Creating Your Environment With Aromatherapy
"Today. We're excited to talk to jay baldwin about creating your environment with aromatherapy jade. Thank you so much for being here with us today. Thank you any ongoing very privileged to be here so the first question i want to ask about this topic is i think one that a lot of people have and that is what is aromatherapy. Where does it come from. I still well any Aromatherapy is a modern name for a practice that has been around. For a long time it's basically using aromatic compounds such as essential oils from plants. It's been used by humans. For thousands of years the essential oils are the steeled and cold press aromatic compounds found in the leaves. The flower grind and bach of the plants as different plants produce different types of essential oils. As what's we learn. What each one does we can use it for. Whatever it is that we need. So the ancient civilizations such as greece rome china arabian in-depth of used aromatherapy and religious ceremonies and rituals. We can even find a examples of aromatherapy in the bible. Who's well. I'll give you an example. Actually the babylonians and the assyrians that would then frankencense during their religious ceremonies because the warming aroma of the oils of So that's what they use for me. Any i'm vietnamese of heritage. No when i was growing up. I didn't realize that my family did aromatherapy until thought about forbid. My mom used to boil up gross and eucalyptus leaves in sixers ryan's in a pot and then made me smell the steam and it was for me growing up in australia but it really helped.
Dive Into Diffusion With Taylor Bowlen
"Taylor it's wonderful to have you here with us today. How are you hi. I'm great thank you. So much for having me so taylor. I know that the way that you got started in founder way to essential oils had to do with your young baby at the time being being sick. Can you tell us that story. Yes so my husband was teaching at the time and bringing home all the germs twenty four seven and we had a little three month old. She was constantly getting sick and it would go to her chest. The doctors would say we're not sure. Let's put it on this breathing treatment. Let's try this try. That and i thought. I don't want all of this to just try. I wanna see. How can we prevent this. So my husband actually was more familiar with essential oils than i was at the time because his mom used them growing up. She didn't use them as comprehensively as we did but when he would have an earache. They use tea tree so he was really familiar with oils and actually suggested them so. Once i started looking into them i realised that his could actually be an alternative for us to help prevent instead of just treat and then i dove right in and we have been using essential oils. Ever since i love that story. Taylor i love when you can see the impacts that generations that have come before can have on the future generations like you said even if it wasn't this super comprehensive passing down of all the essential oil knowledge in the world just having that exposure in childhood to essential oils. I could really opened up your husband to this world of You know these things exist. Let me give them a try. So that's that's just really cool to hear so he sort of introduced them to you. You kind of took it and ran you. Were using them on your daughter. She was getting sick a lot during that time. Yes yes she was. She was three months old. So i was trying to do research because she was still so tiny. So we diluted a lot and we had amazing results with and she wasn't getting sick after. Oh that's amazing. What oils do you remember like. Do you want to share a little. Bit more about what oils ear using. And how with her sure so because it went to respiratory we were diffusing eucalyptus in her bedroom at night and we would put lavender. And i use lemon and frankencense to help boost her immune system and i win with the gentler since she was younger and they worked so well for her. That is awesome. So i love that. This shift sort of happened later in your life a little bit. What's one of the biggest changes you notice when you started incorporating essential oils into your life not just with your daughter but for all of you i would still say it was health. Overall for my whole family was the greatest change. It seemed we would pass a colder something to each other once a month and you know. Medicine is not prevention so before oils. We'd wait until one of us got sick. Take medication to help that. Illness or just basically mask the symptoms and but incorporating oils. It allowed me to take preventative action. So we could make immune rollers and support our bodies naturally to keep our immune systems functioning at their highest level. And i honestly at first. I was amazed. I couldn't even believe it and i'm still amazed every day. At how amazing essential oils really are and they really do work. Yeah i've been using them for five years and or six. I think at this point and still some days. I'm just like well. Gosh these things to actually work. This is crazy later. I'm still like well that worked. Well that's awesome. Yes so taylor. I would love to start getting into diffusion with the i know you love teaching people about defusing essential oils and all the amazing benefits of that. So tell us. Exactly what is diffusion. And why should we be defusing essential oils. Yes so when we're diffusing and i'm talking more of using an sonic diffuser which seems to be the most common and widely used for essential oils. It allows the oils to be atomised into a microphone. Missed by the vibrating. Play that you see at the bottom of the diffuser so this vibrant at such a high rate. The waters turned into a mist containing millions of microparticles that can disperse into the air using sound vibration. Instead of heat which is key. The power of essential oils comes from the constituents. It's made up of and heating the oils can alter those so using an ultrasonic. Diffuser helps to maintain the integrity of the oil and allows the therapeutic benefits to be fully preserved and dispersed throughout. Your home and the microparticles can actually remain suspended in the air for hours after your diffuser even shuts off so you're still reaping the benefits a longtime after. There's really numerous reasons to defuse as your diffusing the oils or breathed in they can reach nearly every system in the body supporting respiratory health. Immune system they can help the body to relax or secrete endorphins improve the balance of hormones and mental clarity. Researchers are continuing to gain so much knowledge proving. Our emotional health has such a significant effect on our physical health and our sense of smell is directly linked to our emotions and memories in the limbic system of the brain so the squid turpin in essential oils can increase blood oxygen levels so that coupled with the sent can help the body to relax and release emotional blocks at the same time plus it only takes between twenty to thirty seconds after inhaling the essential oil molecules to reach the olfactory and limbic systems where emotions and sense a process. So it's truly remarkable.

Supporting Your Mood and Mind featuring Nicole Moultrie
"Nicole were so glad to have you here with us today to talk about such an incredible topic. Thank you so much for having me. I love the and I love when I teach I'm learning and so I'm just grateful for the opportunity well, we love learning from you. So my first question for you is, how can I use essential oils internally to help me support my emotions? Love this question and this is such a great question. So what I love about the three ways that we can use essential oils, right. We've got our topically we've got our aromatic and we've got internally in one of the reasons I love taking oils internally is because it gives us such a target of delivery and what I mean by that is one of my. Favorite oils to use for you know supporting emotions is coca. Now I do love co-pilot topically will use that that even for relief. But when I take two drops under the tongue of Copeba I, feel change in my emotions in it is a power powerful change when I'm able to that similar to Frankencense. The provides a feeling of grounding and balanced when taken internally. You can take them like I. If you could see me, I'm I'm showing you I'm dropping a bottle into my mouth but right underneath your tongue, you can put him in a soft Gel. I love the versatility of taking essential oils internally this support my my mood in my emotions. I think there as we talk about dot era and essential oils, there's always such a variety of things to choose from and so when we switch things up our body reacts happy they're happy for the change in. So I really love love being able to use that to help support my emotions is just as you're such a great option absolutely and life can be very unexpected. We can get overwhelmed have a lot of demands put upon us. So, how can I use essential oils to help keep me in the best frame of mind. I love how you worded that things can come up then surprises in feeling of overwhelm or Come when we're prepared or were not prepared in. So what I love about all the versatility having these oils at our fingertips with these products is we can start our day out on the right foot. So we can set ourselves up for success right out of the gate. So there are some oils that I really love and I say kind of must have. So I love balance I love the oil elevation I love using those oils on my chest topically to help me get the day going this is going to help us utilize oils to get us in the best frame of. Mind, setting up that foundation right away now, like you said, life can throw a curve ball and we might not be ready right then but we could grab you know some wild orange or like I mentioned earlier co-pilot is such a great support of oil for me adaptive and apply those topically, we can use them in the air diffusing them ourselves up again for that success throughout the day. But knowing, Hey, these things could happen and I've got my tool belt full of difference pools in essential oils to help me get in that best like you said that best frame of mind. So. I think another great thing when you bring up that is just being really intentional. You know being in the our state of mind I think takes practice and I love the people will often use essentials in their meditation or you know I love the idea of a miracle morning before I exercise each morning I'm obviously gonNA use a variety of central I love free and my mind is so now. To exercise and breathe it really does really provides a great. Of Mine to use your your your statements so. We can use essential oils utilize those. Two out the day but I love getting that base in that foundation. Then were thrown off less. Absolutely. So, let's say I hit a point in my day where I just need a little bit of uplift. What essential oils do you use to help create that uplifting environment? I just took a deep breath. I say this all the time and it's interesting in how we react to different oils is interesting. What makes us feel relaxed or what soothes US often times people might say it's interesting. You meant or peppermint spearmint my create the opposite effect. So for me I really love spearmint Tangerine Wild Orange Sandalwood mixed in how he's trying to admit mix something know would would or a tree essential oil with some type of citrus I really love that combination so As trying to create a soothing environment, it's odd but I do kind of pick those mints in those citrus oils that really really do that for me I know a lot of people really love finding something grounding balance of woods and trees think into the ground literally as what it does like I mentioned Santa Frankencense do love Siberian for Douglas for all those even as I'm talking helped like my voice slowdown co-pilot incredible credible beautiful oil but can create a relaxing the soothing environment for

"Easier. Because it's like the things that I'm doing are kind of a little bit more in my wheelhouse or like talking to developers marketing making product decisions feels pretty national to me. Whereas he we just he had just crazy crazy road to go down so I like He. He. Yeah he he felt the pressure and I think some of that was like was on us for not being like, Hey, dude seems like you're you're under a lot of pressure. How do we fix this? How do we get help and like is like let's hire somebody earlier rather than later to get you look another at of hands you know like like take some this work off your plate that kind of thing. So we we kinda. Let him down a little bit there. I would say for a while. All right. Fair enough I'm impressed by how will you guys have done unprecedented just bootstrapped you raising money at all. Nope, I feel like anyone listening would want to invest in the company just makes frankencense. And you're only on Mac right now. Right? You haven't even threatened C.. Correct. Yes. The opportunity to just clearly they're. Totally Yeah that's that's an exciting thing. As there's there's like pretty big additional levers to pull young, and then that brings it forget about just the there's a PC audience. There's a type of customer who's a bigger customer more enterprise, right? Who's going to be PC based, and then beyond that what else beyond peer programming? What else can low latency screen sharing help with? Customers support is it other development work? It's all kinds of stuff right house the. Other interesting things. So one thing that we're already seeing our customers using it for interviews. Creating counts for people to interview, and then they do a appearing session as part linked. To that that's a recommendation of his. So that's that's a big use case we're seeing, but there's this There's this thing where it's like I. Think if we make a really amazing pair programming up, we will also accidentally INC create an amazing just collaboration. APP that other gas now programming. Did, yeah, and lives up in your you'll menu bar so we open it up..
What Is Ormus
"Or miss. Is. Actually, kind of a known entity. Yes. A non-proprietary term four miracle serum, Gu. I've already said when we mentioned Ormuz before every time I said, I want to say almost because I'd only ever heard that term in the video game Diablo two by blizzard, the makers of world of Warcraft, and also you know the world of sanctuary, which is where the abloh takes place a one of my all time favorite games just in case you haven't played it. It's amazing. There's a character named almost lives in the city of traveling call and he refers to himself in the third person and he sends you on and stuff. You. Know speak. To. Office. You have questions for homes, US and doubt in yourself. But that is neither here. Nor there one fun thing about Diablo's that as you would pick up various weapons and staffs and stuff, you would learn little terms that you wouldn't have learned elsewhere. So I learned a lot of vocabulary and history in playing the album to and it. Just, never looked up or missed to find out where his name came from. But feels now like it's kind of appropriate because or miss is as sort of ill defined miracle Goo. Different companies and different people will sell. We are in particular going to be talking about on new alchemies. ORMUZ. In this episode and a couple other on who elk meat products. Yeah. Onto alchemy was the booth that we saw out the consciously expo and they were selling this. But yeah, ormuz itself seems to at least as far as the mythos surrounding it goes seems to go back to ancient Egypt Cleopatra Bathed in what she called milk and so they hypothesize Oh was actually and that's what kept her so beautiful young, right they being alchemy I've seen at mentioned on other sites so. As, well, they'll also mention Manna from heaven. Ancient Hebrews described that that was actually Ormuz, which is weird because that's not milk but I guess it can be kind of a solid and a liquid form. So it's kind of like one of those placeholder terms like we know there was a thing called Ambrosia of the Gods. Okay. Well, now, I wanNA make a recipe and call it Ambro Asia of Youth Right Ruth Serum Lemba Bread Lennon this bread that's from Lord of the rings that's their that's their answer to Mana. Okay. Okay. But then you wonder, Oh, how do I make this? Like what is. This hour do the mystical mystical Brad Wonderful Miracle Bread. Yeah, and some of these sites will define. As being orbital's rearranged Mon-. Atomic elements which almost arm o r m e can me the the Connections or Mrs this product of the Al Chemical Process, and it's tied to the the secret of extending life in the whole orbital early rearranged monitoring element. So Amman atomic substance is one where the atoms are not touching each other essentially. More than they are. The person using the word. Sure of. Gas. It means like you know all of these individual atoms are floating free and they're not bonded to each other. So the idea here is that this is gold that has been monitoring -ly separated so that each individual particle just has one gold atom within it. Okay. Sure and it's supposed to be a white powder but nobody that we're GonNa talk about today is actually using gold or doesn't seem to be as far as we know or even claims to be as far as I can tell us gold to create the substance. Yeah. So yeah, the company on Alchemy I don't think ever claims. that it is gold nor to they use organised to stand for that weird thing as far as I know. But yeah, I mean if you try to Google or Miss, you will get a bunch of companies and people making this thing at their little recipes. Yeah. They all have special things to offer about their arm right so it seems like the basic format is you take some neutral water, but then you add a bit of a an alkaline solution. So usually I see sodium hydroxide lye and four onto alchemy they're adding magnesium hydroxide. So it's slightly less basic, but it's like a milk of. Magnesia the kind of substance that would be used to help you digestive problems and then other places they'll add a bit of Dead Sea salt or they'll add a bit of Frankencense or whatever it is. They're adding some extra little material in there that makes it their special formulation of ormuz. So as you mentioned, we're going to zero in on this company on Alchemy we've mentioned the word Alchemy and chemical a few times here case you haven't heard that term before it's this very old idea that you could make gold out of something that isn't gold now chemical mixture and now decker cain would. Say it. Now, it can be used sort of a little left of center that original definition it will be any magical creation from things that shouldn't add up what you end up with. Yes. So originally, alchemy was just chemistry before anybody had a really good handle on it, and then starting around the sixteen hundreds when we actually started to figure a few things out, we I mean humans alchemy just became kind of the last bastion of these people thought you could do all these mystical things like prolong life indefinitely or turn simple substances into gold of course, everybody wants to make gold out of nothing. That, we can ruin its value. That's right. Yeah. So we can flood the market

There's been many many people who've come lived in and out. Out of this house, so there's been lots of energy coming in and out of the House I'm like a self-proclaimed, not sensitive person like I. Don't get to affected by energies and things, but my husband. He's a very sensitive soul. He's very spiritually connected, and very attuned of and he feels it and he and so we want to clear the the home out. We haven't done it yet. We we've diffused a little bit, but not you know not as much as we want to you. Would you recommend just defusing sage, or would you diffuse? Palo Santo I in like for how long and then do the sage I would? Honestly I would do a blend of frankencense stage lavender. The lavender is just to calm you and com hem maybe more, so he's more sensitive so calm him calm the kids. Whoever's in the house calmed them down. The frankencense is going to also be. And absolutely feels so luxurious. It doesn't feel heavy or like. It's going to fill up. Your pores or anything like that is wonderful. It is so Susan. How do you incorporate the hydrating mist into your daily routine? Okay this product is probably one of my very very favorites, and so this at convention last year I, was excited because I got to have hands on with the consumers and having them experience it the way that I use it on the daily basis, and so what I like to do is I. Take the hand of body lotion I put about a nickel sized into my palm, and then I put about two to three sprays into the palm of my hand and cocktail that together with my hands. I just read my hands together. So you're getting a more luxurious and rich and hydrating experience, so if you live in dry drier, climates or You just need a little extra boost in hydration for your skin. It's a great way to combine those two wonderful. Not Sounds amazing and like you said luxurious I think that self care and taking the time to care for your body is so important it is. So. Is there anything else that you would like people to know about the hydrating mist? Yeah one of the things in this goes more into function is that it has a three hundred sixty degrees sprayer, so it is an airless tube so when you have the sprayer upside down in most bottles, you wouldn't be able to spit out onto your body. Maybe one or two in it would stop so this airless tube makes it so that you can spray it upside down and hard to reach places, which that in itself is really handy, because you can get all the places on your body for hydrogen experience absolutely and I think that is wonderful and definitely makes it unique. Thank you so much for talking with us today for. Your insights about the doe tariffs SPA. hydrating body missed your so welcome. Thanks for having me. We're now going to switch to talk about very special new oil Kniola. Picture a land in drought. Dust blowing through the air and the sun beating down. Strong All Season: Exercise | Meaghan Terzis
"Now I'm a busy mom of two. I run a busy household a an entrepreneur and so energy is so key in my day and so if I don't have enough energy. I'm not able to do the things that I really need to do. And the things that I need to get done. Sometimes it doesn't get done right so I wanNA make sure that my energy is up high and that I'm able to function from up here and so I wanNA share with you guys some of my favorite daughter products and oils that. I use to make sure that I'm on top of my game all right so first things first I wanna talk essential oils because we all know that dough. Tara has the most incredible essential oils and these. I've actually chosen three. That are my favorites now again. There's a ton of different oils. That will help and that we will love. These are three of my favorites. So number one being peppermint now peppermint. I'm sure that a of you guys can agree with me is a staple in my home. I love this oil. It comes everywhere with me. You'll find it in my purse. My Gym bag. You'll find it beside my bed in my bathroom. It literally is any everywhere that I go because it's one that I grab quite often throughout the day. This is a great oil for pre and post workout and how I use it for energy. Is that what I do is put one to two drops in the palm of my hand. I will rub my hands together and I'll just do a nice little tent. Be over the nose and it takes three big inhalations in what this is going to do. Is it's going to help to open up and support the airways another thing that I like to do is I like to take the remainder of the oil. That's on my hands. I like to rub it on the back of my neck and onto my shoulders because what that's doing is actually going to give this nice beautiful sensation and so I find that to be very invigorating. It's very energizing. And just you know when you're hitting that wall in the middle of the day and you're just needing something to help pick you up. Grab your peppermint oil. You'll be surprised how well this works. And how great this feels and just is a really feel good oil and again just a couple nice. Big inhalations is a great way to use your peppermint oil also. Great in the diffuser as well. Now I said my second I have three oils but actually my second one. I'm kind of classified as my citrus oils because citrus oils are very uplifting. Now do I have a one specific citrus oil that I love? It's hard to say because there's so many good ones I love wild orange I love lemon grapefruit citrus bliss so anything citrusy is very uplifting. It's very energizing. It's feel good so if you come to my house you will find diffusers. In every single room and in those diffusers you will typically find a citrus oil diffusing now what I love about citrus oils. Is that it blends well with pretty much anything and everything. So you can add some some floral to it if you want so your you know your drain. Yam or your Lang Lang or you could do something more. Mid To experiment or peppermint or something herbal. So I love things like Rosemary which is also really nice. And the diffuser as well so again using your your citrus oils to help. Energize you Is a great way to to help give you that little bit of boost of energy throughout your day again you can do a drop into your hands and again the ten teepee couple big inhalations and you can also apply to. Paul's point so the risks behind the ears Those are also great ways to use citrus oils. Also I know that. A lot of people love aromatherapy jewelry. So you can buy necklaces. And bracelets with the aromatherapy jewelry that have eleven beads or have felt beads so that you can apply oils and just kind of smell throughout the day My third favourite oil is actually blend so. Tara has some incredible blends and one of my favorite blends to help. Give me energy through. My Day is motivate if you have not tried this oil yet. I highly suggest that you do it. Such an uplifting feel-good oil. It again has pepper minute. Has Clementines has got peppermint got some citrus oils in there it also has coriander Basil Melissa Rosemary and a little bit of Vanilla. So it's very minty fresh clean smell and I use it the same way that I use my government and I use it the same way he's my citrus oils. Whether I Do a nice little tent and have a Nice Cup a nice couple big inhalations in or I put it in my diffuser. I apply it to my pulse points or put it on my jewelry. These are the ways that I loved oils air medically because when we breathe in natural aromatic compound is going through the olfactory the nose and it's hitting our limbic system in the brain which controls a lot of different things in the body and it's a great way to use oils to help support our moves in to help to support our feeling another incredible product that you can try to help to increase energy throughout your day is meadow to Max now. I'm not sure if you guys have tried this product yet but it's probably one of my favorites especially when it comes to a balanced stable energy. Alright so this is not energy stamina complex it. Has Things like Ginseng. Which is a natural energy boost? So it doesn't have things that are like harmful stimulants or caffeine. So you're not going to experience a crash. What this does is it actually delivers. Atp Andrea Cells. So it's actually enhancing might Oke Andrea function and again you're going to be delivered a solid stable balanced energy throat. You're so if you haven't yet tried this. It's an awesome product to try out like I said one of my favorites I typically like to use it in the morning Prior to my workout and again I like to get things done in the morning between six. Am and noon. And that's typically what. I like to use this product just to give that balanced table energy throat my day now again as we're talking about energy. I think it's important to know that there are many things in our life that contribute to what causes us to experience energy right. So it's not just grab your peppermint or grab your your oils. Which are great. They will help their great tools that we can put an tool belt for for emergencies and for things like that but we also want to look at our lifestyle right. Are we sleeping properly. Are we getting the right amount? Might amount of hours of sleep. Are we eating? The right. Diet are as neutral as our nutrition up to par right. Are we getting enough movement in into our daily into our day as well right? Are we moving our bodies are we? Are we exercising? And so I want you to really look at these areas can take a look like. Are there things that you can improve when it comes to sleep? I mean I I love having a good sleep routine in place right and I love a good bedtime routine for my children and for myself for me. I'm all it's all about self care so again I love being able to go in and get the diffusers going using some of my favorite nighttime oils things like lavender. Vetiver Cedar Wood Frankencense piece. So those are some of the oils that you'll find in the bedroom things that I like to use. I will always have a lavender touch roller bottle beside my bed to roll in the bottoms of my feet. I also like to have a piece of paper and a pen so that I can bring dumping but everything in my head onto paper so that it just helps me to have a better night's sleep right so look at your routines and create some great routines for yourself and for your family to help to improve your sleep because if you're sleeping better you're going to have more energy the next day or eight so take a look at that. We also want to look at our nutrition and our diet right. We WanNa make sure that we're eating the right foods right. We WanNa make sure eating fruits and vegetables. We WanNa make sure eating. Lean searches a protein complex. Carbohydrates healthy fats. We WanNa make sure that. We're watching the amount of sugar that we're eating processed foods. We want to eliminate or limit those things right so for me. I know that healthy diet but our foods aren't as nutrient dense. They were fifty years ago. So it's important for me to make sure that I'm using the right supplements in in in along with my Diet. Because that's what's going to help to give me energy now. I loved Otas. Lifelong vitality pack. It is definitely one of my favorite products that actually helps to give me energy throughout my day as well In here we have three different products that we use. We have our L. S. E. R. S. Which is our cellular complex. Which actually going to help provide great healthy cells in the body because as we age our cell to diminish you. It's important for us to have the the making sure that we're keeping those cells replenished we also have our Seo Omega which is our Omega supplement which is great for cardiovascular Brain and joint health and we also have our micro plex vm. It's it's got your twenty two essential vitamins and nutrients in there so again. You're not getting it if you're not getting it from your daily Diet it's important to make sure you get it and so for me. I've really noticed a huge difference in my overall energy throughout my day. By using this multivitamin and making sure that an eating a well balanced nutritional diet and then the third thing is obviously exercise and movement and a lot of people have business conception that in order to exercise it means you have to go and kill yourself from Jim. Right and like all these all these things that we have to go and work out for X. amount of hours really at the end of the day as long as you get your heart rate up. Maybe break a little bit of a sweat. That's important so maybe get outside. Go for a walk. Go for a run. You know put on a a Yoga Youtube video and do some yoga. It's really easy. It's what you enjoy and I think that's the thing you have to remember when it comes to movement do what you enjoy because that ultimately that's GonNa make you happy and that's what's going to help you to continue doing those things and creating those habits in your

Strong All Season: Informed Self-Care | Nicole Stevens
"All season education series. These episodes will be focusing on all the ways. You can keep your body working the best. It can so that you're able to stay strong all season. Hey everybody says Nicole Stevens and I'm excited to talk to you today about staying healthy in all seasons and I don't know about you but at this time of year. This is such a hard time for my family. The seasons are changing the time changes or kind of feeling rundown from the winter. We're all going. Stir crazy insights along. It's time this time of year. I'm always grateful. Have essential oils to be able to support our health and specifically. I WanNa talk to the a little bit about Frankencense now. This may not be whether you think of right off the bat for you know staying healthy through the seasons but honestly this is referred to as the king of essential oils for really good reason. It is one of our absolute favorite Swiss army knife kind of essential oils. We can use it topically romatically and internally which means we've got all kinds of benefits that we can get from using frankencense so for example using frankencense internally is a great way to help support healthy cellular function immune support nervous system support. It's really a great way to just have an overall feeling of of rejuvenation of helping your body in this time of transition through the seasons. So you know. It's super easy to be able to use a drop of edgy cap or Some people like to put it under their tongue. There's lots of ways that you can use this internally and remember it doesn't take very much he's a very powerful essential oils and Little always goes a long way. One of my favorite ways. Us Frankencense is topically. This is an amazing essential oil for the health of your skin. It really does just kind of give this appearance of brightening and supporting healthy skin. When you use a topically I love to put a job into my moisturizer at night. Or sometimes if I have a blemishes a great way to really just support. The skin is it. Works through that. And don't forget about the air matic benefits a Frankencense. It's not one. Maybe that people throwing their diffuser very often. But I've encouraged you give it a try. It's one that you might be surprised. It's just it's amazing aroma. And it kind of makes me think of some of my favorite researches come out of the past probably decade where scientists look at people walking through forest and they look and see what happens to the people and found amazing things amazing benefits from this. This accident they call forest bathing. You can look that up. There's there's some interesting research articles on it. And I like to think of essential oils especially Frankencense of kind of my way of bringing the forest into my house for my family to enjoy to get those benefits of rejuvenation because in the forest the trees are putting into the air. Essential oil chemicals. And guess what they're very similar to what we finding here Alpha Piney enlivening and these great small monitor p molecules that the plants are sending out into the atmosphere and were walking in the forest for breeding those in our being rejuvenated. So this is a great way even romantically to disappear and really support our families. You know in times when we are having transitions like this through the seasons or or whatever may arise it's great essential oil for supporting us. You know in whatever way we use it so if you've got a bottle of Frankincense just kind of sit around somewhere saving for a special occasion I would say bring it down try it use it in a few maybe a different way. Haven't before and see if you can have some benefits for your family that will maybe surprising certainly be beneficial so

"Is everything in our household right now. It's everything for our community. Adaptive has a blend of oils that come together to create a body of what I say is empowerment. I am empowered to create. My state. Adaptive has wild orange lavender COPEBA spearmint rosemary. And I'd also like to think. About how the adaptive comes not just in a ruler. Which is way that I love to use it. I just roll it all over my forearms elbow creases back of my neck pulse points but it also comes in a fifteen elements really nice to diffuse around the house when things seem chaotic. Let's say steady is one of the kids blends ton of my favorites. It was my first favorite. It's a roller it's diluted so it's safe to use on everyone in your house it has amorous Balsam for another beautiful majestic tree coriander and Magnolia again. It's blended with fractionally to coconut oil. So it's diluted and we can use it anywhere. I want to encourage you to when you feel overwhelmed. Roll it on your neck your back of your neck your pulse points even on your chest your solar plexus. It's so helpful to me. I bring in on every trip. And it's always in my bag very reassuring next balance. We all know this blend. It was my very first with Tara that I truly fell in love. This blend is about harmony right now. Everything feels very discordant disharmonious. How can I be a force for harmony? How can you be a force for harmony your body and your household and in your community even if we can't see each other physically? How can you be a force for harmony this plan? Combines Spruce Ho would Frankincense Frankencense? Oh frankencense deciduous tree and it grows. Where so many other things simply cannot grow and the resin of this tree is here to teach us about truth. When we smell this oil we actually feel a connection to something very ancient something very deeply healing league masculine. We need so badly to heal the masculine right. Now how do we soften this very hard edge in our world we use Frankencense to smell it to apply it? It's very very mild so you can apply to parts of your body of course if you're sensitive patch tested on your forearm but I use frankencense on all of my spinal applications with my family. I use it in diffusers all the time with citrus lavender. Gosh almost anything any tree and I find that it takes me back to the truth when I need to recalibrate and I need to feel into what's really right for me right now because there are so many opinions. Next one is anchor naturally. It's a one of the blends from the Yoga Collection. It has frankencense and it also has lavender. Cdl Cedar Wood Sandalwood Black Pepper Cinnamon and potentially and yes. I had a hand in creating it. So I'm particularly partial to this blend but think about an anchor does and think about. Let's take a deep breath all together here all the way down into the depths of your belly and think about just rooting down where you are. Whether you're sitting or standing or lying down routing down where you are at holding steady. That's what this blend does for me. It has a beautiful very a sophisticated. I feel blend of these different oils and I find it to be very useful this time. I love blending and of course with the other yoga collection oils but on its own truly. It's extraordinary for right. Now thanks for joining us. And congratulations on living a healthier life style with essential oils..

"I make a safe. That is very gentle with shave. Butter and collegial oil at a Hobo and the Frankincense SACRA resin and it's applied to the hands and it is wonderful. It helps with all kinds of pain and it helps with that just pain but it warms the skin. So they're not as cold. I use a lot carrier oils more for this type of work then the essential oil because I find it works better. What's your favorite carrier royalties in that situation in that situation? I happen to like to be no oil tomato oil. It's excellent for inflammation they use it for those that have shingles. I have used it on clients of wine that did have shingles and it actually sucks sal the inflammation and creates the crust that is needed so that the shingles actually he'll let's switch gears and talk a little bit about Frankencense oil versus Franken sons. Resin how did you get so passionate about learning about the different species and Frankencense Resin reverses the oil in aromatherapy and in the certification? Course we're not talking about resits which talk about frankencense essential oil but we're really not taught about residents. The other problem you have is. Everybody says Franken sets well. Excuse me there are forty three species of fringed sense. So which one are you talking about? Its Latin name is swell whatever so swell as SACRA persuade SURATA. That's the Latin name for it. The common name for it is Frankenstein Sacra so even just saying Frankincense doesn't work. They're all in the family and it's very interesting because correct people all the time. Where familiar with a bath. Five six of them. We're familiar with Qatari. 'cause we use it in essential oil but most had no clue how to use it in essential oil because they really don't know what each one does we use. Fairy Anna. We use Surata we use Petrie and we also use which is in the Frankencense family. But it's not factored sentences. Were there's a couple of them that most people have absolutely no clue about and that's the electa neglected is unbelievably fantastic during Zion. I use neglect up a lot in my hospice patients and in my own clients. It's unbelievably fantastic. It is a wonderful whether you use it as essential oil or you burn it or you use it for. Assaf is unbelievable tore anxiety. There's also reveal their rivera is it's Ra the E. That's mostly used in perfume. You'll find it in a lot of perfumery but the smell is unreal and it's also very relaxing and the other one that's used is cold But zely actually. The resin is used more for perfume. The Bach has medicinal properties in how we get the risen basically the trees attacked and when they attacked it's cold striping and what happens is the resin comes out. Louis and sticky and when it comes out and the purpose of the residents not just to pretty the purpose of the resin is. It's the defense for the trees. What happens is if the tree feels. It's infected with a the resin. Acts like a antibiotic and covers the tree and cuers basically the tree. It heals the tree if the tree feels it's being attacked by an insect. Then it's basically a shoots out this resin which in crust the insects and then when the resin comes out in hardens so it embalm abs the insect which kills the insect and then the tree is back to being healthy. And we're GONNA take a quick break right there to give a shoutout to our amazing sponsors..

"Said you have no idea how this has affected me. It's affected my confidence. It's affected my belief in me. It's affected things that I don't even think I can articulate so just the power of intentionally putting a good product on your body and then intentionally really linking in with your inner self and like matching up everything you are and then creating positive pathways for good awesome things about yourself. The first thing in the morning I just think it's got such a powerful just such a powerful thing to it. I love it. I love seeing but that was probably my favorite one she said I don't. I don't think I can articulate what this has done for me. It's been amazing. It's been life changing so and that is amazing that such a simple thing to doing that little thing every morning could have such life changing effects and I think that's incredible page. My final question for you is. What are your personal favor oils to us doing? Aromatic dressing. Okay so I obviously cycle through oils because we all do but I would say I'm always grabbing grapefruit greet for it's one of my all time favorites and wild orange so I would take I s citrus so wild orange or grapefruit and I paired with Frankencense and that's usually my daily concoction for aromatic dressing and taking care of myself. I have Worked in balance and right now I would say. My family's favorite is adaptive. We love adaptive so much so and my final final question. What are some of your favorite affirmations to pair with those oils? While you're dressing. Oh Good I love that okay so like like I said I usually start with my legs and so it's really simple. You're just going to do big motions rubbing very quickly over your legs. It's nothing you have to focus on too along. My favorite ones for my legs are so I'll do legs and abdomen. Because those are my favorite to focus on especially for women. These can be very hard for them. So I'm grateful for my a strong legs and the adventures that they take me on so something just as simple as that where it's like. Oh my gosh my legs do take me everywhere I need to go. And they support me just just starting with something that simple can be really life changing and then abdomen and I focused on abdomen specifically when I speak because because I feel like this is a target area where negative and the world can really affect just the middle section and so I love love starting with this. I am grateful for my creative core. So reminding yourself that. There's this core within you deeper than what we're seeing and and then my all time favorite is I love and appreciate my scars. They prove sacrifice and endurance. And just reminding yourself that you've been through stuff your body's been through stuff and there was a purpose for probably all of it and that year worthy of loving who you are and accepting who you are page. Thank you so so much for sharing all of this. I truly find it to be such a beautiful and empowering practice and I hope that everyone listening can go out and they can try and and give a little bit of love to their body and use the aromatase dressing to really honor the parts of their body. That do so much for them that I think we forget about all the time. So thank you so much. Thank you for having AMIS. And thanks for joining us. "I wanted to talk to you a little bit today about essential oils for meditation and I have been a health practitioner for over just over twelve years now and I lied specifically Yoga and meditation and so let's talk a little bit about essential oils some of my favorite essential oils for meditation and how you can incorporate that into your daily life and why a meditation practice might Mike Benefit you so the i WanNa talk about is my journey into a central so before I started with does hair I thought essential oils just smelled good a was using them in my yoga classes but I didn't really think that there was other ways to use them besides the aromatic way so I'm going to talk to you a little bit about high use a few of my favorite favorite wills for meditation and how you can use them as well so I WanNa talk about is balanced essential oil and I love this one because it has really grounding rounding effect so as we're sitting down for meditation practice the first thing that we want to do is anchor into our body and start to come down out of the mind so balance has really powerful full large trees that embody that grounding energy specifically my favorite oil within this oil is Franken's and Frankencense is a very large tree it comes from the the Middle East and has actually been used in spiritual journeys for many many many thousands of years franken signs balanced how I like to use these nice to the balances actually great in the diffuser and then I laid to apply to Frankencense one drop underneath my tongue or apply it topically like this one drop stop in my hands I'll take a few deep breaths which if you're at home joining me in this you can grab your Franken censor balance and do the same and then I generally like to apply quiet the bottoms of my feet and also right here to the center of the forehead and the reason we do that as it helps to increase your intuition and your ability to z while you're meditating and see specifically what is beyond just the physical things in front of your eyes and really tune into that more spiritual sense that a spiritual awakening France is also really powerful essential oil because it balances all of our energy centers it's the bridge between what we call in yoga the root Chakra the Crown Chakra which blends your spiritual experience as a human and also your physical experience going throughout the daily world so that's how I recommends men's use those my second favorite essential oil to use in meditation is sound what I have Hawaiian Santa Lloyd Right now specifically because I'm so touched by by the amazing work that is being done on the sandalwood trees with our co impact sourcing team down there in Hawaii so I love this oil and sound of what is actually actually the oil of sacred devotion this is another big grounded rooted tree and it has been used for thousands of years to connect in a sacred purpose so for this one I love to actually wear this all the time but specifically before I start meditation I like to put it on my pulse points on my wrist and it's the little viscous soon have to be patient as it comes out and I like to just rub it on my wrist and take a few deep breaths before I start my practice and as you do this with the intention of sacred devotion reminds you that this time that you spend in meditation is offering you it is that time authentically connect in a sacred way to do whatever is on your heart and in your spirit the last oil that I recommended for everyone's using their meditation practices in Raleigh and this one early touch is fantastic fantastic because it is the oil of secret purpose and also for intimacy so as we're sitting down for meditation oftentimes our our most intimate commit thoughts and our most intimate parts of ourselves are being exposed to ourselves as we're sitting in watching observing so I love to rolling because it reminds us to to not be afraid to be aware of those thoughts and maybe some of them we don't like we're they aren't our favorite things to watch her mind see but from that space of awareness and not space of acceptance of the self the the most beautiful parts of ourselves and also the parts of ourselves there are maybe less desirable that acceptance is where we can actually grow so using the neural each one of my favorite ones you can actually put this rate underneath we re underneath the pinky finger my husband is an acupuncturist so he recommends to need to put these points here hope. I'm doing it right right here here which is a point to open up heart energy so a lot of our meditation as practice is connecting out of the mind getting out of the thoughts which are not ourselves ourselves and connecting into that space so I love to put the wheel rate here as well as right in the center of the heart which is agreed point to literally connect to your heart or your heart energy so as do that my gosh I'm already smelling so wonderful is your anointing yourself with these oils before you practice you're not only anchoring in your intention but you're you're anchoring in the vibration of Wales into your body now why might you do this many times I'm in today's Day and age we find ourselves scattered we find our minds going million miles an hour I've just heard a statistic that some people when an and more than men I think a lot in fact we think eighty five thousand thoughts per day and men is around sixty three thousand bucks per day so in in Matt Time our minds can be really cluttered it can be very overwhelming to experience life on a day to day basis and meditation and using oil Through a meditation can really take edge off and allow you to slow down so like I was saying you're meditation practices like it's like watching a movie and the movie is your thoughts and you watch the thoughts you watch the movie of what is your mind obsessing about what are the things that keep repeating and from that place ace of observation because normally were just running along right with our mind when we take a step back and we slow down and we sit we can we can become the observer and from that point of observation we can simply notice notice what we are thinking and if we notice what we're thinking than not empowers us to have the choice because I believe that we are in control of our thoughts we are in control over energy but that place I we have to start from the observation of the saw aw and noticing what is happening within me where is my heart where is my energy what is my truth and I devoted in a sacred way to living get my highest truth and when you when you can sit and be quiet it becomes very apparent where you're in alignment and where you're out of alignment in your life and from that place place I believe that are true. Meditation is our living meditation how can we not only set every day and and think and not think and just observe observe ourselves in our seated meditation but how cannot translate into a moving meditation of life of really being aware of your thoughts as you're getting cut off in traffic traffic as you're a friend calls you with a challenging conversation as someone does something that doesn't isn't what you like or not what you WANNA here it's in those times that are meditation practice really comes into play and especially art will practice too because we can shift and from mcleese of shifting then we're in alignment with who we are who were becoming and who we are meant to be so that's my tips for you guys on essential oils and meditation nation. I hope you found this useful and hopeless on way thank you so much for having me
"frankencense" Discussed on The Really Awful Movies Podcast
"Simpson. Very overwrought comparison that's often used but I liked how they got the guy who was by his own admission, you know, not that great a martial artist. And I believe he has a battle with ghost face at the end and the finale, which we should spoil because it's so fantastic after up how has fended off ghost face, and they're, you know, mono mono battle which new this culminate in he's going through the styles. Nobody's business would gold water. Whatever you name it to the gold frankencense and Murray, and he cannot top the style of the ghost face killer. So he grabs the sense in to add some chest his action, and they combine with did they call it horse, come food. They were like using each other's bodies to fling themselves at goes face killer and using leverage to. One another into hit. I thought this is so absurd. Also, quite absurd. Was that all the elements? It was pretty much like a game of rock, paper scissors. So the sense that you know, they say things like the sensitive say earth scold would can beat her all this sort of thing. Right. And so once style has the ability to dominate the other solve yet. When a pow is finally go streets killer, all they're doing is calling other spots. Okay. Gold Goldstar now. Now Woodstock, so you know, how to counter. What beats next and was kind of funny too. There was no surprise at least m may they go to their respective corners between rounds and they can whisper in that fighters ear. Okay, one you throw more left hooks because he's exposed on that site. No yelling the moat and ghost faces seemingly unbeatable, but he really isn't this guy. His moves are fantastic. And I want to save some of them for maybe what I've learned the guy is such an incredible practitioner. And again, he set the gold standard for villainy in martial arts films. But also for that stock character of the old man who who's incredible guile and agility and movements just trumps all else, and he can take on all comers, regardless of their eight one thing I noticed in this movie, though, unlike the standard villain that they usually try out. There are no mentions. You gotta have a solid Manchurian government official to come in with the townsfolk. Exert tides taxes or whatever from them and have the town's full revolt and fight back against their overlord nomad. Sure, anything I was more of a cover other especially. Yeah. Must've been this was just some shoehorned in weird backstory about how this guy was some official and who was wronged by some clan. His story wasn't that. Well, developed doesn't matter you know, that he's looking for revenge. So when else looking for revenge ones, the cause of the other ones revenge, boom they're going to butt heads. At the tail end, you got it. So was that something you learned or oh another thing weighing into? Yes. Sick win. The first victim of ghost's face. Incredible style is some again in nameless. Whatever clan dude, and he gets squeezed the life squeezed out of him with the inner thighs of coast face, which was weird. He's like after this protracted fight where it's not so much martial-arts. But fully arts as it just like to goes on for about fifteen minutes. He finally bests his antagonised with the scissors, the, leg, scissors, and sucks. The life out of in others gives them a heart punch, and they bleed from the chest. His moves are off the hook off the chain. Like, the dynamics between op how and the teacher at the school because he really forced himself on the school bursts his way through the doors rushed at the sense and begged to be taken on which is maybe par for the course when when you come to enrollment. I don't know. And chambers or whatever that saints thing. Okay. With maybe game how confused the moment. But and he's given quite an introductory. I guess hazing beat down. They he's questioning whether this is real like, you're using a real sword. And the students of the sense actually do use real sword and chase them around, and they seem to be out for blood, but his vase of move prove very very formidable and he's able to get away. When did you? A couple of things one of the okay? So I will admit I wash his film on YouTube as believe you did as well. And the version that I saw had both subtitles and the English dubbing. And it was interesting to see the economy between the two I found the subtitles to be so much more vodka tive than the words that were being spoken. So for example, when Kizu TM the master chess boxing is talking to Powell he's saying. Well, you hear is saying to master this game. You must be very calm. But also quick witted sharper mind, nothing wrong with that. But if you're in the cell, he says one must be as commas a mountain to walk as a monkey to. So much more vodka tive, even something like later on you here, you've been here for a few months only versus the subtitles which has he been here, but less than a year so much more Bokod, which just makes me think that you know, if you all a lot of people, and they watch martial arts movies to get kicked out of the the dubbing and the mouth nod matching up with what's being said, you know, what it was not an issue here. But again, it depends what you define as an issue because that can constitute unintentional hilarity, but it didn't detract from the preceding, but it's not as cheesy quote, unquote, as the other efforts in this space here, but I felt it like so much more is being said through the subtitles, and it just gave it a bit more. Of element of almost like poetry. And the second thing I want to say is never in my entire life is an avid Cima file have ever heard the word kowtow out of this. This many times in the course of ninety minutes. How many times? For a poop or. How account or to kowtow to some? I've never heard it more used than maybe by Hillary Clinton who she brought it to mind during the campaign is like, well, what a great word is not kowtowing to this such and such impulse as men who had. I mean kowtow sounds almost like a martial art itself know, maybe it would be my stop. Maybe I'm not that differential. Okay. What what would you have if you were in one of these films as it is? I've been question, dude. I dunno three guesses. The first you don't count. I'm not sure drunken. Oh. Maybe now. Yes, jeez. I don't know. Maybe I would have insomnia stuff that'd be mine where I just flailing about you know, just so in the zone from lack of proper sleep. Maybe I would be sleepwalking style as well to up the ante. So in that case God forbid, you're woken up. Then you really come from. Oh, yes. Walkers. Right. You're not supposed to wake them up them up in the liable to do so main complete the ordinary. Oh my God. So you would have the ambulance style. You like this is our? Guard. Very well. And I think I've got no that's about as high. Wrap this up with our star rating. Yeah. Well, crippled avengers. I think is just the puffy Osas of kung FU at assery has I think the best fight scene I've ever seen. It also has the kind of pulls into heartstrings because people have been rendered crippled by the villainous again, Mensur and overlords and that films have guy he was blinded guy who's deafened with a clang of some massive long. Is it? Sold on cripple. I believe we did. So listeners can check that out. He's a fabulous film with again. More high profile cast of characters this one's reputation proably eclipses, it's actual quality. Because it's maybe not one of the better efforts from this genre and its best known for spawning the character ghost face Killa as more for its on on the hip hop. Yes. Her then, then the actual movie. So I would go to those other ones and then the five deadly venoms for sure should go to. So I'm not going to give it five deadly venoms of five. I'm gonna give this a solid three because there's wonderful montage sequences. Again, you have this fabulous hazing thing. Have pretty good characters. A massive showdown at the end, you got fully artists work Lor. You've got this incredible voice kicking Daniel. Yeah. Humor is great. And Jackie Chan I believe worked with Simon Yuen and various projects. So as par for the course for the time would be injecting lots of humor into the proceedings of this. I think worked very well. It can be ineffective. I thought here was really well handled. I enjoyed this thing. I mean, despite the fact that I would say a good seventy percent of film is actual chop sake. Martial arts actually for some people. I mean, that's that's all they want. Right. They don't want any sort of plotted dialogue. I think we're talking about another martial arts film. We and I was sort of making between pornography and martial arts. And I was saying that like, you know, like employment. My martial-arts. Yeah. Exactly. You don't want. Just the guy with the pizza. Derive you want a little more build up a little. It doesn't matter. This was fun. I had a good time. I was watching ry Sunday afternoon when you know. Torrential rain outside. I was feeling under the weather and perked me up. So I'm going to give it what did you give it three stars three star? I'm gonna give it. I mean Razi by half a star three and a half star. So it's interesting. You mentioned the weather because there are certain scenes or certain tent, and you could tell day differ night, continuity. So I mean, God knows how long was the taken to film these protracted sequences because they looked quite dangerous to so you had one that was clearly filmed the different points day, depending on where the sun was. I was thinking like, you know, before we sign off here. I mean, how useless is back flipping in combat situation because is so exhausting and every scene. You would have maybe five to ten backflips like it was frigging circus allay that accomplishes nothing as long as we're talking about that. What about the Kip up how much energy to Kip up even Russell? Maybe once give you one cool. Yeah. Forcing reckon with but do like just to get up in your normal fashion. It'd be a lot more economical on the stamina keeping up. You know, these things were jeez. They were in good on them for having probably again. Low blood glucose for this poor no protein free sustenance that are trying to get by on rice, not mentioned rice wine. So the probably a little drunk speaking drunk masters, but they were flipping through the air with the Bandon and ducking and parrying and everything to the nth degree because we're familiar with that in kung FU movies, but not like this. There was like fifteen minutes drawn sequences that I was on board with so. Yeah, this is a fun. You definitely check this out as you should

"The hour. Lewis and sells berry North Carolina. What's on your mind? Lewis dumb. Another four today from your man. I really appreciate it. I got something. I want to talk about real quick Emma, try to be fast as possible we all know about the birth of Christ. And we know about the TV seeing that every every Christmas they show this baby Christ in a manger, and they see shepherd and you see green wives MS man's of col look three Muslim. And they say they are from our lead they came at crown the Christ Jesus and to give him gifts. They brought goal frankencense and Moore wasn't just a little box of goal. It was a care van of goaded it presented to the baby cries because they were letting everybody know that this guy is a royalty. This guy is a king. And then they brought him know that this is a person of deity that he is. Yeah, I've I've read the stories Lewis, you know, in in. What is it Matthew, I believe or is it a new, but you know, what they ridge innate from those three. Net is or the three Muslims. They were they were era ABS or they they would. Yeah, they they came from Iran. What came from Iran when it came from Iraq and yelling came from Yemen. And so are running how the world is so apogee three countries because of and spiritual warfare. That's what I'm going that even king Herod went on and had the babies kid from two on down because he could not get there to find out what Christ one. I think so and the country a lot of countries going after those three countries because they gave arms to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. It's possible. I I've never heard that theory Louis, but you know, anything's possible. And it is anything goes Friday. Thank you for sharing that with us, Paul and quill seen Washington, Paul. Thanks for listening. BCS? What's up? And thinks you this is about your thought of bikes fire with fire, which usually understanding means use your opponent's methods against them. Yeah. And I say when endeavoring to overcome your Ponant, you abandon your ethics your morals your honor your bonus already one because you've become him. Yeah. That's an excellent point. If we literally were going to fight Trump using the same weapons Trump uses we would have to start lying and engaging and treachery and treason, and that that certainly nothing that anybody is suggesting I guess when I was saying fight fire with fire. What I meant was bombast public outrage, you know, news coverage, you know, the the the the fighting back the kicking back the the taking taking really strong positions in holding to them. I mean, Donald Trump saying I'm not going to recognize any subpoenas from congress. That's mind-boggling. I mean, literally, no president has ever said that the Richard Nixon sort of said that about a couple of subpoenas. But nothing like this. This is a whole brand new thing. And and as outrageous as as. That is it needs to be met with a level of outrage appropriate to it. And I'm not hearing that frankly, I agree with you on. This is more for all of our listeners to be careful. We must keep her under an ethics just say, this you receive an abundance all that you wish for others to told. There you go. Okay. Thank you, Paul spot. And you know, maybe may we all receive in abundance. What we wish for others? Maybe that will be a an encouragement to to wish the best for even the worst among us because you know, we're human beings here. We've got we've got some sort of a moral standing on moral stature, but Paul's point is is is spot on. I don't think that any democratic.

"And this is gonna be a thing where we're gonna paratroop para drop it into villages around the world. And it's a it's a public utility rather than a for profit scheme as soon as 'cause it's not sexy, right? Like, Elon Musk wants a sleek car, he can shoot into space or he wants thinks Grimes will get turned on by high speed train or whatever. But basically this process. Is ecologically. Amazing. That is your turning one kind of gross goop into a different kind of goop. But but for as we as we discussed earlier like for those of us that are every day sitting in our kitchens trying to decide whether this little Chinese food container is food waste recycling or garbage. This is about the sexiest technology, I can think of and the day that they reduce it in scale to thing. That's the size of your trash compactor in your kitchen where everything you produce. You put down a hole in it turns it into a another little pile of frankencense and myrrh and cooking oil. You know, it really is transformative. I hope we're speaking to an audience for whom it's it's now second nature, and they're thinking just hanging there. Just hanging. There are a few year five years and Ken discover articles way from from getting this thing done it's going to work. More than any other omnibus entry. I feel like this one is a a snapshot of a moment in time because I really do believe that this is the future. Whether it's this technology or another I think this is this is one hope of staving off the catastrophe. We fear may never come. Or we fear may come soon. This is the catastrophe. We've beer hope will never this could be the invention. That stays off the catastrophe makes omnibus totally obsolete. Well, no omnibus will still be the best library that he ever visited, but it will be a little cooler when the world actually ends you have to admit. Right. That concludes anything into oil entries zero five six three seven two nine certificate. Number two, six to zero seven in the omnibus. Now listeners we are well aware that social media his vanished thousands of years ago. It's turned into oil. It's like plague is to us. You know, you think of that as a? "frankencense" Discussed on The Essential Oil Revolution
"I work as a the peppis. As well. So the one oil that I use it as frankencense because frankencense is also said to be something that can remove inapropriate energies from your energy body. Okay. What does that mean? What does that mean? Let's first look at a frankencense as oil or as resin has been used. I know about it has been used in Hinduism. It has been used in this lamb. It has been used in Christianity. There is mention of that. And so it is connected with spirituality, and what is spirituality five onto us. A very common sense thing is getting rid of your mental emotional toxins for me. That's what it means to. And then people are coming to us for therapy or consult one of the things that we work with is in mind body health, so via also working with them. So that they can get rid of them mind body, physical toxins as well as mental. Toxins like, sadness, initation frustrations stresses. There's no switch for them. So we use diet lifestyle and oil, this particular oil, I use a lot in my treatment rooms because obviously they're lying on the table there. The to get rid of their stresses at least and whatever else they had been storing the tide misstated, the sadness that frustrations I find people get up from the table feeling different. But of course, we don't want them to be collecting them in the room ourselves. So I use frankencense as a spray, and as a in the burner to get rid of those, and that's my favorite professional. I would say. Maybe we can be friends. It's mine too. Well, not professionals my personal favorite. So it is my personal. I'm the one that I use every single day in the room all the time. Even the lavender is very common. But I find that frankencense books even better for me in the work that I do as well. And which categories frankencense considered a frankencense would be I I think it is bought the pacifying because you're getting rid of your emotional baggage as well with it. I was gonna guess kaffa energy. But I didn't want to sound stupid. No, no, it is. And it is actually good for all the body types because it is good for coffee. It is good for Pippa. It is good for all of them. Because everyone Richard body type Vicente vich, whatever age group, we are whatever gender via the all. The fact is the all collected emotional baggage as we grow. So it is good for all of us. But it is. I would say it is. So it is what the best defying it his cough up as fine. It is picked up trying to some extent as well. Interesting. Well, thank you. This has been so fascinating. Now, we can't let you go without asking you are closing questions. So near the first ones just give us a glimpse into what your daily health habits. Look like, okay. Being an eye with a practitioner, I do work with my hubs as well. So there are certain herbs that I take every day because they're safe enough to be taken whole life to keep us in balance. Because. We are creating those toxins. I was saying every day through diet or through lifestyle through emotions or whatever. So there is some hubs that I use every day and bended others that I do rotate, but I also do my yoga and meditation daily. So these are some of the things that happened for me first thing in the morning. And then my day stats, sounds lovely. Now. Finally, what's just one thing. We should all ditch completely and replaced with something healthier today. Okay. Can I talk not about oil? But my favorite thing that I recommend to everybody. Absolutely. Is ditch your processed foods as much as you can and go for wholesome natural foods simple enough. Simple doesn't always mean. Easy. But it is a very simple concept. That is a very great step that everyone can take. And what difference it can make her? Sure. Well near dry towel..

But don't let the shiny tinsel and festive candidates distract you from our question today. What exactly are frankencense and mirror? Both frankencense are derived from tree sap or gum resin and are prized for their lowering fragrances frankencense is a milky white resin extracted from species of the genus bus. We Leah which thrive in arid cool areas of the Arabian peninsula, east Africa and India the finest and most aromatic of the species is bus willia- sacra, a small tree that grows in Somalia, Oman and Yemen, these plants which grow to a height of about. Sixteen feet or five meters have papery bark sparse branches of paired leaves and flowers with white petals and a yellow or red center murder is a reddish resin the comes from species of the genus come four, which are native to northeast Africa. And the adjacent areas of the Arabian peninsula. Come a foreign Mira a tree commonly used in the production of Moore can be found in the shallow. Rocky soils of Ethiopia Kenya. Amman Saudi Arabia and small it boasts shiny branches was sparsely that grow in groups of three and can reach a height of nine feet or about three meters. The process for extracting, the sap of these trees is essentially identical harvesters make a longitudinal cut in the tree's trunk which pierces gun resin reservoirs located within the bark the sap slowly uses out from the cut and drips down the tree forming tear-shaped droplets, they're left to harden on the side of the tree. These beans are collected after two weeks people in east Africa and the Arabian peninsula, had produced frankencense and Merv for some five thousand years for much of this time these. Medic resins were the region's most important commodity with a trade network that reached across Africa, Asia and Europe today. Demand for frankencense and Moore has subsided a bit, but numerous Chinese Greek Latin and sanskrit texts reminders of their past importance frankencense and Moore were desired for personal religious and medicinal use in a time before daily bathing people would use the sweet smoke from the resins to make themselves. Smell better. Egyptian women would mix frankencense ash into their I shadow these substances were also widely used in religious ceremonies and burials, according to the Greek writer here notice Egyptians used both frankencense and myrrh in preparation of animals sacrifices and human mummies Jews incorporated them into their religious ceremonies by the third century, BC and Christians by the fourth century, CE the residents also had medical uses in the papyrus Ebbers from fifteen hundred BC priests recommended both resins for the treatment of wounds other ailments. They were once reported to cure included, hemlock poisoning leprosy were. Terms snake bites? Diarrhea plague scurvy and even bald this the high demand for frankencense and Moore created a booming trade in the Middle East lasting several hundred years in the first century, CE around the height of this trade. Plenty the elder claims that Arabia produced approximately one thousand six hundred eighty tonnes about fifteen hundred metric tonnes a frankencense and around four hundred forty eight tons or four hundred metric tons of mir- each year, one of the most important trade centers surrounded and a waste and modern day. Southern Oman this outpost exported frankencense across best Petya India and China for about three hundred BC e to the third century. See the ruins of the settlement remain as UNESCO world. Heritage site known as the land of frankencense, clearly frankencense and Moore were widely available when the wise men visited the baby Jesus around five BC and would have been considered practical gifts with many uses the expensive resins were symbolic as well. A frankencense which was often burned symbolized prayer rising to the heavens like smoke. While mirror, which was often used in bombing symbolized death. So scholars think that frankencense was presented to the infant Jesus to symbolize his later role as a high priest for believers while Mur symbolized, his later, death and burial frankencense and Moore may not be as popular as they once were. But they're still used today in some ways that you might not expect their common ingredients in modern, perfumes, and cosmetics. Continuing a tradition that's lasted years. Scientists are finding new uses for the substances as well. Recent studies suggest that frankencense or its extracts may help intriguing asthma. Rheumatoid arthritis Crohn's disease, and osteoarthritis researchers have also discovered possible benefits of murder in the treatment of gastric ulcers tumors and parasites. "Wouldn't even have been privy to what happened thirty years later. Right. When Jesus started doing lyrical. And I mean, if they're that far away that stuff's not getting to them. I mean, they don't have newspapers. They don't have right. They wouldn't have been privy to it right away. But news definitely would have made its way out there. And as the early church bread, the original followers of Jesus kind of spread and left Jerusalem. There are stories. About some of the decide or some of the apostles that went all different directions. And there are some that went that went east went as far as India and things like that. So like, it's entirely possible that you have a follower of Jesus thirty years later crossing paths with one of these guys out in Persia or India that had come out to see this this child. That's that's not impossible. I mean, it's that's a like there's a lot that can go sideways in those in that time to make that not happen. But it's not impossible at all. That's cool to think about. All right. I have one final big question. Okay. So it talks about they brought treasures the maJ. Brought treasures gold frankencense and myrrh. I know gold is I know that frankencense is an essential oil. And I have no idea. What murray's? So it's gotta be significant. You know, when a detail like that gets told I assume there's something behind it. Yes. So old I get gold. He's a king kings deserve gold that Nick sense to me. Sure. So the easiest way to think about all three of these things is that they're valuable gifts. There's been a lot kind of read into the significance of gold and frankencense and Moore and divinity and royalty. And all that like you can read that into it. But it's a whole lot easier to just say like these are valuable gifts that you would bring to somebody significant who was born. But is one of them. I've heard tell that one of those is either frankencense or myrrh was used as an involving Moore not involving. But yeah, okay. Yeah. Yeah. It is is that foreshadowing or was. Is it still is just valuable? It wasn't the only thing that's used trim palming. But it is used for that. It's one of the things that it's used for is that because it has a strong scent. So covers up its smell more frequently used as a perfume. So right. You know to to mask, smells, we're living in a world where there isn't deodorant so perfumes and things like that become more significant, you know, gold frankencense and Moore all three of these regardless of any other significance are valuable gifts being given to a young couple that previous to now in the story. We've seen them as lower class not having a lot of resources not having a lot of wealth or anything like that you give these gifts to them. Now you start to set the stage for what you see later. You know in the the trip they have to make to Egypt like how are we gonna go? Oh here here's gifts. Here got God provides this thing to help you on the next part of this journey. He's gonna take you on from a source. You never expected right down to Egypt later in Jesus story. When it talks about them coming back from Egypt and living in Nazareth. It describes Joseph as being a builder we tend to read that as carpenter more accurate. Description is probably more like contractor so being involved in building projects and probably working with potential even having employees. So like, it's not unreasonable to think that not only did this gift give them the resources, they need to make this trip to Egypt. They were going to have to make. But also to set the stage for when they come back to Nazareth to be able to establish themselves and Joseph to start a profitable business that he can then support this family with and and all of that sort of thing like it again, like we're extrapolating from what we see here. But it's it's a reasonable assumption. Make that in the midst of all of this chaos. God is not only bringing this. Unexpected surprising set of visitors, but he's using them to say here, I'm going to provide you with what you need going forward into all these all these other you on the next leg of this journey. I'm taking you on. I mean that would've felt miraculous for show to all of a sudden have gold show up. You know, that would feel miraculous to me now. And I'm not trying to parent the son of God. You know, I I can only imagine for them. You know, struggling as they probably were. It's like the ultimate meal train, exactly. You had a baby here's some gold. But here's some gift cards. So why is this in the bible to me? This is if you read chapter one Matthew is communicating under no uncertain terms. Jesus is God's promised. Messiah he is the one that God has been saying for hundreds of years that he's going to send if if that's the starting point then when you get to chapter two, and you see these wise men show up from a foreign land, one of the immediate things that have Vokes for you is what God said to Abraham when he started all of this like I am going to make you into a great nation and through you all of the peoples of the earth will be blessed so to see right away. Like, no sooner does this kid arrive on the scene than others are already starting to show up others or already starting to flock to him for. For Mary and Joseph. I am magin, you know, to see these guys from from a foreign nation show up and come right to you and go we've come to worship the king. Who's just been born weird unnerving a bit. But to go man, God, you you had all of this in motion from a cosmic standpoint. How far in advance did God, set whatever star? It was in motion. There's just the big bang in my head a get these guys moving prior to win baby is born to get them. Like, you know, you have they're not aware of all of this stuff. But they're they're certainly aware enough to know that there's something really big that has to happen for that star to move from one place to another and God was doing that before we ever got to this place. Again. It's those in the midst of this chaos. This incredibly reassuring sort of thing of like God is so much in control of this thing that I don't have to worry. Give

"Ladies and gentlemen. The apostle Paul told Timothy that when Jesus comes in his own time. He would show who is the blessed and only potentate king of kings. And Lord of lords who only half immortality. Dwelling light, unapproachable, whom no man have seen our Kenzi to whom they glory and power eternal. Amen. Jesus is king. He is king of kings. And Lord of lords notice, he is king in the cradle. Luke records that she brought forth, her firstborn, son. And wrapped him in swat link clothes and laid him in a manger because there was no room for him. In the in. Matthew tells us concerning the infant Jesus now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea and the days of Herod the king. Behold wise men from the east came to Jerusalem saying. Where is he that is born king of the Jews for we saw his star in the eastern come to worship him. Jesus was the king in the cradle when they found the young child. They gave him gold frankencense and Moore. They gave him gold. Not a teddy bear letter rattle and a pacifier the gave him gold because they were Wiseman and not dumb man, they gave him gold because God the father in providential ways guided the Holy Family. He knew they would the gold to finance a trip to the land of Egypt Jesus in the flesh Leded gold. Paul reminds us that he is the head of the body the church his church body needs gold just as much as his physical body needed it while here on earth. The first question that was asking the first book of the Old Testament concerning the first Adam was when God said, Adam where art bell. The first question that was asked about the second. Adam in the first book of the New Testament is where is he? One prominent interviewer on television was asked. What will you ask? God. If you could interview him and ask him just one question. He said I would ask him. If he had a son God has already answered that question. God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that who's believe with on him should not perish, but have ever lasting life. One of the great Hollywood legends was asked in an interview on television. What he thought God would say to him when he died. He said, I hope he or she whichever the case may be we'll be merciful to me. Many people seem confused at this point. They wonder is God really a he or might. He be a she people have to be awful done to think of such a possibility that God is a she just think about it. Mary the mother of Jesus was a she. If God is a she that means that to cheese produced a child. Ridiculous to a person beat. I think that God is a she. The first time Jesus came that was very little joy, except for a few shepherds Wiseman, Mary Joseph Simmons Zachariah and Elizabeth for all else was a time of great foreboding Herod was troubled and all Jerusalem witting, Harry was all shook up because of the birth of a baby Jesus. Jerusalem is all shook up because of what it meant politically. No telling what kind of trouble king Herod might cause. Now, think of that Jesus had not a single sermon. And the population was all shook up Jesus not worked a single miracle. And they were all shook up. He had not he'll a single sick person or raise the dead. And they were all shook up this double feeling is indication of what the majority of the world will feel when the Lord comes again behold, he comes with the clouds and every I shall see him. And they that pierced him for if they were troubled over him as a baby before he ever preached the sermon. I'll work the miracle. What would it be like when he comes again in all his glory in the garden of semi when he identified himself as Jesus of Nazareth, they fell backwards on the ground. What will it be like when these miserable? Wretches are dragged or the graves to stand before the king and his lorry. One more thought about the king in the cradle before we move on describes did not quote, all the prophecy of Micah to king Herod. They said he would be born in Bethlehem of Judea for doc- does written through the prophet. And thou Bethlehem land of Judah, Arjuna wise least among the Princess of Judah for out of these she'll come for the governor who shall be shepherd of my people Israel described for two G to tell the rest of it. The next statement of the prophecy says. Knowing forth Shelby from lasting to everlasting. If they had indicated that the baby Jesus was the eternal creator from everlasting to everlasting. They knew king Herod well enough to know, they might lose their heads. So they were Casey untold part of the prediction, but not all of it in that case. I can't say I blame them, but that device of leaving off part of God's word. And telling people part of the message is still being practiced even to this day, thousands of told to believe and Jesus asked Jesus to come into the hearts on nothing is said about repentance, nothing said about obedience. It has been almost two thousand years as the birth of Jesus. And we can still say the one who is from everlasting to everlasting was the king and the cradle king of kings and Lord of large. Not only was Jesus king in the cradle. But he was also king on the cross when Jesus appeared before pilot the first question that politics was filed the king of the Jews. Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world if my kingdom where of this world, then would my servants fight. But now is my kingdom not from hints pilot press Jesus for the answer. Art, thou a king, then Jesus hazard vowel STA Diam a king. When pilot turned Jesus over soldier. They also is that in his kingship, they gathered undoing the whole band and stripped him, they put on him a scarlet robe. They've played in the crown of thorns and put it on his head. They stuck a Reed in his right hand a needle down before him and locked him. Saying hail king of the Jews. Then to add insult to injury. They spent up on him in one by one every member of this detail of soldiers slugged, the Lord one right after the other the mockery of Jesus. Still goes on the spit the mockery. The buffeting is all there. Think of the person who walks down the aisle of a church and confesses that Jesus is the Christ. And then is obedient the waters of baptism and Lynn. Misses. The Lord's supper for a ball game or rearranges. The Lord's supper to a more convenient day an hour to accommodate world events. And then things Jesus is all the world to me. What a mockery that services sooner. Or later. They will spit in the savior's face for the last time the mockery still goes on. Think of the mockery of those. Who sing I love to tell the story. And then few moves to tell the terms Jesus and the apostles gave for acceptance of the gospel Jesus was the king on the cross. Everybody knew that Jesus was king on the cross because that was what the sign on the cross said, this is Jesus the king of the Jews the sign that only said it, but it was written in three languages. It was written in Hebrew in Latin and in Greek. There will be no excuse for anyone not knowing that Jesus was king on the cross that sign that day has been written in hundreds of other languages besides Hebrew Latin. And Greek the whole world knows that Jesus is king on the cross the apostle Paul gives us a definition of the sign that tells us exactly what why Jesus was king on the cross when he said Christ died for our sins. Paul said that is the gospel to say that that is not the most important part of the gospel is heresy. That is a sign that God put on the cross all of our sins or written on the cross because of modern day computers. We can understand how that could be. If a man made computer can have a whole encyclopedia on a small disc how much more than could God put on his celestial, computer, a disk where all of the sins of all the people who ever lived would be tabulated Paul says in Colossians that when we were buried with him in baptism. He blooded up the bond written in order says that was against us took it away. Nailing it to his cross my sins were all listed on the costs in that disk from the Lord celestial, computer. And when I obeyed the Lord the dependence and then was buried with him in baptism God touch. The delete button. On his celestial, computer. Dan, all my friends were gone at the end of a faith life. They will not be dredged up again to confront me. Jesus was king in the cradle. And Jesus as king on the cross king of kings and Lord of LARs. Jesus is also king. In the church, the church's the kingdom of God on earth. Paul tells us in Colossians that we have been translated out of the darkness of this world into the kingdom of the son of his love, then in the book of acts, Paul priestess Fussell Nico, and the charges made these have turned the world upside down have come hither also. And they say there is another king one Jesus Jesus is the king of the church. He is the king of the church, not only in the corporate sense. But individually as well. John records in revelations. If team that Jesus is king of the saints. The church is not a democracy in matters. Where the king has spoken one man pointed out that a certain church, he knew gave people a choice in the letter of the mode of south of salvation through except as the Christ in repentance and baptism that church. Does not have a choice Jesus king and the king has already given his edict. He's up the example in the method he chose in his own baptism when he was baptized. He went up straightway from the water and in the purpose. It was repent and be immersed father remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes we read where vote as to whether to marry to homosexual each other or not. This matter is not up for a vote, nor is it up to what the polls say Paul said that God has given the unrepentent homosexuals up to vile passions. The king has spoken some preachers inches have canceled out. Hell, ladies and gentlemen. Hell still burns as hot as ever. That is if you can believe what the Lord said when he said to the goats on the judgement day depart from me Kirsten, do the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. The king has spoken when Jesus is recognized as the king of the church and the king of the individual Christian charge. Will again be made these that have turned the world upside down have come hither. Also, Jesus is king and the cradle Jesus is king on the cross Jesus. King of the church king of kings and Lord of lords down. He is also king in his coming. Again, John said that he saw the heavens opened and behold, a white horse. And he the sceptre on is called faithful and true. John tells us further that he hath on his on only star his name written king of kings. And Lord of lords Jesus will be king in his coming at the judgment. According to Matthew, his judgment will be final. There will be no appeal to a higher court sometimes in this life of a judge makes an unpopular verdict. It may be overturned or the judge may cave in to popular opinion. I've seen it done. But in the final judgment people will have no vote no input on the decision of the judge. Listen, Matthew tells us of the king's decision these shall go away into eternal punishment. But the righteous into eternal life. This decision should not be any surprised the human race. After all the king himself has given us ample inflammation, as to the destiny of men every person either goes to hell or heaven by order of the king..

But every season has its own really special energy, my favorite is time of spring because I get so much time to spend outside with the plants is everybody's sort of waking up and taking their stretching to a new level. I like to get outside and plant my garden. Get everybody waking up and planting everything and getting everything organized as it were spring's. Definitely my favorite. All right back to the calls. Burning sage burning lots of different essential oil burners, my favorite instead of stage. It's actually dragon's blood. It's actually the resin from addressing Drako. It's a tree that grows and subtropical climates. It's looks like red chalk and it smells much better. There's a hierarchy and the plant world. Flowers, are sort of the weakest plant sleeves are the next strongest the boys are a little bit stronger, and the resins are actually the most powerful so frankencense Mur. Those are both nice thick resins and dragon's blood is my favorite because it's more protective, you get nice good vibes from things like frankencense and Moore. But the protective powers of dragon splitter, my absolute favorites and tell us about the title of your book black thorns botanical magic. So it started out as just a guide of just essential oils.
