The GOP hopefuls for president are weighing in on a possible government shutdown in a debate on the Fox News channel. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie went after President Biden and former President Trump. Joe Biden hides in his basement and won't answer as to why he's raising the debt the way he's done. And Donald Trump hides behind the walls of his golf clubs and won't show up here to answer questions like all the rest of us are up here to answer. Meantime, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said Democrats are shutting down the American dream with their reckless behavior. He then asked, where is Joe Biden in the shutdown debate? We're four days away from a possible shutdown. The Senate is working to pass a bill funding the government through November 17th. But House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said today he doesn't see support in his party for it. McCarthy is trying to work with the most conservative Republicans who demand more spending cuts. Roughly 60 percent of U .S. consumers across all income levels are living paycheck to paycheck. The Financial Guys
A highlight from Rising Auto Theft Rates: Urban Consequences and Solutions
"Well, you see how easy this is now. Now you look at how they move money around and how the in your face money laundering folks, this is what this is. This is corruption and fraud. Some of the Bidens are great at the money laundering part. They got 20 shell corporations, but guess who's getting the guess who's going to be controlling the funding to rebuild Ukraine. We pay to destroy it. And guess what? The Hillary Clinton Foundation gets paid the rebuild Welcome right. to the podcast. We are in the same studio today, which is kind of nice. So thanks again for downloading. If you're just listening, if you're watching or watching the clips, uh, thanks for watching as well. And just for a quick mention, so I don't forget, if you haven't downloaded our app yet, I'm noticing we're getting a lot of downloads and the cool thing is when the morning Mike's program is going Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I'm the, seeing the view count go up and up and up, which is awesome. So I know we're only, you know, we're still in the dozens. I'd like to get into the hundreds and eventually thousands, um, but it's a cool program. If you haven't listened to it, it's a quick 15 minutes to quick by morning, run down three days a week of the top five topics, three minutes each. Do a great job. They do an awesome job when we're, when we fill in the stuff. We screw the whole thing up. Yes. Yeah. We, we blow the whole, the whole, uh, the schedule, but, um, but they do awesome and they're funny. I love it. It's a quick, you know, down and dirty 15 minutes, top five items of the day. And now you get your day started off on the, uh, they, you know, I think on the right foot, they were saying this week, like, Oh, it's so negative all the time, but I think they're hilarious. They take the negative stuff that's going on, but of course the negative stuff isn't the news. Yeah. Yeah. That's what we're seeing. I mean, carjackings again, Rochester had another, you know, record night. I mean, it's incredible how that was going on. And so it's amazing is, is like the Democrats just sit around and watch this happen in every city and every city. It's insane. Yeah. I sent you an article earlier this morning about Philadelphia. Let's see. I can find it. It's, uh, not that it's anything out of, you know, anything that we don't know about, but let's see here. Philadelphia swarmed by alleged juvenile. Come on, come on. Juvenile looters targeting the Apple store, Lulu lemon and footlocker. Yeah. So, cause they're starving. They're starving. They just, just need a little piece of ham and some Turkey. They need clothes and food. That's, that's only fair. I mean, they, you know, and once again, I know we've all heard this joke, but footlocker is not missing one pair of working boots. No, no, all the Nike's, all the Nike. Yeah. Well, some of those Nike's, I mean, Oh my God. Crazy. You know, talking about like, you know, thousands of dollars for a pair of, thousands, thousands of dollars. I was talking to my daughter and she said to one, one of her friends has a, as a pair of shoes were $1 ,200. I'll never forget the most expensive pair of shoes I ever bought. We were just starting a business. This was like 30 years ago now. Right. Crazy to think. And I remember somebody told me that maybe my dad was like, you got to have a decent pair of shoes. Right. And so I went up and I bought a pair of Justin and Murphy's. They're like 120 bucks at the time. Yeah. The most money I have ever spent on a pair of shoes. Now boots, I've spent more money on since because boots are more expensive, you know, hunting boots. Well, there's a purpose to them. I still don't spend more money on shoes. Like I'm wearing like Skechers or like $40. Like some of these Nike's $500. You can't tell me you're running faster. It's different when you're going to go out and buy a pair of like waders or something. You're going to use them. First of all, you're going to use them for the next 30 years. Right. And there's a purpose to them, right? Like, okay, they're more expensive, but I can walk through the water with them. Right. But if I bought like, if I had five, 600 hour pairs of shoes, I'd be afraid to leave the house. I wouldn't, I wouldn't get off the carpeting. Well, they're targeting the Apple store here, Glenn, because they'll buy jobs. And that's the only way to get a job is to make sure you've got an Apple iPhone. So it'll be like Chicago. We talked about this the other week with, with, uh, with Mike Speraza, Chicago is now forced to open or, or just talking about opening, you know, a, a government run grocery store in the inner city because they've all that. Well, they're going to, so they're going to, they're going to, the plan is to fight the communism with more kind of communism, right? That's going to work really well. But could you imagine how inefficient, first of all, Walmart's pulled out, Costco's pulled out, all the stores have pulled out because now target, have you heard targets now closing stores across the country? So target is now going through and discussing all the stores across the country, liberal target, liberal target. They put a black lives matter that they ripped down the smash of the window. I thought that'd be some sort of a shield or that we're just going to put up this, uh, this plywood and we're going to spray black lives matter on it. Hashtag hashtag BLM. And we'll be safe as they rip it out and use that same plywood to smash the window with. It's pathetic. There'll be nothing left in these inner cities. The problem is when it starts to spill over into the, into the, Oh yeah. This is, this is where it gets ugly. Well, they want it. That's what they want. That's, that's why people like, uh, the governor of New York, uh, you know, Kathy, the ice queen, Kathy Hochul is, is, you know, they first tried the push for section eight housing in the suburbs because that was only fair. Yeah. Now they couldn't get that through because the people in the suburbs are like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Now they're busing in illegal immigrants in the middle of the night. And I tell you something, if these Democrats like Mark Poland cars were proud of what they were doing, they would have a welcoming party at noon at noon, high noon. They'd have a press conference welcoming our newest community members off the bus so that the whole community could see these family units that are getting off. You got the husband, the wives, the two kids, you know, the things that we see in our country, right? No, it's not happening. They're bringing them in at two o 'clock in the morning. So nobody sees, they're all, they're all 23 year old males, right? Or 18 to 25 year old males. Some of which are from the Congo. I don't know about the, uh, you know, the, some of the social norms in the Congo, but I'm just thinking that maybe they're a little bit different than the Western world. I don't know. I'm just thinking maybe not. Maybe they're exactly like us. I don't know. But they're exactly like us. Why would they want to come here? Why are they aspiring to come here? I don't know. Anyway, it's a fentanyl fentanyl up again, by the way, there was another report. I think it was on a Fox news. Well, good for the Republicans. I mean, at least part of them, I should say good for the five or six Republicans that are the extreme right wing, according to the media, that's holding this garbage up. No, shut the government down, shut it down, shut it down until there's no more money. Take the money, go into Ukraine and send it to Texas, which they did right to the border, which they didn't do last time. Right. Kept it open. That's what do you need? What do you need? We're out of control. The founding fathers gave the power of the purse to Congress and the, and the Pentagon, the Pentagon goes, yeah, you know what? We're just going to exempt Ukraine funding from the budget. So ha ha. We just went over 33 trillion. If you go online and look at the clock, it's moving fast, right? So we're on our way to 34 or 35. Can you even see the numbers anymore? They just blur blur now. So, so fast. Oh no. And, and good news, by the way, we're refinancing this debt at 5 % now, not at 1 % or zero like we were doing. Yeah. It makes a lot of sense. Yeah. It'd be great. Yeah. The fence talk about keeping rates higher for longer. I don't know. They're not going to be able to do that. They'll be cutting interest rates by next year. Mark by where? And the number one reason I say that is because when you talk to every economist, I say, that's not going to happen. And they are typically wrong. So if you take the, it's like saying betting against the casino, it's like saying, you know what? I don't think MGM is going to make money in the sporting books next year. Ma, they're going to figure out a way to make money. They'll rechange the lines, right? Well, you, all you need to do is look at it and get a bunch of economists in a room and ask them where they think the market's going to be and then do just the opposite and you would be way better. Yeah. Pretty much that's usually the way to go. No doubt about it. So the, the, the, the Pelosi, we were talking earlier about the Pelosi stock trader. Yeah. You can follow online. Now, some of these folks, we did the game show game last week. We talked about the, uh, the net worth. I picked the poor ones too. They were like 23, 21, you know, $20 million. Some of these folks are amazing. I mean, really just, you know, the wizards of smart on some of these are just really, timing is impeccable up here. This is somebody who is selling some software that I'll track it, which you can, you, you've pointed out, you can get it for free online, but, but the, the numbers are really astonishing. This Democrat Senator sold her Aspen vacation home for $25 million. That was just after she sold her Lake Tahoe vacation house for $36 million. Well, by the way, why, why do they own these big $25, $36 million homes? Well, a big, big part of it is because the taxation of it, right? So a Feinstein who's telling you your ordinary income tax rates are too low. She's shifting that to a capital asset, which is going to create a capital gain in the future or no gain. Or no gain. I mean, they're 10, 10 31. This is why when Donald Trump looked at Hillary Clinton right in the eye and said, you will not get rid of the carry interest deduction and you know it because all of your, I use it, of course, all of her bigger donors donate money to Hillary Clinton. And this is exactly the truth, right? They will never get rid of some of these things. Like they talked about, we're going to get rid of the 10 31 exchanges. Yaha. Yeah. Uh huh. Yeah. So the big developer strokes a giant check to the, to the Democrats off the table. Let's listen to her success though. Amazing. A Senator sold her Aspen vacation home for $25 million just after she sold her Lake Tahoe vacation house for $36 million. Only two years earlier, Diane Feinstein has been a member of the political scene for 32 years and her salary is only $130 ,000 per 130 grand a year. Now it's more now. That's a little bit dated, but it's up, it's up to probably 180 now. But, but listen to this. First of all, if it was up to 580, you're not buying $23 million homes, $36 million homes. No, no, we're going to put in multiple homes. We're going to, we're going to put the Paul Pelosi onto our research committee. You make a million dollars a year. First of all, most of, most business owners that make that kind of money, they didn't make it throughout their whole life, right? They didn't start making a million dollars at 20 years old. They started making a million dollars at 50 years old and it took 30 years to get to that point. Right? So my point is, you're not at a million dollars a year at age 50. If you did it the right way, the hard way, and you did it yourself, you're still not affording a $23 million home, right? Multiple ones. Yeah. Multiple, multiple. Right. Those aren't even her primary residence. Those are her vacation homes. She lives in, she lives in California. Listen to this though. And it's, it's all of them. It's all of them now. This is a, this is from Nancy Pelosi, stock trader. Uh, this is a tweet, uh, a Twitter feed. You can follow Pelosi tracker is what it's supposed to track or underline or something like that. You'll find it. Anyway, uh, three weeks ago, sitting politician bet against the U S economy so far. He's been right. Tom Carper bought $45 ,000 of PSQ and inverse ETF on the tech sector on eight 23, August 23rd. Since then he's plus 3 % while the market is negative 4%. Go figure. Wow. Go figure. Man, these guys are so good. Yeah. And they're not by, they're, I mean, these are, that's some pretty technical strategy. You started getting into options strategies and stuff. I mean, yeah. Yeah. These guys have become very, very slick. It's not just about buying a, you see, it used to be, okay, I'm going to buy X, Y, Z. Then I'm going to vote for or against something. You know, I'm going to short the stock and then I'm going to vote against them for both that, that, that. So the stock goes down or I'm going to vote for something, knowing that it will benefit the company. The stock will go up and in a sense front running. No, they're, they're in the options strategies now. They're in the market. Yeah. They're doing butterfly spreads. Yeah. Crazy stuff going. They're very sophisticated. They shouldn't be allowed to two things. When you go into Congress, I, you know, I would love to have a Congress person run on or present around the following platform, right? Number one, term limits, term limits, top of the list. Number two, though, while you're in Congress for the eight years, or wherever we allow you to serve 10 years, 12 years, whatever it is, you could not invest in a stock market at all. All your investments are frozen or your choices, a model, some kind of a model liquidated go to cash, or you could buy the fidelity balance to counter. You could buy the, you could buy the T -rope price, you know, target retire, whatever, you know, or you go to goes into a blind something or other where you have no idea. Right. It just goes into what you picked a one through five tolerance for risk and somebody else invest. Maybe it's just broad indexing. Maybe that's it. Right. Something that doesn't allow this kind of garbage to go on where, you know, they buy, you know, Tesla stock and then approve a huge, you know, oh, we're going to, guess what? We're going to build a, you know, for government funded battery stations all the country. Of course, Elon comes out and goes, we already got those, you idiots. I did that like four years ago, you morons. Amazing what Elon can do and what the, what the government can. Going back to target for just a second, not to digress, but I found WGRZ, thankfully came up with a list of the, uh, the target stores that will be closing, Mike, the full list of locations all in, all in Republican run. You'll be shocked. Yeah. Yeah. Right in the, uh, the thriving, the, uh, you know, thriving, the Minneapolis, uh, location, the retailer said the decision, the close was really difficult. I wonder if that was after half. That was the one they put the BLM on. Yeah. Oh, that was the one they put the sign on that said, please don't burn our store down. We love you. I hashtag BLM lit it on fire. Yeah, that's right. Yeah. Uh, let's see. I'm shocked though. I wouldn't, I'm surprised you wouldn't stay. I mean, you know, like just collecting, you love them. You love, you support them. This is what you supported. Remember you, you, you raised money, you gave money. Yeah. And guess what they did with that money. They agitators hired to whip up people in the community to smash and burn down your store. You idiots. So there you go. There you go. Nice, nice work. What else do you think, Mike? Uh, New York city's East Harlem neighborhood. That's going to be one that's goes down. I wonder why. Chicago, San Francisco for sure. San Fran. Yeah. San Fran. Uh, by the way, before I forget San Fran, Democrat San Francisco mayor, announces plan to require drug testing, which is good in an effort to, if you're going to receive homeless benefits. Right. But the funny thing was in this same passage, they're going to Texas to try to recruit police officers. The funny thing is is that the people they sent from San Francisco to try to recruit people. They didn't come back. They defected like North Koreans. Some of them got jobs. They get over the wall. They come out, they get over the wall. It was hilarious. No, they didn't go back. Well, the other five stores, Mike, three in Portland, Oregon and two in Seattle, five, three in Portland. They're pulling out of Portland together. All of these inner cities folks will be food deserts. You're going to hear that term. It'll be business deserts. It'll be nothing. Well, business deserts, nothing left, but there'll be, but target, don't forget target. Does target sell food? Yeah. Well, yeah. They sell food. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. Well, I don't go on target. So Walmart I know does Costco for sure. Costco is a food store. I don't think target is as big as Walmart as far as like fresh fruit, but definitely frozen food, all that kind of stuff. You know, aisles of pop and water and chips and right, right, right. And all that kind of stuff. But you can definitely frozen food. You can buy bulk frozen food there. So, so there's going to be food deserts, all over the place, business deserts, whatever you want to call them. You know, it's amazing because you know, the, there's no policing. And the sad thing is that is the problem. It's not, there's no policing. I shouldn't say that. Excuse me. No, you're policing your asses off. I get it. There's no ability. There's no prosecution. There's no bill. You guys are arresting people, putting them in and they go right back on the street. They're getting, they're getting appearance tickets. It's a joke. Your point is no, there is no policing anymore because of the system, the Democrats put together where the police officers aren't going to bother. If you're a police officer and you know that somebody is going to be this, this carjacking or whatever is robbery. And you know that there's a potential, you're going to get an altercation where you're in New York state. There's two police officers that have been brought up on charges recently with almost a hundred percent chance that if you do catch that person, that person will be right back. Yeah. A hundred percent. Why would you bother? Why would you bother? You're not going to put your life in line. No way. You want to go home to see your wife and kids too, and your mother or your husband or whatever. You want to be able to spend your Christmas with your family. Why would you do that? And they know that, right? The Democrats know that. This is, you can't be this stupid. I mean, who allows these people to go right back on the streets and say, this is a good idea without correcting this right away. You can say, okay, bail reform. Our intentions were one thing, but when you look at the fact that in New York state, we are now breaking records in towns like Rochester and Buffalo for the most amount of vehicles being stolen. We can say, okay, look at bail reform, put it in place. It clearly did not work. It's been a total disaster. These towns have turned to shit. We absolutely need to go back in the other direction. They're not doing that. They don't care. They want to, and they're doubling down, tripling down on it, tripling down. We invited this liberal on, you actually were on the show with him and he said, things are actually safer since bail reform. That's what his argument was. His argument was, and by the way, his argument was if we have even less police officers, cities like Buffalo will get safer. Well the thought was less police officers, less arrests. Less arrests means less crime. Dude, you got the whole thing backwards, bro. And not only that, but now we know that, right? Now we know, now you can, I mean, literally auto thefts are up 360 % in Rochester. They're not up 3%. You can say, well, you know, in Buffalo and we're in second place. And they can't play, they can't play in COVID. They're trying to like, well, it was a lockdown. People were at pent up, whatever. Remember that was the, that was the reason for the rioting and the ballooning and burning like, well, people had a lot of pent up. We probably should have locked them down. That was a little bit of the reason for the increase in suicides. You guys, you guys increased suicides because you locked kids in their homes, but it wasn't the reason that they went and decided to steal Nike sneakers from a footlocker. So check this out. Speaking of COVID, this is huge. This is, I don't know if you saw this or not, but this is absolutely ginormously huge. Dr. Fauci was smuggled into CIA headquarters without a record of entry where he participated in the analysis to influence the agency's COVID -19 investigation according to the house select subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic. Did he need to do much with these left -wing CIA agents? Probably not. No, no, no. That's what they're smuggling him in for. Well they smuggled him in because they didn't want anybody to know that he was part of the PSYOP operation, which was hydroxychloric. By the way, the I think it was a Mayo clinic and some other hospitals now have come out as well as the CDC and said hydroxychloroquine, yes, indeed is an effective treatment for COVID. Oh, by the way, ivermectin also an effective treatment. The CDC now approving that. Now mind you, we're going to keep in mind that if there was any other treatments that couldn't get the emergency use authorization for these vaccines that clearly don't work. Amazingly, I'm still seeing people online go signing off my sixth booster on our way for the sixth shot, proud to get our sixth shot. How about how about one the other day, local left -wing nut job got her sixth booster shot, six shot and she still got COVID and then she said, well, I was so good hiding and it got all my shots and then I went to a concert and I got it at this concert. Well, first of all, you don't know that, but second of all, if you have six shots and you six shots and you still got COVID and you actually think that was a good idea, you don't need a vaccination. You need a mental, you need a mental check. I tell you, I know people during the during the COVID, the height of the COVID that were older, some of our clients actually that were prescribed by a doctor a hydroxy quirk when they were taking it once a week as a as a preventative measure. Yeah. And they, to this day have never had COVID. Yeah. And it's, it's, I mean, so it, but the sad thing is again, you know, we couldn't, it's all about the money now. And that's, you know, when people talk about the evils of capitalism, you're seeing some of that. Now, capitalism is the best thing on the planet, right? As far as, you know, lifting the masses out of poverty and creating amazing amounts of wealth. But the problem is this isn't, this isn't capitalism. What's going on. This is cronyism is what's going on. It is, Hey, look at, I will give you these government dollars. You're going to get this patent. You're going to get this. Unholy marriage between business and government. Mark my word. We were talking about Feinstein selling 25, $30 million homes. This Fauci will be on the board of Pfizer. He'll be on the board of Moderna. He's going to get shares of those companies. He will be blessed with with with millions and millions of dollars. His family watch and see, we'll be talking if we're, if you and I are fortunate enough to be around 20, 30 years from now, we'll be talking about the Fauci trust and watch and monitor that trust and see how big that family trust. Well, you see how easy this is now. You look at how they move money around and how the in your face money laundering folks. This is what this is. This is corruption and fraud. Some of the Bidens are great at the money laundering part. They got 20 shell corporation, but guess who's getting the, guess who's going to be controlling the funding to rebuild Ukraine. We pay to destroy it. And guess what? The Hillary Clinton foundation gets paid to rebuild it. Right. And guess who's going to get the contracts to rebuild. Oh, that'll be probably one of the Biden family members or somebody else's politically connected. Right. Remember it was, it was a Joe Biden's brother who got the contract, the multi -billion dollar contract to rebuild Iraq. No building experience, never been a contractor, right? No idea. Right. This is why these projects cost 500 times what they're supposed to cost. This is why when money comes into Buffalo, for example, $25 million to build homes, five get built. And you were, wait a minute, five, are these $5 million homes in the East side? Each of those homes would have been built for a quarter million dollars or less. And yet where did the rest of the money go? And the, the answer is never, we don't know. We don't know. We can't account for it. Or we'd have no idea. Or I mean, how many times have we've seen that in so many places that whether right down the local level or God forbid at the federal level between, you know, Iraq and others. I was telling you last week on the radio, I was reading an article about the grants that were coming into the city of Buffalo to plant trees. And I thought, okay, wow, like this could be sweet. Okay. You know, like I'm a big tree guy. I love trees. I plant trees every year. I do think, okay, that's one way to, first of all, I think it's one way to make a community look great. When you, when you drive around, let's say North Buffalo, all the streets are all tree. They look beautiful. You drive around the East side, it looks like shit, right? So, okay. You're going to take some of my tax money and you're going to directly plant trees. Okay. It's a win for the environment. It looks nice. It's going to bring things together. I'm like, well, where's the catch? This is a government agency. Where are they going to screw it up? You read through and you find out that they're paying $1 ,000 a tree. Now you and I both know that if they're saying it's $1 ,000 a tree, by the time it's done, it'll be two to $3 ,000 a tree. Now you, you're talking about $13 million worth of trees. You and I just planted trees. Every year we plant a few trees around our office, you know, three, four in the spring, three, four in the fall, just so they can start to grow and work their way in. And then, you know, plant more. We pay $250 a tree, plant it. Right.

Home to the greatest collection of conservative voices like Dennis Prager, Jay Sekulow, Mike Gallagher, and more. Salem News Channel is unfiltered and unapologetic. You know, if you're a news and political junkie, you kind of like seeing ads that run during a big event like tonight's debate. Emily Seidel is about to join us. She's the CEO for Americans for Prosperity. In fact, let's bring her into the conversation now. Emily, it's great having you on the program. Great to see you. And I'm so impressed by the work that Americans for Prosperity is doing on behalf of Americans who are struggling with Bidenomics. We all know that, frankly, the economy, inflation, that's what ought to be front and center tonight. And to that end, AFP is going to run an ad that's going to air, I believe, during the debate or around the debate, certainly on Fox Business Network and Fox News Channel. Let's share the Americans for Prosperity ad with everybody as we kick off our conversation. Ronald Reagan used to ask, Are you better off today than you were before? Sadly, for most Americans, the answer is no. We know that because at Americans for Prosperity, we talk with them every day. Binomics is crushing us. I can't keep up with the rising class of America. This country is on the wrong track. We can do better. But we must focus on solving the issues that matter most. With new leadership and fresh ideas, we can reignite the American dream. You know, Emily, that's such a powerful message because it's what Americans need to hear. I think it's what Americans are craving somebody to give a solution to this economic mess that we are in. And thanks to this grassroots effort on Americans for Prosperity's part, more and more people are focused like a laser on how to get the job done. So first of all, kudos to the great work that AFP is doing in that front. Well, thank you very much. And thanks for having me on. I agree that it's what Americans need to hear. It's also what we're hearing from Americans. We've been knocking on the country. And with that ad, we just wanted to share back what we're hearing from them in a way that hopefully calls on candidates on the debate stage tonight and lawmakers in Washington right now to focus on these issues, the issues that we're hearing matter most to Americans right now, and actually step forward with some solutions. That's what people are looking for. I've invited our audience to support Americans for Prosperity because your grassroots efforts are as impressive as anything I've ever seen. So far, Americans for Prosperity has talked to 4 .6 million voters through phone calls or just good old -fashioned door knocks. What's the message that your folks are hearing from all of those millions of Americans that you're connecting with? Well, it's pretty impressive. 55 % of the people that we've spoken to so far name inflation as their top issue. And we've never seen that kind of focus on a specific issue at this point in a cycle. No other issue. I mean, there are a lot of other really important issues out there, but no other issue is even cracking the 10 % mark. And so that tells you something, the economic Biden agenda is crushing families across the country. And that's what we're hearing far and away the most at the doors and on the phones. You know, I'm going to throw a curveball at you because you've been at this a long time. You've spent really decades working in policy and politics. I've been at this a long time as well as a broadcaster. I've never seen anything like this in terms of what appears to be the intentional destruction of our economy. And I want to pick your brain for a moment. Emily, I want to see if you agree with me that this does not seem to be accidental. Is it a stretch to say that these awful policies that are crushing small business owners, that are hurting farmers, that are hurting the middle class, do you think these are well -intentioned but misguided policies? Or is it indeed intentional damage? I mean, that's a great question. I like to hope that people run for public office to try to serve their communities and just make bad choices sometimes. But at this point, you really need to start asking. I mean, as we're talking to folks across the country, for instance, there's a 71 -year old man that we just talked to in Colorado who's retired, who has to come out of retirement to continue to be able to live, support his wife and his niece who lives with him. We had a grocery store event in Wisconsin where we were giving out $25 gift cards to the grocery store as we were talking to people about the cost of all of this rampant government spending that's been driving inflation and what they can do about it, what their voices can do to try to drive change in the public policy arena. And one woman said that because of that $25 gift card, she didn't have to choose between a portion of her grocery list and diapers for the week for her family. I think that's the most important thing. And I think that's very, very important to the people of the country and they're very frustrated. No, and that frustration, I hear it every single day on the show as well. Emily Seidel, who's the CEO of Americans for Prosperity, is visiting with us here on The Mike Gallagher Show. You can go to americansforprosperity .org and support this very impressive organization that is moving the needle. A lot of Americans know what matters. I like to talk, I use the late great Charles Krauthammer's book title often on my show, Things That Matter. Buying diapers matters. How to pay for the groceries matters. There's going to be a lot tonight, and Americans for Prosperity matters, so go to americansforprosperity .org to support this very important organization. Emily, there's going to be a lot of distractions over the next 18 months. We're going to see all kinds of drama. There's a lot of drama about who's on the debate stage tonight, who's not on the debate stage, what's going to be talked about, what's not going to be talked about. Are you worried that those distractions are going to water down what ought to be the alternative vision that we need to get the country back on track? Are you worried that some of the drama is going to overshadow this crucial, crucial message that we have to stay on point and focus on how to get this country back on the right track economically? I don't think so, and here's why. Because we've been talking with voters across the country, and they are focused. They're focused on listening for what the candidates will do to address the top concerns that they've got. They're wondering, is this crisis of affordability of life, is this the new normal? They want to know what people are going to do to shed the problems of biodynamics and get our country back on track. And so my advice to candidates would be to recognize that those are the people that you're talking to. Don't get distracted by all of the rest of this and focus on the failure of biodynamics and your solutions as candidates for public office to get back on track. So when I invite my audience to support Americans for Prosperity by going to Americansforprosperity .org, I want to make sure we get into the nuts and bolts of what it is you do. Because from where I sit, there is no group in America that connects to the all 50 states and what Americans for Prosperity is specifically doing to grow that army and how our audience can help. So Americans for Prosperity is the largest national grassroots organization that works to advance public policy that's focused on what I talk about as the core principles of freedom and opportunity for every American. And a lot of people ask me, what does that mean to be a national grassroots organization? Well, it means we've built 36 state chapters so far, and we're growing. We've got activists, as you said, in all 50 states. And we work in communities to make sure that people's voices are heard by their lawmakers, whether that's at the state level on critical items of importance to what's happening in your state, whether it's K -12 education reform or anything else, or at the federal level and specifically looking at how we're going to get our country back on track from the failed Biden agenda. But our whole goal is to make it possible for good policy to be good politics so that we can actually get things done that reignite the American dream. And it's all about elevating the voices of Americans to the folks that they've elected to drive that change. This is what it's about. And every single day, people say to me, what can I do? How can I mean, it's one thing to complain about these destructive policies, but it's another thing to take action. Emily Seidel, it seems to me, 40 plus years I've been sitting in front of a microphone. I have never felt a stronger urge to tell everybody, you've got to get off the sidelines. You cannot be passive anymore, because frankly, the country's at stake. And I don't think that's rhetoric. I don't think that's hyperbole. Do you? No, not at all. You know, last cycle, I met this wonderful man up in Pennsylvania who said he was watching TV and he saw one of our commercials and he said, you know, I'm going to stop complaining to my friends about what's happening in our country. I'm going to get off my duff and do something about it. And he came and started knocking doors with Americans for Prosperity and AFP Action, which is a super PAC. Together, last cycle, we were in 457 races across the country. We knocked on more than 7 million doors. We reached tens of millions of voters through phone calls and emails and mail pieces. We're going to do that and more this election cycle. And no matter where you are in the country, if you want to get involved, we've got somebody that can help you get involved. Listen, to learn all about AFP, to join their army, and it is an impressive army indeed. Just go to Americansforprosperity .org, Americansforprosperity .org. Emily Seidel, thank you for spending some time joining us. And we'll be looking forward to seeing your ad tonight on the debate. I'm glad we gave our listeners and our viewers a sneak peek.

You've probably seen Jason Rantz on Fox News Channel. He's a conservative radio talk show host out of Seattle. I felt so stupid a few months ago. There was some event. I think it was in Tampa even. I was at some event and he was at a booth and like a dopey fan boy, I go creeping up to him, Jason, I'm Mike Gallagher. I'm a big fan of your work. And of course, he looked at me like I was the stalker that I was. And so when we had an opportunity to talk to him about his new book, we thought it would be fun to bring him on the show because his new book has a title that is right up my alley, What's Killing America? Inside the Radical Left's Tragic Destruction of Our Cities. Jason, admit it. When I came up to you, you were looking for security. I'm still looking for security. I'm still deeply uncomfortable. I dragged you onto the show to try to stalk you about your new book. That's how obsessed I am. Now congratulations on all the great work you do. Like I told you in person, you are fearless and man, you go into some of these cities and you've been covering for a long time now something that I really am obsessed with and that is what seems to be the Democrats' intentional destruction upon our American cities. This to me is one of the great unanswered questions. We see prosecutors that don't prosecute crime. We see cashless bail. We see the shoplifters. We see the murder, the mayhem in places like Seattle and Portland and New York and all over the country. But the big question is, if it's intentional, and I think you and I believe it is, why? Why are they doing it, Jason? So it's intentional, but I don't think they realize that the destruction that is happening as a result of their policies are actually tied to their policies. I think ultimately these are folks, and I make a differentiation between Democrats and the radical left because I don't see the Democrat party itself per se, at least not the voters, responsible for the destruction. I see the radical sect of the Democrat party, and they believe that there is going to be some short -term pain for what will ultimately be long -term gain, whether we're talking about crime, homelessness, drug use, housing costs, immigration, you name it, all of which is covered in the book. But I think they just understand that to make this kind of transformative change, you're going to have to cause some chaos. I think certainly there's some people who just like the chaos, and I think that those are the most particularly destructive people. We see some of them in local politics. I think we see some of them at the national level. But ultimately what's killing America is about why they believe what they believe and why they're implementing certain kinds of policy. What is it that motivates them? What is that ideology that motivates them? Because when you truly understand the why in addition to the what, that's when we can actually fight back and win some of these battles. Otherwise you're going into war completely blind, and that's not a great way to fight. It goes back to one of the most famous quotes of Barack Obama's presidency and the whole history of Barack Obama, we want to fundamentally transform America. And I remember when he said that, I got chills. I thought, I think he means it.

"Were you hardwired into this program Mike? Kinda, yeah. This was an actual hit. The theme song of this was an actual hit on the actual radio in 1976. We have a happy day's cast birthday. That would be Potsy. Potsy is 74. I have no idea how old Ralph Mouth is. Well, they're all in their 70s. It's a weird birthday too because Mark Hamill, virulent liberal Luke Skywalker, he is 72. And you know, you just pause, you stop and you think about the career and what happened. The great Christopher Reeve would have been 71 today. That 1995 horse accident, man, I still haven't scrubbed my brain of that and what heroism and activism. So anyway, big showbiz birthdays. A lot going on in the news. You want to do some new stuff or the book, the article? Well, let's do both. Yeah, the book comes out this week, the Fox News book, but let's start, let's not bury the lead. This Washington Post poll has people in hysteria. I mean, they are running through the streets of DC with their hair on fire. This is kind of unusual. I've never seen a media organization like the Washington Post produce the results of a poll and then trash their own poll and bang on it. Right. It's an outlier. This can't be real. This can't be right. I mean, it's devastating news for Biden if it's to be believed. Now let's face it. Polls are quirky. Here's why polls kind of matter. We kind of, they don't. The reason they don't matter is because Lord knows we saw polling about the big red wave in 2022 and that didn't quite work out for us. So let's remember before we get too excited about polls that they are subject to change dramatically. But here's where it does matter. It does give a person like Donald Trump momentum. There is an appearance of momentum. There is the facade of surging and momentum, which kind of feeds upon itself. It just, it just snowballs. So it's real. I mean, it's very, very, it's very, very palpable. And it becomes even more and more unlikely that anybody's going to overcome him. But we never know. A lot can change. We still could, we still could change. How about the debate Wednesday? I heard you mentioned driving in. I thought I saw Burgum. Yes, you did. I rectified that a couple. He did. He managed to get 3 % in Iowa, 4 % in New Hampshire. Speaking of polls I'm skeptical of, there's one, but bless his heart. He seems like a good guy. It seems to be wasted time. I have a very short appetite for wasted time. How about wasted money? How about the money he's spending on the ads? You know what those ads cost? I know. And they're all, I see, I see six Doug Burgum ads every day on Fox news, speaking of Fox news. Every ad I see on Fox news for Doug Burgum, I think how many families of police officers would that help? Or how many poor people would that feed? Or how much, how much of a border wall would that fund? It's his money. I know he can do what he wants. But what a waste of money. It seems to be. Unless, unless he comes in third in Iowa or New Hampshire, kind of punches a ticket out of the month of January. And I mean, stranger things, well, not many stranger things have happened, but then maybe, maybe he ends up with some, how old is he? Is there running mate buzz? You're not going to have a North Dakota running mate buzz. There's not buzz about him over here at the 7 -11 down the street from the airport. Buzz. There's no Doug Burgum buzz. Here's the conspiracy buzz about the Washington Post poll that you just mentioned is that this is on purpose. They want to show Biden as desperate so that in the liberal and the Democrat ivory towers, they can really get the ball moving on replacing him with somebody who might have a prayer of winning. So that's not without some merit. I mean, you know, they got to be sitting around saying, this is our guy. I mean, last week at the UN, at one point it was utter gibberish. And you're looking, I'm thinking my Lord, that's the commander in chief of the United States of America. So the Democrats have to see this. Mark, no way he'll be the nominee. No way he's going to run. Shall I ask you? I mean, okay. I'll ask you again. It's a flow chart.

"Why won't you resign, sir? Senator Menendez? Because I'm innocent. What? What's wrong with you guys? Why would there are gold bars there? What's wrong with you guys? Play that again. What's wrong with you guys? You're supposed to be on our team. Why won't you resign, sir? Senator Menendez? Because I'm innocent. What? What's wrong with you guys? Why would there are gold bars there? Man, I want, I want that guy's press. What's wrong with you guys? You're on my team. You're Democrats. What's wrong with you guys? And they point out 24 of you want him gone. I actually have a very unusual experience this morning. I am feeling sympathy for Karine Jean-Pierre. And you want to know why? It's because there are two stories out there that are, they're just, you don't want to wake up like the White House press secretary, I assume, wakes up at least as early as I do and starts with the British papers. So the telegraph has a headline this morning and maybe the least favorite headline Karine Jean-Pierre has ever seen. Inside Team Biden's plan to stop the president falling over. That's the headline in the United Kingdom's major newspaper other than the Times of London. The left reads the time, the right, the center right reads the telegraph. Inside Team Biden's plan to stop the president falling over. I, you know, most people don't go beyond the headline, right? They're scrolling around there. Oh, the president's in danger of falling over. That's not good. So I can't wait for Peter Doocy to say, well, do you have any comment on the headline in the telegraph inside the president team plan to prevent him from falling over? And then she's going to accuse Peter of some heinous crime and move on without answering. But then the second story is going to come up. This is all over the place, but I'm just going to run with the one from Fox News. Hunter Biden received two hundred and fifty thousand dollars in a wire transfer originating in Beijing with beneficiary address listed as Joe Biden's home. So James Comer of the House Oversight Committee announced that yesterday, two hundred fifty grand in twenty twenty nineteen got sent Beijing to Joe Biden's house.

When you think of Argentina you might envision tango, soccer, or maybe a juicy steak, but today it's all about a wild surge in bitcoin advocacy and a man whose opposition to statism might be louder than a wake -up call from Frankie. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM That's right, baby. Wake the f 'up and get on the Freedom Train. We get a lot of s*** to cover. Let's get it! I think that it can be my moment. Because as we have seen, we are in all of them. And we are not one of them. This is what we are in all of them. Because we are going to do everything, and we are going to take care of everything in the world. Yes, to be able to build Argentina properly. A liberal Argentina. An Argentinian people. An Argentinian that is going to build the borders of the world. And yes, in 35 years, we will be able to build the first global potential. So yes, effectively, I am going to be in politics. be Will it Teresa? Míle he is right. Míle? Míle, he is right. farm. go I'm gonna ahead and start with this go ahead and take a look down there 339 .8 million views and I want you to put that in perspective so when I said that you know these bit corners just made history well they're both advocates and it just became the most watched interview in history now Tucker's last interview with that orange guy yeah Trump that set the record and beat Oprah's former record with her interview with Michael Jackson and it appears Tucker Carlson is going full Eminem breaking a record every time he drops a record right now what this really had me thinking is the fact that well you know Joe Rogan gets like 11 million views he's the number one podcaster in the world Tucker was the number one show on Fox News and all mainstream media and he was getting about three four million views I'm putting that in perspective he's gone independent and he's got 340 million views blowing everyone out of the water talking about well look at this Argentina's next president and this guy is winning big -time you saw those crowds who is he well Tucker traveled to Buenos Aires to speak to him and find out and we of course hear it simply Bitcoin have covered Malay quite a bit but very exciting stuff an amazing conversation very base and before we get into that now Malay you got to understand they kind of do language a little different right so when he uses the the terms liberal he's referring to classical liberal like Bastia which is closer to libertarianism or anarcho capitalism if you'd like to say and when he refers to anything like socialism or communism of course they're all the same thing all statism and that's really the point that he's driving home is the fact that it's freedom versus the state and I love it until you fix the money for example a lot of Western democracies went full tyrannical regimes over the past few years and they're supposed to be democracies with representative government that is supposed to work in your best interest but I think we know the truth well let's get to it we're in downtown Buenos Aires the capital of Argentina this was once about a hundred years ago one of the richest cities in the world and you could tell as you walk around the fated grandeur of a once great city but this is now a desperate country its economy is in shambles has been for a long time Argentina famously defaulted on his debt more than 20 years ago but now hyperinflation has made this country genuinely desperate you see when you have dinner here in restaurants and people pull out bricks of local currency the peso to pay it feels like Weimar or Zimbabwe but it's not this is a developed country that's moving backwards at high speed and because of the frustration that has built up among the population particularly among poor people a man called Javier Miele is poised to become its next president he's a former soccer star goalie a performer in a Rolling Stones cover band and a libertarian economist he's not a libertarian in the traditional American sense he wouldn't fit into the Cato Institute he's libertarian in the traditional sense he believes people should have the maximum amount of freedom they can be given which is a lot much more than they now get in Argentina he has moved from basically nowhere in the last several years to become maybe the most famous person in this country the election is next month in October and once again it seems like he's likely to win he himself is a Bitcoin enthusiast right he jetted off to Argentina not for steak not for soccer but to meet the rock star economist and fellow Bitcoin advocate Javier Miele why do you think from your perspective you've become a man with no political background so popular so quickly in this country that in a cable con el hecho de que ese de huador de football a mismo tiempo ese do cantante rock -and -roll y ademas a soy economista y creo que esa combinación es una combinación attractive en terminos de producto televisivo pero por otra parte lo que también es importante el tema de las cídeas y argentina a pasicamente es un país que se va cien años abraçando las cídeas socialistas y entonces la revelión natural del sistema era ser libérales y es por eso que la revelión natural la parece siempre los jovenes y los jovenes encontraron alguien que man Miele from an 18 % poll prediction grabbing a 29 % victory in the primaries Miele maybe is unpredictable as a Bitcoin price chart and with hair that's probably more talked about than the latest thing what is that now like men in black aliens in Mexico or something and the guy is very based he's just gonna say what he thinks what he feels but Miele's boldness isn't limited to just critiquing the state but he also questioned the Pope talked about advising the orange guy and has many times advocated for Bitcoin is the future of financial freedom in short Javier Miele is making waves the Pope the current Pope is from Argentina I would think he would support you he has instead criticized you and you've called him a communist why the disconnect bueno primero porque el papa juega politica vente a si luma some papa donde tiene forte Ingenencia política ademostrado además una granda finidad con dictadores como Castro o como comaduro si restar el lado de de dictadores wait I'm sorry Raul Castro's a murderer si if you got to the el robo esta encontra de lo que seniela los días mandamientos si ha valar la justicia sociales ha valar el robo por otando son problema de que está violando los días mandamientos el otro problema es que es un trato decíbal friende a la ley now me and myself I'm kind of against protectionist policies but Malay on the global stage he has a clear stance no deals with status so china lula unless it's Rep. Ken Buck Eyes CNN Job While Criticizing Biden Impeachment Inquiry
"The probe launched last week in a Biden's alleged corruption including with a September 15 Washington Post op -ed that other Republicans said included glaring inaccuracies. Buck said privately last month that he was interested in a job at CNN. The source told The Post. After he weighed other options over the past year including joining a DC -based law firm or seeking Biden's nomination to the Federal Trade Commission. I guess he's gotten close to the Biden administration because he wants things. Buck 64 confirmed to The Post he's exploring his options and said it would be great to join CNN. That other head case, Kingsley, was CNN producer MSNBC one of them. Buck said in a phone interview quote I'm interested that recently. news organizations, I don't want to call them left, but sort of left center and having an opportunity to do that full time or do that as a contributor would be great Buck said in a phone interview. Congressman called back later in the day to say that he'd also expressed interest in a position of right -leaning Fox News or Newsmax. It didn't want to give you the impression that I've only talked to folks at CNN on the left. I've also talked to others about this and Buck represents a vast rural district that spans the entire eastern border of the Rocky Mountain State and said Tuesday it was unclear if he will leave office this Congress, Fox next Congress or whatever. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy says President Biden will get what he wants if members of the GOP caucus remove him from the speakership. If you did a motion to vacate, you would have to a handful of Republicans work with Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Ehan Omar to remove the speaker. And it would be exactly what the president wants. During an interview on Fox News Sunday Morning Futures, the California Republican said ousting him would shut down the house and stop the impeachment inquiry against President Biden. McCarthy also brought up what it took for him to secure the speaker's gavel in January. He was elected after a historic 15th ballot. McCarthy's comments come after Florida Republican Matt Gaetz vowed to bring forward a motion to remove the speaker unless he meets conservative demands on spending cuts and policy reforms. We saw a president fail to acknowledge the events of 9 -11 by giving a speech in Anchorage, Alaska, of all places. Then he lied about it. It was an amazing thing. I mean, what a week he has had. The news for Joe Biden is bad and keeps getting worse. For example, we talked about Biden's visit to Vietnam where they literally had to pull him off the stage. Man, oh man, did you see him in Vietnam? Holy moly. They had to pull him off the stage because he started babbling like an idiot. That's the president of the United States. And listen, we better hope he runs in 2024. Let's pray for once that a Democrat's ego torpedoes their chances for reelection. Because if he runs, there's no way Americans can vote for that. There's no way. It's impossible. That's not wishful thinking. It's, it's, you know, September of 2023 and they have to yank him off the stage. They did everything but take out that old vaudeville, the big hook, you know, you put the whole, pull the hook out and drag and then do a little soft shoe off the stage. Some disembodied voice comes over the PA and says, that's it. The press conference is over. And he looks around baffled and says, thank you everybody. Thank you. Where do I go? Where do I go? Don't throw me down, Clark. Certain sharp -eared listeners know what reference I just made there. Let's listen together to grandpa Joe. I want you to, I want you to hear what it sounds like when a president of the United States literally gets, gets the hook. They're so embarrassed for him. For whatever reason, he wound up in Vietnam over the weekend. Maybe air force one took a wrong turn and it landed in Vietnam and his appearance there by, you're going to hear about it all day long today on the news, at least on normal news. You might not hear about it on ABC, CBS, or NBC, but I'm not sure that even they won't cover this because it was this bad. Check this out. We talked about, we talked about at the conference overall, we talked about stability. We talked about making sure that the third world, excuse me, third world, the Southern hemisphere had access to change. It had access. It wasn't confrontational at all. Thank you everybody. This ends the press conference. Thanks everyone. I mean, what a disaster. And then he, then he goes and shuffles off. That's the president of the United States. The music is the best part. When they started playing the lounge music, Robert is in Sarasota. Robert, you see that clip? Yeah. Can I first use your platform to say, um, my thoughts and prayers are going out to everybody today, uh, that we're victims or new people. Absolutely. 9 11. And to follow that up, our president of the United States is booked 3 ,467 miles away into Alaska. You can't get farther from New York than where he's going to be today, where he canceled oil and gas leases. And clearly there's a God because that's exactly where he belongs as far away from New York. Here's the headline that every American who is suffering through the Biden administration needs to know 22 years of never forget. And Biden is spending 9 11 in Alaska. Meantime, we still got the, uh, the occasional troll or the occasional malcontent caller to the Mike Gallagher show. And I had a texture who claims that it's not really free speech to yell fire in a crowded movie theater. Of course, we're talking about all of the Democrats efforts to shut down speech. They disagree with beginning with Trump on down. And I played a montage of the Democrats denying the 2016 election to anyone who says that Republicans are a bunch of election deniers. What do you say about all the prominent Democrats who insisted that Trump didn't win in 2016? I just got a text from Macomb County, Michigan that I want to share with you. And then I want to play a little clip for the benefit of Macomb County, Michigan, and listen to this Michigan texture. Thank you. I mean, I appreciate that you don't agree with me and you think I'm a, I'm rotten to the core and you, and you, you, you hate my, my message on, on the radio and TV, but that's okay. I appreciate dissent and I, and I am truly intrigued. I always wonder, does the left do leftists like Macomb County, Michigan really feel this way? Or are they just regurgitating talking points that they've heard on MSNBC and they've read in the New York Times? It is a fact that election laws were changed and the election process was wildly upended under the guise of COVID. It is a fact that we had an historic amount of mail -in ballots. It is a fact that we had a record number of ballot harvesting. We things know were changed in 2020 under the pretense of COVID. That's a fact. And I'm not yelling fire in a crowded theater by stating those facts. That's their go -to. So let me read the whole text to you. And then I want to give you a video response, Macomb County, Michigan. And I challenge you to text me again. I don't want to embarrass you, but I'm going to challenge you to at least text me your response when I ask you about the video response that I have to your text. Here's the text. It is not free speech to yell fire in a crowded theater. It is not free speech to perpetuate a well -proven lie that there is some absurd sweeping conspiracy that stole the 2020 election and use that lie to divide people and disenfranchise millions and millions of voters. What you people are doing is destroying this country. You are working to drive the wedge between everyday Americans deeper and deeper. And you're just doing it because there's a market for it. Either you are willfully lying and towing your party line, or you're dumb enough to believe this trash yourself. You should feel deep, deep shame for perpetuating your lies. I hope one day you realize the damage you're doing and are tormented by your own guilt forever. Okay. Now, over the top drama queen hysterics aside from that text, let's take a look at the substance of what that person wrote. They want to sit there and accuse anybody who questioned the outcome of the 2020 election as somebody advancing an absurd sweeping conspiracy. So Macomb County, Michigan, what do you say about this? Trump didn't actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election and he was put in office because the Russians didn't appear. Trump knows he's an illegitimate president. The president of the lack of a legally elected is not legitimate. I don't see the president as elect a legitimate president. You said you believe that Russia's interference altered the outcome of the election. I do. We have a president who is in fact it is proven has been assisted by the Russians and may in fact not be a legitimate president. The one thing that Trump is fearful of when it comes to his being president is that finally we will see how illegitimate his victory actually was. I have an objection. I object to the 15 votes from the state of North Carolina. I object because people are horrified. He's an illegitimate president. Do you believe Trump is illegitimate president? What I believe is that there's no question that the outcome of this election was affected by the Russian interference. There absolutely is a cloud of illegitimacy. So that legitimacy is in question. Yes. That was a very tainted election. And in that sense, it's illegitimate. Now, Macomb County, Michigan, I dare you to write me back and follow up to your original text and condemn all of your hero Democrats the way you condemned any of us who questioned 2020. You see, you don't get to have it both ways. Meanwhile, back to Grandpa Joe's refusal to attend any of the 9 -11 ceremonies in New York or Shanksville, PA, or even where he lives in Washington, D .C., to commemorate that awful historic day in America's history. Tulsi Gabbard said it best on Fox News. Biden has decided he wasn't going to be bothered. He'd be up in Anchorage, Alaska. It's outrageous. It's last night on Fox News for those like myself, many patriotic Americans across the country who enlisted because of the jihadist attacks on 9 -11. I find it deeply offensive that he specifically chose to turn his backs on all of those families and all of those Americans. White House is saying that, you know, presidents don't show up to Hawaii on Pearl Harbor after all these years. What's the point? It's insulting beyond words. It was even more insulting. I don't want to say even more insulting. It was also insulting to hear in the speech that he delivered during that fuel stop in Alaska, him lecturing the American people about how it is our responsibility that we must take seriously to defend democracy. And he is saying these words, lecturing us as he and his administration, every step of the way, are undermining our own democracy, both by his politicizing the Department of Justice to go after Donald Trump, his major political opponent in this upcoming presidential election, his going after and changing the rules of the DNC to make it so people who vote for RFK Jr., their votes won't actually count. He is sending his Department of Justice after parents who are trying to stand up for their right to their children's education. I've been thinking a lot about the difference, the major differences between the right and the left in America. For example, the MAGA movement. The putting America first philosophy is met with such disdain from progressives and leftists and Democrats. But when you think about it, putting America first is something best exemplified by Donald Trump's policies. Putting America last best sums up the Biden Democrat approach. Judge Jeanine Pirro summed it up that way last night on Fox News as well. Well, it's consistent with his America last mentality. I mean, this is unprecedented. No president since this happened has not been at one of the sites, whether it's Washington, Shanksville or ground zero. And if you're from New York City, especially, I mean, I was in the city that day. I remember the smoke in the towers. I remember, you know, my investigators saying we've got to get home. We've got to get back to Westchester. This is a very sacred day for so many people. And the president doesn't see it that way. And the sad part about it is that, you know, the world is not a safer place now. It's because of Biden now that the Taliban is back in control in Afghanistan with all the weapons that we left there. We've got an open border now with people coming in that we don't even know who they are. And you can thank Joe Biden for all of that. You sure can. You know, one of the great mysteries of life for me is wondering if this kind of crap is intentional or accidental. And I ask this question all the time. Does Joe Biden and his team say, you know what, we're going to be the first administration in 22 years not to attend a ceremony in Shanksville or Washington, D .C. at the Pentagon or at Ground Zero in New York City? We're going to we're going to change the game a little bit. We're not going to appear. Is that a mistake? And as if the actions of Joe Biden weren't bad enough, egregious enough, the governor of New Mexico, some woman by the name of Michelle Lujan Grisham, decided to amend the rights of citizens of her state. Albuquerque in particular, she declared an emergency because of an incident involving the death of an 11 year old child. The governor said, well, there's gun violence. I get to declare a declare an emergency and nobody gets to carry their lawfully registered and certified guns. We must remember. The liberties, the freedoms that so many have fought and died for. And this new New Mexico governor has literally banned Americans who have a constitutional right to protect themselves from being able to carry in Albuquerque and the surrounding county for at least the next 30 days after a child was killed in a road rage incident. It's it's it's extraordinary. What's law enforcement doing in Albuquerque? What's the sheriff doing? The police chief. She's sitting at this press conference next to a guy who looks like a police authority. He's got a big gold badge on. And he looks very uncomfortable where this lunatic governor is shredding the Constitution, declaring an emergency, a gun emergency. This is what Democrats, if you dared to question a lockdown, if you had any skepticism about vaccines, if you wondered about masks, they came after you. They shut you down. Be kind of interesting to talk to an airline pilot who lost his job or her job because they wouldn't want to get they didn't want to get a vaccine. Do you realize we were firing people for not getting vaccinated? You recognize the absurdity of where we were just just a very short while ago? It's called tyranny. What the New Mexico governor, Michelle Grisham, is doing is tyrannical. She's acting like she's the emperor, the king, the dictator of New Mexico. And they're going to keep doing this and they're going to keep doing this and they're going to keep doing this until they can't do it anymore. Everybody ought to be aware of what she's doing, because what she's doing is absolutely un -American. What she's doing is obscene, where on Friday, this New Mexico governor banned people from being able to carry guns because a child was killed during a road rage incident. She's decided to declare an emergency. Oh, we have a gun emergency here. So now I get to ban your right to keep and bear arms. Check out this exchange. I want to play it one more time in case you're not paying attention. Isn't it unconstitutional to say you cannot exercise your carrying license? With one exception, and that is if there's an emergency and I've declared an emergency for a temporary amount of time, I can invoke additional powers. No constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute. There are restrictions on free speech. There are restrictions on my freedoms. In this emergency, this 11 -year -old and all these parents who have lost all these children, they deserve my attention to have the debate about whether or not in an emergency we can create a safer environment. Because what about their constitutional rights? I took an oath to uphold those two. And if we ignore this growing problem without being bold, I've said to every other New Mexican, your rights are segregated to theirs. And they are not, in my view. I mean, this is lunacy. I pray for her safety. I pray for Joe Biden's safety. I pray for Trump's safety. I pray for all of our elected officials' safety. So let me make sure you know where I'm coming from, where my heart is. I would never want anything to happen to any of the people who are elected to hold office. But I wonder if she would be willing to have her security detail suspend their right to protect her.

Hunter Biden Has Been Indicted on Federal Gun Charges
"To time. And by that, I mean almost daily. You'll probably see me on Fox News. So this is obviously big deal. It broke in the last 20 minutes or so. Hunter Biden was indicted today on federal gun charges out of the David Weiss investigation. He is of course the special counsel out in Delaware and this comes just weeks after the plea deal that he had falls apart. It fell apart thanks to a judge who was questioning why we're giving a sweetheart deal to this guy. Makes sense. She's never seen a plea that basically said, oh, you're giving carte coverage blanche for everything else. And I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa. No, actually, now that you're calling us out, let me clear be because I don't want to get called out again. No, we're still involved in the investigation. And then, of course, team Biden was like, well, then no, we expect a real sweetheart not just the appearance of one. And now he finds himself charged with making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm, making a false statement related to the information required to be kept for a or by a licensed dealer of a firearm and then one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance. So, in other words, drug with a gun. And we'll see where this ends up going. And it can go so many different ways. is on the one hand, this could just be David Weiss saying, See, I told you I'm not in the pocket of the Biden administration and then offer yet another plea deal. I would find that very hard to to believe that he would think he can get away with something like that. But what is likely going to happen, and this is why I want everyone to sort of chill out a little bit. He's not going to go to jail for this. Period. Even if he wasn't the president's son, this is something that you're

A highlight from Impeachment Inquiry Launched Into Joe Biden!
"Why doesn't Mitch McConnell want to make things difficult for the Democrats? Why does Mitch McConnell say that impeaching Joe Biden after the level of corruption and the lies and the disastrous reign of this president has been exposed for all the world to see? Why do you suppose Mitch McConnell thinks it's a bad idea to begin impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden? I honestly don't get it. Maybe you do. Now, thankfully, he's trying to hedge his comments a little bit. He gave an interview to The New York Times that I think it's bad for the country. Think it's bad for the country. Here he was on Fox News Channel, a little bit of a back and forth with reporters. This was covered on Fox News. Here is Senator Mitch McConnell being asked about Kevin McCarthy's announcement yesterday that the House Republicans will begin impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden. There's cut seven. We believe it was a good idea for Speaker McCarthy to open that inquiry to the president today. The impeachment inquiry? The impeachment inquiry? Do you support it? Do you support that as a good idea? I'm sorry. I couldn't hear you. The impeachment inquiry? The impeachment inquiry that Speaker McCarthy opened announced the president's items. Yeah, look, I'm going to say it again. And I don't think that Speaker McCarthy needs any advice from the Senate on how to run the House. OK. He's on record as saying it's not a great idea. He's on record as believing that it's bad for America. I like fighters. I like people. If Trump has symbolized anything whatsoever, it's that Americans demand a fighting spirit from our elected representatives, period. That's it. Tulsi Gabbard Reacts to Joe Biden's 9/11 Failure
"Beyond words. That's the way Tulsi Gabbard described Joe Biden's failure to commemorate 9 -11 yesterday by appearing as every president has appeared since 9 -11 over 22 years. Biden has decided he wasn't going to be bothered. He'd be up in Anchorage, Alaska. It's outrageous, it's infuriating, and Tulsi Gabbard perfectly captured the way millions of us feel last night on Fox News. For those like myself, many patriotic Americans across the country who enlisted because of the jihadist attacks on 9 -11, I find it deeply offensive that he specifically chose to turn his backs on all of those families and all of those Americans. He's White House is saying that, you know, presidents don't show up to Hawaii on Pearl Harbor after all these years. What's the point? It's insulting beyond words. It was even more insulting. That was even more insulting. It was also insulting to hear in the speech that he delivered during that fuel stop in Alaska, him lecturing the American people about how it is our responsibility that we must take seriously to defend democracy. And he is saying these words, lecturing us as he and his administration, every step of the way, are undermining our own democracy, both by his politicizing the Department of Justice to go after Donald Trump, his major political opponent in this upcoming presidential election, his going after and changing the rules of the DNC to make it so that it doesn't count. He is sending his Department of Justice after parents who are trying to stand up for their right to their children's education. I've been thinking a lot about the difference, the major differences between the right and the left in America. For example, the MAGA movement, you know, the MAGA, the putting America first philosophy is met with such disdain from progressives and leftists and Democrats. But when you think about it, putting America first is something best exemplified by Donald Trump's policies.

"It's funny how people lie about actual real world events, even as we witnessed them on video, like Trump's visit to the Iowa football game. And he just got a resounding welcome. And they were trying to pretend he was being booed. You know, because there might have been a smattering of boos or a few people that gave him the middle finger, they wanted to pretend that he didn't get an absolute hero's welcome at the football stadium. And the video showed he did. Even CNN acknowledged it. Screaming, USA! USA! Trump! Trump! Trump! Man, oh, man. Republicans need to focus on Iowa and New Hampshire to try to stop him. I guess that might be their firewall if you're Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley or one of the others. I don't know how they're going to stop him. We shall see. It's September 11th. We're broadcasting from lower Manhattan. It's been 22 years since the September 11th attacks changed our world forever, changed our way of life, changed the way we view, oh, things like freedom. Freedom is on my mind today a lot. And I want to start with a difficult question about 9 -11. You know, 9 -11 spurred the Patriot Act, where the government felt that steps needed to be taken in order to be able to thwart terrorism. And the Patriot Act essentially took away the freedom that many, many Americans had enjoyed. Now, I understand we've got to try to figure out how to battle terrorism. Totally get it. But what I'm not too clear on is when the door got cracked open, where today the government is criminalizing speech to such an extent that they want to lock up the 45th president of the United States. The New York Times did a huge piece. Trump's indictments, key players in the 2020 election effort, it is quite the quite the article. They call out just about everyone in Trump's orbit and essentially accused them of being co -conspirators in a crime to overturn the 2020 election. It's insane. It's insane to witness the absolute destruction of speech in this country. And I want to ask you a difficult question. I want to start with it. Did it begin with the Patriot Act? Did this begin with 9 -11? Because my hunch is it might have. And if so, then Republicans are culpable as well. I think the more immediate place we're at right now is due to COVID. COVID cracked open the door to say, hey, if you question anything about the vaccine or about masks or about lockdowns, we're going to destroy your life. We're going to get you fired. We're going to deplatform you. We might even put lock you up. If you dare, I know a guy who lost a job, a good job, because he expressed a belief on social media that he shouldn't have to wear a mask because his coworkers were triggered by him. Now, he has since sued the employer, and I hope he wins. That's still winding its way, I think, through the legal process. But that's just one example of many. Everybody has an example. Everybody knows an example of somebody who paid a heavy price for daring to open their mouth. It used to be that America is a place where you were allowed to open your mouth. You were allowed to question authority. You were allowed to question any narrative you wanted, and we weren't going to lock you up for it. Democrats in 2016 questioned the election. All of them did. I've played that montage for you 100 times. Hillary, John Lewis, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jimmy Carter, they all said Trump didn't win. The New York Times isn't doing a big expose on them. The New York Times isn't calling them out. But now they're calling out, and I mean everybody, Ronna McDaniel, Ted Cruz, Mike Lindell, anybody within—in fact, I saw in the comments section of this shocking article in the New York Times, somebody said, well, shouldn't Fox News be next? What about talk radio? Yeah, that's right. The left wants to lock all of us up for daring to express opinions. When did this terrible, dark chapter begin? Was it COVID, or was it 9 -11 and the creation of the Patriot Act? Let's start there. I want to flood my phone lines here on this Monday in the Relief Factor studios with your phone calls. Could not think they can get away with weaponizing and criminalizing free speech in America. And that's a bad place to be. Let's get your take on it. And again, you're smart. You got the smartest audience in the world. Where did it start? Did it begin with 9 -11? Did it begin with COVID? Did Republicans do enough to stop this? "By the way, manuscript turned in. What the people rejoice. Sweet mercy. It's right around 60,000 words, the new book, and should be out later on this fall, and you're gonna enjoy it. It's a lot of fun. It had some fun riding a couple of the chapters. Well, had a lot of fun writing it, but man is it hard work. And it took a while, but I'm glad to get that out. And looking forward to having you read it. But in the meantime, we've got Mother's Day coming up, and I want to tell you about a book I wrote with my friend Michelle Cox from the hallmark channel. She is the devotion writer for the series when calls the heart. And lives out of North Carolina great lady. And so we had a lot of fun writing this book. It's a collection of hilarious and inspirational stories about the south and living in the country, and our philosophy is country is not a location it's a state of mind. And it really is. So you can be country and live in Brooklyn, New York. So early as the state of mind. So we also invited a lot of you folks to send us your recipes and we included a good number of recipes and the devotion book, it's called our daily biscuit devotions with a drawl. And I would love for you to get a copy of it. It really does make a special Mother's Day present. Or if you want to get a couple of copies for your church or for your library, we would encourage you to do that. So look, you're going to be able to get this book wherever you buy your books, or you could go to Todd stern's dot com and I will personally autograph a copy for your mom for your grandmother for whoever. If you want one, I'll autograph one for you as well. But again, you got to get that done pretty quickly so we can get that turned around four Mother's Day and the website addressing in Todd stern's dot com and click on our store banner. All right, interesting story out of Michigan. And this one's weird. So you got these kids two students, they showed up to school and they were wearing sweaters. This was tri county, middle school. And this is in Michigan. And so the children were wearing sweaters that said, let's go, Brandon. That's clever. Anyway, they got in trouble. They were ordered to remove the sweatshirts. That they had warned to school because of the phrase, let's go Brandon, an assistant principal and a teacher ordered the boys to remove the sweatshirt shirts. They said they broke dress code. But here's what's interesting, and this is, according to a, the foundation for individual rights and expression is called fire. They take a lot of these First Amendment cases. So it turns out, same day, same school, the children were allowed to wear gay pride themed hoodies. So the argument is, well, wait a second. If you're going to allow people to wear political apparel like the gay pride themed hoodies, why would you not allow their kids to wear a let's go Brandon sweatshirt? So now they filed a lawsuit and federal court accusing the school of censoring students who try to express support for a president Trump or opposition to President Biden. That's exactly what they're doing. So again, I mean, if you're going to have a rule, let's enforce the rule. Fire attorney Connor Fitzpatrick says criticism of the president is a core political speech protected by the First Amendment, whether it's a Biden sticker, let's go Brandon sweatshirt or gay pride T-shirt, schools can not pick and choose which political beliefs students can express. Fire says the students said the incident rather involving the two students as part of a pattern of political favoritism. And it's wrong. By the way, the school district also took issue. They relaxed their dress code for a day, and so a kid showed up wearing a Trump flag as a cape. They made that student, take off the cape. But they allowed other students to wear gay pride flags in the same manner, so I want you to understand what was happening at the school. They've got a field tank. Kids can dress up, so this kid wore a Trump flag. He had the Trump flag. The other kids had gay pride flags. Both groups of kids wore the flags as capes, but they stopped the kid wearing the Trump flag. Did the school make a mistake here, ladies and gentlemen, who was in the right. Would you allow your child to wear the let's go Brandon sweatshirt? Did the school break the law? 8 four four 747 88 68 toll free telephone number. That's 8 four four 747 88 68. What a place of audio here. Poor Ron DeSantis, man. This guy, I don't know whose advising him, but they don't have any business being in politics. So desantis over in Tokyo, somebody asked a question and his response was bizarre, it's as if his head automatically became a bobblehead. It was bouncing around from side to side and just very weird. Anyway, desantis was doing an interview with Fox. And imagine this, I want you to think about this. They fire Tucker Carlson, they fox knows what all you people think about them. So instead of trying to do something to change that image, they double down. They double down. And what did they do? They put Brian kilmeade in Trump's Tucker Carlson spot. And kilmeade is not necessarily a big supporter of president Trump, and then they bring on Ron DeSantis for an interview with Hannity. So anyway, here is the interview, the clip number 6. You know, I joined supporting him when he was president. We worked really hard for his reelection in Florida and I always had a good relationship with him and then once the midterm election happened, he started taking shots at me. I didn't really do anything to do it except do a good job. But that's fine. I mean, Sean, you know, when you're making things happen, you take incoming from a variety of targets. So that's just the nature of the business and I'm happy to I'm happy to stand strong and do what's right. Oh my gosh, does it not sound like he's whining? I mean, that voice. And to make matters worse, the the setup team that desantis has, they set that camera shot up where he's looking directly into the sunlight. It was just a bad optic. And again, that part's not on desantis. His team is doing a lousy job. But anyway, you got the Santa's and he's whining. He's whiny. He's talking bad about me. Make him stop. No, I'm just saying, it's just weird. It's just weird. All right, 8 four four 747 88 68. Let's go to Charlie and Charlie, they tell me you're calling from Austria. Is that right? And Charlie's gone. "If you're a felon, you can't own a gun. So the question is, what could they possibly add to what is a very strong gun law right now? Because they're not acting out of fact, they're acting out of feeling. That's what the Democrats do. That's what squishy rhino Republicans do. And it's just shameful. Just shameful. And I can only hope and pray that we have enough Republicans with a backbone to stand up to the governor and the state representative John Gillespie, who is clearly anti gun. Clearly, they'll go out there and they'll say, oh, well, I have my own gun. Yo, no, I don't want to hear it. I don't want to hear it. Unbelievable what's happening. So that's what's happening in Tennessee, so all you people wanting to move down, you might want to rethink that. Head over to Mississippi. Or better yet Arkansas. And I just, I'll set this audio up by asking you a simple question. Are you really ready for four more years of this two and a half years ago? Well, the supply chain. People look at, I mean, really bright people. Yeah, well, guess what? Because of the pandemic. Really? There you go. That's your president, ladies and gentlemen, and that is why the Democrats are freaking out. So Gavin Newsom is going to be making a play, RFK, Robert Kennedy is going to be, has already thrown his name into the hat, but you know Gavin Newsom is sniffing around. And it could be that the party elders step in and say, Joe, you gotta go. And maybe they use the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, maybe they use the scandals coming out of Ukraine, China. There are many opportunities for the Democrats to step in and say, Joe, you're done. And Joe, if you don't leave, well, you may be going to jail. I mean, it really is going to be that simple. All right, 8 four four 747 88 68. That's our toll free telephone number. That's 8 four four. 747, 88 68. So there is a TV series called UFO seekers. And a lot of people are getting nervous about this. They believe that there are, in fact, unidentified flying objects out there, they believe they might possibly be extraterrestrial. And they have now been identified by some pretty well respected people. We're talking about military pilots. We're talking about airline pilots. We're talking about people that are not whack a doodles. They're not out there living in some sort of an RV with a, with a colander on their heads. I mean, these are good people, respectable people, educated people, and people are getting concerned about the frequency of these UFOs. Some people are even wondering if maybe just maybe these things are living somewhere in the ocean. Whatever these creatures, I know I'm not making this up. It's fascinating. What do they say only about 20% of the oceans have been explored? So nobody knows what's down there in the depths? And nobody knows where and I say that because these UFOs are not showing up on necessarily on a lot of the radar. So anyway, all that to say, Tim Doyle, who is the lead investigator on UFO seekers, was on Fox. This was before Tucker got the heave Ho. And he said there's something very strange going on and Texas. Where they've been finding cows. Dead cows. And their tongues have been removed. This is happening at three different counties and Texas. Now, there is a state police officer. His name is Gabe Valdez, the New Mexico state police. By the way, this has been going on for decades all the way back to the 1970s. And they're finding these cows that have been mutilated. And nobody knows why. Anyway, this guy Valdez, who's a New Mexico state police officer, said he saw a UFO like object while investigating a case of the mutilated cows. So I want to read this to you. In one of the cases, this is 1976. The officer found evidence of a triangular shaped object landing near a cow. Then some type of tripods extended, or rather some type of tripods exited the aircraft, and the tripods were about 28 inches to four inches in length. Now, Gabe said it is investigation, the tripods that exited the UFO followed the cow. For 600 feet, before the cow finally fell dead. And the tripods had little tracks it left on the ground. Gay.

"Boy, howdy ain't that the truth. Thank you, Bill. And we're working on getting built on the show this week, because he's been through all of this, and it is, it really is brutal, and it is evil. It really is. I remember it finally reached a point where Bill just wouldn't talk to people, and the reason, I mean, it was all a matter of it was all just a matter of self self preservation. Because you never know if you somebody says good morning and you say good morning back, they could go and just report you at for saying, you know, so and so said this about me and the next thing you know, you're out the door and somebody's got a $1 million check. I mean, it really is that evil and devious. And people just lie out the wazoo. I could. I could tell you stories folks that would make your would make your fruit loops kernel. I'm just telling you. "So today, as every day in the TV news business, the producers of the Tucker calls and program and all other new shows, we're having their morning meeting, laying out what was going to be on. This evening, all right? In the middle of that meeting, they got word that their host was not coming to work. Ever again. All right, so all of this BS about, well, the decision was made last week, or it was made during a dominion. That's all not true. The decision was made Sunday evening. And there were two reasons why, but I'll get to that in a moment. So Fox News did not want to remove Tucker Carlson because as you pointed out, he was the second highest rated program on the network next to the 5. And he was the most well-known individual host. So they didn't want to move him out. But there are lawsuits coming on the wake of dominion. They lost 800 million plus on dominion. And now you have smartmatic coming up and you have two individual lawsuits actually one filed and one that may be filed. And that was the key. So one of Tucker Carlson's producers apparently taped a whole bunch of stuff. Her lawyer went into the fox attorneys and said, unless you pay. So and so, some money, we're going to sue you. And fox said, we're not paying so they filed suit in New York City, and they had the tapes and those tapes may be released to the public. All right, and they're not good tapes for their calls and program. The second thing was last night on 60 minutes. Ray Epps, you may remember that name, said to the audience, Tucker Carlson ruined my life and my family's life by accusing me of having some kind of provocative role in the January 6th riots at the capitol. That was setting Epps up for a massive lawsuit against Fox News and Tucker Carlson. So that's three lawsuits we know about, and there'll be more by shareholders who are angry about the $800 million settlement. And they're going to go after the Murdochs and the board of directors. Faced with that, the board of directors said, we got to start cleaning this up. So Dan bongino was the first domino to fall. Even though he wasn't involved with the dominion thing, they couldn't get to a contract settlement with him. He's gone. And then Carlson, because of the impending litigation was harpooned this morning. Carson didn't know. I mean, it wasn't like it was a discussion. Same thing with lemon at CNN. You didn't know. It just happened. And that's the nature of television news. The most wicked industry in the United States of America..

"Victor and Maryland. Hi, Victor what's on your mind? I have a question and the question is, what about those videos that was given to Tucker by Macarthur? Does he still have them? And if he does, is the FBI going to rate his house and grab them? Well, now that's actually a great question. We'll have to check into that, but I hope they made duplicates. So if they are at Fox News and I have to imagine those things would have been examined at Fox News typically Tucker broadcast his show out of the D.C. bureau. So I don't know. I mean, that's the short answer, but you're right to be concerned if Tucker does have those tapes, would the FBI show up at his house and say, hey, step aside, we're taking these tapes back. And another thing I want to point out, there is definitely a purge going on now to get rid of conservative talkers. I was listening to Jeff kuhner this morning out of Boston and he's planned doing plan B just in case management kicks him off his radio station. He does the Kuna report every morning. Well, we don't like to talk about other hosts on a radio show. That's, you know, but I hear you, Victor. I think there are a lot of people out there that are concerned that if you're a conservative, they could come after you, they can shut you down. Now the good news is, we're pretty, we're inoculated from that. We have our own platforms and Victor thanks to the call. We have our own platform, we've got our own radio station. So they're not going to be able to shut down what we have to say. But look, if you look, if you work for one of those big corporate radio giants, yeah, you're hosed. I mean, I go back to the China virus when they were telling their employees. One of the big guys that were telling their employees, you're either going to get that jab or you're going to be fired. I mean, it was a lot of good hardworking radio people tossed out of the building simply because they refused to get the jab. Now the good news is all those people are alive. The bad news is, unfortunately, a lot of people who got that jab are now dead. Go figure that out. 8 four four 747 88 68 toll free telephone number. What a play some audio here. This is, you know what? We're gonna hold off on that. Bill O'Reilly was talking about this last night. And he had some good observations, but let's go to cut number four. This is Tucker Carlson speaking at the heritage foundation on Friday. So for every ten people who are putting he and him in their electronic GP Morgan email signatures, there's one person who's like now, I'm not doing that. Sorry, I don't want to fight, but I'm not doing that. It's a betrayal of what I think is true. It's a betrayal of my conscience of my faith, of my sense of myself, of my dignity as a human being of my autonomy. I am not a slave. I am a free citizen, and I'm not doing that. And there's nothing you can do to me to make me do it. And I hope it won't come to that. But if it does come to that, here I am. Here I am. It's Paul on trial..

"But that's just how that's just how we do things. Here at stern's media group. So not only did they get two britches, not only did they lose the vision that roger had for the company. But I will say this they hired way too many liberals. Nobody was watching the door. They partnered with alphabet activists and they were so excited to hire so many alphabet activists into that building. They hired so many left wing people that it literally changed the culture of the building. And I will tell you when I was there, I didn't care. Everybody sort of knew where I stood on things. I would have people coming up to me, camera operators, electricians, pretty much all of the hairstylist and the makeup artist, and lord knows they had to work on me to get me to presentable on TV. It was a difficult job. But they would all come to me quietly. And they would say, Todd, and they're looking around, as if somebody's like listening in. Todd, we just want you to know, we really support you. We're conservative too. I'm like, well, good for you. Why aren't we whispering? We're in Fox News channel for crying out loud. What's that all about? But the reality is, they are just not friendly to the viewers. And that sad. So I'm excited to hear from Tucker excited to hear what he has to say. We're going to hear his side of the story. That's going to be coming out. But this has not, this doesn't have anything to do with dominion. And by the way, Bohr lawsuits are coming at Fox. They're going after Fox. And they're going to be a big money trouble. But if this was about dominion, they would have gotten rid of Hannity, they would have gotten rid of and honestly, I think they would have survived a like Sean, but if you're, I mean, let's be honest here. You've got Hannity. You've got Tucker, which show do you get rid of? Well, what's the one show everybody's talking about? You would want to keep that show, and that's why everybody shocked that Tucker got the heave Ho. So where is he going to end up? I would like to see about newsmax, but Tucker may be done with cable. He'll probably go and do the digital route like megyn Kelly did. And I suspect it's going to be very good. But all you radio stations out there, you've got a decision to make. I mean, you know, I own kwa the news talk radio station. We carry we carry town hall news, and they do a fine job, but there are lots of other great USA radio news is out there. So there are other choices for you. And I think thousands of people, I heard thousands of people have canceled their Fox nation subscriptions. I mean, you guys are sending a very significant message. To Fox News, I hope they listen, but I don't think they care. Honestly, I just don't think they care. Because they feel like they could do whatever they want and you guys are still going to go. I'll give you a great example. Like all you Christian folks out there, we got a boycott Disney. You got a boycott testing. Well, you know what? Your church is still taking the youth group down there to Disney. You're taking your family vacations. Nobody's. Nobody's boycott and Disney come on. It's one thing to talk.

"But I'm telling you, I believe this is going to be a windfall for newsmax television. I was on newsmax this morning and I want to share with you what I shared on newsmax earlier today. Because I believe that at the end of the day, Fox News has lost. They do not have a vision. They did not understand that roger ailes when he created Fox News channel and let it for so many years. Before he was fired and then he died. When roger ailes was leading that network, he created something that appealed to everyday Americans in a roger grew up born and raised in Ohio in a working class family, and he knows what it's like. To live paycheck to paycheck. He really did believe in those ideas of God and country and family and whether or not you agreed with everything he did. This was a brilliant man. And roger was always careful, always careful never to allow a candidate to get too close to the network. And of course, we now saw what happened when one did. And Fox didn't know how the new leaders at Fox did not know how to deal with all of that. Now the other big problem at foxes is a major divide within the company. The news side is run by a leftist. And you can see that in a lot of the programming, especially on the weekends. And that's a big problem, because they think that people are watching Fox because of the news. Now, I suspect if many of you would call in and say that's just ludicrous and I would agree with you. The people paying the bills for Fox News channel, it's not that newsroom, it's Tucker and Sean and Lara and Fox and Friends. Those are the people paying the bills. Over at Fox. It's not that news people. As a matter of fact, it looks as though Fox News is trying to become CNN lite. Isn't this interesting CNN is trying to find a way to moderate itself and move back from the left. Meanwhile, Fox News is trying to move to the left. It's ludicrous. Did some research, by the way, last night, and you'll be interested to know this, Tucker's show, it's it brought in a lot of money. Over $70 million in advertising revenue. But what I find to be interesting is that at that Bill O'Reilly actually had a larger audience when he left the network than Tucker dead. So that is an interesting component to all of this. But at the end of the day, this is about a network getting too big for their britches. They believe that you folks are going to watch Fox News, no matter what, because it's Fox. And their theory is, well, we got rid of Bill and everybody stayed. We got rid of Meghan, everybody stayed. We got rid of Guilfoyle. Everybody stayed. We got rid of stern's everybody. Well, not everybody stayed with stars. As a matter of fact, on the radio division, well over half of the affiliates left with me when I walked out the door. And why is that? Well, because we treat the affiliates nicely. We're polite and we actually like our affiliates. And we're honored that they carry this program. Because we know you don't have to. There are lots of other choices out there..

That's legacy p.m. investments dot com. Life from the Liberty University studio in Memphis, Tennessee. It's America's conservative blowtorch. I love this American ride sun stars. And hello America. Welcome to the Todd stern's radio show. Hope you're doing well today. Wow, do we have a lot going on? We don't know if the chaos is over just yet at Fox News channel, but if anybody gets anybody gets fired or given the heave Ho, we will be the first to let you know here on today's program. I want to go ahead and give you our telephone number and by the way, welcome to all of our great listeners on rumble. We had a huge crowd yesterday joining us watching the program, but we'd love for you to listen, watch whatever you do. We're just glad that you are here with us noon to three eastern. But the question of really the hour, do you believe that a conservative purge is underway? And what's next? Where are you going? To get your conservative news, your information. Are you done with Fox News channel? Our telephone number is 8 four four 747 88 68. That's a toll free telephone number that's 8 four four. 747 88 68. We are beginning to get a lot more information about how all of this went down yesterday. Now originally, we were told this was a mutual thing, but now we understand that was far from the case that Tucker was actually fired and had no idea that this was coming down the pike. That's the information we are getting. But again, this is very interesting to see how all of this played out. Remember, by the way, Rupert Murdoch, the guy had a fiance, her name was Anne Lesley Smith, they called off the engagement. He called off the engagement after she told Rupert that she believed Tucker Carlson is a messenger from God. And that's when he called off the wedding. Yep, that's it. We're done here. We're done here. But anyway, Vanity Fair reporting that Tucker was in the middle of negotiating a new 5 year contract, and he was making tens of millions of dollars, so he was doing very, very well. The issue now is, is Fox News actually in danger is it possible that Rupert and Lachlan are trying to sell Fox News channel and they had to get rid of Tucker to make it somewhat more appealing for somebody coming in and buying the network..

"It's not worth it. It's beer time. Oh, okay, time for our favorite socialist to be making waves again. Must crush capital only some AOC. I mean, she's cuter than Bernie. You got to admit, right? AOC, Bernie. Come on, guys. Come on. Bernie might actually be a lot smarter though. She's got some rather really wacky ideas and remember how she didn't want Amazon to come to her district, even though it would have offered all these jobs and improved the economy, et cetera. Par for the course with her. She says a lot of other idiotic things, but this might actually take the cake. Clearly, the woman has no understanding of our constitution, no understanding of our First Amendment because she's got a brilliant new idea to regulate conservative media. You see it was conservative media in her estimation that brought on January 6th and thus is potentially in jeopardy of overthrowing the country. That doesn't make sense. AOC specifically wants to regulate and none other than Fox News. Specifically, Fox News, because Fox News is the one in AOC's estimation. The incites violence. In fact, she said Tucker Carlson and some of the other folks on Fox. They do. And it's a very, very clear incitement of violence. Oh, okay. Really? Forget what we hear on the other side. Forget what we're hear from MSNBC. Forget what we've seen in the streets. I mean, I just go back to some of the horrific video that we've seen, even from just as recently as last weekend, the teen takeover, in Chicago, where lawmakers lawmakers in this case were completely dismissing it. Remember, Lori life would say, no, this isn't mayhem. Do you remember also the mayor elect saying no, this is actually not looting because it's the corporations that are looting the kids. It goes on and on. And I realize AOC and the rest of the Democrats want to have their own way and they want their own view, protected, and out there front and center, but this is still a free country, after all. We still have a First Amendment amendment, after all, and thus, look, I mean, the reality is, fox gets sued by dominion, their sued by dominion because we have a legal system, and they pay a settlement fee. In this case, three quarters of a $1 billion. So they have their punishment. It's not the government's job to come in here. And tell us what we can say or what we can't say. Of course, they've done that. Don't forget, there were 51 spies that put that lovely letter together, saying that the hunter laptop was nothing but a bunch of disinformation from the Russians when in fact, actually, the laptop was real. It was the, oh, Trump dossier that was the actual misinformation disinformation. Whatever you want to call it, and not really from the Russians, that was from opposition research. I mean, come on. So the idea that AOC thinks that she can shut down the media really showcases how little she understands about our constitution. How little she respects our country and our constitution. Turning to President Biden, as he gets ready to declare his canon C for 2024, he's doing so in a really negative environment. One in which his own party no longer supports him. Just really stunning numbers to tell you about. These are from NBC News, a new poll showing that the majority of Democrats, they don't even want them to run. In fact, the majority of the country doesn't even really want him to run. Let me share with you the numbers. 53% of voters who supported Joe Biden in 2020 say they believe the president should not run in 2024. He's really failing with young people. Young people are like, wow. This is sad. You're like an old panda that's gonna get put down. This guy's a little too old for me. 76% of the people under the age of 35 that would vote for him say, they don't want him to run.

"We begin on the news that there will be no more Tucker Carlson at Fox News. Now it's shocking in that this was fox's undoubtedly most successful program that they had on television. And it comes just days after that big settlement with dominion because of course domini was suing for slander because Fox was running a bunch of stuff that suggested their voting machines were not all that. And dominion interns said, well, you know what? We're going to see you for libel. And they were successful. They had this big settlement, but it wasn't really big enough. In fact, they were looking for 1.6 billion. And as I've told you, look, fox can swing at fox and afford it. It's making more than $2 billion a year, really, in just the Fox News division. So I was somewhat surprised that dominion didn't hang out for maybe a little bit more money. One has to wonder, was this a contingency? Who knows? I just think it's rather shocking that they did this. So more will come out in the coming days, but Fox did issue a statement. Actually, one of their anchors. Announced the news on air. Fox News media and Tucker Carlson have mutually agreed to part ways. Tucker's last show was this past Friday. And starting tonight, Fox News tonight will air live at 8 p.m. eastern. It will be an interim show with rotating Fox News personalities until a new host is named. We want to thank Tucker Carlson for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a long-term contributor. She seems almost a little scared. Maybe she was feeling some of the heat of that, but of course the Internet's going crazy saying, wow, this feels like a hostage video. Anyway, very brief statement from Fox, thanking Tucker for his work, and saying that they were indeed parting ways. That's not the only network getting rid of talent. Over at CNN, Don lemon is out there. That one you kind of saw common though because he'd said a bunch of stuff that really angered a lot of people internally. The morning show was sort of struggling and didn't have the right chemistry. That one doesn't really surprise me quite as much. I think that was in the making. This one also doesn't surprise me. And that would be Anheuser Busch. Oh no. Here we go again. Here we go again. The head of marketing. Take a look at her here. This woman somehow thinks her thought. She knew better than the Bud Light customers themselves. Listen. Though I had this super clear mandate. It's like we need to evolve and elevate this incredibly iconic brand. What does evolve and elevate mean? It means inclusivity. It means shifting the tone. And we had this hangover. I mean, Bud Light had been kind of a brand of Friday kind of out of touch humor and it was really important that we had another approach. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and I'm sorry, that's not gonna work. You know, I'll tell you, there's a little too much Harvard elitism in there. The CEO of the company went to Harvard Business school as well. I mean, nothing gets Harvard. I'm just saying that clearly, all these educational opportunities and degrees really don't do a lot in terms of helping these people to understand who their customer is. Wait, what? And why something like having DM Dylan Mulvaney come in and market the beer would be a massive problem. It is a massive problem. So many of you have reached out and you've told me some wonderful stories. Make some comments below, by the way, I always check them. You've told me about how Bud Light may be played a role, a big role in your life or Anheuser Busch, perhaps. And they lost you. They've lost you forever as a customer. And you're already, I know, you're looking at all the other beers that they have because you don't want to drink any of them. It's kind of a betrayal, if you would, because all the things that represent America. Where is the booze? They're trying with their new commercial. The horse is the flags, the patriotism, all those things that Anheuser Busch seem to represent. We're just throwing out the window when they brought in this actor. And I point that out because he is an actor. And he identified as gay, but now is suddenly trans and a lot of people, even within the gay and trans community, are like, hey, hey, who is this guy? Really, you know, Johnny come lately or Holly go lightly. He just showed up on the scene and has been doing this in part as a bit of a shtick. They fear just to gain more brand awareness and acceptance, which of course all these woke companies are just lining up to be part of, well, it's amazing to see, but it's heartening to see. How Americans can really take charge here and they can take this back in their own special way. I don't think her leaving the company. She said to be on quote a leave of absence. I'm sure it was torture for her what she was going through and she probably wasn't used to being in the public eye in that way, but also the company needed to do something because it didn't look like it was going so well. You just look at the numbers of sales already, we've gotten anecdotal evidence, not even anecdotal. There's been some reports that have come in showing, for example, that Bud Light sales are way down while it's competitors, things like Coors light, moles and cores, it's ticker symbol TAP for those that are interested. They've been going way up. So people are migrating away from Bud Light, two cores light. Understandable under the circumstances. I mean, guys are like, are you kidding me? You really think I'm going to drink this? This is so disgusting. So it's a great case study in how not to alienate your customer. There's a great movie I think that Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey, how to lose a guy in ten days. How to lose your customers there at Bud Light in ten days, actually, I think they did it in like two days. It was pretty amazing. The backlash has been significant. They should have seen it coming. They didn't. And I don't think it's over. I actually think the Bud Light is going to continue suffering here for the foreseeable future. And more and more people are going to say, look, I don't want it. It was too big of a political issue. And regardless of what side of the aisle, you're on or whether you're a pro trans or anti trans, who the heck wants to drink a Bud Light, knowing that it's just going to spark a whole political debate..

"Now, some of you in the audience are not fans of Fox News. Okay, I think the country needs Fox News. I think the country needs real America's voice. I mean, the country needs all these platforms right now, especially talent like Jesse watters, Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson. But let's put that aside. If you accept dominion's claim, that Fox defamed them. And it's hardly a slam dunk, then the amount they sued for was 44 times their annual revenue. This sense a very, very dangerous precedent for conservative and for heterodox media. This is not whether or not you agree with Fox News or disagree with them. It doesn't matter how much you hate Fox News or love Fox News. The reason this case goes as far as it did and reached the ludicrous damage amounts is because of the aggressive lawyers and the accommodating court, but also remember judges read newspapers too. The media was cheerleading for this nonstop. Non every move of this trial was covered by The New York Times, was covered by the Washington Post. And so there was a media cover job. You see, this is not about Fox News. This is about, should we change our legal standards just to try to get Fox and get the conservative media company? This is not about justice. This is about vengeance. The clear theme that arises from the dominion settlement from the Douglas Mackey case from the January 6th witch hunts from the NRA being in a legal quagmire from James O'Keefe having his apartment raided is that the left is fanatical about abusing the legal system to target hobble fine ruin and imprison anyone. They blame for putting Trump in power and that includes Fox News. They tried to do that the NRA, and they did that successfully largely, James O'Keefe, Steve Bannon, this is another chapter in how the left tries to take down institutions they do not like. And whether you love Fox, or you hate Fox, here's a fact. Fox News is without a doubt the most powerful center right media company. It remains to be, and that it played a very big role in getting Donald Trump elected in 2016. And for that, the left will never forgive them. Let's play some, let's play some tape here. Play cut 70, the dominion attorney, thanks the regime media for helping defeat Fox News, play cut 70. One last thank you, which is really to all of you for being with us on this journey. We appreciate what you've done to help us and to help expose what we were able to discover over the course of this process. And so thank you, and we'll see you at the next one. This sets a very dangerous precedent of kind of a catch and kill type scenario. I do not understand the obviously that specifics of the law. But can somebody tell me why this was even a case, despite the fact that you might have private text messages that people thinking they're not true to ask questions and have guests on your program? Is that not constitutionally protected speech? That this now hits the threshold of a 787 $1 million settlement, this is bad across the board. This is bad for future conservative media for future opposition, challenging and questions. And by the way, this only further in power, the plaintiff's lawyers. They're talking about going after show after show after show and conservative personality and anyone that spread COVID disinformation. And Fox was in a tough spot. Fox was in a no win scenario because you could go into a trial and you could get hit with a settlement judgment for a $1 billion like Alex Jones was. The goal is not justice. The goal is wiping the enemy off the face of the earth. Vox could have had to pay even more money and go through a very costly, long trial. The original amount they asked for was 1.3 billion. And then the question is, when can we sue Adam Schiff and MSNBC for the Russian collusion dossier lies, a judge would probably throw it out, honestly..

"Hey, Todd, enjoy your show. Thank you. I have an observation, you know, Fox News kind of boycotted Trump after all this. They said they weren't going to have him on during the primaries and so forth. And I found it interesting watching the CPAP speeches. I watched Steve Bannon and Steve Bannon went on a tirade against Fox and called him out and he didn't mince any words. And that was on a Friday on Saturday, Fox News carried Trump's entire speech from beginning to end on Fox News. And then hand it to you had Trump on his program, I think that night or Monday. So I found that kind of interesting. I think Steve Bannon rattled a whole network. Well, I think he did. And they know that Bannon does wield a lot of power in the America first movement, and I think he speaks for a lot of Fox News viewers who've really been upset and frustrated because the network has turned a blind eye to Donald Trump. They're not covering the rallies and the speeches, and that certainly has given newsmax and others an opportunity to attract new viewers. But quite frankly, I suspect the word that viewers are looking for is they feel betrayed by Fox News. Well, I think that's true. And that goes back aways. But I just found it so interesting that Bannon just tore into it. Did you happen to hear his speech? Well, I was at cpac, and I did hear that speech, and he threatened to bring down the network, and I think he, I think he could have delivered on that promise. And it's going to be a tough situation for the executives at Fox. Especially with this dominion lawsuit because it looks like. And again, this could have been prevented, but it looks like the network is guilty as charged here. So the question now is, who's going to be the fall guy? Is there going to be the chief executive officer? Or is it going to be somebody in that prime time lineup, but they're going to be looking for a sacrificial lamb? And that could have an impact on viewers, especially if it's a member of the prime time lineup. Well, let me ask you this pod. Sure, since it's going to court, doesn't Fox News have the opportunity to get their information from dominion. I mean, wasn't that the whole issue that they couldn't get into the machines and find out how they were controlled and so forth? Fox News has the opportunity to do depose them. And bring that information out. And if that's true, if they can show that those machines were rigged, then they have nothing to defend. I mean, the truth. They're not going down that path, Frank, and I don't know where the reason why I'm not in charge at Fox News channel, but it looks as though you had Fox News talent going out and saying things that they could not back up beyond the shadow of a doubt. Do I believe the elections were stolen? Absolutely. Did I blame dominion? No, because I have no physical proof it's their fault. And Frank, if I had said otherwise, they could have sued me and I guarantee you that as much as our listeners love this program, I don't think anybody will be willing to pay the $1 billion that I would owe dominion. So you gotta back it up with facts. That's my point. I mean, a $1 billion, I don't know if Fox News can survive that, but you know, they've got to make a defense. What's their defense? It's a great well, we're gonna find out. We're gonna find out. Again, this is discovery, and that's why we're getting all these email exchanges back and forth, and it doesn't look good for Fox. To be honest, it just really doesn't look good for him right now. But again, this goes back to okay. Are you honest with your listeners? That's really what this comes down.

"Now I want to talk about that. Because the irony here is that Trump has nothing to do with the success of Fox News. Trump was very successful before Trump came on the scene, and I suspect they're going to weather through this storm, I think. But the reality is, if anybody is to blame for the destruction of Fox News channel, it's Fox News channel. Now look, I want to go back to I was there 15 years. It was an honor to work there, and if you work, if you work at the network level anywhere over four or 5 years, you're doing something right. So I made my career first as a journalist and then as an opinion writer. The same as Bill O'Reilly, but he was doing his on TV. Now, Bill O'Reilly is a conservative. He is a liberal on some issues, but he's a conservative at his heart. And by and large, he had, well, he did. He had the largest audience at Fox News channel. People love to watch Bill. And why is it? Is it because they agreed with everything he said? No, it's not. I was the network's number one columnist. A 190 million people every year read my work. At Fox News. Did everybody who read my stories agree with him? No, they did not. But you know what they did respect. They respected the fact that I stood by what I believed. They respected Bill O'Reilly because Bill O'Reilly said what he believed, you may not agree with it, but he wasn't out there trying to make you happy. He was an out there trying to placate you. He wasn't trying to blow smoke up, conservative wazoo. No, he was just he was Bill. This is how he thought. Just like you have friends. Not all of your friends agree. But at least you know where they stand. And this is the problem with Fox News right now. The viewers don't know where everybody stands anymore. Because they know that Hannity and Ingram and all the others are saying things on the air, but they believe something else off here. I don't know, do you have a problem with that? Does that bother you as a viewer? Back when roger ailes was alive, we had a slogan. We report you decide. It was very simple. We provide you with the information and you figure out what to do with that information. Now I can tell you that we were we were pledging our allegiance to that value system. And we even we even pledged our allegiance to that value system and our opinion and our commentary. I can tell you without a shadow of it out. And I know that Bill O'Reilly could do the same thing and there are many others out there no longer at Fox who can say the same thing. That we never got on the air and we never defended anything that we did not believe in, we never shared an opinion that was contrary to our opinion of the year. Did it make us popular? It doesn't really matter. Because that doesn't, that doesn't play into it. What matters is honesty. So I wish the network would get back to that. Do I think that Fox is about to implode? No, I don't think so. And I don't think they should. There's some very good people there in that building. And I want them to do well. I want them to succeed. Because the conservative movement needs them to succeed. But Fox News has lost its way. And we've got to figure out is it worth saving the network? Maybe you've already decided. You're saying, you know what, that's it. I gave him, I gave him 20 years, but now I've gone to newsmax..

"Yeah, they said that they would swap and they were going to give it off the day after Super Bowl. And we have to go to school on president's day. Yeah, my wife's looking into it. And it's true. They have it on the docket for this year and next year. So she wrote this big email. She attached something that a gentleman came out and he the letter that was sent to the commissioner about the football plays. She sent them that attachment and said, how dare you scrub ties in its day when we have a whole bunch of malcontent overpaid bunch of babies that won't salute a flag, you give these kids off and show them that you're going to take away president's day, a patriotic holiday on these kids should be learning and she sent it. She sent it to the whole board and everything. I don't know what's going to happen. Hopefully it don't show up at my house and try to drag it. They do your first call is to be and then we're going to get Pacific justice institute involved. Jesus hello. Oh my God. But I reached out to one of our representatives on Wayne for him to get back to me and he's pretty good representative mcnealy. I asked Sam if they can reach out and tell me who I exactly have to speak to in my area because I know he's out in Salisbury area, but Sean, here's what I really like. Here's what I want you to keep me updated on this. So you give us a call back and we'll make sure to get you on the air, but you're the eyes and ears, and that goes for all the rest of you as well. Sean, thanks for the call. Open line Friday's ladies and gentlemen, 8 four four 747 88 68. We'll be right back. Wow. All right, welcome back, everybody. Good to have you with us. Let's go to the phones. Again, open line Friday, Vicky and Cleveland, Georgia. Listening to us on Wu and hey, Vicki what's on your mind today? Hey, I have a couple of comments about the first thing you did, which was all about Fox News and chills. They are for the liberals, okay? Yes. First of all, two points. And then I'll let you talk. First of all, the suit was filed and the suit is merely an accusation, not proof because you can sue anybody for anything. So just because it's a suit doesn't mean it's the proof. Although, they've got some emails. Hold on. And excuse me. And the second part of that is, it's been over two years since the election. I wonder if any of those three people you mentioned. Tucker and Laura and Sean Hannity have changed their minds about anything since more proof has come out because that was a long time ago. They wrote those emails. People change. People do change, and that's fair, I will say, the emails are authentic. Now, how they are portrayed in the lawsuit, that, of course, is subjective. But I can tell you, after working there for almost 15 years, that there is great animosity against president Trump among some of the executives, so that I don't think that's in dispute. What concerns me is the anchors are telling you one thing on the air, but they believe something else. So that's a problem in my book. That is a problem. I just wonder if they have changed. Have they changed? It sounds like when they were reading the emails. It sounds like they're applying CYA because they didn't want to get fired in Fox News purportedly a conservative place. And so maybe they didn't want to get fired then, but I'd be interested to know what they really think now. I said, well, I know what they really think. After roger ailes was fired from Fox and then died. The whole atmosphere of the network has changed. And I would say, I would say that Fox would not have been as close to Trump as they were if roger had been alive and running the network. And the reason why is because you have to be you have to have some distance between yourself and the people you're covering. And I suspect fox jumped, jumped in, they didn't know what else to do, and now they're scrambling to try to figure it all out. Yeah, I think they're all scrambling, all right? Yeah. Everybody's scrambling these days, but a lot of things are going to come to light and maybe fox is one.

Good to have you with us. I mean, it really pains me to say this, but Fox News channel was lying to you. And it's just not right. It's just not right. Unfortunately, it's giving fodder for folks over at CNN and they did a deep dive into all of this. Cut number 13 please. New this morning, some of the biggest stars and top executives at Fox News were privately making fun of for president Trump's claims about election fraud. Even as the network was allowing those laws to be promoted on air, that is according to damning messages damning messages in a new court filing that was out yesterday, the messages are included in dominion's $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, they show that Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, loring room, brutally mocked the 2020 election lies that Trump and his allies were pushing at the time. And one exchange, Carlson, texted Ingram saying that Sidney Powell that attorney who was in and out of the Trump White House was quote lying and that he had quote caught her doing so. Ingram responded, Sydney is a complete nut. No one will work with her. Ditto with Rudy. He continued, quote, our viewers are good people and they believe it. Joining us now with his reporting on this lawsuit is CNN senior media reporter Oliver Darcy. It's remarkable to see these text messages, but also to have seen what was being said publicly. You know, I was covering The White House at that time to see how White House officials were watching to see what Fox was saying about the election. I think these messages really just exposed Fox News as a propaganda network. That's what they do at the core. I mean, they show in excruciating detail that the highest ranking executives at Fox News, Rupert Murdoch, Suzanne Scott, the CEO, as well as some of the top hosts like you just mentioned, Sean Hannity Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham, they knew they privately knew these election claim frauds, a fraud claims from the Trump team were nonsense. They used very harsh language to describe them, but they allowed these lies to take hold on the network's air. And they show these messages show that the talents over at Fox News and the executives were very worried after the election of the audience rebelling, that they were going to newsmax. You'll remember that Donald Trump was attacking Fox News saying, turn the channel, go to this newsmax channel, which is saturating the airwaves with election denialism. They were worried about this and not only did they turn a blind eye into the election lies, but they even, in some cases, tried cracking down on those who were fact checking Trump. There's one case where White House correspondent Jackie Heinrich she fact checked Trump and Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity behind the scenes were talking about getting her fired. That's how lacking of basic journalistic ethics were at place at Fox News. And these messages really expose it. Yeah, and we've seen what Fox said about this audio. They said there'll be a lot of noise and confusion generated by dominion and their opportunistic private equity owners, but the core of this case remains about the freedom of the press and freedom of speech. I mean, briefly, can you remind us why dominion cares about this? Because that's why this lawsuit matters. Well, a lot of the election conspiracy theories were focused on dominion, basically focused on these voting technology companies, suggesting that that's illegal. Yeah, go ahead. Yeah, thank you. Thank you, Kyle. Appreciate that. So.

"This is the reality is that what you're seeing on Fox News channel is make believe. And unfortunately, many of the biggest stars have gotten too big for their britches. As grandmother starts, would say. They're just in it for the money. They're in it for the fame. They're in it for the fortune. But they're not in it because they actually believe any of this stuff. And it's really unfortunate. But I suspect many of you have already figured that out. I suspect many of you have already figured out that Fox News is trying to pull a fast one on you. Now my question is, are you done with Fox News? Are you surprised that people like Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham would say one thing on the air and then another when the cameras were turned off? As a matter of fact, Tucker Carlson, who many of you love in these documents called president Trump a demonic force and a destroyer. So my question is, who do you stand with? Do you stand with Fox News channel or do you stand with Donald Trump? Who do you stand with? This is from mediaite on the night of January 6th, Fox News host Tucker Carlson referred to president Trump as a quote demonic force. That was in a text message to his producer after the president's supporters stormed the capitol. One of many revelations in the lawsuit filed by dominion voting systems. By the way, they're suing Fox News for $1.6 billion in damages and folks, I'm telling you based upon what I'm reading here, they may have a pretty good argument, because they're accusing Fox of defamation, and now they have all this evidence, and the evidence clearly shows that Fox really did not believe there was voter fraud, but they were not saying that on air. They were saying something very different. At issue or claims that Fox News host and guest made after the 2020 presidential election. I want to read this to you. This is from page 19 of the filing, and I've got the full document here. Fox host Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity immediately understood the threat to them personally. Carlson wrote his producer, Alex Pfeiffer on November 5th, quote we worked really hard to build what we have, those efforts are destroying our credibility. It enrages me. He added that he had spoken with Laura and Shawn minutes ago and they are highly upset. At this point, we're getting hurt no matter what. Pfeiffer responded, it's hard to thread the needle, but I really think many on our side are being reckless demagogues right now. Tucker replied, of course they are. Isn't that interesting, Tucker Carlson accusing somebody of being a demagogue? Tucker says we're not going to follow them. What Trump's good at is destroying things. This is what Tucker Carlson said, what Trump's good at is destroying things. He's the undisputed world champion of that, he could easily destroy us if we play it wrong. These are the words of Tucker Carlson. These are not in dispute. This is all evidence in this lawsuit that could bring Fox News channel down. The filing also includes a text message from Tucker Carlson to his producer. Where he called Trump a demonic force. Carlson said in the text, Trump is a demonic force, a destroyer, but he's not going to destroy us. On January 26th, Carlson invited his leading sponsor, Mike lindell on his show. You know, lindell ought to pull all the advertising on Fox. After all this stuff came out, where lindell spouted these same conspiracies on air after previewing them for Tucker's for Tucker's staff during a pre interview. On his show, Tucker downplayed the capitol riot, and even referred to it as an election just as protest, sir, are you seeing this? So Tucker is telling you on air. Oh, this is not a big deal, but behind the scenes he's freaking out over it. Elsewhere in the filing in a text message, Carlson tells Sean Hannity that Fox News reporter Jackie Henrik Heinrich rather should be fired after she fact checked Trump's election lie. Quote, please get her fired. He said seriously. And we'll get to more of that a little bit later. These text messages between all your beloved Fox News host. Unbelievable. So Jackie Heinrich was actually telling you she was doing her job as a reporter, she was fact checking whether or not you agreed with the facts, that's irrelevant. But now Tucker Carlson in this text message is saying she needs to be fired. Because she's hurting the brand. Meanwhile, these guys, in reality, and this is what's ironic. It could be the text messages in the emails of Tucker and Sean and Laura that end up destroying the network. 8 four four 747 88 68 are you done with Fox News channel? 8 four four 747 88 68. We're going to be taking your calls on that. Also, we're going to be taking your open line Friday so we'll be taking your calls on all sorts of subjects today. Todd starns dot com is our website. "So we need to have a conversation about Fox News channel. And some revelations that came out of a court document, this is the actual lawsuit from between dominion, the voting system, and Fox News channel. Now, what you are about to hear is going to be disturbing. But the reality is you need to hear this, and the reason why you need to hear this is because of something I've been telling you for for many, many, many, many, many days and years now. That there are people who actually get paid to be conservative. In other words, they really are not conservatives, and they are employed by these conservative news channels to basically pull a fast one on you, the viewer. There are people in talk radio who profess to be conservative, but only on the radio, when the microphone is turned off, they're just a raging, left wing lunatic. So people and I know I get those questions. Well, Tom, why would people go to that much trouble to be something they're not? Well, the answer is very simple. It's for a paycheck. And in the conservative world, there are some pretty good sized paychecks. So people are willing to sacrifice their own moral values, their own moral center. To make a dollar, or a $1 million, or $10 million, they're willing to do that. Maybe some of you out there are like that. I'm just not cut from that cloth, and sometimes you guys get upset with me over that. For example, when the, when the riot happened at the U.S. capitol, that literally happened during our program and I offered immediate commentary and I condemned the behavior, the people that were breaking the windows and storming in to the building and fighting with the police. Many of you took issue with that. And you know what? That's fine. That's your right. That's your opinion. And you may not always agree with me. On what I say, and that's okay, too. But what you do know is this. That what I say on air is what I believe off air. You may think that my opinion is wrong headed on air, but you know what that same opinion is wrongheaded off here. In your estimation, my opinions are not wrongheaded. Just want to throw that out there. But the reality is that what you see is what you get when it comes to the Tod stern's radio show. When I was at Fox News channel, what you saw there is what you got and it really irritated a lot of people and especially a lot of the on air host. They would tell me and ask me off the air. Do you really believe that? Am I answer was always the same? Yes, I do. Yes, I do believe that. I am a conservative. I do believe that we should have religious liberty in America. I do believe that marriage is between one man and one woman. I am pro life. Those are important things to me. Am I shoving my beliefs down anybody else's throat? No, not at all. But those are my beliefs. And I do believe there was election fraud. And we've talked about that. Did I go out and blame dominion specifically? No, I didn't do that and you want to know why I didn't do that because I didn't have physical proof evidence myself. And I'm not going to trust anybody else's evidence. Because when you go out there and you accuse somebody like a dominion of doing something and you have no evidence to back that up, guess who wins the day in court? So you got to be careful with stuff like that. So anyway, the 198 page court filing came out yesterday. Somebody leaked it out. And I've been going through it. And there are some pretty shocking revelations involving some of your favorite Fox News host. And I'm here to tell you, folks, they deceived you. I mean, there's really no other way to, do you know of another way to describe what they did to you? They would tell you one thing on air, they would tell you on air that the election was stolen, there was fraud, but when they were off air, they said, no, there was no fraud, and they were literally mocking you. We know from the court documents that Fox News channel was growing very alarmed at the rise of newsmax television. Now they wouldn't say and again, these are all emails that are documented in the court proceeding. And the court filing. The headline from CNN Fox News stars and executives privately trashed Trump's election fraud..
