"I'm your host andrea midi. Today's guest is an author Spiritual seeker an all around. Awesome human ladies and gentlemen hobbits fairies. Give a warm welcome to von. Galt thank you for coming on long. Happy to have you Thanks for having me on andre. I've been doing back-to-back hypnosis sessions online and in person and i'm exhausted but got some energy to do the book interview. And i love these bookings views. And i love. We're gonna talk about today because it's so relevant to what's going on current affairs for sure. I cannot wait for this conversation. I've always enjoyed every interview. I've heard you do and You're always dropped and such gems. Or so i love it So by first question forever guest is for those who aren't familiar. Can you explain what it is that you do and what woke up to realize. Maybe there's more to this life than you originally thought. Right right so so My background in metaphysics is i was laotians. I'm from laos and my family's house but we're american citizens Now but i was born and raise into buddhism growing up. So i'm very used to. The concept of physics and the holographic reality the different dimensions of consciousness and connecting to christ consciousness. With in you and everybody else. All these These concepts that many spiritual seekers eventually get to. I'm very familiar with that My family has throughout my whole life. sponsored the funding and construction of various art artwork in various buddhist temples throughout laos. And because of that i As a child. I typically did not sit there and listen to the lecture of the day. The different monks the different monasteries. That i attended would would talk about 'cause they typically talk about the basics. Abc's one two trees about not describe your life and how not to be a douchebag to each other which many people still learn to do most of the life by the way so i got those basic lessons early on and what i typically did is I would wander off. And i love art and if you go to any buddhist temple anywhere in the world. It is filled with art. And even if you don't how to read and understand any of the philosophy. The philosophy is written in the artwork. And so i started the artwork and i would ask the different Among student monks. Well what does this mean. What does that mean and they would tell me. Basically advanced buddhism which most buddhist do not know because they can't get beyond the basics as so the vast buddhism is like the buddhist mandela's and the graphic nature and the multidimensionality of consciousness. And all the things that i talk about In all my book interviews. And what happened for me about louis about twenty years ago. When i was going to college at the university of washington At the time. When i thought it was very respectable now kind of questioning because of of some of their stances on the current healthcare pandemic..

I'm really looking forward to talking about the straight eye weekend movement and and the whole philosophy behind that. I think we've proper way have a bit of an idea. The philosophy is but a lot more to it than one might think initially in sound. Just gonna take trial for monday off. Awful whatever Now i know that we can find you playing beach volleyball down on the beaches in naples. I guess on friday sir. What is it that drita beach volleyball. I i guess let's stop that one. Sure so as cheeses it sounds. I watched the movie top gun. And there's the beach. Volleyball seen cranberries smooth movie. Top gun with tom. Cruise val kilmer and all these guys playing volleyball and they Later if you look back at it no offense in these guys. It's not the most. Technically correct really macho and i just always been an athlete and i'd try different sports in new sports. Those different ones. So yeah. I've been doing that on and off for years and i'm a pretty simple guy when i'm playing volleyball at least once a week. I'm pretty happy guy i would. I'm not i get a little grouchy. So yes kind of important heads a deadline. May i'm sort of at the moment having a bit of a down on my daily bike ride and and i tend to get grouchy on his own. The barkat as well. I'm said the beach volleyball. I can't remember that scene in the top gun. It's been awhile since i've seen a movie. That is that like the proper beach volleyball. Alexa play in the olympics. With two people outside it's two people per side and i would just simply say that some of the some of the form is not that great when you look back but Val kilmer spins ball on his on his finger and he looks really manley when he does it and it just looks like fun. And there's i didn't know you can get that testosterone. Playing a game. Volleyball has guys yelled each other stuff like that. But that's what we do sometimes and so two that part a lot of other than the actual technique informed the rest of it's pretty Yeah pretty Pretty athletic sport really. When you think about it. I used to play a little bit of volleyball at school bed. Where played the traditional six man. Assad on the court and in the gym to capel kinda diving around yeah. I have not figured that out. I will not run more than thirty feet. If you don't put a ball in front of me but if you put a ball in front of me. I will grow through ninety degree weather for six hours at a time. chasing the ball and diving in the sandwich. I know it's the end of my day. When i've gotten off the court whether i've lost her one and i come back from the shower and it's almost like it out of body experience. Where look the court who have those guys are chasing the ball. It's kinda hot out and glad. I don't have to do that right now. That's i know it's been a long day. And that's when i know i'm getting done for the day all right we'll You know obviously that's that's one of the cinci elected. Do in your free time. What was your journey to the Wakened idea and and starting movement sure so. I'm blessed my father's sperm. My mother's always been a reader of philosophy psychology spirituality that sort of stuff so volume kind of thought about sort of all dimensions of life. Not just the work but also the personal life side and started out as non spur young. I know so many people have. But so at least united states we would sell candy to kids during school. Did that then. I had my lawn mowing business. Those outside this little hot. And so i guess when i was younger i had all the time i needed. I want more money. So i did for the money and then once i started my corporate job i realized i had money in wanted more time and i'd also got to watch my father who's not sooner and noticed the amount of free time you had and so that was definitely on my radar to start a business one or two different types and some initial plans changed then. I just when i started my own business realized that there were certain things that made a lot of results from certain that it didn't and having more time off big deal but the thing that really sealed from us had gone back and forth. Couple times as far as trying to work a three-day weekend. Lifestyle or a four day. Workweek as mr meager iota might try to didn't just do it and to different people my life at the same time from literally opposite corners. World thomas houston advice. A coach i was working with johan in south africa. Said wait if you're going to try to help people do this as a regular thing and if you really want to coach people you know how important this says you have to live around. You can't tell me that when you're busy season comes you throw decided and you pick it back up. His acute. it's doable. He says we know it's doable. So so do it. And then one of my friends at the beach. Who larry have been going to be like wait. I've been going to be twenty five years on on fridays. He's like it's the best thing you can do as you have. You will be here next week. You have to be honest each mandy and he's back. I don't know twenty years old music when you have to be here and then actually the third person in that sort of affirmative vote was. I hadn't played volleyball for about six or years regularly. Exact thought mistakenly the best thing that can do is the father was to be ultra present all the time around my family instead of making sure. I got some meantime in my wife just said. Don't please go every week when you don't do your volleyball. How you are grouch. And she did not use the word grouch but will say grouts for the sake of this interview habits. So it all kind of aligned. When.

"Welcome to integrate yourself everybody. I'm your host alison polo. And today. i'm doing a swap cast with von. Galt she's been on the show before she's back today to talk about a very big topic. Today we talk about Oh let me remind you. She's the buddhist author and she has Some books call a couple of books. We have discussed in the prior episode buddhist mondelez exploring parallel realities with sacred geometry Now she we're also going to discuss today her second book in her trilogy and it has the most beautiful cover design. So if you're watching on youtube or odyssey you can see the book cover. It's gorgeous. i love it so much And that's called buddhist mandela's christ consciousness of a multi dimensional macabre. How we can use the wisdom in in that book to help each other by overcoming the censorship. We're talking about that today in order to help the co vid maxine injured and help those who don't want to be forced or coerced into mandates This is a very important topic and we wanted to really give a a our also say this swap cast so we're doing this together in conjunction and we wanted to share our knowledge and what we have seen in what we feel like needs to be put out there. Because i'm seeing a lot of anger on each side towards. We talked about this the other day on about how we're seeing this animosity towards each side and there's a lot of separation happening and there's not much compassion right now for either side and so somehow i feel like there is a way to find middle ground here and create some kind of a pure love frequency for this whole situation so that we can come together and be more compassionate towards each other's decisions as it relates to this Subject so well welcome vine. I'm so glad we're talking about this today. Yeah yeah. I just want to get the views. Hasn't seen any of my My book views with you or in other ones So you know in short. I'm a buddhist. I've been raised buddhist Over forty years of studying raising the in the canon and I studied the art murals at the different buddhist monasteries and temples..

"Friends sunny galt who works at zen caster. She says podcast are the new pulpit. And i think we really did see that over the pandemic when people couldn't go to church but i think there's another aspect another layer to that in that we can reach people all over the world and fulfill the great commission from the comfort of our own home in to me that's astounding that. The gospel message is going into places in the world where there is a. Small percentage of christians and people are being filled with messages of hope and love. And that is just really exciting to

"Galt feels great. And that's why you know. As i started thinking about the type of people i wanted to have on the show. I somehow stumbled upon your work time last year. I can't even remember how i stumbled upon your work. Maybe i was looking up some sacred geometry. Stop because that's something into. But you know. I bought your first book. The buddhist guide to manifest parallel realities. And okay it blew my mind because you know. I had some experiences with buddhism. I there's a a buddhist temple It's not super far from where i grew up. That had been to a few times and i Hung out with a secular buddhist group. you know in my early twenties but this was so completely different from anything i ever had sand stuff the stuff that you're not going to get because most of the recording just bring the conversation but yeah you can get to that but you can ask me those that too. Is it so far different. From what most people buddhism advance. Yeah i mean. That's what struck me as that you know you. You spent the time You know laying the foundation but then you went to this level that you know all of the buddhist teachers that i had spent time with over the years had never gone to which you know. You're right. I do wanna back up just a bit von before we get into the advanced stuff and i just wanna talk about. I just who you are and your life. And i know you grew up with buddhist beliefs around you like what did that look like for you as as a child. Okay well yeah so. I am I'm lay ocean. I'm from laos. My family is from laos and We immigrated to the united states In eighty four. So i was about maybe three or four years old at the time but anyways in southeast asian culture The the philosophy is buddhism is just the normal philosophy so i was born and raised in it..

"Friends. It is wednesday. June twenty third. And this week. I spoke with buddhist author. Von galt if you are someone like me who has had some exposure to buddhism maybe some personal experience with buddhism and found that it resonated with you. But you wanted to dig a little deeper into it. You will really enjoy this conversation and work I've i've mentioned it before that. You know growing up i remember. There was always this debate about whether buddhism was a religion or philosophy or is it simply rules such as help. You live a better life and oddly. The time that i spent practicing buddhism. When i was younger really did not answer that question for me and while i walked away with some good basic practices. I didn't start to explore this higher level understanding of buddhism. Until i found vence work last year after reading her books and and getting to talk to her personally about. These really advanced buddhist practices It makes me think that that buddhism just doesn't fit neatly into any one category and doesn't need to fit neatly into any one category it. It's really about how you choose to use and interact with these teachings and practices. Von explains in the books and in our conversation that you're about to listen to about how you.

"One of our i guess but You know she sent me an email describing what she's into what she could talk about before the show. She said she could break me down. So i'm super excited to have ron. Please welcome real quick johnny. Thank you for coming off. Good to see you again. Broken simulation is on its way. Well i mean we just put on episode three days ago so her four days we we recorded another one again super excited about having our guest on She's a buddhist author. Please welcome vaughn galt how. Rei bond good to see you and doing wonderful. Thank you for having me on your show and thank you for the arc angels and masters for clear your calendar and sliding meet in manage. Buddhism is such an interesting religion. We hear a lot about it. But i don't know how many people actually study what it is. What it's believed are you know. I think we all believe there's a bunch of monks out there the no come fu and conceal a pebble from your hand. And were they really. Abou- tells a little bit real quick about you your your books and just just a general understanding of who von galt is cher cher so there's nothing magical about me and actually i normal very normal working mom i work in the it profession. And i have two young children and a wonderful husband and on the side. One of the things that i love to do. Is i love to write books. Actually my meditation. And i'd like to write books on things that are interesting to me and metaphysics is something. That's always interesting to me. Because of my upbringing. I was raise as a tabet and buddhist so very familiar with the Metaphysics and studying consciousness through that tradition and You growing up. It's just an a number part of just my every day however about twenty years ago I follow many prominent monks just to see And learn new information twenty years ago. The dalai lama as well as many other. Prominent monks Starry to collaborate with academia in the west and around the world and what. They're interested in knowing is they. Were interested in pudding against science to science More more information about mindfulness and its benefits about consciousness about Just kind of our current reality and just to find out is the stuff that huda has been talking about for over twenty five hundred years and beyond all back to the vitas of hinduism which its offshoot of but is the content that we talk about and study. Would it match up to the science that we have today and Much of it does. And which is wonderful and so in doing twenty years of research in mindfulness consciousness And this this whole grand experiment that we're in in this holographic reality It made way to birth a book which is published which is I wrote two books. And one is buddhist guide to manifest parallel realities using the four noble truths and the eightfold path in the age of consciousness. And that book is a very basic framework for the basic concepts that the first buddha garza guitar had founded to his practice and by using the four noble. Choose at eightfold path. In that book you will change your frequency in your life to match the parallel reality. That is in line with what you are supposed..

"Five to ten hours. A week in this side hustle. This new business and make look what to do what i can to make the income to eventually transition where i can have enough that i can pay for myself but as you said sometimes the hybrid situations one of the best you start cutting back your hours with an employer and then you can make up some of the income. 'cause sometimes you might say for example. Somebody might say. Well look i can get you know a two hundred fifty dollar coaching client. Okay great can you fill your counter with the no. But i can get four of them a week okay or whatever it might be okay great so you slowly it. Just it's math. It's really so much about the math and just honoring again. Being an economic dealt to make sure you can take care of the finances and all that stuff but overall ultimately it's about understanding that at some point you made less money per hour and now you made more than you made more and if you're near my age we've done this multiple times. We've gotten raises and yet we never gave us a free time raise. So that's all this is. This is a free time race. It's a different type of race. It's not a financial raise. It's a different type of rays. And so if you look at it from that perspective it's actually not too crazy. It's not magic it's just it's math and then also when you look at that next purchase and you say you want to get out of that sexy. Look i've been in the cycle at say of don't really loved my work but i make really good money and so on the weekends. Go and blow bunch of money to make room for the fact that i hit my work but now i'm stuck in the cycle constantly whereas if you say okay for a couple of years i'm gonna ease off that blowing the money and i'm going to save it or i'm going to do something different. Slowly work my way out because sometimes you don't do what you love to make a lot of money. Sometimes you do something you like. And people like you're flipping awesome at that will pay lots to that and you might serve great. I'll do that two days a week and that might might have a two day workweek. It really all just depends In that case you might decide to start something new so in my case i have two days a week. Roughly of business of software company and some business coaching that. I've done for years. I like the work. I believe in the work. I've just done it for a long time. So i'm not as passionate about it. I'm more passionate about this three day weekend. Four day workweek stuff and that stuff doesn't make the money the other stuff does but i'm balancing the two and wife of kids have to make sure we do all that so the funny thing is is some of my friends who other people would say well. They don't have their stuff together. You know there are a bartender like yeah there on the beach on the weekends. And they're yes they're in their forties and they're still bartender which makes it really studied. Yeah but they're on the beach on weekends. They're enjoying the three-day weekend party when they want to like..

"You don't necessarily look at it as a challenge other than okay. I know iowa this much time. I'm going to focus on that. Because there's so many distractions in life the world. Our family kids you know working from home of course created a lot of challenges for many people because everybody seems to be home. So you know it's it's kinda nerve wracking and you don't have that ability in some places just a literally close the door and say okay world. Timeout i need to focus on this. Unless you have those communications and you can do that with your spouse with older kids. Eighteen months old. Probably not you know. They're they don't care about boundaries they're like no boundaries are meant to be broken. What are you talking about jimmy out of this cage. It's all the things we've all grown up a thankfully minor all adult age now so you know the but i still finally remember some of those days at all of them but some of them remember most of but but for people that want to segue from their five day or six day or seven. Day worklife to this three day weekend every weekend. Lifestyle or some things that they can look at to start stealing things back for them to make it easier for them to eventually get to that Three daydream sure. So the first thing is you have to be able to afford it and this is something a lot of people miss though say well. I hope my boss will give it to me. Will the business needs to make more money in order for the boss to pay you more and especially al pandemic. Things are less studied than they used to be. So nobody's going to quote unquote give it to you or they. They shouldn't even mathematically. But if as let's say you're an employee to start as example and let's say you're working five days a week as a simple example and use. Okay i'd like to get the four days a week if you go to your employer and said liked to work four days a week. That's some employers will sell great. i can prorate. You're you know. I can pay you the same hourly and you can work four days. So that's one option reese. Okay hey if my expenses are in tune enough for roped in enough. I can afford to do that but you might say no. Actually i wanna make this him on income so the employer would rightfully. Will you know. I can't afford to do that. And so you say okay. Well i could get five days worth results in four days possibly okay. We can give that a try. But i still haven't gained anything the employer in plus you being there helps me. What if you've six days worth results or at least five and a half days with results of whatever it is you do now all of a sudden. There's a reason for museum employer to consider that very seriously because now and not just because you're looking at me but because you're looking out from your coming up with a better answer if i can get six days worth of results. I don't care how long it takes. No there's some industries we have to hit get coverage but even still if you're the person who's that top twenty or ten percent the workaround you they'll get they'll hire people to fill the other jobs to create. I'll get these results in this time. And the main thing to do is to again have an adult relationship with the economic relationship. Let's be very clear about that. Let's put your boss to say look. I don't expect you to give me in fact. Let's do this every week. That i do such and such result or every month..

Look we don't know the answer for that. We're not gonna know for at least three months. Let's put that on pause. We'll get back to it in two months because otherwise we can spend the next two months obsessing over the literally eat up our present moments so we're not gonna do that so a lot of it is a very kind of intentional. "There are certain days when you rest and so for optimum performance. We need a certain amount of rest. That's eighty and we've told ourselves that we don't need that rest mentally and yet if you look back especially for an entrepreneur to some of your worst business decisions Almost guaranteed have come at a time. Where number one. You're in fearful space and door to you fatigued and as you know those two compound each other they just they just feed off each other. You're tired then you're fearful then you go into all these scenarios and then you start making either the hope marketing decision of going to throw five thousand logs. This where i'm going to take this another version of the same course for the fifth time for a couple of thousand roman throw ten thousand at this and the personal version of that islam to buy a new pair of shoes or a new car. "This is so horrible you know and then then we like okay your child you picked it you you gotta you gotta stand by your choices you know so so yes so you had some interesting lifetimes i do see. There was some really interesting ones. Like sometimes you were a buddhist monk. Some you're running an ashram in india. Sometimes you were like why they call it a yogi in india where he didn't have anything you're kind of wandering the streets being a spiritualist And then you had some incarnations. where're you were tibetan monk and heights of the himalayas in and i also see some incarnations Did very secular work like I don't know. I kind of like an overlord in I think it was china or japan. peter lord. A feud oleo or. Yeah i called the overlord same thing as a feudal lord And it was very secular lights. I mean i think you had a spiritual understanding in that life. I think you know you. You follow your religion. You know to the best of your ability but you were kind of sometimes harsh at life because you know you had to keep people in line you know i mean that was kind of like an. I think the purpose of that lifetime was maybe for you to understand. What a secular human life was like you know what it you know was maybe having a greater understanding of the human condition that yeah. Yeah i have had. I've had past life regression on myself. And i saw that lifetime where my husband and i were Asian feudal lords and our employees were farm. Farmhands yeah but And the most we were good to them in in in that life however sometimes they get out of hand and the and to prevent them from getting hurt or getting in worse trouble. We kind of had to be kind of ours. You know ours be like no you know can't go there because it's as hard as it sounds. It will cause even worse damage absolutely. So yeah i. I think it's also kind of understand. You know the perspective from somebody that's wealthier in the struggles that they go through and you know decisions that they have to make some times that you know. Maybe they don't necessarily want to make but they feel like they have to. You know so. Just looking from different perspectives. You know off the yeah. I'm glad that life resonates because the i do see that on. That was something that came through in the records And see if there's anything else on earth More recent A.

"I really admire and drama and women how they are like in relationships because they really value themselves in andromeda they. They really held a lot of value. You know the men in drama really valued the women so much that they were. There's a lot of drama. Women held high positions. There was a lot of them that you know but the men did. They didn't feel like they're kowtowing or stepping down. if they were equal to the women equal. I mean they weren't like you know. Oh i'm subservient to the women and like human men wrong but yeah we're strongman but they they've they respected to women you know and that's what we like to see here on earth which we don't see your on earth obviously It will come. It will come but you know. That's the three men three d. Three d men there. You go definition. Yeah i man is where it's at be man. Yeah that's what we're working on. Yeah integrated to the five thirty and then they become the well integrated masculine and feminine energies allow. That makes a sexy man. You know what. I'm saying. And like mentors sexier when they are not afraid to express their more feminine aspects of themselves. I think it makes them more endearing. I don't know i just multidimensional. They have their multifaceted. That facet not so not so rigid. Not single yeah not so stuck in. Oh i a me. And i gotta do this or yeah. Yeah yeah yes. Yeah i get it. Yeah so anyway So you had your lament realized. And we talked about in drama data. And i see i see mostly southeast asian incarnations in some of them you were in sometimes you would be in the male gender. Sometimes you are female gender So you weren't always Okay What was that like as a male i think i don't know i have some mail incarnations and i think for the most part i had the same personality but made in a more masculine form but But yeah i think you were like yourself I think you you know you had to be mail in order to accomplish certain things in your incarnations because you couldn't do it as female in sarai odors especially in asian cultures online during certain historical periods. So Let's see you're from laos. I see A thailand incarnation to bat india. japan icu. Quite a bit in more. The the asia corridor.

"I think when you were on cassiopeia your husband was in Cygnus which is a Another one of those way stations but it was closer to liar. And i think there was more technical needs cygnus. So that's why he was there and there was more. I think energetic needs in cassiopeia which is why you were there okay And then you two met up again in andromeda k and I'm seeing that your husband in that. That's in this life that's also in the previous lives He got involved with the drama and branch of the galactic federation. Okay so when you were saying that you saw him as tall blue being on board a ship he was. He was probably a commander or somebody that was in higher command k And any probably didn't look much like he looks now where i don't know what he looks like but in drama he was very tall and had blue skin permit. Fay's yeah yeah. Yeah yeah they very very tall have very lanky body parts like their arms and legs are really lanky that their heads are slightly bigger Not much but a little bit And the data otherwise. Have a human look to them. Yeah quite yet look like human. But or another way is to see it is in hindu art work Like vishnu and oh yeah. They're all blue their own. Yeah they're all alike very tall very muscular giants but Bluh bluh yeah and so that's in. Dramas that also describes vega so that beings from vega which makes me wonder was the ancient ancient blue humans in hindu artwork and buddhist from a drama. Oh they weren't from the vega selection there definitely connection there the vedic old data tax. You know like the bhagat evita in others. They talk about these blue beings. That came out of these massive. The montas sat with visit earth thin and they were magnificent tall magnificent looking beings and they had all this this advanced technology but the ancient peoples of earth thought all. They must be gods. You know because they have all these abilities right. They were talking about vega interesting. Yeah and a lot of asians have blue. Who on their bum. They born with a caution record saying anything about that is their connection there. You mean as far as babies or babies you know like a lot of asian babies of a little bit. Yes lou influence from drama. Gotta examining drama has a lot of influence in southeast asia. Culture and inner genetics. So that's why you see in southeast asia you see a lot of like undertone of blue like inet. Ornate ends on their genetics originated from drama. So so there's definitely a connection there. Yeah it's very very common. A lot of the babies on their on their bum area. It be like a blue hue but it eventually goes away but for the most part a blue he was very common at blue. I under- tone. Yeah i would say the drama and influence. It's like i think a lot of these babies when they come in they're coming from higher dimensional realms and and carrying some of the energy from the higher dimensional rounds then once they get settled into the three d. rom kind of fades away gun wing but Yeah that's the drama and influence And with the vida taxes vega influence. They were also tall. Blue humid's on this so So are you addict medicine Probably vedic astrology.

Who are we vaccinating now? Who should be next?

"Jordan heath rawlings. This is the big story. Dr. peter uni sits on the covid science advisory table and he co-authored a new report. That suggests that better. Way i mentioned. Hello peter why don't you start out for those of us who aren't familiar with it by explaining. What is the covid. Nineteen science advisory table. Who's on it. What role does it play. The science advisory table is grew ball scientists and Senior 'em health systems decision makers that advised the province ministry of health and elected decision-makers vera bar with forty five people meanwhile but we also have several subgroups for instance a subgroup of congregate settings on behavioral sciences etc. The me twice a week typically So we spend. It's the best part of Three hours together every week which helps associate to keep to develop a continued common sense of reality and we meet once a week with the health. Coordination table and half multiple meetings are more talk basis with various representatives of the different ministries Public health on -tario on that. And other stakeholder groups can you outline before we get into this new report. How ontario is currently approaching vaccine distribution. And did you guys advise the government on their initial plan. B didn't the initially advice on the vaccination rollout bouts galt relatively as strongly involved when discussing the importance of speed in vaccination of Long term care home residents and staff and which also goltz incorporate in the strategy of the province the current strategy is focusing on different woman apple groups as i implied already one of them. Of course the most important one is long term care home residents we had Roughly fifty percent of the deaths Covid nineteen deaths in the province long-term care home residents and they're glad to report back that that this really went extremely well and that we really now see the impact of Covid nineteen vaccines in this. Very vulnerable grew the challenges. We had which were big changes in the province actually have nearly completely been eliminated there at an ulta groups that are important including a frontline healthcare workers again this is important because they can't get continuously exposed but also because you need to make sure that the healthcare workers are actually able to work obviously and not part of an outbreak that could result in prolonged isolation and quarantine and then chester in a decrease in the workforce that we currently urgently need and the the current surge strategy also focuses on those who are aged eighteen boffin again. This makes perfect sense because that's the people who were most likely to die except for people in the long term care home see respective of their age so this all makes perfect sense where we are right now and that's why we're coming in actually with this new report so everything that we're doing already makes sense but isn't necessarily the optima way and this is what your new report gets sent. Iran this is correct. Yes so vault we now just. They're trying to address. Is the fact that that this pandemic all over. The world is socio economically driven very clearly. Life is unfair and this also halts for the impact of this pandemic. those people are most vulnerable live in precarious living situations. Get the chop stall on behalf of all of us you know. Make sure that we actually have act are able to buy you know foods on the shelves in the supermarkets. That's those people are most heavily burdened by this pandemic and what we know ways that the pandemic is heavily concentrated in terms of its burden on ten to twenty percent of the neighborhoods in the province and at this has been historically the case and assist case. Most of the time in life you with the past is the best predictor of the future. Even if we would not like this to be the case and what we know is also for in in terms of short-term or maidstone predictions that this continues to be the case host neighborhoods that were most heavily burdened in the past. They haven't reached an herd immunity yet. they're not sufficiently protect against against infections. And they will continue to have freely. High numbers of cases of hospitalizations viseu missions deaths. If you're not being careful and just look into how to protect these neighborhoods best and that's where it is. Report comes in. We try to describe the magnitude of the problem and try to outline solution. That actually looks into two different dimensions. Here one continues to be h really important about the second dimension and basically then just across tap these. Two dimensions against each other is neighborhood the residence.

"It's a recess, and I saw stars born and now I spend most of my time thinking about how I can meet and befriend Bradley Cooper's dog. That was his real dog that dog is so cute and such a good actor. Where's that? Dogs? Vanity Fair cover. Speaking of Doug famous, it's time for the news or as I like to call it your recess from the real news. Here we go. This is an early TMZ report and I won't lie. I am resisting it based purely on my emotions, but it has been reported that Pete Davidson and Arianna 'Grande have called off their engagement. The sentimental part of me hopes that they somehow make it through this. But the part of me that retains information is remembering the joke p Davidson made on SNL about tampering with Ariana GRANDE as birth control in order to get her pregnant and trapper at which point I thought girl. You need to get in control of this situation. Take that bony tail and gently shoe this man away. Adele posted a rave review to her social media of the Drake concert. She attended this week to which Drake replied, quote, I love this woman and she came to the show. Thank God. Nobody told me or I would have been shook and quote, which made me think about whether or not I could do various tasks. While Adele watched me. I think I could talk. I could maybe tell jokes, but I couldn't do anything requiring basic motor functions like I could offer Adele some tea, but I couldn't realistically make it. I would just pour hot water and sugar cubes everywhere, and then smile at her until she left Stacey dash who was once Dion from clueless, but is now a meaner more conservative version of Dion from clueless. Got married recently to a man named Jeffrey Marty who looks like a knockoff version of Sean Hannity and promises to drag her even further into the sunken place. Good luck with everything stays speaking of which on rose. Amana, Galt new men. The mayor of the sunken place is back on the press junket with news stories about the White House and particularly unpleasant details about the president's relationship to his daughter. But I feel like if we accept this gossip, I'm Arosa will take it. As a tacit acceptance of her re entrance into mainstream America and as almost every bachelor contestant ever has at some point said, I see that you're ready to move forward, but I'm just not there yet. Meanwhile, across the pond, there was another Royal wedding starring someone named Princess Eugenie, but I'm gonna treat it like the most recent Star Wars film and just ignore it. Learn from Star Wars, Royal family. You gotta space these things out more. Now, in theory, if Drake had known that Adele was at his concert and he was able to shake off his shook nece. He could have invited her onstage for a duet. I would love a version of take care with Adele instead of riana mainly because Riyan is just lying. She will not take care of Drake, she will toy with his affections and then leave on a party boat in the dead of night. Take care guys either Livia Harewood and I will catch you next time until. Then recess adjourned. Cast you just heard was published with anchor.
