"Of. Our how our customers different? How are consumers different today than they were last time you were in the beauty business. Well it's amazing. How many people I've been talking to on instagram like could say to me how do I use this and then I hop on instagram live and teach them where I you know they have a question I answer them. I used to have to go to a store and see you know twenty five to forty women in the in circle and Neiman Marcus get all dressed up the all fancy pretend I'm one of those fancy ladies I never was and now I could literally I'm wearing lululemon tights. And I it's different. Now, people are more relaxed, and by the way launching a brand during a pandemic in the biggest election and Supreme Court and Black lives matters and everything else has been the most amazing thing. What I do this from home like I used to do desk sides with editors I'm doing zoom sides. You know. So it's like you get to do a lot of things and also still have your life and not be totally like every second busy while so you don't miss going into the office at all. Well I'm in my office. Now we are all you know everyone's wearing a mask right now there's three of us they'll probably be five, but I don't miss going into New York City to a two hundred people office in corporate big meetings. No I like just texting someone calling someone and saying, Hey, we gotta figure out what we're doing for holiday guys. I used to know holiday eight months ago when you know now we're figuring it out and we're going to have that meeting today and then we'll we'll get it up there. So Bobby Brown by the way has been like a horse stall kicking the door so ready for this data com. What is your advice for anyone out there? Who really wants to get their footing? They really wanted to get some traction in their lives businesswise, just personally like how do you find how do you find ways to focus on the goal and get what you want? Well, you gotta go slow. Every little thing that you do makes the difference and nothing is wasted time. Whatever you do whether it's you decide to go I always go back to granola whether you think you make a better granola than anyone out there. Make it have someone tasted if they like it, that's called a focus group. Put it in a bag. If someone will you know will buy it see if you could make a profit on it and then if you think it's something, put it on instagram. Finds it interesting or at sea or something but if you don't do all those things, what's the worst that happens you have a lot of granola and you make cookies. And then maybe you'll sell cookies and knock GRANOLA. Thing is you don't just Do it. I. Don't know what you like to do in your spare time Elvis besides you know, hang with your husband play with your dogs like I don't like to do that much in my spare time I get bored. Right so a lot of people are thinking their lives right now I know I. Am I, know we all of us in the Zoom Room and everyone listening to this show. We're all thinking differently than we were eight months ago. Our relationships are different than they used to be with each other with money with food with booze with news politics everything in our lives have changed has changed. So there's gotta be a way to use all of that energy and go. This is where my life needs to go now, and now you've a new chapter in your life, you must be so thrilled. I am I am so thrilled but I also think of everyone out there I know and it doesn't matter what it is like a lot of people are home with their kids that are you know in school and they're don't WanNa, go back to work or they have to go back to work. But luckily, there's ways to figure things out. So this is the. Time even if you're not an entrepreneur, you gotta think like one like, how can I? How can I do all this and and enjoy what I'm doing that's what entrepreneurs do. It's not just about being successful and making money. It's how can I do these things? That's GonNa make my life better like what are those little things that are going to make a big difference? And you think about that for yourself I think it's very good advice. Look I'll be honest. You know the were mornings I wake up and I feel like I'm in the mud I can't I can't get out. You know it's like every day seems to turn into the same day the next day and the next day in fighting to get out of that I mean is the ultimate goal. Really. But then you have to ask yourself, why like why are you in a funk? I find when I feel like that in the morning I did not drink water the day before I know that sounds so stupid but my brain doesn't work when I'm not when I'm not fueling myself the right way and you know when I'm not exercising and I'm not like a you know I'm not like this person but I walk a lot I clear my brain that works for me. You know it's my shrink I. Call How many times have I called you during the pandemic just to say how you doing what's going on I did because you know what you realize and everyone should realize. This is the time to focus on what's important to you. You know I call my aunt Alice I called my ex e F O. Every single Sunday from the day I left the brand and I called him this Sunday I said David. Guess what tomorrow on launching but every Sunday he was my call just to. Check in how you doing what's going on those relationships are more important now, than ever don't you think will without doubt. We'll see you're you're looking at us in the Zimmerman if someone's watching this interview later you're looking at part of our family. We'd have we been depending on each other every single day of this pandemic. Every single day while we were. Praying for froggy in his health and we've been here for each other. So if someone said today today was your last show. I think I would insist on at least getting in the room together. We don't have to have a radio show anymore it's done. No but guess what you would have another show you will have you guys will always be together and things change and You just gotTa go with it. You know honestly I'm so I feel like a voyeur because I was so lucky at your wedding to see the people who are important to you, and by the way Elvis Trans wedding was not a star studded every celebrity it was who were his friends and who were important. Okay, and honestly I still can't believe that I made that cut. I got to watch you guys and the love of you and these girls. It's like unbelievable. You know. So yeah but everyone knows that about you guys on it's. We really has. We have the family together and that's why. Returning to the show today was just very, very imploding. Really really. And he just yeah. Now let's talk about. How can people find out more about Jones road? Where can they buy the stuff? How can I give some away and you pay for it and? That well, first of all. I would love to give one of your listeners and you decide who wanted the influence or kids which you know are people are just getting today, which has one of every product, a really cool sweatshirt and I'd love to give that away So you guys could figure out who in how. But if you go if you go to Jones road beauty dot com is the website the instagram or you can always know what I'm up to on. Just on just bobby DOT COM I changed my handle redid okay. Yeah. Yeah. So it's just bobby dot com. Okay. Yes. Yes and I am not the rapper. or The stripper there's Bobby Brown script. Or the baseball player that was on the Yankees. talented. bobbies. "And that second one, whatever that is not the same animal I'm looking at. Here live with him. This is what he does. That is how you know chameleons angry they change and they get puffy. So now everyone knows and I don't Li- he is the same creature. I've never had a chameleon I. Don't know how they roll. Their temperamental little things. Let me tell you very moody. Producers Sam what's on your mind today basically looping back to just what froggy said but I, guess from a different point of view, we thank our healthcare workers all the time. But every minute is brought to the forefront of my attention. I am re in awe of what they do between froggy. You being here with US Elvis earlier this morning, you had great news about uncle Johnny being up and eating solid food. And, this is just amazing to us but there are people who work in these hospitals and this isn't unusual to them. They see this time and time again a million times a day. So if they've become a little use to it or desensitized if you work in a hospital, I want to remind you that you are doing work that is actually a miracle with your hands and your brain and your guys are just amazing. So thank you for. Keeping our family together right now. Amen very well, put. Thank you pay a what about you straight nate. Okay. So this is very is silly compared to what Sam just said. How do you go number two in the woods? One In the World I. Okay. So over the weekend I went for a hike, you have to make sure you take off your pants. That is. I hope. Poison Ivy. That's also very obvious. But so my legs were very source. So I couldn't get in a squatting position. So I decided to hang off of a tree and I drew you a diagram to Kinda show it like I was hanging on a tree like a stripper on a pole. You're in that position if your feet feeder around the base of the tree and you're hanging off of it, it's actually very comfortable to do a number two. If, you're ever in woods and have to go to the bathroom I'm sorry this is so stupid. I I I just thought everybody should know that if your legs are very sore and you can't get in a squatting position. Because you're I'm on a like a strenuous hike in my quads were very okay. All right. All Right, anyway. Tree installed in your bathroom, it do it everyday well, it actually this is so stupid came out much easier than normally does. Ari. Tree. Very good. Learning today scary. What's on your mind today in a related story? I? No No. No, it's not just weird Scottie. Scottie this morning at a quarter to five and he gave me the button. He hangs up twice in a row and text me goes hey man I'm on the toilet I can't talk. Why not I don't understand I'm not seeing you it's not facetime but apparently, scotty be has a phobia of toilet talking he remembers to talk on the toilet and I don't know why because he had he not sell anything I wouldn't have known. So why is it that people have a phobia of speaking on the phone while they're on the toilet? I find that fascinating. Would never do it. I would never. Toilet. Are you twenty right now Scotty. About that I just don't want somebody else walking in and hearing the I don't like that it's a public bathroom in my house I, talk on the toilet but not in public aw. You go to a public bathroom and talk on the phone while other people are doing. A quarter to five in the morning, and he's at the radio station bathroom by himself. But it echoes, you could hear it in the hallway I don't want people. I Danielle what's up with you please nothing about toilets right now though I actually went back to a mall for the first time since all this was going on the pandemic I with the Garden State Plaza, which is in Paramus New Jersey by me and I have to say that they had so many safety things in in play like they had hand sanitizers everywhere there were aero's. Everywhere. Everyone and all the different stores was like we've hit capacity you'll have to come back you have to wait like it just felt so so safe and obviously everybody would mask. So if you're thinking of maybe going back to the mall and you're a little nervous, you know you might you might be pleasantly surprised because I was it was it really was a wonderful experience guards. Garden State Plaza. Mall Love It. My favorite. That was a crazy around the room. Rainbow of emotions. Looking, very touching, stupid. Very touching poop. Hi Doggie. Should we be screaming in his ear? Oh. Yes. made it. Very. Groggy froggy froggy if. As soon, as we're done with you, I want you to close your eyes and sleep for a week. You deserve a nice nap. Didn't get a very good night's sleep last night just because of. Everything was all the waters attached but they take him some office morning and they're gonNA. Take some more off today. I can only lay on one side of my head, right? It's. Nice to be able to get a little bit of rest. How How how are you feeling like? What are you feeling right now? What better than yesterday yesterday was really really bad. The anesthesia made me very sick and I. Could not stop throwing up through a lot. The last time I threw seven o'clock last night but I feel. I feel better today because I don't feel nauseous but my head hurts a lot and. My jaw hurt I guess 'cause you're chewing muscle is up there. Right, the incision that they had to make was about fifteen inches. So it really covers the entire top on my head. So Hurt drains and staples and the top of my head. It sounds like this is taking a every ounce of energy just to say, Hi to US I want you to Overdo it but do you know how much? All you. Everyone's talking about today everyone sending everyone is saying so much love to your hospital bed right now. I just want you to know that. People in. So amazing it whether it's. My work, family I own family and. Listener in people that I really have not talked to in years have all been so wonderful and. Made this possible and I'm just glad it's over yesterday was very scary. But I I feel like today I'm at least On the road deck. And you remembered who we were. So that's good. Of. Course. Hundred Times nine nine what year it is where I am when I'm here for what they keep asking. Yeah. Check my cognitive function and I have. My memories pretty good. Is. Have you come across anything that's a little vague and you're having difficulty recalling. They asked me if I remember coming here yesterday and I really don't. Maybe. That's a good thing. You don't need to know that. You want to say to frog just want to say I. Love You so much and I'm just I'm just so happy hear Your Voice Oh my gosh makes me feel so good. What about. Gandhi. FROGGY take it easy and I am so glad that you came through this it's so good to hear voice like Danielle said, we love you and we miss you and Elvis's taking very a lot of passive aggressive shots at neat. So you are very missed. Yeah, I bet even in this in this condition you're in now you would do a better job than nate's doing. I can't. Before. I went in yesterday I really was very, very scared I. Was a time yesterday about. Eight o'clock. When they rolled neom that I didn't think I was going to make it through. I thought it was going to be too much. I was so scared and operating room and. I just didn't know what to do and I was so glad they put me under. But I'm here now I'm through the worst of it and now it's just. It'll be just recovery here. I just have a headache but I'm supposed to have the headache. I think after you've been through a, you know a headache making sense look froggy we wanNA. Let you go rest. Okay. Okay I'll talk to you guys. again, tomorrow I. Hope to Go Home Tomorrow I. Hope. We'll see but I just wanted to call you guys that I love you and I appreciate everyone of you I appreciate. All the listeners who have reached out have been so kind and made this possible. So I just wanted to say. I love you my brother. Awesome. You guys to I will I'll talk to you tomorrow for sure. I'm sure I'll text with you guys happening I've got my phone because don't forget today at one o'clock at the new iphone. By the way I don't know if you knew this but while you are under Tom Brady was traded back to the Patriots. So. Could. Go get some sleep. Okay and before you go I, just have to say something. Your wife Lisa your son. Kayden. We're. Shining examples of the most incredible people that we know why why you're doing what you were doing. They took care of business and they took care of each other and you should be very proud of them. Okay. This has been phenomenal without her. I wouldn't have been able to get through. It was so good this morning as I was. Laying here in the Nicu to hear her voice and she walk in the room I was. So happy to see her. So she here now with me now to. And I, I spoke to your mom yesterday to she's doing very well she's very. Good Talk to Mama frogging. Goes Leapfrog, we love you. We'll talk soon. Okay. Ardo you all talk to you. All right my buddy. Yes. That the apple thing is villain. He made a mistake about going home tomorrow he met Thursday right He doesn't know what day it is I don't. Why I don't even know what day it is and they didn't have it opened up my brain. What's that an now he's GonNa feel a world better he mentioned having the wires and everything out of his arms when you're in the hospital like that you have IV's and they've got your pulse ox on your finger and you can't even move maybe like one to two inches that's it, and then you start tugging on something and that's why he had such a hard time sleeping is because if you move just a fraction of an inch something polls wakes you up and it's just it's a rough night's sleep. So he's GonNa feel so great when he gets home and gets a shower and he's own bed and I just I can't wait for him to opt me after he experiences that feeling. I'm with you. Yes Gary. Thank God for the miracles of modern medicine. For living today that we are here today because he was, he was in twenty four hours. And he's here on the phone with us I'm like has blown right now and so is his. Science all the more reason all the more reason. Do you how many reasons do you need to believe in our scientists and doctors? Yup they they hold the truth and they're going to get us through this mess hopefully. With that said let's get into the three things we need to know from. Gandhi. So.

"One telehealth company known to man. that. Soon to your nate, you're going to need tell doc when you shop you're. Just watch and see all have him on standby. So we thought since froggy is on the mend, we would honor him by playing a froggy phone tap today the free money phone from froggy. Yeah and Apropos it's one where he's chopping down a tree. I. Talk on the phone. It's Brian Okay Brian Line Twenty Four. Oh, good Hey Brian. Riot are weighing I'm sorry it nate is. He's made. So Ryan, you have some acts information. My God is this really. I. If I. If you're planning on splitting wood and actors imposed, be sharp. Sharp and actually gonNA kill somebody with. Nate wanted it that way. Nate you don't WanNA sharp axe chopping. I get it I. Get I mean makes sense but I feel like you should have it's sharper. It's it was really dull. If it's Sharma jurisdictional would when it's donald goes through. It. Doesn't make sense. No sense to me split would will split if you hit it just right right you don't need sharp. Yeah okay. Thank you, Ryan. Sorry about butchering your name. He's butchering people. Laurie. Yeah. Nate the butcher. Got Mark Online twenty three Oh. My Gosh I. Don't think we've talked to a logger in many years. Martin smocks a logger. So tell us tell nate what he needs to know. he's going to be there forever with an extra. The size of the tree but I'm pretty sure. He's going to be there for what type of tree is it nate? Do I have to know that I think it's A. Deciduous tree, it's got leaves. Okay hard what trade you're going to be there for quite a while just hacking away the. Diameter of the tree. That's how wide it is. How Thick? You hate to measure it how why it's like a foot and a half to two feet Oh, you're dead. You are. You will be there for you need to call in professional out is it must be hit sixty, seventy high. It's not it's kind of dead at the top. So it's I don't have a measuring style I don't know I. Don't know that's fine. But let me also tell you that if it's dad at the top of the tree, that's a lot more dangerous for you being down below the tree is. A Win, all things start falling out of the trade that's where they call them widow makers for. Life. From the tree, where do you live? I live in Vermont. Sorry can't help you. I can't come down which I don't even really use a chainsaw much anymore either I were mechanize logging. So I have a massive machine that I trap right up to a tree and it's got a big spinning disk on the bottom with cutting teeth on it and as I cut through the tree I, grab a hold of it, and then I pick it off and like it'll get around. That would be familiar that would be the winners. By. Actually. It's really safe because I set right inside the machine the whole time. So it's actually a lot safer for logging practices that sounds intense by the way. It's pretty awesome. Natal never make heather a widow because he's already killed her. Pay Mark off as a logger I'm going to ask you the question but do you do that thing where you roll logs in the middle of the lake and competitions and things like that? Can you comply? NOPE NO I do not I. Did it actually way back in high school but not any while not rolling in water, but we did do logging competitions. Note, anymore mark another reason I love this job we get to meet people who do interesting things like you. I don't know if you find what you do interesting we do and it was a pleasure meeting you thanks for calling in today. All thank you. I, really appreciate it and. To you guys have a great day mark. Thanks a lot. Longer. That's cool. God I know nate didn't have one answer to those questions. I don't know how big is. It had leaves doesn't have any more I? Don't know you need linked to tree needs to. Hire somebody. Don't be silly. Hey, what. Do we do the Daniel now no, or is it too late? We're. All right. Tell you what we're so busy talking about logging. Twenty froggy is doing very well we're going to hear from Lisa. Coming up can get on next. Yeah. Okay. Perfect and find out the latest. Solving Health Challenges Through Research and Collaboration

"Let's start with. Sharon who has not been here before we usually like to struck these podcasts by talking to our guests about specifically what they do and how did they get their sort of talking to the public about how does one become professor of medicine or a division director of nephrology or interested in the research that you do. So I started in research when I was in a froggy fellow at the University of Chicago. I was motivated to be honest by a patient on dialysis who kept having bleeding into their shoulder joint that I had to actually remove the blood for her to be able to use her arm on a weekly basis, and this was due to a rare disease that patients on dialysis get that deposits in the bone called amyloidosis. So that made me start doing research on bone learning about bone I worked in someone's. Lab and then when I came to. INDIANA. University in thousand hundred two I came really because of the strength of the Bone Research Group at Indiana University? Not Necessarily in the nephrology division from there I have held a lot of different administrative positions. I am kind of an organizer and get things done type person. So it comes pretty naturally to be able to put all that together. I could say I've been truly doing. Translational, research since my fellowship, as I hadn't during my fellowship, a clinical research paper and a basic science lab paper published in one year. So sometimes I feel like the word translational isn't really new and novel, but I'm happy that people are finally understanding that when you do something in the lab, you ought to be thinking about who the patient is. That would benefit from this at least some point in their life. So can I get you talk a little bit more about that like what do you? What do you think translational research is because I'd agree with you it it does seem like one of those things that people are treating soften is it's a new thing but it is it. So how what does it mean to you? So it should mean that there ought to be a potential and the back of your head. As to where this was going to go at some point in the future I truly believe there is an important area for research just to do research to understand, for example, and identify new and novel gene, and what does that gene do on the other hand translational means that you actually go from a patient and you work backwards to try to figure out what makes that patient tick? What makes them have this? Disease, what makes them prone to this disease? Both of those kind of approaches from science perspective are absolutely needed. But the whole emphasis of the he sl is really to actually take discoveries into humans and overtake humans back to bench discovery so that we improve their health to see this as something that doesn't do that. There needs to be a focus or we just sort of doing more no I think the difference between. That and very focused research is that in order to really cover that spectrum, you have to have collaboration you have to actually have other people who can work on different pieces of that Longitudinal plan again from patient back to bencher bench to patient, and so it is hard for someone to do all of those facets and so you have to have this ability or desire to get there and you need to collaborate. And that's really what the chess is all about. It creates an infrastructure that people can go to so that they can understand how to take that part that they're doing in that trajectory and make it happen. Can you give me some hard examples of some of the work for structure talking about? Yeah, I mean this is I. It is absolutely fabulous and I give talks and visit places all around the country and. We are truly one of the best and most advanced CPS I in my book from start to finish, you have an idea you think might actually be a drug down the road. We are working to try to figure out how we can actually benefit people who are not sure if it's going to be good. So connecting them with the right people to understand drug discovery, we then want to know if you're doing. An animal work is that gene that you're studying that protein actually present in humans because there's a lot of discrepancy in animal models of human disease, and so we have a giant bio bank samples that people can gain access to to actually measure the DNA and try to understand the Hamas between an animal and human, and then if you do have something and you have an idea and you want to implement a Clinical Research Study, do you need to know how many patients you have? So we have a connection where the Reagan streep data set to help to feasibilities. Do these people that you think exist really exist? Is there something unique about them that you need to know who the people are that you want to study, and then we have a pool of trained research coordinators and infrastructure setup to actually conduct clinical research and? Then from there, we have an ability to help people learn how to communicate how to publish how to write a grant. Harman's all these other things through our professional education opportunities the whole beauty and the fun of research is that it's never a dull moment. So every day you think you're going to be studying this and something send you to a tangent and you go wait a minute maybe I should be doing that. And that's how you end up needing collaborators and resources and methods and infrastructure to learn how to do it. Otherwise, you lose those tangents and discoveries are errors initially and someone takes a different look at it from a different viewpoint and they turn it into something really positive. So the CY is an effort that involves just more than Indiana University School of Medicine Right? Absolutely. So it's really Notre Dame purdue IU Bloomington. And many other hospital systems as well as the medical student campuses. So it it really integrates everything and it's very fun to actually learn what people are doing at different institutions and to actually get people excited and have a pathway forward to maybe something that isn't at their institution. Bring it back to what the research is that they're doing. So Sarah I'm not gonNA ask for full introduction. I think you may be the. Frequent. Guests on our podcast dates. So if the audience is familiar with anyone, it would be you but I would love to hear a little bit about how you became involved in community and translational research as well as what you see is the distinction between say clinical and translational sciences and community in Translational Sciences my research has always focused on vulnerable populations and health equity related issues and started with geospatial concentrations of poor health outcomes among adolescence and I was doing a project that was enrolling team girls on the West Side of Indianapolis and tracking them, and when we recruited from the clinic for the study just to give you an idea, we were using blackberry pearls. So that dates long ago this was. One hundred percent of the girls we had approached agreed to participate so much so that the I R. B thought perhaps the protocol was coercive because we were offering free cell phone service while we attract their locations and they were wondering if even after our main criticism with this grant to the NIH, which was like this grant isn't possible no never is going to let you track them Things have changed since I started asking those questions in any case my point is, is that when we brought it into the community because we didn't want a clinical sample because it can be quite biased for an adolescent population, those who are seeking healthcare, we were not meeting our enrollment targets and so what I learned after a lot of errors that engagement with the community in this case our target population of teen girls on the West Side we realized they weren't seeing sort of the Ir be approved flyers. replastering everywhere. That, there were all kinds of things that we needed to reconsider and it had nothing to do with the protocol itself. So the science was valid. There wasn't anything that was sort of keeping them necessarily from participating in terms of the incentives or what we're asking them to do. It was that we were not effectively engaging with them and as part of that as well as some I think innovative at least at the time collaboration with a faculty member from Herron. School of. Art and design in Santa Matsu we sort of employed this human center design research approaches sort of our how community engagement in any case because of that sort of experience for me personally as a researcher I learned the value of engagement and really beyond just meeting recruitment targets to getting to something much more meaningful from the participant's perspective, and it's just grown from there. So it has taken a lot of different trajectories for me and my own research relating to data, sharing partnerships to what's. Now Research Sham the patient engagement core to various community engagement in between but I guess where my role now as associate Dean as well as CO director of the CSI, plays in Israeli extending that translational spectrum in with the community and back rights as a bidirectional relationship, and so it's extending those collaborations to stakeholders in the community. My definition of team science and sort of that collaborative space is not restricted to individuals within the academy and really absolutely needs to include community folks at all. Levels of the translational spectrum. So this is not just from like clinical to community in my book it's you know community engagement even within the basic science from.

Hearables Could Drive Voice Assistant Usage

"Andy why does she introduce yourself to the audience. That's that's quite an intro. Thanks thanks I really appreciate being on the podcast for the first time. I'm the responsible for marketing and business development for the hearing Health Tech Division at Knowles and actually my responsibility ons ability is everything but regulated hearing aids and I came into the voice space. Really by a convergence of a couple of different events I was involved in the beginning in all of their early development. For example I worked with froggy when they were a startup trying to create the first true in ear. Herbal computer also doppler oppler who worked their way into hearing an ans- mint and new hero. Who did the same and in fact as quite successful today so I came into the hurel space as they started to adopt our speaker technology that was used in hearing aids and from there began to see Ho- voice was becoming increasingly recently? Important in era balls the other converging event was on the other side of the nose house. Our Microphone Group. Who developed a small men's microphones for immobile? Phones originally won the Amazon Echo business. And so all you know early echoes were in our building and I got to experience voice that way so as voice started converging with the idea of having them in your ear. I really started the say to myself. I've got to learn what this is all about. I was fairly early on using Google assistant on my phone and then when I got Bluetooth can I could hearing aids about a year ago. I realized really how powerful was to. They have a voice assistant in my ear all day long and so all of those things really made me WanNa get educated voice space and learn the voice voice. Space is going. Who are the movers voice? What they're thinking and how that then will apply for the inner case I think ultimately and breadth? I think it was you. It was you who said that the smart speaker is the training wheels for voice and ultimately I think voice will be more useful out of the home than in the home when you're in the car. For example there are allowed to really valid use cases for using your voice in an automobile when you're on foot for example where you can see a lot of Interactions you would want to take place when you don't have your hands free or don't want to be looking down at the phone when Ned Taiwanese motorbike ghost buzzing by so. That's really how I came into the space and I have to say actually. The voice community is really supportive. Engaging one it's been a a terrific community to get more involved with a very exciting and I think ultimately we're going to really change the way people interact with their technology analogy through voice whether in the ear or in other

"With a lightning being the sky god appeared you wish for a tale he said solemnly this i can do but you must do me a service in return. Turn the sky. God was hear her song had worked. Yes she cried. I'll do anything good good said the sky god. Tell me what are your skills. I'm i'm good at hopping and splashing mostly. I just sit in and my watering hole. The sky god clapped his hands his smile wide perfect. I have a magic watering hole that needs a guardian guardian. I'm not much of a fighter. The skyguide laughed no no nothing like that. It has a magic. It never goes dry. Your job will be to keep the animals taking turns. They'll know you work for me so they'll listen can and you do that. Froggy could barely believe her luck a tail and a magic watering hole. Yes thank you yes yes all right. Then the sky god said he clapped his hands and the world seemed to shake with thunder close. Your eyes is now. Froggy squeezed them shut tight and there was another great crash of thunder and a flash of lightning so bright. She could see it through her eyelids. Take care of my watering hole little froggy. She heard the sky god say from the darkness and enjoy your new tail. Aol froggy shook her head. It felt you you should have been kinder to the tailless and those you deem ugly because you know how it feels to be looked down upon instead. You became just like the ones. Has that made you miserable to begin with. I'm sorry sorry isn't good enough. You need to learn your lesson. The the wind howled and the rain pounded and the world started to shake and stutter and thunder pounded and lightning crashed and everything went black as is an angry sky. When froggy woke up she was back in her own little watering hole and her tail was gone. She began onto cry bitterly until the sky. God spoke from nowhere and everywhere. Don't cry little froggy. He said his is voice. The wind over savannah sand. You thought you were beautiful until the other animals told you different. You were right in the first first-place. You can't be beautiful without a tail who says the sky god smiled. It was like a sunny bask on a warm log. You were beautiful to start and you are beautiful again. Look at yourself now. Froggy froggy looked did her familiar reflection in the pool of water before her all she could see was her lack of tail. Look at those beautiful colors. The sky god said such a pretty modeling of green and browns. There's also a lovely extra wide mouth for extra wide smiles very nice ice webbing for very strong swimming and even the perfect amount of slime froggy stared at herself in the pool noticing being everything the sky god pointed out. She remembered a time when she used to admire those very same things. Suddenly they didn't look so bad anymore. A frog isn't a cheetah and it isn't supposed to be you may not have a tail but they don't have a long fly catching tongue. It doesn't mean one is pretty and one is ugly. It just means your different froggy different. He said and his voice was a fading crack of thunder different and beautiful today..

"Froggy lost her tail. Once upon a time there there was a froggy she loved nothing more than splashing around the muddy little watering hole that she called home she'd wiggle and jump trump and splash and ribbit happily all the while one day while she was soaking up to her eyes and catching tasty flies. She heard some animals approaching excited. She hopped out of the water to meet her guests ribbit. Hello there friends. She said approaching her was a beautiful cheetah and her wild dog friend. They were panting thirsty and made right for her watering hole. Yes yes come on in have a drink. She said and backstroked across the muddy waters. Hey look that ugly. Little lump said the cheetah eh. Someone put a talking wart in the watering hole. The dog barked out laughter. She looks like a yam. Someone left out in the sun and get out of the watering hole. That'll yam. The froggy looked at herself hurt but i i live in this watering hole l. ribbit. She croaked and wait. I'm ugly this time. The cheetah laughed. You really have to ask look at you. You don't have pretty is like us. Get beautiful coats like us and worst of all. You don't even even have a tale. She switched her own big bottle brush tail to drive home the point yeah little yam girl carroll said the dog shaking his own fuzzy rump. His tail was a silky patchwork of whites and gold's can't be good. Look without a tail well. That's just the rules ribbit. That's not fair said the froggy who would always thought herself pretty cute all in all. You don't have to be fair when your beautiful purred cheetah. She turned to the wild dog. Let's go find somewhere else to drink. I'd hate to catch ugly from this water. Yam laughing. They sauntered away from the waterhole leaving froggy all alone alone and sad. I'm ugly. She said looking at her own reflection the cloudy water it hadn't occurred to her before she had nice webbing a pretty modeling of green and brown's a lovely extra wide mouth and even the perfect amount of slime well. She thought to herself. Maybe all of that doesn't stack up to silky for and a long beautiful tail. Maybe they were right. I don't wanna be ugly. She slapped the water with a floppy web tanned hand. The ripples just made her look even uglier and she moaned in misery. What could she do. She thought then of the sky god it was said he would grant a favor to an animal if they were willing to pay the price froggy didn't know what the price may be and she she didn't care. She desperately wanted to be beautiful. Her little froggy heart couldn't handle being called an ugly yam. Not what ever again softly she began to sing a prayer to the sky god to take..
