Where's the storm at right now, Jeff, I'd know we hit category one hurricane with this storm. We did. It's been downgraded. Not that That means a whole lot because we've still got very heavy rain into the Houston area and into the city and then all Some areas a little farther to the East. As this storm continues to progress, we have seen some of the changes and the latest here as far as the last advisory, located about 30 miles south southwest of Houston, and 35 miles north northwest of Freeport. Maximum sustained winds Now 70 MPH that's on the high side of tropical storm force winds, and it's moving north northeast at nine miles an hour as it continues to crawl Tropical storm warning Still out there we've seen some of the hurricane warnings dropped to a tropical storm warning from Matagorda Freeport and then also the hurricane warning discontinued. "They don't really like to be mess with if they if they don't have four morning. Right right yeah. I mean the thing that's lovely about chickens is that if they don't wanna be near you going to be near you the heck away thinking overly fast and it's kind of alarming so Yeah i mean if you've ever looked up close at birds feet in general but especially. I think it's pretty pronounced on chickens. You can see how they have their reptilian roots in their. They have kind of this scaly sort of texture to their skin and these long thick talons. Yeah that are not. They're not like birds of prey hooked sharp talents but they're still sharp and can still do quite a bit of damage so to both other birds and us so you know. Don't pick a fight with a chicken. I recommendation in general. I would say probably. Don't pick a fight with any animals at all to start right right. I'm personally pro. Not picking fights over the internet and just having that kind of day you know stress relief. It's fine yes exactly. Despite having the very typical anatomy that all birds have chickens. Are of course mostly flightless this we know and wow i will say this is largely because humans but the wild chickens that we've talked about a few times they are game birds like quails and pheasants and those birds while they can fly are not built for endurance. They're just heftier than a lot of other birds. Their flight was always intended to help them get away from predators and not necessarily to help them hunt their prey or anything like that so they we didn't harm them so much with selective breeding took away an ability that they always really strongly had short. They didn't develop from birds. That were really great flyers in the first place. Yeah but now you know are domesticated chickens. They can barely even get over offense if they have enough space. They can get over shorter fence but if they if it's too tall of offense and they're too far away they won't be in the air by the time they get to. The edge of the fence also depends on the the wind How much win there is. yeah tornado. Chicken run there. They have to really just get themselves not slingshot. And just that's right but basically it's not. It's not always necessary to like have a roof on a chicken enclosure for the chickens but it's recommended for them to be in a fully enclosed if you have backyard chickens a fully coast coupe because of predators. Not because the chickens going to escape and as we all know at least those of us who are not vegetarian and vegan and or vegan chicken can be quite tasty not only to us but also to many many many types of predators so many things so many many things chickens in baby chickens eggs that the chickens yes but luckily with our help endangered in any way as we've talked about so many dangerous than they are. Yes but in the wild wild chickens do have lots and lots of things to worry about getting away from..

"Four morning news we isn't it what you're hearing is a brand new song this too shall pass by the beach boys legend Michael levy wrote the song as a way to promote positivity during the corona virus pandemic all of the artist and label royalties from the song will go to feeding America's covert nineteen response fun a great way to help fill food pantries across the U. S. right now let's talk live about the song and the charity effort with Michael love on our live line good morning my great to have you on good morning April St thank you Marty for the nice information it sure started to sound like to his boys did not there is so how was quarantine been for you Mike are you concerned about your health at all do you have friends with cover nineteen anything like that no I'm good I mean you know we have the biggest year of performances in the beach boys history this year set up within the team came to a grinding halt all the sudden and so it had a lot of time on my hands I thought well let's do something somewhat inspirational there's a lot of doom a lot of gloom and you know a lot of people are going through stressful times over thirty million unemployed that's horrible so we wanted to do something positive and uplifting and and end the song the title of the song is this too shall pass yes it is true though so many things with our society's been through over the years and I just want to give a little light at the end of the tone in a little inspiration little little hope in the midst of all of us with the idea for the song Mike is always one of those best stories where you were just riding in the back of a cocktail napkin it took you two minutes and then you have this great hooking great lyric and there you go yeah this song was on the seven different locations while everybody you know did their part on their own home studios and we sent it all that John Stamos who played the drums and did the video on a Macy's been a tremendous help to getting the video done on an on the record as well of course and then so does is it requires different way of doing things for everybody done from their homes the you know we're just to behaving in the sting is sheltering in place as they say yeah you mentioned John Stamos I had to Google this but I didn't realize in nineteen eighty eight he was in your video for Kokomo any play both the conga drums in the steel drums so you guys have a long relationship with the actor he was just Blackie on General Hospital when we first met him in the mid eighties and then as you said he was in Kokomo and we've been on this full house several times because of John the relationship with John Stamos great guy handsome as can be these are awfully good drummer and we love it when he comes out and plays plays of the Sunnis course contribute is drum skills to all the you know this too shall pass Mike when you when you were talking about that you guys are having the biggest tour I guess are good tourist if if ever in the history of the beach boys in in what you do does that just go to show you the longevity of the music you did how everybody just it's a good vibe it's positive and everybody can relate to it in some form or fashion and generationally too I mean my kids love your music and that their teens listen sale that's going to cause that's the beach boys and I say this I was kind of a kid when they were a big deal so I and I still love the music today kia and its international to it like a month set up in in in Europe but then that all got canceled let's move to next year so it's and some may see our music is gone all around the world and and which is a wonderful thing and we've been able to go from South Africa and Australia New Zealand Japan and all over Scandinavia and you all over Europe Great Britain in nineteen sixty six good vibrations which we were rated the number one group and create Britain number to be in the field so we had some really fascinating times and and it's been a blessing to be able to do music which was a family tradition and carry it on to this day yeah Mike I think of Jimmy Buffett I think of margaritas I think of the beach boys I think of surfing and beaches do you think it's an overreaction in California that the beaches are closed or is it sort of T. O. like Hey this this too shall pass and and we'll get back out there again oh absolutely will pass and and it's it's **** the close beaches because the sunlight and fresh air and sunshine you know in in salt water isn't good for viruses they can come up with a server the other day and then for going surf and it was just silly if there's anything more socially distancing them serving I don't know what it is your right and Mike what do you miss most that you did prior to the outbreak that you can't do right now you think gosh I can't wait to get back to doing that I am going to appreciate being on stage again so much because the recording industry you record things in the studio but the new performance and live concerts and that's always been my favorite part the audience response people sing along to Kokomo as you mentioned this on Google is the biggest single on our show and and no small part because we did it on full house to John samples but also all the other son help me Rhonda Barbara Annan plan fun fun I get around certain no safe what's not to.

"Dot com we are back Mike Sweeney is our guest he is an American holed up in quarantine in a hotel in the southern coast of Spain on the Mediterranean coast Mike we went through how you ended up where you are but what we didn't get he is an Edward I'd like to cover now is all right you actually have the corona farai virus what's it been like for you okay it was on our actually just like I had seen described on television and had read about online or newspapers for me I went for about almost three days with a low grade fever probably be to all I know not probably was between ninety nine and a hundred one and the highest we got was one a one and that was accompanied with body aches items flight suppress appetite but other than that that was it that was the extent of it and I woke up after the fourth morning feeling fine and I have had a perfectly normal temperature and have felt great ever since so basically now we're where we cared for the last week I felt on so I feel like I have weathered the corona virus assault for you then if I were to summarize its a pretty much a low grade instance of the flow yes and from what I understand that's the vast majority of the cases now I mentioned some others in our group we have had we had nine people diagnosed with it our tests I should say cast iron pots and two of those both men were hospitalized and I've been nine very ratio is six man to three women I don't know you know I know that's a very small sample but anyway it seems to affect more man and not in our small sample and the possibly more severely because he only to hospitalize one man but they were what were the approximate age and health conditions of the two or oz but oz both well one I thought it looked like I thought he looked older but I actually saw on the Dr oz show they talked about us and they met said that he was seventy the one on but he was and he was not in good shape he was in poor health and the other one I don't know his age but he also looked to be in the I'll say low to mid seventies and neither one love to be in great health before okay well that's I think that's consistent with what we're hearing we're hearing that seven days or thereabouts is a rich factor about a risk factor but but it's not really your actual chronological age but probably your degree of physical frailty and as we know there's a great there's a great range within that are I want you to tell the story about how we actually get to talk to you how did you get the phone in the room okay I didn't bring my phone on this trip I tend not to do that when I leave the country I'm not sure why and I bought my wife always does well my wife tested negative for the virus I tested positive so the positives and the negatives in our group were separated the nine positives were put in separate rooms on one floor above the rest of them who are the negatives so they're all on the floor below and we have they have to keep us separated so warm the the negatives get to stay as long as they stay on the premises of the hotel by the way they took us to a a hotel which was empty it wasn't open because they aren't in there their mid season and so we're in this huge hotel and there were there were only yeah like twenty five of so I'm upstairs my wife is downstairs yet I can see her everyday because I go out on my balcony and she comes by and we talk but anyway to get the phone she because we're not supposed to okay when you kind of getting ahead of myself being alternatives of which I am one are allowed to go out for exercise twice a day for one hour during those periods the negatives have to retreat to their rooms and we go out and we don't touch anything we don't come within two meters six feet of anybody so anyway I there's no way I can actually accept something from my wife so what she did she sanitized the phone put it in a plastic bag and when it was her turn out you put it in a bush I then during my exercise period came out and blocked phone yeah and I will return it to her the same way I will sanitise it put it in a plastic bag and and get it back to our that's it there's just stood there and they're doing everything they can to make sure that we are not spreading the virus amongst ourselves well and your being guarded is loosely I guess is guard baby that way but it's it's I understand actually Spanish health people it's not police is that correct right right in fact the actually the Spanish health minister apparently has plenty to do because the only people we've seen have been connected with a hotel and a sister hotel like I said ours is empty and as a week has gone on I guess with people getting sick in the big changes there have been in Spain we are not seeing anybody so we are very loosely guarded they pretty much leave us to our own but we've been very good the people here we don't want them the people below him the negatives don't want to get it so they're being good and we don't want to spread it to on and so we're trying to follow the rules of best we can the other story I want anything yeah the other store I wanted to tell is how to get to your food and and that they did it when you open your door and all that well we they come over and course I'm upstairs I never knew what was happening down below but they would set the tray three times a day they set a train outside each of our doors and knock on the door and I guess run like hell because three times today I it doesn't take me long to get to the door and a small room and five seconds I get there and most of the time I never see anybody and most I'll see someone disappearing around the corner so I assume that the hotel staff did this both upstairs and downstairs and it was after several days I don't know but I talked to my wife yeah I was talking to my wife and I and she was talking about having a conversation that downstairs the people who tested negative they'll hand them they'll knock on the door and hand them their trays and and engage them in discussion so it is we have a definitely a caste system and I am in the untouchable untouchables well well stay healthy my friends we will be back after the break we're gonna be talking about the U. S. census and we will have a discussion with the former director recently former director of the United States Census when returning the think tank in the meantime our exit music is John Lennon's.

I had grace my top product in my skin care routine because acne is normal and I remind myself to love my face those days to as my favorite line best grace as my top product. What a beautiful end to that email star and your photo I will say was so wonderful awful because you were beaming here smiling and that and you just looked full of joy I have to I have to I? I would be remiss if I did not mention one thing I would love for you. Start Wearing sunscreen. Great Call. Thank you even. If you're in a cold place even if your place I would love to. So you just put sunscreen every morning Also you know if it's worth if this is working for you and you don't have to use moisturizer except a couple months out of the year with the Great. I think most people they would find this routine to drying but it apparently works for her. So he sleep with a humidifier. But apparently, it's even worse than looking nothing like the profile picture in your day of so the five things worse things you could do at first date using your phone too much, not looking like your profile pic, chewing loudly talking, too much without asking questions and showing up late, but the top by different for men and women twenty five percent guys said taking photos of your food to position media is our number one turn off and twenty five percent. Women said, not offering to pay for dinner this one of the worst things that men can deal. Offer. Yes, you can. Then you could be like oh, it's fine. I'll get my at least at least offer. "Off. Sunday, November fourteenth two thousand four morning. The Nimitz deck. Crews busy lodging FA eighteen f super Hornets helicopters Andy to Hawkeye electronic warfare planes emission, simulated air-defense clippers exit documentary with each of find you to counter we'll get back to that limit. But I I this morning regard to be talking to Leslie king New York Times reporter who first reported on the navy department's release of UFO footage that really changed the world. It was one of history's most important stories. And I'm very proud that was the Strieber interviewing, of course, Leslie caned who you've heard on this show who broke the New York Times story, the obvious at least to me politically controlled sigh up release of UFO information. But. I'm going to play that clip because Whitley does put it in perspective. This is the biggest new story ever. And if Whitley's to media for you, go to Fox News. You have captivated the public interest for decades. But they've always been dismissed, including by me as the province of wackos. But that is changing thanks to some remarkable videotape and firsthand accounts from very sober people who are trained to identify aircraft aircraft. Apparently that are moving in ways that appear to violate physics that are flying very differently from any aircraft ever observed and way faster than any plane that we know any foreign country has what is this? Of course. Tucker Carlson doing mea culpa on the UFO thing. So the point being how could this have happened right under our noses right during our watch. And why do so many people still not get it? Well, some people get it by the guided missile cruiser USS, Princeton as been tracking unknown aircraft that appear and disappear from her sophisticated ages radar stream. Means the spy one radar is one of the most advanced sensors ever, deployed Princeton's main role is air of the strike group for the past few days senior chief Kevin day as noticed these peculiar craft appearing on his radar screen and some that's today's guest Kevin day. Twenty year navy veteran and topgun operator who was drawn right in the middle not only of the disclosure event. But into the middle of contact experience after this now famous commander Fraser intercept happened. I went back up into combat, and I found one of these things on the radar and it got the railing relative bearing from the ship. I went up top side. And I looked at through the big Ibon Oculus. And I think that's the moment. When I if I had to say, there was a moment that was probably it when I thought with my eyeball. Whatever affected me happen. Then I mean when Chaka told me that I was incredibly important to what's about to hap-. I didn't know what to think this is a multi layered multi dimensional multi channels down the rabbit hole adventure, I'm tempted to try and deconstructed in pull it all apart. But it's another one of those where I probably need to just let it go and see where you take it. Stick around for my interview with Kevin day. Today. We welcome Kevin day skeptic. Oh, Kevin is retired twenty year naval operations specialist who worked aboard. All those big giant navy ships that I see off the coast of San Diego where I live, but none of that prepared him for what he saw in two thousand four when he was part of this huge, you of Owen counter that later just last year became the centerpiece for probably the biggest official UFO disclosure rollout in history and since Kevin right here is the guy who really orchestrated that whole event in terms of controlling all the planes and all the pilots and because that then eventually drew Kevin into the spotlight last year. When all this thing became public. I thought it was a great opportunity to have Kevin on skept, go and talk not. Only about that. But how that was just the beginning of much deeper more complex in many ways more disturbing story about what's really going on so Kevin with that long somewhat stumbled through introduction. Welcome. Thanks for joining me. Thanks for having me. I'm
