Lamar reviews 'The Stranger'

"Good friend of ours recommended the stranger and she was not wrong. The Stranger is based on a novel by Hauling Cohen. And it was originally set in New Jersey but Netflix chose to move to England because evidently British mysteries or a lot cooler than American mysteries. And I don't disagree but along with that. Coolness comes that British accent that makes everybody sound smarter and what they're saying seem more important. It has its own set of problems. I can't always understand what they're saying to characters home sentences that will make everything clear with a hugely dramatic consequence and cargoes wait. What did you say go? We wish? Stop and rewind which means instead of going back to riot before the two sentences we wind up twelve minutes earlier so they're not trying to fast forward back to where we were and zoo passed it and then we see some that we should have seen until we understood those two sentences and callers like what are you doing and I said I'm over here if you could do any better take the remote now. We're having a fight over this because it's it's nuts nuts and it happened at least three or four times in each episode. So now it's like I don't know the words they're using this need. I need less mumbling. Okay and so what? I should have done what I'm telling everybody else to do. If you have this problem it's turn on the closed caption it so you can see what these fools are talking about. It's at don't ever have this problem. One Lamar the TV show peaky blinders learned how to turn the clothes caption on A. I agree with what you're saying but right now there's some guy from England who's living in the United States saying are you telling me some guy from Georgia is criticizing how the English speak what they invented the language. At least it looks like they could speak it clearly. Mean no it's true. It's very and the toughest understand out of the all of the United Kingdom Areas is Scotland Scottish. Accent to me. I can't even understand what they're selling. Well I keep them I turn on the closed caption for peaky blinders and for outlander because when some of the side outlander characters dodger that. I'm pretty sure that Berta just said something critical to the plot. I have no idea what it was so I feel you Lamar. When Kelly was learning Japanese. She told me that she would. She would go to this place where the old Japanese men were talked to them. She said the hardest thing to understand is old because everybody they've been talking to each other for so long they just sort of say half the word and everybody's sort of picks up and I think this is what's happening here. I'm not getting the whole things I don't know anyway. Back to the story the series Stewart Richard Armitage and hit as Adam price season attorney has a wife and two boys. He's approached by this attractive young woman. The Stranger played by Hannah. Joe John Cameron and she tells him that his wife has a secret and she has been lying to him for the last two years she tells him or he can find the proof and now that he knows that she's a liar. He no longer has to stay with her so this she just leaves now. When he confronts his wife his wife says well. There's more to it and I'll tell you everything but not right this minute it while this is going on. A decapitated animal is discovered in the middle of the town. Along with that comes. Multiple visits from the stranger to other people naked bodies found in the woods. Really Bad Cup. I really good cup murder embezzlement blackmail infidelity and so many other things that have nothing to do with each other or do they have power. They connected snowden brings more questions but no answers. It's just definitely been show. You can't stop once you start there eight episodes. They're forty two minutes just rated TV may for language include the F word a lot edgier seat twist and turns with a lot of surprises and a lot of British monklands. It's you have no idea what's going on but overall it's a good series. My schoolwork is four solid budweiser. I enjoyed

"Forty two minutes to go ahead of the close well let's take stay with Bloomberg for the latest S. and P. up now by one hundred six points a gain of four point three percent Charlie palette and that the Bloomberg business slash much appreciated Charlie Pallett keeping us up to date on what's going on in the world of business let's get an update on what's going on in Washington because we are waiting on that massive two trillion dollar virus rescue package to go through waiting on the house to vote on it Steve Dennis is sent reporter at Bloomberg news on the phone from Washington so Steve where are we in this process yeah basically we're waiting for the house to come back tomorrow morning speaker Pelosi says one way or another they're gonna pass this thing tomorrow looks like they're gonna try to do a police boats and there will be members there to object to just unanimous consent but why is it taking so long you know that is a very good question the thing is is that the rules in Congress are not designed for speed and you want to go really fast you basically need unanimous consent in both chambers to go super duper fast and you know in the Senate it just takes one senators say Hey I don't like this piece or I don't like that piece and they can delay things for days and days and days houses a little bit faster but you know we have this unique situation where we members don't want to be there a lot of members are in quarantine or coming from states like New York where other folks are not wanting to be around those members so we'll see what ends up happening tomorrow I think it's almost a certainty that this thing comes out of the house tomorrow and if not if if one were to members insist on a roll call vote certainly by the end of the week and this thing will be heading to the president's desk it's not really a question of when if it's more a question of when and when Wright so I gotta ask you you know you you mentioned you know a senator can object to this or object to that in quibble with this or that and we certainly saw some of that yesterday remind us what happened there and and ultimately what was the what was the sticking point I'm thinking specifically around this sort of showdown that included Bernie Sanders presidential candidate and Lindsey Graham sure so the unemployment benefits he said this became a late sticking point you have a handful of Republican senators holding up or threatening to hold up the bill because everybody who gets unemployment insurance for the next couple months because of the corona virus it you know you have this huge wave of unemployment everybody would get an additional six hundred dollars a week under this plan so that's on top of your normal benefits or funeral benefits a few hundred dollars a week you get six hundred dollars a week on top of that you had a handful of the senators suddenly say even though the bill been out there for days you think they've said yesterday Hey this looks like a drafting error low wage workers will get paid more on unemployment and they were making in their jobs and so they say this is an incentive to basically get laid off and stealing it off for four months and the Democrats are like look this was worked out days ago the trump administration said if we tried to tweak it the way you guys want to it would take eight months slowly state computer systems to be updated it just wouldn't work and and that's what we were hearing from the trump administration from people like secretary Mnuchin is look this is this is not gonna be a big problem for the economy we need to move fast right I mean it we're we're gonna realize that there's going to be probably those folks to take advantage of this program at all but you know at this point it's about getting something out there as quickly as possible to help individuals who don't have the safety nets small business who don't have those safety nets and just make sure that somehow we're going to have you know an economy to come back to well another point but was being made by the Democrats last night is in the next three four months people who you know for starters if you quit your job you don't qualify for these benefits you have to actually be laid off second if you've been laid off from these jobs were we have another company that we've sort of fraud are trying it to many ways to slow down we don't necessarily want all all sorts of workers to be desperately out there in public searching for all these jobs right so the so you know you kind of want to keep people stay home and the many of the low wage workers as far as like helping the economy if somebody was making minimum wage before another stuck at home if you give them a few extra hundred dollars those folks are going to be spending that money so the other point that the Democrats are making last night right all right well it's a really good state of play were so grateful to you we know it has been fast and furious for for sure Carol says Steve is it a morning bowed his head by noon what we anticipated had what's the playbook on this tomorrow yes so close I think may come in at nine close he wants to be done by noon they're gonna have a few hours of debate if somebody wants to come to the floor and say what they liked or didn't like but you know anyone remember can demand a roll call vote show up and be indignant about it and then they'd have to call everybody back or at least enough members to have a quorum that would take at least hours before people could get here on airplanes and in cars and all the things I think all right your question right now for businesses is how fast this money's getting out what everybody's focused on right now actually the small business money three or fifty billion dollars in free money the government passing out but initially with loans for banks and eventually it's all becomes grants if you keep up your payroll that monies that matters for millions and millions of small businesses out there and they want to get it out money get out the door exactly they want to get that as soon as sponsor eight Stephen Dennis thank you so much sent a reporter keep an eye on everything down in the nation's capital it's been a fast moving story really really good I feel like I understand this better now having talked to him really good stuff all right coming up we're gonna bring you Dave Wilson's chart.

"National team winning the world's top beat another wants to do nothing their fourth title they never trailed in this tournament they outscored their opponents twenty six the three and one four hundred and forty two minutes out of a possible six hundred and thirty minutes that's really what we should be talking about dad is a dominant **** kicking by the women's national soccer team but we're not talking about that we're talking about equal pay because a chant broke out of the game and now there's a big discussion all over the place about how the women's team does it earn the same amount as the men's team well when the women start bringing in the amount of international revenue through sponsorship and television deals as the men I'm all for the equal pay but it is not even close hammer now look there's no doubt the women's national team is a better product than the men's national team right now the more successful it feels like there's more endorsement opportunities for the women's team compared to the men's team I can't name a single men's player I always know a couple of the women's players here and I'm not a big soccer guy but you're right because it's not because they're women that's not why they're making glass it's almost the same business model as the NBA to the W. NBA Britney Greiner is an amazing W. NBA basketball player but she's not going to make the same amount as a guy like admin Sumner who's kind of on that bubble of whether or not he's gonna make the Pacers ago plate for Wayne into the G. league this year because the NBA brings in more revenue when you go to the local drinking establishments during the men's World Cup the bars will be full even though USA is not in it people take off work for the women even once USA where the best not even close to half full its revenue inverses revenue out nothing more nothing less supply demand and keep in mind these television networks they're not charity organizations they are in it solely for the viewership for the money around the globe not just the United States but around the globe and that's healthy for really operates I will sit and watch Krishan Renaldo play soccer because he's the Wayne Gretzky of his era there's no woman that I would sit and watch and play soccer I will sit I will enjoy beverages I will spend money that's revenue inverses revenue out it has nothing to do of men versus women other than economics you know it sucks that you were having this discussion but they kind of brought it on themselves and all the social justice warriors brought it on themselves if you just focus on the product how dominant that team was it's one of the great performances of all time but we're not talking about arguably the greatest next to team USA with Jordan the greatest USA international team of all time also over the weekend some NBA news Cole why Leonard left the Toronto raptors and he's going to the clippers and he picked up Paul George to go along with them shockingly enough Paul George demanded a trade from Oklahoma City I know that someone comfortable for him to do that so Oklahoma City is going to get five first round picks for Paul George and they sent him to the clippers to team him up with Kawhi Leonard now what I'm fascinated to watch is the relationship between the clippers coach and Paul George doc rivers is the clippers head coach Paul George was dating doc rivers daughter when he cheated on her and knocked up that stripper in Miami during his time with the Pacers so now his head coach in the NBA is the dad of the girl he cheated on and knocked off a stripper with if anybody deserves this it's Paul George preach absolutely right coming up next all big name coming to Indianapolis to the young Democrats.

"An abused since it potentially creates the biggest effort surveillance, no work for Google or another company. You know, it's unfortunate that we've gotten his position. Now, where we don't understandably don't trust these companies, and and it's slow it's could slow down this kind of innovation because people just don't it's good. It is good. Nation as long as we continue to do it. Right. And we are. I mean, that's where we're at. I don't think it's crazy to be like, you know, I'm sure when would generals like came up against the first people who had guns or maybe arrows there were like holy cow. This is a new technology. We've got to figure out what this is. How we adapt to it. It's not crazy for us to have that same thing. And I'm not saying this technology is as deadly. But it's definitely got similar types of reprecussions in terms of like effects. So. Yeah. This is where I'm on Jeff side of this whole moral panic thing because sometimes that catch that could be used to shut stuff down. Instead of just say, let's really talk about the issues here. I think that's what we do. Well, and that's why it's great to have both of you kind of fighting back and forth on this because it's it's reasonable to to consider it. It's not crazy to press pause in. If you shut something down for a little while. And then you recognize I mean, like, I've kicked thing. I'm sure everyone's done this. I've I've kicked things out of my house and then like two weeks later, I'm like do those dumb. I really need this. And then you realize where you need it most. And you start don't you worry is. I do that now. Oh, the only reason I'm hooked. I can't get I can't get rid of it. Not because I do need it or be because it's a benefit. But because I'm hooked on this stuff, but you worry about that. Now, we got hooked on books. Well on TV was gonna be awful to us. We watch. We we we we watch things. It's okay. Okay. I would argue though, let's just throw out this TV example for a second there. Because Americans are now watching like five hours and forty two minutes. Really not what you would you would have predicted. That would go down and internet viewing would go up. And it's not the case both have gone up. Well, overall television overall video content viewing has gone up the slice of it happening on mobile in non television networks, but we're still increasing tradit- we're still watching a lot of traditional now. But it's not growing that what we're watching a traditional TV is not growing. I know so much a law. I may how much I think there's a much for four hours a day, roughly, four hours a day or three hours and fifty minutes. I do. But, but if I may speak on behalf of the great unwashed masses, I think it's a little hockey to say all these people are doing all that. And it's just awful for them. People do what they want to do in their lives. And it's ok well, I'm not saying it as those people. I am doing it too much. So your judgment is too much. But others are doing it to what they ever wanted to do. That's fine. Trying to tell somebody to stop watching TV. I would argue that television is. The opiate of the masses. No, that's religion. But I would say that there are repercussions to television. I don't think we are distracting ourselves to death. Not just that. But think about like, I look at someone like my father who watches a lot of Fox News and. I think the things that television brings out or certain types of television. And I'm not trying to throw Fox News under the bus. There are programs on all twenty four hour. News is bad for us sums worse than others. But any twenty four hour news channel has an imperative to ramp up everything because they need to fill the time. Everything becomes important even the smallest detail. And I know because I remember having to fill twelve hours a day on TV. And that's the result of it. Is you go every story is a big story. So I I wrote a I'm not.

3-year-old repeatedly enters wrong password, locks dad's iPad until 2067

"A guy. Just so happens that he's a staff writer for the New Yorker so people found out about this. But this happens, I'm sure that people all the time. It's don't have this kind of profile. He left his ipad outwear, his three year old kid could get a hold of it. And at three years old. Kids today. No just enough about these ipads to really mess you up and he tried to get on it this kid. And of course, it was password protected, so he just kept trying the password over and over and over a wrong password. Well, you know on ipads. They lock you out after a period of time. And if you keep trying they lock you out further. So by the time, dad got home. He was up to this message. "He was eventually top got a lot of action. My apologies. Guide get John back and forth at media vacuous. I apologize big Foot's out over the air. But. We haven't heard anything from his attorneys right now. And we'll we'll see in the next few moments. If someone comes out and sake, what does that guy saying? He wants to stand in the hallway watch shark Kelly security. I know he's done a large group with them like security with R Kelly today were there any of the the two young women who are living with him are were they were they present in court today that you could tell. I did not see them. I saw Mr. green Barak his criminal attorney, which became a Greenberg was the one who said what? That that he did not have the body to to make that payment today. So we'll see if he comes to this is kind of it's it's separate, but it's kind of all tied together. We know these two cases of criminal cases this civil case. 'cause obviously, you know, you had to put up one hundred thousand dollars just to get out in the criminal case. Now, your daughter one thousand dollars a week and a half later, and you know, they obviously could make that payment sell the case. They're kinda tried to get a great Greenberg is really necessarily attached to this one. But he's obviously here. What is representing? All right. All right. We'll check back in within a few minutes. Thank you. Ryan. Daley center force right now as our Kelly's been taken into custody on an unrelated case on the failure to pay child support. Which is why he was in the civil courts there the daily Senator name they they put him into custody because he's one hundred sixty thousand dollars in arrears on that. Right. And we remember it was a daycare center per owner. Who bailed him out the last time? So this is an even higher number than that. You wonder you know, what is laid before guy who's made this much money over his lifetime. Feels. Vantage lifetime. I mean, it's based on his, you know, in the music industry, you had to be very careful about that. Because you don't know who actually owned the publishing or who if early on in his career he signed away some of his rights because that can happen to a lot of artists. But he's certainly I think he sold forty million records, and that's that's gonna pay you something and you could sell and if he has the rights to it, he if he hasn't already done it. He can sell the publishing and the the music rights now is a little harder now to have value with that when it's associated with him. But. You know, maybe maybe that's domestic versus international. I remember something is that what you sell necessarily the United States music like r Kelly's international it's all of that. I think I could fly right? I mean, that's one of the one of the great anthems of the nine hundred ninety s. I believe I can fly. I think I can fly out of this courtroom. Attorney Steve Greenberg said during the bond hearing he said, well, unlike his song R Kelly can't fly those little humor, maybe at the wrong moment, but about referencing that very famous song of his time for the lawyers to be jokesters. I wouldn't not not given the subject matter of what they're dealing with here. Mike Lemmon is scheduled talk to us right after this. But let's right now check in with Cam. In the newsroom what's coming up at the top of the hour as we've been talking about R Kelly headed back to jail and being brought to you by blames firm and fleet. Well, we have an accident on. "This evening rather. Our trustee webmaster just updated the website, and among those fifty seven reports we posted tonight or the following the first one gosh, I thought you were going to give me fifty seven reports tonight. I'll go home. I could fill an hour. Just with the summary of the ones we posted tonight, George, but the first one comes from the early nineteen fifties before you were born hedgehog New York on the south shore of Long Island. Secondhand witness reports that a family young mother was out hanging laundry on a laundry line. Her three children were playing nearby. She looked up at the local water tank and she saw a large gold disc covering above the water tank. She estimated that it was much larger than the water tanks. She doesn't say how much but later on when queried about the incident, she replied that she didn't know where the people that come from. But they certainly were not from the planet earth suggesting that there may have been some kind of interaction next report comes from much more recently Friday of last week the first of February. Two adult males were exploring the Everglades in a power boat. One of them a physician lift up into the morning sky about ten AM. And he saw what at first he thought was a birthday balloon helium filled birthday balloon, but the peculiar thing about it. He writes is that it was rotating and giving off different colors. I blue then purple. He got some good video. But when he looked at it nothing was president in his video. He was confused and flabbergasted, by that fact, next report comes from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the second of February Saturday, I guess that makes it two witnesses report that they saw they estimate twenty red lights floating overhead going from north to south. They report have no idea what they were. But that's an unusual color for. China's so-called Chinese lantern or sky lantern. Don't know what they were. But forty two minutes later in Sandpoint, Idaho, husband and wife were sitting in their hot tub and their attention was suddenly drawn to an object that was skirting across the sky below solid overcast. So clearly not any kind of satellite or anything of that nature. The wife submitted the report she emphasizes that the object was not round. It was not quadrilateral. It was oval or oblong very peculiar citing as they watched. It. It went up back into the clouds and disappeared from their site, citing lasted less than a minute. They estimate next report comes from Mays landing New Jersey. This is an interesting one yet another green object, George. Woman was driving on a secondary road. She says about forty miles an hour. Her attention was suddenly attracted by an emerald green. Triangle came hurtling down out of the sky has no idea what it was. But part of it was shedding green fragments. It could have been a meteor, but she emphasizes that it was not a meteor from her experience. Next report comes from north of Santa Maria, California out near your neck of the woods, gentlemen was walking outside his house. And he looked across the street behind a row of trees and the spotted a light any his immediate reaction was it was a street light. But there was no reason to have a streetlight there as he watched it. He realized it was moving laterally, and it's split into three separate lights and the lights suddenly streaked off and disappeared. Very. Very interesting very convincing report. The last report I'd like to share comes from Portland, Oregon young woman just yesterday that makes it Wednesday of this week. She was lying in her bed. And suddenly a flash of light that lasted about five seconds. She estimates. So maybe not a flash so much as a pulse of light. She looked up and saw very strange object with red and white lights on the ventral surface. So all of these reports are posted to the national US over reporting center website UFO, center dot com for people's reading pleasure. "Ten to the six zero five is taking you one hour and forty two minutes already. All right. Our weather forecast overnight tonight. We'll see a few clouds upper forties, low fifties. Tomorrow back into the seventies across the area. Sixty six Pasadena, sixty seven downtown LA for seventeen this is marketplace, I'm KAI. Rozelle? Keen observers of the business and economic news of late will have seen or heard stories about how much debt corporate America is carrying right now. A lot is the T L D R. It's the thing with media and entertainment companies, especially as they try to deal with the accelerating pace of change in how we all want to get our content AT and T Disney and Comcast are all way in the whole having made big and expensive debt financed. Acquisitions the past couple of years, Cynthia Littleton is the business editor at variety. She has written exactly about this phenomenon. Recently, welcome to the program. Thank you. Give me a sense of scale. Her would you and tell me how much debt we are talking about with some of these big media companies. Well, I think the one. In that setting off alarm bells in industry is AT and T because it has taken on a massive amount of debt in the last couple of years between buying direct TV for almost fifty billion dollars in two thousand fifteen and then buying Time Warner they have piled up about one hundred and seventy billion dollars worth of debt, and they have a very kind of aggressive timeline for paying it back, and we should say here for a long time until the fed really started tightening on its interest rate policy. It kind of made sense because money was relatively cheap in this Konami. Which is why Comcast and dizzy and eighteenth year are settled now with his dad. Yeah. I mean, there's a feeling that companies really got accustomed to having very cheap that available. The four letter word here. Of course, is Netflix? Right because these companies are having to do this to keep up with Netflix which had first mover advantage. First of all in the streaming space, but also is spending like thirteen billion dollars on content this year and barring tons of money itself. That's absolutely true net. Flicks is doing all that it had this just in credit. Like inflationary effect on the market because it can it is spending so freely. But I think the biggest thing for companies is that Netflix has shown that you're vastly prefer a commercial free video-on-demand easy to navigate system. I don't want to say that that rental Stevenson, the the CEO of AT and T is panicked. But as you saying this spending a lot of time on Wall Street, making sure everybody knows he's got a plan to pay down this hundred seventy something billion dollars that his company does. Yes, he does. He has a he's been using a set of numbers very frequently on paper. It is a plan. Just they're expecting a lot of things to go. Right. But the economy with their own sales. It's something that investors are certainly looking at now, it seems to me that these folks Eiger, Disney and rental Stevenson at AT and T they're trying to threaten needle here. Right. Because if the economy keeps doing really, well and the Federal Reserve raising interest rates than you know, debt becomes more problematic. But if you can't be does not so well, and we go into recession than the consumer base in theory, get smaller. So it's it's a tricky dance. They're trying to do. That's absolutely true. And you know, we are everybody is every economists will point out at the end of a long expansion. There's going to be a downturn. It's just a matter of how significant in various sectors that a downturn would be so, yeah, there's a lot of I think you're hearing kind of sharper, Wall Street, analysts thinkers, and the cover media are starting to really raise some a lot of people are talking about fundamentals. Let's look at what you do when you are. You know, you're kind of probably going into choppy waters economically. "forty two minutes" Discussed on WFAN Sports Radio_FM

"Seventeen and twenty but Anthony Davis Mike, God, thirty four points, twenty six rebounds, four assists, three blocks, forty two minutes, and he was sick the day before the game before route and both teams shot fifty percents from the field. But the nets sat fifty one percent from three seven guys in double figures. Three of those guys off the bench. Their bench outscored the pelicans bench fifty five five six. Up by twenty four at one point. And and. A month ago? They lose this game. Because they couldn't close and types of wins. There's the win where you both somebody out by fifteen twenty points. And you know, it's a good win. There's a win. Will you win by five or six after Lou after believing leading by? Twenty twenty five and you hold on. But you held on. And you learn how to win. Learning. I think they could be sixty because six seven and eight is all kinds of binds together. But they're there. I mean, look, we know the east is is weak. Shoot. If if New Orleans was playing in the east, they they'd be right there with the nets fighting for those last couple of playoff spots where they're buried in the west coast every like every team in the eighth has a winning record even past that. And they had a nice little lead the third quarterback. You know, nobody really holds those leads is rare that somebody is down by twenty like in the in the second quarter, and it stays there. Everybody makes a run and probably has made a run and got dicey at the end. But that's a good win. You'll you'll have any good losses. But that was a good win. So the next goal is even though you're in a playoff seat. You wanna get higher? You. You want to avoid the number one seed you wanted to get higher but get over five hundred. Don't move walk into the playoffs. Get over five hundred bad teams in the NBA to put a little winning streak. You also heard Gettleman on his ally. And. Down. And you know, he made sense we didn't sign Odell to trade him. And the story now somebody says, hey, we'll give you three first round pick for me. Like, oh, let's think about it ain't going to happen. Everybody. You know, he's saying he won't commit to ally. You know, what that's all about? Because I was looking at the stats last year. I played fifteen games. Three thousand four hundred sixty eight yards nineteen and thirteen interceptions. This year the team when five and eleven four thousand two hundred ninety nine yards twenty one touchdowns eleven receptions. He made it throws like Gejerman said. But you know, what this is all about. It's all about gamesmanship and money. You can't say we are committed to ally. We want him back. He's our quarterback. And he like goes, okay? And he goes off into the sunset and he gets ready for the next season. And he's waiting for his twenty three million dollar paycheck. And if get them and said that he's locked in. You said you want me? So what's the problem? Well, the problem is they don't want to pay him twenty million dollars. The problem is they don't have any options. Now, if you lie plays hardball says no I want my contract. David cottam. I don't know what they have to replace them. What are you going to give up a couple of draft pick for teddy Bridgewater? I mean, it it's I think they just want to take a pay cut. They want to redo his contract. And they'll say you look we do the contract we can get. From what talent in here? Maybe we could extend your contract. You know? It's it's it's gamesmanship. I'm you know, it's like I'm won't even get upset about it. Because if you wanted him you say, yes, but you can't say, yes. Because then you locked into the twenty million. And let's say you're not gonna cut him with that kind of money in the caps on cat. But you just want to lower the money. That's all. Is it will be done by Super Bowl now? Maybe but probably that both February. They'll do you know what happens negotiates like this? Look, we we had a discussion. And obviously, it was a heated discussion got let everything out. That's fine. So now, we buy take a step. Take a couple of weeks. Enjoy yourself. And then we'll have a we'll talk to your agent. And then we'll lay down what what what we like. And hopefully, we can come to a compromise. You you understand where we're coming from. Like, I said I played high bald, and they gotta go. Boy. Now, would we do? But he's the best option. They don't they don't have anybody else. And then you're a mean Jean Oakland. A lot of people pass it Daryl dragon capital to kneel. And I I didn't watch curb your enthusiasm really didn't know the players and this guy Bob Einstein died Weinstein, and that was super Dave Osborne. The so-called stuntman we die. But Megyn Oakland, Oakland that was WWF WWE. It's it's. I mean, he was he was just as big as the the stars stars. I mean, I always got a kick out of him when he'd be interviewing somebody they'd say something off the off the wall that made no sense. And his eyes would be like what did he say? He was. I mean, some guys do an interview, and you change the channel, you know, back back when I watched the WWF of my kids. They just always I said, oh good means. He's coming on. It'll be fun. You always use a terrorist off the wall of breaking something or they they attack guys when when he was back to interview it was fun. But we come back. We'll take a break a little while. But we'll talk to Ricky Ricardo I want to get his take, of course to Lewinsky with the Yankees. And what's he think they still think Machado's coming here? And have you heard anything more about you know, there's a possibility that go for Harper and ship out stands while I kind of good stuff and want to see what what the status of Nick foles is for the game on on. Sunday. Yes. No saturday. I'm sorry, Saturday, eight fifteen I said, no. Because that's that's the game. I'm one after sat Seattle at Dallas. All those games are good. But I just wanna, you know, wanna see you know, what what's the status of foles. Does. He does he need a. The need a needle or something. Just to dull the pain or is. He just gonna have to tough it out or or or. What's the alternative? And the other thing, of course, is the jets, and you know, they're getting into their their their quarterback. Search. Quarterback. Well, you know, what I want to say what I meant to say was quarterback coach last head coach search because, you know, do they want, you know, if they bring in an offensive guy, I think we all really will he's going to have some some dealings with with quarterbacks. And he really have a quarterback coach. It's like he's he's like the grad professor, he can give you more information. I mean take away he worked with far qualifier. He worked with with Rogers. He's gonna go hall of fame. So that's not bad. Resume right there at any quarterback. Wanna listen to them Donald? Of course, if McCarthy is the guy. Is he the guy if I'm him? No, you're you're like a free agent in basketball. It's..
