You did not know the owner of car surfs previously. I did not. Was he being nice to you guys? Was he happy you were there? Was he mad at you for being there? Describe it. He was happy we were there. And you heard testimony that you owners, I believe that was Friday afternoon. I did. And did they give you permission to be there? They did. And the other individuals in this photograph, some of whom have testified in this trial. Ten minutes before this photograph was taken. Did you know any of them? I did not. Did you ever spoke into any of them? No. And when you were there, what was the idea? Was there a plan? What was going to happen? Yes, the plan was to I went down there to provide first aid. I also, I brought my orange first aid kit, the fanny pack, and I also brought my pelican box which was filled with first stage stuff. By my feet to provide first aid. The orange box by your feet you referred to as a pelican body? Yes. Did you have that before the 25th? Yes. Was it stock? Yes. With things that you would bought and brought? Yes. Nope. All right, we lost the feed there. We'll pick it up where we left off. It's got your reaction to this testimony. Miami Dolphins WR Will Fuller to Miss Buffalo Bills Game With Personal Issue

"Breaking news out of miami gardens. The miami dolphins will be without wide receiver willful or for sunday's matchup versus the buffalo bills. The team is calling it. A personal issue and brian flora's even when as far to say there was a possibility for may not suit up the rest of the season. Obviously a lot of unknowns. But what were your thoughts. Jake when you first heard this friday afternoon. Josh first and foremost i mean the seed blake first weekend forever where the dolphins were gonna have a completely clean injury report willful or was the only one who wasn't listed as a full participant in practice on both thursday and friday. But just i do have to say. I think we're kind of over-reacting about this. A little bit will fuller was in the building wednesday. I believe he was actually in the building thursday as well. I'm concerned for some things are bigger than football. I don't necessarily know. I mean ryan floors declined to say preston. Williams who is fully active is going to be playing on sunday. So i think that's more displays being bryant floors as much as odd. This is something that's gonna completely ruin season. I hope that isn't the case. I hope everything is all right for him and you know. We can't really speculate on too much by terms of what's happening on the field. It's gotta be a little disappointing to not see him out

Dallas Cowboys Starting Tackle La'El Collins Suspended 5 Games

"Lyle collins suspension. Which for those of you. That have not heard yet. Which i'm sure you have but Friday afternoon it was announced that he was getting a five game suspension for violation of the substance abuse policy There's nothing on the books in the nfl drug policy that says a substance abuse issue is a five game penalty. There is a for the second time you're punished for methamphetamines. Or amphetamines and adderall. And diuretics and things like that That is a five game suspension. So i don't know if there's some somehow taking that as precedents and applying it lyle's case and somehow It's still murky as to what exactly. He was in the drug program for There was a report on sl from jason lockenfora that he's been tested ten times a month for the last eighteen months which that's not totally unusual. I know there have been players before that have been tested with that. Frequency randy gregory had talked about that When he came back so it's it's not totally unheard of for that to happen. But i don't know why lyle would. It have been in the program but missing a test missing. These tests are refusing member. Whatever the story is because apparently it was not a failed test. Missing these tests would result in this suspension. Only if he had already been on the program. So something's off here where we're missing a lot of details here and hopefully we can get some more clarity about it But as it stands now we don't know exactly what he's in the program for. There's lyles disputing the word. Representation is disputing the refusal to take the tests and and they're in this appeal process. They've already appealed apparently and it was rejected but they feel like the appeal process has not been exhausted. And so that's part of where this tension is coming from. Mike mccarthy didn't have any other comments on it he just said they were not surprised suspension. So this is something. That's been brewing. It's been something that's been out there. And that the cowboys have been aware of

"friday afternoon" Discussed on WCPT 820

"On this beautiful Friday afternoon. Get ready for the weekend. Just another 40 minutes or so. After 4 30. We're going to be talking to you about your memories from 9 11. I can't believe it was 20 years ago tomorrow 773763 92 78 is our number, but First of all wanted to touch base and say hello to our friend, director of labor standards for the city of Chicago and the Fox. It's not every day that you get to talk to the director of labor standards for the city and the so thank you so much for being with us today. Well, thank you, Andrea. I'm really excited to talk about all the good work we've done for workers in video. Chicago. Absolutely. That's you know, that's why I wanted to start. I want to talk. First of all before we get into the restitution, the $935,000 in restitution for city workers. One was at the center of the Alderman Burke scandal, but When I say labour standards I know I know what you do. And you know what you do, but for some people, they don't know what you do. So tell us a little bit about labour labour standards for the city of Chicago. And what you do is the director Andy. Absolutely So in 2019, the mayor of Chicago, they like joy stood up and office of Labor Standard and the department of Business appears and consumer protection and at that time we were charged to me. Enforcing minimum wage. The minimum wage in the city of Chicago paid sick leave so that workers cruel and earned sick time off and then later on, we launched something called the Fair Work record Me, which feels with schedules for workers and seven industries and subsequent to that we passed the vaccine in Tiger Tally Ation Ordinance. And Covid 19 anti Retaliation Ordinance in recently passed, um, hotel worker right the return ordinance, so it's really labor protections. Very low wage workers generally vulnerable workers who are not in unions who are employees as opposed independent contractors. Absolutely. You were at the forefront of all of the shied this strong initiatives to which mayor life what had supported Correct, So she best strong. We came out and said, You know, we need to do more for workers for it An economic recovery. On the one hand, we wanted to support the economic recovery without book things. Business, but we can't do it on the back of the workers. So we passed all new wage theft pregnant. That's really the final and most recent one the way stepped ordinance for unsavory actors that want to take away waited. Some workers not pay them, not give them benefit. Uh, change their wages. Um and we also expanded sick leave so Even the leading change the amount of hours of work crude for workers. But we did change somebody uses to include, um some of the happening against covid and pandemics and you might be. It's either a family member. You have to stay home with your schools, Colleges, the quarantine, isolate or the order by treating medical provider to stay at home. And if they were mental health issues that you might need to stay home for that would be included in the definition of, um, sickness. So many workers and it's unfortunate Andy don't realize they do have rights, you know, and they are owed the most basic basic things like sick time or family. Leave whatever it might be. And the steps that you certainly just blew my mind with regard to the first ever. The wage theft ordinance that you were talking about. 146,000 plus workers in Chicago experience at least one pay based violation every week. That's a lot It's shocking Mhm, the those people trying to earn a living wage and we were talking about essential frontline workers. Domestic workers fast food workers, especially for workers, frontline, low wage industries, and it achieved community different high $7.3 million per week and stolen wages on the face Normal wages. It's not just that they don't pay them if they don't came over time, or they show them on checks, or we don't cases where they take my work, 40 hours and baby 30 or some businesses charged people these uniforms and certainly those things all kind of add up to. You know the business recovering on the back for workers, and we want business to recover. We want to support all the small businesses all the moment. That's all over the city, and they've been But we also want to protect prison anyway. Yeah, and another way of doing that, too, is the enhanced minimum wage provisions and the domestic worker protections and this is again focusing on a lot of the jobs that you were just referring to anti a number of minimum wage in domestic worker protections, and these have been recently passed by the city of Chicago or by the City Council. And again, I don't think so. A lot of workers even know that these have been passed and they do have rights when it comes to sick time or you know to be getting to be paid minimum wage. It's so true, Um, you know, for employees that are getting a business 21 or more employees, they should be making $15 an hour if you work in a place in it, 4 to 22 $14 an hour, But you know what we've seen over time is that through the extensive outreach that we've done, and through those two big cases We've worked on like the claims in the complaint has begun to come into the office to the point where we have more than enough work to do. Found it just it just goes to show you like If you really dig in and develop a trust relationship and the small communities where this is happening, people are going to say You know what?.

Get Your To-Do List Done With Less Anxiety

"Today's listen might be the most helpful thing you'll hear all week so listen up. I found this very useful in you might to getting through to do list can be anxiety inducing. It could make you feel like. Oh man i got lots to do. Am i going to get it. All done can't even predict how much you can get done in a given week. So i'm gonna give you a strategy that has helped me so so much with my to do lists the first thing you need to do. Is you need to figure out how many hours a week are you working on your business. So i work fulltime on my business at work about ten hours a day the fifty hours a week then number might be different for you. You might be doing this part time. i'd be a side. Hustle might be twenty hours. Just figure out. How many hours are you working on your business every week. And if you don't know just track. How many hours you're working. This week wants to know that number. That's going to be a very key number. Why because it's going to really allow us to get what's important done in the time allotted so what i like to do is at the end of the week on friday afternoon when things are a little slow for me. I ride down my to do list for the entire next week. All the things i need to get done. I literally write them down in a legal pad. I then give my tasks all the little test. I iro dallas wrote down seventeen tasks. Okay i give each one a score. I give it a number a number from one to five five meaning. This is gonna take a lot of time. Approximately five hours to finish this one task. One being it's a quick thing. I could do it in an hour or less so i'll go down the line and give each one a score of an add up the score so like say for example first task is ranked a two and my second task is ranked the five and my third task ranked a three. That's ten points. Okay i can only use up twenty five points twenty five hours okay. So if i go overboard if i battalion my number and it's over twenty five. I have to choose something to cut. What is the least important thing on that list. I will have to move to the following

Yeah i mean they buried that little facts about halfway through a blog post about ooh fresh activity from these really sophisticated russians and it looks like maybe what happened is joseph men from rytas found out and he started asking questions and then bang outcomes this blog post so i mean you got to ask the question. How long did they know about that. Four and my guess is for quite a long time before last. Friday microsoft is really being quite not exactly being forthcoming. Let's put it. That way. Invasion of the jumping worms

"Worms jump anwar. Yeah what's up with these worms. They are a big news story over the past couple of months even few past years now and they're all over the mid west kansas missouri wisconsin minnesota even as far east as new york state. And they're kind of a big deal here. Why why are they such a big deal. That like news is covering them. I mean first off worms are just cool. I don't know where you've been but these jumping worms there really weird. There's there broncos the weirdest worms you've ever seen and we really don't know that much about them their mysterious they're moving fast and they're changing our ecosystems so it's okay so so the weirder thing sounds a lot more fun than the invasive part. Let's start with the fun part about the fund what makes them so weird Yes so i talked to bernie williams. She's at the wisconsin department of natural resources and If you a worm problem. She's the person to call. We had a homeowner in a really urban area of madison. Give us a call on friday afternoon. You know when you really just wanna go home from work. She's very upset. So it's like us share houses drive by on my way home and she had millions literally millions of worms just pouring out of her landscaping covered. Her driveway they were all up and down this street in the gutters just rising for some people that might be really unpleasant. Thin you would. You would run away. But i was really intrigued. Like wow look at those stomach worms. They can grow to be or to eight inches long. They move like a snake when they get startled or harassed a fresh around almost like a snake would. I'm hoping joke. He was jumping all over. The place seem now move like a snake to these worms. Actually jump that jumped. They wriggle basically you think of like a normal worm. Just sorta like scrutiny around in the dirt these guys come up across one of them they like freak out and start wiggling all over the place jumping out of your hands. Is Urban Meyer Taking a Gamble With Tebow?

"The biggest story in the nfl right now. is tim. Tebow and the jacksonville. Jaguars on friday afternoon. The jaguars sign boat to a one year. Nine hundred fifty thousand dollar minimum deal as a tight end. His jersey makes up the top five selling items on the nfl shop dot com store. Now figure that out and to me urban meyer's really running the risk of losing his locker room here because if you talk to people inside the league if you talk to executives and other coaches there's a lot of genuine skepticism over urban meyer becoming. Nfl head coach generally. And there's a sense that it's four more likely that he flames out and never wins a playoff game than it is that he winds up winning a super bowl when this experiment bringing in tim tebow not necessarily even as a quarterback you have trevor lawrence. They're bringing tim tebow into that locker room in two thousand and twenty one and having him sing for his supper is a tight end. There's a belief that meyer runs the chance inside the league of losing his locker room before this season even begins

"Man is under arrest. After threatening to stab an undercover Asian police officer on Friday afternoon, NYPD says the detective was placed in Penn Station as a decoy to root out perpetrators of hate crimes. I've never felt more unsafe walking around in the city. It's just saddens me so much to see like happens in New York City. It's so diverse here 35 year old juvie in Rodriguez reportedly approached the undercover detective on an escalator and said Go back to China before you end up in the bleeping graveyard. Cops say he then threatened to stab the detective in the face. The NYPD task force has been all over the city the past two weeks looking to capture hate crime suspects amid the rash of attacks on Asian Americans. Rodriguez is the second suspect arrested in a week. He faces harassment and hate crime charges.

"With the Tribune here, Ray Hello. There built great kinds of Crane said Greg. Okay, sir. And at this road of Wttw, Heather Hey, Bill. Well, these were chatting on Friday afternoon. The president, the former president's lawyers are giving their side of the story and the center trial of impeachment. So we don't have a roll call yet, But I'm wondering land if this role called were secret. What do you think the roll call would be? Well, you would have at least a majority, but you need two thirds to convict. I think that would be a likelihood if it were a secret vote that you could get 17 Republican senators to join with the 50 Democratic Senators and get that 67 votes supermajority needed to convict. Now we know on earlier procedural vote we had six and right now, if it's a public vote, I don't see how you could get it. Secret ballot. Maybe But even in a public vote, do you think Mitch McConnell will vote? You convicted based by what he's been saying? I read the possible the open, which is something I might not have said two weeks ago. Remember his wife? Who is the Former Cabinet member and Trump's in the Trump administration. Right after the riot on January 6th she quit, so I think there may also be some somebody. Very close to him, who is giving him a back up? If that's what he wants to do, he's 78. He was just reelected to another six year term, highly unlikely he would run again. So this may be a time where he surprises us and does vote, too. He has already said that senators convert their conscience, which means that there's no pressure to vote with the team. That alone is an extraordinary concession. Yeah, I thought some truly great. What do you think? If it were his secret ballot? What would it be? Um it's a little hard to tell Bill. It would certainly be more than more than the public battle is going to be, um, but he is E. He really needed to be centered. Senator talk to know them well it to figure that out. But But there is no question that there is a A never taught by the president's supporters of former president supports the kind of buffalo anybody on the other side and Shobha looks. Political cost of crossing him. On the other hand, there's a good reason to think that that he's guilty. The Democrats saved by a even a card to Karl Rove put out a pretty good case here. So, Isis, I suspect it would be more. I just don't know if I agree with him or enough. About you, right? Do you think it would carry two connected the worst secret? Well, I'm not much for a star chamber bill, but this one seems to be one that you could probably get enough votes. You could get the extra 17. You could get the The two third majority that you'd need And the scary part, I guess is that That is the line of profiles in courage, Right? This is where you listen to the lip whip of the crowd, or you listen to your conscience and When it comes down to putting that on the line in public, too few are willing to listen to their conscience and display it in public. I think that's right. What do you think? What a secret Ballot Cherry. I agree with Ray. It's hard to say, But of course, this isn't a secret ballot. And I think that this is one of those votes that Republicans and Democrats will be called on to answer for in the future, of course, impossible to tell how it's going to play out. But I was struck by the impeachment managers line yesterday that is the former president isn't convicted and isn't barred from holding federal office that there's Nothing from the same series of events going out again in another election, perhaps in 2024. I wondered that at least resonate with some Republicans, who, of course, are very ambitious and not only has designs on the White House in 2024, but might want to stay in the in the senator run for another office. Yeah, I thought serving a resignation risen resonated on that was whacking Castro. When the closing argument day the final day of the impeachment managers when he looked out at the Republicans and said many of you wore that uniform. To defend the nation and now you need to defend the nation again. I thought that was an effective appeal to Republicans to maybe change their minds. Well, let's talk about John Lauch. Lynn. What are we to make of the bite administration waiting to replace all but a couple of the U. S attorneys, including John Lash of Chicago who has been fighting corruption? And who tagged Mike Madigan is public official. A well so far, it looks like Klaus, as we speak on Friday, will be resigning as a February 28. Unless Unless by some chance, Senator Judiciary Chairman Dick Term and Aunt Tammy Duckworth's can get the Biden administration to make a singular exception. To everyone else. Thea, other two U. But the special counsel, and then there was another one in New York doing, uh, excuse me doing another investigation that would look on the On the remnants of the Russia probe. So, the White House said in the statement. I got that they're doing the same thing for everybody. And it's common procedure. The difference here is that We have a unity of purpose between Republicans and Democrats that in the case of this U. S attorney who was picked by Trump with the blessing Durban and Duck word and let me tell you, it is not always this way in the trump years in Washington, where the U. S attorney picks have been blessed by the Democratic senators, Durbin to his credit, worked with the Trump White House to find a candidate that everybody could live with. And it's a little bit of a slap here at Durban because Germans and duck Ridge said in November That they wanted love to stay, and part of it is just to not have any cloud off anything over this investigation with goes right up to Mike Madigan. And I know how it is in Chicago, and we have. I worked on some stories with my colleague John Seidel, where we have explained how You because this this blouse is the rare figure at this very partisan environment We live in. "The Friday afternoon show News, Doc 11 30 W S and My name is Dave Michaels. The Trump campaign is kicking off a national women for Trump tour in the state of Wisconsin. One of those individuals taking part is the national cochair of the women for Trump. She's also the former Florida attorney general. The animal Pam Bondi Jones. Been the form I know. Hi, Pam. How are you? They do any great. Thanks. Sorry. It's a little loud, but we are at the Wisconsin Federated Republican Women's on the convention for Your Constant. Yeah, well, the State convention is happening this weekend at Green Bay. You were you were in Port Washington. Where? In Green day Now we were in Milwaukee. The for the last few days. Have you been to a Scotsman before this week or no. I had never been to Wisconsin and I can tell you all of us are in love with Wisconsin. It is so beautiful and we went to a supper club, which was amazing. She mentioned the scenery. That's a first. Normally. It's either the bronze finds, which is the statue the finds along the way from Milwaukee. Now you're in Port Washington. So you think that far South Yesterday. But is it is that the broad says that the cheese curds What is it that you have been taking part of the most of all? We want the Holy Hill, which was amazing. One of the most beautiful Catholic horses I've ever seen. We did a women's business Roundtable, and then we went to West alleys, cheese and sausage shops, which was definitely a highlight. We went and saw a statue of Abraham Lincoln, which is still standing. Thank goodness wow marked on this day in the calendar. Yeah, we did Are we did our empower our here for Trump online with a lot of great women. We did nag a mama. We went Tio team Industries. Um, a tour of team industry. And then we went to a great nonprofit with cops and canine. You've been busy, Mama. Alright, 36 hours. Yeah, that hot in Haven farm We went to their farm and all their dairy cows, and it was beautiful. And now we're at the GOP convention. We're talking with one of the national Co chairs of the women for Trump campaign. Former Florida attorney general Pam Bondi here and who's talk 11 30 ws and we are four months away from going to the polls and the main reason I'm guessing why you're in Wisconsin. While it's not a must win state. Let's be honest. It's pretty high up on the list for the president to win electorally the most recent Marquette poll he's not doing as well as he would like to. He's losing to Joe Biden by around eight points. Unfortunately, doing even worse with women. What can President Trump due to close that gap with women specifically before November? Today. I can tell you were with a lot of women in Wisconsin right now, and they sure support President Trump. You know, I was with him on 2016 campaign and polls were showing the same thing and that certain turn out the way everyone else thought it would. Well for women. You know, women care about everything. I think everyone else cares about they secure the economy. They want their kids to get back to school. And by the way, I talk to Secretary DeVos yesterday and You want to need to let everyone in Wisconsin is that she and President Trump are committed to getting our kids back to school safely and as soon as possible so they can continue to learn. You know, and I'm a career prosecutor. And then I was attorney general. Before I went in the White House. And I know that law and order is so important that I say women. It took all people in this country and we have complete anarchy right now In our country. It's truly unbelievable and the fact that that Joe Biden has not done anything come out and condemn what's been going on. In our country is truly truly horrific. But you know, women all secure about President Trump is the law and order president that you know people care about about the economy. And you know Biden supports the Democrats. Radical Green New Deal. You know. The oil, gas and coal industries support more than 98,000 jobs in the great state of Wisconsin. And I got this, you know, contributes $8.7 million.1,000,000 dollars into your state's economy and the green. You deal with fracking Ban would kill 300,000 jobs in Wisconsin would take 93 billion out of your economy. I mean, those are things that Joe Biden is proposing Verses. President Trump, who is all about made in the USA America First you mentioned 100 times. No, I was going to say that you mentioned law and order and the last time a Republican president was running for re election was George W. Bush in 2004 and one of the reasons why he did win over John Kerry was the security moms. You obviously were coming off of 9 11 Security was very important for all Americans, but specifically women. They want to make sure their kids were safe. The message from conservatives and from then President Bush was we don't want to change our horse midstream. Or what, if any message will Donald Trump have for those women are is there one yet now just four months away from the election? Oh, about of the president of our law and order President. He's all about supporting our police are first responders are military. I've been there first hand when he he's signed executive order to support our Military and Teo give more equipment to law enforcement. He is always going to support the great men and women in law enforcement and what he did to protect our monuments. Our national mourning. He finds an executive order and you saw the guy that tried Tio. Attack the monument and In Lafayette Park. What happened to him? He's behind bars. Now he's facing up to 10 years. We're not going Tio by any means. But is that message getting out a ruder than the take over our country? Because I think you can speak to this. You gnome or women are upset with the president over tweets than whether or not the message of law and order which I agree with you, he is a clear, better choice than Joe Biden. But That I think sometimes gets lost in translation. Because more women than men seem to be more hung up on the minuscule things. Things that don't matter politically because they don't personally like the guy. How does he pivot from that persona to the law and order president that he is? Well, I think there's a clear choice and I think people are able to see that. I mean, I really do. I mean, you've got Biden in his basement. I mean, he has not. What's going on in our country means he's funding the police. The police aren't here. I'm a career prosecutor to arrest people. The police were there When you call 900 want the police were there? To help victims of crimes, rape victim Children who have been molested anyone any anyone who needs a first responder. They're they're for us and all these liberal cities are de funding the police and President Trump is not going to let that happen. He's not. He's a law and order president. And that's one of the reasons I'm so incredibly proud to support him. And he's actually one of the kind of men I know. I've known him for many years long before he was Resident and he does a lot of good and look at everything Ivanka Trump has done for women everything for foster Children for women in employment and done so many good things, and he got a lot more great things that he's going to do in his next term. Sure. Now it's going to be key, not just in Wisconsin, but all the swing states mobilizing the voters to go to the polls..

"For succeeding in the new world of work. We're location an hours are more flexible than in the past. Today's tip is to not write off Friday afternoons yes. Many people are sliding toward the weekend at that point. But whether you're in a traditional office or not with a few new habits you can turn Friday afternoons into some of your most most productive hours of the week back. Before social distancing measures moved whole organizations into the virtual world working from home was often perk doled out to people who had proven themselves. It would be out once a week and inevitably on Fridays why Friday because Fridays are almost universally perceived as the least productive day of the week. The thinking was that people who worked from home would not really be working and so if you were going to lose the day well best to lose. Friday's since the opportunity cost would be lower as someone who's worked out of a Home Office for decades. I think this is ridiculous. I've also coached people in general to ask for Wednesday's as they work from home day. Since if you've got a terrible commute it gives you a nice mid week break but in any case Fridays have never gotten a great reputation from getting work done perspective but as all sorts of routines and work styles are getting shaken up. I think it's a great idea to revisit. Friday's here are a few things you should build into your Friday afternoons in order to Turbo Charge your productivity. I take some time to plan the week ahead. Don't wait for Monday. Don't even wait for Sunday. That's your weekend instead. Take some time on Friday to think about what you want to accomplish during the next Monday to Friday workweek. What are your top priorities? What steps can you take toward your long term goals make shortlist of these important but not urgent tasks and schedule them into your week? Then think about what has to happen logistically. How can you make sure that by next Friday? You have accomplished whatever goals you've set for yourself. Then take a few minutes to look at what is already on your calendar. Sometimes we get scheduled for things that are no longer a top priority. Friday afternoon is a great time to get clarity on whether these things still need to happen. Don't wait until you're two. Pm Conference call starts on Tuesday. Recognize that it's a waste of time thinking about your personal life to do you need to juggle kids. Zoom classes with your own video conferences. Can you schedule in a family walk or virtual happy hour? Do you and your spouse to sit down and talk about your finances. All of this deserves a place in the schedule by having a plan in place for the next week you can feel much more in control of your time and your life something that's even more important in these turbulent times if you work with a team. I'd also recommend having some sort of social ritual to close out the week for those who are usually offices a late. Friday lunch could work. If you schedule this at one. Thirty or two most people will drift out afterwards. But so what the work until two or so and then have a nice way of celebrating what everyone has done if your virtual you can do this celebration by video chat. Give everyone a chance to talk about their victories. And to give shout outs to other people. If you work by yourself you can still do this. Look a priority list for the previous week. The one you created the previous Friday and celebrate all you accomplished. Hopefully it was a short enough list that everything is crossed off but by having some ritual to close out Friday with a celebratory. Drink if you'd like are with a ten minute journaling session. You'll feel.
