"Congress today just gave their stamp of approval to to immigration bills that could give a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants. One was a bill for young dreamers and another for farm workers. The latter would create protections for roughly one million Add workers. Within California representative Doug Will. Mulpha was one of 30 Republicans to reach across the aisle to back the bill. Simply a way to get right with the law have a cap full of already in place AG workers with a legal status better for the worker of the farmer. In our system of idea who was in this country. Currently, Democratic Congress member Jim Costa from Fresno spoke on the Capitol floor farm workers. Some of the hardest working individuals you ever meet. I know because I've worked side by side for years. Growing up on my family's farm. It's simply wrong that they be subject to living and working under shadow of uncertainty and fear of being deported. "It's a one way street that appears to be heading one way north. So thank you google maps. Because i wasn't sure. I don't know california that well that said i'll be honest while i did see the truck in question. The first time. I kind of thought they were lost. The truck does pull over but added pulls over in front of his next door neighbor's house. And then of moses back on the second appearance like i said is just maybe the truck or a truck that looks like it driving by without slowing down Seeing as how lang street is a one way street that theoretically the driver could be trying to get somewhere and not know his or her way around the one way streets. I know i've had lift drivers run into that problem with the one way streets in my neighborhood and they're using fucking. Gps just thought. Yeah i think a lot of the videos that were posted. You're kind of making a lot of some jains about what's going on. It's not exactly clear. And obviously he was monitoring his house twenty four seven so who knows how many other occasions that he did not post to youtube that he saw this truck or what was going on. I mean there's a lot of room for interpretation so you know if if you want to believe something hard enough you can make anything. Seem like it's in reality when not be The next video that we're gonna be talking about is titled thermal imaging threat and intimidation by fresno law enforcement. And i will say that out of all the videos. This was the most questionable and the most bizarre and this one actually looks like it could have been someone who was purposely recording his house. But i'm gonna read the caption and then describe a little bit about what this video showed so laying writes. This is the same fresno california. It stops the side during the event opens and there are some in with this huge camera. I have no idea what type of camera this is. But it's recording lang's house for like and a half then. They closed the van door in drive away a few seconds later so this is weird for multiple reasons. Yeah why did they solve in front of lang's house. What exactly were they filming. Who are these people. Also he says that these are the same people who have been illegally entering my property in home. When i leave my house yet there is no videos posted to his youtube site. Showing any sort of people illegally entering his property and leaving he also had video cameras inside of his house. There is no videos posted inside of his house. You would think that if police were illegally entering his house he would have shared those videos. Just say yeah so many thoughts but we will cover them. I agree that of all of them. This was definitely the strangest of the video of the bunch And a few things struck me as well first of all. It's an unmarked black van. Republicans Push Back On Historic Nomination Of Deb Haaland For Interior Secretary
"And Natural Resource is committee today held confirmation hearings for New Mexico representative Deb Holland to be the next secretary of interior. A confirmation would be historic. She would be the first Native American Cabinet member in the nation's history. Her nomination by President Biden has also been criticized by oil State Republicans because of her stated opposition issues such as to fracking in the Dakota access pipeline. Ecuadorian reports from Fresno. The history being made by Deb Holland's nomination was hailed by all on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, even those who are skeptical of her policy views The special nature of the moment was evident as the New Mexico congresswoman introduced herself to the committee and the nation. I spent summers in the Sita, or small village on Laguna Pueblo, the location of my grandparent's traditional home. It was there that I learned about my culture from my grandmother by watching her cook and by participating in traditional feast days and ceremonies, it was in the cornfields with my grandfather, where I learned the importance of water. And protecting our resource is where I gained a deep respect for the Earth Committee chair, Joe Manchin outlined the immensity of the task. The Interior Department manages 500 million acres of land. 1/5 of the entire country. The 70,000 employees oversee Parks Monuments Wildlife refuge because dams, reservoirs and canals. It also supervisors mineral resource lands that produced 20% of the nation's energy. Citing previous statements Deb Holland had made about fossil fuel production. Wyoming Senator John Barrasso, the committee's ranking member, set the theme which Republican members came back to repeatedly. Oil production in federal lands and oil pipelines, especially the Dakota access pipeline. By signing an executive order to ban all new oil coal gas leases on federal lands. The president is taking a sledgehammer to Western states economies. Ban on federal leasing could result in 33,000 workers losing their jobs in Wyoming. Representative Hollins home state of Wyoming, 62,000 workers stand to lose their jobs. Holland also faced questions over her appearance at protests of the Dakota access pipeline in North Dakota before she was elected to Congress in 2018. California Governor Gavin Newsom embraced that, while also warning that the nation's most populous state is struggling with the viruses Deadliest wave yet. Light at the end of the tunnel. Gig workers weigh in on Prop 22 passing
"Voters approved proposition twenty two a ballot measure that says drivers for apps like uber. Lift and instacart will remain independent contractors not employees. Those companies spent nearly two hundred million dollars on a marketing campaign supporting prop twenty two the campaign ads like this one from lift said the measure would actually be good for workers because it comes with a minimum wage and health care benefits for some but if drivers are forced to become employees up to ninety percent of at been striving jobs could disappear to be clear. That's because the gig companies wouldn't hire all those drivers gig drivers in california and around. The country have mixed views on the law. We talked to some of them. Prop twenty two. I voted for. Because i don't want to be an employee doing it as an independent contractor. Make my own hours work when i want to work. I'm glad it wasn't proved one of the best thing about. This is the flexibility of it. And it would've taken away a lot of those like ps. What is con- front of me doing the thing that they said. "No, it wasn't. But part of that I think is telling it was Kwami was cramping up and here's a team that wasn't on campus at all from the time covert it until after the mountain West reinstated fall football so that you know they didn't have access to the weight room they're on their own to try to be in football shape and he wasn't the only one who was dealing with some conditioned issues. So you'd hope that's cleared up, but it's only five days. Later that could rear its ugly head again tonight, and I'm sure the coaches you're going to keep close tabs on who's getting, how many rats and how frequently they're substituting. We're talking to the voice of the Fresno State bulldogs Paul Leffler I. I'm always a fan of unique defenses. I'm curious to see what Ceus you does. I know they're thrown in this Fox position I I'm very intrigued by that see how they use it. But on the other side for Fresno State, they had this four to five defense and a Husky position I. Just I just like the nicknames I don't really care if it's just the exact same I just liked the fact that you name them something different and it seems unique. Well and I guess a Husky is a dog. So fits with the bulldogs a little bit distant relative. But if they have to play Washington next year they play UCONN they may want to change that position name but coordinator that Defense William in is really charismatic guy at you know coach Khalil Mack at Buffalo and it's got some great stories of that and he's been at a lot of different places at college football. So you know he's experienced he's connected, but he's working with a team that may or may not be suited for. That allied with and I think that's what he has to discover You know they have had a few injuries that are a factor, but I think tonight's big test can the personnel us the other night and that same alignment be successful against physical running team? If not, do they have some changeups can they changed their front? Can they go to an odd front? Maybe an extra guy on the line what are some of the things they can do to try to counteract team that wants to overpower Hawaii did that second half and? That's probably the biggest thing I'm watching for tonight in addition to how the quarterback players and I think that's what's so interesting about the short season and how much can you really take from weeks? Game is that is that what this team is going to be because even if it was a regular season Paul, we'd say, Oh, well, that was the first game they're going to try to iron some of those things out but you said it Fresno state didn't practice a whole heck of a lot in fact, correct me if I'm wrong I don't think the bullocks practice until the schedules were. Is Correct. That is correct and that's you know the coaches are very careful to say, hey, that's not an excuse. Me Don't want anyone talking about that. We don't want to think about it, but it is the reality and you know from that standpoint, they are disadvantaged compared to the rest of the mountain west. That's just the way it is and I think the the spin on that is Fresno. State's greatest teams in the greatest moments in Fresno state history in any sport underdog stories. This is an area that you know has people in the bay area and La. Fresno you know, and the the thought is those people take their better than the folks here in the valley..

"Colorado. State's first game of the season taken on the Fresno State bulldogs and who better to talk to us about the Fresno State bulldogs and the Voice of the bulldogs Paul Leffler. Paul thank you so much on short notice by the way but thanks for giving us some time today before game night. You Bet it's college football I mean everybody's ready to go at a moment's notice because you never know when at a moment's notice things Mike, it can't. So it's just one of those bizarro years and I'm just excited. We've got a game here tonight. On our side. Now, what was that like for you last week? I never know where the broadcasters are. Now I never know if they're never know what that's like I don't know if they're in. Doing the game from a hotel room. What was it like for you personally last week You know it's one of those things you realize what you've taken for granted for. So long because a lot of people are are doing this under very difficult circumstances but no, it was great for us. They did move us out of our normal booth at the stadium and put us up on the roof. But I thought it was actually a little better vantage point probably GONNA be a little chillier up there tonight with the elements but Being able to be there and see it in person and described the action as you see it as opposed to a monitor that can't capture the whole view and the whole atmosphere. That's that's really ideal for someone calling a game. So I'm thankful we're still able to do that. What was it like the the lack of fans of course It's gotTa be a strange one too. Surreal absolutely surreal and you know one of the reasons that bulldog stadium has one of the top twenty five winning percentages in the country for any home field is that the fancier are so phenomenal at the red waves you know it's Almost a mythical situation that people talk about after they bring their teams here they lead boy that was a tough place to play. So the do a game there without that element without the palpable presence of the crowd, not the noise. But when that crowds there, you can feel it you feel it from you know the tips of your toes to the top of your head and and that's different and it's you know until they allow fans to come back. It's just not going to be the same. So it was pretty surreal to be there for that..

Trump administration denies California relief for 6 fires
"Hey, Michael. Good morning. Good morning to you. Well, the Trump Administration did reject this request. It was in a letter from Governor Newsome back in September late September. This would mean essentially hundreds of millions of dollars to clean up damage from the six recent fires across the state, and it can be appealed. It will be appealed, but let's look at the motives behind the Trump administration's decision. What are they? Well, I don't want to see what the motives are, because this is a very much developing story. I did talk with Brian Ferguson of the Office of Emergency Services just within the last half hour. And you know, he makes it clear that they will be appealing. They don't seem particularly stunned by this they have. The Trump Administration has approved these kinds of requests for a presidential declarations in the past for wildfires and other disasters on clearly, you know, this wildfire season has been a particularly bad a historically bad one with Really bad fires in L, a Fresno Madeira counties and Casino San Bernadino, San Diego and Siskiyou. And so the administration sent this letter requesting disaster relief funds. More than four million acres burned in 2020. That's I think, double the state's previous record. And so the Trump Administration in responding FEMA in responding Said that the standards have not been met based on their review. So I did a said talk to Brian Ferguson and earlier this morning and this is how he described what the status of this request is. You know, this is not the end of our discussions in our process with the federal government. We were very much in the middle of this. Discussions with which the mother with other federal agencies can continue the letters and the legal documents for for months or even years. So we continued T work expeditiously that You know, turn on those programs leverages every ounce of federal support we can get, But this is very much an ongoing process. And he did say Michael that there are other parts of federal money that are available, like for small businesses and for you know individuals, A Zay said. This presidential declaration is the highest standard. On. So they know they only apply for these when they think they've got all of the verification and the data that they need to get it. So you know, I think they're not pulling the you know, pushing the panic button at this point. But clearly it was a surprise. And of course, you know your question was, you know, one of the motives and the initial. I think you know, the tendency is going to be to say, Oh, this is political. This is a psycho. This is trump trying to get you some back. You know, That may be true. It may not be true and it may all work out. In the end. This is not the first time That this sort of haggling back and forth has happened over an emergency declaration A few years ago, something similar happened with parts of the Oroville Dam. There were no questions about whether it was on state land federal land, so they haggled back and forth. And they finally resolved that. So you know, a cz Brian Ferguson suggested. This is not the end of the story. But it is surprising to say the least. Well, the president did approve welfare relief over the summer, and there are other sources of funding. FEMA grants, for example, is you mentioned, but no reasons were given, which is why I asked about motive, but remember the president and claim the state was not doing enough to prevent wildfires. He said. Governor Newsome did a terrible job forest management not breaking enough leaves, I guess like they do in Finland and The state faces over a $54 billion deficit because of the pandemic. It needs these funds to rebuild communities to rebuild buildings. Tio essentially fix damage roads and bridges. Absolutely, and you know, that was all included in the letter that the governor sent to FEMA into the president. Damage. As you said, you know, all kinds of infrastructure, not just the homes and buildings but bridges, schools, libraries, water and power facilities. Other infrastructure number of people have been killed. And you know this is extremely expensive and there are tremendous costs hundreds of millions of dollars for equipment and firefighters, fire retardant. There are all kinds of planes and helicopters, emergency emergency shelters, of course that get set up. So you know this is very expensive. It is a somewhat standard kind of request the kind of things that we see for hurricanes and Floods, wildfires and so on on. And as you said Trump has so far FEMA through and the Trump Administration have granted all of these on, you know, the president has said very recently that he has a good relationship with Newsome. You've Newsome was even featured briefly in an ad, which I'm sure he was not happy with the governor, but nonetheless, they do try to maintain despite all the political differences, which are major They do try toe team maintain a good relationship for just things like this, And we should mention that some of the stories that have come about as a result of this denial or refusal at this point have mentioned Wade Crow Foot. California Cabinet secretary confronting President Trump on climate change that one could assume falling on deaf ears. Well, you know, certainly. That was big news A few weeks ago when the president was here and yes, the governor's natural resource is director did confront him and I'm sure the president no did not appreciate the half. But I think we need to be careful to ascribe what what has happened here with this request to be directly related to that it might be, but it's not something that we're going to know. It's easy to speculate about Andi. It certainly wouldn't be inconsistent with the president's behavior on other issues in the past, But as I said FEMA are the Office of Emergency Services this morning at least, is not saying that and you know they're going to be appealing this initial rejection of the request.

The GOP was ordered to remove the boxes by yesterday, but now they say they're going to add more. The party maintains the boxes comply with California's ballot laws allowing for people to collect ballots from voters and return them to election offices. But Secretary of State says they don't qualify because they're not supervised. A statue of former

"State Republican Party leader CVI will not comply with an order from the seats. Chief elections. Official Secretary of State Alex Padilla. Attorney General Javier Becerra say the unofficial ballot drop boxes are illegal and have ordered Republicans to remove them by today. Republican Party leaders say we have put the boxes in Orange of Fresno and Los Angeles County's on Wednesday they would not reveal where else they have put these boxes or how many ballots they have collected from them. The party's general counsel, says the box is comply with California's ballot harvesting wall, which allows people to collect ballots from voters and return them to county election officers to be counted.
California GOP won't remove unofficial ballot drop boxes
"Hi. Welcome to the side of the breakdown. Okay. Great to be here. So okay. You have been covering this dispute that is happening between the Republican Party and Democratic leaders in the state. Ballot boxes popped up in some contested congressional district over the weekend. Put there by the state GOP. Tell us what happened. What are they? Why is everybody so mad? Right. So this started to kind of last weekend when we started seeing photos of these boxes, unofficial ballot drop boxes pop up in Fresno, Los Angeles, Orange County, the state, GOP and county Republican Party's kind of took responsibility for them. Alex Media, California Secretary of State Javier Becerra, the state's attorney general, filed this season Desist letter against Republican Party. They've basically raised two points against these ballot boxes, one That some of them were labeled official even though they were definitely not official on to that. This is a violation of the state's ballot collection law, also known as ballot harvesting law. That makes it sound like you're stuffing turf builder in your envelope for something, so I think On the first point, the GOP has conceded, they said, You know, we promised these signs saying official are gone. The second point about Malik Collection is a bit more complicated. We're recording this on Thursday. This could likely end up in litigation, so we should say, As you pointed out, there is a law that allows ballot harvesting valid collection and the Democrats were all for it. The Republicans in the Legislature didn't vote for it. They howled against it. They said it cost them the election in some of the midterm races and 2018. So are they now? Just saying OK, can't beat him. We're going to join him. Yeah, This is as they've built their attempt at Valley Collection. It remains to be seen kind of what's the greater effective this strategically? I mean, you know the resource is that they're going to have to use to defend this, possibly in court could have possibly been used just to direct their voters towards existing ballad drop boxes. There are tons of official ballad drop boxes up and down the state. You can Google Katie with the early voting to find list and find a way to find ones near you. So it's not clear whether they're getting new votes that otherwise would have been captured in the existing collection and voting methods throughout the state. Is this really a wise use of resource is on the part of the GOP. I mean, Yeah, I talkto Paul Mitchell today who does for both parties is like a voter data grew and he said by his count, there's like 98 turned in and Fresno and he's like, I would bet every one of us was probably someone who already would've voted GOP. So What is this isn't a political stunt to draw attention to about harvesting. It is, isn't it from their perspective? Good faith effort on the GOP side to really make sure that people vote I mean, because it's uh it's a little confusing. I mean, there's about harvesting issue, and then there's everything we've been hearing from the president, which is Go to the polls. Don't vote early male voter, you know, male voting is problematic. None of that's true. It's fine. It's secure. But like, Like, what do you What's the political angle here? If there is one Right. I mean, I think you hit it on the head with this kind of strange dichotomy. I think as faras this strategy to me, it's kind of the halfway between a ballot harvesting, troll and kind of a legitimate operation that they were trying to get out the vote with, But it raises this question of Look both by mail the expansion of vote by mail in California this year. Sending every voter ballot was a bipartisan effort There was, you know, Half a dozen Republicans in the Assembly who supported this. Even legislators, who are upset that this initially was pursued through an executive order ultimately supported the legislation. Now take that in comparison to national Republicans, who have spent most of the year saying vote by mail is filled with fraud. It's kind of created this strange paradigm for the GOP, where on one hand they have to be like, Look as our president is saying. Vote by males fraudulent, But hey, while you're in the office, stick your ballot in here. We'll take it for you. And I think that sets up this strange reflex of having the defendant National Republicans when many California Republicans were comfortable phone by mail, and Scott, I know you talked to many election officials in Red counties who have used, you know, using vote by mail for years. And so it's It's a weird interplay of the national Republican Party, taking this really strong stance that I think ultimately has hurt the state and local Republican Party's politically

So the honest question for today is what's something unique about you guys. The most people don't now I feel like we got a lot of your story though today so we might have like. Let the cat out of the bag base. People would already know most of my stuff because I'm pretty much an open book. If you ever talked to me I'm obviously a loyalist. I've been at the same rush for eighteen eighteen years and A story that typifies. That is that I stood up at my wedding and my boss at the time. The owner of this restaurant Got Stanley was there and they asked me to do with speech and I was supposed to do a speech to the whole thing and the biggest thing other than getting married to my wonderful wife. It was They asked me to speak and I saw stood up when I go. Max's is now open Sundays and I down and I walked off. You know. That's just like we know what to do. So that was my. That was my whole public speaking speech for that for that wedding. And that's how that's how much in love with the business I am in and I even told my wife I said. Hey this is what you're marrying into. Here's our pre-nup this is what I do. This is the effects it's going to be. You know we just. Well you know there's honest fear about what's going to happen with the industry as a whole. That's that's my wholesome fear I am trying to detach myself from the news outlets and everything else who are constantly injecting more fear into the situation So I've I've done that which is good but the thing that people can do and recognize the most is that. It's probably going to look a little different when you come back to the restaurant for the first time we're going to do our absolute best to make it a very safe and educational dining experience for you For my server as well as you the customer that are sitting there at the table. "Sachs Bank. USA Salt Lake City branch. But Man. So I wanted to talk a little bit next about You talk a little bit about your your injury history because that is something that that is going to be something that you're going to get asked a lot about in this process you know. I'm sure you would even admit you didn't play as much as you wanted to at Fresno state because of those injuries. But I'm sure that they have. They have molded you into the player that you are today. Just talk a little bit about the hardships of suffering a few big season ending injuries. And how you've had to work harder to come back from love. Yes so I mean all my injuries it was it was. It was a tough time for me because I mean you guys everybody there I I wanted to be out there with my guys playing you know but I mean stuff happens and that's the way it goes but like throughout the whole time I just for my down just in guiding just kept working towards everything and here I am today. I mean I just had Injury last season stood recover from that. But I mean I've just been working every day just putting my trust in God I just. That's also one of the reasons. Why last two like I feel? I feel like I'm ready to play in the NFL. But you know things happen. That's why that's why I left. I just felt like I was ready to go I just need to recover and I mean probably get get better nutrition in NFL and also like a treatment too so that'll be a good idea to just you know. Yeah sure in in is something talking with a lot of players over the last few years you know. It's allow the Times. These injuries pushed people to you. Know leave school early and go to the NFL because because they're like man you know I don't want to just keep keep getting injured or like you said you. You might play at a place where you feel like you can get the better treatment. You can get the better training you can get the better. You know recovery reprocess and it's just. It's a big professional decision that you know a lot of guys I've never had make but someone like yourself who's got a chance to be on the top. Interior offense is is drafted. That's a decision that it's it's tough to come. You know and say man. I feel like I WANNA play. I feel like I haven't played as much as I wanted to hear. But I gotTa make what's best the decision. What's best for me and my family and that's doing this for sure and I mean like also the potential for me is is like through the the roof? You know what I'm saying like I feel like I haven't even like really you know got to show myself. You know what I mean so I mean I hope somebody takes in just leaves them in. I'm just GonNa you know. Show them what I can do. Yeah in in and you know this is a question that I that I was dying to ask. You is when you go through these decisions with The family you know possibly agent. You're looking at. Did you guys happen to take a look at the interior often. Select class and go man. This was this might be a little. You know I might have a better chance of going higher this year that I would if I wait until next year because of some of the players that that went back to school this here. Yeah of course I talked my agent and then talk to me about that like there is saying like I. I'm like one of the top helping to realignment. And also the interior alignment class right. Now is kind of like not as good so I mean next year. It'll be way better something you know what I'm saying. Yeah in that decision making so I mean I'm I'm happy at my agency told me all that stuff. It's that's something that so big. I think they kinda gets overlooked at times is looking at the class that you decide to come out in or or go back to school in because there's some times is where that clueless as you know for for a running back or linebacker off it's alive and you know you you have to kind of look into the future and go man like my odds going top fifty eh better this year. Will they be next year and that's a big part of this season Man The next thing I wanted to get into is you played some tackle at Fresno state you played some guard the Fresno state. Are you looking. You know possibly being a dual threat guy in that area or you think it'll be more of just an interior at the next level. I mean I don't really care if I mean I do care but I don't really care where they put me. You know what I'm saying. I could play tackle guard or center. I've been practicing. I mean I know that Senator is not on film but I know I could play center but free listing for me. I feel like I'm a smaller guy. So I so like dough probably put me inside more wherever I don't really does it really matter for me so you know what I'm saying. No for sure in that. And that's a question. The guys who do play tackle and guard on tape. You know that's a question that I'm sure you'll get asked a ton you know. Hey if we want to move outside to tackle that something you're comfortable doing and and You know I it looked like from the the the tape that I've seen from you at tackle. You could play that position as well but I do agree in the and that's kind of segue into where I wanted to go next so I I'm going to come out and say it I am terrible it evaluating offense alive and I'm just not good at that corner and receiver in almost every other position but for some reason I am not not good at evaluating offensive line to draw up right up scouting report on yourself. What would it say I mean the kind of bias but No 'cause yours right now. It just says something along the lines of I would not enjoy playing football against this man. Yeah like obviously we got it in here. How you fire off the ball you know your ability to get into the second level to the second level The power that you bring with your paunch in your footwork seems clean. You know you play with some athleticism like all of that. But that's like the key thing when I watch you play. I'm like it must be miserable to play defense when he's lined up across from Roy. Just put it like this. I just when I go out there like there's a lot Bush's that go through my head when I go in there man like every time I walked on that ramp at the Fresno state I I just started bawling like I just started crying. I it's it's Kinda crazy I just feel like I just go to a whole different world. You know what I'm saying when go there I just feel like I just want to dominate everything. Basically that's kind of my my son. I walk in there and walked down the field. You concerned. That's that's that's what I that's what I think of when I go down play football here The next person search for you as where do you see your fit being at the next level. Can you play in man and zone schemes. Are you going to be just a man blocking linemen. Do you see yourself being able to Kinda develop an in play in an scheme. That would have both of those you know in the in the process of that game. I Yeah Yeah I mean for me it. It doesn't really matter. I feel like I'm quotable enough to do whatever the coach wants me to do. You know what I'm saying. I just I'm just GONNA have. I'm just GONNA need some time to learn whatever they want to learn and I'm just GonNa do it to the best of my abilities. You know what I'm saying share. May We ran zone Lanman Fresno state some time so I mean it doesn't really matter for me cool. Yeah that's that's the question I'd like to ask as well 'cause there are some guys who were just so comfortable in one or the other that they you they you know. Give me the you know I can do both. I WANNA learn both but being able being have having done both at Fresno state has to be important for for you and which you know the questions you're going to get asked about the schemes you could play in I did want to ask as well. you know being a big mauling rolling offense align linemen What do you enjoy doing more is? It's your pass protection or your run blocking I actually I like both. I know. That's gotta but I mean I mean they're gonNA pass block. I feel like I feel like some people will just when they hear. It's a passed away like day just stink. Oh it's just a time to take it off always time to relax just past route but like I I just feel like I needed them. They both you you know. Run and pass so I mean I don't like standing around sometimes when I don't have the guy on me. I just like to look for work during the past protection. You know what I'm saying saw that yeah. Yeah because I mean they rent a three down so I mean the senator was on sometimes and I would just look in both the guards cards. Were probably be free so just look for work most of the time sure. Yeah that's a good answer You know I it's it's it's fun watching your take because I feel like you see I I call him. Catchers you see a lot of catching offense Allama. They counted like you said almost feel like they take the play off. And just let the the defensive lyman you know come into their grass but you still kind of have that that angry drive about you even pass protection that you don't see from some guys you kinda still you gotta take your your steps back you gotta get into your past says but it almost seems like you WanNa be still going forward and driving off the ball and that that's always where I meant to ask us. We're talking about the injuries. But where are you at right now as far as your health if you had if you had to say So I start running in next week so mean very go probably like seventy percent right now okay an interview. Are you you guys plan on doing. Have you gotten a combine invitation yet. Yes I have. I got an A.. Come by invitation and will you be. Hopefully you know participating in that you think it'd be healthy enough to do the combine So I was talking with my trainer and they were saying I probably be able to the drills rose not like not. I don't think the COMBI events but I I go in the bench sure sure shares. UCS getting it's more important to get back to full health and try to push yourself in those situations and and possibly even have a pro day later on revealed do some of that. So that's that's great. That's good to know you a as the prototype for Sarah Hundred Forego. Do you know when you're pro. Date is As right now it's march seventeenth. "Fresno's to your Fresno state BULLDOGS at eleven and two there are four point favorite of note here Nikila, Harry going pro will not be playing this game for ASU. So again, come back to my rules. That's one strike against ASU. The other thing, Dan when you look at the numbers for this game fresno's, really legit. Like, we didn't talk enough about it this season because a lot of times they're playing late their group of five team, and they don't maybe get as much visibility as some of the power five games that we talk about. But this is a good football team. They're good on offense their top ten on defense and their group of five school going up against Pac twelve school, which to me says that there. Going to be fired up for the bowl game. Plus, I believe it's Marcus MC Marion's final game as quarterback for Fresno. See got that feel good angle mixed in there as well. I am very confident in Fresno for all those reasons, and I'm going to go Fresno here, minus the points early lock and forty confidence points. Yeah. This feels like a who wants to be there who doesn't Arizona state in it pretty late for the Pac twelve south don't make it happen. ASU also losing a key recruiting weekend with signing day coming just a couple days after this game games on Saturday. The fifteenth signed believe is what the eighteenth nineteenth somewhere in the nineteenth young. And so this also plays into your defacto Super Bowl tie. It's right. Yeah. Because he Fresno state on a big stage network TV this. I think it's on ABC. Right. Yep. ABC? So this is a huge showcase for Fresno to potentially take down a pack twelve team. So I think they matched up. Well, they stopped the run super well with with you know, Benjamin on the other. Side, Arizona states and have to lean on that. So I'm right there with you with a pretty high level of confidence in Fresno state. I also feel like Herm Edwards is very dense. So I think he's sinking like a stone. So buoyancy wise. Okay. I am. "Corner store at the smoke shop or any other kind of store for very specific reasons they should not be in the sight of our minor children go out with their parents going to these these shopping areas so very easy to understand that this should be restricted to down town fresno and off street level and it premium sweet where if someone wants to dispense they can open up their little pharmaceuticals dispensary on the top floor and anybody who wants to go and purchase that product can pilgrimage out of down track home fresno to downtown fresno find and pay for parking walk up purchase their materials walked down ensured that you know maybe the sensory can validate their parking for them as part of the business expense and these suites should be a premium suite in downtown fresno in my opinion obsolete level out of the side of our minor children well i i i'm i'm trying to chew on which side of the of the plate i'm want to chew on with that one i think i know where you're coming from obviously and that's here's where they're going to end up there you know they tout these as they're going to be wonderful and they're going to be safe and that they're not going to be in north fresno folks they're going to be in west fresno that's where you end up they're going to end up on on the street corners they're gonna end up just like the the look where the liquor stores are at look look where the majority of those herath or not in north fresno there in west fresno that's that's where they're located and that's where this this will end up and i think it is an attack upon the upon those areas without a doubt.

"At fresno have introduced their expanded sales in their sports arenas growth in alcohol beverages university partnerships are reflecting the brewers desire for expansion at a time when beer sales growth is in keeping up with spirits and wine particularly l l among millennials what did i tell you earlier in this program today that when you start changing the laws and blowing up the world because you want twentysomethings do think beer product is cool it doesn't always go the way you want it to and this could be one of those reasons there as well a beer sales by volume a u s bars and restaurants said down three percent from 2014 and uh the overall sales to were down over of buzz a one percent and even at saving for the first early days of 2017 a beer sales are down and people are just looking for ways the monetize their product whether it's a sports team and alcoholic beverages you've got to try to find that sort of area that gray area where they can both kind of cana coexist and this is another step why desire you know there's going to be some brewery in jersey that will come out with a rutgers theme the beer it got to have a cool named got to come up with something with it but i have the block are on it will be a red can red bottle or something but they will come up i'm sure with something jersey central traffic and weather time 756 traffic and weather every 10 minutes on jersey central interal let us get that traffic update first from tom colangelo pretty good ride on the partway up to the driscoll bridge nazi bad at the outer fringe we had earlier accident on the staten island side that should be vaughn 280 savaged the race exits wanting to four but a bit more volume on the parkway looks like a new accident southbound near exit one forty one northbound delays from clark up to the union tolls and new jersey transit looks good i'm tom colangelo with your 1450 wctc traffic update arijan thank you tommy else jersey central meteorologist says will have a mostly sunny.
