"The regime is in place. Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, on red eye radio. And he is there Carly and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 red eye. Well, the big pop culture story yesterday was Leonardo DiCaprio breaking up with his 25 year old girlfriend. Oh, she turned 25 and he broke up with her is what you saw all over social media. Yeah, okay. And the fact that he has a pattern that he will not date anybody over the age of 25. Now when I first saw his name, I thought it maybe was climate related and I thought well look, he's getting old. He's becoming an old old growth man. But he seems to be only dating young growth women. Not old growth women. Now, a young growth woman like a young girl man has a higher metabolism and expels more carbon dioxide global warming gases. Our criticism would be based simply on the global warming aspect of this that if you truly believed what he having fun with this man. It'd be truly believed in saving the planet, he would date older women Old growth women, an old growth man, should date an old growth woman. Well, what your analysis is lacking. Since it was off the cup, you had to please tell me. Is that the so called, as you put it, I didn't say this old you called them, not me. Old growth women have more experience, therefore, don't buy into the crap he's selling. You hit the age of 25 and because you're gaining more experience. You start asking questions like, I don't know out of the thin blue. Why do you drive a Prius to the airport where you get on your private jet? I'm sorry. We got to break up now. Because the people were dating someone his own age, she'd have called that a long time ago. Understand I called him an old growth man. So I was right. There was no so that you could facilitate calling the women old growth women. Maybe. Maybe that was a thought that went through my mind. He's signal. Of course, now you know why. Of course, relating it to old growth versus old growth force. First, exactly. Well, he classic audio cut. Well, now he's now he's looking to date a stone or a rock. No. Yeah. Well, to his now, there's always hope. Thank God you got away. Maybe I don't know, Mick Jagger or somebody. I don't know how it works. I don't even know who's single. Super old growth. Yeah. But I did see him his moves, so he must be still expelling a lot of carbon dioxide. Nick? Yeah. Global warming gases. Oh my gosh. Seriously. We get into bad territory talking about humans and global warming gases. After the whole heart incident, it was like, what, a few weeks, and he was rehearsing? Yeah, there were back on the road. I truly want to know what they're smoking. How in the world seriously? My wife and I saw them in 89? Steel wheels tour. Hey, we better go because this is probably going to be their last tour. That was 1989. Yeah. Well, gee, best of luck to Leo and his Former. partner. I saw that in the first thing I went, okay, it's got to be global warming. And I started reading all these different articles and the tabloid media is on it like crazy. He doesn't date over 25. Yeah, well, it's interesting because, you know, she goes to blow out her candles on her 25th birthday, turns around. There's a U haul out front. Hey, I got you a gift. It's a U haul filled with your stuff and take the cake with you. Yeah, you know, because the more experience you have, the wiser you get. And there you have it. You know? Older women don't buy into it. No. Because after a minute, you're like, oh, you know, the whole idea of dating Leonardo DiCaprio. You start asked and the older he gets. There are younger male celebrities. So he's getting older. And you start questioning, wait a minute. Why are you driving a Prius to the airport where your private jet is? And why are Prius not a plugin? That's the old give me a quarter pounder with cheese. The extra large fries and a Diet Coke. That analogy. Right. I care. I care about the environment you don't. No, you don't care. You don't care and don't try and make the case that you care. What state does he live in? Does he live in California? I don't even know. I thought it was denial. That's a pet state is growing. Oh, yeah. No, it's filled. It's gross. I don't even think they're taking new people. Legally. I just wondered if he's paying attention and this weekend if he's lives in California that he's not going to charge his electric vehicles. That is one of the best stories of the day from yesterday. It really is, especially after it was just days after California, what and Gavin Newsom, I'll tell you quickly to hear some of Gavin Newsom's relatives have, they donated to Santa. He's got in laws that gave money to desantis. Now, look. There is this, I don't know, long running, I think it's a joke for a lot of people that you make fun of how you're in laws don't like you, but man, there's actual

"He's our currently and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90, a red eye, and you can see on social media. I mean, it's becoming part of, I think, popular culture. There's a story out yesterday that Texas is planning to add enough electric charging vehicle charging stations throughout the state to support 1 million electric vehicles with dozens of state news stations allowed for easier long distance travel. The first thing people are saying is we're being told to keep our air conditioning up to 78. We're being told that we need to conserve we need to conserve we need to conserve. We need to conserve there is no indication that anywhere in the United States are we planned. And by the way, you see this all across the United States were because he's charging stations because of the money for the infrastructure Bill from last year are going to be put all over the country and that question is being asked anywhere. Everywhere, we're being told we need to conserve. We need to conserve. We need to conserve. And now you're doing this. Right. Yeah, we can't support millions of electric vehicles on the road. You're already telling us we need to cut back. You're already threatening that with the current usage without massive electric vehicles. Then expect brownouts and blackouts across the United States this summer. Right. No, I mean, it really is further indication and proof that they don't, they really don't care. Everything is about, I mean, if they've got a crisis, then they've got something. COVID is the most recent example of that. If they've got crisis, they've got greater control. It's that simple. So they don't care about the grid. They're not affected by the grid. They're not affected by issues with the grid. And, you know, quite frankly, and I'll just keep the agenda rolling and wave it off, like it's nothing. But this is exactly what you get. Over and over and over and over again. And people vote for it, you know? I mean, we've set it far too many times but it bears repeating. If you voted for Biden, you knew this was going to happen. This was the goal. Yeah. This was the goal. And the only reason it's not the gold temporary is because they believe they're going to lose big because of it in November

"And I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 9 red eye talked on the first hour about the panic from a Democrats because of a Republican taking that 34th district seat at least through January in that special election hadn't been done in like 40 years Yeah Let's go to rich and Pennsylvania rich welcome you're in Ronald radio welcome to the show hi Hey great show guys I just wanted to say I believe in a lot of the hits and Latinos coming in Very family oriented and very religious and have a lot of religious values and that's like the opposite of what the Democratic Party is promoting And I think the longer they're here the more they see that so they're going to vote accordingly Well I think that if you look at most people in America including most minorities I believe that if you look at them they are much more conservative than the Democratic Party The Democrats have been successful for a significant period of time of labeling the Republicans as racist And so even though you had many Americans that actually tend to believe more issue wise with the Republicans the Democrats have been successful because they've repeated it over and over and over again But you can only repeat a lie so many times until you have to prove it Exactly And when you see And I think one of the things that's really hurt the Democrats is they're the ones that have been practicing the identity politics If you want to find as we've stated before if you want to find where racism is actually systemic where stereotyping of people and judging them by groups has become institutionalized and systemic it does exist as we heard in the summer of 20 but it's not in the police departments it's right inside the Democratic Party and its mainstream and I think a lot of Hispanics and I think a number of blacks slowly you see the degrading of black support You can not be a party that consistently divides and accuses everybody of being an oppressor in the real world people say in the United States you know that's not really true.

"It's right eye radio a he is Eric Harley and I Gary McNamara welcome and good morning Mayorkas testified before the Senate yesterday Reading some of the transcript of Rand Paul I'm going to see if I can find the audio on that He goes through disinformation Let me just read this quickly He goes here's my question The FBI concludes that the Steele dossier was full of Russia disinformation CNN propagated the system information gladly for years and years The difference between your opinion and our opinion is that no matter how despicable it is that CNN propagated this disinformation I wouldn't lecture them I wouldn't put it on a government website that CNN is wrong for propagating disinformation He said we can't even agree what disinformation is You can't even agree that it was disinformation the Russians fed information to the Steele dossier America says well where we become involved is where there is a connectivity between disinformation and threats to security the homeland Well the Russians might be considered that Let's say you find a piece of disinformation and CNN is broadcasting it What are you going to do So we'll get to some of that coming up here but just really interesting Plus Early political ads coming out will have one from a Democrat and one from a Republican running for Senate All right just to give you an idea of early on what some of the issues are going to be plus your calls and comments if you'd like to get in 8 6 6 90 red eye Okay and we'll talk a little bit more about the fed And the whole Dave Chappelle incident You see that knife that the guy actually had A replica gun that had a knife hidden inside of it Yeah Man that's scary And on the view one of the one of the hosts Blaine Trump Of course Because no one on the left Acted in any thing less than a civil manner before 20 16 We all know that It was Trump Of course Civility was 100% And I'm just going to assume if you look probably in all likelihood and I have been checked the politics of the suspect but.

"And try to radio a he is her currently and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 red eye So yeah just to important to bring up that Bill because again it's something that is completely and totally exaggerated by the media out there the Florida And you're not going to win it you know the thing is is that the one thing that in this mislabeling of the bill By the activists in the media and on the left You know don't say gay The one thing they didn't approach was the parents And the reason is they know They know they wanted this to be on you know governor desantis They want to they're looking to do everything they can to scandalize him Which is a given That's fine I mean that's what they do And he's fully prepared at every turn especially and including on this But it is the one thing that they don't do is and they know it's a loser Is going after the parents The parents who back this the parents who wanted this and the parents who more and more calling from more and more control of what their kids are hearing and experiencing in public schools And that is a good thing It's a greater level of parental involvement and awareness is always Always a positive And when they take action if you believe for a minute you're going to scandalize them and get away with it You're wrong.

"L making sense of the news And try to radio he's Carl and I'm Gary McNamara 8 6 6 90 red eye will be interesting to see how the administration does respond because everybody is picking up on the fact that the gas prices are going up and now that I think there's more of a consensus that inflation is going to stay high you just wonder how long is the administration going to continue to deny the fact that we need to increase production here in the United States for forget about economics forget about energy but for our nation's security Long term How long they're going to not and they continue to deny it They continue to stick to the most liberal agenda possible that will beg them on the other side of the ocean will beg them Will beg OPEC will beg countries that might not necessarily be friendly with us will beg them to pump what we need for energy but we won't attempt in any way to become self sufficient How long can the Democrats continue to have that narrative and be successful with it Maybe until only November 8th of this year And that's it I mean and if it's just the midterm how much of a lesson do they learn about that narrative I mean it would have to go on for a long time The political hurt would have to go on for a long time And again I can't tell you how if again the Republicans get the house and gain the Senate It's only.

"The entire planet 8 6 6 90 red eye is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara Just keep you updated throughout the show because we know that people stop by when they wish to and not necessarily at the beginning of the show COVID has hit I can say half our staff Both Eric and Brian tested positive last week The reason we were not on Friday is because of the fact that Allen and I weren't able to get tested until later on on Friday So we did not know And then yesterday we were on we would not have been on anyway because it was a three day weekend for the company holiday Martin Luther King day but because of company protocol and when the timeline was to when we were last exposed which means to Eric and Brian made it so that we could not get back on the air until today So we're here So in the show's going to go on With the skeleton staff no Internet Oh the Internet's back is a back Let me check Hold it Yeah It's back Thank you All right it's back The Internet is back all right We're going to be okay But nobody is hospitalized just so you know And Eric could do the show from home as he did because how long was a memory he was exposed last but was would have been Thanksgiving before Thanksgiving to 2020 through a significant portion of December I remember he did the show from home He has his ability to do it but he just doesn't have the voice to do it right now So Gary your voice sounds a little bit different I think I said okay but it's the it's just for me the mountain Cedar allergies here that we have in Texas that is now worse than ragweed pollen was for me When I was when I was a kid as a teenager I used to have to wear a pollen mask at night That's how bad As we used to call it everybody calls it allergies here hay fever it's what we called it My hay fever was just all man I'm telling you But that was ragweed pollen And as I've grown older you know that really has not been as much of a problem when we get to December and then you get some cold weather coming in and it seems to kick off the mountain seater and yeah That's the only problem that's the only thing that I have which again Allen has the same thing Doing Brian's job today And probably for the rest of the week because it'll be I'm not sure I think it's at least till next Monday that neither of them can be in the studio It can be in the building so according to the protocol now Eric may do the show from home later on this week but last message I got from him was he just he said impossible to do today This is before I went to sleep last night he said impossible to do today and he said I'm probably not tomorrow So I don't think he sees his voice getting any better And it's got to be driving him crazy because there's just been so many great stories out there over the last few days So just want to every hour just give you an update on it because we know people come in and out of the show all the time and we got quite a few folks that have been asking us what's the situation So there you have it But the good thing is nobody is seriously ill from it All right 8 6 6 90 right eye if you want to get in So yeah there was Martin Luther King day yesterday and I was up early yesterday so I was watching some of the local news and I just shake my head how liberals attempt to just take Martin Luther King day as their own that if it's Martin Luther King day and you're a Democrat let's bring up the racism of Republicans and conservatives when the truth is the exact opposite I just shook my head yesterday I saw a local Dallas news story about an intersection There it is for you know to set off Martin Luther King day Black Lives Matter across the street Okay so the city of Dallas now is going to enable the racial hatred of Black Lives Matter to celebrate Martin Luther King day Just amazing Let's take the organization that will lie to cause racial division and racial hatred and use that to promote Martin Luther King day when he believed exactly the opposite The Democratic Party that embraces identity politics judging people by groups not as individuals When the core of Martin Luther King's great speech was not judging people by their perceived or biological identity but by the content of their character That has been thrown out the window By the Democrats completely as for decades they have embraced and celebrated Martin Luther King in order to promote their own bigotry intolerance and racism You know again I'm passionate when I talk about it I'm not surprised by it Because I know that's who they are The only thing is they got away with it for a significant period of time But they don't get away with it as much anymore As we have seen And how they take the Georgia election law Think about this and because we emphasize this last hour but I think it needs to be emphasized over and over again because you're going to hear this now in the next couple of days As to try to get a vote on this because we're going to have a vote Because people need to be on record because history will blab a blab blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

"It's Friday radio He is Eric Harley and I'm Gary McNamara a 6 6 9 red eye It will be interesting to see because things have been quiet the last few hours I expected more of a build up One of the things Eric and I are this is on the whole filibuster thing We've been asking is we'll have the vote Does he really want everybody on record if it's not going to pass They're not negotiating anything with the Republicans and mansion made it clear That it has to be to change the rules any rule not just the entire filibuster but the other things that they're talking about Manchin already said 67 votes you're going to need He will not pass any rules changes without bipartisan support in the Senate And so you're not going to get anything right now And I noticed a discussion has been well the change in the filibuster is off the table but they're looking at other different rule changes there Any of the rule changes that the Democrats want they have no Republicans on board The Republicans have suggested a few rules changes but are the Democrats really interested in that But nothing has to do with getting rid of the filibuster So do you have the vote And you're defeated Because of your own party and you view that somehow as what Well we got everybody on record and I know this may sound bizarre but they say there could be 6 or more Democrats that are actually against A filibuster change Well if you go for the full filibuster or if you go for some other rule change you're still not going to get to the 67 that is necessary to do so You're not going to get to 50 With mansion So what's the purpose of doing it I think in bizarre ways that they're thinking well okay well we will have a vote even though we can't pass it to help save those 6 or 7 or 8 senators that are up for reelection coming in 2020 and they can vote against removing the filibuster and it will help them I don't know what other reason there would be Because it doesn't make any sense Especially with the polling showing their own party the members of their own party by a wide margin Don't want to get rid of the filibuster We live in we definitely live in unique political times It really do Oh speaking of polling quinnipiac poll out You've got to see some of the numbers on that with the quinnipiac poll.

"He is crawling on Gary McNamara eight six six ninety right I yeah let's we just wanted to expand on what we were telling the bill the last caller was saying Andrew Weissmann was behind it because Robert ballers cognitive ability seem to have gone in he might have just signed everything that really in in the whole scope of things that really wasn't the discussion we were having the discussion we're having is that the premise of the Muller investigation to begin with yeah the legal justification for it was wrong and whether was and why spend it doesn't matter Mahler it's the Mahler investigate we're talking about the investigation not specific individuals right now they may get to that point in the meantime that but right whether it was wise for Muller doesn't matter what handle all the questions that we have based on you know how they conducted the investigation what they did and didn't look at that applies to the whole team regardless of whether Mahler was in on it and was hands on or not it was his team so in in questioning whether you know they went back and properly looked into the which they didn't it was beyond his purview he said are to look into the whole FISA court warrant thing or as we said how could you not if you got it you know if you well he didn't do that if you have done that you probably probably would have gone back to twenty eleven which was when he was FBI director and that could have been given a number of things you just hit something just remember that he said it was an honest review yeah but it was well now we know it was yes we know it officially was from the drama supplied information right what yes of course it was what he said was an industry that actually was within your purview yeah you know the financials of a metaphor during any of the others and all those situations that didn't apply to the election itself wait a minute was at your purview what we now know was because remember which we saw the generalized but with the information that came out Carter page was part of the scope of what he was supposed who is supposed to look at so we now know affectionately it wasn't his purview of course not the deferred the general memo that we saw right that said you look for any possible collusion any crimes that might have come along with it right it was specified yes that's why when you said procurement or forgot about that yeah because I mean and and that's a you know this so this entire thing whether it's again any member of his team it doesn't matter anybody acting under his direction anybody acting on their own within that within any position on that you they're going to be responsible for all of it the work product is what at the end of the day is what matters we've also been talking about the reality on the ground when it comes to draconian mandates that have been put in by governors we've been talking about governor Pritzker of Illinois let's go to Robert in Illinois Robert welcome here and run a radio welcome to the show high all right thank you very Eric anyway the know the math adds up with Pritzker none of this they're moving the goalposts around the only thing that adds up at this point is political they're trying to precipitate in a band a shooting a crisis so they can declare martial law if they can't they get that to happen they always have their in keep the bodies out there and I'm planning I hope but when you get cleared president trump what's in men as the FBI director that would be nice I'll wait for your response well I I I I I don't believe he's going to make general Flynn F. B. I. director I'm not I don't know I don't believe that's going to happen for second I thought he meant that when it's all over in Illinois will be makes Pritzker that's what I was thinking on you said Linda Pritzker my mind was completely boggled there look I can't take a wife of Pritzker's doing it the martial law thing martial law something that normally I guess state governors can you know can call it if they want but martial laws when them we need to understand what martial law law is martial law basically if you have an insurrection basically if you have you know you're at war in another country comes in and takes over that's martial law this is probably the fiftieth time over the last month the people of said we're headed to martial law and there's a parent Leah a big misunderstanding what martial law is martial law is when its military authority takes over right that the military would take over the authority of the governor yep and it would not most likely would come from the you know the the the the feds now there are apparently some states that have some form of martial law but that martial law would still be run by the governor of that state and what would that mean precisely I don't know bringing you know bringing the national guardian but still it's it's not that it's not the same as the martial law that you have when you're at war there's a difference there right martial law is not called during a pandemic yeah I'm a it's N. N. well at least it hasn't been right and it's not going it's like going it's not going to be use well and I think what we're seeing here is that it's the natural progression of things you're seeing lawsuits you're seeing this arm civil disobedience more more L. and that's going to be the natural I think progression of it the push back on these policy makers right you'll see protest yeah you're you're you're going to you're going to see you know you'll get you may see police lines as people protest and you know going to the streets to protest and they're not following social distancing guidelines right as we've seen already if the New York City police want none of it then I bet you can't find a police union in the country that wants anything to do with it right yeah I I think that's a you know that this is where it it ultimately is that the backlash again a lesson I think on the ideology the left has been talking a game for a long long time when they when they in a situation like this they implement those kind of ideas of again mass of control of your life taking your freedom the government knows better than you you're too stupid to go out in the public that's basically right now what they're telling you based on and and there's new information at and the fact that they're using old information for current policy all of that tells you that they don't they've never had a game whether it's a mayor whether it's a judge whether it's a governor they've talked a good game and can convince I don't know how many people plenty of Democrats to stay on their side start implementing that is policy and again I go back to border security go ahead start screaming open borders right now go ahead an end to the last caller to bring up antifa probably not because if you followed and T. for their policy is absolutely against social distancing yeah they are they need they need to get together so they can go out and destroy other people's property will know when they need to get in your face and physical attacks are part of what they do so that is not a biting with now see I can see a group of antifa members attacking some innocent old lady remember that when they were going after old people in cars in Portland Oregon I guess I could see them attacking the elderly and after it in I don't know maybe Portland Oregon the got local government might arrest the elderly people for being out when they should be in their house and not the entyvio anti for for the actual physical assault yes that would be the and then the elderly couple that was beat up by antifa would have to go to be a go before judge and say well now you're gonna do days in jail but you have to admit now or you don't have to do the days in jail if you would bet the by dean out you asked for it you asked to be assaulted by antifa engraver that would be the next thing yeah you're being selfish you're being some you deserve to be assaulted by Ryan chief anti for all young men who are not vulnerable to yeah right to the disease and they're wearing masks the the only concern is they spend too much time indoors in their mother's basement and so we may have to investigate that they were early on the mask thing though if you think that's they were they were they truly were that's very early on the mask thing and and they were married and they were wearing the masks outside yeah you don't have to be told to do it no no no no they thank you they were onto it early it is it is going to be interesting though as we see things open up what effect that will have because I you know but we've been talking about how the more you open up the more people want you're not gonna give them enough with you know sorry governor Abbott twenty five percent or even fifty percent down the road things are going to have to open up fairly quickly for people to be satisfied R. for business to get back on its feet well you open up little by little and you're going to get more people again as I call it rushing the door and we'll see when that happens because Friday is a big you know the the the the governor Texas opening up a number of businesses heron nail salons and things like that on Friday and in the state of Texas but as you open up more and more every weekend and and and and really every day people are wanting their liberty back they're done with their weaker to a vacation of sheltering in place it is about getting back to work it is about getting back to a productive society you know the instinct does work in an interesting ways because as Americans we just naturally the majority of his just have that drive to be productive because if we know that that is the key to our survival we have to be in order to keep things great we have to keep America great we we have to get out there every day and each of us we feel like we have to be productive a productive member of society that's you would you hear that often and in our generation you gotta go out be a productive member of society but it became part of our instinct and I think that's what's at work here it's not just the liberty which is huge of course but it's the liberty you know that that allows us to go out be productive and and give us the tools necessary to face this or any enemy which ultimately is the expansion of wealth it's a thriving economy by the way the best story I saw yesterday was over in Europe that they said that they're doing concerts basically more people are watching from their cars so it's almost like they're doing concerts a drive in theaters in bands are playing on a stage and the best response was this is the marsh pit and it showed a demolition derby I would do that I would probably do a drive up concert that would be interesting yeah but your listing on your FM radio I mean it's I don't care that I still have the luxury of my air conditioner light in my car my truck so I'm good well I don't like outdoor concerts to begin with that's how you know how do you know I'm old I don't like crowds or outdoor concerts right I would go for the experience of doing a drive up concert here's the problem you know I'm you know I'm in my my economy car the guy in front of his in his H. two is it this summer Hey your mind well if I could sit on the if I could sit on the hood of my car could you do stadium parking services stadium seating could we could we arrange that I did see that some I forgot who the band was they're actually going to play in the gonna do social distancing it in a in a you know a a music venue that sits like five hundred it's going to be six people in a row but everybody separated from each other okay I don't that was in Texas I know in Texas for example in some of the restaurants it's only twenty five percent capacity but you can have six people at a table at a lower price yeah so and they showed how it would be and I went we're not gonna make any money doing that now yeah right if you want to get in we do have a line but would love to hear from you lots of things we've been discussing and will continue to eight six six ninety right I for your goals eight six six nine zero on red eye radio.

"Is Carlene I'm Gary McNamara eight six six ninety right I just got to mention this because I saw this one Douglas McKinnon political communications consultant was a writer in the White House for Reagan and and W. and he has this year I Hillary Clinton Barack Obama ticket to replace Joe Biden is it even possible now it's not possible it wouldn't it wouldn't happen but I don't know why he's running it but this is the article the must have given the incentive to everybody to be talking about social media like what is worse is coming from here and he just talks about the fact that desperate times call for desperate measures if Joe Biden is forced to withdraw from the democratic race you get the Democrats have to shake it up somehow and and talking about the fact that Biden's got three main issues terror read any brings up hunter Biden and business dealings I'm like well that's sort of disappeared while I made last week that you know the whole Jeffrey Toobin blah last year saying we don't know what to do with hunter Biden and I mention they still haven't had that conversation yet but they're going to also Democrats are concerned about Biden's agent as possible cognitive issues and so he gets into the whole thing here I'm ready to I'm like oh come on stop it that's like one of the out of the box combinations to really because if if if Biden can't do it remember he may go into the convention if they're canceling all these primaries he may not have the votes so anything could happen silver like the combinations come to mind starting with New York governor Andrew Cuomo but one particular truly out of the box combination stop the discussion in its tracks Hillary Clinton as a nominee and Barack Obama as her running mate now before everyone roles arise let that sink in for a moment and do some fairly simple calculations about voters and swing states in your heads no matter how you added up subtracted or divided the math would spell trouble for the trump campaign and how could such a scenario come to pass to buying flames out and the Democrats don't want to hand the election to trump they would need to do something incredibly creative in a flash then he goes through the whole thing and you know the constitutional things is that you know there's one constitutional I spoke on record saying there's nothing to prevent such a scenario yeah but there's a ton of copper constitutional expert to say nope sorry can't happen so yeah it's by the way it's not gonna it's not gonna happen it is not going to happen look if he walks into the convention and he doesn't have the nineteen ninety one then on the delegate count then who knows what will happen I'm I really think artillery I really think Hillary endorsed to because she wants to stick around well there's that and then you know Bernie I mean has is is burning just all is he done now he just done with the party I mean I can I can see him thinking you know look I I've I've done this twice now and twice the parties worked against me Bernie what was it all for leave them in the form of a question yeah well I mean well I just was it all for it because it would be natural for people to think well Bernie John Q. sack last week Bernie needs to withdraw his endorsement of Biden and jump back into the race okay let's calm down but the question would be is what Bernie feel energy from the idea of walking and biking walking into the the the convention without the proper delegate count Pink Floyd co founder thanks for reminding me Roger Waters has slammed Joe Biden as a half Nina slimeball waters was a supporter of Bernie Sanders for president and gave an expansive interview to Rolling Stone in April that address the twenty twenty presidential election by the such a blanket a slime ball he's so weak has no appeal to anybody water said okay of the presumptive democratic nominee trump at least as a snake oil salesman he does tricks he doesn't really badly but people don't care waters was question on if liberals have a duty to vote for biting in the general election saying he is on the fence about.

"I'm Gary McNamara eight six six ninety right I coming up on in the bottom of the hour well trump can do it you heard the question he was asked by the new year New York magazine reporter yesterday right absolutely a taunting you know and it's not a question of substance whatsoever trying to engage him or trying to get him to try to try to get a reaction any any did by and now there is and from what I know there is not a one schedule today so it looks like they're only gonna do it every two or three days but obviously the president as we said before that's the frustrating thing and we said this a long time ago the president when he decides not to engage with the reporters can own them and the questions a lot of questions that reporters ask if you just ignore it and don't answer it and answered in your own way it loses its own and you end up winning and the president did yesterday because the quick question was simply to get an emotional response from the president it had nothing to do with the substance or anything and the president answered wonderfully and we'll have that coming up here in just a little bit but it looks like they're not gonna hold one every single day from now on yeah I mean if you if you look at what today was seen this seem to be a couple of announcements in other words that arise and to actually be up there here's your forecast active systems of weather today around the nation contain a good amount of rain for the mid section of the country from I. thirty five north and south over the I. sixty five north and south pretty much rain throughout the entire region and this does bring the potential for some severe weather especially for the Mississippi valley today the threat for showers and thunderstorms forecast to reach the east coast from the system by tomorrow excessive heat continues for the desert southwest and southern California one oh two the high again today for Phoenix many in the northeast are still digging out from yesterday's snow fall will be clear from Boston to New York today another stretch of I. ninety five will be clear from the Carolinas into Florida with some spotty shower potential from the Delmarva peninsula through Philadelphia in the west the intermountain area dry rain for coastal Washington and Oregon your national forecast from red eye radio I'm meteorologist John trout thank you for calling currently we're with other customers you know the way we do business is changing you are very important to us your customers need to get a hold of you and you with them wait time is one hour and ten minutes make it easier with podium the messaging tool for local businesses Bodiam helps communicate with customers more efficiently by making your business line texture giving customers a more convenient way.

S. civil rights agency said you can do that if you want in order to protect your company one of the things and and Larry Kudlow talked about of the Wall Street journal had an article on it also yesterday was the pending litigation and how lawyers now are now revving up to sue everybody because a coronavirus ran down the looking now the federal government saying okay we need to limit liability here in these particular cases because this was a pandemic it's unexpected and this is everything from hospitals being prepared right hand not being properly pant you know but prepared for the pandemic and apparently the TV commercials from attorneys already starting yeah sure and and so there's a they push or looking into of the federal government saying look this is a pandemic these are totally extraordinary situations here and we need to limit the possible lawsuits because just re opening re opening businesses I guarantee how many lawsuits you're gonna say well wasn't safe yet you you opened up it all depends on what a jury says yeah I mean you know we talked about that we kind of joked in some of the more ridiculous items that have been mandated and and I said one night well great if I get a ticket or if I get a citation or if I get arrested for doing something that will give me standing before the Supreme Court eventually.

"Gary McNamara eight six six ninety right I well they're already talking about phase four of the the bail out we'll get to that coming up here in just a little bit but the president saying yesterday that the United States will destroy Iranian gunboats that harass American ships this is after apparently last week American ships were harassed by Iranian gunboats it's like right now but again will blow you out of the water well what do you know again you're you're the end if you saw any of the the footage of the of the all I saw was still picks I didn't see any video of it but the still picks that's that's way too close and the Iranians know this by the way this is exactly what Iran has been doing for gosh over a year couple years now maybe in that region they're trying to provoke six U. S. military official vessels were conducting training operations in international waters last week when eleven Iranian ships across the bows and sterns of the U. S. vessels at extremely close range and high speeds according to the April fifteenth U. S. navy statement at one point Iranian ships came within ten yards of the Coast Guard cutter Molly's bal U. S. crews issued multiple warnings be a bridge to bridge radio five short blasts from the ship's horns and long range acoustic noise devices to the Iranian ships the president said and warned on Wednesday that the United States would destroy Iranian gunboats that now harass American ships at sea yeah I have instructed the you're not quote here's the quote I have instructed the United States Navy to shoot down and destroy any and all rainy and gunboats if they harass our ships at sea end of quote he wrote in a post on Twitter in yeah I I don't know we're around learns their lesson because they do they walk up right up to the line to accept when they kill American then which is what happened when when they sent missiles into Iraq you know they they have and and this is been there MRO I'm create enough attention to wreak havoc on the oil markets by the way good luck with that you should probably have the Saudi Arabians thinking well gosh if the oil prices go up as a matter of this geopolitical situation it only it only helps people in West Texas might even agree with you but the fact is is that you can't let a rand get away with this type of behavior you can't just ask someone money oh wait you can't yeah but it was a bad thing oh that's right remember yeah well the left what is I mean you think about what where this election is added and it's really not even about the election you saw yesterday the story that the the results could be delayed a week or more and from the from the election well any more it is it's big this goes beyond an election goes to the mindset of of individuals.

"Gary McNamara eight six six ninety right I got this little bit of a correspondence but we can't get there herd immunity if everybody stays in their house well that's if we don't have it already right we don't know if we have it which is as we stated before that's the question do we have it that's why it's so important to get that out we are not going to get hurt immunity by exposing because everybody isn't going to go out right now they're not going to do that we might have partial herd immunity who knows Eric and I ask the question what's the definition and what's the benchmark points right of of herd immunity what what for a society is is acceptable in terms of the percentage of of people with antibodies and and then again because what we're talking about the voluntary cooperation the voluntary leaving of the home and and and going to work and and basically being of an active member of society congregating again where is that where's that threshold for the American people for the average person is that okay sixty percent of the the public has the antibodies is it eighty is it ninety does it have to be higher and as we stated it's going to take a combination of things first off if you have if you have for example doctor hydroxy Cork and works it works and then there's the other after arthritis drug you're looking at if these things work and they can control it from that but if you get it we can control it right and and you know that will be extremely important and if you find out for example that it's already passed through fifty percent of the population well then you can do you can you can sort of at that point you can extrapolate from that what the death rate is and then if you believe that you can cure the vast majority of people society will open a lot quicker sure but you need the antibody test you need to find out that that works but if we don't have a lot of if we don't have a lot of herd immunity mmhm and the hydroxyl Cork win doesn't work right then there will not be a massive opening of society you won't see sports for a couple years it does have its twelve to eighteen months for this to come out of the vaccine to come out if that's what they're stating people wait for the vaccine before they return to normalize business will have to work in some way they'll open up they'll have to open up the economy and do it in different ways but you're not gonna have bass gatherings of the public yeah right no that's not gonna happen it's all dependent on a variety of different things yep well out there and hopefully that we will be able to get the antibody test going in Penn said once we get that going twenty million a month that's huge if you can get that done especially in the next month right if you get the approval and a month from now you've got twenty million available and you can get that out of their rapid testing you can tell and you can at that point start building you know the the what what would you call it the statistics right right and and to show to again project out how this is spread through the American publicly got a full yeah then you can go from that point well five point nine FM coming.
