Clean up of the water main break in southeast, 28th streets closed between Pennsylvania avenue and Q street. You'll also find Perry street, which is one way westbound, blocked between South Dakota avenue and 18th street. Now that one police activity up in northwest that's closing 14th between Otis place and Irving street also affects metro, the green line, the Columbia heights minor side where you exit out near the Best Buy, that entrance is closed due to that police investigation. Our activity remains in the district as you're headed from Virginia across the case bridge onto the freeway, all traffic detours into the northbound third street tunnel. Just past the exit by about 20 yards, there we've got a tractor trailer and another vehicle that we're involved in a crash, early this morning, blocking the lanes on the freeway. At one point, traffic was getting by on the right shoulder, that is no longer occurring. We're waiting on a heavy duty record and remove the vehicles from the roadway. They are still not on scene. Westbound freeway is fine coming off the 11th street bridge back toward main avenue and headed eventually out toward Virginia. Your lanes are completely accessible. You're finding the third street tunnel, New York avenue, D.C. two 95, I two 95. Everybody so far off to a great start. In Maryland, no worries yet, Frederick south, two 70, headed down toward the lane divide, looking just as good between the beltways, both 95 and the bottom of Washington Parkway. We remain quiet across I 70 through Baltimore Frederick Hagerstown and back, no worries on the ICC. 50s good to go between northeast and the bay bridge. We are getting a little bit heavier as you leave Maryland into the district by way of Sutherland Parkway going inbound towards Stan road. Virginia, 66 off to a good start at a Gainesville east, no early worries out of falmouth, 95 north, Springfield north on three 95 year good, but again, just expect that delay as you cross the 14th in the case, headed onto the freeway.
