"I mean honestly. I think i'd be pretty good at spotting deep fakes to like. Do you like you can feel that it's unnatural. So why don't we need. I think i. I think i i want to say i could. But i'm i bet there are. There are some where i cannot and that is especially if you don't know like it's one thing if you're like oh okay. I'm watching a movie and then this one thing isn't real but if it's like this new alternate place that's not even you've never even seen before with like you know like there's this fake of just like nine different movies like all their dance floors coming together like. I don't know how you showed me that it'd be like well i can't tell yeah. I think that the ones that are really dangerous. Or the ones that people use for political malice and manipulation strategies the ones so that really are there like no like do we have like a list of like documented like this was a deep fake of joe biden saying they're a lot of expand websites like slopes slopes like goes out and tries to suss things out. I mean people are trying to get better and better tagging reporting and acknowledging that but when you lose the inherent trust of an entire community like in for the in. This instance is sabrina. Wash community of kuku banana pants. A people people who are so lost so lost and so so. I guess it's it's that those that they don't even believe you when you tell that it's fake and that's when you've really when we can't agree on a shared reality or shared myth. That's where we really enter into culturally divided territory. You know for instance. The reality of racial justice in america. I was gonna say oh like how. Racism is still very real still very real relevant. Okay so hannah chat. I have set you a quiz. This is from stop deep. Fakes dot org. If you guys are listening to this on our patriot you can go ahead and check out the posts that we posted there From our patriot where we have posted the links to various deep fake quizzes. "You're number one. Like why would you say i have a headache because if you if you didn't would like if you're just like i'm not in the mood. That's not good enough question. Mark dude i mean you know. Yeah there's there's a lot a lot going on. There is a lot going on there. And just like faking. An orgasm is like just the the the ego stroke that has to occur but that's extra extra extra labor but it's also like safety. 'cause sometimes you're like i don't wanna know person super well. Yeah and like i you know. It's so sad okay. This is what i think about all the time. Okay in vicky cristina. Barcelona there is a scene where scarlett johansson and heavier by dem are like kind of getting into it like about to make out and make love and then scarlett johansson feels sick. And have you ever demos like. Oh my gosh how what do you need. How do i help you. And every time. I see that scene. I'm like gosh. That's so nice that you didn't get angry at her for like not boning him in that moment like that's did i fucked up. Someone got angry for feeling sick. Dude i am telling you you could probably pull thousand women and they'd be like. Oh yeah i had the flu and my husband boyfriend was like we can't have sex. I m would not be surprised if that is. That's why old that'd be awful. I would be surprised but man does. So wow what is a rough rough little podcast today. I mean you hear stuff all the time. I saw something online the other day. This is actually one of heather. Have religious keys she answered this question magnificently or this woman was like my husband wants me to like get a vagina like surgery. Because i'm not tight enough anymore. And he's like not really and he kind of is like that's a big deal for him and she was like. Oh wow okay let me tell what to do. You should probably Lead him like Staple something to his face that says four get the fuck because it was even more literally the the relationship hinges on me doing this like he's like i'm not going to be with you if your vagina is not tight enough but that is i can guarantee you that this man does not contribute anything to society and yet he's like i just tightest china's even with this woman for twenty years. It's just and also like really lacking in creativity buddy you know. Oh yes oh just a serious lack of creativity there. Wow so many resources dude. I'm really glad you're bringing this up. Because i feel like on the podcast. We do what we do. Honor queer topics a lot. And i have to say man. This is something that this entire like thought spectrum is something that is just really truly absent for my life and it really. It makes me feel kind of in a way like like you know like i'm albina. You man pick you wish you human beings just decent treatment in the same way. You're in la to me dude and you know i will say this kind of stuff. It hurts everybody. It's not just hurting women. It hurts hurts man. Everybody's honestly i think it's people it just keeps people buying stuff. I'm like i only thing. I can come up percent economy going one hundred percent so hard know so in that. I guess that's just like fake stuff. Just fake this really in that we can only create. What's real for ourselves on our our own personal realities our relationship to the world around us and that's just for those who were who were thinking. I'm out i'm out. I can't listen to another second of this episode. i didn't hear about to balance. I just wanted to give you. What my my my summation real quick at the middle point here because when we get back we're gonna take a quick break. And then hannah and i are going to do some deep fake quiz to see if we can identify what's real and what's not back and one of the items is going to be ahead of fake orgasm..

"I anything i cannot fake i can fake orgasms super well to say that's the south. I don't think i've ever faked orgasm by life. Oh my god dude. You're so lucky no i. I can't imagine you faking orgasm. Just full stop only because of like how passionate your convictions are like. I can't imagine a ghelpi like like allowing herself to do that. That my whole that's the way of you is that is i mean i imagine. That's enough of this. It's not like deep fake it fake orgasms boom titled the. Oh fuck yeah and yeah sorry not to get too off off time care but you know it it it is a portrayal of self every time or just fake orgasms side picture. Yeah yeah depicted. I mean it's a big issue. We should we should do like a mini. So that's just about faking orgasms. Because there's so much wrapped up in. They're like oh how heterosexual men and women are like conditioned and educated about pleasure. It's act like what they're you know. Role role is how how the advent of like so much pornography really really to set people up for failure in terms of pivoted to because he wa- like there was like it. Was i remember calling a phone. Sex hotline when i was a kid. 'cause like it was on late night ads and i was like no kidding. Just like a weirdo. And you're like out. Dial that number and that somebody was like hi. My name and i was like it was just like the recording. It was like you spooked it. Yeah i still don't understand why poran sars have to make i'm like are the real noises that women make not sexy enough. Why do they have to have this like unending. Now god of fake of so obvious. Fana- i know i know but that's the thing is that deep fake may seem obvious to you but it's obvious to another dang right like right there man. Yeah i don't know. I mean there's a lot of y- just real quick to just kind of talk about this fake orgasm topic because i think it's actually stumbled across a really interesting topic. Your belly is that it implies is a built in by it being like a status quo. Like kind of thing where people are like. Oh i have a headache kaha it. They're all these ways for the heterosexual dynamic to be preapproved by society for lying to each other and not communicating and withholding your personal feelings thoughts needs wants etc from literally your best friend most intimate person..

Some Jaguars Players 'Aren't Thrilled' With Urban Meyer, NFL Analyst Says

"How some of the players are sick of urban Meyer. We've already heard the stories about how urban Meyer thinks he's back at Ohio State. He thinks he's back at Florida. He's trying to remind the players. Hey, you need to hydrate. I don't know. Maybe he'll tell them, uh, you know, maybe wash your hands when you finish using the restroom. Maybe that's going to come next. Maybe he'll tell them Cover your mouth your nose when you sneeze. I don't know. We have people in 2021 who just think germs don't spread, but that's besides the point. The fact is, the Jaguars are trash. Hopefully, Trevor Lawrence can help dig them out before urban Meyer decides the bail. You

QB Ryan Tannehill Among Nine From Tennessee Titans Positive for COVID-19

"That we need to realize is gonna take a not just now in the preseason. But this is going to be an issue when we actually get Into the regular season. And that's covid. Okay. We see what happens with Cam Newton wasn't eligible to return to practice until today because he was away from the facility and he's not vaccinated. You need Take a test and come back, not positive, and even in the case of the Tennessee Titans They already said a couple of days ago that they had seven players. That they've had to put On the Covid 19 reserve list. This week you got Mike Rabel, their head coach who tested positive for Covid on Sunday and Ryan Tannehill. He's now a part of that group. Ryan Tannehill tested positive for Covid 19. And if you recall, it was only a few weeks ago that Ryan Tannehill was one of the players who basically said Listen The NFL is basically forcing our hand here. And as a result, Ryan Tannehill he got vaccinated. Even though it sounds like he didn't want to. He did, and he still tested positive. Now, having said that, as a result, Ryan Tannehill, he's gonna miss 5 to 10 days and he needs to produce two negative tests. Two consecutive days. Okay, the Titans they get going September 12th. I think that is enough Time to hopefully get Ryan Tannehill back up and running, and their general

"Fm or the anchor app will allow you to record your podcast and upload it right then and there if you wanna a podcast to go for it baby otherwise please continue to enjoy us being able to distribute and make and create an advertise on our podcast so easily all thanks to anchor. I recorded this ad to make it shorter than the last time. But i guess i just really love it so much. Anyway let's get back to the episode That would like to address a few things after listening to just recorded number one is. I'm going to try very hard to not make clicky sound with my tongue that i seem to do every other word trying very hard to not do it right now. Oh my god. I just okay. I'll try to limit it to once per every ten minutes or so. Oh okay here. We go these second thing. I would like to address is Looking back or Listening to what i said about a sailor moon prequel and sequel. First of all. I the when i was talking about the prequel i forgot to say prequel and i said sequel so i hope that was not confusing. Everybody when i was talking about Learning more about queens salinity. And how she raised. Who soggy soggy growing up on the moon as princess serenity. That's the prequel idea i find. It's very important. Everyone is clear on this and thinking more about the sequel. that's Clicking noise two thousand years in the future. I think what i'm kind of envisioning is sort of star. Trek ish Sailor moon where we're still on the moon In crystal tokyo. And everything's great. You know Everyone's thriving but Queen serenity and her noble band of warriors as we know mars jupiter venus mercury occasionally need to hop on the rainbow crystal jet and fly around and visit other planets. Maybe to do philanthropy. Maybe just for exploration. Maybe because they have to you know take a tire in out something like that however it would still have the charm of the original animated series. So wouldn't be all serious and geopolitical Obviously but i think it would. I would like to see the sort of daily kind of Maybe not the deal. I would like to see mars. Mercury jupiter and venus have some love affairs. We haven't really gone to see that like fully fleshed out. I mean you know it's always about princess serenity and do me on and then you soggy and my mom knew and like their eternal love that reigns supreme for thousands of thousands and thousands of years. But i really kinda wanna see what I'm army is like in a relationship. You know anyways. I think i have exhausted this topic. But i am probably going to. You know doodle of a picture of the rainbow crystal quinn jet that the future sailors soldiers us. And if you want to do the same police do and take a picture and send it to me. Because i need that in my life so now i would like to take a moment to share a few inspiring and helpful things since i opened with Just a litany of miseries. Which i am won't to do. I don't have a town i just feel like i really don't have the talent for not being miserable. Is that silly. I think i was kind of well. No i was born very important. Actually and i was like lemon immediately. Apparently i came out. And i wasn't crying i was just like a handloom. It is me. I am ten weeks early and tiny so would love to get back to that mindset but here are here are two things that i'm finding helpful today. One is this quote from. Huskies which i actually posted on the hannay's pod twitter which is fear is the cheapest room in the house. I would like to see you live in better conditions. Oh isn't that great. I think i am so often overwhelmed with fear that i forget it can just be so overwhelming and so it kind of becomes like the only thing i can sense and i forget that it's okay to be filled with fear but it doesn't mean you can't do anything and i did read that book. Feel the fear and dude anyway like ten years ago when we saw it up for you. You don't really have to read it. You could just live by the title which is field of fear and dude anyway. I feel. I have been forgetting that. I need to possibly paint a huge mural on my bedroom wall and have it say that because i need a constant reminder and man it's true fear is the cheapest room in the house it so barring it's the same every day it makes life so grey and thin and i wanna move to the fucking big room. You know the big bedroom with the bay window with the beautiful magnolia tree outside in the house is in santa cruz. I just. I just chose that for myself. So yes remember. Feel the fear and do it anyways. Even if it's a terrifying another thing that i'm finding very helpful is actually from my horoscope a few weeks ago from The wonderful space goddess Chani nicole's i hope. I m pronouncing her name correctly. And at the very end of this horoscope it says trying to hold too tightly to the image had of yourself or the image others have if you cannot bring the world closer to repair trust that being true to yourself is also being true to the whole of creation. And you guys can't see me right now but i am pointing my index finger emphatically and I am tapping out every word of that sentence with my index finger I'm finding that very helpful. Because as i was saying earlier i've just i've been feeling very conflicted and out of touch with myself. I'm having a hard time making decisions of any kind. And sometimes i honestly think it would just be easier to do the easiest thing you know just work at this job just live in this town it just accept it for what it is. Just try and be as happy as possible. I mean that's why i get confused isn't that isn't that possible. Couldn't i choose to do that but it's not. Well i guess that's not a very productive line of thought. So i'm trying to remember when that comes up. No change the channel but this is helpful because we so often think that if we're following our dreams or you know taking of ourselves that were being selfish and hurting others but you're actually helping everybody and you're helping the whole world an olive creation. If you're moving closer to your trip like truth and beauty than you're.

"Hello everybody and welcome to a hand. Allies gelb the gal. That just killed itself I your host obviously and gelb and it's just me today. Because i have been saying i would do a solo episode since Well i've been saying it for about fifteen months so here we go sit back relax today. You can expect me talking about my mental health Hilarious answering some wonderful questions. That were put to me on twitter and Probably a lot of random rambling about Various topics so if you're into the police enjoy hello era. Thank you so much for joining me on this special edition of hanoi's this penalize gelb So yes let's do a mental health check in I have been feeling pretty terrible. I feel a lot better today. I think that's because it's tuesday. And i'm taking wednesday thursday and friday off so things are looking up and also i'm. I'm excited that. I'm finally doing this. That feels good. And it's no. It's so nice to talk to you all but yeah i'm coming up on some weird milestones. This coming august will be five years at my job. Which i as you all know do not like very much And i know other hover. Leschi would say. There's no reason to look at that fact through the lens of shame and say makeup some story about how i am deficient and that is why i've been there for five years but it is difficult to not do that. Yeah well especially when you get up into your mid thirties. It's you just lea- years just speed by and it's a really scary to just kind of realize that time will pass time will not wait for you. It will not wait while you are trying to learn how to deal with your issues or relationships or whatever it just keeps going and if it takes you until you're forty six to okay shit together. There's really nothing you can do about that. I guess that's the not a problem. But yeah i it's in my department at my job. There have been other people my age. Who have come and gone. They usually stay like two point five to three years and then they were like wow. I don't like this. I'm gonna leave and i was like you know i don't like this. I'm just going to stay here for half a decade bum bum. So it's really hard to not ask myself what is wrong with me. Which i know is not a productive question I've also been just be set with internal conflict. I'm having a very hard time so coming up on this five years. I'm putting all this pressure on myself to change. And like if i you know my birthday is so my five years is on august twenty ninth and my birthday is september third so i have now horribly linked those two things you know. I like bo burnham in inside where he's like. I don't want to turn thirty while i finish this and i'm like i don't wanna turn thirty six and not have a plan to get out of the job Yeah so i'm. I'm just shocked that i'm turning thirty six. Honestly i i don't think anyone Really prepares you for just a shocking time. Is it's actually kind of heartbreaking. I think a lot of adult life is allowing yourself to grieve for all the time you've lost. Is that just me being a depressed person. I don't know but i think yeah. Periodic time grief And i feel. I've been i've been off course i can. I can name very few times in my life when i have felt incredibly centered incredibly powerful and myself and they have been very few and mostly. I've just been confused and angry and sad In the pain of like being off course for so long as really deep. And i find it very frustrating talking to friends or family about it. Because i don't think okay maybe it is useless and stupid to feel sad or i don't know like embarrassed about your life but that doesn't mean you don't feel it and i don't think anyone really understands the depth of like of how kind of humiliated i and maybe that's a very arrogant way to think like who is you really but i do. I feel like life is very humiliating. Then that's probably common experience but anyways okay so this isn't gonna just all being incredibly sad that's kind of what's been going on and just having a really hard time making decisions or thinking clearly. I'm kinda like every day is. Just you know thinking about these like big concepts and zooming way way way out on my whole life and it's not very helpful Sylvia yeah. That's kind of where i am. Still our hope for the next couple of decades thanksgiving things. Could things can shift although i am reading in the news that You know there are h- horrible horrible weather disasters all over the world. So that's hard as well. This is not a weather in science. Podcast so i won't Won't get too much into that but that's it's hard. I wonder if y'all if y'all ear buds. How do you kinda deal with hope. And following your dreams in the face of just absolute The collapse of society and disaster. It's kinda hard to be like your good. Make it after when like you know there won't be a new york anymore because it's going to be underwater and then all the songs about new york mean nothing okay. So i'm not crying. Which means things are okay. I think that's all of the very sad depressing things for this particular episode. So i would like to move on to delightful questions that you guys sent to me a while ago. Oh man okay so i. I tweeted on the analyzed pod. Twitter i'm thinking of doing a solo. At what do you guys wanna hear. That wasn't september twenty twenty so while ago but everyone many people asked a lovely things. And what i love. Is that the majority of these questions are. How is your cat which really means this is a better who i cannot even imagine a better community of people to belong to Fiona is could. she is a splendid just divine creature. Sometimes i look at her. And i love her so much i feel like i'm gonna die like i don't know what to do. I just i give her many many kisses every day and she brings me life. She has had a little bit of trouble with some fleas lately. But we're getting that under control. And i also very much enjoy coming them out and destroying them with my thumb now so you know healthy and she is a little overweight. I took her to the vet and they said she needs to lose a pound. So i'm thinking of losing a pound solidarity with her but i. this was a little while ago. I have not been able to bring myself to put her on a diet or anything. I can deny her nothing. So yeah if you guys have also had a overweight katie's let me know what you did. You know she gets to run around outside. And and i don't know She's just a raleigh kitty. So that is how the yoda's doing next One of my favorite questions that was asked was aspartame middle aged nerd and he says gobi. What would you do if there was no bread. I eat too much bread. But i think if it weren't for bread i would just walk into the sea and never come back. I mean okay. First of all. I love this energy. I also threatened to walk into the sea and never come back a few times a week. i love how much you love bread. Middle aged nerd. That's beautiful hold onto that the fact that you could love anything is so important If there was no bread gosh in the scenario. Have i never known bread or is all the bread gone and i miss it man. I'm just thinking about you know dipping nice crusty bread and olive oil and vinegar. I would probably be pretty sad if there was no bread. But i would be more sad if there was no pastries like if i knew pastry and then there was no more pastry. That would be pretty hard. Don't honestly be very very hard. Okay let's see Next excellent question by this was asked by just didn't use which you want a sequel series of sailor moon featuring or even a prequel featuring the moon kingdom before princess serenity is born and to that i say oh. I think we could have a sequel. That's kind of about okay. You know how in the past sailor moon is the prince of the moon and her mom is queen salinity..

NFL Players React to COVID Outbreak Policy

"We're talking about the NFL's protocols. Vaccination protocols, health and safety protocols. The fact that unvaccinated players and for staff if they lead to an outbreak, The team has to pony up money. Lost revenue. The players on both teams. Both teams lose game checks. And, Yeah, you get a loss on your record. You forfeit the game, But you getting lost. You don't play that game again. The NFL is basically putting it's foot to the next of players to kind of pressure them to get vaccinated. The NFL is a business that ain't messing around with their money. DeAndre Hopkins just semi threatened retirement and he was just like No, I'm Don't worry about it. He deleted the tweet. He's like, Hey, I plan on being here for nine more years. Jalen Ramsey said. Look, I am not going to pressure my teammates. He says. Whatever they do, they do. He says. I get it. I'm not going to pressure anybody. Stefon Diggs is talking about accountability is availability. He's in favor of, you know players getting vaccinated. Baker Mayfield says that it will be a competitive advantage for any team that's vaccinated. The majority. He says. It's way more than that. It's about safety, general health and well being of human life.

"So although it may be surprising given all the things i've said today on this episode what's bringing me. Joy is this idea of radical forgiveness in the in the The style of terror brock who wrote radical compassion and also radical acceptance so. I'm when i'm feeling really dark at like a horrible nightmare monster person. I'm trying to remember that. The only option the only late option is to forgive myself every second of the day every day. And it's been really hard prayer this week. Yeah like a prayer. I got the idea from The zoe when Any talks about the pilgrim's journey anyways Yeah so that's been like a nice that's like bringing me joy i think nice little by little. Yeah poku Just a little bit. I love that you know it's interesting. Because mine's oddly similar we the american cornhole leak growing as throwing it championship tournament. And we've watched probably about six weeks worth of cornhole competitive pro cornhole and the last seventy two hours nonstop to get caught up for the finals. Which are in august as ellen. I love sports and cornhole the game where you throw like. We played the other the other weekend when you were in town cornwall. I did not know there was a pro cornhole league. But i'm very happy. Yes this is the sport of cornhole. The professional sports cornhole was founded in two thousand sixteen. So it's relatively new but making its way to the national stage and let me tell you hannah that cornhole is an all inclusive sport. Men and women compete together. They do still do like men's finals and women's finals. But they also do they have teams that are composed of both men and women people of all genders can play. People have all body shapes and sizes can play a person in a wheelchair could also play like cornhole super inclusive and doing some crazy shit and it is amazing to watch we we just. Oh my god. We have a youtube tv as our as our viewing service or whatever and it was on. Cbs sports man. I learned a lot about cornall airmail the flop role. Whatever but it made ellen. I think we should get a single cornhole thing and practice had just throwing the you'd have twenty seven feet apart for regulation cornhole tossing but man. Yeah it was. It was just really great to watch all these different people. Different walks of life you know dudes and they were all encouraging small community but really great. Yeah so that. The discovery of the american cornhole league and the inclusivity of cornhole as a sport for all people that brought me a lot of joy. Much like your concept of radical forgiveness. My buddy i the your your enjoyment of this of this is so powell makes me so happy. That's so great and also really gives me hope for humanity. 'cause i'm like why do we think humans like some enjoy crazy we are. We are entertained by the simplest things like we go play in the ocean. I got to do oh like we. We're like ooh put that thing in that whole they did it literally again. I mean if to humans are stranded alone in a place. They'll find a paper clip and like flip back and forth and like be like this is awesome. You can i. I don't know dude. I feel like i feel like if cornhole really pretty here first ladies and gentlemen here on this episode of analyzes really starts to take off you know outside of just the backyard barbecue but if people really like the way people a bowling leagues. You know if if. I think it's something we could get into. I really think we could do it. Man i totally think we could do it. Okay i'm having like a full-on prophetic vision of you. Doing like pro cornhole man. I think it'd be a chartering. It's me i could be a chapter. Write life college. Nfl defensive back who is like this. Just ripped dude cornhole y. It didn't didn't make it didn't do the nfl after college football. And he's like do cornel. And i think it's a beautiful new chapter can't wait to show you this in our lives. I wish you were here. So i could share this with you now but yeah that really. That did that brought me a lot of joy i you know. I wonder if we should end every episode. No this is always what we do. We do all absolutes. Ultimated like okay. I'm just we should shy. Let's yeah. I think we could have some some some bits similar bird yes regular bits so like the last third of the episode and the final open. Ten minutes or so. We'll just share with each other things that are bringing us just just joy man. Yeah it's good to remember those things i will say. It was very funny to hear them. Be like world champion world. You mean tri state area lee world champion. He'd be all of america and canada canada. Also okay also just so delightful. It's like there's there's universe. There's probably like a veggie meatloaf league of like the southern california southern california vegan vegan vegan only meatloaf league like it doesn't matter what it is anyone can get so deep. It's beautiful then community is a beautiful beautiful dung even even introverts sitting quietly in a coffee shop. That's a form of community right there. That's my favorite favorite. I did write down a couple of things. I wanted to share with you. I will actually highlight only one. Do you have a thing. That's bringing you joy this week as i had for missing aside from all my god tail. It's like it's like a puppet. It's like a car. It's like the most like cat cat tail. She's so good at being a kitty baby. So we just okay. Okay so i have okay do you want. I've just yeah Let's see what is bringing me joy There are es. I remember what joy is. I do have coffee today. Doesn't mean i can't feel thanks now. Some people out there might be like. Wow i want to break that coffee with this is the result. And why would we don't want to break the coffee habit. We need to break down the system that it's make that makes us that. Make us judge ourselves dude. You're so right. Can i tell you just sign a little bit like this very serious. This is very serious. Because i've been trying to sit with this question if i woke up tomorrow and had a life that was doodling. Kitty pa. that's why. I'm not looking my my rice cakes. Why are you eating those okay but okay so. This is just a brief aside. If i'm trying. I'm trying to say with this question of well if i had a life that was like ferry congruous with my desires values. What would it look. Like and i honestly feel like i don't know because the man has made me so ashamed of my desires like it's hard for me to even like figure it out. I don't know anyway. So that's yeah you're totally right. Did we just have to dismantle system of judging ourselves Yeah the internal family system. Hannah families meant to uplifted ye into make nice and loving for you yes. That's a tough one. Wow but you know what. that's a really good indicator. That's a good place to just sit. Which is like. What would it's the contrarian mechanism though because you shut yourself down so it's like you shut yourself down even for dreaming you know like your dreams are embarrassing not embarrassing. Em dr is like not working. It's pinks princess will dream beautiful dream. I lo- well. I do have. I am going to get my therapist. is very new at family systems. So she wanted to recommend me to a different therapist. Who has more experience in that area. So i am i really think. Em dr would would be benefit you because this kind of route. Shame memory stuff is these you know how like you you you have a feeling. That's a positive feeling but it's also attached to this negative idea. Those those kind of those can get unstuck from each other and emc. Ours are really effective technique for going back and back and back and using you know the eye movement rapid something to literally on connect that pathway. So if it's like well. When did you first remember carrying such a feeling like that but not talking about it because that's just brings it to the surface that's not doing but with the and dr specialty in that strategy dude. I really think could work for you. I really do i will. I will ask this new therapist about that. Mtr would be really helpful handed because this stuff is so deep deep deep into your subconscious. These ties or so formative. There's not really another way to access them. An undo them you know and like you gotta give yourself credit. You try dude you know but and amd art. It really works okay. We'll come back with more detailed information about it. Oh do i talk about it on. Guest boom love it now. It's homework i know it would but yeah hannah i really think you should give. Amd go. and i think the podcast would be would really benefit from it especially with breaking these cycles. Unsticking these destructive attachments. You know because basically what happens is small small baby brain kid like you're under five or whatever is a has a does. Some natural thing makes a mistake. Does some natural thing has a dream bears themselves. Whatever like does some natural thing. And then the response is so disruptive to the the brain's kind of ziobro fear system those kind of base emotions that it actually creates an attachment between the event action and feeling. Okay that makes sense a so. It's like let's say i'm a small child. I am doodling. I'm making art. I'm really proud. I go show my parents. They're drunk and they have a really strong angry reaction you your body and your mind creates this well if i do x. y. Happens like i hurt someone more. Someone is hurt by me. Or i'm endanger. I'm in jeopardy but you start to create these false attachments. Mdr is a system that literally rewires that like undoes that connection. That should never have been made in the first place dude towns. I'm that sounds really helpful. I'm look into. I'm looking into it. Perhaps as soon as we're done recording in hell yeah okay. Well speaking of instead of having to ads back to back we'll take a break right here and then we'll come back.

Yeah see it's easy for me to say stuff like that to people they don't give a shit about because the stakes are so low anyways and then they were like okay well then proceeded to like just sail out of stuff that they clearly wanted to say to the person we were talking about. Why and then. They're like how that doesn't work. That's a false god right there. That's not actually getting it off. Your chest fam- dude. I'm so i'm honestly so happy. Not only that. They deserve to have a cup of coffee. Note generation z. The planet is kicking us out. It's becoming less and less habitable in the areas we're used to -habitating and america has revealed. It's hideous underbelly and jen z's like how like boomers really got deep under the skin of millennials by being like you guys you and your of cardo toes dead your coffee and us. Millennials are like internalizing. Ooh you're right. Oh and then gen. He's like yeah. I'm a fucking drink. This coffee because i'm also running for office in my local county elections. So fuck you. Nothing will come after us. Nothing came a phone like oh and they're like oh my god i'm sober now and now. I actually decided that i have like a jesus complex. "Tha it's a never-ending curiosity think in an open-minded play took away. Let go of preconceptions. And and I agree curiosity will open so many unexpected doors and then you go down a hallway Nago my gosh. They're twenty doors on this hallway that I can also open which is makes a lot of fun, you know, something something from your courses strategy that will help entrepreneurs actually increase profits. I'll give it a technique a tool because it's from the course. It's one of things we teach people and it's a substitute of tool for really thinking like Leonardo. It's called mind-mapping. It's a way of generating and organizing your ideas so that you can be a better strategic thinker because you're better able to literally see the whole picture and the details and look at how one thing connects to another so I'm absolutely curious about your answer to this because being a conscious millionaire is life hard all about contribution what it is a way that you contribute that allows you to make a bigger difference a greater contribution to the world. Well to me, that's everything I do if it isn't about making a difference. I don't do it. I never have I figured that out but I think that's an important thing that you're saying because a mentor who's I've been working with said the same thing to me essentially. He said, okay, you've got all these goals that are traditional goals how much money you want to make all this he says, but stay first true to your spiritual path. And the right answers will come to you and I think that in part is what you're saying. You know, I once again how to think like Leonardo da Vinci. Yes. That is the theme of the show folks Incredible Book by Michael Gelb. What's a book that you'd like to recommend? There are so many but I'd like to recommend firms of endearment by my friend Professor Raj sisodia and his colleagues because firms of endearment was one of the first business school case study type books showing that companies that actually care for all of their stakeholders will make more money particularly and Russia sodium by the way has been on the show a couple of times. He's an incredible guy. I've had the opportunity to meet him multiple times. I'm curious if someone wants to just reach out to connect with you. What's the best way to do that Michael Michael Gelb, love to hear from people come to Michael Gill, sign up for our free newsletter and stay in touch. And you know, this is the question folks you might think. Well, maybe I talked to guess about it. I actually have no idea what anybody else. The answer so it's a mystery for me too, but it's my curiosity, you know here you are creating so much difference in the world and doing so many fun things and obviously drinking a lot of great wine. What's the next Summit? You want to climb a what might be a challenge or obstacle you're going to have to overcome to get get another mountain top. Well on a business level I'm super excited about taking my DaVinci project. The books sold 700000 copies so far. That sounds pretty good. But I'm I'm looking at 5 million. Hahaha. "Here's gelb. Is that killed show? CBS sports radio coming up in fifteen minutes at the top of the hour. Alabama has their spring game later today. We'll check in with these star quarterback of the Alabama crimson tide to tongue. Vilo will join us very excited to welcome to Zack killed show on CBS sports radio. It is one of my most favorite times of the year in the sports calendar. And no, it's not that spring games are happening this weekend. It's the Stanley Cup playoffs. And we'll run through the match ups right now. The predators. And the stars Dallas up one nothing you have Saint Louis and the Winnipeg Jets Saint Louis is up to Calgary and Colorado Calgary up one nil San Jose in Las Vegas. The nights tied it up a last night. One a piece Tampa Bay. Down to go to Columbus. Toronto. Nothing over Boston. The defending Stanley Cup champions in the Washington Capitals up ones that over the Carolina Hurricanes and the New York counters led by superfan. Peter schwartz. They're up to nothing over the Pittsburgh Penguins. Here's what stands out to me. So far. Dow's is up one nothing as Nashville. One the central one hundred points this year and Dallas could season at ninety three points that stands out to me. How about what a peg? On their home ice dropping the first two games. What a job by chief Craig berbie who did take over his head coach of the blues. Charts nights, very excited to see that series unfold. Enjoy that one a lot how about Columbus. What a job by torty in. John Tortorella the Tampa Bay Lightning this past year a hundred and twenty eight regular season points. Sixty two wins sixteen losses and four overtime losses on the season. That's sixty to win. Mark tied them for most wins in an NHL regular season history. Tampa come close in recent years, they beat the Rangers lost the Stanley Cup. Final. It's been a group that has been close over the years, but they haven't been able to deliver the championship. As they did one in two thousand and four if memory serves me, right? But with Tampa they get close yet. Oh, so far. Now, it is important to note that last year. Columbus was up to on the Washington Capitals. They did not. Obviously beat the Washington Capitals. The capitals went on to win the Stanley Cup. Final. So can tort C N Columbus find a way to get the victory. Two more times. Get two more victories up against Tampa Bay. And I would love to check him in Michigan right now. The very exciting play by play voice for the Tampa Bay Lightning. I wanted out. He's doing right about now who would've ever thought. And this is the Stanley Cup playoffs. I remember one year. So the flyers got the Stanley Cup playoffs. It was a seven eight Eastern Conference final. It was Montreal against the flyers seven eight matchup. And we've seen before the king's Stanley Cup of eight seat. It's not crazy. It's crazy. But we've seen it before if Columbus is able to do this this year, though, this would be as crazy as it gets because not only is it an eight beating a one, but it's an eight beating a one when. Tampa had one hundred twenty eight points in sixty two wins. It'd be like when the warriors had record breaking season a few years ago when they lost to the Cavaliers and the final empty warriors lost in the first round of the NBA finals, Egypt for the first one ploughs that would be the equivalents. Boston does bounce back after blowing game on Trump wins one nothing and then the penguin series this team they want to gain their way and they wanna game playing the penguins game as well. And the impressive part with the islanders penguins game is last night. I was watching this one. The were dominating. But they couldn't get anything to go. There was a five on three in the game. Islanders did not get a go. I texted a buddy of mine who's a huge fan. And I said, you know, what's happening? You don't convert an five on three Pittsburgh's in a find a way to get a goal. Very quickly. Pittsburgh gets the goal. The islanders answer back though. And knowledge they answer back as the goal was scored a fight breaks out a brawl on the ice did breakout. Somehow Pittsburgh ended up in the power play. When there is one island or player and three penguins players were on top of the islander nuts thing. You know? I look up by go. How the heck did Pittsburgh end up on the power play? They did though did it matter though on their scored two more goals from that three unanswered. They win the game three one. So Pittsburgh one to Monroe. Lost last year to the caps. What's gonna happen? This year.

"Sports radio. It's Gelb show. When you look back at that play. And we all know how important it was. But then there was still a lot of football left with people forget, and Nick was awesome in that game. But Brandon Graham made that big strip sack on Tom Brady to me which was the biggest play of the game. When that game was over though, take me through what you recall about the celebration on the field. And then also when you got back to Philly for the parade because I was doing radio in Philadelphia right after the. The game. And it was like something I've never seen before. Yeah. Man. Chaos. You know, you're losing your mind. You see the confetti? See everybody rushing the field. I mean, you see a blurred is just so much stuff happening at once. And this is a celebration. Jeffrey Loria eagles organization, they did it the right way so much fun. So many great memories from that. And then getting on the plane and barely sleeping getting on the plane. And then when you get to touch ground all the eagles fans at the airport behind the fence, and it's going nuts popping in the bus and literally from therefore to the facility just thousands and thousands of people outside their cars, and they kind of made like a tunnel for us to get to the facility, and I mean, one of my favorite parts. Probably my most favorite part is is the parade. A couple of days later, just the amount of people that showed up for that. And this is a special scene Reno the city downtown city hall right there. Two thousand and you can't see the ground. All you see is people all over the place. I was just unbelievable chasing Kelsey gets up to the podium the rest assist or your favorite line from the Jason Kelsey. I don't even.

"To seventy could sent me a tweet some good social media interaction tonight at gelb z h g e l b so i was reading a story earlier yesterday i believe it was from whoa jr who added adrian watson ascii that the bucks are planning to interview spurs assistant becky hammon and that would be the first interview to a woman coach that'd be the head coaching gig that's the story i was reading and if she gets the gig since is the first woman to be interviewed for head coaching position should be the first woman to be a head coach in the national basketball association so this is sparked a lot of debate over the last few hours should a woman be coaching and the nba and we've been down this road before we've heard the debates before when assistance that are females have been given an opportunity and the national football league and now becky in the nba she's been with gregg popovich since two thousand fourteen as an assistant she has a very very good resume as she was a six time w nba all star she's one of the top fifteen twenty wnba players of all time and undrafted story had a lot of success and now has been learning undergrad gregg popovich with the spurs for the last few years last four five years so i think the debate is actually stupid because i think there's one answer it should not matter what race you are it should not matter what sex you are if you are qualified to be a head coach to the nba and if you paid your dues then yes you should be a head coach now there's some people that become coaches that i haven't paid their dues there are others that had to wait a long time that have paid their dues can patrick ewing he was the longtime assistant he didn't get a chance he's interviewed before with nba jobs but he never became an mba head coach yet georgetown where he's the head coach so every route takes a certain amount of todd every path is different but in the in the case of becky hammon and the conversation should she be given an opportunity and now she's given an opportunity doesn't mean she's got to get the.
