Center Osama bin Laden was the most wanted man on earth, escaping from the mountains of Afghanistan, even as U. S intelligence and military scour those rugged mountains, But on May 1st 2011 10 years after hijacked airliners brought down the world Trade towers. And a chunk of the Pentagon, Geronimo and Geronimo meant We got that Locke killed him. Admiral Mike Mullen was the chairman of the joint Chiefs at the time. That's him behind President Obama in the White House as they watched the Navy seals descend on bin Laden is compound in real time. There was a lot of risk. We felt comfortable that we could get in and out of Pakistan without being detected in a timely way. We felt we could get into the compound. And for Mullen, it was personal. He was in the Pentagon a decade earlier, when one of the hijacked planes slammed into it. The plane flew in under Basically under my office, My two assistants looked out the window and saw 7 57 fly in under their feet. The Navy lost 42 people that day among the nearly 200 killed in the attack on the Pentagon. 10. Years later, it was the Navy that would dominate that raid on the bin Laden compound. Mullen meeting those seals before they headed into Pakistan. Sort of the final dress rehearsal that I went to it involved upwards of 48 to 50 seals. And then I specifically met and shook hands and looked every operator in the eye to one express my gratitude to You know? Are they ready to go? And I was very confident that they were,

Operation Julie

"The dates was friday march. Twenty fifth nineteen seventy seven. The location was lens. Brace sports and social club house. Teddington greater london uk. The police briefing was being held in a small room in the pavilion. The was tense with excitement. The officers present had been working toward this moment for almost two years and it was time to raid the suspected lsd laboratory at twenty. Three more road hampton wick kingston-upon-thames a short drive away from the briefing location. The rate had been brought forward because it was known. The suspects at seymour road with flying out of heathrow the next day detective inspector dick lee led the briefing and all present hung on his every word. Small writing group consisted of several operation. Julie detectives including stephen bentley and eric wright who had been undercover in rural wales on the wider inquiry. Also present were a small group of scenes of crime officers who were going to search the house in gather evidence. The officers left the briefing and took up position. The raiding party had split up some went to the front door while others went to the rear of the house. That was inductions. It was eight. Oh five pm exactly and detective constables. Bentley and right in the groove that clambered over offense at the back of the lodge detached house as the to approach the french windows stevenson to greenwich his mate and colleague. Eric who was alongside him. There was a cry of geronimo. In eric's unmistakable gloucestershire ebba. Then one of the offices sworn garage bar breaking the glass windows. That was shouts. It police stay still. Don't move but officers could hit people running scurrying around like giant mice. It was mayhem for one. It was a little scary. what would they find. Would there be resistance. Oh violence what would happen next for detective constable stephen bentley. It was a life changing experience and it all started with a phone call. He received from detective inspector. Dick lee the operational commander of the newly formed. Secret of julie squad back in april one thousand nine hundred seventy six. The following podcast is brought to you by true crime investigators. uk but who are they. Joan was a police officer for thirty years working locally and nationally as detective. Sally was also a police officer. For twelve years and then retrained as a lawyer and practiced in criminal law now both retired and review cases of interest. Some sold some undetected throughout this series. They'll discuss the cases. They're reviewing and interview relevant parties including police officers suspects witnesses and experts. The next case for review is counted drug investigation operation. Julie which took place in the mid seventies and an interview with one of the undercover agents involved in investigation steven bentley. Just like say welcome to everybody and all of our listeners. Whether you'll new to his own not and we just wanna say that. We're really pleased with the progress of the series. We've been so well received without a lot of interest and with hudson good reviews as well. So what do you think of the response john. Well we're absolutely astounded as the worldwide coverage that we received and the fact that we now talk into all the podcasters in the crime community. Australia america all parts of the world in fact. And we're just can't believe how we've taken off and mainly because of the lockdown of course technologies sort of come to the fore everybody's now on skype and other types of media which is fantastic. Doesn't it it has. Yeah i'm we've been am dragged into the twenty first century whether we like it or not so with within our podcast series. We want to cover all kinds of serious crime. Not not just the murders but in particular. We've got an interest in undercover police. In way we're interested in the work that undercover officers do when the pressure that that brings and then potentially the danger that that brings with that kind of work and with that in mind. We decided to bring operation. Julie to the podcast. Both of us had read a book called undercover operation jubilee. The inside story and that was really fascinating book written by one officer who was involved in operation julie and his name's steven bentley. So we sort of conducted some research around. That didn't wait. What we found was that there was a detective inspector. Dick lee in thames valley drug squad and he was putting together his sort of annual report. That a ba- late nineteen seventy four and he realized that there was some kind of anomaly in the his undercover officers. Were very active in the pop festival scene and regularly they were being offered amounts of ls stay and considerable amounts of lsd.

Secret Societies

"Welcome to kids myths and Mysteries. I'm your host kept crumb today. I'm going to take a look at secret societies. I'll be examining how these societies have affected most major changes in American society how they've taken advantage of what is often referred to as the American go along attitude and high threshold for official misdeeds personality in 2004. George W. Bush was challenged through the election process by John Kerry despite the glaring differences in their politics. They were forever joined-at-the-hip off by a secret society both were and are members of the order of Skull and Bones Bush being a third-generation member father George HW Bush's secret name was Joe Sugg his grandfather Prescott shoulder Bush actually stole for the order one of their prized possessions. Geronimo's skull the Press caught onto the connection and they asked the cap. Dates about the Skull and Bones though as separately their answers were the same. It's a secret from the confines of the Tomb the name of the structure that houses the order that's calling bones may have come precedent Senators judges cabinet secretaries plenty of CIA field agents many of the members have been that tightens of finance and Industry Henry Luce founder of time-life Fortune and natural reviews William Buckley to name just to how are members chosen you might ask the selection procedure for new members hasn't changed since 1832 each year 15 new members are recruited over the past 150 years about 2,600 Yale graduates have been initiated at any given time around five hundred members are active and it's estimated from Fringe sources that about one-quarter of that number are actively working to carry out the objective. Of the order whatever that is, however, many lose interest and stop attending meetings and are referred to as silent dropouts at the beginning of this podcast. I said be examining how secret societies affected the American public aside from the judges and Senators that are members of skull and bones in shaping our laws. If we look back at the 2018 election of George W bush who defeated John Kerry the winner wasn't determined until the following day when Kerry decided not to dispute Bush's win in a Midwestern State of Ohio could carry stepping down have something to do with the fact that George W bush held more clout within the Skull and Bones was the decision an unspoken agreement between the two bones month Wednesday, but the Bohemian Club like the Skull and Bones in some ways yet older and more widespread across the United States there also a secret society job. There is so much speculation about Freemasons influence on American money there with that in mind take a closer. Look at the u.s. One dollar bill with a Jeweler's loupe examined the one on the front to the right of the bill. Now look closer at the top left corner or curve in the design that in cases the one there, you'll see an owl could there be a connection between the owl on the one dollar bill and the giant statue of an owl in the Bohemian clubs meeting place in California

Packers' win over Vikings

"Bit about the Packers and Vikings the game last night in a victory for Green Bay as they win the NFC north a six time that our Rogers is quarterback the Green Bay Packers to an NFC north title there twelve win team but they're not getting the respect that they deserve or is it a case of you look at those twelve victories bogus and say I know they're twelve wins but you know are they really that good of a football team you are a ball bill Parcells used to say you are what your record is so the Packers of one twelve of the fifteen games that they play this year they've got one to go I mean that's pretty darn good when you think about it and they've got an opportunity to be the number one seed in the NFC they win and the forty Niners lose our they're gonna be the number one seed so all in all all avenues will go through Lambeau field for the Green Bay Packers yeah which is not where you want to play in January slash you know we're December slash January but I just I don't be it's fits all that both the this game last late leaves us wondering about both of these teams right what what how good actually the Vikings and how good actually are the Packers and I I think the easy thing is to say man the Packers play defense last night and they ran the football if they can do those two things consistently here the next couple weeks they're gonna be a tough out but I I I still in stock on Aaron Rodgers because I went into that game paying close attention to him I'd read it I guess it was last week an article about how there been a developing split between Rogers early and late in games and the Packers are a team that kind of script to be how they're gonna start a game they have the feel they can have their first like ten or fifteen please planned out and once Rogers huddled recently had a left that kind of scripted portion the game plan all of their production had kind of dwindle it'll be like they were they were scoring points early in the struggling late I want to see the pattern continued last night and he never really got it going last night no and the three turnovers early and you want the point we made almost the beginning of the show back in our number one and you know I I I want to believe in them I will especially playing at home in limbo but I I know if if he can't throw it and they can't catch it and they can't score points that way I I can't trust the defense enough against San Francisco or New Orleans we're Seattle your ticket to get them through a game anywhere so they've got to me ask you this is our Jones good enough to carry the team offense I don't think so you don't think so I I think young with what you saw last night a hundred fifty four yards on the ground he's had an unbelievable year the albums have been an issue right but you know catching it and run it out of the backfield Jones has been an absolute start for the Packers could not be less about Rogers could be less about his brilliance of a signal caller and more about running the football winning at the point of attack in a winning time of possession getting after the quarterback they can certainly do that defensively but offense of Lee can be less about Rogers pulling a miracle out of his rear end and could it be more about Aaron Jones basically wrote it down your throat hit list yeah I get it its it's there's two distinct ways to look at it that this is that this is good news that they actually have a complimentary Aaron Rodgers throwing the field for a long time they haven't had a good game and he was able to throw it have success throwing it despite no running game I just I still ng feel that they need that passing attack to be at maybe dynamic is asking too much based on the weapons around with us and who we throw the football to but I still think they just need more than they've gotten over the last month or so that's fair and and listen I I don't I don't necessarily disagree with that especially in this kind of a league especially the fact that neither you or I can really trust that Packers defense even after what we witnessed last night but let me ask the question this way is it a case of not having the weapons around him or is it a case of a regression in the quarterback I don't think if any regression is there I don't think that it's anything more than that and kind of the normal regression you've had you'd have to be at this point of your career I don't I don't think he's falling off more like in any significant way he just wanted me because he is always you throw devante Adams right Jimmy Graham is a what it once was but should be great still good target yeah all right and although it it sound I don't know if it's Jimmy Graham I don't know if its defenses I don't know if it's a Rogers thing but but grant as we get targets anymore no it is not getting the target but it but you would we would both agree that Jimmy Graham can if the boss coming his way Jimmy grams gonna make the reception I like Geronimo Alison I like don't think Rogers does no I I I but that's what that's also a problem to where you do limit yourself offense of Lee if you're targeting one player sixteen times right over the course of the game I mean that's where you could look at the regression maybe not the physical regression but maybe it's the mental regression of Allah Rogers where he is too too much of a lean toward one player and maybe that's where it's hurting the offense where he's not spreading the football around enough to where he's building up the confidence of young players rather because while did our Rogers bogus she was never got it yeah I looked at the library not being totally a product of guys around him I don't I Rogers guy that you know you me and it Palade a chap could be the wide receivers and our Rogers of find a way to get the football you're still less and less of that as he

"Should we just get into the listeners mail yeah yes episode going right all right so we need to continue with our listeners story from last week Yes yes our last episode so we had an lease or I'm not sure but she was less told us her mother story and this week we're going to hear her story Ooh Okay Okay so she's if you remember her mother was in within Estonia that's where she grew up she said nothing really supernatural happen when she was in Estonia and she said I always thought that would be so cool oh she moved to the states almost ten years ago her husband is in the military we got stationed in Fort Sill Oklahoma it's famous About that cliff words Komo jumped off heard that Ba Frano yeah yeah we heard ghost stories about people have seen somebody jump off from there over over again screaming stuff like this one day me and my husband we decided to go over there take some pictures and maybe catch a ghost on the picture picture not nice but actually we didn't catch anything weird on the pictures but it didn't stop us we went to Geronimo's grave we took pictures over there and after that we went to ambrose the spring in major's wife hanged herself years ago that sounds lovely once again I took pictures and it was pretty dark when we finally started to drive back home while we were driving thing I took a few pictures from the car window it was a clear starry night where we started to look at them closer made a shocking discovery yeah so the first two pictures are made within a few minutes of each other you can clearly see what looks like an orb on the second one what it is we don't know we were brave enough to go back there in the second day and really on the spot there's only grass and bushes it they couldn't see what could have caused or basically is what it sounds like so really scared them at night Okay Stars Moon Camera Hey I thought we were debating stories a we're not no we're not a listeners are interesting answering questions oh I see yeah okay I thought it was directed at me sorry at wet even crappier we started to look at pictures while you're driving back and you can see that weird falls gone them once again it was clear evening it was enough ghost hunting for us maybe you can find a good explanation was going on because we couldn't anyway a month later we moved to another house in Fort Sill and the strangest things started to happen we heard clear I'm guessing she could hear clearly footsteps Coming ups from upstairs many times it was just me and my husband and our ten month will be be living their doors were opening by themselves you could say it's just a breeze what's opening them but that's opening them but it was the middle of winter and all the windows were locked once When I went upstairs to see what my daughter was doing so I saw her little swinging chair swinging by itself little swinging chairs we there's a baby they have those little chairs yeah yeah yeah and then they swing yeah she was sleeping in her crib and there was no one else in the house that sounds like a horror movie to me like seared the I'm pretty sure I've seen that in a horror movie you up you go into your kid's room and their toys planned by itself like a wind up toy playing by itself and your kids sleeping that's terrifying how we are stationed in Fort Riley Kansas and unexplainable things are going on again? I'm not lying because I have no reason for it. She thinks she's a little defensive okay so you were first when we moved we reading dinner downstairs and we all heard running footsteps upstairs my husband went to check and of course there's no one there once when I was coming downstairs I saw that a big shadow rising behind me I turned around and nothing my husband were downstairs I was in the bathroom I heard knocking on the door I opened it and once again no one one f. o. sleep on the couch and suddenly my seven year old man been going on for a while woke me up and asked Mommy what's that we both heard footsteps coming downstairs and then they just stopped another time I was in the kitchen and heard footsteps coming downstairs jumped around the corner and the stairs were empty one evening when I got my kids to sleep and I went to the bedroom close the door for the late in the closet turned on my husband and I both saw it a few weeks after that I was home alone with my youngest one when the hallway hallway late went on right behind me on that day I just grabbed my daughter and awaited aside from my husband to arrive pretty sure it would do that again I would have done that many times I've seen a shadow under the door lake someone's behind it one evening when our neighbors next door came by and we started talking about what we're experiencing it turns out they had the same thing going on in their house shadows and footsteps and the same time we were talking some books out from the closet sorry it's been awhile since sight read this one again and one other thing is how kids toys are now starting to sing in the middle of the night you would think maybe batteries are almost empty but they can't colby empty at the same time right I talked to this about talked about this with my co worker and he said how the Houston have ghost tours back in the day right where I'm living he is retired for the military now but you also live in Fort Riley and he knows everything about this place so obviously there is something going on more Riley and Fort Sill maybe she needs an exorcism she I actually think she might need some sort of cleansing slab would be my recommendation again we are not professional slow so we're not necessarily just follow my advice on that but anyway so she said these are my go stories I am a tree lever because there's just so much going on that I can't explain I mean seriously it's like a horror movie she's got so much going on that they're more like one of those go shows you know where they talked to the people whose houses are haunted it's classic Ghost Adventures Okay what it's okay there are new sponsor I like Honda the haunted is one of my favorite ones I don't care if I think we talked about this one spoke my one friend thought that it was I thought this to actually that because it's on animal planet we thought it was called the hunted why is job on on Animal Planet but no it's called the haunting and it's great because it talks about how pets can sense things but if they actually do a really good job of the re-creations on that one okay

"Okay. There are some other places that sell buffalo. But you gotta be careful because that's what we call feed lot buffalo and these large companies are treating buffalo just like they treat the beef. They're putting them in confinement nations. The you get the hormones, vaccinations and grain feeding them till you know, it's not anymore Roman buffalo down near Madrid New Mexico. Yeah. It's like going back in time when you're out there as far as the ranch. It sounds cool. And if you go to our Instagram, you can see a video of a buffalo, stampede, and you wouldn't know what air that's in. What's the Instagram Chafee? It's at Beck and Bulow spelled B E C K and E B U L O W N Bulow. So the burgers, burgers popular, burgers level. One JP was supposed to be. Sold in Santa Fe from everybody from Geronimo to Joe's to Harry Kazianis. The new camera casino buffalo thunder. Which is a great new restaurant El Dorado found out a farmer table. It's a good place to check out you can cook this at home just the same way. You would cook beef with buffalo for the burger level one? You can do tacos you can make burgers at home, Meatloaf, just anything, and then level two steaks, filet Mignon rib is we have bone in revised boneless revise, New York's rose rose, that's kind of a level three. You get your bone in products year rose your short ribs, which are amazing brisket. We call that level three. But really they're just as easy as the burger with those items you just throw it in the crock pot and this time of year when it's cold out. You can warm up your kitchen throw it in in the morning at night. You have it finished as long as you're short. Ribs are covered with liquid. You can't mess it up. Okay. Now, where we get really excited as level foreign five owns Oregon's livers kidneys. Rocky Mountain oysters. Okay. What's richard? You were you were telling me that you want us from Rocky Mountain oysters, right? You told me. Once again, I'm not sure, you know, how much of this is actual fact, and how much you guys are just making up. No. I I admit the fact that I'm a little bit immature. You said that that the liver is eaten I loved liver. So did it turn to your hair from gray to black? Yeah. No, not medically. We're making no medical claims. Okay. But I wanna tell you. So I once he took us over. I started thinking you have this animal. There must be a medicine of the animal. Right. Okay. So the the Oregon's and you've heard of the light cures like now the deliver is the only organ in the body that can totally regenerate itself as mine has. Yeah. Correct. I mean from from God knows why. But it it did. Right. So then they they didn't experiment liver. They took twenty rats rats. They threw him in a pool of water half of those twenty rats were fed with their regular rat food, which I don't know what that consists of the other half. Yeah. Pizza and the other. There are other Hafer fed with liver. So the half that was deliver rats thrived thri lakes, for instance, that the rats that were fed with a rat food all and Davy Jones locker in about ten minutes. They died, right? So the other ten out of that ten five of those went to twenty minutes and the other five one two three four hours, and they cut the exp. So even if you do go liver, it has an unidentified anti fatigue factor. They don't know what it is. It is one of the highest in dentists nutrition substances on the planet, for instance, when the aboriginals in in the natives in Africa in North America, and they used to hunt the animals, the first that they would eat would be the liver, the kidneys. They would throw the right? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. All right. I see what you guys are selling a lot of buffalo. Now, you guys are kind of natural born salesman. And I see why you've taken the buffalo product from know on this show. About eighty restaurants in Santa Fe, Albuquerque. Once again, they do sell the buffalo burger here. Buffalo, burgers and buffalo meat. You guys sell from like, I said everywhere from if we if we consider kind of the the epitome of upscale Santa Fe's Toronto up and canyon road, you know, and then kind of locals restaurant like Joe's or Harry's your cow go you guys are cowgirl. Well, right. That's right. All right. And you know, Tony you said, you're you're a vegan. But you eat bacon. Not clear. I'm definitely not a vegan vegan people who who want to eat really healthy who don't eat meat red meat a lot. But they Willie buffalo. Right. Well, there are certain reasons people choose to go vegetarian or choose to go vegan. And some of those reasons are environmental people want to feel like they're doing something good for the environment. And they'll often say would they make exceptions? And so we run into that a lower people they make exceptions for buffalo because it's wild. It's actually. For king, salmon. Exactly. Yeah. Right. Something like, a laughing king salmon is as opposed to some kind of farm bred salmon from somewhere do all right JP Bulow and Tony. "Homeowners association is to ensure that we are. We are protected completely protected from any fire that may reach the area. That's why I had to walls that surround our community. I had him built another three feet higher, and we also have sprinkler systems up and down the wall sections. So that if any fire approaches the exterior wall, we turned the fire sprinklers on all of our security people are equipped with a specified. And we all all of us security with us best of suits. They are caught there at the at the perimeter. We also require that. Obviously all of the homes in western states have fire retardant foam on hand with the homeowners. Yes. In each garage. There's a canister of fire retardant foam and also falling from high structures. Wait, wait a minute, Bobby. This is starting to sound like you're running a firefighter school. No, we're not we are trying to save lives as jas Jason of auxiliary of the Hillary's likes to say the citizens replace. He says say we're about saving lives too. I understand that. But now you've got them they're using fire retardant foam, they're learning. How to use an ex? And now you have them falling onto what on safety net. This is a requirement. If you're going to own a home and western states, you have to learn how to do these things because I'm not going to have people burned alive in their homes. Okay. Good Lord, Bobby that was unnecessary. Well, I'm not gonna have it. So about people abusing this safety net. How do they train? Standard. When that the fire department uses where they stand there looks like a trampoline. Yeah. And we have people climb but a three story tower, and they I mean, what's the big deal? You're you're doing what what is your problem? What's your problem? I don't have a problem. Nobody has a problem here. Bobby? We're asking a question you've got one of those firefighting safety deaths. That's correct. Yes. People climate free foot high tower, and we go. No. You look out below look out below. Yeah. And do people successfully, you know? Yes. We haven't had any injuries. We just jump and they jump and then they land on it and they bounce up. And most people think it's a lot of fun. But I mean, you know, Geronimo Geronimo look out below. That's what they end Steve did a couple of times. And that's what he said look out below Bobby. Intriguing lawsuits. Don't feel it's right for you to encourage the lawsuit. I'm not encouraging anything. I just I reporting that there was a there is a threatened lawsuit. I had to post a Twitter though, to let people I said, Stephen me or fine. And well, I saw you made a joke though, Bobby, and I wasn't quite sure about that. "So we're going to get into all that today and get into the mail bag. So it's going to be a good show. You don't wanna miss it? This'll be this in everybody make the playoffs. Right. Got to win them. And also not everybody can make them. Yeah. I thought that was a strange statement. Well, if you heard a win in the playoffs than it is to make the playoffs. That is true. Yes. That's all. I got. News and notes from around the league. All right. The Packers of placed wide receiver. Geronimo Allison on injured reserve, it's Valda scanning time. Yeah. Mark says last week. I think he earned some more trust from Aaron Rodgers, and he is a flex where the guy right now. You wanna be a target for Aaron Rodgers. This is exciting news for my dynasty team. At rap. She reporting Sammy Watkins dealing with pain in his foot after Sunday's game had an MRI. It's not supposed to be serious. However, however Sammy Watkins foot. Yeah. You guys know my two dynasty, white, right? Yeah. J J green. And Sammy Watkins how how are their feet not not been better? Yeah. Here's the the positive side of it. And this was pro football doc was talking about he said as long as it's not related to the surgery in of what he's previously dealt with. Then he's going to be perfectly fine. We just we don't have news yet of is it related to the previous injury. And if you count on him he could miss this week against Arizona. I would intimidate him missing this weekend. They don't need him. Yeah. You know, this is a good week. If you want to rest tyreek in Kareem hunt and Zeus, and they can just rest all of their starters. Take like ahead of y'all have to arrest in week seventeen by early by week. Now, you still get the W. Yeah. Instead of by twenty four is by like eight all right Leonard for net. You know, recovering from the hamstring injury returned to practice on Wednesday Brooks has there been an update on whether he was limited or full practice. Do you know, I do not? Okay. Well, let us know if you find that out. But right now, I do wanna talk about Leonard fournette for a second. It's been several weeks since we've seen him in that time TJ Yeldan pretty good for fantasy y'all. So had the addition of Carlos Hyde made his debut last week, or I guess that would have been two weeks ago in London. So it's been awhile since we've seen Leonard Fornet fantasy owners that drafted him to be a top five guy haven't had that return yet. There's a lot of anticipation expectation. I'd like to hear what you guys individually think you're going to get from Leonard fournette when he comes back what the concerns might be or or whether you're just letting them right back in Lincoln. We can discuss a little bit of what was said before the show were were in looking at our pump the brakes options, and Andy ethic, you suggest. Hey, how about Leonard fournette, and I I was very opposed because I think we we differ on this. I do not see Leonard for as a pump. I'm very excited for his prospects. So we differ here at this table. But I personally think Leonard fournette will be very good. They did the right thing after bringing back to early having him reactivate that hamstring. They did the right thing and kept him out all the way till after the bye week, which was the expected time line to make sure he's ready to go during that time. The Jacksonville Jaguars have sucked their quarterback has had problems. They've lost games that they were favored and supposed to win there..

"Conflict with that depot st- foot is a hard play action place. So you wanna get a really strong play action fakes and that holds up underneath defenders that. Kind of puts the free safes in a bind because you have a deep cross coming across the field, and then you have a deep post right down the middle of the field. So it was Colbert on play that will see the free safety. Yeah, he was, I mean, free safety in air quotes. He was there. So he saw a Larry FitzGerald running a deep cross. Heave, ran towards deep problem left that deep post wide open down the middle of the field of, and like you said, this is a constantly should be familiar with disease it every day in practice of it's one cow Shanna have self kinda made or re brought back in the league and really kind of made famous. So he should know better than you and it's not like the cardinals were setting up Yankee or setting up plays at went off of it because when you're defending Shanahan offenses, it's really easy to get caught up in some of the other things that Shanahan we'll do. He'll throw a blaze route so it will make it look like it's a deep post, but it's really going to be a hitch to the outside. Sometimes he'll he'll just completely go and have a sale concept. Basically the one side of where you look like depots, but then you come back to the other side. You've got different ways in which Shanahan will throw this concept that throw the stem at you. But the this was the first play the game. This was just nothing set up just a straight up call and he basically abated. His primary responsibility, which was the middle of the field don't get deep. That's the first thing he did. All of a sudden get touchdown. Yeah, just a really aggressive play. Not a good way to start a game for sure. So overall, the defense probably played, yes. Maybe one of their best games that doesn't mean they necessarily played a great game. Josh Rosen probably had a lot to do with it. He thought it would actually play better in this game than he did, but overall, not. Great. Let's talk about the Packers though, and let's talk a little bit about the game that's coming up because the Packers are ailing where the forty Niners or weakest coming into Monday night football couldn't get flex at a Monday night. But the factors are decimated at wide receiver. You've got Randall Cobb Geronimo Alison. Both out. We get the c. r. pre-draft equanimity estate Brown for no other reason than his name is equity. Me same Brown. Do you think that the Niners or what the hell's going on with the Packers offense? Because they're decimated at wide receiver. Mike McCarthy's had talk of being on the hot seat, but they still have in Rogers. Do you think this is a game where the defense can kind of continue its upward trajectory? Or do you think Aaron Rodgers is going to be too much. This is this is tough because I feel like every time they were Roger skips criticized, and he is being criticized by Green Bay media. And I think a little fairly. He comes out as a really strong game. A Niners are kinda getting the wrong end of that right now of. Yeah. So like you said that the green base receiving core is just decimated of didn't have a lot of veteran backup. A lot of their receivers are playing right now are really, really young rookies and with Rogers key makes a lot of plays out a structure and he needs his receiver speedy on the same page him when he breaks up pocket and know their scramble rules, think they really struggle that against Troy Rosa on second fumble known on Rogers, I fumble, he broke out the pocket and he was waiting for somebody to run back into his seal the vision because he's used to that. But none of receivers ran towards him. They ran into. Each other and fell down. So. Yeah, it was trying to redirect traffic and nobody was there at the sack fumble the ball of..

"So here's the question with MVSA and he by the way, he's a fourth of fifth round pick thrown out of south Florida, six foot four, two hundred five. Never really produce that much. Ernest final college season, but has a lot of traits Randall Cobb and Geronimo Alison. Miss this game here is the only avenue Mike from MVS to be added this week. If one or both of those players miss again next week when they put the forty Niners Monday night, yes, I would hold in case. One of them are out and he mixes in, but otherwise I'm not. I'm not interested. I mean you Randall Cobb, we saw him play while out of the gate. If he's healthy is going to be the slack either. That's where all the scaling is filled in inside, which is odd, six, five wide receiver playing inside. Yeah, interesting. Flyer, though. See, yes, honesty, less. Keep your eyes on MVS ran a Cobb, I believe, is a free agent after this year, a milestone is as well. So there could be some changing of the guard at whiteout in Green Bay, Aaron Jones, Aaron Jones, loon waiting for you waiting waiting and waiting some more. They've been writing about it a town in Green Bay, Aaron Rodgers talking about how he wants more Aaron Jones. Seven rushes for forty yards. Two catches for nineteen yards. Here's where I've landed. Mike STA find him. This is where Aaron Jones. It's possible that at some point, Aaron Jones has a break yet game, people believe objectively speaking, he's the best runner on this team and maybe even close to the best pass catching back, although time on Gummer's very proficient in that area. My point is this there are a lot of things that suggested play should be playing more, but he isn't. He didn't play. He'd have a single rush in the second half yesterday. If you have Aaron Jones on your roster, I'm keeping my bench until he shows. I'm more to be a week too late on the Aaron Jones breakout if it happens at all. Here's the only thing I would say look at their match. Up next Monday night. They're going to get so up on the forty Niners if he's a forty Niners are not only a team that's struggling. They are a team that is decimated by injury and just as much on defenses on offense. I feel like the Green Bay Packers are going to be at home. They're gonna put up a ton of points and then they're gonna have the opportunity to run so much that and I understand field because I would be nervous about relying on him. But I think that's going to be the opportunity that he has to show his skill. I tend to agree with the matchup game script here, but I'm with you. I mean going into this past week, it was definitely wishful thinking that Mike McCarthy was going to do what you wanted him to do, what you think you should do. But the coaches don't always do it. We think just consider really quick. His carry share so far thirty eight percent thirty eight percent thirty nine percent target shares two percent, three percent, six percent. I mean, it's the same every week so far. So by should expect something significantly different, what you should expect from the lions is awesome production from their wide receivers. Kenny golladay goes four for ninety eight with a touch. Down, not the staffer could have had a monster day if not for some drops by some of his white outs. But I think the focus here is on the running backs as well. Aaron Jones, a rookie, but a young running back in the same with the carry on Johnson, a rookie running back this year, people are saying, we want more. We want more twelve rushes for seventy yards. Two catches for fifteen yards, which means his fourth straight game with ten or more points to find. He did get a little bit banged up in this game..

"The team in our league that has the bar hours their own five. So I think we do something rock. I'm right there with them. Oh, it should we? Should we do that now or should we? Should we take a little break? I, I don't care. I don't care. It's miserable. I managed trade today. I know when people hate talking about fantasy teams, let's just get it over I, we played each other this week. He played each other this week. I had the bears defense, and I forgot to pick up a second defense. I just forgot I meant to do it, and then I went to the movies last night and then got the Email that is of the changes for that night. And I was like, oh my God, I forgot to get a defense and I knew you'd never let me forget it. Nothing bothers you more than when somebody starts a go shit. When you're playing me, I would have been fine with it. But once again, you're oblivious nece the leads to great things right to finish the story. So about nine o'clock today, I realize that I realized that last night, but at nine o'clock today, I realize, oh, maybe I could trade for defense. So I go through all the teams that our league and there's only one team that has to do defensive defense shine tall, John. Jamie who run a team called the Jenny's. They had the ravens of the Vikings, so I'm emailing them praying. They're looking at three meals, the Email me. So we start negotiating. They offer training the ravens for the bears defense. We're going back and forth. It's getting closer and closer to ten. And then finally on, like I'm gonna take zero unless you know, I don't wanna give up. I'm probably gonna lose this week anyway. I'll give you Chris Carson or Geronimo house and you pick if you wanna change the vikes great. So they grab Chris Carson. I get the Vikings the Vikings, get thirteen points, and I beat you by ten and now your own five. The kicker is that Chris Carson ran for over one hundred yards. So my stupidity, I just lose Chris Carson and the moral of the story. Well, the moralist there yet again, is fantasy football. I hate it. I it is run out of ways to make me feel bad about myself. They just like I should do myself. I'm like, what am I doing? At nine o'clock on the Sunday. I am homes. I have a crazy team and I can't get scratch out. One win. Finished you. So we went into tonight. You at Zeke Elliott needed twenty points from him and naturally, he underperformed in killed your real. Go line and get him, but that's all right. Fantasy. So your own five now what happens? I don't know. I'm John look, I'm trading everybody. Who do I have you. Gronk gronk the most overrated player in the league terrible adamant. I have Ingram. Country. Elliot, I'll trade anybody. I'll take rock. You want wrong. Who's your kicker? Pass? Gas guy. Gronk forgot. Let's do it. I'm so mad at the same thing is your team was going nowhere anyway, new trade, the most fun football player in the league. And maybe the last five years I have. I have my Ryan on my bench and cost me to win starting Mahomes over Ryan. This isn't a real team. I I'm not. I don't need to keep them homes. Will you you trade Mahomes, Matt. Rank comes in. He stinks today. Now he's the red flag next to him. I noticed when I. Cross, of course not. We have allowed to cover from from week five. Let's take quick break. Let's take a break to talk about Roman. Let's face it. Guys are terrible. Taking care of their health studies show seventy percent guy. So experienced a wreck, Todd is function, don't get treated for it. That's bad. The thing most people don't realize idiots like a check engine light for man's body. It could actually be an indicator.

"And so he was like this thing where he was like very cool. But like what open every lesson up and be like, you know, I, I know I know what it's like. No, what's up? My wife is black and so are my kids and like we would learn anything and he'd be like we would watch. And he would look of other white kids in class and be like c. c. which day like Seeda we'd be like the misdemeanors. You still white though? Yeah, but he was just so funny that he like made it a point. It'd be like so down, but I was like, aren't Mr. meet at the you? I see you trying. I mean, that feels like a really great sketch. I mean Mr. meet also one more Mr. wick. Mr. wick with a sweetie baby when I was a freshman, he taught civics. I know very few things about civics in the judicial system because of Mr. wick because my freshman year he was like Matarrese. I'm tired. So he brought us a newspaper every day, but then everyday we watched either Geronimo or scared straight. Like literally the scared straight where we were like, why? And he's just like, don't be like those kids. That was it. Like, read the paper, kinda read the textbook and halfway through classy. Be like, all right. We'll finish scared straight. It's so crazy to me. It's actually nice to hear that because I went to school in public school systems and Dow's, Texas, and how many times we would watch random movies in class then had no relevance to anything ever doing was shocking. Nothing. I always assumed well, it must just be our education system. Air that happened in your skull to teachers were like, like Gironde which I was like, this is like a history movie, but I'm like, this is a civics class, right? And he what he put it on a least once a week. Yeah, it's very interesting. This pick right anything. No, we have watched like the mentoring candidate or like JFK like anything to do with politics. I'm telling you Geronimo. Well, she learned a bunch of that. I mean, I did and a lot about scared straight. Well, that's kind of do digital system. I mean, I don't know shot dollars teachers. Do you think Steph, whatever put a video on for her kids all? I think she would, but I think Steph takes history very serious. I think she would. Yes, she would, but it would be a. It will be part in it. Yes, yes. I mean, there's certainly lots of movies about history. There's a lot of them. So she would pick one pick a good one that everybody could enjoy. Okay. What else was I gonna ask you. We'll quick. I wanted to shout out miss Heatherly my my middle school theater teacher. Oh, miss Heatherly was a real kooky white lady got eleven Adelaide and she would. She used to be a singing telegram person. Sometimes I would get her to do her whole bit and it was amazing. But I feel like she really encouraged like my my kookiness and my comedy Stumm definitely shout Heatherly miss Bridgewater my fourth grade teacher at club hill, elementary, garland, Texas on now, I see you miss Bridgewater. She was just divine. Fourth grade was rough for me. My parents were divorced and like it was just real rough. And like I felt really like I didn't belong. I was just having a lot of like crappy shale. My braces were gross and I just had a lot going on. She really encouraged my writing guests and like I remember she, I wrote this one SAS. She sent me around all the other class. To read it. She'd love to sell much. Just feeling special when you're not feeling special, you know, show all the teachers out there. The teachers there where we we spend so much time with them, we sure do. It's crazy just skill and such a such a can be very selfless at times. So it all those damn teachers. That's all I say. So why don't we tell everybody? Why don't you.

His original name was cricket, which totally makes sense here and he's a champion at double Dutch to run a mill holds the record for most double Dutch jump rope skips by dog. He did one hundred twenty eight of them in a minute. His owner says she hopes to run a mobile, be an example of how rescue dogs can be great success stories. Does this mean the next records? One hundred twenty canine doesn't mean it's only a hop skip and a jump away. I suppose that with Geronimo anything pause -able now that he's been roped into the sport, a string of successes. "For a role where you can transfer your skills so do you need my direction on that or do you have an idea what you'd want to go after i think i'm a pretty good idea just based off teaching has so many transferable skills i'm great at presenting on great at beating fitting knees and and i have a little bit of business experience i've done some sales discussion and i know what i'm interested in so i guess it's just finding the right role then that's exactly right and it just walking yourself through what do i do better than anything else like you we know you got experience communicating to your good communicator we know you've got experience with planning because you got to put lessons plant lesson plans together mean it's a huge break eighteen is the planning and so if you've got a good grasp of details and processes and you combine that with good communication skills you could go into project management for a marketing company or any type of corporation that needs just good project managers people get stuff done you could go into many customer service you know of forwardfacing roles customer forwardfacing roles you could get into sales i just think there's so many opportunities right now it's like what's the best environment and the best role and the best money to help propel our baby plans and paying off the house and you know or buying a house or whatever it is i think you get to decide and how fun with zero pressure on you because it's not a long term play okay so go for it i i don't think there's any need for you to stay in teaching i guess now that i thought all the way through this thing because if you just don't enjoy it folks and you've got some shortterm flexibility like ellen has pull the trigger but here's my point don't jump geronimo don't jump out of the plane without a parachute like let's just take our time and relax by tier upper lip be a big girl be a big boy and and let's move to a different role once we've got it ready to go for us so we can step right into it because ellen in her situation with husband fantastic financial position really great eight.
