Sebastian Durrand - Advice for Players to stay fit during the lockdown with world renowned strength and conditioning coach Seb Durrand
"Hello Sebastian. Welcome to the functional tennis podcast. Thank you happy to share Great Avalon and Journeys Tough Times. Where tennis players tennis trainers tennis coaches and a lot of other people are still at home and can't get out and can't train so looking forward to hearing some advice from you so first of all. How are you getting on? What Day is this for you? It's actually the day number and for us fan home and We try we're GONNA talk. I think it'd be layer but we try to manage between the between our work our job and the the kids in the sport of the kids and they're all more of the kids and so it's kind of a different organization in different schedule every day but we always need to find a solution. Find a way to do it. So yeah if a bit of a routine at the moment so the first thing. I wanted to do and you wanted to do with. My wife was assured to create structure and routine because Fischetti for the kids when they don at school begins leave. They can wake up and do the Descru- anytime so we keep on putting the clock for sure. Every morning we wake up and then we all know more like at nine. We started more thirty nine. We stopped homework. You know so we. We keep routines this even. If it's a bit more we are just a little bit more for sure that we put routine every day. The do some some spoilt. We tried to go outside a little bit to move. Yeah we try to really create Routines like this. We share more time with them if if we can for sure but definitively the fact two creeks tributaries There's no rolling become a bit of a mess inside the house. I think it's important especially if if it's one week it's okay like only days or two weeks but for the moment now we are ten day was gonna be full five six weeks so and we don't know so. How many days does it take you to discover you needed to retain yes? She's they want. We said we need to keep the structure that that's growing born on. We not to to strike structure would say but it's not because you are not me new late at the. It's not like when you go to school for sure but still too great routine. It's super important. Yeah for sure. And we take the sun when the sun is out we tried to descend for sure. So yeah it's kind of different kind of ribbon but we still receive tried to put structure every day. That's important yeah. That's really interesting. Only yesterday. They there were a few days behind you a good few days but only yesterday discovered myself that I sort of found my routine. I just I didn't want to write down and say this would have to do. I just have to find it. A bit. Natural. On yesterday was yeah. I stay where I felt a bit more. Okay well like it open to more than I do a bit. A worked and our baby gets up. We all get breakfast together. Then I do some exercise and then do bit more work than we go for. Walks does a bit. It took a few days for me to find a national retain which I think I have. Now which is great but yeah so some people are different crates that you knew straight away. Look we need routine here especially the kids are a bit older full of energy and e and this and and even in the week we tried to keep the we try to keep the weeks as they normally have for example. The weekend we try to get their homework because the weekend they don't work so said we tried even in the week two because if not you don't noise it's Monday or Tuesday or Sunday or your little bit. Less old days are the same so we tried to the same like today's like school We keep on working and then when he's the weekend it's bit more fund. I mean we try to make it a bit more fun. Actually for the moment we had to leave only one weekend. So is this the beginning? But because I think it's important to create the structure to because we really have to think on term process and it's good the first week you know it's nice. We'll do this with that then. Let's see in four five weeks. That's a different storm and I think it's important not to create boring routines. But in the same times to create structure I would say Craig's born really good electing a bit of exercise yourself like some Ronin. How I know it's Day ten. How have you done any exercise? Have you dealt with it? Yeah Yeah I have the chance to have a trainer at home so I can bike. That's good end in the sometimes. We allowed to go outside no more than one hour but I can still go and little bit but my main goal at the moment is not really trying to improve on anything is just to keep heads and keeping shape. I would say but I know I'm not gonNA try to be like overtrained during those moment is. Just keep the shake. That's my it for me. That's nine Mongolia. Yeah I think that's a mango for a lot of people just trying to maintain where they're not to gain weight not to gain like what about. We did have some food tips on functional tennis during the week for me. The tree food tips were worn. Was you're using less energy? So eat less. Make your mail. Smaller have one less mail to was a high junk food. Buy less junk food so just put them in places where you don't normally look on tree was have a could off time at nighttime we stop beating because a lot of people eat junk food late at night on if you say okay after seven thirty. We don't eat so do you have any tips. Who What would be your one main. Eaten tip that you could tell us the ad because I mean I for sure I still Tommy steps. I do a day and the day that I don't do too much around five thousand steps a day and when I do I go to ten twelve thirteen thousand steps which is not a lot more like fifteen to twenty thousand steps. When a big. When I moving my day you know normal day so for sure. Our consumption analogy is is divided nearly by to every day. So it's kind of meeks for me. The nutrition of finding a balance between for sure not gaining weight and nuts. Having the junk food for sure but in a send times. Winnie the human sustained to be strong too so five to go on. Diet for me would be a mistake because we need to have the human system at the top so for sure to keep the freight veges fruits. It's really something important. Keep a little bit the carbs. I mean again. The structuring the Lille having like a breakfast person abby like breakfast lunch snack dinner for sure to make everything a little bit lighter than no more. Bettina sometimes to have like a certain amount of food and energy because we need to knock to store but we need to have the human system important that the bottle I think. The fruits and vegetables are important. Keep the immune system and the three important. Maybe we just need to buy smaller plates. Yeah for sure this this The food is really like nuts because we all need to disclose to all the time so it's really not to have that kind of reflects or go at grab it. Is things things. So that's important just to keep the structure again. That's super important for me to structure structure structure. Okay well enough about Kobe. Nineteen at the moment. Tell me your physical trainer to some great tennis players. Dmitrov worked with other players which I find out about. How did you get into personal training before that? Did you play tennis as a kid? Yeah Oh yeah. I stopped playing tennis in four years old. My parents. I think I felt a little bit like everybody. Mike Burns Blake any similar date and while they were playing a good board. They'll beat on side so they give me one record just this racket here is a woolen. Do whatever you want for one up. And then I found the world and my world became my best friend so I start hitting balls. I was four or five. And then you know after the classics things than you stop laying and in their new up some of the coaches and then after you stop putting some notchers when you're sending eight nine years old and you're into it you love the competition and the Barents Heads to bring you to tournaments to practice. Oh yea definitely. I wanted like all the kid had the teachers. In my bedroom I went to run on Garros and you know I I live in one. That was completely passionate by any wanted to to be pro for sure that this is what he's signing your

"So like three four five weeks have gone by and I'm doing this because show with Kevin the Gandhian John the Velma in my case am I doing okay or is is bad or good they're like has anybody talked to yet and I said no that's a good thing you don't find the final news is one thing I can tell you watching you and Jonathan together you genuinely like each other we really did there's a comfort there and I think you do love I will say this I think you love cut covering college football more than you do the NFL and I pushed hard to do more NFL early on it's just it's it's different it's a different animal and when you're when you're just so recently removed from it you have so many friends and former teammates and coaches and so it's so hard to say yeah you know I think so and so is going to win and then I think about the G. A. that I had the other coach on the other channels like Hey mark just regarding a family to feed it I would talk to those people yes you know later in the week and say Hey man sorry I picked against you they said oh we didn't even see it as is I don't care I'm like oh okay it doesn't matter right now it is there's more enjoyable people out there than on reasonable believe it or not so you're one of the most interesting figures to me in New York sports in the last couple of decades because here you are as the quarterback of a franchise that is so desperate for six as a rabid fan base you go to back to back AFC title games you are the manager and then it seems like it just disappeared quickly you know and if there's not a lot of jet quarterbacks that have had the success that that you had there right but yet when people you know talk about you sometimes I feel like there's more about the the end of the career more what could have been and then what was I do think though that time is going to serve you well people gonna look back my god the remarks entity with this team when you look back on it what it what it what's your overall thoughts of your career thongs listen it was it started off you know white hot we're talking like a fire work this thing was going and and had the right trajectory but boomer knows you got to develop a quarterback constantly it takes years and years and years and by year three I think after the success of your two we bring in all the the veteran leadership around in and sign a bunch free agents she's me you I think we fell in love with that idea so then the next year we go signed to new receivers guys who we sign Plaxico Burress sign Derrick Mason guys who I had worked out with a bunch and you got to develop a reporter with these guys Dustin Keller had finally had taken off and on Miami right guys get injured things change coaches that she's offense changes and it's I mean every year was a revolving door every year was a new formula instead of maybe a draft and develop mentality it was let's go signed some of the best guys on the market and see what happens in every time you do that you can roll the dice and it it just it just became difficult for everyone and as boomer knows as well that you know you you're either here or they go doesn't work out it's just say well see you later yeah and I woke up in Philly okay out of reality it is that it that's part of becoming a professional quarterback in understanding all of that but I think the success you had early on ended up hurting you for two reasons one I never thought you were a great match with rex Ryan rex Ryan.

"Next Friday can we say these words okay good next Friday when I when I walk in the room to start the process over whatever we all you know the spin around whatever that will call back face off thank you when we do that I want I want entrance music and I would like it to be this because he's crappy no he's Krueger but he did have me three crude scrap tanks now I have to restate something I mentioned last hour which is that tonight he spelled craft old crap with the seat normally we spelled with a K. every single time Krueger has given me crap picks he has gone one and two every time that's a trend that is a trend that can make you money you can take these crap picks goal the other way and then poof you're making money but those were all crap picks with a K. these are crap picks with a C. I'll just say that as a cabbie ought so you understand if something shakes up this weekend we know where we made a mistake all right so groups crap pecs with a C. we're gonna start with none other than Penn state the Nittany lions minus six and a half over Minnesota this is a game that you can wake up and watch right away tomorrow I think it's a nine o'clock kick off I will also mention he has picked Penn state on the crop picks before and lost he hard Penn state over Michigan in that big game against hardball which Penn state one but did not cover because of a back door cover from Michigan so he might just have like a cross on Penn state I would like some again minus six and a half over Minnesota maxed Georges St over university of Louisiana out mon role this is a high level kraut pick because none of us could even name the mascot for either the stains but we do know Georges St is that's Georgia tech Georgia tech is the yellow jackets Georges St no idea this is small time small school now here's a problem with cruise graphics he also doesn't have the greatest hand writing and so I'm searching on our online right now to find out what the spread is for Georgia state and Louisiana Monroe because I want to confirm that I'm reading the number correct that he wrote down here it is yes I am reading it correctly likes Georges St minus two and a half over Louisiana Monroe whatever I don't even know what to say about that groups crap thank you I I do know the Georgia state has won four games in a row Louisiana Monroe was lost two games in a row Georges St six into this year Louisiana allows three and five you're out all that up to my question is are they only a two and a half point favorite something smells that's why it's a crap lastly we go to the NFL the New York Giants play the New York football jets I have to admit if he does again go one and two I'm gonna pick this as the game he wins even though I find this to be a tough one but I'm going to stick to a role that I came up with about four five weeks ago and it has served me well so far and that is all the teams in the NFL even more so than the dolphins the jets have given up the jets have totally given up you can see it with the locker room remember all the trade deadline talk Robby Anderson was rumored are Donald is out the weirdest year Jamal Adams that weird rumor came up and and Adams was really really offended by the whole thing I think he finally spoke to the GM apparently they clean that up this week but the jets from an emotional standpoint looks like the most fragile team in the NFL now will they come out of it due to the fact that they're going against their in state rivals if you well and also going against an even younger quarterback prone to some mistakes in the jets defense is in terrible I don't know bot grooves crap this logs the New York football giants minus three over the New York J. E. T. S. jets jets jets so once again to recap groups crap picks Penn state minus six and a half over Minnesota Georges St minus two and a half of a Louisiana Monroe the New York Giants minus three over the jets no your not some also like crap thank you for joining us some also like about these when you do three picks I don't like it when you pick all favorites I never liked out because that just speaks of someone who's like well they're gonna be them and so yes let's take a move like wall but they have to cover a number a fell into that trap with Penn state once before I don't know I feel about it luckily they're not live they are crude crap all right you know what.

O. R. O. "The ball to all the steam clean ghost is hearing footsteps if you treat the got a clean pocket is he trying to rid of this the offense playing does the things I'm worried about I just don't think they have any sort of sense on who they want to be played a play as offense and I think that starts at forty kitchens I think the Baker Mayfield cemex culprit so in my mind if you look at the a FC they need to go on a huge around here to be relevant at the end of the season I don't see that happening I feel like two weeks from now we're gonna have to start thinking what's going to happen this team in the off season and I completely understand the issue of firing coach is one year into their ten year but when you look at the sheer amount of talent on that team I feel like John Dorsey these tax to consider if he made the right choice and if they should make a change Robert Mason on the show Robert last one for you energies benefits so far from a division that's not exactly stepping up to try to challenge Kansas city do you think the cheese are going to be in three or four five weeks yet again one of the best teams they have see is your confidence level high enough in the return of my homes and or what the defense may or may not become to believe that they can contend with the patriots by the end of the year yeah I I think by the end of the year they will be expected to be sick I think they're they're division is weak actually seen generals week yeah I said from the beginning as soon as he got hurt I put him down for six weeks because they're buys in there as well so he missed five games that is worth it I think after using what they did against Green Bay last week even if they lose to Minnesota and then maybe set net worth fighting for yeah that's worth it I think date when you consider the fact that Oakwood you wanting to to catch you you have to be in your game against Oakland raider on this season if you beat them you have the tie breaker with them I don't think the wind up with a better record than ten six hi what you're looking at if you sit him down for that long the number one seed is probably going to anyway even if you don't keep it to influence the pot I feel like the difference between the buyer home field is also pretty consist is also pretty considerable so I in my mind they should sit him down if we do I think I'll be alright I think the defense with the Marshall lost because in the sense that I don't know if there's going to be incremental improvements from any defense can get hot any defense can give some turnovers everything else which seem that with below average defenses in my mind that the chief's best check on that side of the ball dealers don't think they're very good I think that is more important than getting healthier all such characters are compact camera line be a little bit more so with the stock if that's the case in you get my holds back but see three weeks from now I think there's still the best for a right to be doing one even if they have to go into New England which at this point seems like a certainty Robert Mays did I love having on the show man and I appreciate your time enjoy your weekend enjoy the bears enjoy image of the missing I'm sure I will not on two of those three front right thank.

Packers Training Camp Practice Roundup
"Tell me how are the Packers looking at a training camp if Saddam kind of the opposite of years past where it was Aaron Rodgers one of the offense the opposite sharp and all the things the defense of the defense being the defense and stick up a joint Akan the opposite dealer sure your Rogers in the office again and trying to find their way under Manuel floor the president fantastic modes is taking care of business against riders and company and then it it back because I thought I had a really good day today against the Sean Watson in the taxes in their joint practice defense minimum awful for years I think hi I'm really think it'd be good an inmate thinker and begun so tell me about those practices not only did they work out together the taxes backers there was also some fisticuffs yeah well I always always always some always phone loose came out there won the Texans recuse on money Johnson drilled packets Angie Sternberger there's no tax on all of these practices you can hit and all things are turning out a lot of tech or eat he really tackled and there is effect was not too pleased mobility only Packers guy who wasn't on happy was actually G. Sternberger says gestures football but you have everybody else to talk about it and I'm just ticked off metal floors ticked off the other negative kicked off and package Billy Turner predicts more festivities tomorrow show so to speak so that would be good when the taxes there was a rookie Lonnie Johnson apparently that was was he taking cheap shots at backers and they send them to the showers showers yeah the yeah I don't you're not allowed to tackle each he did more than tackled and then you don't making matters worse than that he stands on the guy Watson's muffled Ming and come on you do that a game and it's a really pick up the Packers within you if you do that a game you get penalized and find well this is just a practice and there's no repercussions against it I don't I coarsening of this ourselves yeah and back is not to please but this is a look this is the way always in these in these things you watch SportsCenter whatever and I mean there's there's always some sort of fight that these things out how they can you know did he gives stern Berger a concussion no server said that you only got the wind knocked out of them and that is how much the mall because I believe this the quote my head is pretty big I'm not sure what one has to do with the other but at forty so tell me about the new regime and how that's working so far also far so good I think they've done in the office really likes Mettler floor on what this this scheme works in minutes and tried and true which is why anybody who knows socks on the biggest hired but the I I I think it's success with the scheme at land with the ramp leading or even the Niners last year I I think they get some some immediate clout but again you know as I keep saying you know what reading is all hunky dory between what floor riders will look for the call of bad there dump it hasn't worked yet either so we'll we'll see what happens when there's real games and now the quarterback thinks the third on call staying in the Packers on the game to in our yard and scored ten points in a we'll we'll see what happens that point but yeah so far so good everyone's Evans happy in in full optimism all the football yeah bill you were with us back a report and and size the mainland I have to ask you about Mike Patton we've seen in here as a DC and New York with the jets do nothing how's he doing with the Packers one you know it you know keep the defense last year they finish twenty first in points which offices and go but in the they've had their secondary just destroyed by injuries last three years and then elections are starting outside linebackers who had like combined twenty million dollars of gap claim it is in the curry combined for five sacks I mean how do you play defense like that if you have no pass rush to know how the corners and what they'll do so a big part of pass rush this year by signing the Gerry Smith across and snapped the drop of a shine Gary Sally got some pass rush and three as I get the quarterbacks to stay healthy you know if they can stay healthy and infected quarterback I think the difference in the really good you know Patton had you had a dog there's just years but he had his first two years of the jets really good and then we all the pass rush goes when it is not very good anymore so I I think will be good but you know that problem when it finds it very upset that practice what they've never really been great players you know they're they're paying them like they're great players but never really been great players so we'll see on those guys panel so this season opens I believe with the Packers laying the bears right on a Thursday night one month from today right so did you see the story in the USA today this morning about the bears eighty five team being ranked it by them if you will I guess by am I wrong is that the NFL network that did it or was it all I saw was this list and it was they raided the the bears that eighty five team the greatest team ever and I was wondering if you do not easily because I wanted at Super Bowl against the patriots and I I literally would agree with that fully I mean I'm absolutely one hundred percent certain that that was to me the most feared defensive football team ever I don't care what anyone says like every team that they played out nodes and say against them in that season and I they destroyed the patriots as a rule that demands I would agree with that because I've never seen quarterbacks scared to death and they were all scared to death to that defense yeah I I agree I am I was born in seventy three but that's really the I mean I remember some of the the matter seems before that that's really the one team or the person I really remember yet to meet your even all the quarterback job make man wasn't great a man alive that was a great guy I'd I would find it hard to argue now I think longtime Packer fans look at the sixty two team that destroyed everybody is maybe being the best you ever bought the Superbowl are it it's it's hard to quibble again said be five or six I was other great he now the ninety six Packers team another one hit wonder team they were thing number one in scoring in points allowed to so that was another underrated team or if they went to super bowls I I think there are universally revered as the all the bass the bass being one time champion that I think I think hurts the Packers made the list in the top ten twice number three this sixty two Packers Lombardi and the ninety six backers that won the Superbowl against the Steelers yeah that was that was a great team you know again and then the Packers go back to the Superbowl the next year lose the Broncos on my wolf calls that even if part in the wind which is so true you look back you'll do that he missed forgot how other than young Green Bay people that that seems forgotten history and it was a great team I guess it was number one in scoring in points allowed and Barbara and Reggie white although a dominant football team but because it and went back to back it never got back it just kind of been and forgotten so you open at Soldier Field on that Thursday September fed how do you think the Packers and Mister Rogers will do against a basket of bears at Soldier Field well we got a month to go here yet on the Packers offense has not been particularly good thus far but look it's so far away I have no idea Mr bisque any good I mean I think he was good last year I I got that football team was really good and I doubt they're kicker cost in the playoff game yeah I know I just I just thought he was the quarterback but again he's a young guy to he's got he's got some growth but yeah I would I would think that there's a V. eight the pretty heavy favorite come week one but that's again that's just so far for now actually is not and I got to tell you I think that that bears defense with mac is better than your defense yeah not a group that also argue that the bad stuff that's what you call team at their quarterback is any good that big they can go a long ways so what do you think the Packers are gonna do this season well the playoffs I mean the point really is which at night I think Roger will bounce back in a big Rogers is a lot to prove after last couple years and out of the running back is gonna be really the running game to be really good never a teacher that more side I think the package will be a playoff teen idol I don't think they're better than you know the eagles of the rounds of all things but yeah this is the team that's gonna bounce back I think do you think that bill here with us did you did he ever admit that like did he say that he played the entire season on one leg Rogers you don't play it yeah yeah yeah I. for I'm not I'm not a doctor but basically a broken bone in a threat which is why you know which is why couldn't run for the first four five weeks in white in practice and and while the whole often for the poppy on to get the guy couldn't practice and they had a much richer receivers and you know the whole avalanche things went wrong do you think it was a mistake to let him play the whole season on one leg that play out if you want to play why that's how it is that the romance sport do you think he's the best in the league or because we've been arguing about Brady earlier than you came on anything so the the man still do you think he is ma'am what the homes in last year yeah you see that my mom's at a Brady Brady and Rodgers now yeah again that will let him do it again and you know it you know he's not gonna have now the running back is gone and you know who knows what Tyree kill if you gonna stick around all those things but what it what mom's election was all time greats do you think of that Brady can do it again one more absolutely it in Philly chance what about against the guy so you think he'll win another Super Bowl why not yeah I guess what it in the way the way the way that the league is now work you can't get the quarterback you can hit

"Game planning and it's it's hard to do so by teaching. That in concept fashion Guys like Jeremy. Curly and Kelvin Benjamin not only, know maybe what the ax is doing or. What disease is doing they know x y and z. Because they're viewing the whole play in its entirety I guess similar to the way a quarterback because you'll get it and you'll go concepts and and. The quarterback will start calling Stephan the players know what's going, to guys run for that spot because they want to be the guy And I got I I want to be the guy that takes that It seems, evident to me the table is not a guy who wants the opponent knowing where his, number one receivers lining, up or where this guy might be lining up And to me Debacles variations don't seem to be rooted. Only in volume he wants to create unpredictability tempo just by the way he lines people up right in different places. Or indifferent formations that's the other way. To do it it might be the, same play call but the formations completely different and who's in those spots. Is, completely different also it only put it not only puts pressure on the defense. That you're attacking it puts pressure on them schematically they've got gotta know who's, lining up where but then they also have to understand that sometimes even though, the pl- this the receivers, are all jumbled that formation is something, they've seen before but it's a confusing because it's different guys is the same three guys at. The different spots and it doesn't click as to being the same formation. That they run that's. Very common thing that's really at a lot of, levels of football Where you use the same formation but with different personnel to get different matchups now you've got Charles clay running that running the the. Route out of the slot rather than Jeremy curly or vice versa and and you can get match ups that way. As well so it's really it's complicated. I mean it is a mishmash recipe, and kind of a it's a solution rather than a mixture you just. Wonder, how long it's gonna take for that to really kind of gain traction where. It's being executed consistently because the history has shown when you have an offense, that's coming in it's gonna take three four five weeks of regular season football, before it's really kind of, starting to gel and click there's that, consistent execution series after series week after week which is why I find I found that the. Last thing I mentioned in this piece to be one of the more. Interesting ones for debacle. And we and how many times have bills fan Seeing this with the, patriots the, the patriots don't convert on a third-down play Brady. Russia's them up to the line they run a sneak one yard convert the fourth, down new set of downs and off they. Go I mean we've seen that on TV number of times against the bills and a whole host of other teams and. I think debacle with the time in his career that he. Spent in New, England knows. The value, of that and so I'm fully anticipating a lot, of temple variations in his scheme through. The course of a game now here's the only caveat to that again we're talking about a new offense coming in and some green quarterbacks of experience on the field so how much tempo. Variation we're gonna see, in, the first half of the season maybe not a whole lot unless he's convinced we go. Fast on this team we're gonna kill him it's though, to change your tempo than. It is to make Xs knows adjustments because tempos just you know let's go a little faster and do some things you don't have to really dissect the guys quarterback I think all. That much more he. Just has to go a little faster not huddle up that sometimes it's an easier adjustment than, than say, listen we're gonna do this out of a different. Formation with different personnel and talking to Kelvin Benjamin You know he's convinced they're going to run it pretty fast I'm, wondering if he's saying that based on what he saw in practice in the. Spring where I think debut was purposely running it fast, to kind of make them think quickly so any to match game speed, a little bit more because in practice it's. Very hard to match that exact tempo and get to gain speed. Speeds I'm wondering if he's just running it fast in practice. Or if he does intend to step..

"How many books do you have and what's typically in one we started doing these about three years ago and we have seven or eight of them now and when we do on when we take a longer trip says say four five weeks we'll do a book that specifically dedicated to that trip and they might be anywhere from forty to one hundred pages long and then i'll often gather together the stories from the shorter trips during the year and put them all together in a single book that has several different trips in it and i was put in a map that shows where we went and little daily diary that showed where we were each day so we can remember exactly where we were and how we got there a lot of people are going to want to do this i think you've opened a door for people to organize their memories and be able to go back called winter darrow warm summer day and open up their pages and share with others where they've been this is just a great idea we we've really had a good time with them in one of the things that that we've enjoyed as if we take a few more than just put them out on the picnic table and to campground folks by visit and they'll pick one of them up and look at it and say hey we went there or what did you think about this place and it starts a conversation about places to go and places we haven't been or memories that we share together so it's really nice thing for getting to talk with people to what a terrific idea thomas shared with us this week we'll put links to the service he uses to make his photo books on the show notes for this episode road tracking dot com slash one eighty three meanwhile be sure to send me your tips and suggestions for the rv lifestyle you can use the lee voicemail link at road trekking dot com just click and then use the built in microphone on your computer or mobile device to record a message to me you can do it over as many times as you want until you're satisfied and then you just click button and it comes right to my email inbox i love hearing from you jennifer's tip of the week is brought to you by rad power bikes and electric bike manual.
