"You gente Rita on canIs tea and and again, Uh, this senator is the great one that picked out exactly this horrific thing that was put in there slipped into this education budget bill, saying Uh, mask mandates will be under the legal and sole authority of school boards, and they could do it whenever. Wherever For, however long global blood. That's awful. So she pointed that out, and it spread like wildfire yesterday. And now all of a sudden the house they claim they have the votes to now they're gonna replace it and put in a banning of any mask mandate in schools, which is awesome for staff and kids. I can't thank you enough. So another thing that has developed Senator is, I guess over in the house. I don't have you heard of this or not, but they are now working on amendment in the edge of education. Edgett Education budget Bill. To ban any kind of required covert vaccine to go to a school. Um, have you heard anything about that? Are you confident that will also pass me? Me? You know you're in the house, the house and then hopefully the Senate And hopefully the governor's behind it. Well, that's that's a little bit more tricky, because I do think we have individuals that have been that are opposed to banning the vaccine. Passport. I am not I support it. I do think in the higher Ed. Well, they did ban that scene passports for universities. But I do think you need to expand that to community college is so that you know, it's fair. It should be all public schools. Probably even K 12 actually again, looking at what school boards and K 12 have done to our kids. I wouldn't put it past them to, um, mandate vaccine passports for your kindergartner. But, um If they're expanding that it's Something that hasn't come to complete Parisian yet. They're probably trying to work on that right now. They're probably members holding out their budget vote for that provision. Remember, there was a standalone build that band. I was trying to ban Private businesses from Saying As a condition of you know, coming into my business or service, you have to provide a vaccine passport that Bill's didn't secure enough votes in the Senate. On, so it failed didn't have enough support. I think they're trying to take a second run at it in the budget, but we'll see what happens and I only say that because I know the votes have been shaky in the past. I got to I I mean, I if they want to ban vaccine, passports, universities another U of a down here. They wanted to have that Bob Robbins, the school president. He wanted that he wanted a passport for your flu. He wanted to keep track of flu shots, for God's sakes, which is just insane. Um, I mean, I can't imagine again. I have I have a second grader who is going to be in third grade. And I have a you know a soon to be four year old That will at some point the kindergarten. I'll be damned if if they school says you have to actually have a covert vaccine to get into the school, I will. I will lose my mind. If the if the legislators and governors get behind this people are going to go insane. They're going to go insane. Um, now you're talking about T J show talking about Senator T J Show. Do you think this is going to be brought back the vaccine? Passport band Bill, you know Do you think TJ showbiz going toe, you know, hopefully get whatever he wants, or whatever reason he voted with the Democrats to kill it. Do you think that guy there's a chance to have you heard from him? Is he going to change his vote and actually vote to ban vaccine passports? I don't Think you'll change his vote. But I I've been ready to be correct. Corrected on that. I I do think that they are working on an amendment. Address some of his issues that may be included in the budget. My understanding that at this point that amendment has been declined, Um By the sponsor of the bill, Mr Brett Roberts. He does not agree to that amendment, so they're probably still trying to hash it out because the real the real issue is Well. The governor already did the executive order that said political subdivisions couldn't mandate Matt's government. That's really not, and that's OK. It's lukewarm but what people really want Clarity on Is private businesses going into? You know the mall Costco that you know, some somewhere getting her hair done, Um, home people that kind of they want they want. Make sure brought private businesses can't mandate masks as a condition of entrance or or a particular service. And that's where the rub is, if they can fix that, that would be great. This is private health information and people should not be required to show Their records their medical records. Um But again, it has to get you have to get the support, so there's going to be some jockeying going on today and tomorrow. And it's It's really terrible, too. Because way talked about our voice mail last week from Kroger, where they announced that to all their employees, you have you want to take off your mask if to show your vaccination status. On. Apparently other grocery stores were doing that Tuesday of businesses muscling their employees that if they want to breathe when they work they have to take. They have to go get the covert shot. There's no protection. In that vaccine Passport band Bill for employees. Well, that's a great point. I mean, I'm kind of talking about from the patron point of view, but you're right to now wrote fold in employees as a condition of employment, You know, getting being able to take care of yourself in your family Now. Now you have to It's here to this very burdensome, aggressive invasion of your privacy, and we're not doing anything about it..

"You find the member roster, Uh, Kelly towns in there, both senators and Michelle, you gente Rita. They're the good ones. And you can trust them, and they need to know about this fraud. That's happening because there there's the big pushes on and the Senate president Karen Fan eyes, all supportive of all schools getting full funding. Whether they're remote learning or in person. And and that's a scam. I mean, if you're getting funding based on attendance, and these teachers unlike you that don't want to go back, and these elementary school age Children are literally disappearing and vanishing. They shouldn't get paid for that. And where the hell those kids Where those kids That's 100% of what's happening. And you know I have no problems that kids are attending. We deserve the money, but I only want what we deserve. I don't want a handout. I don't want the school to get paid for something because they're fudging the numbers, and they knew that if they fudged the numbers, they would get additional funding. And it's just blatantly wrong. And we're talking millions of dollars here. You need to get in touch with him. I'm not even e. I mean, this is this is incredible. I'm gonna put you on hold there Is anything else before I put you on hold someone. We have your number. I have your number here. I think I'm going to get in touch with these two to lawmakers as well and tell him your story. Because that would be awesome, because I mean people need to know people need to know what's going on. And you know it. And what a scam. It is A t ust for doing this stuff. What a scam. I mean, this is what we get. This is our money and again, more importantly, where these kids like What these teachers that don't want to work. This is what's the results? These kids just vanish. Well and unfortunately and I don't know whether you know, but I mean, I go to work every day, but now I'm not in person. But I'm over the Internet. My other family member is over the Internet. We're putting in our time. Yes, we would rather be in the classroom, but this is what we have to deal with. Now what we're dealing with in the classroom as the way it looks now is that kids don't go to school. So it's one of those things where obviously the over the Internet learning just doesn't work, so it just doesn't work. But kids don't attend. Kids were doing nothing. They're doing absolutely nothing. They're not completing assignments. They're not coming to school. Parents aren't making them we touch base with the parents. The parents would do nothing. They're not being accountable for their child education, though teachers some teachers want to teach their kids. Man. This is this is huge fraud, Huge fraud. Um And I'm glad you're saying that our most teachers, not one of the kids to come back. I think it's easier not to deal with the You know the punk kids and they could just go to school or or do it from there. In all honesty, you would think that, But let me let me tell you this in the classroom. It is so much easier for every teacher to teach. Go online, though you might think, And I know you. You talked that about teachers as far as the majority of them not wanting to come back and those types of things, But let me tell you trying to teach kids online. It's so much harder than teaching them in person because you can actually have accountability in person. You can maintain behaviors in person. You just can't do those things over the Internet, so it is vastly more difficult to teach over the Internet. And I know that a lot of teachers that I know, regardless of their political standing, they do want to return. So you do have the voice of the people that are saying, which are the lib tard that air saying, Hey, we don't want to go back and whatever reason, but you do have even more moderates and other liberals who are just not his voice risk. Who do you want to go back because it is actually easier being in person. You know, I guess there needs to be a giant. You know, You're the teachers that didn't want to teach. They did the hunk a thon and everything else They got. Media covers the other teachers like you. You guys need to get together. If you think you're gonna be okay, because you know you'll get bullied, even though teachers were against bullying. Um and you will get the grease. Yeah, you know, and you need to come out in large groups and say we want kids to come back to school. I think the only fear of that and you know what I almost get tired of the fear because you know, conservatives can't live in fear and I don't but, you know, it's one of those things where it's like, you know, I know coming in that USD was a liberal organization. Um and I know what I deal with. And that's why I am a teacher because I refused to indoctrinate quote unquote. Students in their youth. I want to teach them how to learn and I want to teach them how to think I don't want to tell them what to think. And if I voice my opinion, too much to admin and two other people out there they'll let me go, and then I won't be able to help shape and mold these youth. From being able to just think one way and not have a brain and think for themselves. You know, we need more people like you in these schools, man. Oh, man is what I want people to take over. Good people take over in school boards. Don't fire the superintendents and and help teachers. Good teachers like you, Um, listen. I'm gonna Larry, Have I have your info and don't be surprised if you get a call from either one of these lawmakers or one of their AIDS, Okay? I appreciate that. Thank you for blowing the whistle on this man. Thank you so much. All right. Take care. We'll continue by the way breaking news. Gotta love this. The CDC has now just endorsed double masking. Why not?.

"Your concealed carry? This is the large license show. Welcome back to the program. Glad to get to your phone calls and emails event later at 866. Hey, Lars. That's 8664395277 emails Go to talk at Lars Larson dot com these days. With social media, and the rest were led to some really strange questions. So let me put it to you this way. Should a woman who was threatened and then sexually harassed on Twitter, then have her account on Twitter suspended for calling out a troll. Well, I thought to talk about this. I'll go to the young lady who knows the case the best and that's Arizona State. Senator Michelle You gente Rita, who joins me now, right, Senator Welcome to the program. Thank you for having me. So tell me what's going on in this case and what happened to the young lady? Um yes. Well, that young lady is me and what happened was I was controlled by an anonymous account on Twitter, saying viol inappropriate, sexually charged comments. I don't know what I can stay on radio, but they probably would be bleeped out. And I'm sorry about that. Yeah, No, that's okay. And, you know, I thought to myself because of the particular intensity of the nature and how much he was doing at the frequency and I don't really trust Twitter to deal with these things. I've had this happen before. I'm honestly kind of used to it a little bit sadly. I thought I would take it into my own hands and try to find out who this individual Woz. I was able to figure out his identity and I did then make that known on the Twitter platform. I exposed his identity. And for doing that, I was been banned from Twitter. And by the way, the person who is doing this to you was Josh Miller, who's an announcer for the San Francisco Giants. Is that right? Correct. He's an announcer for the San Francisco Giants for spring training and my hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona. He also does a lot of announcing for the Scottsdale Unified School District for their high school sports teams and Only after I exposed his identity. Did Twitter intervene? This individual was able to have their site where he attacked me and others viciously and With gross comments for months and months and months. Nothing happened until I was able to out him. So it's been frustrating to see Twitters what I think very Inappropriate response. They didn't seem to have a problem with his original count, but only when I identified him. Did they object? They've been canceled You I'm talking to Senator Michelle. You gente Rita, who's serving and you know the state senator as Senate in Arizona. I'm like you. I mean, I get a lot of negative comments, and that's I mean most of them. You just let let him roll off your back. There are some people who become, you know, offensive enough they listen, You shouldn't be able to get away with this. Did you approach Twitter and say, Can you shut this person down? Because this is the kind of thing they're saying it is threatening if if you don't mind if I read it, one of the comments which you proved that you are a complete waste of human flesh with no redeeming value. Every time you tweet resigned, you dumb Nazi whore. Now you would think Twitter being all high and mighty about about conservatives who say inappropriate things. You think they would have been easy for them to say okay, that that account gets canceled. E mean, you would think And you know, early on in my legislative career, I had another anonymous Twitter account that used sexist, vile language. To intimidate me and supposed very crude, inappropriate things, and it it I couldn't get Twitter to remove it only after getting other people involved. Did I finally get Twitter to remove it? So in personally, I think women and anyone who's on the receiving end of this needs to be empowered to do perhaps Face it, and that's that's the direction I took. It was like, Look, if you're so proud of what you're saying, put your name on it. And defendant. I mean, Senator, I I say some things that people take issue with, but I do put my name on it. I don't use acronyms. I don't use fake accounts. I say I'm going to say it, and if I decide it's probably something stupid. I shouldn't say it does occasionally happen where I'll I'll see a tweet and I'll really want to lash out it Now they go that stupid find a different way to get the point across. And I do. But at least I do it over my own name. And I don't have much respect for people who who say I wanna hide behind the anonymity of a Twitter account. And then say, really, truly ugly things that clearly Josh Miller at this point regrets that, he said. You think that's a fair conclusion. Absolutely. I don't like the hiding. I don't like the anonymity and then I've been now censored for standing up to an anonymous bully that I out it with his own information that he had posted on Twitter and Facebook and Instagram. I didn't post anything other than his own Screenshots. And just so your audience knows, you know. He also called for violence. Hey, said, Shoot them. Shoot them all! Shoot! Shoot to kill us! He was talking about Out the events in the riots that transpired on January 6th on Dawn Lee when I stood up to him and made him accountable for his own language and rhetoric, did Twitter do anything about it? But when they did, they suspended me. By the way. Did Josh Miller get any kind of feedback from, say, his employers for other people as a result of being in the middle of all this? "T. Harris. I see here on Twitter that Senator you gente Rita just came out. And said that the governor will never give up his power. Governor will never give up his Power. Interesting tweet. Not the governor's power. Sour power. And if the legislatively they can get that done, that maybe you were the people just need to take a page from from California. This is part of the problem. He will never give up his power. And he's been misusing this power. People could just wait around until he times out. But we're talking about people losing their livelihood. We're talking about people losing their lives. Because of government action, Marshall say government Miss action. Two things that happen in the last year. That really help us understand who our elected officials are. And what they think about. We, the people. This situation would covet is just absolutely ridiculous. And this part of the reason why Governor do see is the least popular governor in the United States of America. It doesn't even have conviction. In in his very own policies that he passes. Matter of fact, I think one of the things that has so people so many people just discussed it is that he's acting like a Democrat. It has that are behind his name. And it took the so called pandemic and then the election results to just see how weak infect miss he is as a leader. He Doesn't want to. He will never give up his power. Well, maybe we the people will just have to take it. Also just got word that Senate President Karen Fan has not decided yet to hire the most honest auditors for the America to County machines as interesting, isn't it? Maybe folks need to just call her and demand that she do that. I'm also hearing that the E A. C. Is AH, group that we don't want to go with it. It's getting too far down into the weeds. But Aren't you a little bit surprised and bothered that we're not able to get down to the to the nitty give ready when it comes down to these machines and whether or not we had a free and fair election. Wouldn't you think that the elected officials would want to ensure the people that we have that? Shouldn't you be a little bit curious, if not enraged over the fact that that still has not happened in this state? That there had to be threatened. The threats they had to be, You know, subpoenas are being ignored. We can expect the machines. There's fear that if and when we finally get around to it, they'll be wiped. Is this the type of leadership we want in the state? Then they get a run around. Talk about transparency was all fair, though. We don't trust you. Wait a minute. We don't trust you. So now what? Every colder wants diversity and the unity See diversity and unity. I mean, what does what does diversity even mean? What could we? Why should we build our institutions around diversity? What in the hell's diversity? Well, I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era. Ron, I would be surprised if the affiliates were concerned about the lack of an old old wooden ship. But nice try. No, no, It's the belief that you know, we need to have a Cabinet. We need to have a court that looks like America. We need to have everything represented off and if we don't have that, in diversity is strength. That's a bunch of bull and yet is what's being accepted across our culture, unity. We could have unity in diversity that Does it. Really makes sense. And yet That's what the left is pushing. We need to ensure that there is diversity on the bench that includes race, gender, as well as professional experience..

"Whatever their reason, And so they're just going to give all of their authority and you know their constitutional obligation over to a Republican governor who is usurping every Arizona's writes a Arizonans rights and so it's It's a head scratcher, you know? And you want to. I wonder you want to ask, why aren't you Representing your constituents. Why are you abandoning your post? Because clearly you have done nothing over this. Last year, you had the opportunity to sign onto the petition that I had. You refused to do that. You just chose to sit down and do nothing While this while the crisis went on, it was it was very interesting to hear their reasons. Yesterday, State Senator Townsend, the Democrats they bash governor do see all the time. They would rather him be in charge than than themselves. Is that is that what you're saying? Like I said it was It was confusing. You know, when we were listening to their reasoning, it didn't make any sense. So I think at the end of the day, my conclusion was you guys. Most have oppositional defiance disorder or something. You just want to oppose the Republicans in the Legislature. So it's something the Republicans want. You're gonna have opposite day for the rest of the user, you know, And even if it's to the detriment of your own constituents use abandoned them so that you could say you're opposing. Republicans is just it doesn't make any sense in the center ring of the conservative Circus. We have state Senator Kelly towns and the bills. You and Senators Gente, Rita and Peterson introduced to curb the governor's powers passed out of committee. Despite the Democrats, opposition Will those bills make it out of the Senate and over to the House? I believe they Dios. I think that, um We were kind of spiraled out of control this last year, right? And like you were saying when you first you never introducing me that there's some people even Republicans that didn't even really understand their constitutional duty. And, um, you know, when I was in the Navy, the pilots would talk about how you could spin out of control and you can't tell where the horizon is. You can't tell what's up. What's down and There's something on there's an instrument in that aircraft called the altitude indicator, and it tells the pilot, this is the horizon. Right? So I think that's kind of where we have been this whole last year is we've really what we can tell what's up. Up or down when we're wanting to expect performance from various legislators, and everything that's gone on has just been hard to even decipher. So I think the attitude indicator for us is the planks of the Republican Party, and I have seen The Republicans really resetting and saying, OK, here's what's important to the Republican Party, and we have to stick to that. You know when, when we can't tell really where to go from here, go back to that attitude Indicator and yesterday was a really great attitude indicator. Every last Republican knew what their duty was what their responsibility was. They all supported it. And I think that's the case for all of the Republicans in the state Senate here in Arizona, and I would think the same thing. I hope over in the house and I think these bills get passed. Quick question. Do we have some good election integrity coming up? Oh, yeah. Yes, We have attorneys writing off. I think I probably had another 10 to 12 bills coming a dealing with every little thing that came across our desk that we saw that were was problematic that led to doubt or open the door for fraud. So myself and many others are working on quite a few of those. Yeah, so stay tuned and hopefully We stay in session long enough to get them passed on. Then there's that state Senator Kelly towns and I want to thank you very much for for weighing in. Yeah, this is positive news. We're seeing the duplicity of the Democrats. We're seeing what we're up against. But I got to tell you of the Republicans. I'd have heard that they are coming together. I have heard they found their sea legs, but we're not going to let up..

As well as the other senators that are putting these bills up there. Let me give an example We're gonna get more of this. There isn't a Senate Bill 10 84. They're gonna vote on on Monday. It's about the state of emergency in the automatic termination of it on basically, it says, when the When the Legislature declares an end to a governor state of emergency, the governor may not declare the same emergency again without Legislature passing a resolution through both chambers of the House and Senate, so because like they could kill do sees emergency order on Monday. And you could write it up again. They want to make it a lot where he can't do that. Any governor can't do that. You're going to come up SCR 1000. That's the original resolution that would terminate the emergency order. By Doug Ducey. March 11th of last year. The China virus one Um There's more to SCR Senate Committee resolution 10 10. That's all that's on the docket for Monday to kill that stuff, which is awesome. It is so I can tell you That that's what being waiting for. This is what we want. All right. This is what we want. Let's start with Ron. He's been waiting for a long time. Hi, Ron. Welcome to knsd. Good. Delightful. The doctor you, sir. Well, thank you. I appreciate that. Gradually about the law. The crab. What do you got? Well, you know, the Democrats are nothing more than a box of the crabs. But you put one crab in a box. You You want to put two instead of one because they pull each other down. They don't have trump to push around anymore, so all they have is themselves. You know, and that that's what I thank you for the focus. That's what a lot that's what I say. I think they're gonna overstep their their authority. They're going to overplay their hand. They already have started overplay their hand and again if they weren't if they weren't afraid of Trump and Trump supporters, there's a reason why they've gone from just trying to destroy Trump to now trying to destroy the 75 80 million of us that voted for him. Okay? There's a reason for that. They're trying to intimidate us. They want us to think that we're going to be the ones that are gonna have to watch what we say You sit down. What's the media gonna do? What exactly is going to happen? That's why I'm telling you. I'm Jeff Mon on Arizona's news station K T A R news. Mike Broom head show on K T A R news 92 3 FM and the K T A R news app. Hey, thanks again for being here. I appreciate you being with us. So here's what's happening on impeachment just if people are paying attention. The debate has begun. It's about a two hour debate period were expected. Somewhere between one and two o'clock this afternoon, There will be a vote in the House of Representatives on impeachment. So one more reason to be listening this afternoon to get us and Chad those guys who get you caught up on all of the news as it happens, and when it breaks, you know we're all over it. So download the case to our news up. That's where we are on impeachment. Um In Arizona lawmaker There's more than one There is a movement and I don't disagree with it, And I think for the governor's perspective, it's a good idea as well. I don't know how the governor feels about this. But there's a guy in the representative in the house named Brett Roberts, who is, um Has a resolution that the measure restricted and suppressed the individual freedoms of economic prosperity of Arizonans. What they're trying to do is get rid of the executive order by the governor on covert 19 when he put out in March. There is a similar resolution happening over in the Senate by Magellan. Michelle You gente Rita, who was a senator from Scottsdale. And as far as I know, when I could be completely wrong As far as I know, this isn't about a major disagreement. Between the governor and all these legislators. But what what it is is that first of all the executive order process is necessary. I think anyone who has watched American politics At the state level local level or at the federal level. You understand the wheels turn very slowly. We were just joking about the impeachment vote. They had a vote. To approve the resolution that they were going to vote on. So it's we're fixing to get ready to do something is what they're doing. They're so the wheels and they're made to turn slowly in many cases, But when things need to be expedited when you got to get something done expeditiously, the executive order process is there and so it is a viable necessary piece of American government. The problem lies when a governor or or a president over steps and instead of getting a piece of legislation agreed upon in the House and the Senate for that governor to sign they try to make legislation on their own, which you can't do that violates the separation of powers laws. They're supposed to be written by the state Legislature voted on in each of the chambers and then go to the governor's desk for signature. I mean, I know I'm giving you a civics lesson you don't need, but that's what happens. In this case it was necessary to use the executive order process. When the Legislature is not in session. The governor has to act in some of these ways. Well, now that they're back in session, the house and the Senate should have a say in a lot of these things, especially when they dramatically affect what's happening in Arizona. When you're talking about which businesses to restrict. When you're talking about how to restrict them. How long to restrict them? One of the benchmarks going to be to taking those restrictions away, One of the punishment's gonna be for violations. All of those things are supposed to be done Legislate. Lady of league. And then you take that to the governor, and then the governor signs it or vetoes it, But another thing to do in Arizona. Just leave it And if you don't sign it, you don't veto it. It just becomes law without a signature. In this case, I think that there should be more input. You are talking about a diversity in the state where different areas are affected in different ways. The densely populated parts of Maricopa County Are completely different. Then the sparsely populated northern Arizona towns. And the way they may handle things need to handle things based on population based on density, But based on resource is might need to be different, or at least come from a different perspective. And so the reason why we have elected officials are so that we have a representative Republic and when you have the executive order in place, It also hinders the governor and I'll tell you The governor and I I I've said it just to be for those of you that are new to the show. Thank you, but, um I do know the governor fairly. Well. I've known him for a long time. I'm not saying this to defend him. I'm just making an observation. It's a thankless job. When things like this happen. I didn't agree with everything the governor did. I didn't agree with the way the governor did a lot of things. I never second guessed his decisions because I'm not in his shoes. Did second guessed the lack of communication for a while. And I felt like we weren't communicated with enough. That's my personal feeling. And, you know, it's not easy for me to come on and criticize someone. A that I like very much and be when I know they're in the thankless position, because you know, when you make a decision, you're gonna have half the population angry with you. He's a businessman and to give orders. That say we're going to shut down businesses realizing what that does to a business owner had to be a very tough decision to make. So I was, it's a thankless job. Having the ability with legislative input, getting something that is being debated in the House and the Senate getting something that both sides agree on that the governor agrees he will sign is how things are supposed to be done. There is a negotiating process. And so you know whether or not people believe it's too strict or not strict enough. You're going to make people you're gonna have people that aren't happy, but the process of expert witnesses and expert input. And coming up with a comprehensive plan, especially now, with what we know and what we've been through. The decisions are going to be a lot different now. And you can see the governor's policies have changed dramatically. My friends were in business owner friends especially were furious about the shutdowns. They seemed arbitrary. They didn't seem like they were doing really any good. We did see a dramatic drop off in case is why when I say it didn't do any good Especially to their businesses, and we did see that bounce back in cases as soon as we opened things back up again. So there were those that wanted to just kind of ride it out and get the herd immunity. Manage what we can manage cases, and there are people that still feel that way. But that's why you have a process of legislation. And I think that they're right in wanting a voice. I think they are correct, according to the Constitution and saying, We're in session now this is something that needs to be legislated. So it's when is something closed. Why is something closed? How is something closed? How do we reopen them? What is punishments for violations? That is a comprehensive piece of legislation..

Rusty Bowers is a vote that's needed so we'll see. Keep the pressure on them. Okay. Can you do that for me? Please? Let's all do it together. Second thing I think you need to know, um Joe Biden has said that his stimulus will help everyone, but he left out white males, all businesses owned by all these other people, every single kind of minority you can imagine, and female Just not a white man. You've had it well enough, says the old white guy that's gotten rich by selling off his political power in this country. Three things I think you need to know. On. We'll get to that. A 2nd 1st. Can I play for you? Ryan? Let's play because Regina Romero Go go to recall Regina 2020 dot net Recall Regina 2020 dot net See where they have sign ups. If you live in the city of Tucson, you have to go sign these recall petitions. You have to go do it. This woman is dangerous. She got a fun started her and her wacko that took over hers Council seat. Lane, Santa Cruz Councilman Lane Santa Cruz. They organized a bunch of people to hand over money. And these people willingly did about a million and a half bucks. I think it was two. Then give that money to illegal aliens. Struggling because of the Corona virus, and, of course, struggling not just because of the Corona virus, but struggling because Regina Romero wants destroy all businesses. So she's doing what she loves. She's taking from the rich and giving to the poor. She thinks he's Robin Hood. So, it says Here in the awesomely inaccurate story on K O L D Tucson City leaders helped hundreds of immigrant families through relief fund. No, it's illegal immigrant families. What a misleading What an inaccurate headlined by K O l D And they're fake news but what he expect right? Ryan? Keep number 23. If you don't mind. This is from this story. This is Regina's words herself. Here we go. They do not ask for their status. Migratory status. There you go. So it's not for immigrants. It's for illegal immigrants, illegal immigrants. The big difference out there Million and a quarter was 1.25 million that was given to the city by people private donations. Because Regina Evil Regina Radical, Regina and Councilman Lane Santa Cruz, who assaulted a Tucson police officer and got away with it at the Black Lives matter rally more than a second. They came or about illegal immigrants that they do about actual Tucson legal residents or citizens. They claim illegals. It says you're to Sun City leaders say immigrants were among the first impacted by the pandemic and the last to get help. You mean illegal immigrants? Because I think immigrants were probably just fine. Regina said quote. Many of these families fell through the cracks, day laborers, domestic workers, hotel workers. Hotel workers. Can they work if they're here illegally? Any of these workers were left without a job, she said. Something we were very concerned about was the cares package that was passed excluded many, many families, You mean illegals because it's my freaking tax dollars. She said, out of the 1.25 million they raised in private donations. That's dollars that would have otherwise have not come to our city. It has all been spent given about 1300 people 1300 people. Went to Ah, the Sunnyside Foundation, and they gave the money away in cash cards. I love this. They claim they can track Tracking purchases. It's clear people were making a city they tracked. I'm sure they did say, what do they do? Gives you giving Visa gift cards? How do you track what people buy? Because what a lie Let's see the evidence exactly from those cash cards. Sunnyside Foundation was able to take a look at where people were using the funds. Individuals got 700 bucks. Families got $1200. Tracking purchases, Romero says it's clear people were making essential purchases to stay off the streets and survive. They were used for rent, food and gas. It's not a long term solution to have our kids and remote learning that was something to bridge a gap that it was not designed as an option, too. Continue to educate our kids. It's not in lieu of in person again. It was just something we did when we were first learning about covert 19, and there was concern and I know that they're still concerned. But at the time we didn't have a online option. We do have that option for Children now and we have to move forward and live our lives. And we have to empower parents with choice, um, on the big proponent of school choice so that parents can select the best educational environment for their kids. We have Senator Michelle's Gente Rita in the center ring of the conservative circus, and you've been Fairly critical, vocally critical of the governors approach to cover 19. With the legislative session about to begin. What are the chances legislators will push back and get us fully open again? Well, I hope it's a strong push, and I have been critical because We have a system in place or were representative government and we have a legislative process to deal with just these things, and we're not utilizing it. We have right now. We're kind of under a totalitarian style government. Um, that's centralized. That is not the United States of America. We have a legislative process that we should be utilizing. To come up with solutions to deal with. The issues like Koba 19 and another policy related issues. I'm 100% Supportive, and that's why I introduced the resolution to terminate the the emergency declaration and then utilize the process to come up with solutions. Let me just say this. Shutting down this state or the economy. This country for that matter is you're responsible as a solution to something at this point is a chronic problem with no definitive end dates. You said not again a permanent solution and You've silenced me and I'm unable to represent my voters. Which is the legislative process to come up with these policy solutions as it relates to dealing with covert 19. Well, I'll tell you what I'm happy to hear you say that. I think that the emergency order is something that's going on too long. I think that the legislators power the legislative branch has been usurped. Some of the power has been usurped by the executive branch in this state.
