"And Gaithersburg Maryland the town okay this burger showing the trump administration over the public charge role saying the role allowing the government to prohibit green cards or permanent residency to certain immigrants using public benefits is designed to quote reduce legal immigration levels and in this favor poor immigrants and immigrants of color and of a quote follow the US District Court lawsuit marks the latest effort of course by city state officials including the state senator Jeff Wald striker of Democrat from people's Republic of Montgomery County and cost of the Maryland there you go there's a familiar of learning this is a have a chilling effect on immigrants to make use of legal public benefits such as Medicaid or housing vouchers and so on and so forth the rules set to go into effect on October fifteenth and again we've got to stop me before so again Brian Ross you journey journal who joined a coalition of twelve other Attorney General last month and suing the administration a separate lawsuit over those rules are too lawsuit Drake and here we have people are again now Italy illegal aliens are not eligible for benefits or so we have been told but I don't know if we have any proof of everybody of forcing that but these are legal immigrants who come into the country legally and then for whatever reason if they're here legally based on I I guess maybe if they have a visa or whatever the case may be if they don't have a visa then why are they going on public benefits becoming a public charge. well he if you were in New York right now you might be subject to a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine because they apparently are going to be finding people two hundred and fifty thousand dollars if you use the words illegal aliens so when you wanna let you know imagine trying to enforce that that'll never hold but that's as such a violation of first amendment. do for use in New York thought well look who's willing to look through the leading due for service in New York and Big Bird. right so road built as I thought I thought I'd throw it out there to go to do to give you another example of how ludicrous the left has become now you're right the other forty eight thousand foreign born immigrants in Baltimore as once or seven percent or around thirty five hundred people were told our entrepreneurs in twenty and that's great if they come here legally and they become entrepreneurs I love that and that's a that's an immigration success story by the ninety three percent apparently are not entrepreneurs I am very either a struggling father having to find a job or the made the works of their seasonal work ends and then they don't leave they stick around the and then of course they don't have any money or can't find a job and then the they start sponging off of the taxpayers of Maryland and of course of the United States government it's bad enough like I we just can't be of you know the the doormat of the world I mean you know we we like being a welcoming society and so on and so forth I do agree with the present we got to have a a merit based immigration program we can't invite people into our country say here come on in and then just sit on your **** and and collect the money collected junk. well most of the immigration that should be you know adhered to in in this country should be based on our needs not their needs our needs if we need more people in the tech field they're the kind of people that we would basically allow wind and even then we might have a quarter but right now sh a short of asylum it seems to me that there are so many people that are coming in here not based on our needs in fact if anything many of them are now becoming a financial and otherwise drain on this country now well again if you come to the country legally you are asking our permission to let you in and that should be based on a series of certain things you have to have a job if you're seeking asylum and somebody's going to have to sponsor your somebody else is going to have me why should the United States taxpayer foot the bill that we yesterday we that we said or what and it was Friday I we talked about there are forty four almost forty five million foreign born or non citizens living in the United States twenty two million of which they believe may be illegal think about that forty five million people are we supposed to foot the bill for these forty five million people that come here and I know not a hundred percent of them are public charges but let's just say they have a ten percent of them are twenty percent you're talking about forty eight to ten million people they're sitting around is collecting money and benefits on on Medicaid on food stamps on housing vouchers at cetera you know that that's a that's a recipe for disaster that's unsustainable now you got to have a productive members of society here contributing to society and again you can't take in the entire world is a charity case we already have you know and I guess on what this includes the illegal aliens older goes to two hundred fifty thousand dollars. fine I don't know if it includes the illegal aliens but I do know that their fifty percent of the people in this country roughly fifty percent right now receiving some form of welfare benefits fifty percent now married this again I don't know those per user number Jews racked up a five hundred thousand dollar fine is used it twice we all love you know alright listen it'll get to the point where it will be so absurd that the they'll just have to put me away largest user I. A.'s them or and non indigenous types or whatever I get around that by the way because you're coming up Saturday November ninth of the garden center in Owings mills back by popular demand it is the east coast best yacht rock bands like all your soft rock favorites of the seventies and eighties boathouse row they were excellent last year the concert and this you're paying tribute to the eagles and of course doesn't highway band is going to be there as well all your eagles favorites are.

"Bulletin in Gaithersburg to do the show. We've got a wonderful lineup of guests, including the governor Larry HOGAN will be joining us there as well. So stop by Ted's bulletin tomorrow Gettysburg from five to nine and join us have breakfast, meet some other listeners get to talk to some of the politicians who will be there as well gets talked to us. It's really a lot of fun and get a Ted tart, I hear they're wonderful. And I'm looking forward to wait. It's just so I'm actually really hope they have pumpkin because I do love pumpkin, pumpkin. Ted tired. I'll have to look it. I haven't looked at the menu flavors. They're very ready for Halloween. I saw a lot of Halloween theme stuff. All right, good. So I'm looking forward to that. And I might actually have breakfast. I the caravan. Let's talk about that. I interesting piece in the New York Post about the caravan. And the man who started this his name is Bartolo Fuentes. He was a. Lawmaker in Honduras. Doris. He was a politician there. And he's the man who helped launch this caravan that is now on its way to the United States or as I like to call it the invasion. He began this in September coordinating with groups throughout Honduras who wanted to come nor it's come to the United States. The initial number of people involved is about two hundred and we know that and it has grown to over seven thousand are some of the estimates. Although I keep hearing that. That it was it's up to fourteen thousand which I've I've only seen that number in one place going with it though. It's interesting. You mentioned the kind of the numbers of changed. That's definitely one of the things that I'm like, okay. I have no idea who to believe because we're seeing such gigantic range of numbers. What's what's undoubtedly true is thousands of people are constantly trying to get into the United States. So at this point seven thousand fourteen thousand potato potato spirit of that, Mike, whatever it's a huge group of people coming for America in one shot, and he said, no one expected this avalanche of of humans adjoining this. He told he did an interview with the Daily Beast on Tuesday. But there was a report on one hundred news channel about this. And a woman this is how he he claims this happened that a woman reportedly. Part of the caravan told the TV anchors on this h C H Honduran news channel that that he was going to be giving assistance, and she said that as would pay for the migrants food and transportation costs, and that's all these people signed up. He's like he denies that. Now, he said, I never made that promise because paying someone to take you across the border can run upwards of seven thousand dollars. So this this was kind of like the bargain price. You know? Hey, invasion of America. We got the bargain price come on in. And and they had a group group rate. Apparently, that's what she's claiming. But he said that's not true. And after the news program is starting to get hundreds of calls, and it took on a life of its own. He was stopped and detained. So he is not with this. He was detained in Guatemala, and then was deported back to Honduras. So he is no longer with the group. But a lot of these people as we've as we've talked about you have been in the United States before. And we're. Deported a nineteen year old from San Pedro Soula is with the group, and he said traveling in a group is cheaper cheaper and safer. Everything is in God's hands. If it doesn't work I'll be right back where I am now. And that seems to be the the attitude of some of these people what do I have to lose by doing this? Let's see Kamala Harris was asked about this. And I think we have Kamala here. Kamala Harris, which we know she's eyeing a run for twenty twenty. She was asked about the she was in Iowa and a CNN reporter asked her what the US response to this should be. And she said, we are a country that our strength has always been that we're tolerant country, we're welcoming in particular to those who have fled harm the idea that we're vilifying anyone group in the fearmongering. It's not in the best interest of our country, except we've except the people who have actually talked to these guys on the ground to include reporters who are sympathetic to their cause. Yes, say talks everybody that all economic migrants. Yes. They're disproportionately people were like, yeah. Just wanna go somewhere recommend more money and that. Yeah. That is part of this and former attorney general Cancun Ali gave an interview to Breitbart and said that the states can stop this this invasion by taking advantage of. Their constitutional War Powers that give them the ability to turn foreign nationals away without going through court proceedings. So I don't know if this is on a state basis or not maybe we can we can get him on the show me to delve into that a little bit more. To fight to find out about that a little bit more. We make we're going to talk to Hans von Sikorsky. At seven oh five. We'll ask him about that as well. But so Kamala Harris says we're welcoming, and we need to welcome them. And we need to be tolerant. What's interesting beta work was contacted by the daily caller for his opinion on this. You know, what his thoughts he has no stance on this? Also, it's interesting. There's the he hasn't yet. He has no opinion. He'll let us know later. Does not yet. Have a statement was the statement. And what's interesting is the daily caller news foundation. Also reached out to a whole bunch of Democrats Bill Nelson. Jon tester Bob Menendez Stacey Abrams. Hey, heidi. Heitkamp Jackie Rosen Claire mccaskill Kristen cinema on and on and on down the list of Elizabeth Warren, Dianne Feinstein, Mizzou Hirono. None of them have have responded. None of them seem to have an opinion on how to handle the migrant caravan. They don't have an opinion on this. There's just nothing coming from them. Silence. They'll decide after the election how they want to handle because like, you know, your your you've been elected to come up with some solutions here procured them. What you want to know why? Because there was a memo that went out from Chuck and Nancy telling them to steer clear of anything having to do with immigration and keep the focus on healthcare. So that's why that's my humble opinion. As to why they did not receive good electoral strategy, ignore America's problems that will help you get elected. Will it absolutely will six forty four in WMA? Oh, hey, Larry O'Connor here recently,.

"Already leader on the judiciary committee is telling people that to two men have come forward to say to him, it might have been might not have been judge in cavenaugh with Dr Blasi four. It might have been might have been. It might have been and and what caused you to decide to come out now and say this? And there were two anonymous things last night and everybody reasonably discounts, those one in Colorado and one in Rhode Island. I you just you also, so you can't be anonymous. Now anonymity is gone. Have this question for that? I think Chris may be quipped answer these things that came out last night. Yes. These things are are things that the judiciary judiciary committee had been aware of had not made public Iraq. Yeah, they work investigating them, which which would sort of explain where we're saying, what's the rush? What's the rush? I mean, it would sort of explain the rush if you were hoping Jack and firm. I'm this guy and you thought there were these things, but if you had, if you had investigated them to your satisfaction, it's very hard when someone does not want to be when the accuser wants to remain anonymous, it's difficult to verify. Yes, there are there any number of reasonable questions of person in the United States other than Michael Caputo could have is complete bozo when he's on TV. I mean he's screams and yells and dozen list. You know what? What's lost in America. Now nobody steps back and goes. That's interesting. I don't know. I should look at that. You're right, that introspection nobody ever does that. So one of the great one of the great parts in the Swidnik story is one of Kevin was classmates. I'm reading this scoffed at the notion that sweat MC would have been a regular parties with Georgetown prep students because she went to Gaithersburg high school, and he says, never heard of said the person who spoke on the condition of anonymity, of course, of course anonymity because because members of the. Class have agreed not to speak on the record. The report is quote. I don't remember anyone from prep hanging out with public school girls, especially from Gaithersburg these snob factor on a hundred and five. On a scale of ten. Most let me let me say some. Well, my daughter currently attends that high school, but I went to public school in Montgomery County in the shadow of Georgetown prep about five years after these alleged incidents graduating five years after this. So I was just a couple of years later, but that statement is entirely true, right? Based on my experience writers, no caste system, and this is not the main story obviously. But one thing that this story really has gotten into for people are not familiar with is the the private school culture in this area Holton and prep, and you know, there's, there's I play basketball at Ken's AGA my guess is there's a lot of Gonzaga humble graduates pretty happy right now. Thrilled that prep is getting. Yes. I mean, there's there huge rivalries and and then public versus private and what that means if you had a child who avoid who you weren't sure could get into prep before apply now, put a ten dollar Bill in the envelope. He'll be by five o'clock because prep past taking it in on the chimps, not say really bad look Georgetown prep right now. So what I want to get to here is what I think is is reasonable. Look, let us understand. I think everybody could probably agree. Why are the Democrats trying to get rid of bread Kavanagh? Well, the main reason main reason is because of what happened in Merrick, garland, because he didn't even get a hearing because the Senator from Kentucky, Mitch McConnell, made sure that nobody would even listen to him. He might as well have been. If you've ever seen the great movie from that twenty five years ago, last emperor, he might as well been the emperor of Mancha co. A country that never existed a puppet emperor put in there by the Japanese. Okay. He might as well have been that he got no run whatsoever, and Mitch McConnell made sure that. So the Democrats are angry, but this is payback more than it is his, this particular person's politics. It's part part of both, but this is this is the motivation for it because they didn't stop Neal Gorsuch who's also they didn't stop him. They're holding along on this guy. Okay. Yeah, swing difference. There is Gorsuch replaced a conservative..
