"I can't really do it. So i'm not i'm not gonna mess it up for us and who's the perfect client for you so it really varies but it could be any organization that realizes the best client is one that realizes the difference between marketing providence sales execution proc. Because if you're hired to help them solve one and they have the other. It doesn't work as well right. And almost all companies organizations think there are further along in their marketing. They really are Because i think i think the difference it's most simplistic viewpoint is if you are talking to people that are buying your marketing. You're not selling so if you're if you're really generating leads impressing lower sales individuals and those folks are buying from other people. That's a sales problem with me. But if no one's listening to you you have no brand equity. No brand awareness best not necessarily a sales providence. That's a marketing propsal any company that understands that and says look we need help with one or the other both ends up being great. And what's the outcome that you give them well. I like to make sure. The individual sales professionals are accountable. The outcome is that the company itself is much more efficient at generating more revenue at. But they're able to do that because the professionals feel much further i'd be much further along in their career. They feel more capable. So it's kind of you have to talk to the organization. But i'm really a big fan of helping individuals so i i'm not a sale. Straighter don't provide sales training. It's literally like these are some templates. You'll help me understand where we're going so it's understood me. Understanding what management wants me understanding environment because me just talking to a sales professional and the media is talking to the fish not really understanding what the aquarium looks leg. I can't be that successful. So long as i understand the environment on mike. Hey so. I'm really an advocate of the sales professional. I know you're not a big football fan but it's almost like being the weightlifting coach. Every every athlete requires different training but the goal is still to make them a better athlete. Right and they'll get coached by football their position coach basketball by the head coach or whatever the sport is they'll have coaches i. I think managers that will help them. Win the game so to speak but that weightlifting codes or strengthen ter- conditioning coach is a vital part. Almost any athletic program. Because they're working to help that individual and likes at everybody's workout is different. So that's kind of how i approach it. I'm not coming in. they're saying here. Let's do this. This was sales training. That does not meet like because everybody has their own sales training and things of that nature. And i'm like no whatever abdu i try to supplement what it is you already know. I had to find you where you are better. Great and where people go to connect and follow you. it's just donald hatter dot com. And i'm on link did unacceptable and i'm always looking to engage in conversation so i as you see when i comment on posts. I'm not commenting the sell on comedy. Because i just have thoughts. And it's it's an easy way to exchange thoughts with with other individuals so yet on my website on linked in and twitter and all those other things. So i said i just i just passionate about protecting the profession. Because it's going to be here way after me will always going to be selling so i you know i'm not trying to state that i just defend my position on on profession. I think literally. I think i talk about things that whether or not you want to become a more. Effective leader are just better from a professional development perspective. The things kind of cut across cut across all three here hope you enjoyed that interview. Hey i want to make sure you're checking out to be revenue dot com. "He did own it, and I'm sure he's done as well as you can with it, But there you go. Apparently, the Napa Tour guide dot com says If you're gonna go to the French laundry for two people set aside 1000 bucks. Wow. No. Wow. Yeah, that's money. That is a lot of dope. The most like I spent for dinner Woz $800, and it was a gift from my dad. He was such a big fan of the dining around program by the late Gene burns. And Gene was so kind enough to host us at lawfully in San Francisco, which is a French restaurant and and so on Father's Day I played I got in the car. We're driving to brunch and I put in the CD player. Private message from Jean Burns to my dad. Wow. Yeah, I saying, Hey, I hear you grew up in the Richmond district of San Francisco where brothers that you know, we're going to host you for a night on the town in San Francisco. It was so kind of Gene burns to do this, so I got a limousine and we went over to Gene's house, and he served us seconds Really expensive. Champagne and And these flutes that came from a kingdom a king from another country, And then we went to a law firm. I'm kind of a big deal. It's not like he is a big deal. Well, Jean Burns. It was a big deal. Yeah, it was. It was the first time I had caviar. They paired all of the plates but got the ability and and I thought I thought it because it was Jean Burns that maybe he could get a discount. But no, no, I got the building was close to 900 bucks. Well, I was, uh I was fixed up. With you made me think of. It's like because it was Jane Burns ready? Get a deal. I was fixed up with down in L. A. There's a place called Dan Tana's. It's a very famous place. A lot of Hollywood people go there. It's a really, if you look it up, you'll see that it's you know, it's kind of Ah, who's who at times anyway? In fact, the maitre d of Dan Tana's went and opened his own place, called Craig's and Craig's, is where the Kardashian's go on the Jonas Brothers go, and it's something so they Craig's the again they make ready for this Dan Tana's place. He opened up and even hotter policeman. I mention it because of this. The My lawyer. When I first got to down to Los Angeles, I left San Francisco The first time I went to Los Angeles. My lawyer want to fix me up with the daughter of Dan Tana. Oh, and I said, Well, that's kind of cool. But like, I just want you to meet her. And you might guys might like each other, okay? So Said. One thing I don't want to do, though, is go to Dan Tana's, You know, she's the daughter of Dan Tana. Let's go to a different place. You don't just go to some place. We're gonna just kind of hang out. That's a smart call, actually. And so we were going to and then at the last second I Get the word from the lawyer that she has to cover a manager shift at Dan Tana's that night and she wants me still to come in with him, and they still want to go through with it. Like what? The meeting. So this is this is, uh, I don't want to do this. You know she's gonna be dealing with stuff at the restaurant. You shouldn't have no, no, I've talked about it, she said. She's gonna hang out with us, and it's not gonna be an issue. So we go in. I'm being fixed up with the daughter of this restaurant on her very famous place. Was it Was it considered a blind date? I mean, did you know what she looked like? Or no? I have no idea what she looked like. Why don't you look like it was it was a blind date. So the so I go in and The we sit down and she comes by for like, I don't know. Two minutes talks to us and then she jumps right up, handling something at the restaurant. So let me just get to the end of the story, which is she ordered wine for all of us, And there were three bottles of wine ordered. Okay, that's gonna be pretty pricey. No kidding. And I'm thinking like you're thinking, like Jean Burns is going to get a discount thinking So what I'm doing directly. Your daughter is the daughter of the guys restaurant. You know someone, not how can she not give me a discount? Plus, she ordered the wine. I didn't order it. But you know what happened? Why you yelling because I had to pay for it. That's why I'm yelling. It was crazy. It was expensive wine, too. I remember that. So all I'm saying is some of these situations kind of goes sideways. You could do you recall how much you had to pay? I used to remember, you know, because it happened when I first left San Francisco went to L. A. It was a long, long time ago, so I don't remember it with the number of those I remember. It was sticker shock, and I looked at my lawyer and I said Said store, did you? I mean, did you see this? She ordered the wine. We didn't even order this. Why are we getting stuck with this? But and more to the point? Maybe on the fix up thing. She was at the table. I'm gonna say a total of seven minutes the whole night. I take it that wasn't a second date. It was not. Yes, she was not a love connection. No. Uh, we'll talk with Carla about the Kamila Harris sheet. You know, the replacement of the senator is key. And there are a lot of different variables that go into that..

"USA Salt Lake City branch. Bring US Joe Borough. The bengals scouted exactly one game. and they're like Dave gettleman. I saw I I needed to see in those Arizona. And that's that's all they need to see. I saw quarterback there. He threw four touchdowns. He did you more importantly he won. He warned him alone area the team on his back so football. We're kind of want to happen. I caught just for the chaos. It would cause I want us to trade up to number one overall and then not draft joe borough kirk teachings chase young take Chase Yong it would be so damn funny I would live for the means although I wouldn't. I'm not gonNA lie chase young and Brian Gene Burns on the edges of our defensive. Line would be fun as held. Watch assuming Brian Barnes is not playing. Specialties assuming Brian Burns yeah zooming. He doesn't break his risk. Ron's not here anymore. Guys Stop It. It's not that was that not like the just as if like I think we're mostly had enough around anyway but then to take the rookie. That was playing extremely well the first round pick and then just decided to stop playing him as the season on. was that not just like the perfect way to make people really want to run you out of town and see. I think there's a deeper thing behind this. I think ron kind of read. The tea leaves and knew he was getting fired and that was his way of. Just you know saying fuck you and ebbing petty just like John. Fox refused to play our money Edwards at quarterback in two thousand ten because he knew that he wasn't coming back. And why would he and try to win when it's not going to benefit him in any way a so. I I kind of think that was what was going on. I kinda hope Ron is is more mature than that but you never know I have nothing else makes sense like why else would he stopped playing. Brian Burns I. I don't I don't really believe that but I think that part of it is just that Brian Burns like what did you almost when he like fucked up or someone punched the field. Yeah but as far as I'm aware that got fixed fix like they make things that players put on their arms to protect them called casts. I'm not saying that it's a logical thing. I'm not saying that Ron was right to do what he did. I'm just saying I don't think that it was strictly to say. Hey Fuck you panthers for potentially firing me I think I think in his own fucked up way. It was just him being like well. He's hurt so I'm GonNa play Bruce Irvin instead and Wes Horton take it from snap set the edge because I really really really running. It was better when Brian Barnes his plan. You don't say it wasn't expensive good it. It wasn't exposed yet. It was is better now. It wasn't exposed yet we were. We were having this debate in the early part of last season. John where I was like trying to bad and you like doesn't matter defended the past where I think once they played the forty niners which we've seen how many any of those games of the last three years now where the panthers defense gets exposed and people are like. Oh so that's how you beat them. and Ron Rivera Rivera was like out of source for the rest of the season. Clayton trying to call run defense. How John On? I'm sure you've already looked this up. I know I run defense was bad And how bad compared to other defenses his throughout history was it like I don't it wasn't the worst ever was it. I think it made. I think they only ended up being the second worst in terms of yards per carry allowed. 'cause they'll asking the saints didn't run extremely well. They handed and they needed to average like six something. Like six and a half yards per. Carry for the band's is to be the worst of all time and I don't think they're the panthers essential like the second or third worst run defense on a per play per per carry basis. I know they were the worst. As for is giving up touchdown gave up the most rushing touchdowns you of all time our merger yeah forties when they were only rushing touchdowns ever percents world war. Two but Wasn't the one team that was worse than the the Lions team. That didn't win any games. One they were the one that had the most touchdowns allowed I think they were better on like a per carry basis. But you know it is a lot of touchdowns because they were bad giving giving up touchdowns if all kinds. I'm going off of memory here. Some of this might be wrong but I'm pretty sure they were like. They're bad on a daily basis but it was like five point. One five point not yards per carry where the panthers were like five point three and then give it more rushing touchdowns accomplishment. I personally I take the blame for that because I've been you know Mr run defense isn't important and there's like. Oh Yeah we'll make our run defense so bad that it actually does matter. Yeah that it was absolutely your penance for arguing against it because I the thing and I know people have probably been like making fun of you for real other than For Real I know but anyway but I mean when when you when we say run defense doesn't matter are does matter when it's as bad as ours was is. There's a cap to that with that bad. Yeah like I'm not saying so you can give up fifteen yards per carry and be okay. There's extents where it's like if you're twenty fourth in the league and run defense. Give four point eight yards per carry. You're probably a fine. Rain is not something to be concerned with. If you're giving the like just literally giving eight yards on every Kerry then yes that is a problem it would never have argued otherwise you gotTa love statistics. There's always those outliers that liars that people like to point point to to be like the evidence base for an entire opinion. Yep I can say generally speaking. This is an important well. What about the one times? Okay yes that's why I said generally speaking generally every time just like how high allow was an outlier because he managed to win win despite how many times he turned the fucking ball over on the ground so the pads are a team of outliers. That's what that was. What twenty was season about liars except even about liars yet and everything about this last season we won five games three of those were against against the NFC south because we beat the Texans the Jaguars and the titans titans but uncalled we'd be AFC championship participant Dennis teams that played in the AFC championship game? But we couldn't beat the Falcons and we smoke the titans to yeah with our terrible run defense and they have Derrick Henry Unit of being ed leading rusher in the NFL by a lot. That's football doesn't make sense. Never make sense why you're spreadsheets can go to hell because it doesn't make sense offense. I think football this is a general thing. Football makes it really hard to get the point across because small data the points take long time like I take a long time between small data points. So like there's so much variance of one game. That like if I say it generally nearly speaking your run defense isn't all that important. If the panthers have a game where they give up eight and a half yards for carrying get blown out. There's an entire week for people to be like. Yeah you see what happened and when you couldn't stop the run as opposed to be like if you look at things over an entire season it takes a long time. Is that as a parent and that makes I think that's part are the reason people don't listen to these things when it comes to football part of it too. Is that when you look at it from that aspect you're looking at thirty. Two teams playing sixteen. Sixteen Games to where the average is more said will line up with what is normally consistent. Where when you look at one team over sixteen as long game span obviously those averages than tend to weave around allowed to the? NFL season is a small sample size. Well it's about a bigger because it's going to be seventeen. Yep Are they is. That's all them talking about that. Is there actual like reason to go through I. I don't see it not going through. I mean the the NFL PA doesn't want it but the owners are willing to give them a bigger piece of the Revenue Pie and in exchange for an extra game and my understanding thing is they're going to cut two preseason games and add one regular season game and a bi week. The by is good. I in seventeen games and have to buy weeks to be nineteen week season. So it'd be it's still being nineteen weeks or yeah it'd be the same Auger. Oh you're talking about there's only two preseason games so it's still be twenty one weeks from starter. preseason to playoffs. Yeah which super smart because nobody cares about the preseason. I mean motives now this year for the panthers slightly different but last year Ron Rivera new fifty one of the fifty three players that we're GonNa make the team is not go ahead. Sorry I've seen carriers and I mean even these coaches they. They already know who they want on their roster and it's like priority number one of the preseason. Don't get hurt. Exerted prior number two is to fill the final like three roster spots Ah Do you need four games for that now. Yeah I know I. There's I know there's like some live action but it's not you can do that like one game. I don't think you need because it's basically all get anyway. Just preseason come out there like a quarter or two with your your ones do another quarter in the second preseason game all right that's good to go. Panthers only played two preseason games this past year. Cam Newton one got hurt. It's True Yup also at boy here this is such well actually would've gotten Happened in week. One of the regular season. I've never understood why the NFL never just added a week. Eighteen is gave everybody to buy the week's it seems like a win win. All around the thing I want them to do. I don't want him to add a seventeenth game. I want him to add an extra bye week and cut down to three. preseason games James Because the fourth preseason game is the most worthless exercise in sports like the pro bowl matters more than the fourth preseason game Except for like three is that are on the field that are trying to make a team to everybody else. It's just like okay. Well I'm going to get one more game check before I go back acted to the factory or you know whatever go to XFL or.

"Maintain some steepness not not much but you maintain some steepness and you're gonna see more to risk around more treasury supply around his neutral rate all those things are going to matter one of my great foibles is john john keeps a list of all the things i'm lousy at and one of them is george the auction world that you live in give us a primer right now on the quote unquote new supply what's the scale of the new supply i mean depending on how you calculate things if you use fiscal versus calendar year but he kinda very rough example in two thousand seventeen we had roughly five hundred odd billion of new treasury supply this year it's going to be more than double that so you start to think about in the trillions going forward it starts to really matter we haven't seen that sort of supply since really coming out of the financial crisis when there was a neat tissue all that long term paper to help start put star the reboot the economy but at this stage of the cycle to have this much paper come into the system it's usually highly inflationary jobs gene burns and treasury given that germany run such a tight budget and the united states is really loosen the purse strings is that having a bleeding into that right differential any significant way so i think that's a great point and i think it is because there's i mean look there's a natural connection around fiscal kinda divergence and i think that you know that investors tend tend to look towards germany for its kind of conservative posture on deficit's relative to the us and i do think that you know in addition to that what's probably more likely than just the difference in supply is the growth potential that that sort of stimulus may bring it so if germany were to do more stimulus they would probably have even more robust economy in europe even better shape but at least for now the us has taken a stance that we're going to have growth led by debt and that's going to cause higher rates of the front end some where a lot of that issue is in the united states i to your point in a good tack here to take mr galveston the rest of.
