Legia knew exactly who later was and i think that speaks of the report. That has Among community organizers Lejuez someone who does the work and who is a familiar face among those who are out doing the work and so walks through george floyd square and gets a personalized tour with elisa. And you'll goes to say their name cemetery and it's save their names and it's like all this kind of tombstones are like tombstones lying in the grass and like rose and it's this place or people still put flowers for their people so many names. I had never heard. Yeah it was. That was another like really beautiful and obviously tragic stays but gave people's like some to go to visit you know they're folks and all that grief and the community and you know sitting in front of you know these two stones that are that were recreated To commemorate the lives lost Black lives lost. I'm at the hands of police and us. As deeply deeply moved by that moment. "Brett. Welcome. How are you? Sure. I'm doing great. How are you? Pretty good. What do you make of the insanity We're witnessing here is as a country. The George Floyd Square. Reminds me of the movie escape from New York. Yeah, that's exactly what it's like, or mad Max. Or maybe Independence Day with this is like alien behavior streets just being taken over by angry activists. Although there is no good news about the aliens they discovered are they determined that the UFO footage we've been that has been recently revealed. They don't think it's from Like outer space aliens, but they still don't know what it is. That'll let you sleep at night, huh? Here's Mike. Mike. Welcome. How are you? Good. How about you doing pretty great, happy Friday. You do? I just want to touch place with George Floyd. You know, it's all the with all the rioting and destroying of all their own on on communities and everything. Um, you know, uh, When do we get to the point where we just let them let them you know, like like it says in the Bible, you know, the serpent swallows its own tail. You know, just just let them do what they want to destroy each other and and you know, to take it a little bit farther, like in North Carolina and in Washington. There's there's parts of them states that are trying to get annexed in to like Idaho. And like even Minnesota's talks about getting annexed into To the Dakotas and if we can get all this to happen, we can give them guys in big cities and all our votes and we'll take delegates away from them and eventually They are going to have any saying anything. They're just going to destroy themselves. Yes, I mean, the problem with that argument is that that's what they want. They want. They want to be able to take over cities. They want to destroy cities. They want to be able to, um, control. The the police. Shut them down, and we can't let them We just can't. It's gotta stop and anybody who lives in Portland. I mean, I know this has become second nature to you. You have to know that if you live outside Minneapolis If you live outside Portland, you can't believe What these cities are experiencing. You just can't It's a form of insanity that again. I'm sorry to make everything political. I don't know how else to describe it. These are cities run by Democrats. These aren't Republican run cities. "20 millimeters. A very significant round ground fire, antiaircraft fire and going through your leg giant round and killing your navigator and the guy next to him. And all that it is and there are millions and millions and millions of stories like that, of course, extraordinary stories. Michael. Thank you for calling it until your father's story. Your father. Thanks. You two I have a have a recording of my father, who again was a Navy fighter pilot in World War two and had not intended to play it. Today we wait. We may or may not revisit that usually would play around D Day. The recording of my father that he had made with being interviewed by what was armed forces radio in effect at the time, and it is, you know, it's truly the greatest generation and let me tell you something else. We've got it. We've got a great generation. Now you no way talk. A lot of the media pays a lot of attention to and I'm guilty of this, too. But with an explanation. We talk a lot about these miscreants that we've that our culture is raising and foisting upon us putting out in the public square where they sleep in their own feces in tents on chant, We're the 99%. And their anti Wall Street. They're anti capitalist, and they don't know when World war two was and they don't know what century it was. Honestly, I think you're gonna ask a lot of these people at these protests some of the most basic questions about U. S history and that have no idea Because the teachers, unions and school boards have been taken over by radicals over the question last several decades, and the curricula that are offered are less than pro American. Has. That would be fair to say. And there were raising gangs of people that make a shake our heads, Rioting and Portland months of siege to the Mark Hatfield court. How's that? Riots in Seattle's and you know the child rapists attacking that community lifeguard in Kenosha, the madness and in Minneapolis, where George Floyd Square is a free fire zone for criminals and gangs and all this stuff, and at the same time we have a generation of young people are joining the Marine Corps and joining the Army. In the Navy and the Air Force and the Coast Guard and her going to Afghanistan into going to Iraq and are fighting the truckload Knights of the 21st century the radical Islamists. Waging war against civilization, and we do have a generation of and millions of them by the way of brave, strapping young men and women who put themselves in harm's way to defend us against the enemies of civilization that would slash people's throats on airliners and crash the planes into buildings. And and that's just as an opening salvo just to say hello. We do have great. Great Americans, many of being raised by great families across this great country, and we do have a great many wonderful people. They don't get enough attention because for the most part, they're humble and modest and, you know, brave and fearless and strapping and and they're the best among us today, as well. Unfortunately, our culture tends to accentuate like, you know, Ellen Page who announced that she's a man one day and her name is Elliot. And we all applaud as a culture and say, Yes, you're a man like it's a money Python skit, but you know, but I never forget. There are Our armed forces armed services, which this administration and honestly this defense secretary doesn't impress, either thus far, But this administration is trying to, you know, transform the military. By turning into dry. Think like that. You know, Transgender force, which is all about affirmative action and paying for people's surgery, transformative surgery and treatment that seems to be their focus. This administration that Zoe's their thing when it comes to the military and has been with the Democrats for a long time to do things that they know will undermine undermine our military. Now with that said. Because they're a great many things to get to, Um, let me go to this and it's and it is related. Now, The Washington Post has a fake fact checker named Glenn Kessler. He's Democrat type pissed from the steno pool at the DNC, and the headline is Green's a historical claim that the Nazis were socialists. This is funny one. They quote Marjorie Taylor Greene, speaking at an America first rally May 27th. They're very upset about this had to get to work right away, she said. You know Nazis where the National Socialist Party just like the Democrats are now a national Socialist party on that's what she said. And that's what the Washington Post wants to take issue with to take umbrage with. And they said that listen to the arrogance of this. Those who apparently don't know history are doomed to make basic mistakes. It seems so simple. The official name of Adolf Hitler's political party. The Nazis had the words socialist innit air ago. It must have been a socialist party. Well. It also had the word workers in it, and it was during the rise of socialism and Socialist Workers Party in Europe. In the 20th century, just by the way, and it means that Democrats some of whom call themselves socialists must be Nazis or something like that. Well, actually, it means just what she said. And you know, I'm not all on board with her all the time because she done some pretty unusual things. But when you when you're talking about Well, let me continue here. Green is not the first Republican lawmaker to make this fast style observation. So here's a quick history with lesson and he types the full name of Hitler's party was, and he gives the German national Socialist Doi chap pictured Pica on day 10 German in English. That translates to national socialist German worker's party. Yeah, that's right. It was a Socialist Workers party because I know this because that's what they called themselves say. That's how that works. They got to name their party. You don't get to rename it or refigure it and reconfigure it in 2021. But it was not a socialist party. He right. It was a right wing ultranationalist party dedicated to racial purity, territorial expansion and anti Semitism. Well, they let me see the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics have about pen where they socialists Glenn because they call themselves socialists and they were anti Semites. They have these things called programs. Perhaps you've heard of him. Brutalizing Jewish population and their gulag archipelago now where they s O and total political control, because, well, yeah, the Soviets and the Chinese communists in the North Korean communists and the Cuban Communist and Pol Pots, Cambodia all start total control. I don't know where pull pot stood on anti Semitism, but I could Take a guess, And many of them were ultra nationalists, including including the Cuban communists, and and as soon so let's take a look. He says that the first eight and he's the 25 points of the Nazi, UH, program and I was sort of laughing at this accepted, so said. Honestly. They said, you know that that they were ultra nationalists, and they're Racists. Yeah, on their anti Semites. Well, you know, the Democrat party is racist today and they call themselves socialists, many of them in the Democrat party is anti Semitic today. Just just by the way, and then they, he says, without any sense of irony. Well, he's correcting people on history, he says. Any further immigration of non citizens is to be prevented, he said. He says. This was this is the Nazis. Now the national Socialist German worker's party, which are not Socialists. Never never mind the fact that they call themselves Socialists, he says Note. This was aimed at Jews fleeing programs, He said. They didn't want any more immigration because they were Jews. Bullying programs Now what were the programs that they were fleeing Glen They were fleeing the programs of the Soviet Union, the union of Soviet Socialist Republics, but they were not welcomed by the national Socialist German worker's party. About the pod. Graham pogrom, the pod Graham Russian word meaning to wreak havoc to demolish violently, and it refers to the Soviet Russian attacks on the Jewish population and actually.

"Shawn, You want to be a part of the program I've been doing this now. 33 years on radio. 25 years on Fox and I, You get a sense, But when there's a movement you get so you could feel it in 2016 with Donald Trump. You could feel it even with Obama and in 2000 and eight that now Republicans could have put forward a better candidate and and I think that would have done a lot better. Certainly, the financial crisis at the time had an impact on events, especially the election, too. But you can see that with this massive power grab H. R. S r one and changing the voting laws and no voter, I d and no voter integrity or confidence. Yeah, People see this for what it is. You can see the chaos, unmitigated disaster at the border, and people are making obvious conclusions on that you could see getting rid of the legislative filibuster and getting rid of men packing the courts and D C. Statehood. Yeah, Everybody sees the power grab their two on energy independence. Yeah, everybody's is feeling it now in their wallets and their purses because we're paying more for gas more to heat and cool. Our homes were also paying more for every consumer good that we're buying because of the higher price of the lifeblood of the world's economy. That would be energy being. Giving up energy independence, which we had finally achieved for the first time in 75 years, and you could feel it in terms of every single aspect and two that 4.2% inflation the highest number in 13 years. And you know what that means. What is inflation? We're paying more for everything. And I noticed that two friends of this program have joined forces. Nigel Farraj Je on our friend Reverend C. L. Bryant, and they are having America's comeback tour. They're going to go to nearly a dozen states over the next month and tell people that there is a different future available for the country. Should we choose in 2022? I I believe that if the Republicans stand But the principles that I've been laying out every day I won't repeat them now. The simple conservative principles that we know work The America first Make America great again agenda that they'll take back the house. The win Senate seats in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Ohio and Arizona. And Pennsylvania. I believe as well. I believe that could all happen. And then things will dramatically change for the better and that will make a obvious choice for 2024 won't be any more clear to the country. And, you know, look, I mean, if you wanna even I haven't mentioned the police. Yeah. How's that the funding dismantling the police Working out gunshots interrupted Minneapolis on a P reporter, giving a report on the George Floyd Square Year. Gunshots. Breakout wasn't of this. Well, look, It's not going.

"IRA Glass. Today's grief. You know, it is hard to talk about death. It's hard to know how to face it. It's hard to know how to grieve today for this Memorial Day weekend. People figuring out for themselves inventing for themselves how to deal with loss We've arrived, attacked three of our program Act three. The caretaker So their memorial sites that have planned out over years by official committees and designers and architects. Sometimes, you know, something happens that we do such an outpouring of grief. Such an overflow of emotion that a sight to mourn and commemorate just springs into existence spontaneously. Hundreds of individuals show up lots of them with photos and signs and other stuff. Intersection of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue in Minneapolis is like that is the ways with George Floyd was murdered by police officer Derrick Show Vin last May. Of our producers beam out of wound me when to see what it's like. This used to be a busy intersection. But now it's almost entirely vehicle free. A block in every direction closed to traffic. Up foods. The convenience store on the corner is still going. But other businesses like the speedway gas station have been transformed. The whole space has been reclaimed, and none of it's sanctioned by the city or state. That independence is most notable at the Speedway gas station. Signs been painted over It now reads people's way. George Floyd Square isn't even really a square. It's a wellspring on organic creation in the aftermath of a traumatic event. As you walk up right in the middle of the intersection, you see a giant metal sculpture of a fist jutting into.

"Know what that says. They seem to be gunshots. Now, honestly, they're cussing and screaming and running around. Although there was the one guy in the video, you're watching the screen. There's one guy in the light blue shirt. Just kind of got his arms folded. Just kind of strolling around like, buddy, you better duck. Well, a zmapp Vesper rights and again. Consider my mantra today who are the real clowns on the one year anniversary of the murder of George Floyd? The defund. The police crowd saw the results of their policy play out as people gathering in the George Floyd Square Autonomous Zone were sent scrambling for cover when a gunman opened fire. And while she Bs and NBC gave the shooting a combined 33 seconds of coverage just 22 seconds on CBS. 11 seconds at NBC. ABC is World News tonight with David Muir ignored it completely. They're frauds. They're liars, and they're fools. How could you ignore 30 shots ringing out in broad daylight on the one year anniversary of the George Floyd death? Instead of reporting on the shooting in the Democratic city. It's trying to dismantle their police department. ABC spent time focusing on the weather, the super flower blood moon. And counting. The man has strict Manhattan district attorney for putting together a grand jury to investigate the Trump Organization. They all gushed about that one. That was a big story yesterday, ABC, CBS, NBC. The 30 shots that rang out it George Floyd Square. Not so much. Not so much. Meanwhile, Fox News Channel's special report with Brett Baer. That's how he kicked off his newscast. With the video clip that you just heard. Philip Crowther, the reporter. Capturing the shooting. As it happened. This is this is a disgusting example. The media corruption that we're up against. As Matt vest bushel brilliantly puts it. You see if they don't report on it that it never happened. That's not how this works. That's how Obama and Biden deal with issues and look how it turns out. It's a disaster. Obama refused to call What? The Russian annexation of Crimea. What? It really was an invasion. It was an uncontested arrival. And Biden is telling reporters What terms are not appropriate to describe illegal aliens in their reporting. Right, because that really solves the crisis he created. Ignore it and act like it never happened. You know what that is, says Mad vestment. That's mental illness.

"Apparently investigating surveying deployed to the suspect's house. So we've got allegedly explosives involved in this reports that he even brought explosives to the shooting scene. So we want will unravel what we know. And a lot has come out in the last couple hours regarding San Jose and the shooting, So we'll get into that coming up on snip A What a lovely night of peace up in the Pacific Northwest, though, my God! Portland again. What a mess And as we told you on yesterday's program It was a shooting, and we we told you this information as it was. Yes, it was the developing and more information was coming out yesterday. During our program, a shooting occurred. Right at that George Floyd Square in Minneapolis. So here. This is supposed to be peaceful. Our commemorative area. Which I did point out that a lot of the businesses are upset. Business has been destroyed. Ah, lot of the businesses in that area say that they're barely getting by. And also it's a police free zone and it's like what so women let's get this straight. We had a shooting and people were running for their lives. Of the George Floyd Square yesterday, and it's a police free zone. Who Granddad. What the cops did. The George Floyd was awful was murderous. The death of George Boys should not have happened. But there have that area Police free zone George Floyd Square. As people running for their lives. Yesterday with gunshots. I had a lot of feedback. A Zafar is my honesty and You know, talking about George Boyd yesterday and the Attempts to talkto lionize him and the attempts to turn him into almost like a individual worthy of a Mount Rushmore spot. Now George Floyd should absolutely be alive. Derek Sheldon and the other officers will certainly pay the price once their trial comes, which has been pushed back as I told you yesterday, but Derrick show Vin is going to pay the Piper. What he did was horrific and the death of George Floyd should have never happened and the cops need to be penalized. I've been through all my theories on that. But one thing stands is that George Floyd should be alive. But to put George Floyd on a pedestal with the very complicated and criminal criminal behavior filled life that he did have We're in odds. Here we go. I described. It is a paradox yesterday as I have on numerous other occasions, But I went over my thoughts on yesterday's program because of it being the one year anniversary of the news coverage and the Floyd family visiting the White House. A lot of elements, so I want to get into a little more on the Floyd matter. Because I've had time to digest the news and, you know, we're hearing about the iconic photograph that was taken George Ford's daughter walking out of the White House, walking out of the West Wing and the Marine holding the door for her and and there's there's a lot more than I want to discuss. And you know, I've brought up George Floyd's background on many of occasion, which is not justification for his death. Of course, that George Floyd ought to be alive. You know, I've maintained that the stores should not even call the cops for the counterfeit bill. But he was trying to pass a counterfeit built But the story should have just told him Get the hell out of here. You know, Cup foods. Should have said We're not taking this. Get out of here. Don't come back. I wouldn't call the cops on that. But that's one of the most minor things in the George Floyd's background. And so many want to ignore that. So there's a contradiction in trying to essentially canonize the guy. But you gotta look at his background which is very, very troubling. But the mainstream media doesn't want to bring that up. I believe in honesty. Wasn't listen to this program know that I'll go after Republicans. I'll go after Democrats. Sure I'm a conservative. Sure. I'm a registered Republican. If I don't like what my side's doing, you're gonna hear about it. I've been on a tear against this Marjorie Taylor Greene for months and months. Now she's a maniac. She's a nuisance. I know I've laid out a heck of a lot here and we do have a lot to get to Let me jump into where we left off yesterday. Literally. The news was breaking as we were shutting things down on yesterday's program. At the very end of our third hour, the news was breaking that a grand jury had been convened in the Donald Trump matter in New York City. In the matter of the Trump Organization and former president Trump. So let's pick up. You know, we don't have time. I mean, literally was the end of the program like, Hey, folks, A grand jury will get into this later on. Well, here we are. It's It's later on. So as I literally pick up where we left off at the end of yesterday's show. We have Manhattan's top prosecutor. Convening a grand jury. That's expected to decide whether to indict former President Donald Trump. In the event by the way that criminal charges Are presented. In the probe of the Trump Organization. So if this is if the grand jury Thinks there's enough evidence to indict. Well, we have the grand jury convened by the top prosecutor, the D. A, uh, Cyrus Vance Jr. In New York. Now, according to the Washington Post. The panel, which was convened by Cyrus Vance Jr. Could also decide to indict executives as well. At the Trump Organization. Or the business itself. So the Trump organization could be indicted. As a stand alone entity as well as actual individuals. Well, listen, the entity didn't commit crimes. You had officers or yet those responsible those with positions of power and influence inside the Trump organization that clearly made decisions. It wasn't like the humans can say That wasn't me. That was the organization. It was there. You know the business, So you know, clearly way could have the business indicted, but also they're gonna be individuals that pull the strings. If if And as I always say, innocent until proven guilty, and just because ah grand jury decides to indict on water more counts. Doesn't mean that guilt will be procured a try. That's AH, whole different ball game. You've got to convince a jury..

"The crazy episodes in world history and in American history. But just looking at how crazy the culture is right now the country is right now. And all the nutty stories and our phony baloney Yellow press, You know, they used to call it yellow journalism because they printed on cheap pulp newspaper and it was yellowish. They get on the highbrow newspapers. Their paper was more white. That's racist, I think, and the yellow journalism on cheaper pulp, paper, yellow journalism and the yellow journalism of a century ago. Has got nothing. Nothing on the journalism of today. Not by a long shot. Not well, happy Wednesday and welcome Once again. We are at 8886309625886309625 is the telephone number here. We've got news. The Democrats undoing the border even further because they're an open border party. They're pro criminal and anti police pro Hamas, an anti Israel, pro China, Communist China and Putin boy, They do everything from Putin and then accuse. You have helped helping Putin. Well, they're actually helping Putin and you're not It's the dishonesty. The level of dishonesty is pretty extraordinary. Republicans looking to fire Anthony Fauci, Dr Anthony Fauci, They want him fired. Good stuff. A Republican. The headline to Washington Post Republican white men would be more likely to get the covert 19 vax it vaccination if a former Trump official encouraged them. That's an actual headline. And, of course, black in D. C. Have eight in 10 Corona virus infections. That's not enough. They meant to say blacks or black people or, but it just has black in D. C. Have eight in 10 Corona virus infections. Therefore, it's a racist coronavirus. Maybe now they'll be angry at the Chinese. But I doubt it somehow. I don't think so. And also the Wuhan Lab Theory update is not really a theory the you know the Wuhan lab investigation and this is a complete sham, of course, that the Democrats air foisting upon us and the news media telling us that they're doing a heck of a job because the news media lies about everything. They lie about Republicans demonizing them, and they lie about Democrats absolving them of all of their many, many sins. Many sense got ahold category on racism. We had a riot last night, not not in Seattle. But in Portland in Portland, Oregon, a riot last night to commemorate the The anniversary of the George my death. And then, of course, the gunfire in Minneapolis had everybody running for cover in George Floyd Square. One person was shot in the hospital now recovering from a gunshot wound or wounds because, you know, honoring George Floyd's George Boyd's death. And and again the Floyd family meeting at the White House with the the new Al Sharpton. I think attorney Ben Crump, they're leading the church for the photo ops at the at the White House with the Mike stand in the news media, sobbing and adoring and so excited and all that stuff, Never mind. The history of the story or anything like that. You wouldn't want to talk about that. Because the truth The truth is not something that we discussed openly in the United States of America could be. Could be a big problem. The truth, Nothing gets you in trouble like the truth. And also today, The Washington Post has their story. They have their front page and it's It's not just a suck up story that people making fun of her two days now. The Washington poster by Ashley Parker, just a total fluffer just like honestly, a steamy Valley fluffer, and she typed up this story for the Biden White House. It's a press release that reads like a North Korean Press really start a press story. Biden's typical day is full of routines and little escapes is the one he's like an online, the headline said He's trying to escape the bubble is trying to escape the bubble by running for office again and again and again for the better part of a century, And now he's president of states. He thinks he's going to be there for eight years. Not gonna be there for four years, but never mind that and and it's just treats comma efforts to slip the Beltway bubble mark a scheduled critics called Light. Critics, the critics call it like anybody would call it like your grandmother would call it like I've seen the house cats that are busier than Joe Biden and his schedule and the idea that he tries to slip the Beltway bubble. He's done everything within his power for his entire adult life time to remain directly in the center. Of the Washington bubble. So everything they say is a lie. And they these ridiculous things, and you've heard a lot of it already. I think about how he's got a big workout routine. We made it. Floyd's final moments of suffering shown around the world on a viral smartphone video sparked global civil rights movements and a racial reckoning here in the U. S. The rest of the George Floyd family spent the day at the White House, where they met with President Biden and Vice President Harris to push for police reform in Congress. Joining us live from George Floyd Square in Minneapolis WC CEO reporters Sloan Martin, Hey, Slon US loan. How has Floyd's death and all that has come since changed Minneapolis. E think it is going to be this ever present permanent. Really. It's going to be something that is synonymous with what happened here. As you mentioned in that intro this touch point for this reckoning that happened not just nationwide, but even worldwide, And there still is a sense here that Minneapolis at the state of Minnesota can lead the way and trying to find Fundamental change when it comes to not only addressing systemic racism but policing as well. Now, those efforts at a policy level have tripped up at the state level. For example, with the Republican controlled Senate. We have a split legislature in Minnesota, not holding hearings on not passing what it comes to the Democrat controlled House and Also the city level two. There has been a very public schism between the mayor and the City Council members who support strengthening police and those who want to see a new model for a public safety department in the city. What about the city itself in the residents? Are they more divided or are they more united in the past year? E think that there is this sense that people are united about anti racism that it really made. People do a lot of deep reflection, especially in the state of Minnesota, with rank so high re on so many kinds of measures in terms of quality of life and education and raising Children here and culture, a lot of things that would make people want toe live here and have a great life. But Realizing that disparity for who that applies to and who it doesn't so recognizing that Minnesota has some of the deepest racial disparities. This is not something that is just isolated in the deep South, but happening here in Minnesota as well, A state that is 70% white overalls, So I think that there is that unity when it comes to addressing systemic racism. But they're not. There definitely is a schism even in the city of Minneapolis. Very progressive when it comes to policing, should there be less policing and that but actually creates a safer environment. What actually is public safety who is being police more than other? Minneapolis has not been alone and experiencing more high crime, violent crime, But there has been a recent space. Of gun violence, and some people are saying there needs to be a heavier police presence. And that is relieved the debate where people are caught up right now. A Sloan thanks so much for being with us really appreciate it. Thank you. That is W. C. C. O reporters Sloan Martin from Minneapolis. We'll check.

It was eventually this I don't know what you want to call. It was an expose on 38th in Chicago on the article is the intersection of 38 in Chicago has become a continually evolving memorial to George Floyd. Talk about how it rested the heart of South Minneapolis, where a middle class of black community planet businesses, community centers and one of the oldest one of the city's oldest newspapers in the thirties, and where resident families once Ravaged by the crack epidemic and war on drugs continue to fight against the forces of gentrification and displacement. Wow, That's a lot in the volatile days following Minneapolis residents poured into the streets in a seriousness, of course, George Floyd of demonstrations, rioters torched the minority business district's organically The Interstate end section of 38th. Chicago, Meta morph metamorphosed. Into an elaborate memorial and community haven't overflown with flowers Protest art music, cookouts and food drive. Crime. Carjackings, death. They left all that out Destruction? Yeah, left all the His made It sound really nice. It's like it's like a permanent picnic. They do mention the autonomous zone. As the months were on through the fallen frigid winter, a small group of activists continue to guard blockades of concrete barricades. Iron barriers and known as check hedgehogs and bike racks is separating George Floyd Square from the rest of the city. The activist demanded the city me to 24 conditions, including removing the elected county attorney before they see the semi autonomous and semi autonomous zone where police and others deemed undesirable or not welcome their rallying cry. No justice, no street kid. How is it that in 2021 In a major metropolitan area like like Minneapolis, in the United States of America, you can wall off a section of the of the city and deem undesirables. Not welcome. Like, how did we get to this point where this is considered? Okay straight of racism there. Strain of racism and even just the fact that whoever they determined to be undesirable doesn't have to be race. It's becoming members of the media. It could be anybody. If they determine you to be undesirable. You will be met with force. If you don't leave under their terms. How is that acceptable under any circumstances? I'm sorry that George Floyd lost his life. But this is not an acceptable outcome. An acceptable consequence of that incident. Well, in this one paragraph in here that really does sort of It's a good summary of what it's turned into, because it's not about George Floyd anymore. George Boy Square remains an active protest site, ever changing memorial and flexible.
