"The ropes. And a guy also being his style that he draws round punches, round punches don't reach as far as straight punches. So he has to get closer. So when he lays on a rope, he really puts himself at a disadvantage where he's a little bit of a certain duck where the Apollo with the long arms can take advantage a little bit no spots. And it happened a couple times. But then he gets the motor running, and boy oh boy. Again, his resiliency. Listen, full transparency here. I said after his last fight with Joe Parker, Joe Parker, I thought for the brilliant fight. That was the best show park I'd seen. This is maybe the best pool of I've seen in meanwhile, he's 42 years old, but after the park of fight where he took a lot of clean punches. And he said, especially those style can. He's especially susceptible to uppercuts. And he got hit some clean ones against parking got hurt. Again, he gets hurt and he recovers. It's uncanny. And same thing against pool of he got hurt bad with an uppercut right uppercut, and then he recovers. And I just, I thought after the park or fight, that he should retire. So again, full transparency, I said it, my mouth came out of my mouth. I'm responsible for everything I said. But then you see him in this fight and you say, why did I say that? But I know why I said it because not only did he take a lot of punishment, he's taking him for a lot of years. And I don't know when that moment's going to come when he's going to take it no more. I don't know. I will at all. Holyfield I thought he was shot at a certain point. And then he goes and beat somebody like Mike Tyson. You know, sometimes these guys are just amazing with their gene pool with their will with their ability to be in again. To recuperate, to have a Second Life if you will. And but I do still say that I hope there's not, I wonder what the price will be. For when it finally is enough, because these punches he absorbs. They don't go into the air. They go into the body and to the brain. So that's where what I would say when I said, you know, he should be tired. That's where that's coming from for you. Great brilliant fans out there and other ones that remember what I say. You remember everything. You don't forget none. Can reminds me of that. Oh yeah, they remember everything, teddy. I see that comment. And rightfully so, rightfully so, and call me on everything. Cole can not everything. But do it right. Dude where you're using common sense where you really listening to us, not just knee jerk on off because you're a fan. You know, there's a balance there. But we're here. We're here to tell you how we feel. At the end, how you feel. But again, I, for the moment, it looks like I was wrong because look at this battle that he puts forth. But there is some things to throw in there, you know, to qualify it. It was against a 42 year old. That makes a little difference. It wasn't against the 28 year old. You know, so, but again, it's still amazing performance by him. Pull up doesn't have as many miles under your dominance, many punches taking as many tough fights. And he's 42. But again, pull up tremendous performance. I thought, again, I always say what I believe. I know the British fans are big part of our fan base and we love them. Even though they drive us not sometimes, you know. But and we drive them nuts. But I thought that Cesaro got a little home cooking. And that decision. I fell to get a little home cooking in that decision. Now, do I begrudge them? No. Because he's been in he's been in that kitchen a long time in that oven, if you will. All the time, and you know what, he deserves a little home cooking if that's what he got. Because a lot of times he doesn't get it. So I don't begrudge it because it was a close fight. But I just thought on the whole that pool of may have landed some of the cleaner more precise, well played shots with the way he was fighting on the outside place and shots compared to Cesaro landing good right hands, no doubt about it. But a little more sporadic. But again, it got heated, it got rumbling, a God tumbling, it got moving, it got going and it was a terrific fight. It was drama. It was everything that you look for in a great fight. If you are heavyweight fight, if you got a little home cooking so be it, either way, he earned it, there were no losers. The way I looked at that kind of fight the way it was, there were, there was really no losers. And it was a rematch. The first fight pull up had won. The first time they had fought, so this was the rematch. It even set up, you know. And to show you what a warrior is and that you need any more proof. But to show you what a warrior has mentality of a warrior's aura is, which he chose by his action, which is the most important way to show. But who does he ask for? He has for wilder. He has right away after the fight. He has his promoter Eddie Hearn. Give me one. You know, whose thought is punch her in probably in every way, boxy right now, even though he's not technically a good fighter, even though he's been knocked out two times in a row by fury and knocked out pretty badly. Although you have to give him credit that last fight he had fury down too. What a war that was. But he took so much punishment. So you don't know where wilder is physically or mentally. Who knows? But right away he calls our wilder suicide. It's not like he's calling out a soft touch. You know what I mean? After all the top fights he's been in, again, you could understand if he would say that hey Eddie. You know, give me a little soft touch, you know, a little something a little easier, no, no, no. Not him. I think Derek knows there's not a ton of fights left and there's only a few big money fights out there and candidly that's probably the only realistic one. He's not getting fury AJ or usic anytime soon, right? So it's either fight another guy like a Parker or a pool of that kind of like second tier of heavyweights or a wilder who still may be hovering between tier one and two. The other thing that made me think they're in this fight, seeing how good pool level look is how irresponsible it was for those bare knuckle guys to put this guy in with Frank Mir. Frank Mir, who's former UFC heavyweight champ, but he's a straight jiu-jitsu player to put him in with pool of, I remember saying it when the fight was announced. Are they trying to get Frank man murdered? And they almost did go knocked out cold on his feet. I mean, it was dangerous. Irresponsible to put that. That's a real heavyweight fighter.

"To he uses a ribbon as he was a little cute. And he knew they were both on the fit and he knew that soon as he said on the fed, you take Lopez kept it. You know, right away that you sled a little the needle would go towards the oh my God, Lopez, they gave it to Lopez. On the feeds to check any but no, he was smart. He knew they were both so he kind of held you in more suspense. He used that to get more drama. And he did, because you thought, and then he goes, and knew. And like, oh, gee, that was something. I don't know if the referee or Lopez raised his hand because the rep's holding both the hands, but Lopez hands down because that's what he thought, can he trust what the what the rigging wanted him to think. It was pretty brilliant on his side to be honest. You know, if you want to go down that road and be a little tricky. Was convinced that there was a mistake even the ref thought I won? Well, he got tricked, but no one thought you won. No. And then it was an offense straighten it out. When they started saying that. And the crazy thing was there wasn't interview out there. I figured the man's name. I know when he first started years ago. And he did he did an interview. It's out there with the father afterwards. It looked like it was in a lobbying old house. Oh, I think that was radio Raheem Dave Dave Chappelle's good buddy. Yeah, he's a good kid. No, I know him from years when he started when he first tried to get in his and I give him credit. I give him credit that he's that he, you know, he paid the price he stayed around. He followed what he wanted to follow. He followed his dream. And anyway, he did a good, because he let the guy. I call this election. The comedy hour of the event. He let the guy talk, you're right, Ken. What he said was beyond comedy. He was like, it was, you know what it really was. It was comedy sanity. Yeah. It was it was just it was just a lack of reality. It was, it was just living delusion. Yeah, delusional. It was the delusional owl. It really was, because he was believing what he was saying, the father, the father sitting on his chair with the end of your interview, did a great job be a little talk. And he let him keep talking. And there it is now, okay. So rob's right honor. We should let it play for us. Yeah, let it play, because go ahead. And it's big for itself. And it's credit to radio rahima. Yes. And this is not gonna stay my son. It's gonna stay in him because now we can't say we're better than floor unbelievable. Wait till you hear this. You know what I'm saying, you know? And that's all. That's all I'm concerned about, you know? The people know who won tonight. And it doesn't matter what the judges said. We want to and this bushel laws, because it's a bullshit laws, and actually, I never thought the zone, I should have stood with top bank because those and basically the father teddy says he blames the zone for the decision. He said he should have stayed with bob arum. I don't know that those words have ever been spoken, but that he should have stayed with top rank. He got a bad deal elsewhere. Then he blamed it on he shouldn't have let the kid fight at one 35. He should have made him go up. But that had the worst part of delusional real delusional. When he when he just says, but everyone knows we want to fight with other people's champ. What? Yeah. And he goes and the people booed the decision. They actually bogey's son for saying that you won. They didn't bull the decision. They booed you guys. But he's so delusional. You could see it. He goes, yeah, everyone knows who won where the people's champion. And then the craziest part maybe can you could you could fill me in on this a little bit. I guess my instincts took over and I stopped listening. It was like my ears like all of a sudden closed, you know, on their own. Because I couldn't hear it. I didn't want to, I guess it's kind of like a protective thing. You don't want to hear certain things after a while that is so absurd. And he said, eh, Floyd Mayweather, you know, he got a chance to kind of, you know, point as a little, he was intimating that now Floyd may be making argument that that Lopez isn't better than him. Like that's what he was intimating. Like, yeah, deployed now is saying something, you know, you know, but it's okay. Like, in other words, he was actually in a conversation of after winning one title, not having a defense yet. Being embedded than Floyd Mayweather. I mean, it was just beyond the maniac. Yeah, it was pretty crazy stuff. And like I said, you know, where the people's champion and it was just the kid look. I didn't come here to knock anyone I came here to point things out and so did you. But you can't ignore things that are unignorable if you consider yourself a person that tells the truth. And that the truth matters. And our job is to that it does matter. So.

"Be sure to check that out at dynamic striking dot com. How you doing teddy? I was Thanksgiving. Yeah. Thank you. I hope you guys all good. It was great. We had 25 people relative Friends. Elaine was, you know, just great that she had to cook for that many people and I did it without breaking any dishes of everybody's head and. You know it was great to have family and friends and loved ones altogether appreciative to have each other. I just have the Turkey, but to have each other and be able to there's so many people out there that don't have somebody to be with on Thanksgiving any day. You know? And to know just to know that you got people that care about you. That's important. The people that be there if you need them. And so it was great. I hope all the people out there are fans out there who we love and appreciate. I hope I hope they all had a great Thanksgiving. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I hope rob had a great Thanksgiving with all your families. Your beautiful families, another treat on Thanksgiving Day was this. The rate is one baby. Like my brother from another mother, Stephen a, who I love, like he would say, how about them cowboys? How about them? He's always after the cowboy fence. But yeah, the rate is the rate has kept the lights on. Put it that way. That flickering. The flickering, but he kept they kept the lights on with the wind. And lights that are not flickering or the lights of the New England Patriots. They are not flickering they are strong, 6 wins in a row. I think they're in first place in the division. I said, I said, months ago that I thought the Patriots could win that division. And then you correct me at the time we said well the buffalo boys, oh yeah, their way above them right now. But I said, you never know a team that's really improved. They got to quarterback of the future, my son said that he was back Jones was the quarterback coming out of that class that he thought was the top guy. He thought he was another Tom Brady. Now I know that's a crazy statement. I get it. I get it. But he was saying that he got similarity. He sees the field his intelligence is reliable. You know, I always talk about in all sport, and in all sports that, you know, everyone talks about the talents that are so neon that is so easy to see, you know, speed, power, this, that, but what about being dependable? What about that talent? Being reliable, you know, being consistent. And Mac Jones has that. And he's accurate. And so I said to you, I remember, I said, I think they're going to be back. And here they are. Here they are. You got your ticket, well, you don't need to get a private plane. Are you it's the pilot ready to make that trip to the zombie? Already, LA, here we come. I'm staying with rob. We've got sideline tickets. Oh man, that's going to be beautiful. I'll tell you whose lights weren't flickering or were about to flick around all my children. They've decided that they're now Tennessee Titan fans that we live in Nashville. So they like actively rooting against me on Sunday. I said, guys, we can clown around, but I'm not clowning with this. If you root against the Patriots, we're never letting you back on the bandwagon. Close before the game was over all three of them like that we want New England instead. I got nope, that's not how it was like 20 or whatever. Exactly. And for the first Thanksgiving ever, we had just me and my wife and the four children and went over to some neighbors house, the great jelly roll, the famous southern rapper and country music singer had us over to his house with a bunch of his family and friends. It was a lot of fun and nice experience at different type of Thanksgiving a southern Thanksgiving. If you will, beautiful, big and big again. I don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to talk to you. I mean, you even have a studio setup. I just recognize that. God, he's got a studio. He's got a studio. I do it for the fans. I want this thing to look as professional as possible. I've been here for I've been here for 6 months, but one of these days there's gonna be some book shelves built behind me if I can ever get a contract or contract that I show up at my house. Who helps me over here helps us and he just looked at he put his thumb up, he said, wow, this guy is cooking with gas. He ain't playing around. I know what it was. I knew when it was, you know, very small. I mean, look out of now. He's like cousin Bruce..

"All right, the trailer card. Did you guys, first of all, I don't understand what is going on with this. Okay, it was gonna triangle. And they said it was like a hybrid of MMA in boxing. It was all boxes. There was no MMA. We were trying to triangle. Like what's half of an octagon and half of a square is a triangle? What's going on at the geometry? It was crazy. So supposed to be MMA versus boxing, right? And Shannon Briggs had the boxing team and rampant had to end my team. Now these two together are hilarious. Like they really should remake like how high with those two because they're just constantly barking at each other and Shannon brig is like, you know, let's go jam. Let's go champ. And he said he was mad at him because he wanted to play BA baracus in the 18 but he turned it down. And then rampage said he could hear Shannon. Hello and people say they turned it down. Like, oh, did you? You turned down a major motion. What else did you have to do? That you couldn't make time for a major motion. Okay, sure. You turned it down. And then rampage would say he could hear him saying, let's go champ by himself when he's naked in his own room. These two together are hilarious, but I gotta say, all right, first of all, the Frank Mir pula fights. This is like, you know, Frank Mir is all in one as a boxer. Oh, and one. This guy Poole was 28 and two. With his only losses coming to Klitschko and Anthony Joshua, right? So pretty good fighters. And he brought Joshua like ten months ago. It wasn't like he fought him like, you know, Frank Mir was never a striker. Like, even when he was like, UFC champion, it was his jiu-jitsu at a grappler. Dude, they're going to get somebody killed in this organization because there was no reason for this fight. I understand, well, Frank Mir signed up for great. A lot of fighters would do a lot of stupid things. But they're going to get somebody murdered. And that's almost what happened because Dan Merkel, this guy was I never saw a guy out on his feet, didn't know where he was in round one. You saw it quickly, mccorkle. You know how you always do? Yeah. You could tell there was in a boxer and an MMA fighter. You saw those straight quick punches. The Frank Mir had no idea were coming at him. And man, it was sad. I want to know what mattered loud I was doing. What world was he in? Where he let him take those extra shots and then at least give him a standing 8 count, something. You know what I mean? Like, he's not going to get somebody killed, man. That was, I thought I couldn't believe it. I watched replay I kept hearing people say that he's going to get somebody killed. You know whatever. It was worse than I heard online. Like it was bad me. And I don't understand. So they gave suppose that it gave Mike Perry a $150,000 for his fight, right? Two 50. I heard two 50. And they gave me a million or something. And then they gave the other. It was $3 on the event. It was $3. And where are they getting his money from? And they pay Metallica. Metallic is not doing anything with fucking cheap. I mean, what? Oh my God..

But i still shooting anyways. Yes he would just laugh. And i'm gonna have fun thing. I'm gonna take down now. We'll go again. Blam walk two nations sixty five so he's heavy. Yeah like at that point one sixty have you. Yeah but then you'd go from me to the other due to me and hetero just sit back and watch them just fucking jangle after triangle trails. I love seen her on multiple fight or two men realize how dude couple practices that came to your guys and stuff watching the way. He was coaching. You in the positions he sees and the way break things down like. he's a very good coach he sees. He's really good. He's got those quick little like dr chokes through showing off the wall and stuff. Stay with me forever. Aso's he's the good thing i like. He's always cooking something new. Yeah it's not like a coach who has a phone. He's like yo dive into foot logs for like you literally will devote three or four years of his life to foot locks. Yes well and then he'll go have this mastered from escaped to sweeps like masters it in a bunch of different things and goes okay. Now i'm going to shoot two arm locks. Yeah now. I'm gonna shoot into taking the back. Now i'm gonna shoot into seems like an aspect of rewards creativity. Yeah bravo and with them. It's like i'm always next them. So even if i don't wanna learn it i'm gonna have to learn anyways because sometimes he's like using footlocker and i'm like okay and then he broke my foot and i'm like fuck. She's full like this works. Do you look for foot locks locked. When when you're really no not really especially with fights i don't think unless you're a ratify luck. Yeah ryan hall. Yeah should be going for logs in anime tight dicey i feel like i should be used as a position put fear into them and use it as a sweep as a reverse here versus trying to get stuck there and finishing. Why you get punched. I've is you're trying to figure it out with leg locks for lock. It's one of those you attack is fast you can get. It used to get back on top wants. You don't get it get out. Get out to run. I use that as a sweep and now get on top of a sweep than it is an actual submission trying to hang out there. What was the guy. frank mir did that against my leg lock. Yeah fragment did against somebody along a brock leser. No somebody else e. e. n. n. Something never no no. No no no freeman. His dad had data die like that weaker. Said he was already in in vegas for the fight so he did the fight and there was able to finish the name. Was frank finish frank. Hamilton hit the to squish demand. "Can make all the red blood cells that you want but if you don't have the engine if you don't have a big enough carburetor in a deep enough intake you're never gonna get what you need to the pistons right the cylinder. Yeah pike's peak is a crazy thing by the way. Yeah people do that race. 'cause it's like nine miles all the way up this twisty road and maybe colorado and altitude of whatever gets snowy at the top and it's hot at the bottom. There's no guardrail over the edge. You go over the edge. It's it's a crazy motorcycles. To some of these guys they yeah. They do everything. They paved it recently. Which is peace. I think they pave. All of pikes peak. There is a. They didn't want it that way. It's twelve point four miles one hundred and fifty six turns. It's really hard to learn. You're going the guys are serious about trying to set a time to time defense. Obviously but you go a little too hot and one of those corners. You're going over the edge and that edge just keeps going. Because you're at pikes peak and yet it's interesting now. The cars used to be affected quite a bit as altitude changed in the air got thinner. But now there's electric cars and even if you have Fuel injected system with the right chip. You can chip incorrectly. But the human body doesn't have electricity are chip. So what happens. And we'll use it to and francis an example what these guys used to do was they were trained. Low low altitude search build up as much muscle fibers. You can't as much andrea as you can might qendra think of that as scrubbing bubbles of energy within yourself of your muscles but now you don't have enough red blood cells because that's what carries the oxygen to the muscles. So with these guys would do back in the day is they will do something called blood doping and that's gone that's well hang on whether do is put it in a centrifuge machine right. Before the event they would put it back in and there was no way that you can detect blood doping at your own and then that guy comes sloppy. You gotta keep a cold. You have to keep it on ice. You gotta move around the to or whatever. They figured out that a drug. You probably took brian At some point They took Not neupogen but Epl epa gen. Okay which artificially makes red blood cells so when you hear about pd. Pd's performance enhancing drug. The media will pick up and go steroids. But it's not steroids. It's actually something that will give you red blood cells they still couldn't detect vat so then they just went okay. Anything with metacritic level over fifty two. We're going to assume you're cheating except some spaniards and italians can get that naturally because of their genetics. So the answer to the question without getting too deep yeah. Should you train it out to you. Should train low and sleep high. So if you train out a low level where below a mile somewhere below thousand feet. You're going to get the optimal amount of muscle training done. But if you spend at least eight to twelve hours up at altitude at night you will built so if you can train at the bottom of valley and then go up to the top of big bear and live that your best bet or you can sleep at an altitude tent. Like michael jackson barometric hyperbaric chamber is the opposite. The it's funny 'cause they always talk. Talk to frank mir about this but there was talk about fighters training altitude. That's the way it always wanting to go up to big bear and train at big bear off top of siberia. Yeah you gotta train at altitude. But it probably didn't do them any good but it probably did help their training a lot because they're away from all the horse bars and probably just went up to big bear like some old timer just went. I don't even know anything about altitude. But there's no good wars clubs fucking liquor stores nudie bars high schools. There's nothing here that these people get into so we'll just go do altitude. Training and big bear is really just getting going to a cabin and not not banging and ball and doing drugs all right. Let me hit Keeps here they are only two. "With gene grad kelly. We talked about a lot last year and some predictions. Unfortunately they were correct. Cova caused damage and a lot of ways and twenty twenty. One of them is with drug overdoses. A cbs news reports that ninety three thousand americans died of drug. Od's last year. That's twenty one thousand more than the previous high experts say that lockdown for further isolated people dealing with addiction mental issues and coronavirus restrictions. Made it harder to get treatment There's a sociologist. Shannon manatt at syracuse university. Says there's no evidence that drug use actually increase last year. She says these were the two problems. According to her the increased presence of sentinel in the drug supply not just an opioids and eviction moratorium and increased unemployment benefits left addicts with more money. To buy drugs experts say the proliferation of fennel means that overdose. Deaths probably won't drop this year either finals evil and I guess it comes in from mexico. And i guess they set up chinese labs there and it's all weird. I don't know. I always feel weird that we're living. You got hold of me. One thousand nine hundred eighty five. You wouldn't what is life like in two thousand and twenty one. Utopia cars out of problems now. Mexico and deals and fen hall and people living in the apartment is not criminals. Your average drug user. That has an addiction problem. They're not themselves detrimental to society. There victim themselves. I feel bad for them near the somebody who's a drug addict who has problems. It's causing strain on their family and they just taking you know something that they shouldn't be taking but again because it's black market and now they're they're dying from these choices which again they're not choices but at the same time that's like you know if if randomly people just died cheeseburger. This shouldn't eat instantly. And i was like well Let's still like you know. It's bad. But i feel the crime definitely. Is it worse than the punishment. Yeah ever everyone's dying with the fenella their they're bootlegging all this stuff and they're they're branding it and we can't tell what the real the fake bills. That's what happened to the one guy. He gave his daughter. She had a headache gave her one of these pain pills. He thought was a regular that he had bought a script. From somebody. type thing you know. This came from a pharmacy. I'm just someone told me the script and they're actually bootleg pain pills so it killed his daughter. Yeah live with the rest of your life. Also just you know. It's just a weird. I always think about people who are in the business like what are you do. I make bootleg pharmaceuticals lab in mexico. It's like i don't know you wonder like where's the humanity in it. I'm not saying everyone should be mother theresa but like at a certain do know what the fuck of my doing well. Yes in a few years ago in kansas city and my my mom knew the story very well. I only heard of it recently from a podcast that there was a pharmacist at this next to the hospital in kansas city. And for whatever reason. I think it ended up obviously being money. Related was giving a chemo to cancer patients. Only a third full and the rest would like water in it or something and they couldn't figure out why none of these cancer patients were having side effects. Thought it was a miracle they they stumbled upon this new. You know chemo mixture. that doesn't give you side effects. Will they weren't getting treatment. They all i on it i. I'm in the middle of the podcast related. He was getting money Yeah pretty fucking crazy. So the next guy. But the idea that i'm directly causing misery index cancer patients. I like my kids in private school too but at a certain point i gotta go to sleep exactly scam your insurance company after the me. Itn's you know they have the categories comedy and scripted and whatever they should just have one called freaking out the bitches all true crime unsolved true crime in the skies cancer tree. My undergoing chemo tree. Oh my god next time you better sniff that shit ballots tongue its right. We all know that that's what it's called just as small as we haven't heard that name in a while maintained his innocence on his way to court wednesday. While entering will twenty twenty fiddles Referring to the proceedings as a dog and pony show he was charged again with six counts of felony misconduct for allegedly lying to police about a racist homophobic attack. He claims perpetrated against him. He arrived in court. Judge is going to hear both sides probably hear something by tomorrow. I'm sure mark has thoughts. I should i. I wanna talk them later today. That'd be great. I should ask him about that as far as homophobic attacks. I know the guys walk a little differently. But how can we really hell that. It's a homophobic attack. You know what. I mean like the racist attack talk. That's a black guy. Will we need market or we need to gave as saying you aren't here for that was a racist homophobic attack. But you just. It's a racist attack. I mean if it is it's a hoax but the point is is you. Don't you guy was gay. That's true i can tell. They figured out. It was like bonus on top of my racial crime. We're living in a good time when there's more racial hoaxes and there are actual racial crime so goodness and as we record this i mean. It's it's quitting time in chicago so they have to know something by now. I would think yeah. "I think it was seven or eight hundred thousand dollars even making a million dollars in on the ufc heavyweight champ. make a million. I last at least from a tweet or post. That i was i think he said he made like seven hundred or eight. Hundred thousand dollars is pay to which is still. I mean that's still decent. Pay for a may fighter but be the helix heavyweight champ on a show that's bringing in thirty forty million dollars in the headline gets less than a million than i see how that would upset people so i think that he's being vocal about that and he's a unique position that most guys don't complain about that where the do complain about. It aren't in a position to do much about his leverage right. Or they're like a conor mcgregor were connor. He's making the twenty million dollars a fire ten whatever and so. I'm good now. i'm not worried about anybody else. So that was so usually when the guys do into that realm of their pain and i guess francis and a unique situation where he's in a lot of in the in the driver seat and he's not being adequately taken care of especially now watching the you know logan and jake paul or are able to. Their opponents are making more money than Than than francis right. It's interesting might think the next. They haven't really disgusted it. They usually kind of you know you win the heavyweight championship and they start making your next fight and getting it out there. They've been talking about john. John's john jones is basically unbeaten. He has one technical loss because he like elbowed someone on the ground or something. I know he was smashing. That guy to begin with and i think the guy it was already hurt with one of the take down. It's like i think everyone was dislocated a shoulder. So would may stop the fight from the illegal down elbow. The guy couldn't continue because of the legal technique that happened to the man. This is not his fault either. He's like aim at a messed up. And if you stop the five years. I know. I can't continue. But he's essentially undefeated in a sport. Where oh frank was discussing earlier. Everyone gets a few losses. He has no losses so and if he can put on that wait now. I don't know john. Jonathan put on to beat on exactly walks around about two thirty. Is the thing is ozzy shows up at two forty. He so physically strong. I trained with them. Two years for two years down in albuquerque and phenomenal strength. As far as you know the i was make that type of strength. That's he's far boy strong when they were doing like a planned metric workout and outweigh by forty pounds and i still jumped significantly higher than he did. We all did travis brown andrea laskey. John actually had horrible vertical but if he grabs you or like i tell you hey hold onto this pole. Don't let go that dude. You can't get them off. You like his static just to hold and grip. Somebody is unbelievable so for wrestling for that aspect of it. Really pays off his fight with francis. I think that it. Just it's you know. Francis has the power to touch anybody. Put them lights out obviously But john is able to keep pace a fight. Which i think that's always counterproductive francis because he's just a pure sprinter so explosive so ungodly strong that comes with a price. His muscular endurance is not that great. So if you watch his first fight with meal chick the former champ. It was a high paced first round and francis than teetered but so mentally strong. He was able to stay in the fight for four rows but he was physically washed in their second fight because he was able to stop the take down from from steep a cpa. I think only through five punches him in the whole first round so for five minutes francis can fight at that pace all day. Long if you're going to throw just a few minutes here and there is a powerhouse that's not going to hurt them not gonna tax his cardio whereas john is so flexible and so good at kicking. I think you'll be able to keep up a higher pay. Sa- fighting at a safe distance and francis jumps in too quickly to landa elite hook or a backhand cross John grabs him and if john grabs him. And it's over with you know what i mean like. France isn't stopping. John's take downs the It's interesting john jones because i was Like studying guys with real thin cavs bigger than his ankles. Superstrong though and it's weird you guys don't know this about me. But i have that weird leverage strength and it's a strange thing it's not to do with muscles or muscle size or anything. It's just about. I think it has to do with balance. Must have assertions it you're using. He uses all of his body. That's pretty crazy. wingspan right. Yeah and it just eighty five. You'll see it's kind of a weird thing. I i know. I always compare it to you. See darrell strawberry swing a baseball bat. He just his whole or thomas her story right cross. it's his whole body is coiled coils. Right where you'd see the guys you know. The sort of the pete rose guys big forearms and stuff like that. Who's this. yes steve. Garvey upper body. They didn't have to use. They had strength right so they didn't need to use all of all parts of the buffalo. But when you see john he just sees entire body engaged. It's so it's weird. It's like is he stronger or is he using a bigger percentage of his body. You know john's wrestled for a long time as the middle child of two studs that were in the nfl. So i think that he's used to you know being pushed around by you know so it built up strength young age. But what you're speaking to. And the reason why sometimes you can see those guys in the gym girls who just look much stronger than what they should be. I mean you see somebody you know benching three hundred pounds you expect to see you know eighteen charms and you can see some time. I just watched one hundred forty five pound woman bench. Press three hundred pounds really. I saw like but it's tended insertion some of it's just a lot of it is genetic gifts and i tell people it's like this if i'm gonna grab a broom stick that's dug into the ground if i hold high up on the stick afar from the focal point. My leverage is phenomenal success. Strong if i hold lower it's kinda hold it a baseball. The very tip. It's heavier. i have less leverage so it's a lot of things when people look at off your tendon assertions certain areas where your muscles tendons insert on your bones. It's varies from person to person in your tendon. Insertions are.

"There tell fix what's going on will now way i was explained to me and like i have forty year old cells in my body that are trying to fix this injury. Now they put in you know. Basically you know weeks old cells that multiplied much faster more efficiently and stronger as so now. Your healing process just goes through the roof. And just accelerates all the things and makes possible. What is impossible anymore. It's like hey look you're in your forties fifties. Things just aren't going to go as well as it was when you were eighteen but you can actually turn back that clock by borrowing you know. Basically you know brand new cells in your body. We're in the future. How does it work. You know you see all these You hear people talk about all sorts of memory and and you know my dad's gonna turn ninety. I've sitting sitting with him the other day and it's like everything he just goes i. I can't think of the word. Like i can't think i can think of the name of this guy can't think of the word you know the near you know it it. You notice it as you get older you go. What was that Play pop warner football with that guy. Its name like that kicks in. I hear about stem cell as it pertains to the muscles and the joints but the physical part. But i don't feel like you've got blood going through your brain point. You have a blood bank brain barrier. So if i put a lot of if you put a medicine in your your your arteries it doesn't necessarily get to your brain. Your brain is very protected. Your body you know keeps bacteria and different things entering them so that you have this barrier that doesn't allow a lot of things to transfer over so you can take certain medicines but it's never going to get to your brain and actually just doing the stem cells intravenously. Your brain is one area. That has a hard time getting too. So what they do there as l. Actually give you basically a spinal tap you sit there pull out spinal fluid so they don't put too much in you and your and this is a surgical procedure. So you're basically in a room with a guy you know An urologist and they Pull the they mix your spinal fluid with the stem cells. Whatever is and so that way they take out twenty. I don't know the exact numbers thrown out there. They're only injecting back. Twenty of liquid but now the liquid is mixed with stem cell. And so now they pump directly into your your cord and so that way it goes right to the brain and benefits some people. My friend did the That version of it out that. Jim abandoned that version of it. They call it concussion. Protocol type have had like myself who've had multiple head injuries You have inflammation going on inside the head and this can go through and help. Prepare those things bosco. Say i'd do it but that was such a question i asked. Maybe it's unnecessary decent still. I wouldn't say over the sharm. No but it's it is interesting that why just the joints. Why not the noggin. And i never would have thought about this barrier but going with the with the spinal tap and then yeah guys that have been alive. And but i'm also you know thinking selfishly like you know comedians. They get a little older. They kind of get a little fuzzy up there. I wonder if that's i wonder if that could be something that could be. The last time i was there i only did my joints and i did the intravenously one They were basically the week. They tried to fit me in. I wasn't able to get into the surgical room to do the The surgical procedure part as far as the The concussion protocol thinks they had named it there So this next time. I'm going down on november bringing my daughter because she has injuries to already. At this point you know so so we're going to go there and that's actually when procedures billups walks. Next time i come in could be more of a testimony if it works. We'll be able to have a before. And after i'm speaking now. Yeah and then. Let's see how when you come out. Yuck indubitably to to to at least a little bit better for concussions. I've had is for the most part. I'll look at other guys when they speak. I'm never gonna say maine's but you know there's certain fighters that are fighting for awhile and you hear them talk and you're like ooh that doesn't sound good. That's rough and i always am self conscious about my own. I tell my wife. Hey i think this is one of those things that when it's happening to you you don't know what else could be came anne frank what's going on with that sad. What happened right. So i'm like please don't be that guy that doesn't know if i need a sippy cup. Please let me know that's a. That's a good partner. We've talked about the allegations Skin boots guy part wife to make sure to say something. Obscene is. Checkers and mma is chest. Yes that is you know. And maybe we should get maybe thomas. If you're not worrying alligator boots your wife makes you go back and put them on the all right. Go with me. Crocodile boots fair to me adjuster. Purple now is funny. "Why i like should airy tale. That's right okay. Press united strength together. But i still want to see marvis trait that uppercut die. Yeah yeah Yeah so you don't shouldn't always entered the family business. There can be advantages and sometimes maybe just not knocking dominating. Well that's true. But there is a i mean there is a boxing is so corrupt promoters. Oh we got frazier. What they put the name on the marquee like this is going to sell some tickets. Let's put him in there with talks and has a much larger disparity of talent fighting each other. You have guys at twenty fights and eighteen of people. That don't even have a winning record you know. It's amazing sometimes is the difference in an opponent's until they get to the top level where that's one thing with. You know you'll see the different shows you know you're fighting the that's why very rarely are sport. You see a guy with a perfect record because there's so many tight battles. I mean just to get to the title contingency. The guy probably fought four or five guys are all top five. Yeah i always say that you know legends of the sport you know you go tito ortiz. That seventeen and twelve or something like that would not work in boxing a testament to both teams with a low scoring game. Yeah and it's also what makes it such an such an exciting sport which is in boxing. Oftentimes more often than not you kind of know who's gonna win going going in like you. This kind of when. When tyson was in his prime you knew he was going to win the questions. Which round was he going to get the knockout. Or how was it going to be uppercut or overhand like but you knew you knew with larry holmes when he no one could beat him he knew when he got in with marvis regime. Larry holmes gonna win the fight. What round knock them out in. I can't tell you how many ufc fights were just like who's going to win this fight. I have no idea and neither do the experts. We talked to every eh activists with the wrong guy half the time very hard to be consistent. Yeah another thing too like even like you know less noticeable as even names you can go to local boxing matches or you know you have shows in vegas where it's not necessarily a you know a showtime. Hbo type televised. You know. it's a good fight. The be some notable fighters on there. You sit there in the audience and watch you'll see one guy walking awhile all right. That guy's a professional fighter. And then you'll see his opponent come in you're like holy hell like they sanctioned this that guy is gonna die wat- not you just don't see much i I got a thing. I root for the guys with the least tattoos furred then once in a while ago with the guy that the train rumbles now in our world there no tattoos but then after that i go to guy at the worst physique love it when a guy the guy with the dad body just can't pass on some rip did feel like that's a win for all. The personal brings a smile to my face. The stem cell therapy by the way. Because i know you got. Oh you're here to plug some some different things as far as career wise. It helped me out immensely. And that's actually by bio. And i don't know how much interest you have in doing stem cells. But you know a lot of times. I tell people that you know things get too much hype either has to be cast. This hoste maybe oversell in it and really with the stem cells. I went down in december of twenty. Twenty two thousand eighteen year before last. I twenty twenty and the amazing results. Turn my career round big time. That's why i ended up doing a professional boxing match here just recently in april and competed against a world champion My body was pretty beaten up towards the end of my ma career towards it. And it just made it painful to wanna go. Compete and train hands discouraging. It takes you fifteen minutes to get out of bed in the morning now as start question. Your cell phones my age. You know father time you know comes for everybody. Is it true. Now's at my time to hang it up. And then the stem cell completely changed. I mean i'm awesome people. They're like okay well. Is it to be too good to be true like well. Here's the catch. Here's the part that makes it go. Okay i it's extremely phenomenal. As far as how it helps your body. But it's not the cheapest thing in the world. So i tell people that go. There is a catch. You're going to have to be you know this isn't cheap. You know like you know you are going to get what you pay for. What's the process as far as well when you go on there on my side. I mean they do these Embryonic stem cells women that have given birth. everything's fine. They can donate the cord blood and so the donations they are able to pull through and the guys that understand the sizemore basically police stem cells are blinked cells that you can put in the body and they clean them. Make sure everything you know. I it safe and then you go in there and you do two different versions of it. Basically you have what's called like a systemic where i get an iv. So i you sit down there. And bob celebrate. Everybody pretty much always does the ivy also on top of specific joint so i have torn labor's in my shoulder and my knees are all have had multiple knee surgeries so. Obviously as a came. When i go in can you focus on my shoulders and my knees at two other injury areas like okay. This my broke my hand mike. Okay the this old break a costly you know rears its head up and gives me a hard time so these sit there with a new. Iv and that the stem cells go intravenously wherever your body gives off an inflammation response. Or you know there's an injury your body's pissed off it gives off a signal which causes swelling The inflammation response but also helps your body sins repair cells..

"Year you two just Google American shaman and find the closest location to you. That makes three of us because I used the products as well, Frank for you. You mentioned it earlier, but I want to kind of re focus on this. What is it about American shaman? That makes it a brand that you trust in an industry that's got a lot of competitors. Well, American shaman wasn't my first exposure to the CBD industry. And I kind of really was not impressed. You know, I've read and heard so much about it. I really was enthusiastic about giving it another opportunity to try CBT. And in the past, the other products I've tried just did not come up to anything. What I was told to do it. Do It wasn't until I was exposed. The American shaman CBD that I actually felt market difference and started to see one was just how Smalling wasn't in certain parts of my body, my joints and whatnot, and that's why I was telling anybody like If there's any doubt whether or not you want to give it a shot. That's why American shaman even go in, get a sample at any of the stores and try it out. Because once you get first hand experience, you know, no real risk to yourself. Besides the gas, it took you to get there. Um, that makes no sense The world not to give it a shot. I tell people that the minute you try the product you'll see for yourself and then mount, actually, you know, Taking a tour the factories and seeing how it's made. It makes sense why it works so much better with the matter technology. How is broken down and becomes water? Sybil much more than any other city product before which were had men of that ability or all extremely oil based, I just didn't absorb nor in their ability that That the American shaman has for him. That's so true. American Shaman definitely is a superior performing product. I know that you had the longest tenure in New York City history, the fountain, Bela, Tor, and the day after that, I know you considering coaching basically, what's next for you, Frank in your career. I mean, it's been an exciting one. So far. We know there's some stand up comedy going on. But what else do you have planned for your future? And most importantly, how can American Chabon CBD help you? Don't you want to do You know? Honestly, I think that if you have asked about 15 years ago if I'd still be fighting for the one I would have said no. But now it's It's more less. I I kind of just want to see how far the human body can really go. I think a lot of guys we have these preconceived notions of what OK at this age, man should you know be doing this? I mean, hell when I was a kid, you know, 41. You're you know, you've got a big belly. You're grilling burgers in the backyard and you might be telling glory days. Stories of high school. Not actually still competing with other 20 something year old athletes and then and then waiting on. So now you know, the first guy that ever did. It was Randy Couture that damn Henderson thought into their forties and still winning titles. So now I'm just curious how far I could go and push and it doesn't help it. One of my main wagering partners and coaches make best if 51 years old, and he's still out. Lift everybody in the jet, perhaps down, not even a competition. And so I'm sure they're going. Wow. Yeah, I gotta stop making, you know jokes about getting older. You know, I can't because, well, here's somebody who's 10 years my senior who's kicking my butt in the gym on a regular basis and everybody else on the way out. Guys that haven't met twice. They can't hold candle to him. And so now that's basically what I want to do is just push as far as I can to see what really is the limitations of what an athlete can do. And not just be motivated by financial games. Because that makes sense to me Why semantics hanging up? You don't make much money. As you get older, You can transfer another field to do other things. And But that's not even really y sort of thing to begin with. It was always a test myself, and now I'm testing myself against you all the you know, Father time. Frank Mirrors are guests on the American Shaman show before I let you go. It's a thrill of a lifetime to be able to talk to you on the program today, But I gotta ask you I mean, when I grew up, but I'm 61 years old boxing was the thing and slowly, slowly, slowly you have see mixed martial arts has replaced that. What is it about the appeal? And the excitement about the UFC and mixed martial arts that you think captured America and the world's imagination. Well, you know, I think boxing before used to have a fear of guys losing A guy could be 32 1 and I sucks, And I think that they saw it was in the May because we don't protect people in the UFC. And then the top shows they, you know the best fight the best. Well, that means people lose. I mean, that's like finding an Olympic wrestler who's undefeated. It's difficult because of a certain level when everybody is that good. People end up taking shots and and and and lose, But it still doesn't take away with how great they are. So we get to actually see really great fights were you know in the past with boxing because the different promoters Will protect their guys all the way to the titles. You have a guy who's fighting and I go. Hey, man, this guy's you know, he's two fights away. Maybe a fight away from title Contingency. We're gonna feel fight tonight and then all the sudden you see the guy who's fighting like what they do get. The local bartender is that that guy is really gonna step in the ring with that guy. And that's what you would see. In boxing. We're now whatever may your guys that are, you know, they're years from a title shot. They're fighting other killers, and we get to watch that his fans He really got tested and push. That element has made it to where it's made it more entertaining and not just one sided battle that we see in boxing. I love it. Frank Mir two time UFC heavyweight champion thrill for me and I'm sure matters Well, they have you on the show, The American Shaman CBD show heard every Sunday and Wtmj Thank you so much, Frank. "Welcome back to American shaman Show her every Sunday, right here, Wtmj and joined by Matt Walsh, store owner for American Shaman and a special guest Today, two times you have seen every way champion and I found out a stand up comedian as well. Frank Mir Frank before we get to American shaman stuff real quick. What kind of a guy in an audience He's gonna heckle a stand up comedian who is also a two time UFC heavyweight champion. I don't get that. You know, you surprised. You know, in our society. There's definitely a buffer that allows people to get away with a lot of verbal. Uh, garbage before there are there but has to pay the consequences for it. So you know, alcohol gives the baby while people get say may or get out, Get out. Get a brave But then I would make that joke. You know, like, hey, if you're really gets to be famous, I'll make you famous. Just not gonna enjoy it. I love it. Let's get to the American shaman part. How are you, Frank First introduced American shaman CBD. That happened. I was actually doing commentary at a show called Excess in I Work Out regularly is one of the broadcast guys and a store owner and actually walked up behind me and spoke to me and it was like, Hey, I see that you're in a lot of pain in my back and you know and bending over it. And at first I was kind of over. You know, smart aleck back on. Do you not know who I am? Course pain in my middle name. I live in pain constantly, and so he pulled out a bottle of the the picture. And he put a couple drops of bottled water was here trying to sound and then maybe in crazy enough to go and just pick, you know candy from a stranger? Sure. If you say it's gonna help us give it a shot, so I took a drink of it. In about 30 minutes into the show. I want to stand up to interview somebody and I asked, stood up without paying Was drastically diminished in our shock. Is that why I can't believe like what was that? That that can't be CBD because I have been taken too many products previously and just was really no. I kept taking it. You telling me all this is gonna work for you and Other guys. I'm taking like a 30 day supply every week and I can't tell the difference. And then when the American products on the product came along, and I got introduced to it, I was shocked at how a single dose of them 30 minutes I felt so I ran back out into the crowd found the other Stoerner know what is that? You know, and Basically that started by introductions, American shaman. I got a whole defense from you know the owner and started talking from there like, hey, like this is incredible stuff and I'd like to get more people because everybody talks so highly. He believes such on the huge, you know, topic Now we'll have a great supplement, and but I feel like there's a lot of products out there that don't really deliver. And so I feel bad that I would have been one of those guys. Goes into a store buys it with all these promises of what's supposed to happen. I go home and I take it and I don't see any kind of results. You get to half the bottle. You just throw the rest away. You're like that's a waste of my time. A waste of my money. And really, that's a shame because the sea but he does work. It just has to be. You know, So far, American trauma is the only product I've found that I've really noticed. I market difference when I take it and don't take it. I used the water. Sybil Carter, too, And I think it's when the best ones that we have. What are some other products that he used that American shaman makes Frank take me again. The water saw the DVD. I take twice a day I take the extra strength. That's probably what I'd make sure that I mean, I never miss that. And now I'll take C B g first thing in the morning with my coffee, and then I take CvN and night home go to sleep. And then at night once I'm done with my you know, showering. It's time to get bed and she drives my wife nuts. But I basically covered by every anything that slightly bothers me. I cover with the ointment to be in my soul with the CBD in it. That really helps make a difference how I sleep at night and I'm top of that. The only other one that I'm really religious about that is the Omega. I think that twice a day also, just because again, I got to go to the manufacturer it with his hands and took the tour the factory and seeing how they make the product and realizing that The Omega being broken down the same way they break down the CBD into that battle technology of the car. Well, this is just a better product that when I'm getting, you know, currently we're talking to Frank Mir, two time UFC heavyweight champion on brand Ambassador for American Shaman products. I love the stories for somebody who's done this as long as you have. I know that you have expertise that we don't have. So talk to the athletes out there who are struggling with their performance and the recovery. How can they use CBD to kind of get them on the path to success that you've seen? Well, I would just challenge anybody. If you really want to know what's holding you back. All these people we constant want to do things to improve and I tell you what you'll have so much time in the day. You know, you have so much time to go to the gym so much time to eat problems so much time to sleep. And people really underestimate off therapy. Take care of yourself. You know that's gonna do three workout today, but they don't want to go see the therapist to get a massage or do stretching and do things that, But honestly, we're going to probably add much more to the percentage of their performance. I'm like, If you miss a way work, I would have to lose 0.2%, you know, But you're not stretching. Be a super You might be losing 10%. And so the one area I told you, but you look at it. Look at inflammation. You know, it doesn't take a long time to Google information and all the negative impacts that has on your body. Not only does it Hurt. You know, the immediate area where the injuries that internal inflammation is horrible for your body. It actually is an indicator of cardiovascular disease on and also to I tell people like I've been doing a lot of stuff with the military and a lot of PTSD type recovery and one thing that they even 10.2 is that ah lot of the stuff that happens mentally, the brain fog, a lot of the stress anxiety. They're noticing that a huge cut and reducing inflammation in the brain. And so when I say this to people I'm like, look, you know, obviously, you know, eating healthier and drinkable water. There's different things you could do. But the one area that really I noticed has a huge impact on my inflammation of my body. Makes 19 days I can tell whether when I wake up in the morning if I can close my hands or not, If I'm on CBD and and having a regular regiment of CBD in your body, it does reduce inflammation and again. Don't take my word for it. Everybody has a smartphone in the pocket Google information, see all the negative effects that it can do, and I tell everybody and if you could get a product that will help alleviate that it's not Dangerous chemical That's not going to harm your kidneys with long term use such a 90 proof that doesn't come with consequences, but nothing but benefits. But why? Why wouldn't you take that chance? Talking to Frank Mir, two time UFC heavyweight champion in a brand ambassador for American shaman CD products. After the break, we're gonna ask Frank what's next? What's next? Professionally? How will American shaman CBD products help him and others get to where they need to be, and we'll go through the locations of the American shaman stores in our part of Wisconsin with Matt Walsh, American Shawn, the store owner and my co host of the American Shaman Show.

"Heck of a special guest today. Frank Mir, two time UFC heavyweight champion has a record for the most finishes most submission victories. Longest tenure of any fighter in UFC history for the folks who don't know about UFC and mixed martial arts kind of give us a quick primer and then tell us what that feels like when you go on a big show on a Friday night in Las Vegas. What that feels like Well, Basically, it's just it's martial arts. If you watch any movies, and you see guys kicking, punching, grabbing, throwing They go to the ground. They tried to choke each other, basically anything that's legal enemy there aspects of martial arts. We watched judo, wrestling and boxing, kickboxing. It's all legal in our sport. Which is a combination really, As far as a martial artist goes. I was talking about whether the capital eats of the martial arts world because we have to know how to basically do everything and in a few of us tried to become experts in certain aspects of it, But really in the maze is an art where you have to basically be proficient in every aspect of one on one combat. All right, Frank. And being a high level athlete, I don't think a lot of people know what it takes. I mean, the big lights, the fights. What was your secret to being mentally and physically prepared for your fights? Well, you know, I got a lot of military because I feel like you know, the warfare broken down to its simplest form is the same as my mind versus another person's mind or an adversary. And so a lot of the emotions and thoughts and feelings are going to be very similar. Obviously, the circumstances and consequences can change drastically from our real battlefield and just my sport of world. But as far as the human aspect of it, it goes across all lines. So one thing I learned a lot and I was watching the military's guys. They constantly train is close to realistic as possible of what they're going to do because they want to familiarize themselves with situation so That's what I always did. I always made sure my training was this close. We will fight as possible. And also I did a lot of visualization, right constantly. The locker room every time I started to get nervous, or I would say it's the demons. The demons come or that you're gonna go on. Get back down. 30. Seconds in front of millions of people are you know you're gonna go out there and slip look bad before performance. When those voices those naysayers started enter my ear. I would just start visualizing. Okay? No, The fight starts is what's gonna happen. My watching a film on my apartment That's most likely what he's gonna do. And here's my answers. The first one doesn't ask her, possibly Here's My second one is my third one. And you start running your teams to your head and I found that that actually helps barrels every aspect of my life. I'll go do public speaking of the same thing. I'll go up to go out and forget. We'll know if I forget this is what I'm going to Or what I've done Stand up comedy and like, okay, if this happens if I get a heckler, I know I have my checklist. I visualized it ABC indeed. And I think that's very, very kind of health nervousness because, you know, let's face even as a full grown adult go down in the basement turned the lights off. I get a lot Eve. Well, that's because everybody is scared of the unknown. The minute you put the lights on. Things seem a lot less scary, and that's what visualizations always done to me. We're joined by two time UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, who was also a brand ambassador for American shaman. You did it a long time and I've watched a lot of these fights. I mean, what's the secret to stay and healthy? At least we can compete at that level for as long as you have My wife is when I tell you this, but it's like, Oh, but the success behind every man is a woman who spends all his money. I had no choice. I have to keep fighting now. Well, you know, But in all honesty, I really taken the weight aspect of our sports seriously and nutrition and that thing that I've learned that it's helped me to stay in as I've had with injuries. I've hurt myself Even now, when I go to the doctor and I get a normal knee scope of something It never failed. It's almost like a joke. That was my wife. Doctor always comes out. Looks at her like I don't know how that body is still doing what he does like it. Just it just as Dr upon your work. I mean, like that leg shouldn't hold up for this his back. Shouldn't you know you should be walking with a limp at all times and And in my mind is just like, well, A lot of it might give in to those, you know that, But I despite against it, and I tried to fight it intelligently as possible, And that's one thing I really let me the DVD phenomenon. What's causing it. To me? It seems like another tool to help battle information because I started looking where the greatest stress to my career Well, inflammation is a huge spread towards anybody's well being and especially the fighter. We're adding information more than just day to day stress, and American shaman has the best blocked out there when I started really holding on it. And that helped me out there. Frank is totally incredible to see what you've done. And just to see how available you.
