"I'm telling you, this all smells like this has been orchestrated by the Biden administration. And we all know who's writing the Biden administration. Just take your pick, Susan Rice. Barack Hussein Obama, somebody's pulling the strings here. Merrick Garland, somebody's telling this district attorney to forge ahead with a case, by the way, that a 7 years old that the federal authorities took a pass on. They looked at all the evidence. They said there's nothing here. As a matter of fact, The Wall Street Journal earlier today and in a staff editorial. An editorial board statement, they said that at worst, this is a misdemeanor. So what is this really all about? What we all know, we all know what this is about. This is about trying to stop president Trump from running for reelection. And if you think this Democrat D 8, who has funded by George Soros to the tune of at least a $1 million that we have been able to verify, if you think it's going to stop with that district attorney, you've got another thing coming. Because the folks in Fulton county, Georgia, the Atlanta area have their own investigations underway, and there are rumors that they may try to indict Trump on the RICO act. It's folks, I'm telling you, these people are unhinged. The downfall of America will be these George Soros funded district attorneys. We've got one here in Memphis, Tennessee. To my knowledge, we're not trying to indict Donald Trump here. I'm rather surprised by that, but there you go.

Wargaming the Trump Indictments With Citizen Kane
"Think it's important that we get ahead of this and we make sure people are expecting an indictment because then I think it will kind of get rid of some of the sizzle, don't you agree. I think that we need to brace the base for impact on this. And then absolutely. And then speak openly and honestly about what that means. And so let me ask you, let's say Trump gets indicted in Fulton county and Manhattan. Legally, I don't think it can bar him from running in any state as even if he becomes a convicted felon, which would be so ridiculous and so outrageous and so awful. But do you think that helps him hurt him or it makes him stay neutral in a Republican primary? Yeah, it's a really great question. It's super complicated. I have a story near the top this morning axios tries to sort of analyze the various indictments. So let's break it down first. Here's what I think. I don't think there's anyone coordinating at all, but they all understand that they want Trump out, right? They do not want him in the race in 2024. So I feel like they're going to try to kill him with indictments. So the axios article talks about the Alvin Bragg and the Manhattan prosecution on the stormy Daniels case. So let's handle that one first. Even axios is skeptical of it. They talk about the possibility of a judge tossing that case before it would even make it to trial. And you know, and I think that one's been litigated enough and there's enough doubt that that's the one I least worry about. However, as axios claims, that's likely to be the first criminal indictment. So we have that one. Then we've got Fulton county. As you and I have talked on two previous occasions, that one's going to happen. It seems really, really obvious. Who else will be indicted besides Trump? I'm not sure. But then that one's going to come down to the jury. Now let's jump to DoJ and Jack Smith. You know, they talk about that in the axios article. The Biden classified documents does that dilute the potential of a Mar-a-Lago case DoJ Mar-a-Lago case against Trump. But there's still the January 6th case. So I'm going to say that I think there will probably be at least two indictments Manhattan and Fulton county and the potential for a third from DoJ. Now to your question of, is it important that we talk about this ahead of time? Absolutely. We have to be prepared for this. Just like you said, it takes the sizzle away.

Trump investigations: Georgia prosecutor ups anticipation
"Former president Donald Trump and his allies have been put on notice by a Georgia prosecutor. Fulton county, Georgia, district attorney, Fannie Willis, a Democrat, has raised expectations that she's likely to seek criminal charges soon in a two year election subversion probe, one that can conclude before an ongoing federal probe led by Jack Smith, a Justice Department special counsel. Should Trump Accept a Civil Deal to Go Away?
"Last subject. Last week I wrote a column for The Washington Post called the agnew option. I have never had 580,000 views of one column. And so that's one and it's about saying, you know, maybe Donald Trump would take a civil deal like agnew took a nolo and go away to get rid of the New York attorney general of Manhattan district attorney to Fulton county district attorney and Jack Smith, the special prosecutor. They all bundled it up and they had a civil settlement and everything went away. Maybe he would agree to withdraw from 2024. And I mean, 580,000 page views is astonishing. The comments all hated the idea, but the callers all hated the idea for different reasons. What if do you think that's even remotely possible Bret baier? I think it's going to be tough to get all of the legal side to agree to all of that. I do think that there's something attractive to even Trump supporters who've lost some of the luster who believe that in the policies, but don't think that the standard bearer meets the moment. And I think that more and more as I go around the country, that's what I hear. From even the staunchest Trump supporters. So I think for your 580,000 views is more about finding a solution because Republicans are worried that it goes down to electoral cul de sac with Donald Trump as the candidate.

Who Wins If Trump Cuts a Deal With Prosecutors?
"You are now writing for The Washington Post. And I warned you, do not read the comments. And I don't know if you've taken my advice, but I always check on the number of comments. And so this morning, my appeal for an agnew option, meaning a civil settlement, no criminal plea, just everybody go to your corners. 5000 angry hit Trump haters lined up to spill their venom. And then I took calls in the first hour and the Trump hardcore supporters are full of angry venom for even suggesting that maybe the president might want to avoid prosecution with his civil settlement. What do you think, Jim? Are we just never going to resolve and get back to a normalcy in this country? A very revealing counter question to you Hugh is civil settlement for which particular issue facing the president? All of them. All of them. Everything. Just the New York attorney general, the Fulton county prosecutor, the Manhattan district attorney, and the special counsel, and anybody else who wants to indict him. Ironically, I don't think I know you're suggesting that because it would not be a win for either side. Correct. And I think that's why nobody wants it. Meaning that the Trump and his most hardcore supporters would never want to admit that he ever did anything wrong in any of those circumstances. And the people pursuing Trump would never want to admit that this was a reasonable mistake or misjudgment and that payment of a fine would be sufficient consequence for that misjudgment. "Ballot envelope and heads for the Dropbox. You don't have to stand in line, you just go in, you put it in the box and you out. I don't think you can beat that. Fulton county offered 38 drop boxes in 2020. The new law reduced it to 7. There's no way we could possibly cover everything a 100%. That's interim bolting county elections director Nadine Williams. She says many voters who used a Dropbox in 2020 didn't use one again this year. Herself included. William says it's not only because it dropboxes are spread out under the new law. They're also only allowed inside early voting sites and only when those sites are open, unlike 24/7 access to outdoor boxes in 2020. You're gonna have to get out the car go inside, you might as well go ahead and vote. About 6% of Fulton county voters use the Dropbox in the 2020 primary. Less than 1% did this year. Democratic state representative B when, who is running for Secretary of State, says GOP lawmakers calls for uniformity masked another goal, making voting harder in democratic strongholds. I remember in committee at one point a Republican lawmaker said, the guides of voter fraud is actually more important than whether or not voter fraud is occurring itself. That has tangible consequences for voters like Monica Poole in Atlanta. And I feel like a lot of people take their lives at risk for us to be able to vote. So I just feel like there's not. In the May primary, a broken ankle, sidelined her plans to vote. So Poole, who's black, applied for an absentee ballot and hope to return it by Dropbox. But the closest one was a 20 minute drive. Instead, she put her bow in the mail. In the end, it arrived too late to count. And in to find out I did all that and still didn't get my voting. The sponsors of George's 98 paid voting law said they wanted to balance access and security. For Monica Poole, it fell short. She says she's lost her confidence in Georgia's voting system. And when runoff elections came around in June, she ended up not voting

I'm finding much frog because i'm actually gigging where they're not But to my knowledge. I couldn't backtrack them on that. You nellie yes. I just found it interesting because it seems to be kind of a new wrinkle in a lot of what people have been talking about. So let's talk about the big d. word decertification. What does that mean. How what would it take to get to that. What does even the precedent if that happens. Is this realistic. I always want to manage. The expectations of our listeners is decertification realistic. I mean i've i've talked to a bunch of attorneys here in georgia and a pretty people saying that there is a legitimate way to get certified. The election and i've heard other people to the contrary so it's really. It's hard to say. But i i mean with what happened here in georgia without a doubt laws. Were broken. That compromise enough ballots that the election. Can't legit. I can't necessarily be verified. You know like even the chain of custody documents in dekalb county that recently came out where there's a law that says when you pick up ballots from eavesdrop boxes. You have to immediately bring them to the elections office to then the time stamped and signed count. How many ballots in the dropbox. You signed a piece of paper. There's a whole process and over forty to sixty thousand ballots violated that process where some of them weren't until the next day according to the timestamped. Then there's like. I think it was like fifteen thousand ballots. Don't even have a time stamp so someone would have picked up these ballots from dropbox had 'em for god knows how long and then tournaments we don't know what it's like there's so much sloppiness bit occurred in this past election that you know i'm not a hundred percent. Sure if there's anything we can do about getting you know trump back in office sir. Decertifying the previous election but in someone wants asked me why are you investigating and it's sort of like if someone is killed right. We still investigate. Even we can't bring the victim back because we need to get to the truth of what happened so that we can prevent it from happening again. So i would say. Our primary focus is really the uncover. Id's and that sorta stuff the other big one is keeping people like mark zuckerberg from dumping half a billion dollars in funding our elections. That's a big big thing. That i think more states should start adopting that if they haven't already and the other one is You know when my contractors like dominion or other voting machine companies or really any company that does business with us as far as our elections go there should be more transparent about those working relationships and a lot of what i've seen. Is things like foia request open. Records requests once baton gets passed to a company like dominion we can't access it. It becomes almost like censorship and and dominion in fulton county. Here's another big red flag. That i think should be addressed. The dominion rock that oversaw the largest city in georgians. Election is a nigerian citizen. So how and i had deposition documents where he testified under oath at his citizenship is for nigeria and we have to be american citizen to run our election. Who is this person. That's a four hundred. I what's the position again. What what what what. Position does go dominion technician. They ran the ems serger for dominion in fulton. County manion dominant all. "Five years number sixty one. Republicans republicans republican republican. All the way down to the point. Where this little. Spot of fanny willis mashes this here so question of twice. So what's explanation for this. Well if you ask fulton county these discrepancies ones. You just saw on the screen isolated incidents just a handful of bad ballots happens all the time. The county claims any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by voter appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention the taper showing you so the woman wearing yellow at the desk according to voter g. as she slides ballots into a scanning machine. Removes the ballots and then reinsert the same ballots. This happens multiple times. The question is how many times were those ballots. Counted was each vote counted more than once fulton county won't answer that question now. One way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit. Tally sheets tellingly for months. After the presidential election fulton county failed to provide more than one. Hundred thousand of those tally sheets including fifty thousand of them for mail in ballots when voter j. finally forced fulton county to turn over. The tally sheets. That conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found quote. Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated. Vote totals for example a batch containing fifty-nine actual ballot images for joe biden and forty forty-two for donald trump was reported as one hundred for biden and zero for trump the seven batches of valid images with five hundred and fifty four votes joe biden hundred forty votes for donald trump and eleven votes for jo. Jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show eight hundred and fifty votes for biden zero votes for trump and zero votes for jorgensen. Which did you just follow that. How is that not flat out criminal fraud. We'd love to know because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. We've obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process for mail in ballots at fulton. County these pictures were taken by a whistle blower who participated in recount. She said she noticed something off as she did. None of the ballots that she saw it any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen. Now that strange because of course mail in ballots needs to be bent in order to be mailed in these ballots. Clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then the whistle blower noticed something else. All of the ballots. The whistle blower us had been filled out by printer not by hand and many of them supported the exact same candidates. Democrats including joe biden voter Detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount the group's audit found for example that quote over two hundred fulton county mail in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hand count audit results of the november election. Now why is that. We don't know keeping my once again. The results in the state of georgia were decided by fewer than thirteen thousand votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered and then there's this an elections expert called mark davis analyzed data from the post office. He found that nearly thirty. Five thousand georgia. Voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month. Prior to election day they were ineligible to vote and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal.
