"This democracy or at stake, he will highlight what he sees as progress over the past two years to protect our democracy, but note that rights and freedoms remain at risk. It's interesting. Someone who is not going to say semi fascist again, I am not watching the speech. I'm just saying that right now. Well, it can't wait for that. Because it clearly drives them crazy. Right, Robert Costa said it's right after he said this semi fastest thing and as Steve Bannon keeps stoking talk of Christian nationalism and Trump calls for a new election to be held I mean, he's calling for them to riot within the FBI. Lindsey Graham is calling for rioting in the streets, basically. I mean, I think this is going to be, I mean, an important speech, but what do you think Biden can accomplish with it? Or what do you think he will? Well, I hope he's the president of the United States. He can bring the issue front and center. Yeah. Which is, which is the best thing he can do right now. I mean, he can't exactly, you know, they won't pass an election reform Bill, because I don't know why, but they won't. Because the Democrats can't muster 60 votes on it. You know, so best he can do is say, you know, look at what look at the look at the dynamite, these children are playing with. Yeah. Basically, I mean, I mean, that that tweet yesterday, that lunatic or whatever they call that. What do they call them over there? They call them truths. I guess. Okay. But that was, that was crazy talk. Unless you realize that all it me all meant to do is stoke the fire. Yeah. You know, for whatever he wants them to do next. Yeah. Yeah, well, I mean, you know, and he's building out there, mom. Yeah, but he's, you know, I mean, he's obviously, and he was, I don't know, it's not like retweeting whatever it is, that Lindsey, Lindsey Graham, saying people will riot. I mean, that's outrageous. He's also retweeting a bunch of QAnon. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it looks to me like he's preparing for something. Now whether it'll come off or not. Who knows? But you know, I don't think Merrick Garland Merrick Garland put Timothy McVeigh in the death chamber. He's not going to get scared. And my understanding from our good friend Glenn kirschner when I ran into him in Washington is that the people he's got working under him don't scare either. They're all guys who put actual mobsters away. Yeah. Yeah. Good points. All right. I mean, the only thing the only thing that could happen, and by the way, can we get loose the word unprecedented. Everything's unprecedented until it happens. It's true. Nixon resigning was unprecedented. Yes. Until it happened now. It happened. Yeah. In fact, you know, electing a Catholic was unprecedented. Until you got elected, then it wasn't unprecedented anymore. I don't think it's time they think it is. I don't think it's a slam they think it is to say this is unprecedented. To use the espionage act. It's like right, because we've never had a spy in the Oval Office. So right, it's unprecedented. Don't get me started on the espionage act because it's a terrible law that should be repealed or replaced or both. But any event, nothing is on for everything is unprecedented until it happens the first time. Yes. Thank you, Charles. So we should all understand that. All right. We'll get rid of the espionage act as soon as we put that. You too. Love you, goodbye. All right, 51 minutes after the hour. This portion of the show brought to you by our genius sell so many crimes ago. Oh, yes. Our faces look exactly the same. Totally. Thank you. They're preserved. I've rotate. You know what I'm saying? I do a rotate my wife. My ultra retinol with my ex V cream with my probiotic career with the plant stem cell therapy. Oh my God, they have something for everybody. The immediate facts, that's you got to have that because you don't put out a slide. You frown, what do you have lines? Okay. All that stuff. And it is gone. I'm just telling you, gone. Wrinkles. What have you?

"In fact, I remind you coming up from Liberty University. My friend Dave brat had served as a member of Congress, representing my area. I'm in central Virginia, news radio wrva is where you'll find me on regular basis and we're so happy we're pleased we're honored to be tons of affiliates in central Virginia a lot of Todd starnes fans here in central Virginia. So Dave will be with us just a couple of moments. He's now the dean of the business school. At Liberty University, he of course will be joining us on the patriot mobile newsmaker line, and you've got a chance to join us 8 four four 747 88 68 8 four four 747 88 68. If you have not yet seen the affidavit, 38 pages long about 20 pages of it is just crossed out. Go to Todd starnes dot com, Todd starnes dot com. By the way, I would do that quickly because there are so many people that are going to be looking at this and hearing about it now for the first time and headed to Todd starnes dot com. I want to make sure you get a chance to look at it. I know that Judith, who is listening to WD UN in Georgia, has one or two assessments of the situation, Judith. Welcome to the tide starting show. Thank you so much. Pleasure is mine. I would like to ask a few questions from the clintons list of White House. They erased and destroyed ever computer that was in The White House, but nobody ever asked why they needed to do that. Also, violence, I want to say that you don't have to have a leak to say that you have a leak to which made an excuse to do something. Also, I think that more money from China than he does to the United States. That would allow you with a husband and a wife. They would say that was a conflict of interest and it seems to me like that would be a conflict of interest in the United States. And who makes and for the electric cars and he's pushing to get up, who makes these cars and who puts out the car parts of these cars. China does. So maybe there is a full conflict of interest about the United States. No question about it. I appreciate the call. Judith. Thank you so much. Judith joining us from Georgia listing on WD UN marvelous marvelous radio station. So you need to take a look at the affidavit. Simple as that. And it's not the only thing that's happening, but it just was released about an hour or so ago. It's not going to take you a lot of time because as I said about half of it has been, quote, redacted, which is a law school speak for crossed it out. I'm troubled by trouble by every single solitary part of this. I really am. I am troubled to hear folks who ordinarily would be on the side of Law & Order saying, well, you know, what's the big deal? I'm troubled by folks who ordinarily would be supporters of law enforcement saying, hey, I don't trust those guys anymore. This is a bad situation. And let me tell you something. It is a creation of Joe Biden and Merrick Garland. Merrick Garland is the most biased political attorney general we've seen in the United States. I think since John Mitchell served in the Nixon administration. This is a bad bad situation. Anyway that you slice it and now, as Biden is raging. Oh, I'm sorry. I did read. I think it was probably CNN. You know, I watch CNN and MSNBC, so you don't have to. You're welcome. But the headline was inflation easing or something like that. I said, really? What am I looking at here? Oh, sure enough. It's down now to a mere 6 and a half percent. I'm going to remind you that still 6 and a half percent higher than it was last year at this time. Oh, that's not bad at all. It's not? 40% of American families now say they can not afford to keep their grocery shopping at the same level..

You see Tessa is here. Okay, he says Liz Cheney is no hero. You know, it's hard when someone's coming for your velociraptor and you're like, no, not our children is often contrarian just to be contributing. That's right. Yeah. Yes. I keep really Democrats for roe V wade. He ripped into Cheney saying she was complicit for four years. Okay, sorry. True. So when you ride with Donald Trump, on damn near everything for four years, I don't think you can be considered a hero, not to mention after January 6th. She voted against the John Lewis voting rights bill. You can't tell, you can't tell me you're standing up for democracy when you won't even vote to preserve the cornerstone of democracy, which is voting. So no, she's not a hero. You know what? I'll take care of mine right now. Just for now. She's the scorpion. We know is going to sting us on the other side of the river, but we could just be prepared for that, right? Yeah. Yeah. Why do we have to be the turtle or the frog? Well, we could be the fraud, but we have like Tiger claws. So we're ready when the scorpion was. You've got some Cedar site out there still. Yeah. We got some Tiger lady. Just something be prepared for when she turns on us. We just have to have a plan. Okay. Because she's a clever girl. She is a clever person. Okay. Tom is Florida. Hello Tom. There it goes. Good morning. Good morning, Stephanie. I just want to thank you for being a lifeline as will be flander in the sea of red here in the Panhandle. So many blueberries calling this morning. Hello, little blueberry. It's okay. Can you hear me? Yeah, oh yes. Yes. Okay. Yeah, here's a little something for you to twist on your mind. There's a gun store. I'm not going to say what the town is. Put a good sized little town here in a Panhandle. And it's right on the main drag and they have a big Trump one poster. Oh, God. Sticking on the side of the building. So me and my brother went in there. He's a retired navy seal and I was supposed to force his ranger. So we wanted her just to check it out. And the first thing I seen on the wall was a big poster of Trump, you know, the made up one with him and all the muscles. Right. Bulgy. And he had a ranger tab. And. Tried it. Which, you know, he's current bone spur. I said, how much is that? And the guy was like 14 bucks. I said, I'll take it. And I bought it off of him, and I tore up in his face. This guy went back crap on me. And he was like, how do you think you're doing? I said, number one, you know, this is my brother. He was a seal. I was a ranger. How dare you do that? He just well, you know, you can't do that. I said, I paid for it. Yes. Well, this Bozo is a little fat guy. He reaches down, puts his fist full up on the 70 milli show does not believe in fat shimmy unless it's Donald Trump. Right. And puts his pistol up on the counter like he is gonna threaten me and my brother said, don't do that. Don't do that. But yeah, I mean, that's the mentality of around here. I hear you. I hear you. All right. Hang in there. You're not alone. You got us. We're your family, family. Family. Do not make an onion belt ruffles. That was a perfectly nice story. We can't bust heads like that. Do you guys have turned into a bag of D's? When I'm the nice one. You've made a mirror bag of these. It's Stephanie Miller in the back of D's in the morning. That's actually kind of catchy. All right, I've decided what Merrick Garland's. Uh oh. Pet name in bed is 'cause it's not Merrick. I think it's hammer. Yeah. Don't you think? I think he plays this every time. Stop. Have a time. Barb McQuade on the Secret Merrick Garland Memo

"Everybody's freaking out over the, you know, I guess secret Garland Merrick Garland memo, right? That is sites bars demand to flag the AG at the agency's investigating a presidential candidate. Am I wrong not to freak out? Because you know me, I'm prone to freak out. But yeah, no one will ever accuse you of not freaking out enough. But thank you. I think this is not a freak out moment. This is really, you know, I object to a lot of what William Barr did as attorney general. He did a lot of bad things in wrong things. I don't think it's wrong to say the boss should know if you're going to open an investigation on a political candidate for president. You should know. If you could have a prosecutor go off, either because they're rogue, but more likely just because, you know, they got excited about something that they see. And the attorney general should know about that. That's all. That's all it says. So I don't think this is something to freak out about. In fact, I think it's just good management.

"For evidence of a crime that is largely gone undiscussed by Barbara mcquaid. That's what I would pair with the Davidson. I think that's excellent to that piece. That's Stephanie Miller dot com. And if you were really lucky, I would pair it with a live bar before. Her name is Robert McQueen. Is the best. Former prosecutor just all around awesome. Mcquade joined the final showdown belongs to mcquay. But you're what everybody's talking about. You're all the buzz. Good morning. Good morning, Stephanie. Nice to be with you. Always enjoy that little mission there. Yeah. We're sending that directly to MSNBC. Okay. It's my walk up music. There you go. There you go. Well, we were just talking off air as a prosecutor. One of the things because we keep saying, oh my God, could this hearing be pushed too? Because you keep saying more evidence more bombshell, more witnesses, and we were saying, we're sort of like, stop committing crimes. So we can wrap this up, right? I mean, part of it is a prosecutor is good news for you, right? Yeah, you know, there's so many crimes you can't keep up. They keep committing new ones, right? No, I think those Stephanie is a really interesting observation that America kind of gets to see in the light of day. This happens to prosecutors all the time. You think you're close to the end. It's why supervisors are always saying Wednesday investigation going to get wrapped up and you're like, I think next week. But then next week you put in a witness and they tell you about 5 more. And you think shoot, I can't ignore these other 5 witnesses. They might number one. Tell me something more incriminating. Additional crimes, additional evidence, or exonerating. And that's a part of that, you know, the Justice Department has to worry about too, which is, I don't want any surprise witnesses. I don't want any Perry Mason moments for somebody, you know, the courtroom doors burst open and someone walks in and says, I'm the one who did it. You know, you've got to talk to everybody. And so, you know, it's what causes delays, even though when you think you're done, you're usually not done because there's always one more person to talk to. And so another important point, though, Stephanie is knowing when you are done. And so a good supervisor of prosecutors is like a good kindergarten teacher. You know what you're doing, your finger painting, and they keep wanting to add more and more and more. At some point, the teacher has to say, you know what? It's done. I'm going to take this away from you and post it on the wall. 'cause it looks great. Supervisors need to do it to prosecutors as well because there's always one more witness you want to talk to. If you ever said colonel mustard in the library, I didn't. What? Okay. Didn't expect that, right, Jody? So everybody's freaking out over the, you know, I guess secret Garland Merrick Garland memo, right? That is sites bars demand to flag the AG at the agency's investigating a presidential candidate. Am I wrong not to freak out? 'cause you know me, I'm prone to freak out. But yeah, yeah, no one will ever accuse you of not freaking out enough. Thank you. I think this is not a freak out moment. If you could have a prosecutor go off, you know, either because they're rogue, but more likely just because they got excited about something that they see. And the attorney general should know about that. That's all. That's all it says. So I don't think this is something to freak out about. In fact, I think it's just good management. See, I normally would have freaked out for a half an hour till you got here. When I came in, I was already calm. You tweeted when J 6 committee focuses on White House in action next week's hearing this week. I'll be listening for elements of involuntary manslaughter and Trump's failure to stop the attack emission of duty recklessness disregard of a risk of which he was aware. This piece of yours is really fascinating. But obviously it's what everybody's talking about, 'cause I don't think anyone you were the first person that brought this up. But it appears to me legally in your case here that we do have all the elements of manslaughter. Can you explain that to us, what's the word dummies? Yeah, no, you know, this is not something I've heard discussed a lot. And I think when we hear this testimony on Thursday, when they're talking about the three hours of inaction, I'll really be listening for evidence of this. It's a fairly simple crime, and this would be involuntary manslaughter, not that Donald Trump intended for anyone to die that day. But involuntary manslaughter occurs when there's an accidental death caused by someone's own either recklessness or under the federal law of negligence. Most of us are only liable for our acts. So there's vehicular homicide, for example, you know, you're driving recklessly to kill somebody that you could be charged with involuntary manslaughter for that. But certain people in leadership positions can also be charged for their omissions. And so, you know, during a 187 minutes, the president has the duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and he serves as the commander in chief of our armed forces. So during that time, he could have called up the National Guard. He could have gone out to the briefing room and recorded a video statement. He could have sent a tweet asking the crowd to disperse and go home, eventually he did, and they did go home. Right. But he waited three hours to do that in the meantime, 5 people died. Predictably, right? We had someone who shot because they're trying to enter the House chamber. We had someone trampled to death in the crowd. We had some medical emergencies and medical professionals couldn't get to them to help. So all those reasonably foreseeable. So if you can prove omission of a duty that the president acted with gross negligence and that his inaction caused these deaths, in fact, that one was related to the other and was reasonably foreseeable. You could establish manslaughter for Donald Trump's in action during those three hours. So that's what I'll be listening for on Thursday when we hear about what was going on at The White House while lives are being lost at the capitol. You made a point at the end too. You said charging manslaughter would not prevent DoJ from also charging Trump with other serious crimes if sufficient evidence can be assembled to prove conspiracy to defraud the United States. Conspiracy to obstruction official proceeding or seditious conspiracy, those charges can and should be filed as well to encompass scope of his apparent misconduct. And then interesting. You said Trump once said he could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and not lose any voters. Can he also cause the deaths of 5 people and not lose his liberty? That'll be really interesting to see. Do you. It's just. I guess what's hard for people partners, we can't see what's

Brought to you by Andrew and Todd a Sierra Pacific mortgage for personalized loan services you can count on, go to Andrew and Todd dot com, the wonderful Andrew and Todd dot com. Breaking last night from congressman Jim Jordan, who's going to be joining the show next week when Charlie is back. From his much needed vacation, he's going to be detailing what he's uncovered. There is a whistleblower, a smoking gun with new information that shows the FBI used terrorism tools to target concerned parents. This is despite attorney general Merrick Garland's assurances to Congress, under sworn testimony, mind you that the Department of Justice was not using its resources to target concerned parents. And now a whistleblower is confirming that the FBI has labeled dozens of you as with a special counter terrorism label in its investigation. Now, I want to play some sound here to build this out. Now, how did we get here? Let's play cut one 12. This is Jim Jordan on Jesse watters prime time last night, play cut one 12. And again, if you're a mom, you're a dad, you're a gun owner, you're a Republican, and you're standing up for your kids. Oh my goodness, look out because here comes the FBI. And again, in a direct contradiction to what he told us under oath in the committee. And never forget that this Jesse, look, remember how quickly this happened. September 29th, the school board association sends a letter to the Biden White House. 5 days later, October 4th, Merrick Garland issues this memorandum that lays out this snitch line together, go after parents, and then 16 days later, the FBI sends out the email that's establishes this threat tag designation that was put on these parents. All that happened last fall in 22 days. When have you ever seen the federal government move that fast? So they moved that fast because they were going after people. As you just pointed out, just like the Obama White House went after a new Obama IRS went after conservative same dynamic here, 22 days,.

"Don't even know what I was thinking about because I was thinking about something I wanted to talk about on the air And skip my mind completely That happens a lot It's what happens when you're 47 and punched in the face a lot So some of you ask why does your nose look like that then Why do you have a face for radio I boxed for a long time and I smashed my face and my brain bucket in all over and things I was just what was I going to talk about It's really annoying Forget us I'll have to go back to what I was said I was going to talk about before the break before I distracted myself Punched myself in the face there I better not talk I'll leave that for another talk It'll make sense later So principles check Yeah no no I'm debating it because I got to be careful with this one I can't get over how these people on the left right I know most of these segments start this way but these people on the left they take these celebratory laps about things they grift off their donors and tell them they did And then when the evidence piles up did not only did they not do what they told donors they would do Not only did they not do it but they essentially incentivized the creation of an entire free speech parallel economy and billions of dollars in value None of the donors ever looked back at the groups who tried to censor conservatives and go like hey did we have a role in doing this I'm serious The reason I'm hesitant is because I don't want to overanalyze it make it sound too intellectual It's really just a simple my gosh did you guys face plant thing Right But it's like you would think the people at CNN and MSNBC someone said this to me this weekend They'd make a fortune if they just turn around and say you know what this left wing media model doesn't work nobody watches us You know what Let's become like Fox and get some intellectual diversity and actually commit to an open platform of ideas There's a fortune to be made but they won't do it Because they can't that it's like they never have this moment of self reflection where they're like my gosh this isn't working out for us Ever I mean how can you finish third in a three way race For as long as CNN has and not say to yourself man this spouting liberal BS propaganda on our network all day isn't working I mean you have a show on your network Hilariously titled reliable sources Hosted by Brian stelter and nobody sits in a border and goes my gosh who thought of this stupid idea No one Who's on your board Who's on your board Mallory from family ties whatever enables who's on your board Wasn't she was she the dopey one the Justine Bateman character I'm definitely aging myself now Who's on your board Really Who's on your board That redheaded kid for that movie step Child with John Ritter Who's on the board there You guys haven't figured out like bad This really isn't working But they don't They double down because the left is one big giant grift That's all it is Is a massive grift Stupid donors giving to dumber organizers who do stupid things and they all sit around in one big the rubbing each other's back in a circle Oh we're also wonderful How exactly They have no principles either Here's a principles check and here's what I mean So Eric holder the second worst attorney general in American history Second my gosh Who's the worst Merrick Garland Merrick Garland blows him away I'm sorry He does Merrick Garland is legitimately awful So Eric holders put together this group where he says it's their fighting for democracy and against gerrymandering You know gerrymandering when they carve up congressional districts to make districts more competitive for Democrats or Republicans now again to be crystal clear both parties do this okay Republicans and Democrats both gerrymandered period Anyone telling you otherwise is lying to you or is just playing the politics themselves I refuse to do that Republicans do it and Democrats do it You see that's how the truth works That's how actual reporting works Democrats won't tell you that And don't be liberals involved in the ongoing generational Democrat grift with a lie to themselves and others will say no no no Redistricting we don't do that We don't do that Democrats It's Republicans are trying to steal democracy They're trying to rig elections Instead of voters picking them they're cutting up districts so they pick their voters Only Republicans do that That's what Eric holder this fake phony fraud without a shred of dignity Keeps telling gullible donors who donate to his cause So what happens Well New York the state of New York comes out with a gerrymandered map this week That is I mean to call it gerrymandered is actually underselling how bad the gerrymander is There's one district for Jerry Nadler You know Jerry the guy with that video looks like he had a diaper on his wall Remember that He's like oh I better walk off stage had a little accident You ever see that video This was a video Jim has Looks like oh my gosh but I get to a bathroom Jerry nather his district It's a district that crosses 7 continents 22 different planets and did the echo run in 72 parsecs okay That's Terry now there's district If you see it okay maybe 60 parsecs But the district is ridiculous It goes across Manhattan into Brooklyn Cuts across neighborhoods burrows everything The Democrats did this in the state of New York to try to desperately hold on to the majority and carve up the state to get rid of about what looks like it could be for Republican seats Where's Eric holder on that The answer is nowhere to be found because holder is a phony But they're celebrating some of these same people North Carolina the courts in North Carolina who threw out the GOP map although it wasn't redistrict nearly half as bad as the New York map was They threw out the GOP map in North Carolina saying it was unconstitutional So how can a gerrymandered map in New York be constitutional while a gerrymandered map in North Carolina which would benefit Republicans is unconstitutional The answer is when judges and people have no principles The Democrats don't care about gerrymandering folks They love gerrymander The Democrats care about is power Just like the Democrats don't care about Joe Rogan having used the N word in a in some citation he was doing of someone else's words They don't care about that They never said anything when it happened This is all about a power play To show the Republicans who the bosses.

"Fact Monza dad for speaking out against their CRT curriculum this crazy anti America hate America racist curriculum they didn't like that they were going to kill their speech and stop them But they needed a reason to go after them and to use the counter terrorism division at the FBI to do so So they said hey let's write this letter and we will use it as the pretext to do what we want Because we now have emails that show communication between the school board association particularly be able to Garcia and the Biden White House before the letter was sent So this is like Comey when he said Comey knew the dossier was garbage But he wanted to go spy on the Trump campaign He says so give me something that I can use as a pretext to go apply the court to get the warrant to go spy on the Trump campaign Shazam here comes the dossier same thing here Same thing here and it's frightening that when you think that they were choreographing this stuff organizing this stuff from the get go And the fact that Garland came in and told us what he did I think he misled the country think maybe even potentially even lied to us That's why we need to have him back But it's scary when the FBI counter terrorism division is going after and using using the school board's letter as the reason to do what they wanted to do That is Frank We're talking to congressman Jim Jordan author of the new book do what you said You would do An important book Congressman if what you're saying out here turns out to be true You know I know a lot of times it's fashionable on TV This guy should resign That guy should resign You know some people just do it 'cause it's an act I get it But if what you're saying here is true about this memo and Merrick Garland Merrick Garland has to resign This is a clear cut case of outrageous government abuse I mean bad enough and you were all over the spy gay case in the rush hour You were all over sounding you and Devin Nunes and others But it's bad enough to have spied on a presidential candidate and potentially a president Donald Trump And we know that happened We know the name of the spy But to have intentionally targeted deliberately American parents who want a quality education there from their kids free from racist training right To target them with the most powerful counter terror and intelligence tools in the country and then use a memo as a pretext I really don't know how much worse it gets Here's the timeline too Dan So the letter that there's coordination before the letter because again the letter was the pretext The letters get sent on the 29th the two days later October 1st viola Garcia the president of the school board association She then gets a plum assignment at the nest at the Department of Education on this big fancy board So that happens two days after she sends a letter Three days after the letter over that weekend Kim Lang in the same individual who sent the email out to FBI agents with the threat tag the email we got because of a whistleblower That same individual on the October 2nd third just three days after that letter was sent He's already talking with the Department of Justice on how to implement the letter So in other words he's talking with the Department of Justice about how to implement the memo that hasn't even yet been written because Garland's memos in the memo to October 4th That tells you how preplanned this stuff was That's the scary part And but for the whistleblower coming forward we wouldn't know how extensive it was that this email goes out to FBI agents around the country with this threat tag designation that they're putting on moms and dads And the first question I had asked me at Garland if you came back which I hope Jerry Nadler will ultimately do when he comes back I'm going to ask him what's the number How many parents now have this designation associated with their name Moms and dads who show up at a school board meeting defending their kids standing up against this terrible curriculum how many parents have that number or that's using that designation beside their name right now That'd be the first question he'd have to answer Congressman you said something there too that really should peak everyone's the antennas should be going up all over the country and every station we're on right now You said something true and powerful Government never works this fast There is no way in Hades No way that this national school board memo made it to Merrick Garland and amid light speed appointments were made by the people involved Job offers were made The FBI got up and running and the DoJ turned around There's just no way this had to be preplanned Yeah totally totally preplanned You've never seen government move that fast in our lifetime So now the other thing is I give the least Stefani credit because we wouldn't have known about Tim Lang and having those initial conversations that just three days after the letter is sent But for questioning she did in an Intel open Intel committee hearing on November 3rd So we learned this a month later in an Intel hearing where she asked a few questions and we find out you had actually talked about the memo implementing the memo before the memories had been written Again just showing how coordinated they were in going after parents moms and dads out there We're talking to congressman Jim Jordan author of the terrific new book do what you said you would do Congressman I know you're busy thank you for spending the time and sincerely thanks for staying on top of this I know this government overreach stuff It's sometimes it's not the sexiest topic in the world but government has a monopoly on force They have a powerful Intel operation here If we're going to turn this on our own citizens congressman as you well know all is lost the republic it means nothing at that point So thanks for focusing a laser on this This is in a critically important story Thank you very much Thanks Thanks You got it sir You got it Congressman Jim Jordan folks author again of do what you said you would do That is an enormous enormous story Do you hear that Jim Enormous story Turning the government apparatus on parents at school board meetings and using this NSB memo as a pretext They got the timeline all wrong folks They wanted this from the start That memo meant nothing They were going to do it anyway That was the pretext You believe this Unreal More on this the other side of the break I'm damn bogino We'll be right back.

"Democrats object to more states in 2017 than Republicans did last week, but somehow we're wrong. Democrats can raise bail for riders and looters this summer, but somehow when Republicans condemn all the violence, the violence this summer, the violence last week, somehow we're wrong. It's very easy to lose faith my Friends to give up and say that's it. The crazies, the radicals are taking over. But then you hear speeches like that and you are reinvigorated and you realize there are some good men and women left in the swamp who are fighting and fighting to save our republic. That, of course, was congressman Jim Jordan, the ranking member of the judiciary committee representing the beautiful fourth district of Ohio and we are deeply honored to have him with us for one of our one on one discussions here on America first. Congressman Jordan welcome. Good to be with you, Sebastian, and thank you for having me, and thank you more importantly for all you do to protect freedom in our constitutional system and this great country. So it's good to be with you. Well, thank you for those kind words. We have so much discuss. You've got a new book coming out next week. We'll talk about that as well. But I'm going to do things a little bit differently on this one on one. I usually wait until deeper into the conversation to ask this question. But because of your role as an inspiration to those who, you know, fighting at school board levels of fighting across the country. Let me ask you this question right now. Are we finally beginning to win are the results in the Commonwealth of Virginia, maybe a taste of what is to come congressman? I think you're exactly right. I think it's going to build. I said this when Merrick Garland, Merrick Garland came in front of the judiciary committee a few weeks ago, I said, what you did when you guys spied on parents set up this snitch line on parents. I think that's the catalyst for a great reawakening for freedom in this country for the judeo Christian ethics and values and principles in this country that make us the greatest, the greatest nation ever. So I do feel confident and then we saw those results in Virginia sparked by moms and dads, having the courage. And one thing we all know courage is contagious. One mom stands up and defends her son or daughter and says, I don't want this racist hate America curriculum taught to my kids. One mom does it, then it's two moms and it's dads and it's and pretty soon you have a Republican governor in Virginia. And that is going to spread across this country. So yeah, we're Americans. We got to be optimistic and I am very optimistic. Yeah,

"Kyle rittenhouse should sue the media for a boatload of money. I'll tell you. That's something that Nicklaus Sandman who's become a very wealthy man thanks to the media has said he wrote the media came for me like they came for rittenhouse, but should he sue. And he says the corrupt liberal media came for me just like they came for Kyle rittenhouse. And if he took decides to sue, I say, go for it and hold the media accountable. Nicholas Sandman. I want to close out with kind of reiterating this story from Merrick Garland. We need a special prosecutor to look into memogate immediately. But remember, it goes deeper than this. Merrick Garland is financially incentivized to crush political dissent against critical race theory. His son in law is a co owner of the company that has been implementing diversity equity inclusion and CRT all throughout the curriculum. All throughout schools I should say across the country. As we went to early as we went through earlier this hour, the FBI has created a threat tag. They have created a special coding system to profile parents that might become too disagreeable, or that might speak out against the regime. Garland testified, and he said that this would never happen. That he could not imagine any circumstance that parents would be spied on upon this. So either Merrick Garland is not running the Department of Justice, or he lied under oath, either way, Merrick Garland must resign. Garland came under fire last month, during congressional testimony where he denied weaponized in the FBI against parents opposed to critical race theory, and vaccine related mandates. The controversy began on October 1st, fourth, when he announced a concentrated effort. You know what's really interesting? Merrick Garland never announced a concentrated effort against violent crime. He never announced a concentrated effort against the flow of drugs into our country. Merrick Garland never announced a concentrated effort against the incredible increase in cyberattacks or in child sex trafficking, no, no, no, instead, Merrick Garland from the Department of Justice, he announced a he announces a priority. That the biggest concern, the biggest thing that he wants to focus on that his regime needs to curtail his parents. And remember, his son in law, zan terror is married to Rebecca Garland. And is the cofounder of the controversial education service, panorama education, which is a social learning resource material provided to school districts that teach teachers how to teach critical race theory. So you have the attorney general of the United States who uses police power. That politically intervenes to try and push back against parents, so his family can continue to become rich. And he lied under oath. Now the question is, will I think Republicans are going to do the right thing and hopefully call him to testify quickly? We need answers on this immediately. And by the way, Democrats should be concerned about this as well. Democrats should be concerned that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is now being used to go after political opponents that they deem to be a threat to their power. All scandals currently lead back to attorney general Garland. Merrick Garland will go down as the most craven corrupt disingenuous and dangerous attorney general in American history. He makes Eric holder, look like child's play. Merrick Garland is a scorned man because he wanted to be on the Supreme Court. Signing arrest warrants to go after James O'Keeffe, not a restaurant, but search warrants to go after James O'Keeffe in the southern district of New York and just confiscating his devices and putting him in handcuffs. Signing arrest warrants going after Steve Bannon, and now the FBI, the FBI's really worried everybody. Now they're not worried about the fact that the cartels are bringing in children against their will that women are being raped and record numbers across the southern border. The FBI couldn't care less that violent crime is up. The FBI couldn't care less that we are experiencing jury intimidation in Wisconsin. The FBI, their priority is parents. Shutting them up and treating them like ISIS. Look, everybody, the country's fallen apart. We know it. And we do a lot of different partnerships. But this one, I want you to listen carefully. Do you know that there's a yellow phosphorus? Crisis right now, which makes a synthetic fertilizer. I've got to sound the alarm everybody. We had Keith rose on our show, food shortage, it's coming, and I've been telling you about why and all we need to be prepared for in case the worst happens. It could be a power outage EMP, you name it. And people say, are you being an alarmist? I'm a realist. You saw what the car Fauci virus things can get bad quickly. I prepared myself with my family and I hope you have too. There's a food shortage coming, and the way things are going is not looking good. And none of us should ever.

The memo from Merrick Garland that inexplicably called for the defense apparatus to use potentially the Patriot Act and Department of Homeland Security to go after moms and dads. This is a legitimate scandal that is heating up, which we will now call memo gate. Cut 58 Merrick Garland in front of Congress, said that he could not imagine any circumstance that parents complaining about their school boards would be labeled as domestic terrorism, cut 58. Like you, I can't imagine any circumstance in which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances of parents complaining about their children, nor can I imagine a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrorism. New whistleblower last night shows that Merrick Garland lied under oath in front of Congress as all of these deep state unelected operatives do, no one voted for Merrick Garland, Merrick Garland is an unelected Plato guardian type that wants to usher in a globalist internationalist borderless society, while he does not actually have to live under those same rules and measures. Whistleblower breaking last night. The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, created a threat tag to track allegedly menacing statements against school boards and their members after attorney general Merrick Garland directed the bureau to take the lead on hyperlocal disputes. A whistleblower has revealed. The email dated October 20th about a month ago, released Tuesday by House judiciary Republicans, who said this was proof that the federal counter terrorism was being deployed against parents at school board meetings.

"Of time? Well, he can. That's all. Pushing him to do. He can do that. You're absolutely right. And we are hoping that Garland Merrick Garland and also Schroeder, the now the Christopher Schroeder, the assistant attorney general for the Department of Justice will also rescind this memo. We have reached out, we've reached out to him directly. And also to Merrick Garland, the women's caucus has sent a letter over asking for a meeting with Merrick Garland to rescind it. As you know, October 30th, literally the Senate just confirmed Christopher Schroeder. So that just happened. So when I get back to Washington, I'll certainly reach out for him for a meeting and send a letter of a requesting a meeting with him also. How can we help you, Carolyn, can we write to Merrick Garland and write to Christopher schroder? Yeah, you could write to both Christopher schroder and Merrick Garland and the president of the United States. To rescind this memo and issue another one from the president President Biden on his interpretation that the 38 states have ratified it and they have. They have to be in the constitution. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think many people either don't remember it at all from the 70s, or they do remember it, but they don't know quite what it was, of course, it's a few. It's a simple sentence. But that would include women actually in the constitution. They don't even think that women aren't included in the constitution. And yet, you know, the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment has been interpreted to protect against discrimination on the basis of sex. But that understanding of that amendment isn't assured or guaranteed and laws like title 9, the great sports and education law and the equal pay act are not permanent protections for women, and they can be rescinded people don't know this at any time or replaced. Isn't that so? That's what we're confronting now. We're confronting that almost every day in Congress. The ERA is basically the legal foundation that can withstand the changing political whims of legislators, judges or occupants of The White House are equal rights shouldn't be dependent on whose president or who's the majority and the Supreme Court. No, we shouldn't be a political football, either. Exactly, and we are. And we are. I spend a lot of my time in Congress holding on to the rights that we already won entitled 7 title 9..

"He was in the presidency. This excuse you know that. The chief executive is by definition above the law that he can't be indicted you know using the o. Elsie memo getting his lackeys. Everybody from muller to bar to various other governmental officials to say yes. Yes we can't prosecute them and now they're going back to a defense that relies on utterly outdated norms of okay. He's not the president anymore. He's a private citizen and we still can't prosecute him in. We're in fact going to defend him in personal lawsuits like say for rape. That is the merrick garland doj position on trump. The cumulative effect of that is as andrea just said confirmation that we're living in a mafia state But what's worse you know. We're living in a mafia state where people Who either were elected themselves or were appointed to be in positions of power by those who voted for like. We voted for joe biden. Joe biden appointed. Merrick garland merrick. Garland is defending. Donald trump. know it's voluntary submission. It's holding up this deeply. Rotted and corrupt institution. And that's why. Just everything about the allen weasel berg case like i don't know i read the coverage that i'm just rolling my eyes. Because of the declining standards of expectations which people create in order to fulfil their own fantasies of what is going on in our criminal justice system as it has to do with white collar crime and with organized crime and with this nexus of it in our government that revolves around the trump family. The weasel berg indictment reminded me a great deal. Honestly of the manafort indictment so it's appropriate You know you brought that up black ledgers matter. Whatever but anyway the thing that reminded me of it most was that the indictment covers the years. Two thousand five to twenty seventeen. Which again just like manafort. This is scratching the surface of decades and decades of organized crime and criminal infiltrations and front organisations and people like weasel burger to sort of sit in the background. And you know keep the records. People like manafort that function as dark arts operatives and then there's the front man and his show man in the spotlight and that's trump and then of course the scope of the indictment is also quite limited You know it's about you know off. The books taxes a refusal to pay the full amount of taxes. I think it is unlikely. He's going to face prosecution. I kind of wonder about the photos of him in which he is hands are behind his back as if he's having a perp walk but you can see that he's not hancuffed that there's just kind of he's he's literally holding his own hangups in his hands which to me is just this incredible symbolism of what the trump crime coal is. It's like they hold the handcuffs of justice. They hold the power of the law in their own hands to bend it and manipulate it towards their own. Corrupt nefarious aims and as the decades went on this became more and and more ingrained into the broader american politics like it started smaller in new york city. But you know. Trump's spread out throughout the eighties. He came out. You know to the area of the country where i live You know places in the midwest like you had partners like carl. Icahn bankrupting cities in indiana. You know buying out. Twa here in saint louis. All these dirty deals were happening. It's part of the broader wall street. Takeover of the american economy and of small businesses and of the infiltration or collaboration really of all street and organized crime and the trump organization is just the prime example of that and the fact that it took this long that it is now twenty. Twenty one and weasel burgas been working for trump since the seventies and trump has been committing crimes seventies again. This reminds me of manafort who had begun his crime spree. You know at least in the early eighties. The same is true cursive roger stone and others who trump went onto pardon But yeah to your point that the litmus test of whether we live in an entrenched mafia state is whether ivanka and jared kushner are indicted that still stands. You know and i'm honestly more worried about kushner. Because i feel like with ivanka. There's still this perception of. Oh you know. The president's daughter the president's daughter who worked on the corona virus task force team that led to the deaths of half a million americans the president's daughter who helped create and cover up at points the existence of migrant torture and abuse camps aimed at children the president's daughter who backed violent white supremacists on it. I mean she was an employee of the white house. She a key adviser of the president. She should not be treated with kid gloves. Ivanka trump represented america on the global stage. Yeah a sitting next to merckel a light eaters. Yes she was it was ivanka. Jared and donald trump. They were together. The unholy trinity. The defacto pressure united states those three yep and that was the heart of the trump campaign. it was ivanka. and jared. who said yala's have paul manafort be the campaign run the campaign. Yeah and the difference though is that with with trump even though it is not a legitimate excuse you hear the excuse of the american people elected him. He was the president. He held the office. Ivanka were inserted into that office illegally. It broke nepotism laws. It broke security clearance laws like they could have removed. Jared kushner and ivanka both for lying on their security clearance forms. Jared kushner is the record breaker like literally in american history for lying on that clearance form. All they had to do to get rid of it was was get them on that and then you could have pulled him out. And what kind of country would we have had. What kind of foreign affairs situation would we have now in the middle east. What kind of reaction to the corona virus would we have had who would have been appointed to various positions. I mean you can really trace so many of the most malicious and anti-american corrupt actions of that administration to jared kushner and believe me. There's a lot of competition here. Like there steve bannon. There's michael flynn there. There's bill bar. There are a lot of some of the worst americans of my lifetime. We're all working in that white house simultaneously. Kushner still wins and he is treated as immune. He is currently working in fact with the democratic party. He is partnering with haim sabban. Who is one of the leading. Democratic donors and haim subodh of course. We've referenced him because pelosi back in late twenty eighteen had this very cavalier. Public conversation with haim sabban bond where she said if our capital crumbles to the ground our foremost priority is going to be israel. And you know that that's a slight paraphrase. We'll post the video on our show notes. We've played this clip on the show. Before for those who don't think it's real. Because of course then the capital crumble and her priority was indeed israel in haim sedan was an enthusiastic proponent of that way of thinking about america and what's important and who to protect me i found it frightening and baffling at the time because to me. The capital crumbling is terrifying and horrifying prospect at the time in two thousand eighteen. It brought to mind nine eleven. And so when there's a terrorist attack or any kind of attack in my country like my instinct is to protect people. It's wanna protect all fellow americans. It's hundred protect our national security. Our public safety certainly not to laugh about it from a donor and certainly not the pledge allegiance to a foreign country and here the matters not quite so much that it's israel but that it could have been any foreign country she could have inserted in that sentence and it would have been a horrifying sentence anyway back to kushner. That's what kushner is doing now. He's writing a book. He's working with democratic party. Donors who define themselves as haim sibon does is one issue donors with the issue being israel. I have a feeling he's probably you know working with his old. You know family friend. Benjamin netanyahu because the kushner's the netanyahu's go back multiple generation who yahoo suddenly has a lot of free time on his hands a lot of free time. And so we're in this weird situation. Where yes you know. Israel got rid finally of their worse. Worst kleptocratic mobbed up node in this syndicate. I do not like their new prime minister. Naftali bennett because of his policies policies towards palestinians. But it's sort of like replacing trump with mike pence. You're just getting a different kind of person with a different kind of network. And so yes you know. There were protests against netanyahu for over half a year for very good reason and it is good that he is out but i don't trust that he's gone away the same way..
