Kevin Spacey Releases Super Creepy Christmas Video... Again
"Not Christmas. If Kevin Spacey doesn't release a truly bone own chilling and completely unhinged video of himself as his character from house of cards. Frank Underwood right I don't know if you remember but last year on Christmas Eve. He released one of these videos where he kind of hinted at his sexual assault allegations as his character. Frank Underwood well. He's done it again. This year you one year after the last video came out. I'm just GONNA play the beginning of the clip right here. You didn't really think I was going to miss the opportunity. I need to wish you a merry Christmas. Did you been a pretty good year. And I'm grateful to have my health back and light okay. I won't play the whole thing for you. mm-hmm but what's up with him talking about his health. He's was he sick or something this year. The ads pretty unclear what he's referring to when it comes to his health. I did a quick Google and no one on seems to really know but maybe he was secretly sick or something anyway. CNN summed up the bizarre Christmas Eve video. which is uploaded to YouTube? And it's called A K T W K killing them with kindness is what that stands for Anyway CNN wrote quote. I don't no no I mean is that a threat or or something. I don't know bone chilling especially considering a man who accused him of sexual assault died by suicide the following doing day after the video was posted. The accusers name was Ari Ben. He was a Norwegian author. A family spokesperson for Ari Ben Gear Haakon Sund said in the statement quote. It is with great sadness in our hearts that we the very closest relatives of Ari ben must announce that he took his own life. Today we ask for respect for our privacy you see in the time to come and quote the wildest part of all of this is that Ari ben's death isn't exactly an isolated incident and I say that because he's not the only only one of Kevin Spacey's victims accusers or whistle blowers to die variety. Covered this writing quote. Ben Is the Third Kevin Spacey Accuser to Die Hey this year following whistleblower Linda Kogen and the anonymous massage therapist who accused spacey of sexual assault in an October. Two Thousand Sixteen session and end quote. Obviously a lot of people were drawing a line between Kevin Spacey and these really alarming deaths twitter user at Patrick Blanchfield wrote quote. Big Shout brought to everyone else who would absolutely say we need to talk about Kevin Spacey. Maybe murdering people but is concerned about maybe getting murdered by Kevin Spacey. Remember when Kevin Spacey had his accuser killed on Christmas like he released a video about it and everything. I know that was like today but I've started processing slash digesting this stuff in like minutes. It so out in the open now and quote they followed it up with another another tweet. That just said Plainly Kevin Spacey. Please don't have me guild okay. One last week this is from stand up. Comedian Tim. J Dillon who wrote quote. Kevin Spacey was cozy with the the political establishment is entirely possible slash bordering on probable that people with an interest in him. When it comes to spiral. So. This is not that long ago and dancing on the streets by car. Kids raking boiling water, some sort of some sort of boiling water challenge. We talked about reserves dumb. Hey, calling our remaining moments calling Milan's from CNN entertainment reporter, how creepy and I'm just going to play an excerpt of this video he recorded. He's obviously kind of challenging channeling his Frank Underwood a character from house of cards, but he is going to be sentenced. He is going to face a judge here in a few days and be charged officially not sentence, but charged with sexual criminality. Why would Kevin Spacey released this video? Here's a portion to win done. No matter what anyone says and besides I know what you want. You want him back. I mean emulating this character from house of cards, he faces felony sex assault charges. He's going to go in front of judge here in the next couple of days. What's his motivation? Any guess? I mean, I think it's the motivation that a lot of these men have. Totally. Come back, and it seems to be backfiring. I think they just don't get it. And I broke the story at our Kevin Spacey last year that got him from an investigation at CNN. I had multiple people chasing him of inappropriate behavior and one person accusing him of sexual assault. No, I think that my charges before I mean, Kevin Spacey he had been MIA for year comeback wearing at eight grade with Santa Claus. And the. Characters talk about these accusations against impact. Look he's going to be arraigned on January seven and a sexual assault charge. That just wouldn't even have to queue in court. But the judge keep at bursting him to appear in court. Now's baby's going for an insanity defense, and he's like that mobster from queens years ago who used to walk around in his bathrobe to appear to be crazy before trial. Maybe that's what Kevin Spacey's attempting to do. Yeah. I don't know. It doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks so much for your time and your expertise. I hope we can call on you again. Yes. You can thanks so much Chloe melas here on WLS. Of course, some believed everything and just been waiting with baited breath to him. But we have to strong to powerful men after all we should everything you, and I I told you my deepest darkest secrets I showed you exactly what people are capable of. I shocked you with my honesty, but mostly I challenged you and made you think. And you trusted me. Even though you knew you shouldn't. So we're not done. No matter what anyone says. And besides I know what you want. You want me back? Of course, some believed everything and it just been waiting with baited breath to him. He confessed it all that just dying to have me declare that everything said is true in that. I got what I deserved within the be easy. If it was all so simple. Only you and I both know it's never that simple. Not in politics and non live, but you wouldn't believe the worst without evidence. Would you wouldn't rush to judgement without facts? Would you? Did you? I mean, and like for I guess for anybody who doesn't know like, you should go watch, Kevin Spacey's responsibility. Oh to formal are the criminal charges or is this. Charges and some being filed not directly addressing. Bam as Kevin Spacey. But releasing a Frank Underwood like he's in characterize Frank Underwood. That's long too. It's like, I don't know how many minutes, but it's not just like a snippet. It's minutes long of him doing just destroy Bill. That's relevant to his character. But also relevant to the fact that he's no longer on the show because of exactly what he's indicted for charged with now. But I it's it's just weird. I wish I could recall the language that he uses, but all he talks a lot about the characters that he's played through the year. So it's not just Frank Underwood. Right. It's like Kaiser SOS AA. And also the dude from seven and that dude he plays a number of capex. So we were talking about last night at all not necessarily ferris character in that one. But but a strange one, and I guess in a weird way this Frank Underwood defenses. Well, I've always played these very crazy care. Actors. I I don't even do a good Frank Underwood. I'll stop it's. Well, I've always done these very crazy characters in these very edgy cares. Where she think that came from. It's like putting it back on us like we accepted him in. Who are we to not accept him? Now, I feel like even just receiving this as of like number one. It's just the weirdest possible way to respond because it's not it's totally out of the human being of who you are who just got charged fully in character. And the response it self it makes the most sense if you were to imagine it as like the teaser video they run to introduce Frank Underwood coming back to the house of cards show, which have enough self would be kind of just a totally bizarre thing to have happened. But that's the only way that you would watch this like, okay, I get what this is is him sort of just, you know, saying they haven't gotten rid of me yet Neo. You saw me kill all these people on the show. But you know, I'm I'm coming back that would follow. Somewhat logically. But as a response to these real life accusations. It's just so weird and unsettling. Yeah. I think this is probably the end of the Kevin Spacey Rodman, and it certainly the end of my interest in ever watching any Kevin Spacey Mufi again. Yeah. I don't see how I could feel comfortable. No, no. He's moved into the Chris Benoit's realm for me of people who I used to really enjoy their work. But they've now done such horrible things that I can't actually go back and enjoy what they did. Even though I used to like, it, we even just the re the the way his this response in particular like he would always be the guy who we now know a lot more about what he was doing off camera. But the fact that he would respond this way, I mean, because you know, some people warning things ward of worst response in the metoo air race, the I think it's even close now at this point because he opened up with his opening salvo of..
Kevin Spacey's creepy video looks like a cynical attempt at distraction
"Charge of allegedly sexually assaulting teenager in two thousand sixteen if you guys remember Kevin Spacey had a whole thing with that where he was accused allegations against him of sexual misconduct. And then people came out with other stories from his pass of other bad things that he had done when this news came out, the Netflix show house of cards, basically killed his character. Offscreen and then did their last season without him. He was going to be another movie. I think that dot cancelled and was reshot with some other actor. Yeah, he was just like disgraced. Yeah. It was it was crazy times. So the video is basically already infamous it's called let me be Frank which Kevin Spacey's character on house of cards was Frank Underwood and the video is Kevin Spacey decked out in a Santa apron, and he kinda has like the he's sounds like his character. Frank Underwood which had likes sort of a southern drawl to him on the show on house of cards. So it's kind of weird because you think maybe it is Frank from the show, but he's not on the show anymore and his dead. So I don't know and he delivers a direct to camera monologue. And again, it could be like the what he's saying could be about his house of cards character. But it could also be about himself about Kevin space. But it's. Because it's called let me be Frank which could be about Frank or just being left phrase, ready Frangieh just weird and people have oh, it's strange. He's a weird guy to me anyway. So I don't really like watching a lot of the things. He's in he's. Yeah. He's already strained. I think he's a good actor. I just like he's weird. Also, if you watch will and grace the amount of times, they talk about how Kevin Spacey has basically done bad things to like men comes off so many times, and that was way before the allegation Ackley, everyone knew about this and didn't do anything just terrible, which is like Harvey Weinstein, bad, right? And Kevin Spacey wasn't even that big of a per-. I mean, he was he's people know we is. Yeah. Not not like Brad Pitt. Yeah. Yeah. Easy. So weird. Yes. So again, it's weird could be his house of cards Gaechter could be him people. I've read people said also kind of like what's going on with Trump right now. So they're like making connections current political things, but then his house of cards character is like vice president. I don't know if he becomes president. But he's also in political things. So it's like so many so many different things. And again, he sounds like Frank Underwood the video like basically as recording this this from yesterday. He oh had seven million nine hundred eighty seven thousand five hundred eighteen views, which is so many where did he post it on like just on YouTube on his own YouTube? Oh, just so weird. It wasn't even on like any other social media. So anything just on YouTube, the video has more views than tickets sold domestically Paddington to I man or widows, and like, you probably can't, you know, YouTube views can be a little misleading. But that's still a punch yet is was he going off on like in the whole thing. What was he saying? I have a quote, it's weird. I wouldn't say he's super direct about what he's talking about. He just kinda starts like we all know what he's talking like just starts rambling on the whole thing is just monologue.

"Well, is there any importance to this idea about somebody is bouncing checks in New Mexico with Rachel's name? Yeah. That was strange to what I thought that it. I I heard that wrong. And then when I watched it again, it's like, okay. No. That's what he actually said is this just Hammerschmidt being too focused on the past and not being able to let things go or is there. I mean, I don't know. I don't know why somebody would be pretend to be Rachel. I mean at the Chevy money, Rachel. No, I don't I mean, wasn't she she might have gotten paid some money by Doug. But you would assume I mean, maybe somebody found her checkbook, maybe they found her body. And Doug did bury her somewhere in the desert might have been it might have been in New Mexico. Yeah. But that seems like a huge can of worms to open for episodes to go on the series. Yeah. I kind of feel like that. This is the show saying that Tom Hammerschmidt losing his mind. Oh, interesting. I could I could get on board with that. Yeah. I mean, do you feel like I really do this with with journalists went crazy who was the guy that shot? Frank underwood. Oh gavin. Right. That wasn't Gavin. Was it or was it Lucas Lucas? Yes. Good quiz, like a spoke with like did this. Or did this not happen on house of cards in sixties show? You a picture of an actor who's now a leading actor on another show. Who were they on on house cars, we have had some really big actors come through. We have Oscar winners. We have sure guy from Westworld. We have ratio was plays. The marvelous MRs Mazel, so people are all over the place that was her. Yeah. Good for her. I wash a little bit of that up that show people love that show people really like it. Yeah. Rachel brosnahan. Yes. She played a character named Rachel on the show kind of like a Will Smith fresh principal air type thing. Yeah. Okay. That's that's good. Let's go back to Brett Cole where we going with him. Yet. No, that's. Is he gonna be a big villain for Claire? Maybe he's going to start working with Claire we did see them be introduced in person. And I think he's gonna play a role in the last couple of ads much holler that I was expecting. Did you notice how he towers over everybody? Big guy. Yeah. Guy. We'll say the return of another character in the Sepah sewed, Linda Vasquez. Yeah. Yes. She's back. Yes. She flew in from Colorado where she's working in university. And she's connected with the US attorney who's going to be subpoenaing. Yeah. Last seen in season two finale chapter twenty six that was the last season two. It's been forty three chapters thin through Celinda. Wow. Yeah. Doesn't affect she's been gone that long. Her son is at Stanford. I think that was the work of Frank Underwood to get him into Stanford is part of part of. Deal. When when we had her leave the show, I thought she was connected with Frank Underwood getting the liver transplant. I looked on the Wiki. And I don't know if she was involved with that. Okay. There might have been somebody else who was involved that looked like her might've been. Yeah. Might've been Gavin type thing might have been another another actress in the mix. But what I really liked was when she was about. I think we made a mistake. We made a mistake when we did not make Frank Underwood the secretary of state like looking back. We should have made him the secretary of state. It would have been a good thing for the country. It would've saved a sixty eight chapters of house of cards if they would have done that. It's going all the way back to the first episode writes that wasn't quite a sliding door Versii and for Garrett Walker and flee United States of America. Instead, they made this is going back to the squirrel go quiz the guy. I can't remember what they made him. Go be the governor of Pennsylvania. Well, that was the vice president that they may was that. Yeah. Yes, they made the vice president the go do house of cards season one trivia now that would be that would be fun. But we would do very poorly..
"frank underwood" Discussed on Here & Now
"Hi. So Kevin Spacey's performances. Frank Underwood really defined this show and the show itself addresses that here's Robin rights character. Claire Underwood Frank's wife and now the president addressing the audience directly. Are you still there? Do you miss France's? Here's the thing. Whatever Francis told you the last five years don't believe a word of it. How does the show work without Kevin Spacey? Well, you know, I think a lot of the criticisms that people had about it from its last season with Spacey that it's too convoluted that it's not particularly realistic that a lot of the notes that this show hits we've seen season after season after season, and you kind of tired of them. I think a lot of those criticisms are still valid in this news season. But the biggest thing about changing out Spacey for Ravin, right? Is that Kevin Spacey's character? Frank Underwood was somebody who really relished in his own sort of villainy. And so he was a very compelling anti hero who sort of made you complicit in some of the stuff. He was doing by turn into you saying, hey, can you believe him getting away with this? Now, you know kinda thing and just by the nature of the character. Claire Underwood is more reserved than that. And because of the way the story unfolds in the first two or three episodes. She keeps the audience at kind of an arms length because you don't they don't want to give away. Hey what she's doing? And so just by the nature of that. I think this show was less compelling because she's not reveling in how she's getting away with things are turning to you and saying, hey, look, how clever I am. And so she's not as compelling an anti hero to me. At least the other thing, Eric that's different is that this show started at a very different political era than the one. We're in now. In fact, the show hasn't really been on the air for much of the Trump administration. The last episode of the last season was back in twenty seventeen right after President Trump had come into power. How does the show address today's political issues? Well, that's another criticism. I have of this show is that it doesn't portray the extreme partisanship of our current era. One of the messages of this show. I think is that these people are all chasing power, whether they're Republicans or the Democrats and Claire Underwood and Frank Underwood or sort of the master manipulators who glide over the top of. Now, the problem with that is that our current political times, I've very different. Everything's very colored by partisanship. And nothing can really happen in Washington without facing the reality that it is almost impossible to get large numbers of members from one party to support an initiative by another party. So that reality doesn't exist in the house of cards universe. And so it feels like it's an alternate universe. It feels not not quite real. And you now have the situation where Claire Underwood is the first female president of the United States. And she is hated by a large segment of the population. And we have a clip that kind of sums that up. Let's check it out. I am not the first president to face threats. I know with Francis. Sometimes there were several a day is it about the same. What we're dealing with here. It's significantly up by how much there are roughly four times as many threats on any. Given day since you took office. Now, it's twice that since Francis. I thought everyone loves a widow she's also commander in chief. I guess these are not rational people in president. So the voice you hear is her vice president he was also chief of staff kind of telling her what the deal is with these threats. So as the new season begins. This is a female president who's under a lot of pressure. The public doesn't seem to like her. And there's all these rich wealthy powerbrokers who were lining up to cash in promises that Frank made into them before he died, and so she is trying to assert her own independence, and that sort of the dynamic of the early episodes..

"And and to show that trump did not coopt the conservative movement or the conservative base he exploited it those are different things you know what i'm saying sure totally different things meaning trump was better at what he's doing now ten years ago he was younger more energetic his mind was sharper he could not have pulled off in the republican party ten years ago when he just pulled off in two thousand sixteen goodne donna but now we can do it and and some of the reasons he can do it are pretty valid because of how often we've been let down and left on the side of the road by republican politicians when we've been existential he threatened by the left right okay but if you needed a storytelling device to come along and to show that an it it's similar to the character in house of cards the republican presidential candidate that frank underwood's running against and the republicans decided they needed to go out and get someone that is essentially just a shady as frank underwood but is a military veteran and so he's got this public persona of this all american boy but behind the scenes the guy's a total wreck it everything's a facade it ever everything the guys done is calculating his war record he's totally fabricated he actually didn't save people but he ran from the scene you on everything is he is just he's another version of frank underwood there's nothing real there and what you see in the show is.

"That's cool yeah it's very really cool oh my god when people saw you doing looking at your guts and gorge you would do you think frank underwood was named after the typewriter absolutely raid i feel like part of the story of house of cards is that he used to be a typewriter and then anthropomorphic typewriter star i was thinking beauty and the beast wave little house it could turn into a real person but i wish he did what if he did i'd like to shake his hand for his bravery i live service years ago it was the slowest thing to move seeing what you're playing that's a reference that only we know oh great i'm glad i was cut out of that you know you know it explain now i know it now i know it now toaster is a movie it was one of my favorites when i was little but it's use it was boring i watched it knows anything that i've watched from my childhood is basically so slow that i can't believe and everything you used to like his garbage he was even up to like a week ago okay hold on no i love i love all my old stuff but i when i watched like some of those shows it's like no sitcom could go as slow as like alf went quite sure yeah it's crazy about us oh like everything is so quick now supposedly like when you watch old stuff but it's even it's gonna get even worse like how fast are sitcoms going to be in the future here's what's weird though i'm i'm rewatching episodes of star trek the next generation because i did a podcast where the you know it's about rewatching joe i hadn't seen any years and so i watched an episode from the first season and it was bad it was it was it was a particularly bad episode of the show but then it was like i really liked the show so i started just kind of skipping around episodes that i remembered in watching them again and it it holds up pretty well but there are certain episodes where they have these gigantic ideas and they're trying to get to them so quickly and it's like you needed more time to talk about this there's one where.

"It would be interesting i think it would make clear look much more powerful because right now yes she does look like you know she was kind of given this power by frank which frank says at the beginning the episode in a pretty cutting remark to her that he gave her the power but ultimately i still feel like this story of house of cards is the story of frank underwood's rise and fall so having frank under would be in control of this uh the eight does work for me for this story at you know and i i think you don't we're seeing that frank underwood is in one way or the other controlling the chaos and that's what he wants to do and you know as we're talking more about it maybe this wasn't is plotted out as he makes it seem it he's just you know he it's kind of like you see somebody who's doing something very panicky but they keep moving along the correct way and he's he's panicking and he's doing different things to try to to try to save his face to try to save his power and as he's doing that unite the end he's a go see this was all you know this was all part of our master plan and maybe it was more like if you looked at the individual parts you'd see how how he really zigzagged when he could have gone a different direction gone straight i have to say i am all in on the islets theory of that if this was clear under what i think this would also be like a perfect season of television because if there are so many things just going back to she got to be the acting president she got the nuclear codes we saw her standing there in her pajamas that one night looking at everything it's the first time that she was really calling the shots there's all these times when she is the one who wearing white she's the person who always that the right opinion frank underwood is always going in the wrong direction here in this season that her instincts are always good she then is able to sort of.

"Tamarine for this better problem in on new woodside for a long time underwood is tough on nothing sticks to him and even hammerschmidt his for his fellow journalists in that meeting they were talhami sounds a conspiracy theorist gaffney needs to get smart evidence yet some hard evidence a hammerschmidt but he's got he's got his he's got his finger on the pulse of frank underwood he he correctly identifies the frank underwood has no morals has no north star and you know i never would have thought tom hammerschmidt would be the one who gets who frank under what is of everybody on the show he does of what about the testimony of green we thought he was very reluctant dog really forced his hand does that sort of a clear up anything going on with the homolka lobby it seems like it it seems like that's gonna you know the green says the fbi this is how the fbi works and i'm proud to be an fbi agent and we were working off of intel that was coming in very quickly so um i was surprised to see that because green seems to have disdain for frank underwood now now he says he says he wishes he was the leak their way with one thing when green was just pushing around a little tour apply gavin but now i you know he's into the nia bother he didn't seem to have any reluctant to bout threatening a a hamster yes for guinea pig guinea pig yeah that was fine that was all in the you know the call of duty but this is too much yeah this is too much one other interesting observation uh we had where claire was looking at a new piece of art and again we've talked about how the show likes to have characters reflecting on the arts uh whether it's different books especially paintings and claire wood jane davison really liked the painting class it for me it's a pure feeling of light verses dark which really ties into uh so many of the different tones up both literally and figuratively of house of cards.

"Yeah you know a very personal personal training session in that uncertain is is you never know how you feel about persons of your hands around the throat and i feel like there was a scene where a frank underwood grabs barnes by the throat to i'm not i'm not remembering it for sure but it strikes about like i i we've seen him in this position before this hander on somebody's throat well going back to the first season we've also heard off frank underwood would say that sex is about power and so uh certainly going back to his roots here this seems like a bad idea on a number of different levels yeah this is another person that the underwoods are giving access to the how much lee really know about this guy he's an actor so you know what what kind of role as he playing i don't know what frank thinks this is gonna get forum i'm not sure ultimately at the end the episode frank is gonna call for a car for him either they were gonna like maybe bump him off he and i think uh you know frank is just showing his power over eric he's saying yup are you leave when i tell you to ask when i tell you uh eric i called you an oba you be leaving now uh i would prefer if he did not spend the night the avenue early morning tomorrow yes doug bouba driver will take you that he is the one of the top rated uber drivers in all of washington dc the as gotta keep that hooper score up because i think dogs days might be numbered please be shaw and give dellagha five review in the app if that is possible eric he's got mince he's got bottled water if we ultimately going to get to the interview with mchallan why i make it i don't even understand wise macallen sitting down for an interview here but what is it getting out of the day's first freedom guess maybe he thinks that this is chance to like spill the beans about what happened the the whole interview thing just kinda was sprung upon us i think in order to keep this plan a secret we're not really privy to why they're having the interview who's gonna be watching this interview like with the point of uh.

"One at that would be good this seems like they mix they mix reality in in fantasy on michelle quite a bit abets they do in terms of like news people by you know that we don't have like you know all elizabeth warren showing up till like like a meeting with the frank underwood the maybe we'll see al gore though they do referencing the reference him but i guess there's no political figure that wants to be associated with the underbelly like like they have to say like a real politics are nothing like this year although i was i was watching youtube videos earlier and one of the recommended videos for me was frank underwood welcoming president obama to the white house correspondent's dinner okay so it was like six years old or something like that it's an old video um bs probably not six years old but it was from from when they show i started but we did have a little bit of of intermixing was that the real obama or was it like the forrest gump thing where they sort of the cut spacey into uh something that obama was and and again we've already established dead from brock obama and frank underwood do not exist in the same universe a wiz i think it was a video that kevin spacey recorded for the guy to get played at the white house correspondent's dinner i didn't actually watch it i just saw was recommended yup i guess a brock obama could exist in his universe but he lost the primaries to walker somehow us the super charismatic walker was able to shut down obama two thousand eight.

"Because he was he was still stephen colbert the comedy central character that point right i think he might is being on is because he was sort of like roasting frank underwood but frank underwood i i'm not sure if he if this was a cold bear report or not at the point where he was on either i believe that he might have been uh that's a good question we have to go back and take a look at that by interesting to jail if stephen colbert got his groove backed by really laying into an unpopular frank under one yeah i mean uh hopefully frank underwood does the call the fcc on stephen colbert stephen colbert better watch his mouth and not be like going after frank under what he's going to end end up getting himself in a lot of trouble here in this of alternate universe yeah i mean it frankly would really wants to appeal the people maybe should go on like carpool kariuki without a different cbs late night show now look i'm here to do some cop who carry okay i don't get to drive as much as i used to but i would love to sing a song with you james if you don't mind well what song when he be singing like some old country song or uh some slow sulphur song or do you think he'd go straight up like lady gaga on and bring the energy uh frankie groton frankie gaga frankie khaga yup the widow is you should he should be now would really end up uh blowing conway out of the water in terms of uh of his campaign would be in in shambles i'm trying to think of like i could sing about the stamp her face instead of poker face enough that that plays exactly right but i'm not sure what i've he just goes on fallon and let's jimmy fallon mess up his hair.

"Poster recap dot com slash age o see i tuned so this is an interesting to be back here in the world of frank underwood had house of cards zack because for all of us you know in fees in four i remember at the top of the season saying boy you know this is going to be tough for house of cards this is a tough spot for them because the real world of politics has gotten so kooky here between all of these primaries and everything i wonder just how much people are going to say let me get into a house of cards because they they they're really gonna tackle some things that are going to be way different and so much more surreal than what's happening in real life and you know at with making clear underwood the vice presidential candidate you know i think they actually did succeed in what they were trying to there was an assassination attempt on frank underwood you know they they really made a raise the bar to maybe if not surpassing what's happening in real life in 20s the beginning of 2016 then sort of being you know in an alternate dimension where they are at least equally as surreal but here we are in a world where has really just where you know our political talk has really just a clips almost everything else in society and political tensions are at an all time high i'm interested to know of house of cards is going to be that same sort of the skaters them for people yeah i think it will be interesting go one of two ways people might just be really burnt out on anything related to po politics into the presidency and just have no interest in watching house of cards or this might be you know while let's let's just see how out there this can get in what they can do they could top what's going on in society in the in the news that's going on these days so.
