"Coast George nori with you let me tell you a little bit about our guest don wild man has spent decades on television addressing the eternal question what happened here an impassioned history enthusiasts adventurer he's developed his on camera investigations that have carried him far and wide to mankind's greatest legends and lore he has traveled around the globe to history's hardest places where visceral tales are set against ancient backdrops and human intrigue is carved into walls he began with the travel channel hosting the producing program off limits if you remember the mysteries at the museum that featured spin offs like the monumental mysteries and greatest mysteries prior to the travel channel wild minute peered on the history channel and the ground breaking in the cities of the underworld don welcome to the program good to have you it's really nice to be here thanks for having me do you love these travels don't you yes I do I have really been fortunate to get a a ticket around the world doing really cool stuff telling stories in unusual places and and it's it's been an honor which and I feel you know and it's incumbent upon me to that sort of tell the human story from an everyman perspective because I'm not an expert of anything now you had your series Primera just a few days ago all right yeah bird worlds came on Monday if the money's at nine o'clock and it just started with the episode about vampire hunting in Bulgaria which was quite an adventure and and we go on from there we we basically started this kind of global paranormal tour that started and see we shot out of the sequence that it's showing and we started in Peru and then we went to Haiti finally ended up in Bulgaria was a show that just showed and we headed over to Germany England Ireland and then back to Honduras and Erica it's been extraordinary that was an extraordinary six months which ended just pre virus you know about that I was gonna say it sounds like you beat cove it because Hollywood's been shut down ever since as inadequate yeah it was just before all that in fact we we we spoke among ourselves that we worry that we might have had something to do with that with the dressing every curse in the world and you know Poland and strange things out of the woodwork all over the world so anyway it was he was a great experience historically culturally and and paranormal it which was a brand new experience for me I don't come from that background I'm I'm a history guy you know and so that's right I was interested valium to be honest what happened was we were talking last year about me doing a show based on cities in the world which is a very popular show back in the day we're talking about two thousand six seven and eight thank them and and that was a show that kind of dug underneath things and went into the account of the under earnings of society you know physically and metaphorically speaking and and it was really cool but we only got so far with it and so we wanted to do it again and so we talked about doing a frustration Starkel perspective and then travel channel became a paranormal channel you know during those discussions so I said well I'll do paranormal but let's do the history of it because otherwise nobody gonna buy me whatever you know I I and I'm not a ghost guy and so we proceeded to do that because there's just so many stories when you look at the world in world history from that perspective especially the pre science world legends and curses and myths and so forth and it's pretty fun and and there's a lot of people are obviously in the world who are practicing these things even today and so it was a neat way of any plans to look at places in the world and global history and still practice things in the in in the present which was unusual aspect of that world and the travel channel really seems to be into these kinds of programs now big time well for years and years act Bagans and his and his ghost adventures I think is is the show was was the most successful show on travel I mean by far right I kind of pull up the this in second place for all those years with mysteries at the museum which was on for years and and it was always recognize that the act was Killin it on on Fridays or Saturdays and and so finally they when discovery took over travel channel there's a big fail of all the script networks to to discovery they just look at the numbers and say well that's a no brainer let's make this all paranormal so those of us who already owns on that the contract you know sort of went okay and then sort of adapted and so here we are hi Bonnie Ginny Lyons a lot on the history channel same thing with them I mean this thing's been going on for years now they're happy with the results yeah people are really fascinated it's it's a lot of fun to look at the world that way it's it's a very addictive television when you watch it doesn't matter if you're a believer or not it's a fascinating world to sort of delve into but I can say from meeting people and from really studying this stuff which you do when you go into TV shows about these places that there's a rich there's a treasure trove of information to understand a lot of research center that's what I like I kind of get off on that aspect of my job I like there to read up on stuff before I go to these places and sort of you know you become full of information so that when I have these conversations and interviews and experiences of the people that I have some kind of level of of expertise that I can offer and and when you start delving into these worlds which we'll talk about it's extraordinary come see pokes are written about these things never mind wikipedia you know you can just keep on going down the rabbit hole with these things and that's what I think people find interesting is that there's so many different ways and faxes to look at stuff absolutely and buried buried world say seven episode the program and then you've got a two hour finale right yeah it's yeah it's a big it was a I guess a three week experience so we had down there in in Honduras that was always out there on the on the horizon of our experiences whether we were going to be able to do it and then if we would live through it there are extraordinary dangers doing what we did and I for one we have some pretty serious meetings about whether we really wanted to do this or not it boiled down to the fact that when you go into this part of the rainforest of Honduras there's some big time dangers and you can get a lot of trouble so we were being very careful and we didn't obviously you have to be insured and everything else for these TV shows yeah so we couldn't just jump in naively and what's more Honduras won't let you you have to have permission from the president himself that that that really yeah I mean it's a it's a very cool story which I will tell you in detail mom but it's it it was always there as the kind of finish line for this extraordinary you know you have for your adventure that we are on where were you when would they be government people follow you or anything like that not so much I mean that was true in Honduras well here's the story with others so years ago meaning two thousand fifteen a guy named Steve Elkins who is a terrific TV production guy actually cameraman was passionate about finding the white city the white city was a legendary place kind of an Eldorado type of story you know where the conquistadors were trying to find it and all kinds of legends were surrounded this sort of mysterious area in the middle of the rain forest in Honduras to this day in the middle needless to say back and confused the doors it was they couldn't find it so it was supposed to be streets paved with gold the whole story but no one could ever discover where it was and I mean there's many big famous stories about a guy in the thirties who goes in and people dying trying to find this place it was never discovered and so the reason of course is that it's in such a canopy of trees that you could just not all of these I over you could find it so Steve who I interviewed for the show and and became very fond of.

"Coast George nori with you along with a recording that his website is linked up at coast to coast AM dot com it's called become a living god dot com which is the name of this book that we've been talking about tell me a little bit more about the living god part of us Eric yeah absolutely as as we develop our own magical abilities what we start to understand is that we we do have well what can you really be called super powers the visit actually each and every one of us has the ability to tap into god like powers and and we have as we push these further and further we certainly know there's no limit to them that we can literally do anything we can know anything with him be anywhere we were only restricted really by our belief in those restrictions and and so as we will lift those belief systems and and kind of keep beyond them we said to see we are limitless we are living god A. each and everyone of them already and so the the teaching that I give a really a pathway to remembering that understanding that experiencing since you been doing this since you've been doing that many many years in your life it with anybody in your family do this to yeah no no no no well you should get those are gonna lineage but but when it actually starts with my aunt my grandmother who was passed in and and now it's all right with my doctors family I am I am the oddball I don't for sure what did they say about your practicing black magic thank you they don't say much as if not they're they're very happy for my success and and and there there is I've got I've got a couple sisters that are really really interested in and and and that and all have some really good conversations with about a for the most part is not really the topic of a thanksgiving dinner so much but but at the same time it's the is it is not shocking to anyone because this is this is in my obsession throughout my entire life these people just met you Eric would they say he's a nice guy yes yeah you know that eventually that kind of challenge that the that I throw out there that anybody who would make the snap and snap a judgment that I'm that I am evil or or more in your whatever just have a conversation with me I am actually probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and yeah it's and and and and that that's not in spite of black magic especially do black magic maybe if the world for black magic I would have definitely gone down very very dark dark alley just depends in life and and and powerlessness and childhood things that I wasn't able to control I had no idea how that whole latching onto any sense of self empowerment until I got my hands on black magic and then then you know like I said I didn't get it did go from the the the petty desires that I was trying to reach you to Ashley unfolding my greatest self through this path what is your favorite part of black magic my favorite my favorite part of it is the the immersion it's well the the way that I've described is is dropping through reams of reality so so you'll sit there and whether through meditation or full ritual you'll feel the the like the floor drops out from underneath you when you're suspended in.

"The world on George nori walking to coast to coast AM later tonight feature karma and also the great American profit Edgar Cayce here's what's happening all the death toll from the corona virus sweeping across China and surging around the globe this past thousand today amid warnings that the forty three thousand ninety nine known cases may be the tip of the iceberg Chinese health officials said a hundred and three more deaths were reported putting the death toll of one thousand sixteen all but two of the deaths have occurred on the Chinese mainland most in around the city of Wuhan the US military is finally disclosed to more than fifty percent jump in cases of traumatic brain injury stemming from a rand's missile attack on a base in Iraq last month with the number of service members diagnosed climbing now to more than one hundred four members of the Chinese military have been charged with breaking into the computer networks of Equifax credit reporting agency and stealing personal information of tens of millions of Americans according to the justice department blaming China for one of the largest tax in history to target consumer data the two thousand seventeen breach affects more than a hundred and forty five million people with the hackers successfully stealing names addresses social security numbers driver's license numbers and other personal information stored in the company's databases in damage the company's reputation and also underscore China's aggressive and sophisticated intelligence gathering methods let's check in with our expert on the internet Lauren Weinstein warned what is trying to do with this information why they do in this world how to collect whatever they can get opportunistic Lee and hope will be useful later but it's important to to look kind of skeptically at these particular charges that that that is our formal charges that came out from of the OJ recall it's relatively recently when president trump was praising the Chinese president and in glowing terms and and now suddenly there back to being the enemy away it's like that the enemy again it's sort of a nineteen eighty four type twist but let's remember what this is really all about this massive data breach with Equifax involved there online dispute portal this particular bridge didn't require massive rogue state intelligence resources or vast cohorts of Chinese hackers to exploit the reason that happened was that a software firm that Equifax used had already announced the vulnerability of their software and there was a patch available and we're told that Equifax just didn't get around to installing it they left the show but the wide open for these four guys and who knows perhaps other people as well and as far as the specific charges are concerned the Z. four of four persons were being accused of exploiting this but keep in mind the they are in the Chinese military so they're not going to be arrested or charged or brought to trial or anything like that unless they happen the movie back to the widely give more reward property yeah I mean I make out of it if they if they decide to go to Disneyland you know I guess is a chance of a chance of getting on with that that seems kind of unlikely so I'm kind of at a loss to understand what the point of these charges and what this is but it is really all about of us to try to take some of the heat off of off of Equifax because if they had installed a patch by all reports none of this would have no problem the whole thing's kind of spokesman spoken mirrors and distractions and the likely result is going to be a big fat nothing thanks for watching the story force Lorna really appreciated did you watch the Oscars yesterday ABC's politically charged Oscar telecast averaged twenty three point six million viewers Sunday night that's the smallest audience ever according to The Hollywood Reporter it noted that the total was well below the twenty nine point five six million from last year's awards and down twenty percent in the year to your reviews the links the host lists broadcast fell almost two million viewers short of the previous all time low win the Oscars average twenty six and a half million viewers back in two thousand eighteen well we got a story for yet coast to coast AM dot com this could very well be the first we G. board ever in ancient Egyptian board game of death was used to communicate with the dead about thirty five hundred years ago the game called sent out was played at all levels of Egyptian society from wanted first emerged five thousand years ago until it fell out of favor about twenty five thousand years later No Way one now one expert believes she's discovered the Senate board from when the game took on a more spiritual hue we've got that story for yep coast to coast AM dot com cool look for fast radio burst or perhaps the most mysterious anomaly in space with the many having unknown origins according.

"To coast George nori with you'll respond your with us of course Laurie let's talk about animal telepathy and how this as been turned into such an incredible area for you how did this happen well actually for me at all it pretty much all started with the animals so essentially what happened was I was living in Los Angeles this was really before I got on to you know this journey that I'm I'm not like what I'm doing now and my brother died of an unexpected to struggle arch and yeah I'm yeah I'm I didn't know I had any of these skills now I didn't know this is within its without well I have all these if we just have to cultivate them but in any case drug overdose century because of that when he crossed over into the non physical round he couldn't find his way he couldn't navigate so in in religion and I called her the Tory or in some ancient like Buddhist religions they might call it the bargains for example but he was trapped in there and it seemed from what I can discern through our connections which is validating like this the real show me that says this is real tell me is like help me now this is real but it was a century you've got to help me Lori like I'm your wake up call you have to change and you're going to help me and one might get started opening up but the big message this is kind of funny because my my brother was a new you you know I'm a New Yorker he we were you bring your Yorkers and the name was Jeff and the voice that I started hearing initially it was very funny like a lot if you're dead brother Jeff so I mean I started listening paying attention and basically his message was like you have to change your ways and quit your six figure job you know as a laser you're on a hamster wheel of life and do what you love so that's what I do they quit my job and became a dog trainer I got hired by a guy who spent twenty years training service dogs for the United States military and when he left the military he started a dog training business hired me and as he was training me he would videotape everything I did and he would say you have to do this on our medic pilot while I was doing on automatic pilot you your brain goes quiet and I can hear the dog that's where it really started and the crowds would say look you listen to me and I'm going to teach you well trainer will train you right yeah and they're big message right from the beginning I because I got really good at listening like my auditory yes got worse from the first ones that really came online but basically what they said was we are here to help humans and if you want to help us you're gonna have to help the human our message and it just grew from there just kept growing so first of all you basically gave up a six figure paying job to become a dog handler yeah that was kind of a joke I I literally lost everything that those first two.

"To coast George nori with you our calls with doctor Maryland singleton Maryland if you could change anything about the whole health system what would that be I would get the government out when Medicare and Medicaid started in nineteen sixty five that's when Costa darted to go up and mandates that didn't make a lot of fans started to enter medicine and I think it perverted the system it gave one other person between the doctor and patient and the preservation of the the doctor patient relationship is he said having good health and health is more than just the medical care you get from the doctor we give medical care but health care is up to both the patient and the doctor to gather and patient taking care of themselves and caring that they are taking care of themselves caring about and a good relationship help to do that so that's the first thing I would do if you give you got government out what do you do with people who have no money and need health care what happens to them interesting way okay there's two aspects and this is always the criticism that health care so expensive that you have to have somebody take care of it for years the way four people were taking care of what they got free care my father was a doctor every Wednesday he did care for free he and many of his other colleagues the one thing that you can't do completely for free is expensive surgeries.

"To coast George nori with you back with Matthew Swain we'll take your calls this hour Matthews we were talking about this engineer whose train derailed there is a bridge was falling apart and you said he went back to save passengers on what happened he did and he was scolded and then I think he later died in the hospital after this incident and again this this was this came from the Kansas globe this the story that I found a some of these engineers would claimed to see not just engineer craft but also his train cruising through through Kansas and in one case an engineer said that right at the as his train neared the area where brit craps train crashed he sold a train coming towards him that was kind of a red flag because it was a single track which meant he was going for a head on collision and then when he looked down to see he saw that this was this train was piloted by his his friend brick craft and the train was not on the line but this goes train came by sort of parallel to him so that that story made the rounds and there were other stories similar to that and then there are other stories that the train itself remember brit crafts engine mated across the bridge it was repaired and then later it crashed and they said that this this engine was occurs when you hear the wheel series haunted it sounds scary but it doesn't necessarily have to be scary haunted doesn't mean always bad and evil right out no no I mean some of the stories are you know even the abre ham Lincoln funeral train I would consider that more poignant there are stories that are somewhat you Maria's but I think the key for me after doing so many of these books is that I think people are always the the argument that surrounds this area is they want proof people want proof people who want to believe want proof that it is that these ghosts exist and then they're on the other hand there are people who wanted to punk it they don't want to believe this but what I think is the important thing about these stories is not proof but meaning why do we tell the stories I think there are a lot of reasons why we we talk about it in and that's why I always I always talk about when I try to write the stories I try to give as many facets as I can because I want to kind of give a holistic approach that there are more to the story stand than just trying to scare the Bee Gees are is out of or or just to kind of laugh at people who've had real experiences with things that they they just don't know what is the stamp of spooky approval story for me the stamp of of spooky approval story is you know when you have I witnesses hot we're just an eye witness a credible why witness who encounter something that they just can't explain and I think that really will live raises the level from ghost lore which I think has value but raises it to a level where you really have to start thinking about transcendence in about how people are experiencing these things and and what that means about our lives with our lives go on and and what this means about our reality what what are we surrounded by let's take some calls for you this hour let's go to Robert in Tucson Arizona west of the Rockies Hey Robert go ahead Sir hi I have a couple of train stories the first is fiction from Charles Dickens it's called number one branch line the signalman it was made into a British TV episode in nineteen seventy six from a supernatural series with the star Denholm Elliott episode about an hour long in the TV episode itself was simply called the signalman of the whole question of it is is the signalman insane or is the coast real the second point would be a whole real place on a railway tunnel in the western Massachusetts I believe it's called the who satanic but I could have that wrong it does have a native American name however during the making of the tunnel there were many deaths and this is why people say they hear noises in.

"Forty and welcome back our final segment George nori with you this is coast to coast AM and spring Washam our special guest spring you said that there's been a global epidemic of people suffering from cycle emotional illness what do you think is fueling that yeah that's a good question is and then I think it kind of goes back to what I was talking about earlier this sense of not having a purpose for one flying not knowing what to do with the time that we have here you know it loss of intention and motivation and I think you know and suppression I think you know this thing about sadness depression and fears that have become a glass an epidemic of eastern and western world and all the medications and everything that kind of comes out of that so I think it's connected all those things together what I hate to yeah a lot of emotion in all intense emotion and that's not always a when you're filled with a lot of hatred and anger you're going to get sick after peer to time you know it just it if there's an accident while and I believe that the press and people are filled with a lot of hate and anger often are very depressed you as a sadness and anytime were they always depressed you know like what came first right exactly I've been in anger or the angry of and they become depressed I think this is not knowing how to find happiness and looking for it to point the finger at others you know you're the reason I might not be in your the reason I'm unhappy and blaming others for your own misfortune like our own our own sadness of suffering we don't know how to deal with it so we just sort of projected outward and not always leads to a cycle right the more hateful act them or hate I get back the more angry I get the more sadness I repeat you know if this is kind of spiral and people don't know how to get out of that had to get off that we deal so usually it takes a kind of a movement of some kind of awakening experience for someone to start shifting and taking more responsibility for their own emotional well being what was that aha moment for you that kind of woke you up I think it was just being tired of suffering in and just my own heart just and I think one of the big aha moment I had with learning about meditation practice and for some people that might sound really woo hoo where you know to become someone who's interested in mindfulness you don't have to sign up to be a Buddhist or give up anything or you know eat broccoli year or chant home it's about learning about your emotions and and how to be present in your life without paying attention and learning that so I think my first big aha moment was when I was on a meditation retreat and learning how to practice and how to let go of the story is in the mind an aha moment was like these are just five hi email it was fall in sight but impactful let's go to the final calls first time caller Adam is with us in Sherman oaks California hi Adam hi George thank you for taking my call sure thing I I had a I heard I was living earlier I heard you ask about what a person does what's the last thought in the mind when they before they commit suicide and contemplate your yeah I I've I've had a two good friends mind passed away from coming inside one of them portable is in is in has one I'm Lou I'm losing you on the phone and can you get closer to order I'm sorry can you hear me yeah yeah okay go one of my friends are committed to it very easy but shot himself in the in the in the had another one overdosed on full prescription of tramadol and both of these things they're really close friends of mine and I the one thing that I thought when I heard the news was on what the hell was he thinking for the last thing that went through your head when you there right before you did it that I heard you ask that question earlier and it it really just like like my my hair back my neck kind of shot out and I just thought you know what I ask the same question when that happened and I would I would.

"To coast George nori back with you along with can gear hard as we're talking about his work incredible work into the cryptid feel these are cryptozoologist indeed the Patterson given one big foot film that via all of us would probably have seen can your thoughts about that well George I'm convinced I've always been convinced that it's real the one thing that's interesting is that as the technology is getting better prints of the film are being digitized and stabilized in his hands to my own I I mean it's looking even more and more real than it ever has I mean you can actually see muscle mass is moving you can see skin folds there appears to be a type of herniation on one of the quadriceps that's kind of flopping back and forth the breasts look very natural and flowing east so I mean if you consider and then the argument is always been you know that was a man in a cost you but if you look at the cost you in technology of the top of that time period the film was shot on October twentieth nineteen sixty seven eight costumes in the nineteen sixties we're just not very good they were kind of these big right you know party thing you say look at planet of the apes type stuff so you know where did this guy get the technology or where did you guys get the technology presumably to fake this thing back in nineteen sixty seven the other two things there's other two two other lines of evidence that people overlook one is Bob Gellman who's still alive who was there when it was filmed Roger Patterson did the filming with his buddy Bob Gellman was standing by with a rifle and you know these guys are on course back.
