"WGN radio I'm Ronnie James, the mermaids, of course, popsicles and icicles, 1963 on chattahoochee records and Chris from Greenwood, South Carolina asked that we play that and happy to do it. The mermaids were a couple of actually three teams, a couple of sisters, 15 and 17 year old and their neighbor who was a friend. And actually it was a Kim fowley, who discovered them and put them together with chattahoochee records, which was a label he had an interest in, and forget the woman who owned that primarily, but he had an interest in anyway. And so the deal was, I think that Mike post had just gotten out of high school and he was a songwriter and he was shopping him around town, and he was hoping that, in fact, this would be given, I forget the artists they wanted to give it to, but it wasn't, it was something ridiculous like, oh, the guys who did not Donnie not ally, the Hollywood archives, but skip and flip, yeah, which basically were that. And so it turned out that skip and flip didn't record it, but fowley wasn't giving up. And yeah, David Gates is involved in that too. So there's a lot of record royalties in that royalty in that, and that was the deal. All right, so 888-876-5593 Ruth Conti, that's who on chattahoochee. All right, so Valerie in warrenville, welcome to well, wait a minute, wait a minute, I'm not going to say that because I realize I'm just up against the news and I don't want to be late from that. So we'll find out what's going on with the world at large from WGN radio news on WGN radio. When news breaks in Chicago or the world, you'll hear it here and we'll talk about it here. "It's just WNBA nation. And you can hop in and what's really cool about this is a lot of times with our watch parties, there would be like not glitches, but there would be like differences in time and when I was viewing it versus when Steve would view it versus when our listener base would be because there's a slight delay on Twitch. So we would react ten seconds after most of the people watching along with us. We're seeing the news. And even Steve might be 5 seconds ahead of me or behind me as we were reacting his host and that was really annoying. So get playback is kind of solved that. There is a you're just watching it all together and then there is a chat feature just like there is here on Twitch and also a stage which is a ton of fun basically anybody with a microphone can join the stage. If you've got a camera as well, you can actually be on camera and basically hop up and come up and talk with us as if we're virtually I feel like a virtual sports bar. It's super fun. I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed it. The ability they've had to replicate the experience of meeting up at someone's place and watching the game and just kicking back talking, having a good time and watching basketball. It's really, that's really added to it. It's made it a lot of fun. But yeah, the playback allows you to essentially sync your subscription models, whatever streaming subscriptions you have over to the account. So you can actually watch the game everything is unified like Kyle said. So the timelines all the same, everyone's reacting the same thing at the same time. And since it's linked to subscriptions, it will still factor your individual viewership to a game. So if watching it on a stream like playback makes you nervous because for instance, you feel like that 50 people were watching it, then that's 49 less views showing people watching the game. It does, it will still factor those viewers based on that. So it allows. So that's ease of use. That's one of the biggest concerns we had coming into using this. And so it's good to rest easy to know that your voice is still heard in getting viewership of your games, but it's just a great format to kind of enjoy yourself. Some people sometimes it's me sometimes it's not, but some people basketball commentary may not be your favorite thing in the world. And they're a great broadcast teams across the league. But so it's a nice alternative to kick back and enjoy the game. We'll try to get a link in our episode description here. Hopefully, yeah, we'll try and try and do something like that. We'll tweet it. We always tweet out the link prior to the game. So if you're looking for it and you're like, oh, what was that website again? Just hop on our Twitter and you'll be able to find it there as well. Steve, let's talk some basketball. I think the big news that I want to hit first is that we have, and this is a few days old, but we've got all star starters actually selected as well as co captains for the 2022 All-Star Game in Chicago. By the time you're hearing this at home, you're probably going to be also reserves, but at the time of recording this, it starters only. And hopefully by the time you record the next episode, we might even have an idea of if there are people opting out of the game or injured and replacements. We might have some updates to those rosters. But yeah, this year, one of the main differentials is we have a captain and co captain structure. So there's four designated captains, two of them. I would assume that the main co captains are based off of, of course, the fan boat, which is typical. But still the a thousand Subaru also joined the fray in captainship. And they've paired captains. So Brianna Stewart, and Sylvia fowles will be linked Asia Wilson and Sue bird will be linked. So they'll work together in drafting the team. Getting together with the squad. I'm curious if what they'll do as far as nomenclature for teams, if they're going to do they honor still ensued. Do they put legitimate? They do like a brangelina type thing, where they mix names. Team fowley and team Wilbur, I don't know. That was bad. Those are really bad. So if they don't do that, I'm going to be disappointed now. You can sort of with Asian Sue do team Susan, which I think you get away. These are horrible ideas. No one do those. He's asking for this. I'm intrigued by that. But I thought that was definitely a nice touch. Like as a whole and then from there, I mean, that leads to a fringe thought that I had that we can say for the end of this discussion. But what really popped out more to me was who the starters were. This is an interesting grouping. I was really intrigued by how the votes turned out and who are going to be seeing at the front of the page. A lot of exciting teams, a lot of exciting players, three of the ten are from a single squad. And three of the ten, it's their first all star selection period. So out of the fan votes who's getting the start, yeah, three first time all star selections as starters, which I think says a lot about each of these three players and where they've come this season. I think there's a big time stuff there. So let's run through those starters real quick. As Steve mentioned, you've got Sue bird and Sylvia fells. You also have Brianna Stewart and Asia Wilson. Suburb with her 13th all star selection, fouls with her 8th. Brie, Brianna Stewart, and Asia Wilson, each with four apiece..

"And we went and saw him at night stage, night stage in Cambridge. He was playing a show, and we gave him a copy of our record. We said, wait, well, we based this cover, and he's like, I know where you got it from. He's like, Kim thali is a very nice man. But he's also a flyer. And I guess he had released these demos without Richmond's. Yeah, yeah, yeah, which are excellent. But everyone who ever has dealt with Kim fowley had said that sentence. That I could drink up everything you have. Don't let our youth go to ways. But I first got into the modern lovers again in high school. Maybe from the Sex Pistols from the great rock and roll swindle because the Sex Pistols do a cover of road runner, I think that's the first time I heard about the modern lava and I was like, what's this? And I gotta find this record and you could not find that record, but I found a copy of New Zealand where it was still in print when I would go back there some summers and I managed to get a copy of it there. Well, you know, it's interesting, especially in this mid period Richmond. The vulnerability and the sort of naivete and the 100% hard on sleeve attitude. You know, especially in the early galaxy days, but it's a thread that also runs through dean and Brett, and the new album I have nothing to say to the mayor of LA. You know, you're not afraid to sometimes talk to us like a 13 year old. Awkward with life. Right. In an endearing way, dean. Yeah, so thank you. To a duel yesterday, I carried a lot of your hands I insulted myself. I counted to 12. We fired three shots in the air. It's a gay parade. She's above my pay grade. "By by wanda in this series as well. Maybe i don't know. I'm going to remain skeptical about it. Because they're still a big difference to me to movie characters who may be minor but feared in multiple of those so. There's a higher familiarity with agatha. Just popped up one time in a series and end the ending of that show and what happens the agatha kind of curious to see what what they're gonna play out then and if they're going to go back in time future but we'll see In fighting we trusted by we trust. That is the one bit of m. c. You news we have. And then we have a bunch of dc stuff and An netflix show to talk about. But these c- fan known trailer. Tease new batman and black adam's footage believe in one movie. I don't believe in that's point. You're gonna i guess it's gonna take october sixteenth to make you fowley a firm believer. I know this thing has been around for over a decade stars blackout of but was recycled from last year. But this addict like blinking. You miss it. They did have some. They have a little teaser from From blackout adam. And also another was some drops in costume stills. I think assault like on instagram. This week so a new. You're you're still like l. Believe when this one right now will yeah. I've seen like a minute and a half of the batman trailer. I still haven't watched actual lizzy you wanna know why because things get pushed back left and right these days you gotta get back. It's going to be black at another in post production. So but yeah you're right. I mean you know ac- so the the move area was like you know didn't do anything sometime. Remember my greek alphabet will comes after me. I can't remember anyway. We got other things about a not variance but we did get two teaser trailers for some upcoming. Hbo shows as well. I i kind of watched peacemaker kind of watched it through a reaction video We had very mixed mixed opinions about suicide squad. But i think we did agree that john cena was really good in that role in that character. So i am. I'm excited that the series is coming. It's coming while that. That movie is still relevant. Sort of me It's still fresh in viewer's minds a- so and in from everyone who taught has talked about suicide squad john cena's performances one of the ones that people reference as like a highlight of that. Yeah definitely definitely. I mean to me. That's honestly what i think about that film sina polka-dot man or a two performances stand out all with all due respect selbe but Ah that i mean those. Those are things that stand out for me with that film. And you know. I like the teaser. Trailer sort of picking up from where we left to character which You know in the in credit where he was in the hospital soon. Miraculously survived. And i guess they've reanimated him sits where he can Spoiler having watched film. I guess. I just told you that. Sorry but you know it was. I like the. I can't get it definitely had that jay. Even though i don't think james gunn is like things producing the project. I don't think he's going to be actively sure running. Or or maybe he is but it definitely had his his his his trademark humor and also had played up the strengths of that character in the film stars to humor and and and a supporting cast in amanda waller's a control room And so you know..

Though and since it's pride month thought this would be interesting. Be pride flag day to. That's right but i grew when growing up in the ice skating. Crown of chaos that that is of like caddy girl nece I was desperate to fit in and twilight was the thing that was. That was the thing everyone was into and they were. You know i was like okay. I'm going to read the books. I'm going to get into this. I'm gonna be. I'm going to be with the straight girls mad at the time. I didn't know that i was like being with the straight girls. I'm just like i'm going to be normal. And i taught so. They're all wearing the team. Jacob the team edward and it got me thinking like. Is there like a team belov lake but not even for like girls is like there like are the guys like into bella. They'd be like no what are you talking about. She's ugly lake really like so so street guys. Don't like bella. bella on the gay guys seem to like bella too. So where does that leave me like. And then that was just like a whole revelation of like. I wouldn't say kristen store is my type but she school and that might have. That might have been like a young realization of like. Oh i'm different sure. Kristen stewart is like the call for realizing for various people. That's a lot to bear. Heavy bird played joan. Jett i mean god love. That movie was incredible. It was great. I didn't even mind all this sort of blending of other people they did for the some of the characters. Oh my god so cool. I mean who played the manager. He's incredible so oh good. I always forget his name and we can look it up and let's see if we can remember i. I definitely can't. He was amazing in that. I know a couple new. Kim fowley every story about him is always interesting even ones got along with them. Every story was totally bananas. We'll remember that guy a minute. If we don't. I'm sure anyone listening knows the net he was in a great friedkin movie called bug. Which right with ashley judd. It's horrifying and it's it's really good. It's kind of movie that i wanted to go. See a freaking double feature and my friend had seen bug and that was the first of the two. He hadn't seen the second movie killer. Joe great movie. Matthew mcconaughey sort of started this whole thing with that. I read once it started the mcconnell sauce with that. I won't far but i will say restarted is instead of being rahm sort of went to that and my friend was like go bugs in amazing movie but i never want to see it again. So i'll meet for the second movie as good. I'm looking forward to this now. All right but yeah the runaways. Movie my favorite just visual moment is when she crushes a pill with her. Oh it's so good it's like you know getting to see like growing up with twilight and seeing her in that was just like. Oh that's a cool moment. I think yeah just an and obviously i love joan jett so like seeing. That was like whoa like your roads. Colliding and cherie currie's early solo albums that were i. Guess there's only two. "If it doesn't happen you got to be willing to go as well. Just you'd finish tenth or fifteenth and united someone crash and then everything would have gone to sheet and you will get your skate. But you've got to be willing to take chancing guy. Well i'm going to have to wear it if it doesn't work tonight and that's what you bought it came off and everyone's always happy when it comes off. I think you have to be really careful when when you do something like that like making sure that at least my job until the tree k. Signed so so time should should be. There's no no more time gaps in c. and Then you can look into it. I was going really well also climbing very well and so that was probably why why i felt. Now just give it a crack was feeling good because sometimes in a punt sprint. Also sit already on max heart rate anyway at a tree our now anyway and you almost have nothing to to sprint world. But you're seeing that three go still like fowley. Relaxed is surprising racist going fast. But if you're still have something left in That's a good sign and you kind of know okay. This is A chance and then you. You need to to try to take that. What was it like first of all for you when you got when you one that feeling of like hall i just one and then secondly what was. It changed direction. Steve is reaction like yeah. I think everybody was Very happy h. I don't remember when i saw when i saw stevo the first time Sometimes when you win it can take a wide before she dispersed director because the costco out on deviation in the last minute and Yeah i'll be on the finish line and then on the podium finger remember a mature white. Our hits foster was was because he was living really close. That's right so that's how i saw him and the obviously he was very happy also so it was great to see him. And yeah what about you now. I was a good thing that it's something you really have dreamed of as a kid. It's now a win on not only the first win on the world's whoever putting a grand tour it's really getting up with when the baker wins. Yeah well was only my my second win. As a professional rider won in the national kitten to denmark a few years earlier a few weeks earlier. It's a also picked to do it for for. Hr team so nail the knicks. Big thing for you was the tour in two thousand eighteen. You move across to asana and you start really well after pretty troublesome year in two thousand seventeen thousand seventeen you have beat crashing yorkshire ta breaking columbine an arm comeback because it was in Rod london we actually wrote few they and you go second in the sprint. There did his describe late at came around. Christoph ended up picking you in the finish. And what was that. You'd like to seventeen in that transition into astana. What happened in the in the with greenidge was just gonna move on. You're ready for a change. Was that troublesome e had anything to do with it. What was that that shift there. Yeah obviously I broke the collarbone. That that takes Yeah sought some time to heal part part. I don't remember it as a so troublesome year. I i was going going okay but obviously after off soft on so well in the world series of the year before and not only winning but also climbing the best. I've ever been been climbing at at that time. Maybe you could hope for for more than what i got. Out of of seventeen wasn't some quick results like that second place and ride around london classic which is still my best result in a one day race on on the world tour. That right yeah. I've only one on One day race but but that was not a world to live on one race. Seventeen got really well off. I started a winning down in the to afl lynch also states so in february i really came on strong but then Yeah maybe like a little bit. And i don't know it wasn't me that wanted to to change but Huffing orrick. I was Or mitchelson was talking a little bit. I with apart. Yet and Yeah obviously i was epa. Mona will win. Mature stage wins in in the world. So i had to to find the somewhere else and somewhere else you did because you started you know the running you started hot running it at asana. In amman you had a stage win also stage in york chieh and then you went into the tour and this is a pretty cool green armor watching these two guys in the break. Why was quarterback. Brian go whittled down. And you had you fellow countrymen the markle valvoline. Who's now out saying. Might as well you guys were in these break at the end of the two and the the attacks were going and you follow this attack. Bergamo he'd sat with about i kinda gar. You'd already followed another tack before you fall a mama and exceeding are you get away with him and he's aguirre you guys come into the lawn olimpija. It's obvious what was gonna happen there immortalize. You're pretty quick sprinter. Obviously winning that bunch sprint in the foil said just two years ago proper punishment. What was it like for you. What is it is it just that simple or was it now. Suddenly coming to you like this is a chance to win. A stage of the tour of france isn't just a grandeur. This is this is something that most kids dream of running. Then having a position to be in a chance of any aside and named suddenly going can really win. This was last sort of when you sort of realize valium was back. They blocking foyer gap was open. You with mama. Who's a stronger i've noticed. Spring is a gear. I can be dossey but you probably going to wrap him up. Run me through. Those final is what that feeling was like. And when you sort of realize all. I'm gonna win this yeah She said we were to To teammates michel mcqueen also Riding for astana and It up in a typical breakaway day from From kilometer zero before you knew from from reading the road book that it would be a breakaway. A hot day with a mountain in the middle potter flat finish and the brain has been caught in two seven eight guys in the final group Who had to write for on on the flat roads. And the have we were told in the radio and michael and we had to dangerous sportswriter last mckesson behind us cheering on us in dana. She was telling us this is our we have to win it and he didn't care. I waited longest. We we won. We went out riding for for a second. Because this is what you can end up doing a thing in that situation like that. You're taking a pager coming away with a one to two guys and you're like okay. This is scoot. If i just right har- they won't catch it from behind. Then i'm xuan getting some podium getting something but We both knew that Yeah we're not writing for something we we had to win no Choice than there. The win was the only option. Yeah so we were talking a bit. And i get away and that tremont group as you said and i was feeling good still hot day hours on top of of the perils. I knew i. I have the lakes i had. I knew i had a sprint. Sometimes it's something you can feel at the end of my way. Sometimes you know I'm tire but i was like. Yeah there's a sprint and alexi. I'm su- good on you. I have a sprint and how those boys looking looking like. Oh because because muammar attack. I was it a heart attack to get across to there. Any moments where you like. Who these guys are all they. They're going good all. I just felt pretty crap. I don't think the fellow craft but like this. Big selection had happened on a climate. Now we were down on on the on the flat roads where me and michael was probably the the strongest guy on a flat. Finish like that So having another teammates and already in terrain the suit uber well was good and Yeah seating with those two guys coming in the last few case..

"So here we are in a room full of strangers to quote the bg's and here gibson is doing a reenactment of the opening scene of ghostbusters. But in a good way way what ghostbusters when the you know when bank means doing the okay what carmi holding. Oh yes yes separate like guys doing the test. Yes but it reminds me of that. I seen in ghostbusters. Yeah basically like fowley wants to have him tested for his psychological psychology now. Psychics psychic abilities logical ability. Yeah i mean there's psychological as well but yeah he's he's not only reading the cards predicting what people had for breakfast. Which is odd. That seems a little more. I mean i guess maybe he asked off camera like think about what you had for breakfast this morning because i think otherwise. I don't know how you can probe into people's memories to get that information. Yeah exactly. But i think it's like yeah you know somebody's memory it's like what they're seeing right then right so you probably had to as we didn't see him. Ask like hey. What did you order for breakfast this morning but he they probably had to because again. It's not yes or they were just thinking about it. They were all being a breakfast at the exact same. Yeah maybe they were all hungry for lunch meanwhile poor bloodsucking lawyers going to get a note handed to him on a cigarette box. It says you're a dead man. Yeah it's not even on the box. it's on the rapper. They impart rapper and then wrote on it. Yeah it's weird thing where the guards. I got a note for you. It's a piece of garbage score is going to visit the lone gunman i do like the effect that a apparently i didn't realize that the lone gunman sleep in their layer. I think some of them do they all. They weren't like little cute little. Pj's that's like their vibe. And i love the effect that they had like seven locks on the door..

"Yeah and so. I mean you'll see her a couple of times more. I mean she's a character throughout the series. I guess but like especially when and a lot of this stuff happens between scully and moulder She does diets on point. Not give too much away. You definitely did. Everyone dies. But i don't remember anything about her. She's just. I remember being kind of annoying because it was very clear what they were trying to do there. Yeah i mean even just down to the name. Dana scully diana fowley. They're basically like okay. I'm creating a new version of the x. Files but i can't use the name. Dana scully's yeah. Let me do diana foul. Yeah no totally and they also. I mean the actress is pretty good. I like her. I believe the actress think spencer pointed this out to us. I believe i think she's tom. Cruise's first wife. That seems right. She looks really familiar. I don't know what she's been in or whatever but You know she looks really familiar. Yeah so before. She is the agent in austin powers. The original austin powers. she's originally. she's what's her faces mom. She's not vanessa's kensington. She's her mom. Yes oh interesting. Got it there. We go teaching perfect either need. Wow okay so she's the one who likes showed up in the one in the younger person in the sixty s yes. She's his partner in the sixties and then what's her faces mom and the elizabeth elizabeth hurley small interesting. Yeah okay now. It all easter. Also all these nineties movies people just in here anyway. She's supposedly and we learn this out later a fling of molars who also is like involved in parapsychology. So they were like they discovered the x. files together. i guess there when he discovered the x. Files and like was she is a very big interest in it but was one of the you know. She didn't stick with it. She was like. I gotta go like live my life and this is going to be that fruitful so get into other areas so meanwhile we've got another reunion going on so yeah smokey man is back with this indicate. I don't know if he's back with a syndicate but he's meeting with send again the basic throughout this entire episode. The attitude behind-the-scenes. Is i don't like you and you don't like me. You'll be data work to the. Do i mean cigarette smoke. Basically comes in and he has such bravado wrangling. Well trying to kill me and you could it so like i'm basically immortal. What are you gonna do about. Yeah so he and the well-mannered manner basically talking about how there's this thing with gibson and they want his help the cigarette smoking man essentially yes. So that's that's essentially what his job is going to be. This episode is to be the one behind the kidnapping of gibson spooky of gaps in. Let's go visit him in this..

"Welcome to five minutes of my mentioned. These episodes are a short five minute bursts of inspiration motivation and massive action. If you need that little kick up the to get things moving into its slashed. Take massive action every single thursday. I'll be sending through a five minute episode to download digest and implement to finish your week off strong. He ready to get started. Let's welcome back to five minutes of momentum. Today i wanna talk to you about six figure habits. Now you love talking about when it comes to like all the hype and propaganda about night. This is what you have to hit six figures. I'm going to tell you. Some of the habits that i adopted to grow and scale might be as past six figures and his set me up babel to be multiple six figures this year. So i want you to consider some of these and what you're doing and whether you mastering them there are definitely habits of successful people that you see out there in the mockup. You've gotta find what works for you but know that in early stages of before you hit six figures. You aren't going to know what they are and to try them out. And that's one of the best habits that i suggest that you start to do to adopt is data. Try things you have try before because this is the test and measure stage of your business. It's trialing it's playing around with things it's giving things will go showing up consistently getting the things down so you can be able to get the data back to figure out what he's actually going to work to grow your business so one of the things in particular is so getting clear as you can on the people that you want to work with and stop focusing on their problems their pain points and how you can best serve them nation down right down to business mindset for me was one one of the biggest game changes. I was too general when it came to coaching. In general and when i finished down to focusing on business months at not only did i was able to step into my power and my jam and my joy that by doing that. I was getting really specific on who wanted to serve. And how i wanted to serve them which then gave people the opportunity to know exactly what i did which then allowed me to get my name out there and be known for something because really important when giving people the ability to refer easy you need to make it as clear as possible of what it is that you do it if you were to general than people who to youtube so get as clear as you possibly can and the way that you get clear is taking massive action right keep trying new things keep showing up doing the things that you aren't really sure is going to work for you because you're not going to do them so we that comes consistency one of the things that i have said from the beginning of my business journeys noting consistency habits and building consistency commitments. Sorry right from the get my podcast. I said that i was going to shop every single week. No matter what. And i have done that with at file except for a couple of technical glitches with my pa- kostadin go out of the normal time. It went out later or daylight up. Because i had issues with the tech right. So that's completely without a my control. But i showed up. I showed up consistently and the same thing with social media and the networking and my events was like consistently showing up and proving that i am here. I'm the real deal. I'm going to show for you to show up for me. And that's what it's going to ryan those early stages that you've got to actually show up no matter what right. No matter what you've got to create that lebanon sharpy run into people. Get a live webinar. You'd go to guard of that event and actually show up and show people who you are what you do. You've got to create those events show off create that workshop at shop no matter who shows up right that consistency is what those trust and likeability and reliability. Right because people don't want to for people who aren't reliable that can fill your flightiness and they'll go find someone else that has more certainty so the more you show up the better. The next one is audience acquisition. It's one of the key things that i definitely focused on his life. I know i need to get in front of more people in orange on what i do and decide whether the feet for them and vice versa so getting into more audiences going network and consistently showing up no matter what and what comes with that is the mindset behind. That is both leaving and the possibility that it's going to work. Because if you are going to those things doing all the things but not believing in the possibility then you either sabotage or you energetically repel them visas. That will actually come to you. So you've got to believe it's actually gonna web because one of the things that i say with people who aren't six as they try things and i tested and all. We hoped this one thing is going to work. It's never ever one thing. It's all of the things all mixed together. That gonna support the growth of your business. So i guess one of the things. One of the habits is not expecting one thing to work and not giving up. One thing doesn't work. It's like that if you're going to put in the long goal if you're gonna show up long-term and being this business long term and you've got to shop and act as if that's the case right so showing and believe that it will grow from there so i would show up and do live webinars all i will do masterclasses for other for free in the beginning because i want to show the value that i can offer here and i want to show you that i'm here to serve and one of the biggest things doing that is that i think we'll have to get a inclined from this from that perspective. It was like i knew that this was going to create brand win s and it was that long term faith and trust that that was going to work is what kept me going but also helped me develop a long term business strategy and actually help support the of my business. The next thing is that fowley doesn't exist finally doesn't exist the former failures giving up so you need to believe that in the state test and measure phase. It's such thing as fair that you wanna trial new things you want to test and measure it see if it works in keep testing measuring every single step of the way keep showing up keep showing up and the other key thing is really doing the inner work to overcome all your fingers and death as you do that because that is gone to highlight. These are being singing and being heard and showing up and filling the impulsive goals deaths and fees. And all your wounds are going to show up in those moments and doing. The work is going to help you stay consistent without investing in your up level. One of the key things that i did as a havoc consistently lying because people that have come before made this report myself in brings. That felt uncomfortable consistently show up and teach myself right anytime roadblock googling. I would be showing up to the.
