"Know I Know You love your phone? APPs to keep yourself on track into. Keep track of your to do is. That's great, but. It doesn't stand up against the science that we have. To prove that the brain begins to work on these things in our subconscious when we take our own pen to paper and write out exactly what we're thinking what we're doing when it comes to brainstorm when it comes to decision making when it comes to keeping ourselves on track when it comes to just planning out our day when you take a pendant paper, it's crazy. How much more effective you're GONNA go about a pushing those things and knowing what you need to do without constantly looking at your phone or to do list because you've written it out on your own handwriting. It so powerful. It's why it created the push journal. This is not a plug for the push journal as I said a million times. I don't care what you use, but you've got to put a plan down in writing of a very specific way that I do this. You can find out exactly how I plan my day I'm happy to share that with you. There will be a link in our show notes to an IED G. T. V. that I did show you exactly how I use my planner. It just takes a few minutes. I set the habit of doing that the night before. Before and that habit again, I've had to adjust it slightly due to quarantine. I've moved. The location of my journal just wasn't working across my sink anymore. So I've moved into the kitchen and TRAE. Put on my makeup in drink my coffee, so watch that video again link will be in the show notes, but you've got to use a push journal or some form of a general you've got. That's a system. The more systems you have in place, the more structure you have, the more freedom you have, the more structure you have, the more disciplined you'll be. You don't have to rely on willpower. All right next is number eight, and that is rewards. We seek pleasure. When it comes to motivation why we do certain things or why we don't do certain things are really comes down to the very simple science of pain versus pleasure right? We are pleasure seeking. Animals, we are motivated by those things that make us feel good. We do things because they either make happy, or we do things to avoid pain, and as it turns out, most humans want to avoid both like we want to avoid pain, and we want to gain pleasure, and as it turns out, people will actually go to great lengths. Avoid pain in fact were far more motivated to avoid pain than we are to gain pleasure, but remember discipline. Is often disguised as short term pain, which often leads to long term happiness long-term gains. The the most people make is that we get intoxicated by those short term wins right win that immediate gratification, and that's why people are often dissatisfied, because immediate gratification is often short lived. Remember anything that you want and humans, really valuable anything that's truly substantial and meaningful is going to require you to break through the lure of that short term gain in order to get the long-term pleasure in order to truly go after what it is you want. We have to stop focusing on what feels good in the moment right like we can equate the Stephen Mindless eating. You might be sad or lonely or depressed or bored. And what sounds good in the moment is? A Doughnut Bird whatever pick your indulgence. It sounds like it's going to give you pleasure. But if we stop ourselves and ask what is going to give me in the long run well, the answer is quite obvious..

"That was under water and it destroyed about twenty vehicles and now some of them were were pretty rare they had a Indy pace car model that only two thousand were ever made an eighty eight zero formula which was a notch back with under eight thousand miles and they had a red Fiero GT that survived and and eighty six G. T. that was on the left in the shop wow so it survived but you know if you were a if if you were a Fiero aficionado then this would bring definitely bring a tear to your eye because of those pharaoh's unfortunately drowned that was the cashier was the first vehicle that had plastic panels yeah okay so so Saturn came showed up later with that with the plastic pair but the Fiero was the first vehicle that they did that way they were all plastic panels you know Dan freed a whole thing was done free of them bounces off of it hits it yeah I remember those cars I was I was a mechanic then and I worked in a Pontiac dealership but I remember that vehicle the tinkering away at it they were cute yeah they were yeah they were you know they were fun inside to when you sat inside it yeah they were has fingers were like right out of here yeah I know it's on the seat yeah I had a full center separation from the driver to the passenger pretty cool yeah yeah it was in the car mark wants to talk about Pontiacs Haymarket morning yes are you there yes I'm here can you hear me yes eleven yes I can hear you what's up eight I want to ask you what year the Pontiacs aren't yet somebody else told me and what specifically but did you hear what is that the one that the older generation I mean I'm all too right now but did not work not nicknamed the go for some reason that sticks in my mind what what happens is that when they brought it back to earth you that you didn't like it was it was very vanilla looking at you know the the Grand Prix had become where it looks like every other car on the road there was nothing to distinguish it from anything else in that size you know other models the GTO it was just that with a bigger motor I think right Tony yeah highly accurate what took twenty ten is the death of Pontiac and then towards the end towards the end there they they really lost their identity mmhm and you know they were trying to drum up some vehicles from a sense of igniting some old names but what they ultimately deliver really didn't work so it's sad that they will which makes me think you guys actually have talked about this before I mean you could two thousand ten I love you guys all the time you would have definitely mention it probably but I I it just reignited my mind like we ended up we did not effect the well we work with we were Pontiac dealers where we're sitting right now line was Pontiac dealer yeah so we well financed by you guys yeah while so even when you were doing yeah yeah we started the show in two thousand nine yes we may be doing that it is actually out of time yeah we were over at Toyota then then we started we shifted over to Subaru store about over late two thousand ten and Alexa Alexa store maybe two thousand eleven injured you are with the children yeah yeah my address there's parts there's parts while but it's a sad would have been a Pontiac yeah there's you there there's all kinds of places to get even are there any OEM parts left absolutely that is there's no issue in getting parts I mean it's it's old General Motors stuff anyway I mean you know that maybe the harder stuff would be trim elements inside the card itself there were specific that on would be nice if you had a a current day Firebird right yeah I think somebody by that somebody would love that absolutely yep absolutely you know in that there's guys that are making a lot of Camaros yeah there's some of a couple of brothers up in central Florida somewhere that they will make you a bandit Trans Am but make it out of the current Camaro the firm object General Motors really struggled as you know S. U. V. became more and more popular with their brands that were really all car based and then enter do saying that option within that brand in Pontiac really really had a hard time bring also a member that has all my god probably the second ugliest car ever made yeah yeah that was horrible they really struggled going into that space but they've done a good job with Buick yeah they held on to be if you X. done gangbusters with the enclave and yeah I know some of their other crossover SUVs yeah they held on they're having you know the Tahoe you see them everywhere now and even the what's the smaller one the traverse yep that's the the mid size are the smaller crossover nice vehicles yep yep then they they did a good job at Pontiac just didn't yep Buick Buick survived I mean they did a lot of stuff in China B. U. X. very popular in China and stuff so that their overseas markets really bold government production yeah Pontiac unfortunately didn't make it into the hand that GTO is just like I said an abomination we have an original Pontiac sign like it the the shingle in front of the store yeah Jim Craig's collection there yeah it's kind of cool when you look at it I mean you know it's the original sign in very neat looking this was to hang that we need to hang their windows this poem Pontiac is that what it was called none of that the jam prop Pontiac was on the corner of Sheridan and four forty one which we bought and then we relocated from there to here okay Pembroke pines Pontiac you know Buick GMC and then we were going I will initially this was supposed to be a Saturn store only remember that as in years ago after that we we put as a Subaru franchise in here and that was the best thing that we ever dated so yeah like a month later you with their number one dealer in the southeast right sue was a great panel it only took like a month I remember when it happened yeah she was a great product my son just got a a cross track and he loves it that's what my mom drives yeah she loves it yeah sue was a phenomenal phenomenal product in the in the whole thing in the of the shift into the S. U. V. market basically fall right into sewers lap because everything's all wheel drive they've got great diversity in their S. U. V.'s they've got cars that are S. U. vis a lot a lot a lot of selection and then they got the full size last year the sent him out in two thousand nineteen and you can't keep those things around here now everybody I know that owns one of those just loves it yeah she was a phenomenal product absolutely loves it you know it I I it's amazing what what they've become yep you know and where they started with the brat in the Baja and stuff like that I need that back we need it we need that brat we we keep facing backwards the I don't know if you can do that today probably not some crash issues thereby we've always want we always ask for truck we may get one one day I think I think it I think Subaru's poised to have that you know do they make one for any other market then they don't even make one anymore and we need we need something like the the Honda the truck the Honda truck what is average line the ridge line we need a ridge line type product and Subaru we will not be able to keep it in stock we hear it all the time the customer's always ask us for that type of product you know we hear a lot in the news and you know if you read up on you know the car industry itself you know you hear a lot about the Toyota plants in you know in Alabama in San Antonio where my tundra was was built and you don't hear a lot about there's a factory in Jackson Tennessee it was Bohdan aluminum are voting don't let me pronounce your name wrong Toyota kind of took over that plant back in the early two thousands and they were making engine blocks and transmission cases there in two thousand five two thousand eleven they announced that eight point four million dollars of investment and Missouri and Tennessee and you don't hear of a Toyota plant Missouri to support expanded production of six speed automatic transmissions in two thousand thirteen they put another fifty million dollars into Troy Missouri in two thousand seventeen they invested another thirty one point six billion to help produce the first ever U. S. made hybrid power train in both of these plants in Tennessee and Missouri and they ended last year they did like a hundred and twelve million dollars between these two plans to expand them that's how much Toyotas footprint is expanding I mean these are plants that you never hear of yeah because they're making parts yeah they're not making you know that making the goal of the plants that make the the the cars and the trucks that sexy you know making parts isn't necessarily sexy yeah so and the last year or this year earlier this year they changed the name of both of those plans to Toyota motor manufacturing so they're making motors they're making transmissions they're making drive trains and they're putting a big box into our economy and what a lot of people to work yeah so yeah I remember many years ago when they announced that initiative in it you know it that's a that's a big got kudos to them where they've made it you know that decision to support the they're they're they're one of their largest sales areas the United States of buying their products and having the stuff made herein in supporting and employing the employees in this country that's that some believe yeah I remember when they put a bunch of money into the plant and Alabama to start making cameras there yep and then the one in Texas where the trucks aren't making the trucks yeah I mean what what how perfect is that you make in pick up trucks in Texas yep you know my my vin number starts with essay yep and that's how you can tell that it was made in San Antonio yeah you know putting people to work and that's what that's what matters you know especially in this day and age all right we'll take a short break we'll come back and wrap it up on this Saturday morning eight six six six ten six three nine seven get you through eight six six six ten six.

"Okay and would if you scratch. Do you think that juicy you being a performer yourself. It's easy to find those character voices regardless of whether they're male or female. Yeah it does. It does help. It does happen down simply having I if you if you like acting U. L. Think getting a sense of an audience is very important. Getting a sense of what audiences lied to here. I think So that does how in terms of like Bernie counter like giving them things to say but also I think Mariachi style. There's always being on us to get off on the teachers for this. Who has always been very conversational? I kind of I was always written. I've spoken and that is actually very useful school to learn even even learned my job as they wanted sort of things that that sounded a bit more sophisticated when I was almost using My tie today conversational language. What's being one of the most difficult things about writing about historical moment? Well there's a there's when you watch about historic hotel those always a kind of a I don you want to make. It seem as to as possible but you always have to make sure cents a tiny and sometimes I mean real. Life is a bit messy unlike the world of plays and fate and and and movies nomenclature movies. There's a beginning middle and an end in real life. Things don't work out not smoothie you know things Things there isn't always a moment of realization for people in real life and so to put events that happened in real life onto a state. You got to almost manufacturer and sort of a and and make the world thick the story so you have to bend to a little bit Two I you know. I think it's a it's a dilemma. All playwrights have You know being fat to people that I'm talking about Am I being fair to the story? I'm telling a good enough story by making it. One hundred percent through now most of the stuff in the play he's is true and it happened that their offerings because the the people in the story. I've kind of been forgotten a bit by history. Right huge gaps in our knowledge and you have to fill those in I know so. There's something about reading about people in the past where people don't always feel real. I think this is kind of like we feel detached by them and and you have to kind of a mansion. What the you know. You have to imagine what they were thinking. You have to put yourself in the shoes more than you would normally do his way just wanting dates and and You know talking about facts you need to to show what people fouled I think you mentioned Switzerland. Different mindset than than you would do if you're studying history in games. Euro sportsmen have no business with politics no politics with sport. What is an artist business in today's world where I'm F- for an office so I think We've all made your choice not to and the commitment to our. I think if we wanted to make money this very I people doing He don't make a lot of money but they want to make the world a better place and so for me personally I want somebody better place for my kids. I'll go to two small children and it's no coincidence that I started writing plays when I had my kids because I saw I I as a as a guy in his fifties I kind of wanted to make the world better for them for when they they have been and I think there's a there's a mole G. T. Do though I'm just want to talk a little bit about your creative process before coming back to the actual play and games. What process do you go through when you're running a new work do you map out the whole plot before writing a word orbits? Come to you along the way there's a mixture of both actually normally when I'm writing. I have an idea of when start writing until I know what the thing is. I want to write about if I wanted to say I think facism is bad. I'll stop that. I'll have an idea of roughly what the point is how account to admitting that you know. Have a rice. The county to having learned that they've made mistakes. I'm by the end. They've they've changed. That will will viewpoint become much fatter more humanitarian.

"News on ninety two three of them and streaming live on the G. T. A. R. news after with us this winter more than half of US states will have a high school wrestling tournament for girls either unofficial wanna pilot tester even one run by a coaches association as this weekend's Jennifer to shank I found out girls wrestling is now more popular than high school gymnastics high school wrestling was fading but then came the girls as Rachel Bachmann of the Wall Street journal tells us a rise in girls state tournaments has driven participation of wrestling which is now more popular than high school gymnastics Rachel what is changed here well I think the key move was more states starting to add state tournament separate state tournaments for girls wrestling and what this did was essentially signal to girls that they could wrestle against other girls instead of having to wrestle against boys which is what they've been doing for decades at the high school level if they wanted to wrestle when there weren't girls tournaments how many girls were wrestling and how did that work against the boys you know for for years there really were just a few thousand nationwide and and sometimes less than that you know it maybe a handful in each state and you know generally at the lower weight classes girls could often hold their own but of course as you get older and bigger boys and the bigger than girls and this to die was go over well for the girls so and you know even the strength issue aside you know it's awkward when you're a teenager to to wrestle kids boys if your girl I mean that there'd be a lot of people I talked to said there's just no getting around that and so a lot of girls is really weren't interested in doing that and so having separate girls state tournaments and an increasingly separate girls teams really spurred more participation ritual your your story talks about the number of wrestlers going down for boys any reason why you know this is really a larger trend across high school sports the their participation numbers ruler leveling off and I think there it's a complicated question for you know for all kinds of reasons there are some sports that are increasing like lacrosse and some cases soccer and that's because in some cases boys are leaving football or other sports that are perceived to be more dangerous so some of it is shifting but generally speaking you know some kids are doing other things or maybe playing video games not going out for sports for some kids sports as much of the high school level are prohibitively expensive so it's a complicated question I think wrestling with sort of caught up in those larger nation wide trends and it wasn't a plummet it was just sort of a a gradual sort of diminishment over time of participation we're speaking with Rachel box into the Wall Street journal Rachel let's get back to the the girl side of things who is behind the push and what states have done well in promoting girls wrestling well that's that's a great question a couple of groups one is one called Russell like a girl and they've done a lot of work and trying to push states to adopt state tournaments and also use a wrestling which you know has has some I has advocated for girls but maybe not as strongly in the in the past as it is now I'm now I think it sees the huge potential for girls to add to the sport and and really I think these girls and women as a big part of its future and as to enter the states you know Hawaii in Texas where the first states to have a separate state tournaments for girls wrestling and also they really were the pioneers in this and other states have come more recently as I as I write in the game is for Missouri just as a term for girls last year and saw this huge jump and participation wanted dead so the states that are are kind of making the leap and and hoping that the girls will follow in many cases are fine if that's true it is this weekend's Jennifer can shrink with Wall Street journal sports reporter Rachel Bachman it is thirty minutes now after the hour on this weekend seventy two sold.

"Three hours because I'm a clone I'd listen everyday for twenty years huge fan of the G. T. P. so I give out the phone number for reason and I'm going to put aside a sizzling hot take about the proposed in season tournament that could be coming to the NBA to get interactive what's a low to David in buffalo Hey David you're in the jungle Bryan Webber what's going on eight Ryan America Richmond you out thanks for having me on your bills and got a really good season I love the way it is even victims rocket our defense played Austin this year I feel like Josh jail and is making that next yeah you know he looks like a guy that could really be a franchise quarterback years ago might think they've got a weapon in the off season your to really go up again heavy weight there the the Baltimore's began to cities but it but I think the team you know as shown this year they can play with just about anybody I think John McDermott is one of the best coaches out there you don't have the normal job and I think branded being away he's drafted the free agent movies made even such a good spot they got a lot of dour yeah they've gone ward I think the future's so bright the disorganization I think this deep you wanna Super Bowl in the next few years not maybe not this year but I love the way they're set up just because they've got all the pieces the plate then dot their stability there thank you Dave appreciate the phone call an actual sports take which is novel in twenty nineteen made a lot of good points if you're talking about the coaching staff you also should focus as you know on Leslie Frazier who's done all outstanding job as a defensive coordinator former head coach Minnesota should get real interviews not just courtesy interviews when we get to the hiring season my issue with buffalo in the short term is how far are you gonna go with Josh Alan under center now I realize we saw it time and time again in recent weeks especially against the patriots with that bomb John Brown he's got an arm that he could throw a football over mountain like uncle Rico he's just not accurate enough completion percentage around fifty percent that game against the patriots as I bury you now with numbers good news was he didn't turn it over when I told me a lot against a tremendous patriot defense but slowly the franchise moving in the right direction and the good news is finally they have some stability remember they had not made the playoffs since nineteen ninety nine party going a few years ago and that horrendous playoff game in Jacksonville you have a quarterback who is a foundation now I'm not as sold on I want to some other people are I need to see more proven also he's gotta make some better decisions with when he decides to run because he's a big dude but he's running as much as the more Jackson in the red zone he's going to get blown up some time but if you're a bills fan I know this program has a huge connection to bill mafia bills mafia on the buffalo crowd a lot to believe in even if you're gonna be one and done as a wild card in the post season we are rolling through calls today because it is the most wonderful time of the year on Christmas Eve here is Johnny in Texas a Johnny you're in the jungle what's going on what's going on Brian merry Christmas to you and your family thanks very much Hey listen in all sincerity you are one of my favorites so some that I don't care for it all but when I hear you and I hear that guide Sacramento I'm I'm all about it so I hope that get there yes listen to you again before the holidays are all over with Hey listen this urban Meyer thing is really intriguing because I'm a Dallas Cowboys hall can always have been always will be this year to say it's been a disappointment is an understatement you know I was at the rams game and I don't even know what I saw last Sunday you just don't know it it was absolutely at the Bakul and it's it's just so frustrating to think about the years when I was coming up and we won those championships you know it in to see the talent that we have now it's just absolutely horrible but let's face it whether it's urban or link and whoever we sub out for your for your Jason it is long is that man is still alive and I'm talking about the owners the general manager I don't think anything changes frankly I'm I'm disappointed I just want to say that Hey I want to add this in here Adam hog and that we give him all kinds of grief you know for being Adam hawk over the thanksgiving holiday he reached out to me on Twitter and wished me and my family happy thanksgiving and and I I thought that was pretty awesome if I could ever get a follow from Mr high testosterone little out of the I would be really spell your **** all other he's very active the Johnny you know that what's that Alvy is very selective but it could be a Christmas miracle we appreciate the phone call thank you for the kind words you're right I give that a mock a hard time because we're friends off the air sh it's going to destroy the bet but the audience is always changing you will not remember I said that when I berate him coming up in next hour the program these are not the droids you're looking for Johnny preacher the phone call and you said exactly what I was going to point out when you think about the cowboys it all hinges on the owner and he's not going anywhere so you blow out chasing garance time for change bring him Ron Rivera and Norv Turner okay what's gonna change maybe some situational play calling at least they might run the football a little bit on like what happened on Sunday let's squeeze in red in Long Beach a red you're a veteran I know your stick you got to do it in thirty seconds wherever you know since the meeting you know when you find whatever you are warning so in the box and I just wanted to let you know that you get some beach and that's why the radio station is no longer on the air because we took a lot of calls that they went out of business several years ago I had a lot of time sitting in my studio apartment to another California I think what went wrong because we took read every day all rights that was a novel experiment what's coming up in our number two I have deep penetrating thoughts on this and be a tournament idea plus the games coming up tomorrow to the clippers care at all about the regular season based on load management it appears they do not but the NFL is K..

"I was thinking of buying a all wheel drive vehicle and I will get the best of both worlds I do like the Dodge challenger and I know they make a well will drive now the G. T. I was just one of your thoughts are on that well I haven't seen one yet I don't know if they do just probably just started making them so I don't know I can't give you you know any good feedback on whether they make a good all wheel drive vehicle but they have been making other vehicles like for instance the Chrysler three hundred and in a in a few other ones the charges they made that one and all wheel drive as well and they seem to hold a pretty good so I would assume that they're going to use the same system yeah from what I understand I get that the same platform as the three hundred they'll him on twenty seventh he actually the G. T. seventeen oh okay I haven't seen one yet yeah I haven't I haven't got one for anybody but you know I could certainly take a look for if you're interested how's the sedan market going by the way does it continue to plunge into oblivion yeah I mean you see more more people seem to be by an S. U. V. A.'s and and pick up trucks pickup trucks a huge what is the dance down to as a as a percentage of the market you know I don't have the exact figures but I'm going to say it's probably about thirty thirty five percent now really yeah I can do it have come out with some good looking sedans of the past few years though yeah they they making a comeback at all yeah but that the force not gonna make sedans anymore that's the that's the big thing yeah so they're gonna make just Taylor's Olson and then he's been sacked okay he's not he's not exactly the millennial market the middle of it you know it's kind of a throwback he's further back than me I love fins electricity is my dad sixty one caddy that you do for Christmas last year awesome who who is the sharpest fence apt I was gonna say fifty nine fifty nine yeah that's my couch like my cat like nice yeah eight four four five hundred forty two forty two please ask bill what he thinks about the twenty sixteen Cadillac ATS two oak turbo pretty good there actually been pretty good the only problem with the cat is is they that if attainment system seems to be pocket Adam constantly so in other words you know we you everything is is in one one basic quadrant in a you get your radio your heat Nick conditioning and all the functionality of everything and they are and that seems to go that touch screen is bad really yes yeah so well we've got some fixes far but if if somebody's got a problem with it by the way but the thing is you don't have to buy a new piece from Cadillac is I think the like before grant a bat yeah yeah I know it's expensive he to heat the air conditioning and radio those are pretty pretty important yeah well everything's there the heated seats there I mean every function in the car is basically in that it's like a little computer if you will yeah I know that's that's why I missed my fifty nine Chevy impala these go on I love those sites you just can't get going too fast because all right wings will get you up I know exactly exactly we'll be right back with bill Papageorgiou you can call him a during the break you can column after the show anytime tomorrow eight hundred three hundred forty six hundred bill Papa George when the car guys.

"I can talk to the folks at G. T. juster rude rom curious about your opinion if I go out not get one near my house might still long yeah Mike saw you hung up on Mike not was there all right anything else they might no I thought you were talking to him does talking to you all right and you thank you Mike if I get one gun just just because I don't have any guns in the house right now we talked about that what would you recommend as the obviously skivvies for self protection what do you recommend I don't I'm not what you get when you but you have a lot of guns are saying comes minus a shot gun for your home maybe a hand gun any particular one now one and one that you like one if it's your hand I shot something maybe something from Fisher price I don't know I don't know what you're into a derringer what are you comfortable with I shot something called the the governor one time yeah that's issues for ten I think has four shells and it's it's like a revolver right yeah for ten shotgun shells in it it was pretty extraordinary yeah that's a good guy that you go home defense gone the governor I just like that the sound of it yeah because if someone did break into my home I would say say hello to the governor mmhm edit I would I would say that well you know what nobody believes that yeah what do you use a squeal like a little girl and scream for your wife however I said it now would said Daniel good morning good morning hi I wanted to talk about the homeless issue and say that I might I think the the city council basically is kind of cooking the books you know Enron win under record they had accounting faulty accounting practices and free or hiding the problem that was essentially not there so often by not writing all these citations and putting in writing what the criminal activity is going on it doesn't happen the one other individual that do not even often that live lord wherever they look at Austin and you go on Google when you go like wow there's there's not a whole lot of crime in Austin don't you know we know about it because we live here but other people they rely on statistics and if there's no well criminal activity on paper yeah well in a sense it doesn't happen so the books are being cooked Watson I think you're on the one aspect there that's that is correct people's impression of Austin outside of Austin it in fact I got a message from a from a family member in Michigan talking about how great of a city we are because we're tackling and signin being successful in solving our homeless crisis good lord Hey what do you guys doing done are so what you're doing it's beautiful it's wonderful good job we wish we could do that here Watson I said what are you talking about and they had just seen on Facebook a video of mobile loaves and fishes near Austin and and and from a distance in Michigan they thought it was a city thing they thought Austin was very progressive in helping the homeless into reality issue my my aunt was just wrong it's that's not the case at all no it's the social media and Daniel try to give a false impression of goodness in another part of the country the mobile of the fish is doing a great thing yeah and there's a model there yes that is working very very well but it's it's it's pretty much isolated to that yeah and if we have the city involved.
