"You're listening to radio nationals rear vision with Kerry Phillips. You can always find us on the ABC listen app and catch up on programs you might have missed, including our recent programs on Russia, NATO, China, and the invasion of Ukraine. Gabriel borich, Chile's new young president, has just taken the reins in a country hungry for change, wanting a more equitable society in one of Latin America's most prosperous countries. And Chilean sea changing their constitution as the key to a better society. The constitution created during the Pinochet dictatorship, set in place institutional structures that allowed his heirs to constrain the decisions any future government could make. The resolution of the 2019 protests was the government's agreement to hold a referendum on the need for a new constitution. The referendum was held in October last year with almost 80% voting for change. It's very unusual that people protest about political rules. People protest about the lack of services or the lack of access to health or to pensions, people protest for bad salaries, but this time, people protested for that and also for the rules of the game, the political rules. And I think this is because we have an anomaly political system that remains attached to the tutorial past that retains many of the anti democratic features of our transition to democracy. So Chile recovered democracy in 1990, but Pinochet, the dictator military dictator that led the country between 1973 and in 1990 after a military coup that overthrew the sabari again the government, he wanted to institutionalize some aspects of what he saw as a better political system in a constitution and so he wrote in 1980 a constitution that he published as a decrease. So it was a law decree in a completely undemocratic context with all the rules that he and his allies liked, for instance, there is a very strong cause protecting the private property of water in the constitution. And this is very unpopular. So no democratic constitution in Chile would ever have been able to entrench in this way the private property of water rights. But he did it. And this has been a very intense aspect of debate. And actually, two years ago, there was a bill presented to Congress to try to change that to remove this protection of private property of water from the constitution. The bill received 24 votes in the Senate in favor. So 24 senators wanted to remove it. And only 12 to defend the dictatorial plus. Those 12 were able to maintain the norm because in addition to putting the rules, he protected this rule through very high super majoritarian quorums to change the constitution. So he put the norm of the water there and then he said you need two thirds to change that. And two thirds in the Senate in this case was 29 volts, so 24 votes were not enough and only 12 votes were enough to defend the maintenance of a close that was very completely against the popular will in the first place. So this shows you how we've had for 30 years in trenching the constitution things that were not put there by the people of taleb and all of these made sure that the right, the hairs of the Pinochet dictatorship could have veto power over any changes performed by future governments. So we had 30 years of a very strong immobilism through this undemocratic process. Constitutional reform in Chile has taken its first step this weekend with the country electing a 155 people to draft a new document to replace one that was imposed during a military dictatorship. Chile's president Sebastian Pineda is urging voters to go to the polls despite coronavirus restrictions. Activist groups of mobilized in hopes of enshrining equality for women protections for the environment and the right to obtain an abortion. Conservatives hope to maintain a dominant private sector and impose rules making it hard to pass reform in the legislature. So I can tell you a little bit more about what chileans hope to get from this new constitutional convention. The main issue that there was with the current Chilean constitution that they'll vote out is that it was based on, I will stop in our sheds region. And it was basically a way that the regime justified authoritarian rule. And the way that they justify their authoritarian rule was by modernizing Chile and then open market economy. What many have called hyper capitalism. And overall perspective of the problem that we see with the current Chilean constitution. With the constitutional convention is trying to do is to rewrite and include all of these new necessities and all of these new paradigms that Chilean space as to how they live, the rights that they have. You know, there's no doubt that cheetahs the democracies, but they do want to change and rewrite the country's constitution. So that it includes a gender parity, aid includes indigenous peoples. It includes indigenous rights, land rights, specifically, so that it includes chiles, climate agenda, which they're very proud to boast so that they include the way that they're going to go about their natural resources, which are very, very important for Chile's GDP. You know, Chile is a mining country. It's a lithium country and lithium is one of the minerals that's going to be in our future in this climate conversion that we're seeing. So it's those things that this constitution is trying to achieve. At constitution doesn't necessarily target every single issue that the country is having issues with, but it's a legal framework as to how to move forward. And many feel that in rewriting this constitution, they're taking up too much time in details and not the overall picture. So that is something that we're going to see in the months coming because they do have a two year limit. And they're behind schedule. They're not necessarily fighting, but there are a lot of competing priorities that the right comes in, the left comes in, indigenous people, they're giving a louder voice to regions. They're decentralizing a little bit as to speak as to how the government is organized, there's also the fact that it requires two thirds of approval for everything that happens or everything that has changed. There is this caveat. There is this fear that it's focusing on too many details, I suppose on the general legal framework.

"Whoever it is, what's going to stop them from just getting into this business and squashing you. And ultimately, the answer is, it's about you, and it's about the team. And it's about why you're going to be the frugal enough and passionate enough and efficient enough with the capital you have and go and go get that land grab in a way that another company is not going to be able to do. Again, investors are investing in you more than they're investing in anything else. So being able to tell that story and being able to explain why you're the one that's going to take this huge opportunity and go get that market share. Fire nation, you've heard land grab a few times. What happens post fundraise that we really need to know about? Well, I think one keeping keeping contact with your investors is really important. Like I send out a quarterly update to my investors. If your investors are coming and asking you for information that's probably not a good sign. So it's better to keep them in the loop. "Adrian and Micah are at home, listening to their favorite story from bedtime stories for kids. It's already evening time when the doorbell rings, and Gabriel works the front door. Opens it, but there's nobody there. Gabriel goes back up to his bedroom, continues with the story. When the doorbell rings again. This time, however, Gabriel and Adrian go to the door together. And when they open the door, again, there is nobody there. And just as they arrive back upstairs, the story continues, the door bell rings for the third time. And this time Gabriel Adrian and Micah, all three of them run downstairs to try and catch who is at the front door. Gabriel opens the front door, and again, while there is nobody there, there is a package left on the floor, and on the package there is a cart that reads open me. It's a super, super heavy package. So Gabriel, Adrian and Mike I have to work together as a team to get the package inside and into the living room. The package is wrapped very tightly. Gabriel Adrian and Micah each have to pull on one side of the wrapping to try and see what is inside. And a few seconds later, the three boys stare at a box and inside is the following. A huge and super heavy camera that can take amazing pictures in the dark. Plus, a tripod on which the camera can stand. And the second thing that's in the box is a ginormous bag of the most amazing delicious super amazing chocolate ever. But then there's a third thing, and that is a letter. Should we open the letter and find out what it says? The letter says this dear Gabriel Adrian and Micah. Someone told me that dragons are not real. But what if I told you they are the real deal? To spot a dragon. This is all it takes. Spread out all of these chocolate and put the camera in its place. Bring a little bit of patience and you will see a dragon face to face. Gabriel runs to his mom Kimberly and says, mom, where do we put the chocolate and the camera? How about in the garden mom says? Because I don't want to drag an inside a house. And that night, the entire garden became filled with chocolate. Covering all the grass where some of the best, most amazing and most awesome chocolates are just covering everything. Adrienne and Micah carried a camera upstairs because from the bedroom, you have the best view over the entire garden. And now we wait, Adrian says. Let's see if we can really spot a dragon. And so one minute goes by and 5 minutes go by and ten minutes go by and all this time absolutely nothing. 15 minutes go by and 20 minutes go by and nothing. Okay, this doesn't work Adrian says, let's go to sleep and then we can clean up the chocolate covered garden. Tomorrow. And Gabriel, Adrian and Mike con. They leave the room and they walk towards their bedrooms. When suddenly huge noise comes from the outside. It's like there is something flying in the sky and it's like about to land, but it's not an airplane, but it makes a lot of noise. And the boys run back into the room, looking to see what is causing all of this noise. But as it's nighttime, it's a little bit hard to spot. When suddenly, no, no, they can not be. A real life dragon runs through the garden. The dragon must be as big as the entire house and its green and black and there's yellow colors. And the dragon sure loves chocolate because the dragon starts eating and eating and eating and eating and eating and eating and eating all the chocolate. Quick. Like I whispered to Gabriel, take the picture. And in that moment, Adrian presses the button of the camera, getting the perfect picture of the dragon. When at that moment, all of the chocolate from the garden is gone in the dragon flies off back into the sky. Wow, this was awesome. Tomorrow, we can show everyone the dragon that came to our backyard. And with that, we're going to end today's episode. Please share it with all your Friends and your family. I hope you have fun. Join me in the next adventure. And if you want me to create a story just for you, then simply ask any grown-up to get in touch. So with that being said, I wish you good night. I wish you sweet dreams if you are not yet going to sleep. I wish you an amazing day, and I will see you in the next adventure..

"Good you all around the world you would listen to my voice right now look forgotten a ub mvp the greet you all right. Many mache angel. Gabriel i will look for a game between off unless the city. Yeah oh wonderful. Game wonderfully wonderful outing. For the first time this season i like to we salute our we manager mick elected not for anything but for proving us although is now before this project law game i i in from us with my couple of friends listed under washington game. I started criticized dischord we he used for this clogging criticized on extent. Why does the wheat make. I see the kind of scored where he make. Yeah he did a rotational kind of thing. He rotates discord but then means seen on already rotation of the scored for now. I felt disappointed. Why because whenever for this is in rich dot level off this kind of high extent of rotation. yes us over. time won't be retried mosel preach about redux. No-one worry about the dot. So we need a good rotation of the team. In order for we know we first eleven but then senior rotation this time around. But i felt disappointed. My reasons one. We are just trying to breathe on butte up his trunk eleven. We've got enforced. Eleven for now. We'll get that mentality winning spirit. Yes even if it'll get complete eleven won't get some specific players. The indictment that mentality of winning and delivering week in week. What is players booker. Asaka emerick obama young defensive Dennis the bios to an extent smith wrote to an extent. Then martin oughta god. We're going to join us in recent time now. I was expecting to see the couple players. Why because within the winning spirit michael butte. If forced eleven around them now seen doubts on state all of them. Especially because i pay mukuba my young in lineup truthfully speaking aetna on full us now this particular if we see doubts scored ugo. Surely perot and move. I've been dane both haven't seen that. Simms called deplorable and up to give us a good result like this. I must say kudos to the manager. Yes it really really shows he. Butte op is called even when we know siham ninety playoffs they to do especially when did treat. So now he knows there are more than we do or do when we go see buzzer congratulating for this wonderful rotational mindset. We can get. I like the game like spirit behind it. And no forget it before this particular rotation where he meek he'd already make a rotation in the talking force no forget the younger the beginning of a season. We always come from the wing side. Boasted poonam go sideways to give in resort. Because it is called week in week out your so i must commend michaela not for anything but for this period of rotation walked out so i believe so you cannot data despite the fact says sometimes i don't doubt i guess more who say he has an agenda in the team if he's been given a chance to explore but detainees you will ask you one question in recently football twisty of what is called patients. No our team not move for so long close to forces. His champions league member bishops noodles make make on our is just one thing michaela totta house. Water takes making. Walk with whitney and get no. I su- most commend effort of a lock as it. Yes in my few people. Komo to comment but i must tell you one of the most essential players in the game today. He pleaded out he fought it out. He gives best unenriched sometimes even when they started the bench in recent games. It doesn't mean giving his best just To an extent not too much encouragement from the team. Not winning your time so if you blame up from that i must commend the effort of willian. Yes we'll have. Somebody gives instances to sign them apart from the first game. We give an assist pleaded out apart from that particular came to now university doing it then From local things from our last game for europol league coupled with this today's game i must say Willian is gradually coming up to speed. I just hope say we next game integral inaugu inaugural relax and who else pleaded out. Yes nicholas pippi nicholas. The only thing is Eh fluctuate like nipah lights. Not just a problem at all whenever he gives. Best this sean shala deliver for us now. But the problem is inconsistency. Today he played very fine. tomorrow now on different ballgame. So what you really do not have to fight this consistency issue. We didn't play us. Must i must see one of the best ways to fight constancy in the team not to at least give every player a chance to plea even if the naga start wants to bring them in abusive inform you drop on for bench. The end of my drop them out. Oh let two three games no time you really put them out even if the for fifteen minutes. Ten minutes at the end of mal mcdaddy sweated out detroit to be a little pissed inside the team and so for now nicholas be unwelcome clooney martha just on give kudos for this particular game to do what he plea by the expect more from him. If not before end of least stopped next season no player most come in to lose duly pulling how did we lose for big much. Make some kind of aerodyne each penalties on red card which is not done. David lewis now one central player. Michelob really need to walk. He needs to speak to his psychology. Mickey for the come down making depends when it comes to begin making the confidence. Then he needs to come down. He's a good player. he's an expressly. Is one of the defenders should we. Can we count we'll because that's big much mentality of fighting. It's out times the affect on ninety two or so. I need mika la to speak to his psychology then pablo mary. Another wonderful defender anytime did future in our games depleted out ended up to command Suarez yes suarez on..

It absolutely my pleasure loving your music which we're gonna talk about in a moment. I've just discovered you guys sent. You'll music one of your promotional team and i was your recent release of a remix of what of you'll tracks from australia Systematic and i'm state was remixed by stitch from mushroom head. Yeah so he didn't amazing job and we're really excited about the release is really cool. I mean i am a sucker for the metal industrial dance music. Crossover thing if i could give it a name. Would mike my my music show centers around that kind of cross. Eva sorry is primarily for electronic. That's perfect binds heavy bands industrial remixes mashups. All that kind of stuff and the fact just done by Stitch is really cool as well but us how that came about and everything. We've known rick for a long time we've played shows we've done tours with mushroom head. We had rig he sang backup of on one of our songs called like god on our record. Neural disaster in two thousand eleven. And then i did a track for fontana that hasn't been released yet. And so rose kinda working back and forth and we decided to do a remix ep and we reached out to some of our friends that you know we really like like what they do and we asked rick if he wanted to do a remix and he said yes and so we learned to decide what song off of alpha bionic that he wanted to remix each of systematic chaos and then when he came back with just loved it we love dance industrial field kind of had like an old school industrial. Feel and he's really dirty and grimy and kinda like underground goth clubs strip club canfield. And so we're like this is going to be the first one we released. The remix is because we just to so much. It's definitely is..

"It also. It. My neck sometimes is stiff. I've not had a part of my body that hasn't heard as a cyclist but the typical stuff for me is more like my By hips by low back in my knees. So do a lot of conditioning and hamstring strengthening and work on my ankles and different stuff it all comes from the ground up. you know that's that's not going to be what what the next person needs. Some people are incredibly tight in their thighs. My mic wads are really flexible. They always have been but my my growing super tight. So it's really all unique animals. And so we get the best results by having You know personalized practices need for us? Yeah. That makes sense I mean. Cycling is such a repetitive sport in many ways that you know. It's quite easy to get your body into a routine and a position because you're riding the same bike all the time that. has some negative consequences if you're not counter-balancing them. Indeed. Yeah, and You know the the the mental things that? We, the mental traps we find ourselves in as well as. We get into maybe obsessive thought just like we obsessively pedal over and over again and obsessive thoughts beneficial. You know that drives us to keep writing and keep working on. Improving can be really good but obsessive thought. were always beating ourselves up Is is really not so good you know and. A little bit of Yoga a little bit meditation just just taking carry yourself. You know just anything you do to take care yourself. It really good to to counter those obsessive negative thoughts that we can find ourselves in a I've had a lot of friends who were very high level athletes and you would think that they are you know perfect in every way if you look at the picture them in the magazine or the side of the other but really the sometimes they're. Way Too hard on themselves in can lead to some really dark mental states in you know in some ways you know high level athletes are just as tough as iron but in other ways, they're very fragile in I would say normal amateur people Could relate to that most likely as well and it's Everybody deserves to take good care of themselves especially, if you put yourself through something rough. Yeah, I think that's a great point to end on. Gabriel hope for the listener is a little bit different show for me this week but I hope for the listener the sort of point they're taking home as like you need to take care of yourself. In. Order to keep riding further and further and your success at a at a two hundred mile gravel race is probably more related to self care than it is to the actual training sometime. So it's all a balanced. So Gabriel, thanks for shining a light on yoga for cyclists I'll definitely put links to all your social media and your website. So people can check out some great content you have out there and consider getting personalized yoga video from you. Thank you so much. This has been a really really fun conversation I just wanted to ask one quick. Question I sent you a picture us on the socials of a fire road in the Lucia mountains down in sort of Carmel big. Sur area and I was curious if you down there I haven't you know all the writing. I've done in the Carmel area which I've certainly been down in that neck of the woods has been on the road. Get I've done the sort of bike touring down highway one all the way down to La on a handful occasions but it's funny. You mention that because I've been obsessing over this idea of creating a largely gravel route from San Francisco to Los Angeles. So I'd love to pick your brain at a later point if you've got any trail data that could help me kind of piece together some of the the midsection there. I definitely do and I. Just. WanNa let you know one of my favorite places to camp is this place called? which is you could you could use that as a starting. Point to do so many good both road and off road rides, and so I'm hoping that maybe in the future we can. Enhance our friendship and do a little. Camping trip together and probably throw in Yoga too. If you're down I look forward to Gabriel. Thank you are A. Big thanks to Gabriel for all the insights into Yoga for cyclists and big thanks to athletic grains for sponsoring this episode of the gravel. Ride podcast I, appreciate you spending some time with us this week.

"Talk about this week's guest Gabriel Benjamin. Gabriel is a cyclist and a yoga teacher that I invited on board to talk about Yoga for cyclists like many during the pandemic of thought outweighs to just be better to myself. Yoga was one of the things that came up along with meditation and I really wanted to get my yoga advice if you will from someone who is an actual cyclist. So I discovered Gabriel's work online and later discovered he's got DVD's all kinds of. Stuff focused on Yoga for cyclists. Additionally, he started to provide personalized yoga instruction videos privately for clients which really appealed to me because I. do feel like as gravel cyclists were taking a different type of abuse maybe than a general cyclists. So it was great to get Gabriel's opinion on the types of things I could do in a short amount of time to really improve my body function in support of my goal of being better gravel cyclist. So I hope you enjoy this conversation with. Gabriel I, hope you take a lot out of it. The great message that I took away was just do a little a little can really do a long way. A lot of times. The idea of yoga gets wrapped up in gotTA travel to a Yoga Studio I've got to dress a certain way and the in the class may not necessarily meet my needs as a cyclist. But today we're kind of in the golden age of content and were able to kind of get personalized. Recommendations that really work for us from the comfort of our own home. So I'm really hoping to adapt and Adopt Yoga regime that embraces this. Let's just do ten twenty minutes every day rather than thinking we've to go out and do a block at wants and think, Gabriel does a really good job of espousing that idea and kind of embracing newer athletes into the idea of Yoga and how can support you as a cyclist. So with that, let's jump right into my conversation with Gabriel. Gabriel welcome to the show. Thanks for having me, Craig I'm I'm excited to dig in as you know, I've sort of dabbled in Yoga for time. But by no means have, has it really been part of my weekly? Practice but well, it's like to start out by learning a little bit about your history as a cyclist and in this case, I'd love to learn about kind of how you discovered yoga how the to blend together for you. Right on Well. I've been cycling for quite a while I was never really an athlete as a kid I was kind of Unhealthy in a little chubby asthmatic but I played a little bit of tennis. And I wasn't very good but I wanted to get more fit so I took up. Cycling just on my mountain bike just mountain biking around the road. And You know I remember in nineteen.

"We had an eastern Orthodox speaker talking about Ego Theology. He had a Roman Catholic speaker. We had a southern Baptist Speaker whose Church Planning Professors missionary over in Asia. For over twenty years and then we had a worshiping component to it and so we had quakers a nondenominational charismatic Presbyterian. Pc USA NPA. And so we had all these different denominations show up from really wide. Unbrella. And I think it was a really positive experience. Nobody bit each other's heads off. It was just a really good experience. And so that's what we're going to try to continue this next year secured Keith Giles. And were we've got a guy named Jason Bobo who's a local pastor here in Tulsa. Pca All that to say that's my story. That's kind of how I went through deconstruction and then how that ended up leading to the Misfits Theology Club. There's a spark Christian conference sparked Christian podcast and conference my friend. Missy Phillips is doing that might be a part of here in February here in Houston which will probably be either happening or done by the time. This comes out but at the same time Keith wrote in there that there was a misfits theology conference and I thought okay. Well what is what is that right and so I knew the spark one. But what about the was this misfits? One inside looked Do Gold all that kind of gets to do the Google search and Google stock found. I'm GonNa play something real quick so if you go to their website. There's an intro video so if you want to understand a little bit about. Gabriel a little bit about the Misfits Theology Club. I thought I would play their intro video for you guys and gals out there to listen to as a kind of to introduce a to have him talk before you actually get to talk so because I just think he does a great job at telling what is it so here. It more so I don't know how to process it correctly and I I I think I never really processed icon just accepted that it happened that these kind of things happened that it is said and I moved on but to anyone who knows me in my upbringing. Anyone who's any anywhere close to a certain extent. We've had that conversation about her. She's never been a secret she's not a she was. She was someone who I wrote with an do. Look around you and do hearing you see things and they mold you into the person you are. They mowed you into who you are. They mowed you into how you see the world and this was one of the most traumatic childhood instances where I knew that not only. Can the system fail? It will fail and only when it fails what what may happen but there are real life repercussions they are real life repercussions when I think about Sabrina. When I think about Gabriel when I think about I can. I can name even more kids that I that I know who fortunately lived like I. I have friends had homes will literally have been born in a house holes with their parents have passed away with them as children in that household and no one found a base. This ask But see this as they say. This system is built for poor kids so that that would never happen. Nope to a certain standard of children. Nope but to a kid in Harlem in the eighties and the nineties. That's very likely what happened..

"The law marginal legal and vice Gabriel hello Gabriel welcome to the show hello yes I was owner I was working for an employer who is paying for my hotel room as as the normally do I have a medical marijuana card or the Oklahoma and medical marijuana state in mind the the the marijuana was so strong that the owner was coming out of my room so much so that housekeeping actually went into my room and then evidently stole about one out of my room and so when I told management about if they win they are to the locks they found out there's six different employees that were in my room that shouldn't even be in there so in going back and forth with the general manager about it you know we we kind of got into work and what not I'm not I mean I'm a little bit upset because of the marijuana that was stolen from me but the bigger issue is when she called my employer and then stated that do you know your employee your employee had marijuana and I caught him with it in my room in my hotels and ball about a block and I wanted to know if that was the hip of violation no it's not a hip a violation because I the R. management of the hotel is not it is not a medical facility or medical employee or a medical provider now now just take our call the employer just give you a lot of grief and that's what happened and I'm assuming did anything happen to you by the way as a result of that were you fired were you apprehended however I was reprimanded and aimed at onetime showed my employer the medical card then they kind of they kind of were were understanding with that and I was just kind of went away alright so went away so the answer is no HIPAA violation I there was obviously an attempt at defamation which did not occur because you weren't in the least I'm not punished for it and it was perfectly legal what you were doing and docks and you you obviously you don't have to go to that hotel anymore do you absolutely okay I'll tell you what I would do is a no smoking rooms what I would do I would go there and die it's like crazy I would take I would even take resin marijuana resin really potent and just rub it all over the base it's all over my carpet and I say congratulations now you can't do that but I book I book another room just smoke like crazy so it actually goes into all all the drapes in the furniture but now the answer to your question is no hip a violation and you weren't harmed we should have a jerky manager by the way was this a major hotel nine major change I got a blank was our customer rewards no they will they will start going then you start going up the chain and say Hey I've been a customer I've been a loyal customer for ex number of years here my reward number and this is what the your manager did to me absolutely I think okay thank you that's the way you go with that one for sure Joe well hello Joe welcome to handle on the law yes built my daughter had been having an ongoing issue with the bully at school she's a thirteen this this issue has been going on for about a year and a half now on numerous occasions this girl has tried to beat up my daughter they had been physically touched her until until recently she gave my daughter a mild concussion my question to you is on this particular day my daughter went to the office to report that this girl was after her again and they they just told her to knock it off told the the bully to knock it off and let her go and on that same day it during lunch she attacked there and I'm not going to the ground gave her a mild concussion my question is is the school Meg necklace yes the school is negligent especially if they knew about the bullying and did nothing to stop it and I'm gonna argue they had a duty to get rid of that Bali jet that bully out of that school and they didn't and I think well I think that's the case I mean I would I would sue the model district I tried to call a lawyer and I tried to talk to the school we've had meetings with the school district they say that our options as far as billing is concerned that my daughter is the one that had the lead that has the option to move schools and then on top of that the lawyers it seems like every lorry I talked to they don't want to do nothing because my daughter is not on the on life support or something yeah you say kids are not enough money in it that's the problem how does a lawyer make money on this thing it's not gonna be as the school support the school district is gonna write tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars but I got a question I your daughter is being bullied Y. as a practical measure just get the hell out of there and go to another school even the first second or third time out you know that so I had a friend of mine night is matter fact was in England where his daughter was being ball read it and went to the school the school did nothing and man gone two weeks later I just for the daughter sake and that just that's just a practical approach Aug so if the school district does nothing which it clearly isn't doing and doesn't care I'd go to your city council person all of the school board is probably are probably because I. independent agencies school boards are and I you know I go to the board itself I mean you obviously talked a board member you know you did not try to you did it I know we went to someone who's in charge of the other discipline while this girl has now been not expelled from the school okay so long right so therefore what they should have done his weight earlier and deal with whatever damages you have and the problem is out there really isn't a whole lot of damage that you can get money from and I'll tell you at Joe I will say and this is science as a parent I say as soon as your kid was being bullied I don't know why the hell you can get that kid out of school a year and a half of this thank you yeah until she was hit and became by and she had a concussion so anyway the school board they acted appropriately and expelling the the the bully but wait further down the line then she then they should've and the point is salt lawyers Hey listeners get money you're you're dreaming even when you're absolutely.
